Windmills are a scam. One officer of a pseudo-business making windmills in the U.S., whined, `investment’ in windmills falls off and picks up according to the level of states’ govts. sinking stolen property into the damned things. If they worked, if they were profitable, the things would be shooting up all over the place, investors sinking money into them because they are profitable, not because of subsidies. The output of windmills is bugger all of nothing much. Last year, Garbutt, a Minster in the Cabinet of commie thugs, boasted, besides `windmill farms’, of screwing real taxpayers to attach two windmills to two pubs, one windmill each that is. The bird killing machines can’t power a house for a year the and Stalinsts throw stolen property at a couple of machines to two pubs, and, the pubs are reliant for most of their electricity on the mains. Brilliant, just brilliant.

The Euro govts. gave up on windmills because, having sunk billlions into them, and high operating and maintenance annual costs added on., they were a blackhole. And there is Stevie Boy, Jo Stalin’s Heir, sinking stolen property into the blasted eye-sores hand over fist. The situation is worse than that of a mere large scale heist and scam rolled into one great swindle.

Next to transfers to a windmill production psuedo-business, power retailing companies, by diktat issued last year, are compelled to buy supply from the windmill farm firms. What this means is, the retailers will have to incur higher costs for damn all, and, in reality, therefore, it is customers who pay a number of times over for a scam to deliver nothing at all. Things , however, are now even worse than that.

1. Power supply was split, under the Kennett Govt., into `networks’ and retailers. The second are highly responsive to customers, price sensitive, making profit at the margins. The separation of of production from market selling however, to form `ntework’ companies’ and `retailers’ by further regulations, insulates the producers from customers and thus price signals. Effectivley, what was done, was the reproduction of govt. owned monopoly through the fiction of genuinely market driven businesses. And the very evils of monopoly, govt. owned or not, all monopolies existing only because of govt. fiat, are still rife, from pricing , to govt. grabbing hold of revenues as the bribery for granting the monopoly.

Needless to say, profits are sacked by the govt.,thus cutting savings for re-investing in working capital considerably.

Internal costs are multiplied to limit the amount in a given year which the govt. can raid.

Prices are not decided, of course, by market price signals, but by price fixing between the govt. and the companies.Both parties aiming, to maximize what they can extract.

Since customers, whether businesses or households, only deal with retail firms, the criminal rort imposed by each of the Govts.- the Junta and Local Councils is concealed. Price hikes are balmed on retailers. The retailers have no choice, they pay what the govt. and the Newtworks dictate, the same scam the Govt. is attempting to impose under VicForests Act last year ( it is no secret the aim is to impose monopoly over the selling and production supply of timber of certain types, and that is an essential component of the pseudo-business plans of VicForests).

Local Councils join in, hiring `consultants’, former `public servants’, to work out how much they too can gouge out of the `networks. What a cosy arrangment imposing monopoly is for bloody commie politicians and careeahist clerks in dah guvmnt..

The above is bad enough, but it is compounded by :

2.On the above monoply called `networks’ , the Govt, under the windmills acts of last year, is to price gouge to further subsidise windmills and operation of windmills. The Networks are to be compelled to pay revenue to the windmill psuedo-business which will be extracted as a price of factor supply to the retailers, for whom it will be thus a factor cost.

That last tax is important, the retailing is to an extent open, and highly responsive, therefore to customer pricing of electricity. Either the company is hit, or the consumer is hit, immediately, but, in the long run at the very least, both will be hit.

That is the situation now, but, worse is in store:

3. Victorians, now face the same problem as N.S.W, and W.A. electricity production will not yield supply demanded. It was reported on a.m radio this morning, due to the mild to cold summer, failure of supply did not occur, the obvious reason this summer’s demand levels were down on estimations, which, are based on historical data, with adjustment for estimations of increased emand for various sound reasons. In other words, Victorians were lucky this year, they will most likely not be so lucky in future.

The explanation can be traced to the above related reasons of imposed monoply, and sacking of capital by the Junta, and forcing transfers into the windmill psuedo-business, which makes `malinvestment’ seem a tad too precious a description of fraud outright. Transfers, which has meant capital has not been sunk where it is required, into genuinely profitable electricity production capital. Hence, Victorians, in future, will thrill to stewing in the normal sweltering summers, freezing in winter,and worse, they will pay many times over for what little electricity will be supplied.

This govt. is damned criminal and the `deregulation ‘ of the electricity generation sector by the Kennett Govt. all smoke and mirrors. And, Victorians are about to bear hefty burdens on a number of counts because of the combined larceny of the Bracks and Kennett Govts, and that compounded by the additional fraud of the great windmill scam of the Bracks Govt. And, they commit fraud and swindle and scam, because the instrument is sheilded form not merely the public gaze but the blow-torch of attention, freely contracted pricing in response to customer valuations, those imposed monoplies called `newtwork companies’, further regulations ensuring the reality of the market is never faced by these firms and thus, the govt. for whose benefit the monopoly was imposed. And, this, folks, also applies to water supply companies in Victoria.
