Media Watch kills ants and claims they were a pride of lions

That is what david marr’s efforts over Telstra, Jones and Laws amounts to. Not contained in the transcript of last night’s misplaced gloat is super sleuth Marr’s descent into conspiracy, the non existent scandal, reaches, according to Marr, `all the way to Kirribili House. Marr couldn’t bring himself to say the P.M., so he settled for lobbbing his tongue on the doorbell to the P.M. ’s doorbell.
Linked are Telstra’s marketing assessment of the Law’s and Jone’s shows. From this, Marr leaps to conclusions, relying on the goofballs in the ALP also:
Labor’s communications spokesman Lindsay Tanner denounced the arrangements as:
??an attempt by Telstra to influence public perception about their service provision in the light of the ongoing privatisation debate.?
-ABA Draft Report into Telstra Sponsorship of Alan Jones? Program,
December 2003, Page 43
But Jones was hired by Telstra to do exactly the opposite - turn that
And here is Marr’s proof:
The deal was barely a week old and he was hard at work, warming up the Prime Minister.
Alan Jones: And one final thing Prime Minister. Telstra, the privatisation of Telstra. Would you, if you could get the numbers in the Senate would you privatise Telstra notwithstanding the difficulties that people might have in the electorate towards the privatisation of it.
Prime Minister: The condition is that we are satisfied that services in rural Australia are up to scratch. The fact that it’s not something that has top of the head popularity is not of itself a reason not to go ahead with privatisation because we did say we were going to do it during the election campaign.
It is part of our policy and if I had read opinion polls on everything that I thought of doing over six years I wouldn’t have introduced the new taxation system and there are many of other things I wouldn’t have done.
Well done Marr: Jone’s asks a question about the govt’s. position on Telstra, no great secret, and Howard’s reply is matter of fact, straightforward.
Of course, the silly bit is, listeners will be` influenced’ one way or the other. As an exercise in subtle brainwwashing of poor benighted public, until Fat Aunty Bolshevik Collective rescued them from peasant like ignorance and stupidity, it leaves alot to be desired. Contrast. govt. owned socialisto schools which combine real igfnorance with the effort to brainwash pupils into all sorts of leftoid beliefs including the garbage spewed out by Greens and ACF led by Peter Garrett. That, Marr, is more insidious, more wicked, highly immoral, while hapless real taxpayer is forced to hand out hard earned pay to prop that monumental scam going.
Of obvious criminal import, according to Marr:
The Laws and Jones marketing campaigns were - as we revealed last week - essentially the same: same purpose, same messages, same strategy.
Though Lawsie offered Telstra one mighty plus Jones didn’t have: a big audience in the bush.
Gee, Marr, if a company is about to spend advertising revenue, they sure do wish to establish whether it is well spent: no good trying to advertise , say, cars on kiddies t.v. shows: mummy I want to go out and buy a holden… mercedes, whatever. And as the marketing plans show, Marr, the assessment includes a potential market which is to be developed in part by advertising to particular populations. Gee, how horrible.
How horrible, a commercial station accepts payment to advertise companies and their products.
Unlike ABC which doesn’t have to advertise becuase it collects $1billion dollars per annum courtesy of federal govt. which extorts , coerces and robs real tax-payers blind in order to do such things.
And ABC not into cash for comment: bullshit: ABC collects from big interferning nanny fat god almighty govt. which is plenty of cash icnetive to act as the daily organ grindfer for socialist govts and parties, including the greens: ABC .
Media Watch: blathering pillocks and it is only pillocks who take such otherwise idiotic interfering nobodies such as ABA seriously.
