We need to understand that terrorism is as old as the human race. The Chechens wanting independence are terrorists. People in some parts of the Philippines who want independence, were once called communists, then freedom fighters and now terrorists. The Basques in Spain; the Belgians in the Congo; the Portuguese and Spaniards in Central and South America; the Red Army and the Red Brigades in Germany and Italy in the late ’70s and early ’80s were all terrorists.

All this before mentioning the increasing numbers of judges whose notion of justice and the rule of law is totalritarian coercion, the disagreement of some of them is they believe they should exercise absolute totalitarian power. They thinnly, if they bother at all, conceal their sneering contempt for the Rule of Common Law and as the finest tradition of law in the history of civilisation, and that contempt is grilled into undergraduates even in the old law schools. That jars, Fraser, with your comment on the near destruction of civilisation: it seems to me otalitarain inlcined boors young and old pretending to be members of the learned profession are not merely not learned, they are simply not civilised at all ( and the same judges whine about the increasing contempt of the law while so many have made every effort to encourage contempt for it and contempt for them).

Fraser protests too much, for some-one who comes decidedly down on the exercise of absolutist in ramifications `powers’ and `institutions’ and the fraud of keynesian economics which do not serve economic liberty at all and the complement, the Rule of Common Law, but serves exactly the opposite.

Has Fraser noticed many of the `defenders of liberty’ against the meausres are hypocrites, as so the ALP, the Greens and the Democrats. Does, peace then, consist in, as say, the Cold War, absence of open war, thought the cold War was hot and, the Soviet Union and China actively egnaged in subversion in other countries, with the aim of forcing communist regimes on them too. What is peaceful about the tyranny of totalitarain law are the graves of the dead.

Might observe, there is nothing peaceful in the civilised definition of peace at all about the actions of the Bracks’ Junta and their totalitarain laws and tax and consume habits, coerion is violence, and it is the violence of totalitarain mobsters. clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the
infidels of the wo! rld. And, that by killing an infidel, which is a
command to all Muslims, they are assured of a place in heaven. If that?s
the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel???

There was no disagreement with my statements and without hesitation, he
replied, ?Non-believers!??

I responded, ?So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers
of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith
so they can go to Heaven. Is that correct???

The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to
that of a little boy who had just gotten caught with his hand in the
cookie jar.

He sheepishly replied, ?Yes.??

I then stated, ?Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope
John Paul commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr.
Stanley ordering Protestants to do the same in order to go to Heaven!??

My daughter has just spent a couple of years living and working in Brussells. Another picture showed soldiers, armed with bombs, over a map of Denmark, with blood spattered over parts of the country.’

The following might support the notion Islamic theocracy is a peaceful regime:

It might be pointed out to Fraser, in Egypt , for example, some muslim scholars are re-examining Islam and thus Koran in order to reformulate it, to eliminate it of its economic primitivism and even Koran anchored justification and demand even for violence and murder, right down to overthrowing the strictures in the Koran on which the brutalisation and murder of women and girls and oppression of them is justification. Those scholars have to live with death threats daily, and their are only a few of them.

Fraser also has to completely ignore the brutal daily relaities many suffer in Islamic theocracies, due to Shria law which is bound by the Koran.

There was the case of the school football umpire dragged before the `anti-discrimination tribunal’ of the Bracks Junta, because, properly, he insisted a Muslim girl obey the dress code. Now, a headmaster , ironically of a govt. school , who is being sued by a muslim youth because he insists the sister of the youth follow school dress and thus not wear the burka. In other words, Fraser, already, Muslims demands are being put above the Rule of Common Law, and made sure of that by increasingly totalitarain polticians and bureaucrats. Peaceful civilised life cannot endure, Fraser the increasing elevation of particular interests and demands over the rule of common law and asserting those particular things through the use of police stae vcercion as is already the case in Victoria and that is also why,of many reasons, `mutliculturalism’ is vile rubbish.

More-over, even if no muslim committed terrorism and not inclined that way at all, how long, Fraser, will civility and generosity be withdrawn from those who are thus placed above the rule of law. That, of course, does not apply to Muslims only. How long, when the overthrow of the rule of common law by placing selected interets above it and using police state violence against others to enforce that issues into deep resentments against those whom socialist politicians strip away their freedoms so that the selected few can be thus elevated. Yet, Fraser, that pretty well sums up many other actions also of politicians in each tier of govt, inclusive of protectionism.

It is not a matter of singling out Muslims , Fraser, it is the hard fact some Muslims have shown by their actions, inclusive of their writings , speeches and statements, to be more than merely troublesome. They are acting on their beliefs. And it is some of those who have exalted in each evil act committed by Islamo-fascists, and support `Jihad’ in some way. It is those Muslims who have to be dealt with in a far more determined, uncompromising forthright way. Do the measures proposed by the Cabinet secure that? Do the measures have to be so generalised rather than more restricted measures which might indeed be taken without the need for `legisaltion’ which jars against the Rule of Common Law? Noting, to re-iterate, many of those who oppose the bill or particular provisions such as that stup little commie man called Steve Bracks, are hypocrites, measured by their support of increasingly totalitarian `laws’ outside of attacking Islamo-Fascist terrorists and those who aid and abet them. In other words, is the bill required at all, since the foe in the name of nasty beliefs in waging `jihad and in inside Oz too. Is there not some basis on which the Govt. can not merely act, but strike hard against those who are the menace, and thus not risk overthrowing more of the common law? Why should all other law-abiding, civilised Australians lose more of their common law adavanced freedoms, to evade taking out and removing those who foment, plan, support terrorism?

It is terrible that decent Muslims are affected by it all but, the terrorists are Muslims and they are acting out of Islam and in the name of Islam. It’s not others who are murdering Christians in Aceh, Hindus in Bali, Westerners and inside Western Coutnries too, it is not others who impose the savagery of Islamic theocracy in coutnries such as Iran. It’s no one else murdering Jews inside Israel and Copts in the the Middle East. It’s no-one else who has threatened to blow up the Rialto Tower in Melbourne, surveyed Sydney Harbour Bridge for another bombing plot. It wasn’t anyone else who killed and maimed victims in Bali 2001 and this year, nor bombed the Oz embassy. No-one else seeks to impose shria law on Muslims and others in Oz. To say otherwise to save offending the civilised muslims in Oz is nonsense, it doesn’t even help them for it is a failure to deal with the evil thugs at the bottom of it all.

But, now, it is no longer a matter of only sacking the Bracks’ Junta, criminal charges must be laid against each of Minsters of this gangd of totalitrarian criminal bastards. To kick this off, in more is more on new stasiland measures the junta is ramming through parliament. I have another number of them in hand, to be raised in the next post. For the moment, without comment, the speeches are sufficient reading. While many scream about Howard’s anti-terrorist measures, the same are bloody hypcorites, inlcuding Malcolm Fraser, they are icey silent on the many real totalitarian measures rammed down by the Bracks Pol Poltian Commie Junta, (and one will fisk an article by Big Mal. )

So do all those whining against the Federal cabinet’s labour hiring redrawing of regulations and there-in is the flaw, labour markets really should be subject to no more than common law. The lying hypcorites, further, whine because the Cabinet runs ads attempting to state the case. In the mean-time, the waters are muddied by dumbed down ignoramuses, and rather many of them employed at the age: Gittins, for one, is a complete leftoid moron.
