ALLEGED Australian terrorist David Hicks has told his father, Terry, that he was beaten and abused by US forces after being seized in Afghanistan.

Anu Singh has gotten off very lightly indeed for her murder of Joe Cinque. I’ve just listened to the interviews with Singh, and, Mr. and Mrs. Cinque. Phuc Phil actually, for once, did a good job, as his remarks and questions in the segment with the poor parents of Mr. Joe Cinque demonstrate.

Mr. Joe Cinque mentioned something outrageous concerning the conduct of the trial. They, Mr. and Mrs. Cinque were advised to keep quiet, and were not called upon to give evidence in court, but the parents of Anu Singh were called upon as witnesses. If the Judge found the latter could take the stand, surely that applies to the parents of the murder victim.

Mr. Cinque also related: Anu Singh had read extensively in pyschology before the murder.
One will continue to re-iterate, pyschology is not science, it is as sociology, as polygraph tests, as are pyschics and oracles, drivel. Hardened criminals regularly, in jail, satisfy `rehabilitation’ requirments which rest up on satisfying a psychologist.

Anu Singh is duplicitous and mendacious and that shows, her exculpation of herself for her crimef during the interview with Adams is a gross indulgence. Oh, yes, she has got off free, she has got away with murder.

The question of completion of justice, a sentence fitting the crime is not a matter of `mandatory ‘ terms before parole, it is a forthright declaration of what the culprit is and a sentence to match, noting also the humbug and cant of the Spring St. mobsters on this matter. Observing also, judges may hand down fit sentences but once handed down, the administration of the sentence is not in the hands of judges. Turned over to parole boards stuffed with sociologists, criminologists, pyschologists and other leftoid do gooders , sentences are cut severely. This leaves, cases in which the Judge has not delivered a sentence fit, as in the Singh case. And to be blunt, at best, the evidence of sociologists and pyschologists amounts to nothing less than that of polygraphs, `character references’ on behalf of the culprits of evil crimes as in the case of Singh. A gross miscaariage of justice has been committed. The bitch is evil: as Mr. Joe Singh’s parents each said during the interview, the best shot now is, the bitch commits suicide, she is rottten to the core… Singh remarks she has found god, Mr. Cinque’s parents mark, she was an atheist, until now, and wouldn’t have a clue as to what the inside of a church looks like. And the parents didn’t trust the evil savage bitch when they first saw her, tried to warn their son she is no good.

While Singh wanders merrily around OZ, gathering sympathy for herself, real pity is entirely due to the parents. They relate what a horrible business it is to tbe the nearest and dearest of someone murdered by a but of evil scum. No less telling is what is observable and all the more pitiable because again and again it shows up true, the grief of a mother for a child she has borne, tended, nursed, to see them destroyed by such savages - and that is what the David Hicks’ and Habibs and Deegans of the world, the same evil scumbags who bring nothing but horrors to others: Ditto Gerry Adams, Sinn Fein-IRA, Arafat and Hamas, and all the rest. May they very soon stew in hell and their protectors like those in Fce, peking and the UN and the Democrats like Clinton and John Kerry ( his record as Senator is quite replete with hugging evil murdering vermin).

Mike Jericho has jogged the sphagetti by a post on a reuters post, journos just can’t manage the T word, on the murder of Enzo Baldoni. The govt. spends $2b/annum on `Olympic sports’, in real terms, a minimum of $6b extracted from real taxpayers, which translates into, production which doesn’t happen, and so more jobs also. What does the Olympics, yield not a zap, just another excuse for govt. theft, tax.

Great, the jocks feel happy for a fortnight, and, if they win, for one day, while many others are screwed into the ground by fat almighty tinpot goddy govt. According to radio reports yesterday evening, his lawyers used the Indonesian Consitutional Court ruling, on a previous case against a terrorist, the anti-terrorism act cannot be used retrospectively. So will other convicted scumbags be laughing, lawyers will proceed, it is reasonable to assume, to appeal completed cases of terrorist scumbags.

According to Senator Hill, the Indonesian police have been doing a sterling job in arresting terrorists, stopping more planned further acts of terrorism, and so forth. The police have been let down in the courts or, rather, by the prosecutors. One would have assumed, given the Constitutional Court’s ruling, prosecutors would have proceeded in all cases which culd fail under the test of retrospectivity with regular criminal charges, which would also catch those having harboured, aided and given comfort to terrorists.

Now the scum, including harbourers, will be out soon and out to commit more mass murders. If that is not enough, the farce might well have added to existing problems, it would have given comfort also to Islamo-fascists in Indonesia. One disagrees with those who object to dishing out the death penalty to the murderers, it will make them martys in the eyes of Islamo-fascists. A life sentence in prison can’t stop them from doing a number of those things. Instead, worse, risible sentences and even, a go home free card. Time to send in special forces and kill the vermin off. The courts are not going to be of much use in stopping the bastards: after all, that is how the S.A.S. nearly completed wiping out another pack of evil scum, the IRA - saved only by the crim Clinton meekly followed by Blair.
