Candidates’ statements are already restricted considerably by not allowing you to refer by name to someone without their express permission. This is outrageous enough.

It is time for the Governor General of Victoria to muster spine and sack this pack of criminals , it is beyond doubt now what they are, totalitarian, criminal scumbags and served by craven thugs who might pretend to be `judges’ and `public servants’ but are nothing more than Stalsiand hired goons and thugs, and they should be sacked.They are, not fit to hold office, and certainly no office which entails judicial authority. They are totalitarian enforcers not servants of the rule of common law. They must be sacked along with the Bracks Stalinist Junta, as not fit and proper to hold such offices.

But, free speech is rooted in absolute property rights, inclusive of oneself, and economic freedom. Bracks and his pack of commie scumbags have been busily overthrowing property rights. The victim has all common law rights stripped , including a barrister of their own choosing. In other words, even a barrister can do bugger all for any ione arrested under the `Act’.

Down with the Bracks Stalinist Cabinet: they are criminals, they are totalitarian thugs, they are bankrupting Victorians, they are running criminal scams, they are scumbags, they are lairs, they are usurers, they they are criminal scumbags scumbags who are not fit to be entrusted with any office what-so-ever. They have to be sacked, they should not be paid out the parliamentary super and other fringe benefits that go on being sent down from Parliament, and numbers of them should be charged with major criminal offences, that includes Steve Bracks, Brumby, Hulls, Pike and others. Overthrowing the rule of common law is, moreover, besides an act of the totalitarian, an act of treason. They should be charged with treason. They are not decent men and women, forget ladies and gentlemen for none aret, they are violent, malicious mendacious criminals who are using violence and intimidation against Victorians. They warrant no consideration, no respect what-so-ever. They are criminal scumbags, and they must be dealt with as such.
