It would be nice to simply say, politics is another soapie, like lefty dominated news reporting -blah blah blah blah, missed anything the past month? No. Bracks’ disgusting land grab, his latest of several, which will seem him and others in his cabinet profit handsomely from this latest stasiland decree, is a case in point. The junta is so busily ramming down decree after decree at the rate of several a week, it is odious tracking what is now verboten on pain of being accused of a criminal offence and thrown into a cell in a secret location under his shocking secret police state `laws’ of the Crimes Act. It’s an oxymoron, Crimes Act, and should be in the plural as the predication of all that the Junta has done. In la la la land, fishing, sitting in a deck chair in a garden, wondering about unbothered by anything at all, what the pollies are capable of dreaming up and imposing in a matter of hours, doesn’t disturb altogether time away from hustle and bustle. One thing did, however, impinge, and it was shocking.
One morning, sitting in the garden, in the early hours of the morning, enjoyng a beer after several coffees, contemplating whether to nip of with the fly rod to fight, hopefully, a trout on the rise, the trannie on but not listening to it, the news report came up. One item began dramatically:
This morning there was a dawn raid on a property in N.S.W. Officers of a deprartment had called in the police and jointly raided the property.
Was it another apprehension of a drug ring? A desperate, vile murderer on the run finally hunted down? Maybe even a gang of Islmo nazi terrorists brought to book? My jaw dropped, the desparado arrested by the police and the govt. `officers’ was a farmer who had committed the hideous crime of clearing scrub on his property without licences and `environmental law’ compliant plans. That was the farmers’ crime, to engage in regular property management practices.
For some time one has been banging on about:
Regulation is not the rule of law
Regulation is also a tax burden
It is incipiently totalitarian in force
Crimes are invented which, under Common Law, are just rubbish
Involves the establishment of goon squads to enforce them, which only adumbrates the incipiently totalitarian force of not a few, but all regulation each tier of govt. has raised and by that actually over-turn the Rule of Common Law
It entails the overthrow a fundamental condition of civilisation, absolute property rights.
`Environmental Laws’ of each tier of govt., typify each of those points. Farmers, for example, are taking large losses meeting compliance burdens. Greenies in that green front, the Australian Conservation Foundation, act as a goon squad and, what of others would be properly regarded as tresspass, they freely enter private property and the farmers cannot turf them out. Needless to say, it is worse when it is orificers from a department of dah environment or, to use the Bracks Junta’s Orwellian title for its version of just anothe rpack of jack-booted good for nothing bums, `The Department of the Environment and Sustainability’. One title only more risible than that is the Federales’ National Office of Greenhouse Fartz Gases.
Louis Hissink has written of the damage to exploration and mining due to `envirnmental laws’, counted in forced losses as well as `compliance’ costs. It is staggering, the burden of those not laws but diktat apply to not only the surface but below the ground. Even test drilling requires a number of goons muttering esoteric rubbish to be present, inspecting recovered material.Bad enough and worse, when they don’t show up on the site on the appointed for commencement of the test drilling.
In a field of a farm in Victoria, a farmer discovered it has a surface layer of granite salts. It has vlaue as material for road making mix. Naturally, he decided he would mine it, sell it and then return the field to regular production uses. To do so, however, though it is his property, under the Junta’s own stalinist `environmental laws’ and those of the local council, he had to inform the goon squad of what he would do. The goon squad with ACF Pol Potians intow, tresspassed onto his property, and it is tresspass, and, lo, there, in the field were tufts of `native grass’. Well, that was it, he was issued, you can not mine the field notice or, we will throw you into prison. Funny thing, though, rather than endure that, if he’d hopped onto his tractor and pretended to plough the field, scraping the top soil, presto, no more damned native grasses.
The Prime Minister’s brother is, of course, defending a crimninal action against him, for the matter, of the removal of a stand of ugly `native’ trees ojn his property in N.S.W., which were a fire hazard and was a snake attractant, and which stood near his care-taker’s house and neither the care-taker nor the Prime Minister’s brother wished to see the children of the care-taker bitten by bloody snakes nor the house burned to the ground by fire. Yes, that goddess of death, Gaia bloody Mudder nature, is satiated only by sacrifincing decent men and women and stealing, effectively, their property. It’s a problem faced by miners, on-shore and off-shore, and they too need property rights, unencumbered, absolute property rights and the freedom to enter into agreements with other landowners without the bloody EPA `laws’, Goon squad thugs and their mastahs on top of them.
The police state force of regulation was dramatically illuminated by that `dawn raid’ on that farm and the arrest of the poor bastard who was only going about his business. I was appalled. It is shocking. Worse, while the N.S.W. politicians and the police won’t touch the Islamo-Nazis terrorising Sydneysiders, they will enter a propert in force and arrest decent, law-abiding types whose heinous crimes are only going about their own lawful business. What a bloody joke.Australians should peer at Britain and see where leftoid politically correct politicians, both LP and Tories have taken the Brits, down the road to slavery and the streets made safe only for criminal scumbags to boot, property rights completely overthrown, the seat of the greatest tradition of law in the history of civilisation overthrowing common law for the rule of bloody vicious dictators and their goon squads - which includes those craven dickheads called taxmen.
Peter Costello believes regulation is the rule of law. Not is not, Common Law is the Rule of Law but it is that the polticians, each and every usless sapping bloody thing called a govt. is busily overthrowing and subsituting the rule of bloody dictators. The ID card sums up what they, all the bloody useless parties and their blood sucking bums called polticians and their usless dependants called bureaucrats are doing.
It is unbeleivable that a party with the name Liberal party should be as avidly addicted to National Socialism as their opponents in the ALP are. It is outrageous.
As for that pack of leftoid wankers the Civil Lliberities Union, one thing they don’t rate as the priority, property rights, unfettered freedom of contract, and the Rule of Common Law. They are good for nothing hypocrites.
This article is apt:
Private ownership and its critics
Gerard Jackson
BrookesNews.ComComments by Labour Party officials and unionists regarding economic policy convey a strong impression that ownership does not really matter. Of course, there is nothing new about this fallacy. Some years ago Deborah Brewster from Murdoch?s Australian seriously asserted ?that there is little evidence that privately owned companies are more efficient than government-owned ones.??
Property rights are, along with free markets, the basis of civilisation, contrary to the lies told by those charlatans called sociologists, who assert civilisation is inaugurated when govt is first invented and replicated. Unfettered property rights, including in oneself, is the protection against tyranny, as well as fundamental to civilised life. The rot set in with taxation and and when polticians wrote into Oz States’ and Federal Constitutions that, unlike anyone else, they are free to seize anyone and their property, for that is the true force of the articles in each constitution declaring `Powers to tax’ . There is a need for `consitutional reform’ but it is not the sort of `reform’ the parties are in a mood to contemplate, not least because all are committed to Socialism , to just another horrible, destructive religion, as the history of the 20th century manifests in horrifying detail.
Costello beleives regulation is the Rule of Law: He is completely wrong and worse, it leads to tyranny. Costello is a pillock on economics and for someone who read and practised law, he is just as bad on law. And that man wants to be Prime Minister? Piss off Costello and join your National Spocialisto bed pals the ALP. So, also, too, should those bolshies Nelson, Cambell, Turnbull, Georguio and Barnaby and take that drongo with them, Kroger.
