I couldn’t help throwing in that line as the header. Well, I received a newsflash, from a very good source, yesterday evening, to this effect:
“Kroger is giving an interview and will be published in tomorrow’s edition of the Australian.â€
Readers might object, “ Wow, gob-smacking stuff, now give us a real scoopâ€.
There is a little bit more to that snippet, the reason my source contacted me. It is tied to what I warned of last year when reporting on the treachery and thuggery of Kroger and his glove puppets – in summary:
While there is something comical in the vision of Kroger, his bosom and only pal Peter Costello, and the glove puppets staging a coup de tat against the Prime Minister, it is black amusement.
When I wrote on Kroger’s imposition of puppets, including his retarded ex wife, as candidates in safe Federal Liberal seats, I warned Kroger will do to the Federal Liberal Party, what he’s done to the Victorian Division, completely wreck it. Between Costello, Turnbull, and Kroger, Liberals should be very disturbed, for that lot of power hungry, cowards, whose instincts are authoritarian, will sink the Federal Liberal Party to the bottom of the political ocean, effortlessly.
Andrew Bolte wrote an article in the Herald Sun, demanding the Prime Minister resign in favour of Peter Costello. What drew my attention to it is, he was on the radio yesterday morning defending his fatuous, conceited, infantile foot-stamping demand. When asked why, he stumbled, then, badly recovering, declared:
“Five weeks ago, I wrote, if the Prime Minister is still travelling badly in the polls he must resign.â€
No Bolte, you demand Howard resign because you said he must.
The Liberal Party looks doomed, but it has nothing to do with Bolte’s “reasonsâ€. Bolte’s piece is a nasty, little, ad hominen, sarcastic, reflection on Howard, in favour of Peter Costello, e.g.:
He must quit because he’s done so well he should be red hot to win the next election.
Instead, every poll this year agrees he’s stumbling to the mother of all hidings
And yesterday’s pictures of him falling over are devastating in their symbolism.
He can keep boasting about…
There is a curious statement in it , which recurs in Kroger’s “interviewâ€:
Time to turn the dial because voters seem bored to sobs by Howard after 11 years, and especially by that last half a decade of yammer about terror, Iraq and lies…
They insist in poll after poll they want to hear another track,
Given all that, what could Costello possibly do that Howard couldn’t do better?
Simple. He’d make voters listen again to the Liberals, in a way Howard no longer can.
He’s new. He’d change the topic from Howard’s stumbles to Costello’s plans. From the past to the future.
Voters will take a fresh look at him and give him the chance we won’t give Howard. Many Liberals will think it cruel to dump such a fine leader now.
But Downer in particular must consider how much crueller it would be to let Howard drift on like this to a terrible defeat, begging for votes from people who no longer care to listen.
Spare him at least that.
No, Bolte, spare readers your drivel.
Bye the bye, why, Bolte, must Downer do as you/Kroger demand? Downer is an obstacle to Kroger and Costello. This has nothing to do with Bolte. Downer, interestingly, would make a better Prime Minister than Costello, or Turnbull. What Downer requires, is solid advice in economics to complete him. His qualities, and decency are a sharp contrast to Costello’s and Turnbull’s deficiencies. And, Bolte demands Downer backs Costello! Is Bolte serious? Parrots repeat their trainers’ gems.
The Australian has reprinted Bolte’s petulant, girly level tripe this morning, along with the Kroger “interviewâ€.
Kroger is neither so direct nor so crude in saying, “Howard must resign, because I demand it”, but that is exactly what he is saying:
QUESTION: Are we supposed to respect John Howard and Peter Costello as leaders if they can’t get on personally?
Kroger: They do get on professionally.
The real problem the Coalition has got has …
…is that the electorate is basically bored. There’s no anger out there, there’re no baseball bats, no one’s marching the streets calling on the Government to be thrown out of office. I don’t detect anger. What I do detect is boredom. People perhaps wanting a fresh face. They’ve been in government a long time … That’s the challenge the Government has got: to convince the electorate that things will change dramatically if there’s a change of government … Unless (Rudd addresses the number one issue which is the budgetary situation in this country), (Labor’s) lead is going to evaporate very very quickly …
An extroadinary co-incidence in sentiment and phrasing. As for, “the voters are “boredâ€:
It can be said, Rudd is a boring, spineless, power hungry, twitterer, so why is the ALP heading to victory? That, Mr. Freedom Fighter Bolte cannot, like Kroger, explain at all.
Bolte once boasted of his magnificent library filled with classical literature, tomes on art, opera, and ballet. Fine, but, the man styles himself as a free market warrior and yet, like the HR Nicholls Society, and the IPA, he doesn’t do his homework. He, like them, spends nothing on the material and books, which must be thoroughly understood, and kept abreast with, in order to take on the left, and fight them soundly. It shows, Bolte’s articles, most of them, on economics, Greens, law, and politics are lightly filled tripe.
Like them, Bolte rejoices in his ignorance. It, to reiterate, shows, he is a complete blank. What he has is a $4,000 a week job, for merely flapping his mouth a couple of times a week. Bolte the freedom fighter, terror of the left, Bah!
There are social connections between Bolte and Kroger. They are both in the HR Nicholls Society. Bolte, like Tim Blair, is impressed by his elevation into the closed gene pool, they are one of them. Bolte has ‘arrivedâ€.
Kroger has picked his man well, shallow and full of hubris, bereft of brains and principles, an easy target to seduce. Kroger has carefully stroked Bolte and it has paid off, Bolte’s piece is evidence of that. There-in, is the point to why my source contacted me. If, reader, you draw a one way arrow from Kroger to Bolte, we have the background to Bolte’s sterling work.
Bolte demands the Prime Minister hand over to Costello? No, it is Michael Kroger and his pal, Peter Costello who demand it. That, Bolte, isn’t it, what the article is all about. Bolte is only serving Kroger, by advancing Kroger’s aims. He’s only used his position as a journalist and the pages of newspapers to do it. Bolte has the hide to attack leftist journalists for such abuses of their position!
Hmm, the Bolte and Kroger articles are not journalism. For your benefit, Bolte, your piece, on behalf of Kroger and Costello, is not journalism, is not political analysis, it is not even mediocre commentary: it is propaganda. Bolte, what is it you say about leftist journalists?
Senior figures in Victoria are more than merely fed up to the gills with Kroger and the prats he has pimping for him. They are furious at the treachery, and the sheer damage they are doing to the liberal Party, and Liberalism.
Oh, it registers no more with Bolte than Kroger that:
Prime Minister, and the leadership of the Liberal Party, are not private, feudal titles handed down to self-appointed successors. No Bolte, it is the right of electors to decide the former, and Liberal Party members the latter. They are not, Mr. Bolte, positions, which two venal, cowardly, treacherous thugs called Kroger and Costello can decide is theirs and can take at whim.
Moreover, Mr. Bolte, the electors around Australia were disgusted, outraged their rights were overthrown in the grotty, corrupt, succession deal between Hawke and Keating. They were furious at the fact, by it, Hawke and Keating, and their backers, revealed nothing but contempt for their “fellow Australiansâ€. Angered by the fact, Hawke and Keating, and the ALP, treated the electors of Parliaments and Ministers as old rubber stamps to their venal desires.
It also disclosed, Hawke and Keating to be conceited, arrogant, and authoritarian in instinct.
Recollect, Bolte, the Liberal Opposition, and Costello was in the Shadow Ministry, attacked Hawke and Keating, in and out of Parliament over all that. So, what does Bolte notice? Nothing that is otherwise crystal clear to electors:
The sheer hypocrisy of Costello, Kroger and their backers. What if Liberals were to do as Kroger/Bolte demands, rubber stamp Costello as Prime Minister? The Liberal Party would look as black as the ALP did, totally corrupt.
Bolte does not have a single clue as to why the Liberal Party is facing defeat. What he does show is that he is full of, like Kroger, Costello, their Toorak Brahmin backers, and Turnbull and his chums:
Contempt for Liberal Party members, and contempt for the great majority of Australians. In fact, his piece reads, pleased at having been adopted like a pet lamb by the ‘in-set’, Bolte assumes he too can play “king-makerâ€. After all, that is exactly what the tone of his trash reveals:
“Sod Liberal Party members, sod Australians, I Bolte have decided you will have Costello.â€
Ah, Bolte, but Kroger won’t like that. You had best toady up to him again quick smart.
“I’m sorry, Kroger, you are king-maker… any more propaganda you’d like me to write?â€
You see Bolte, Kroger is nice to his sycophants and puppets, so long as they keep their place – and it has taken Bolte, as Blair too, some years and much boot-licking to be put in their place by that lot.
Is Bolte such a dolte that he can’t see, Costello is detested by the vast majority of Liberal Party members around Australia, and the vast majority of Australians. They won’t suffer that man, nor Turnbull, as leader, let alone, Prime Minister of Australia.
“No worriesâ€, says Bolte, “stuff Australians, due process, principles. It’s what we…er…um, what Petey and Mikey want that counts, that’s wotâ€.
Bolte can’t light up a tiny bulb.
The ALP won’t have to fight for election victory if Kroger and Costello get their way. What remains of the rapidly dwindling membership will also vote against a Costello Cabinet. That’s right Bolte, you moron, that is how bad Costello is, the vast majority of Liberal Party members are in no doubt as to what that man is. Bolte, they barely tolerate him as treasurer.
The left can’t be defeated when, Toorak Brahmin, their pet thugs, Kroger and Costello, puppets, and fools who pose as conservative freedom fighters – Moore, Morgan… Woods, … Bolte, are in the way, have to be deal with first.
Along with P.P McGuiness, and McCrann, these feedom fighting journalists are a joke to the left. The left scream in public,
“ don’t hurt us Hugh Morgan/ Costello/ Turnbull/ Des Moore/ Alan Woods/ Bolte, you nasty manâ€.
In private, they enjoy those “righties†as a source of endless mirth. Yes, Bolte, you too.
Bolte, like the rest, achieves one thing only, undermining liberalism and handing victory over to the left. Yes, Bolte, that is how effective you are. You are well placed as a member of Kroger’s single celled brain trust.
Kroger, Costello, and the puppets have to be flung out of the Party. Their Toorak Brahmin backers, given a thorough hiding by the members of the party. As for Bolte, he can stick by them, and be caned too, or:
He can turn to the only thing he might be competent to do: newspaper commentary on the arts.
One has more to write on the HR Nicholls Society, and Kroger. Bolte, a spineless, vain, dilletante, is, therefore, in the sights. He’s one of them, the wreckers of the Liberal Party, so, the boy also has to take what is to come, and that atrocious garbage he wrote shows he thoroughly deserves it.
To illuminate the types Bolte, and Blair, are in bed with, a revealing anecdote:
A certain man in the Toorak brigade, ‘self-made’ by shuffling paper for the right types, and a proud owner of a porsche he purchased new, declared the Government should force the price of fuel to $5 a litre. That way, he continued, all other Victorians, and their second hand cars, will be forced off the roads, leaving the roads free for the right types.
That man distils the character of the types Bolte, and Blair mingle with. To draw this out further, as already mentioned, we will turn the blow torch onto Hugh Morgan, and his chum Ron Walker, in another article.
They are people who mirror the left, they hold many Australians in contempt, regard them as so many sheep who shite all over the roads, good only for slaughtering and eating up.
You see such types through magnifying lenses called Kroger, Costello, Hugh Morgan, Malcolm Turnbull…
It’s false to believe that it is only leftists who are venal, treacherous, craven, vain, arrogant, contemptuous of anyone but themselves, authoritarian in instincts, thuggish. Their kissing cousins control the Victorian Liberal Party.
Yup, Bolte is keeping fine company indeed. Kroger must be very pleased with the new boy in his pocket.
