Spot the problem with Carr’s assertion.
Jail not answer for boy, 9: Premier
31jan05
NEW South Wales laws would not be rewritten to allow children under 10 years old to be charged with criminal offences, Premier Bob Carr said today
Police today confirmed a nine-year-old boy was one of two minors arrested during an operation targeting car theft in Sydney’s west.
The boy, along with a 15-year-old, were spoken to by police but released without charge during the four-day Operation Spicer in Glebe
Why do children eagerly jooin criminal gangs, besides malevolent socialsito govts and their bloody zoos and equally reckless parents: precisley because they cannot be jailed. Life as a juvenile crim is risk free. They are crims best little earners. Mind, no difference these dayss between crime on the streets and being little ugly bastards in schools much encouraged by socialistos, including the fucking clergy and feral animals pretending to be parents and teachers.
