Who is it

The SMH carries an item from Telegraph with photo of a little dragon. The ugly little thing was, apparently, pickled in c.1890 in Germany. The report has it, though, it might have been a hoax cooked up against Britain against the rivalry then between the two nations.

No, I reckon it’s recent, some clever dick having `aged it’. For, it’s a model of
Gordon Brown, though I don’t discount Glenda Jackson, nor even Tony Blair.Or, Pilger.

Boris summed something apt on Blair: the man is `harder to nail to the wall than jelly’ and he is a `mixture of Houdini and a greasy piglet”.

Addendum. Missing link to the photo of the embryonic beastie has been discovered.

Focus on the mendacity of the French Govt.

Posted by D
Though one yearns for the day when the English once more gird their loins and, bearing long bow and pike fronted by calvary, trash France, and though I despise Chirac for the rotter he is ( cad is too polite and a wild (understatement), and though the French Govt. is all but an outright socialist dictatorship backed by suitably juvenile voters, there are of course some civilised, entrepeneurial, urbane Frenchmen. They, unfortunately, in France are in the minority, hemmed in between all the socialist parties and their mendicant voters - and the French Conservative Party is like the coalition parties in OZ, it is also a socialist party but more committed to mercantilism, other economic constraints and all round interventionism. The rest of the decent French have already fled France, some in Australia, more will follow them, France’s loss, Oz’s gain. The time for yearning, however, has come to an end, it is time for all good white anglo saxon men under the pennant of St George and King Harry to gather and squish frog again.

No mere idle muse this foreign policy. France has from the feudal age been dangerous. Chirac’s dalliance with the Peking geriatric club is no mere rather aged street prositutes dalliance with paying punters. France’s foreing policy on China meshes with China’s ambition in South East Asia and, bye the bye, also Latin America. That ambition includes Australia, the regime regarding OZ as part of its plans for military and economic hegemony over South east Asia : one is minded of Japan’s now long defunct `greater economic co-propserity sphere’ and Australia barely escaped that intact thanks to brave Oz and U.S. soldiers and commanders.

The use of the now vulgar expression `hegemony’ is deliberate. France, courtesy of the London Telegraph, is disclosed as determined to conclude a “multiple alliance” between China and the E.U. for the strategic aim of countering and breaking the U.S.’s hegemony. It is no mere piece of paper Chirac is desirous of. It is backed by hard exchange in the form of supplying the regime with modern weaponry.

Clinton handed over to Peking top secret technology information and data in exchange for campaign funds, thus handing over to the red army matter to achieve a considerable leap in weaponry as it is. Chirac wants to hand the red army the latest off the shelf weaponry outright. The E.U., however, has, so far, refused permission to France ship arms and has refused to remove prohibtions on export of armaments to China.

So far that is, for The E.U.’s objection is based on China’s threat to invade Taiwan, noting the nuclear missiles targetted against Taiwan. The E.U.s justification rests on : exports of weaponry to China would only “aggravate” the threat and encourage China to act.

The explanation begs the question: if China were not threatening to invade Taiwan, would they agree to lift the export sanctions ? And in view of which countries dominate the EU, one assumes they are agreed on the strategic aims of the alliance.

One thing emerges from the above, the French communist govt. is not only dangerous, it’s aims are militaristic and since they mesh with those of China, France is more than a menace to Australia, it is an enemy to Oz. The Australian govt’s. foreing policy cannot but take that into account, thus must involve a strategy to confront the Frecnh govt. and well before it is too late and the French have once again, have had time to realise their greater `hegemonic’ threat .

As I said last night, the only thing preventing Peking from realising its strategic-military aims which incorporates Australia, is the U.S., John Wayne. Remove the U.S. from South East Asia and the Pacific and Australia, and not only Australia, others too would have a snowflake’s chance in hell from dissuading the Communist regime of China from it’s mistaken and dangerous aims and backed by the duplicitous, mendacious socialist whores the French gvt. So, what is Oz’s policy on this real threat posed by the French, what are they about to do to counter Chirac and break his and his communist party’s aims? The sort of matters which Leftoids like Fat Aunty Bolshevik Collective, Mao’s little re book The Age , Stalin’s SMH, Pol Pot’s Guardian , Castro’s BBC, prefer to ignore in favour of non-scandals which are none of their business like the recent NAB trading loss : reason the double threat of France backing China fits the leftoids’ outlook. Uncle Sam, they howl, is the nasty thug on the block.

Minds one of Soviet Russia.

Briefly caught tail end of report onn Comintern plans for schools.Until read item today, was under impression it was another police state wheeze dreamt up by the nasty adolescents who have control of the Victorian govt.’s coffers and the Upper House. No, it was their good time soviet pals in N.S.W.

Unable to better independent schools, and quite consistent with their totalitarian inclinations, Carr’s govt. will instead make independent’s oney the communbisto manifesto by subordinating them by admin. measures and the omnipresent threat of punishment. Though, Refshauge’s bit of legislative crap is one which can be safely defied if the independent schools stiffen the spine and tell the kgb in the dept. of education to bugger off.

Of course there are some who are craven and ductile. The usual suspect, central diocesan committee, R.C., which , as also ,in Victoria , incoporated into schools under central direction , the mush and political correctness dished up in govt. shcools: which is why there are plenty of catholic parents as desparate as those of children in.govt schools to remove their heelkickers to much better places.

And ideological indoctrination is involved. Schools, like govt. zoos pretending to be schools, will be rquired to have `anti-rascism programmes’. Quite apart from the other bit of p[olice state garbage: the N.S,W, govt, believes it has the right to interefre in private interests, as in demanding the independents file detail reports, including on finances to the jumped up stasi police clerks proposed in the legislation.

Dumbed down schoolies pretending to be teachers in the zoosphere also resent the independents don’t like hiring as teachers anyone who has been to the great zoos, `teachers/colleges(universities ha!). And dear me, they also don’t like independents not following syllabus set by central stasi-land govt: the fact that the syllabus, as in Victoria, is written by retards to ensure children turn out dumber thanb the tictharses, escapes their ideologically befogged rabbits brains.

Oh, and the bod from the Catholic Church reckons, if a school is licenced, that makes it a certified entity which guarantees how good it is. Downright, drivel, nonsnese, humbug. The only beneficiaries are the stasi-police of govt. and the little stalinists in govt.

As for taxpayers money: parents sending children to independents pay many tiomes over: the money stolen from them to keep the zoosphere going plus the school fees for their own children. It aint the govt.’s money, and it is only real taxpayers money.’

The emerging police state is today quite recognisable.

Chirac is confused on the distinction between diplomacy and prostitution.

Chirac only has to don some bright ruby red lippy, a frilly dress and dirty green blouse with flower prints and complementary parisol, stillettos, purse, handbag and he’d look like the kerbside whore he is, a desperate one at that. After all, poor little blossom dearie Chirac - though his gangly and flat-breasted aspect is hardly blossom evoking, is running out of paying punters.

Hussein lost his day job, his house and the cash box. Mugabe, though ensconced with his harem of floozies, isn’t much better off. What’s a trollope to do ? His pimp, it really does stretch the euphemism business to call him foreign minister, has come through - a guy has to eat after all, and fixed him up with a few geriatrics in Peking.

A bit much for the old tummy, I realise, but, they, the sons of Mao, are paying Madame Chirac well to pucker up and use all her feminine charms, ways and wiles and lots of mascara ( aerk, gargle, puke - I can’t write this and feel well at all) to seduce the fun loving gang. They can be seen together, after a good swig on a couple of magnums of rocket fuel labelled chamaigne, hanging off the Eiffel Tower together, throwing the empties at Mr.Taiwan.

Chirac would prefer an ambi-dextrous orgy , with Taiwan willing to be sodomised by the Peking Geriatric Club. Chirac reckons , Taiwan is just a killjoy prude . To prove it, blossom has secured a promissory note from the oldest guy in the club saying, `hey babe’ (oops, Bill), `we’d just lurve to screw you just like we’re doing to Hong Kong right now’.

Chirac reckons, Peking’s military ambitions for South East Asia are but the tender attentions of a young gent madly in love with a young lady. Those attentions, though, are slightly stymied for the moment by John Wayne who has a better notion:

`They ain’t no gents an’ if I had my way, I’d let `em have it with both barrels and then hang `em’.

`He’s such an oaf and a bully’, simpered the aging buttercup. Chirac then cried for her sugar daddy, Toffee Man Anan.

Herlad Sun Columnist also gushed hot air

In yesterday’s Herald Sun Paul Gray also had a spray about the oh so horrid NAB disaster and used it for a rant against free commerce. For Gray, the NAB trading loss, as trivial as it is, is illumination of his lucid insight, some OZ businessmen are no better than the old bureaucrats of the USSR. For Gray, the loss is also proof fro the need for expansion of the emerging police state.

A few things escape Gray, including the vulgar and false analogy and that turns on history. This, before zooming on his rot on economics and commerce. But Latham summed up things better with his promise to write in black and white `the right’s and obligations of citizens’. That notion of Latham’s traces back to the feudal period of which modern central, statist western europe under absolutist govt and rule by dictat,(excepting Switzerland) is the heir. It escapes Gray too.On this, as much as anything else, was built the totalitarian regimes of the 20th century; it was central to the notion of Macht and Recht which informed the history of govt. in Germany from Frederich the great to Bismarck and Hitler.Yup,Gray, compared to higher moral govt. free markets ,laissez faire has been a real corrupter and casue of so much oppression and misery.Just the line socialist wankers spout day in, day out.

A thrilling tribute to the great plan to overthrow rule of common law in favour of govt. administrative decree is contained in a speech by Jeffrey Lucy on FSR.

Lucy’s background is accounting, that is, administration. That accountants , as the Spectator pointed out several years ago, have morphed from eggheads into gorillas, is entirely due to the penchant of govts. to interfere in things which are none of their business whatsoever. That Lucy, after his appointment as head of Asic declared he’s `all for regulation’ , indeed more is better than even the currently sufficient stasiland controls each tier of govt. has put upon the shoulders of not citizens but, increasingly, the vassal serf to the govt and its vast army of kept enforcers and dependents.

Corruption of language is itself a sign of emerging totalitarianism. Burreaucratese is ugly testamtent to it : out comes, prescriptive measures, outcomes, anticipating clients needs, marketys, adapting to new things, all of it meaningless bilge. And they litter Lucy’s address on the wonders of FRS.

On FRS, Iwrote up a summary of the bill 2000/2001 for FRS.My summary was superior, more accurate and tougher on the import of the measures contained in the bill than that supplied by law firms written up by lawyers whos notion of law has nothing to do with common law and more closely resembles oracular consultation which, of course, is another corrupting consequence of govt regulation.

Neither bill nor subsequent acts, all four of them with more revisions on the way, simplify ( contrary to the claims in the Bill) exisitng acts and sqaures them with common law. To the contrary, much of the legislative hot air is still on the books. Instead, the bill contained three promises all realised: more govt dictatorial intervention, more costs imposed on businesses, and the creation of more criminal offences which otherwise would not stand a snowflake’s chance in hell of surviving two seconds in a court of common law.

It shows: though there is nothing in it, the NAB trading loss, trivial as it is, is the excuse ASIC is using to exercise the police state powers all the political parties in Canberra happily bestpowed on the paper shufflers.

Now, Latham isn’t satisfied with the amount of police state legislation on the books, equally exponentially added to by state and locla govts. No, Latham is planning more. Socialisto dictators, after all, wish to feel needed, even if it is only by bureaucratic sycophants.

As for Lucy’s Speech, agree or not its’ in pdf form, just over 5,000bytes.
