It genuinely grieves me to have to do this because the Muslims I have known and worked with have always been decent to me and never raised the question of religious beliefs. But Bracks? vile laws and the totalitarian behaviour of EOC and VCAT officials have left me with no alternative. So here goes: The Koran is crap and Mohammed was a child-molestering, thieving, lying, murderous sadistic misogynist who couldn?t even spell his own name. How anyone with half a brain could be taken in by this loathsome thug beats me.
Now the law is the law, Bracks: So prosecute me. If you haven?t got the guts get the conspiring Diane Sisely and May Helou to… ”
Precisely as Jackson wrote:

Readers might be interested to observe, it is not just Sisely Fizzle, Facked Bracks and Bellowing Moulou Helou who despise classical liberal values, which underpins freedom and,oddly enough it must seem to the commie spivs, tolerance. The not at all public service, but private to the internal machinery of govt. administrators, despise them too. As one explained, the rule of common law, etc., are antiquated, the past is the past. In fact, they sound rather as those Germans besotted with central planning, 1870’s to 1930’s, who similarly despised classical liberalism and attacked anyone upholding it, through scholarship and within, yes, parliament and administration - dah uncivilised civil service. Recently, I was engaged in another conversation with a judge when two mandarins chimed in, and took over, and made it unpleasant. The cassus bella was several questions I put to the Judge regarding the Bracks-ALP junta?s blasphemy law. As it turned out , the Judge couldn?t venture much, not familiar with the `Act? and its application. The Judge wasn?t aware either of the actual evidence presented by the defence in the witch sniffing persecution trial of the two Pastors, nor with, for example, the head of the `anti-discrimination tribunal? announcement that she would co-opt anyone willing to do it for spying and informing on anyone who could be arraigned before the witch sniffing courts, saying that she is particularly keen to find `evidence? against bloggers. `Really? , was the Judge?s reply, and the Judge was shocked, incredulous in fact, at anything so dastardly could be conceived. Yet, as I commented to the Judge, spying and informing, using dirty rats in the streets to do it, is a major feature of many of the acts that the junta pushed through the Victorian Parliament last year, and usually only associated with totalitarian regimes past and present. Still, co-opting `citizens? for spying and informing on any matter subject to `regulation? applies to increasing numbers of Federal Govt `legislation? too. That?s when the two mandarins, eavesdropping, turned and jumped in or, rather, as soon as I remarked, `this isn?t the rule of common law, this is totalitarian diktat and secret police state stuff, and that is what is nakedly transparent in the case of the Bracks govt.? `You need to understand the processes..?, was the beginning of the mandarins? intrusion into a conversation
First, let?s take care of few of the least irritating but stupid assertions made by the mandarins:
1. `Public Servants are caring, moral men and women?:
The thrust: they are more, more compassionate, more moral, and selfless than many who are not public servants, namely businessmen and women and, generally, many employees in businesses.
I was gobsmacked that they could have said anything so inane and false. That they could utter that rot as an argument, in view of the conversation with the judge, which they butted into, actually puts them in the bad light of the demented, not the rational.
They went on to assert, `public servants are brighter than anyone else?, as well as more `moral? and so forth, in fact, the uttered the rot of gnosticism or, in its pseudo-rational form, Platonism. They proceeded to demonstrate ignorance of economics, asserting govt. has to intervene to make entrepreneurs `moral? and to counter `market-failure?. Rebutting the last was a waste of time, they descended into an ad homine attack.
For men and women who are, on paper, University grads, they are appallingly ignorant. Their arguments exactly those used by the planners of Germany, 1870?s to 1930?s and, their commitment to it exactly the same as which made possible the rise of outright totalitarianism in Germany.Hitler did not rise in a vacuum, as he said, the Nazis are a true German socialist party. And, for the German socialists, central planning was the definition of socialism.Scratch a socialist and you find a central planner who despises classical liberalism because of the very point, central planning is socialism, it is dictatorship, cloaked in speudo-science and charlatanism purveyed as economics.
Needless to say, the mandarins contempt for things not govt. was on show:Those out in civilised free market street are blackguards, many others victims of the blackguards, all are dumbed down, blighted lumpenmasse who have to be saved by the gnostics. A complete and utter contempt for many and things not govt., entrenched and served by their stifling ignorance.
What is clear is, the `public service? has entailed the selection for senior administrative positions those whose disposition is towards totalitarianism, rather than the restrained task of simply attending to the internal administrative apparatus of parliament and cabinet. They regard themselves as `rulers? controlling the lives of mere mortals, including dictating to them what is good for them, what they can and cannot exercise discrimination on, backed by police state `laws? and jackass witch-sniffing courts to enforce them. The formerly administrative order the `public service? is now the direct instrument of Cabinet in using coercive police state violence against many. That is the reality, that also sums up, bye the bye the Australian Tax Office.
The mandarins regard totalitarian diktat backed to central planning as superior to fee markets and the rule of common law, they sneer, literally, at the rule of common law, marked by such nasty remarks as, `Oh, customary law?. No, it is not primitive custom, you ignorant, lying servants of Stalinism in Victoria.

Mr. Cambria wrote to Skoze in order to ensure Gerard?s article did come to her intention, presenting her with some difficulties. As she presides on the Stalinist Blasphemy court, will she have Jackson arraigned, if she does, she has another problem, as Cambria outlines in the letter.
I suggest, a step further. A deliberate effort by as many Victorians as possible to present Skoze, Sisely, Bracks and Hulls with a problem which will send them frothing at the mouth. As many Victorians as willing to stand up to this Stalinist regimes should put their names also to, say, Gerard?s article, forcing the problem, Skoze will have to arraign all as joint defendants.
Advantages:
I. It will choke the jackass witchsniffing `court? presided over by goons such as Skoze and Sisel.
II. Many joint defendants means, the costs of fighting such a contemptible pack of commie spivs is spread thinly, to which:
III. A fighting fund can be established. Those unwilling to sign a letter forcing the Stalinists? hands, might yet, because they cherish their freedoms too, donate to the fund. One can imagine businesses, philanthropists kicking in with a few pennies so that, it can be taken all the way to the High Court.
Victorians who say anything which is defined as a `criminal offence? under the Blasphemy Act, include any Victorian temporarily residing outside Victoria. Criminal material includes anything published and said outside of Victoria. If you utter a blasphemy in, say Perth, when you return to Victoria you will be arraigned and convicted.
So, there are very good reasons why my suggestion is worthwhile, including a fighting fund built up by donations from those who have had it up to the gills with this pack of Stalinist bastards.
While I?m at it. The parking tax, called a `congestion tax?, is to be levied from January. All those affected by it should contemplate the same strategy: all affected agreeing to not comply, in fact just the sort of revolt which the Eureka incident was about. Likewise, a joint standing up against the atrocious `O.H.& S’ measures, and so on.

What does the liberal Party of Victoria do, nothing, zip, while the Governor General of Victoria sits supine in his office in a lovely masnion in lovely grounds, to the burden of real tax-payers. It is time for the G-G to earn his keep and sack the criminal Stalinist regime.
Agree with Mr. Jackson fully on, what the socialisto mafia in control have done to the Liberal Party. Doyle would not be out of place in Bracks? Stalinist cabinet. There it is, too many who control it despise economic liberty and the rule of common law. It won?t change until they are kicked out of their offices in the party. As Jackson relates, they act exactly like the ALP machine people, thugs running their personal fiefdoms and sod much else and many more,disgusting.
Despicable of Paper Doyley to support the blasphemy law. That alone makes him unfit to run as the Liberal shadow Premier, and he should not be contemplated as Premier material, just on that reason alone but, he has given many more, as did Naphthaline flake during his brief tenure as Opposition leader.
Bracks and co should be arraigned, tried, and thrown into jail for their totalitarian crimes. The goons who serve them so ably, some of them should join them, the rest sacked with no separation payouts at all, the useless, commie, bludging totalitarian, lying bums.
