Saint Nicholas brought joy to some children each year giving presents to them once a year out of his own little all.Adults like to dress up as his namesake one festive eve each year to treat children.

In last Friday’s/Thursday’s ( I forget which edition) Herald Sun, Bracks is quoted on his reaction the Auditor General’s report on the government’s finances.Included is this gem: Bracks accused the Kennett govt. of having been miserly in its expenditures, including payroll.Nice generous Mr.bracks overlooks one moral difficulty, playing Santa with other’s money extorted from them in so many nefarious ways is criminal, immoral, an act which lays burdens on many so Bracksie Wacksie and his fellow spivs in Spring St. can taste the joys of making so many Victorian children in adult size `happy’. You are not Santa Bracksie, oh , and Brumby neither.You are a pair of politicians who were directly complicit in the Cain -Kirner govts. which sent so many Victorians out onto the streets as destitutes and for the very same reasons why your budgets far from being models of prudence will sling many Victorians back out on to the streets once again.

They are ably assisted by councils who scream poverty when it comes to their raison de tre , maintaining local roads, but have oodles of money, 53%of their annual budget some spivs of some councils cried on garbage like `community services’. Bracksie Wacksie has of course passed on the AlP theiving habits onto councils, thinly disguising oly some of the damage the govt. is guilty of.

The Auditor’s report, however, is rather old news. On the matter of payroll the news is far more grave than the A.G.’s remarks suggest.Back around June,July, a report was issued, showing the absolute value of Australian govts. of all tiers increasing exponentially while those in real wealth generating businesses declining, yes, exponentially.

The A.G. commented, Vic govt.’s payroll has been increased at rates faster than revenues, and alluded to the long-term implications , ie. liabilties entailed.Victorians not on govt. payroll are getting poorer, directly, and indirectly.The latter because of the consequences for prices of consumer goods, employment and investment in capital.

Directly, because, to pay for the spiv duo’s Santas Bracksie and Brumby spending spree, more of what businesses and their employees earn has to be converted into cash so the govts. growing army of professional mendicants can squester a lot of other things besides.Something must give sooner or later.

Probably sooner, if one adds on stuff ups like Saizeray ,closure of forestry and the many consequences that are now just emerging in ugly detail,windmill farms along the coast, declaring apropos out of nothing but to keep the savages the greenies happy and urban nimby wombats equally supine in that infant’s state of pleasure. Over on top of building restrictions, read economic usage of urban land n.b. in particular councils,hikes in payroll per increases in payroll tax, stamp duty, `morality laws’ and so forth, which altogether poinbt out what a pack of communisto spivs they really are.

There is another nasty spin off from such not generous types us the half wits in Spring St. Last week the head of the reserve expressed concern rising pay-packets could spark a surge in inflation. Three things which that man conviently omitted to mention. Inflation is due to govts. printing money, that the federal govt. has inflated money on 1996 by a whopping 60%, in order tompay for its own largesse, is staggering and appalling.Pay rates of those engaged in the real wwealth generating economy has no force viz risk of inflation. Govts. forcing up payroll by payroll taxes, super and other imposts , on the other hand cuts how many people can be employed. But governments spending sprees is the spark of inflation.

The problem on the count of payroll is governments like the thugs in Spring St. increasing its cost absolutely and in 2 ways, the sheer number of additional mendicantas it has hired, the absolute increases in the amounts it pays each and every one of them. And there is the catch, for are start, national currencies are jsut fiat money, not title to any commodity, in short they are just chits of sequestration so govts. and their armies of mendicants can walk out and take your property for zilch.

And we see the dilemma which arises out of Bracks and Brumby playing Santa to its enlarged army of mendicants, the probability of inflation since the issue of so much unearned income is unpaid, prices will further rise to absorb it. Victorians are well on the way to poverty street.Not that the Reserve Bank is much interested in such malfeasance of governments.After all, the whole rasion de tre of the Reserve is to prop up fiat money and the spending spree habits of govts. including, the federal govt on so many things from the scams which are medicare and `education’ to much else besides.

As for all those `children ‘ who are so so happy at what fat Santa Vic ALp govt. has brought them: well kiddies, enjoy it while you can, they’re only toys which are made to break very quickly, and one will certainly entertain no sympathy for you when the day of reckoning arrives. Not least because, you over-sized tiny tots ensure a govt which is driving Vic.s back onto poverty street holds office. Rember kiddies winkies, your Santa is a commie spiv.

All Blacks and Blues struggled for the great prize of deciding whether a loser can be defined by degrees, 3rd or 4th position loser.Not agame worth commenting on much at all but for the French penchant for subtlety.

The nuance of their tactics nearly eluded the noggin but the brilliant deviousness of their pplan is now in plain view. they aimed to wear down and break the All Blacks be repeatedly kicking the ball deep into the N.Z.’s lines, forcing to stroll back to collect the ball and stroll forward again. All that to-ing and fro-ing is exhausting. The eyeballs felt it, they were plain tuckered in having to follow the troops make their way over acres of ground.

The Blues made a killer stroke, a flash of inspiration some might say like string a match in rain, fzzsp,damn.They scored, overthrowing what was left of All Black resistance.
By gum the French are subtle, terrifyingly so.

The French coach peered intently down upon the horrible,physical punishment his blues were dealing the blacks.He was waiting, it was clear from the expression on his face, for the breakthrough, the moment for the big push.

And it was effective, so much so, the All Blacks, irritated, worn down, had to stroll across the try line, several times, in order to gain a few moments reprieve from the onslought.

Medicare is just one of the many rackets run by federal, states, and local governments to justify two interrelated evils, the extortion racket called taxation and increasing coercion by regulation,both backed by threat of quasi-legal froce against citizens.But what is the force of taxation?

Richard Teather, in an rticle on `Why job-creation schemes don’t work’, points out , each $50,000 collected in taxes causes real economic losses in the order of $130,000 per annum.The loss is before the damage caused by government consumption, regulation and controls over markets and suppliers, the economic distortions caused by government consumption, the losses imposed because of governments inflating the fiat money like the $aussie dollar and additional losses due to the coerced imposition of fiat moeny and related matters such as fractional banking.

Thge figure is shocking. For a start, the so-called services governments p[rovide like schools, medicare, childcare, and other wombat freebies, cost far more than what is delivered is worth. But then add in the losses imposed by tax collected and economic distortions, and the reality is, what gots. do in the name of `national unity’ is nothing but evil in force.
