Now I notice - irony of ironies - Singapore govt. owned power company buying privately owned power company in Victoria. Private company cannot afford to stay due to over-regulation squeezing profitability, Singapore public company cashed up because of Singaporean savings, presumably due to low-taxing, low-spending efficient govt.

It's head-spinning.
