About once a year I review a book in this column that ought to be required reading for people who care about politics. Edward Klein’s “The Truth About Hillary” is such a book. Annual electricity bills should fall $45-$82, a draft review into distribution prices found yesterday

First off, the full ramifications of the windmill criminal fraud is yet to fully work through supply. Either consumers, all types, residential, business will be paying the losses imposed directly, or companies will take the burden and, shed jobs and contract. Either way, or a bit of both, the real criminal damage inflicted by the Bracks Cabinet is yet to be felt.

Secondly, to enforce this criminal scam, windmills, in `Acts’ of last year, as I set out in detail last year, Bracks decreed, retail companies like United Energy and so forth, must pay `networks’ a percentage, and `networks’ must pay a percentage’ to those criminal rackets like , the New Zealand Stalinist Labour Party Govt’s. Meridian. That is over and above what the split between `networks’ and `retailers’ is about, which I set out last year but will re-iterate:
