Another totalitarian fantasy:

Govt. makes civilisation possible, and run the country. No wonder the socialistos, including the Prime Minister, hire chicken gut oralces whose psuedonymn is sociologist. Sociologist assert that that is so, that that is how civilisation began. When the first govt., kingship, was established, civilisation was inaugurated. The oracle sociologist John Hirst laid that out in The Australian appproximately seven years ago. Well, that notion is built on a dung heap of shit, a falsification of history, including the begionnings o9f civilisations and that pruportedly educated men and women pump that shit out as learned scho;laraship amounts to nothing less than a pack of liars telling whopping lies. No wonder Howard now hires the useless lying bastards because, any man who can come out with this garbage is off in shit filled pixie land:

Howard’s ready for terror attackLuke McIlveen

PRIME Minister John Howard has drawn up a plan to keep the country running in the event of a devastating terrorist attack.

The only thing that would happened is contained in, ironically, Howard’s reason:

“These plans aim to minimise the impact of a national security emergency on critical government operations and provide for the rapid resumption of near-normal government business under alternate arrangements until normal operations can be resumed,” Mr Howard said in his outline of the plans.

The scenario, very implausible mind you, entails only the eleiminaition of fat god almighty commie govt and with it, that criminal syndicate, the RBA. Of course it would be bad news for the armies of professional mendiucants, but, excellent for freedom. And, totalitarians pretendiing to be judges, including Moonbat Kirby, shit, they would weep to, for witrhout police sttae coercion even Kirby cannot realise his vision to replace one type of dictators, politicians with another, `judges’.

That Kirby is a totalitarian, is not simply due to he fraudulent terms of the consitution by which totalitatrain assholes party to its drafting claimed tinpot goody `powers’, but that he presided for his time as a `jurisit’ until his elevation on that criminal racketteers’ enforcer the IRC. n That is Kriby’s background, a `jurist’ on a stalinst kjackass court responsible for throwing men and women into destitution in order to ensure protection of unions and those pseudo-businesses reliant on `proterctionism’, and trhus all the union thuggery, rreal cvriminal violence committed by Union `Officers’ and their subordinate mobsters agaijnst anyone who refused to subject themselves to thier mafia mobster protectionism. That is the sum of Kirby’s great careerah at the IRC bench amounts too.

The AWAs of the coalition govt. are in fact no better, the govt. is now directly the mafia. Employment has to be returned to common law, that means stripping both federal and states govts. of their total;itarain police state control over those markets in every respect.

Yes, Howard, the only types who rely on govt. are all the professional mendicants whose piddling little careerahs and their unearned incomes is contingent upon their being a King coercing others to hand over their property to you bludgers, williing to use violence against anyone wjho refuses to be so used by you and your fellow socialisto bastards in parlaiment and youir ductile, craven, venile, servants of the emerging Police State. Not that the ALP are any better on such matters at all. As Beazely broke wind on this morning, I’m here to help run the nation and, if P.M. to run it. What a pack of lying bastards, commie bastard bullshitting criminals. Nothing less.

    Hey Mangled Thoughts,
Your thoughts are mangled. There has to be a system of industrial relations which provides at least the minimum safety nets, like may be only people earning under $65,000 should be covered by the IR law. The rest should work under common law. That will be sensible, wouldn’t it?

Those who are creating havoc to industries are those on higher income like $70,000. They are not destitute. Why should the IR law protect them when they bring the whole economy down by their actions?

  2. IR law has little to do with protecting workers rights and entitlements but a lot to do with providing a cosy gravy train for dud lawyers, industrial advocates and venal union thugs (who often wind up on the bench, when they deserve to end up on a park bench if they were employed in a position equating with their ability). I used to be a national official of a union, and the sods I knew were more interested in carving out and consolidating a power base, getting pre-selection for a safe seat and banging on about class warfare when pissed (while pulling income twice or more than most of the people they represent, kids in private schools, home with pool in middle class suburb etc). Trade unionism has descended into a form of legalised protection racket, with the mosr odious thugs running the show.
At least the painters and dockers had the good form to shoot each other on a regular basis.
