Under the E.U., it is a major crime to blaspheme and vilify the E.U. What can constitute the crime? Any statement which is even just a well considered critical examination of the E.U. is an act of blasphemy. That is, without attacking the many atrocious assumptions on which this protean Supra Communist regime is based, nor its `constitution’, nor even the conduct of many of its bureaucrats and politicans for what their conduct is , criminally corrupt, as of the U.N. too. Nor the reality of tyranny, for Britain it is nothing less than the final overthrow of the only defense against coercion from others and tyrannical govts, the common law. It is a criminal offence to even utter the mildest things against the E.U.. That would include, no doubt, comedy spoofs, literary satire, jokes as in the Stalinist State of Victoria. To draw on the Bracks corrupt usage of the verb, to vilify, the criminal offence is to vilify the E.U., the recent case in Victoria is a clue as to what a catch and convict all sloppy piece of garbage that corrutpion of language through a word is, and what a perversion of justice that also constitutes. Lest anyone assume the ramifications of the blasphemy law are simply confined to overthrow of freedom of speech, they are wrong. The ramifications are far more extensive than just speech. Freedom of association is certainly involved, so too is property, property of oneself as an individual, as well as land and housing, goods and chattels. Next, in keeping with such totalitarian `Acts’ of this communist, totalitarian govt., crucial prinicples of common law have been over-thrown. All individuals are assumed to be guilty of a criminal offence, charged or not, unless they prove themselves not guilty of said offence - that is not paranoia, that is a grave ramification of not only the Blashpemy Act, but a majority of Acts the Bracks Stalinists have rammed through the Parliament, due to their absolute majority in the Upper House. This the matter of this item, lead off with more anecdotes of the looming reality of an outright totalitarian secret police state awaiting only a few more Acts to finalise it.

Before the anecdotes even, I must say, I live in Victoria, having been already on the receiving end of secret police state `laws’, the situation now is not amusing at all. Oh I see, I stopped in a taxi zone for a few seconds to let a passenger out, for the non the taxi section was full at the stop where the passanger had to be let out. `You were photographed and.. blah de blah.’ Another,, “ you have been reported by an informer that you dropped a cigarrette butt…’ How in the fuck did they get hold of my name and address?!!!! “The informer recorded your car registration number and informed on you., and are protected by the anonymity provisions of Act.x, sy34x”. Just let that sink in a few moments folks because:

It is a criminal offence, for example, if a rugrat drops a lolly wrapper, accidentally or not: the parents can be informed on and charged. I should now point out, the Opposition Leader, Mr. Doyle, wishes to increase the range of offences and the severity of penalities, and they too are shocking in the Stalinist force, what Doyle has proposed is so vicious that that man blapshemes in calling himself a `liberal’.

There is an irony in all this.

As we have seen in Oz this Christesmasse season, hideously magnified in Europe, Canada, U.S. and Britian, the socialistos in Govt., have freely `vilified’ the celebration of Christ’s birth, even to putting up christmas trees, lest `minorities’ and other precious types be `hurt’, their sensitivities offended and lest also, as that other bit of Stalinist legislation of the Bracks commie thugs, the `Multiculural Act’, `diversity’ is mysteriously undermined. Well, one thing is clear about what is meant by `diversity’ and that is, anything which doesn’t fit the totalitarian vision which is what the socialist vision is, is diverse and therefore must be eradicated.

So, Victorians now live under a real threat, they can be convicted on `criminal charges’ for nothing at all. It is what anyone in Victoria now faces.The `judge’ who gave the ruling is no judge, he has perverted justice and served only the totalitarian aims of the ALP communist criminal thugs in Victoria.

They are criminals, they are violent criminals. Stripped of the fraudulent statements asserting Govt. is some divine goddy ( power - and the consitutions are really not the credal formulations in the cult of power) in dah `consitution’, that is what Brack’s many Acts are nothing less than the assertion of, the `Govt.’ is free to commit violent crimes against anyone it chooses. That is the reality of the many Acts of the ALP Govt. of Victoria, it is beyond doubt that is the case. It is no joke, many are now beginning to receive what many in business in Victoria have been on the receiving end of each tier of Govt, for two and a half decades, only intensified under the Bracks Govt to hideuosly stalinist reach and violence.

Now, I sit here too pondering when I shall hear that knock on the door. I have never felt such intimidation until this fucking bunch of communist criminal thugs won govt. Never before have I had to contemplate arrest and being whisked away and thrown into prison for nothing. Never have and never would I co-operate with govt. by serving as a secret police state informer, but the reality is: there are now many Victorians who happily do co-operate with the Stalinist bastards; those informers can take it as read, you are no less nasty, viscious and evil as the Stalinist Govt. in Spring St. is. Never would one have imagined that what is asserted to be `law’ and `due process’ and `justice’ in Oz, would resemble `law’ and `justice’ under communist regimes, and, in fact, on some major substantive points, be actually the same.

The Bracks Govt. is making war against free men and women, that is what they are doing, nothing less than that.

A WRONGFUL raid by child protection workers and armed police in which a baby aged six months was snatched from his mother’s arms has led to a grovelling apology from the State Government.

Leah Withington’s son, Sam, was grabbed on September 3. Eight hours later he was ordered returned.
Ms Withington and her devastated and angry family have decided to speak out over her ordeal, calling for a clamp on child protection workers’ powers.

She claimed yesterday that when she had picked up Sam from the Department of Human Services’ Frankston office he had been traumatised, wet and appeared under-fed.

“The workers said if I didn’t co-operate they would keep coming back and make my life hell,” Ms Withington said. “They said, ‘We have the power to take children away from their parents any time we want’.”

A tearful Ms Withington said she had been dumbfounded on September 3 when two government cars, a police van and two officers on bicycles had converged on the quiet Mornington estate where she lived with her parents and grandfather to take her baby.

She said that after weeks of intimidation, they had fulfilled their threat.

“I answered the door with my mother and two workers asked if I would go on the program,” she said.

“I said, ‘No’. One of the workers saw Sam asleep on the couch, where we left him to answer the door, and she said, ‘Aren’t you concerned he might fall?’ And I said, ‘No, he’s fine’. Then they left.

“We went to the shops with Sam and one of the workers ran up shouting that we must go home because they were taking our child.”

Ms Withington and her mother, Meg, were led back to the house.

“The DHS staff came in with two policemen and started demanding bottles, clothes and food,” Ms Withington said.

“I was hysterical, but the workers told me to hurry and then grabbed Sam out of my arms and left.”

In a final insult, when Ms Withington picked up her baby at the Frankston DHS office that evening, she said Sam had been distressed, his jumpsuit wet, his nappy not properly fitted and he appeared under-fed.

Mr Withington said his daughter was an attentive mother who loved her son more than anything.

“What we have gone through is despicable,” he said. “We can’t believe in this enlightened age that Victorian Government agencies can wrongly remove a child from their loving family.”

Leah’s crime, in their eyes alone, was that she refused to attend a 10-day mothering course, as they had demanded over a long period of escalating intimidation.

The officers returned Sam eight hours later, wet and hungry, and the department has since offered an apology. Not to Leah, but to her father, who made a formal complaint. It claims to have investigated the incident and discovered “flaws” — bureaucratic understatement for gaping holes — in the system.

This is the department that approved chroming — the sniffing of solvents — by troubled children in care at Berry St.

It is the department charged with watching out for Emma Oates, 13, who roamed the city at night before falling to her death in a derelict building. It is the department that took custody of another troubled 13-year-old, only to return her to her parents, pregnant and hooked on drugs.

It was also reported, there has been many other cases of such violence committed against parents , and children and teenagers taken into `protective custody’ by DHS, backed by Vic. police… and, as in the above item, on no grounds at all which would satisfy a common law judge that a warrant be issued. No, those bastards don’t need any warrant, and, no doubt it is true as DHS asserts, they are free to seize anyone’s children. Notice, they wouldn’t do that to the bastards who have given them their secret police state careerahs,s, Bloody Usurious Confiscating Totalitarian Govt. and the property they steal from real taxpayers so that such Stalinist thugs and Goons can live profitably and without fear of arrest for committing real crimes.

DHS has sent an `apology’ to Mr. W., they refuse to apologise to the daughter. Actually, more is required: the officers, including the head of DHS, everyone of them have to be sacked and charged for running a criminal rackett, as also the Minister Garbage Mouth Garbutt and the whole bloody Cabinet. As for the officers directly involved, they should be flogged, yes, one does mean that. They are what they are, vicuoius thugs who are also a burden on real taxpayers courtesy of that criminal act of exxtoriton called taxation. Let the bastards starve on the streets. Those same officers, including the head of DHS and the minister and each member of cabinet should be forced to pay out of their own pockets, not out of taxpyers pockets, generous cash compensation to the victims of their totalitarian secret police raids, preceded by persecution and so forth, and assault against the property which is each of the victims of their malice and all other damages to other property the victims own, child molestation and cruelty, as in the case above, and so on and on the list of real charges can read.

No iffs nor buts about it, they should be made to make restitution, and to all the other parents and their children the stalinst savages and cabinet have treated so viciously out of the malice that is peculiar to socialistos, out of their own wallets, then sacked, and some convicted of crimes and, yes, literally, flogged. On the Bible, some pertinent points. Among the many genres in Biblical literature, two important generes are, are myth and legend. The explanations by the quacks, sociologists, and by anthropologists, are , at best, useless.

The above is clear,a civil war had been fought, which ended with the flight of Canaanites and any Egyptians who supported them.

Ramses III also supplied an account of the shocking Greek invasion, which includes the lines:

What we have is a number of different events and matters which co-incide in time. there is other evidence for a flight out of Egypt, and the route the Canaanite party might have taken.

The essential is, the miracle of the rescue, in so far as it did occur, would have been understood as an act of divine deliverance in those times, by any of the peoples of the A.N.E. if they had had escaped the encircling forces of a Pharaoh rather than the Mosaic party.

The O.T. as it stands, is late period , I date it no earlier than late 5th to early 4th century for the core main books. We have a very good indication of some as to their literary history, e.g. the Gilgamesh Epic, as other bodies of literature also serve.

Ancient historical events, to that period, were, lost to memory. What remained were stories fused with the genre of legend.The legends are not history, as stories are not either. Great figures as in, kings, and events, are the departure for stories , but the figures in stories are not the historical figures which inspired the authors of stories about them.

The narrative arch culminating in the The Rescue , in Exodus, is not a straight story, neither is it straight legend. It is the fusion of the two as the writer is asserting a theological -ideological position with history as the canvass and not the evidence for it.

The rescue as celebrated in ancient liturgical units, as evident in the units in Ps68 and in Hab.3, and that literary strand provides the `confessional? acclamation of God?s action for his people and the seam which thematically anchors all that that writer wished to say.

I disagree with von Rad?s Hegelian theology and his, `History of Israel? which follows from that but, in this respect, his notion of the `little credo? is, as a raw intuition only, a correct insight into the O.T. as literature, as a structuring device, as well as supplying the theological seam of that body of literature.

Similarly Joshua and the Sun, but as an observation not understood at the time, which serves as a story subplot , in the genre legend. Now, the point being , Lambert is not merely wrong, he is badly wrong, he misses by many miles.
