I have long mused on the “Right’s” absolutist inclinations. During the last few days, a bombshell was dropped into my hands. A very good source unloaded:

The Victorian Right, who have betrayed and thoroughly wrecked the Liberal Party, have been working hand in glove with the Left to impose a totalitarian regime in Victoria.

Well, that explains the incipiently totalitarian force of many a measure the “Right” have rammed down also when in Federal Office. It is exactly what is also wrong about ‘watermelon red’ “policies”, and their evisceration of the Rule of (Common) Law by displacing it with ‘positive law’. Not to put too fine a point on it but, positive law is a euphemism for the rule of dictators. All this pales before what the “Right” is guilty of in Victoria.

I had originally assumed it was Bracks and Hulls who had converted the State Trustees Office and the Office of Public Advocate into a crime syndicate. This was a false assumption. Sources not only corrected me; they explained how and why Kennett, Stockdale and their advisers did this. This shocking, criminal action against many Victorians, continued by Bracks and Brumby, is not all that the “Right” did.

It was the Kennett Cabinet and their advisers who prepared the anti-Bill of Rights. Whatever alterations Bracks and Hulls made to it are trivial. The “Bill” was fully completed by the Kennett Cabinet and their advisers, inclusive of making it a criminal offence for any Victorians to reassert their inalienable Rights against a criminal, larcenous Victorian regime by resorting to the High Court of Australia.

Things are worse than even the above suggests. While The Kennett administration asserted VCAT was to be a low cost resort in common law, in contrast to the expense of the regular courts, the reality is, they framed much legislation designed to establish VCAT as an enforcer of the diktat of thugs pretending to be MPs. Kennett and his Cabinet also prepared many legislative amendments to alter the Constitution of the Victorian Government, subverting the rule of common law and much else.

Looking at the time frames involved, and the sequence in which Bracks, Brumby, and Hulls (under both of these “Premiers”) introduced the major bills and alterations, it is highly probable the Kennett Cabinet and their advisers also devised the Blasphemy Bill. This squares with another telling detail, drawn out below. Keep in view, not all the totalitarian measures prepared by Kennett and their advisers, put through by Bracks and Brumby, required even a vote in Parliament. Many have been effected through administrative alterations - some major changes to the Constitution were effected under Bracks in this way.

The above also means:

1. The bills, amendments and alterations prepared by the Kennett Cabinet required co-operation with the Left. Thus:

2. Lawyers of both the Liberal Party and the ALP had to be involved in the drafting of each one of the totalitarian measures the treacherous “Right” planned to impose.

3. Despite mutual hatreds between leftie pseud-Liberals and the Pseudo Liberal Right headed by the likes of Kennett, Kroger, Costello, Stockdale, and their Toorak Brahman backers, these measures required cooperation between them, and with the ALP.

The reason for the following is now clear:

1. The Liberal Party has not attacked the ALP over the STO and OPA and fought to uphold the inalienable Rights of the horrendously large number of victims of the Government through those corrupted Offices, because the Liberals were not merely party to it, they set it up.

2. Why they did not attack the anti-Bill of Rights and eviscerate the Bracks cabinet over it; they prepared the Bill. Their objections to the “Bill” were only two: it was Bracks and his Cabinet and not them who rammed it down. The second, as the Hansard transcripts show, was the few, trivial additions to the Bill made by Bracks and Hulls would eliminate the joy of politicians ramming down on Victorians more totalitarian “law”; this objection rested on a point one has made several times before, explained in the next paragraph. That is correct, they were their objections, and now we know why that that is all that they objected to.

3. Why they fully supported the Blasphemy “Law”. To be sure, there were 3-5 Liberal Mps who did oppose it out of how many were there in the Kennett Parliament? Then, under Napthine, and then Doyle?

The question, as far as those lying “dropkicks” is concerned, is what I have drummed home against Bracks and Brumby, they converted Victoria into an absolutist triumvirate of Cabinet, Bureaucrats and Judiciary. The Bracks and Brumby effort is driven by neo-Marxist ideology. Yet, this is what the Kennett Cabinet, and their advisers, that included the CIS and IPA, were planning. Their objection to the anti-Bill of Rights rested on only whether Bracks’ and Hulls’ additions to the Bill in fact made the Judiciary sole dictators. That is correct; as the Hansard record shows, this was their grievance (as it were).

Parliament itself is a court of common law. It’s function is to prosecute the executive - the Cabinet and Ministers when they trend down criminal pathways and reassert inalienable rights, and common law. This function has not simply been completely betrayed by those who infest the Liberal Party but are definitely not Liberals - they are absolutist thugs. They have completely trashed that function and now we know why.

Kennett did not proceed with their totalitarian aims, why? They faced an election, Kennett’s last as Premier. The privilege, the dictator’s joy of enslaving Victorians, went to Bracks, Hulls, Brumby and the likes of Reverendress Bronwyn Pike, whom I now happily call an “Anti-Christ” in the sound meaning of that expression:

Pike is a Reverendress of the Uniting Church. The Apostolic tradition, which in reality is Catholic, entails Apostles do as Christ. The dogma of the Church is its confessional statement, the Creed. Pike is both heretic and anti-Christ. Cardinal Pell should excommunicate Bracks, along with Catholics in the “Right” who are responsible for what is nothing less than criminal actions against Victorians; no man can do all this and pretend they are a Chistian and get away with this falsehood.

A bleak irony is easily detected. Since it is the ALP who rammed down these measures, the lying parasites infesting the Liberal Party and killing it, should they win office, could say this:

‘It was the ALP who did all this. It is nasty, but, it is now “L.A.W.”, and fixed forever and ever’.

Peter Costello, as federal Treasurer used exactly this excuse to explain why he didn’t eradicate many a police state measure contained in the hideous federal Tax regime. He went on to add hundreds of volumes of decrees for good measure. Now we know why.

‘They could say it’. They cannot now, because their corrupt, dirty, rotten little secrets are now out in the open. However, their motivation is not the same as the diseased Left – psychopathic hatred of free, prosperous, capitalist West.

No, the “Right” are venal, ignorant, lust for power, conceited and hold modest Australians in contempt. In the early 1990’s, I was at a function attended by some of these good for nothing boors. They openly joked. ‘We know what it is really about - benign tyranny, the natural, true order, and it is we who must exercise power.’

There is no such thing as benign tyranny. Tyranny is always violent and leads to greater violence. In their conceit and ignorance, they genuinely see nothing wrong at all in it.

Their conflict with the Left is not over the danger the Left poses. No, they and the Left are fighting only over who will wield totalitarian power over all Australians.This suggests why Janet Albrechtsen wrote a disgusting article calling for a Nazi style coup de tat in Australia. It is understandable why the “Right” set about undermining John Howard. Howard’s crime is, he is what they are not - a genuine Liberal in his instincts.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I went into deep shock when my impeccable source dropped the bombshell. I’ve had suspicions. I have puzzled over why the ‘Right’, for all their many defects and rotten antics, show the credentials of absolutists biding their time. Now we know why; that is exactly what they are, and are deliberately working to bring their aims about.

Australians are jammed between the treacherous Left and the treacherous Right. The Left has an excuse, that is what they are ideologically committed to. The “Right” have none at all.

The “Right” have completely betrayed genuinely Liberal Party members, and strangled the Liberal party. Now we know why. Now we know why they show the same attitude to modest Victorians as does the Bracks –Brumby regime. Now we know why they do as the diseased Left does, hold Australians, free markets and all good things in naked contempt. Now we know why they never attack the Left, and continually apologise to them, and are ever so friendly with them, while they smear and defame genuine Liberals.

The Right in Victoria has travelled far down the road towards totalitarianism. They laid the foundations of the Bracks-Brumby neo-Marxist coup-de-tat. With it, the Right, and not simply those retarded, lying leftist slobs, have dealt out very savage, cruel treatment to many a Victorian. This is so shocking that words nearly fail to describe what this lot is.

Stupid people, to repeat, are cruel people. Confined to themselves, they only damage themselves and those close to them. However, as of Government, their cruelty, though they do not realise that that is exactly what they are – stupid, can hurt and ruin many and it has.

It is the lying, treacherous, and totalitarian Right that has destroyed the Victorian Liberal Party. They are also criminally guilty of shocking actions against Victorians.

It is worse than a disgrace. It is worse than a scandal. These are matters which should see the whole lot of them, ‘Liberal’ and ‘Labour’, booted out of Parliament and hauled before courts on major criminal charges. All of them responsible for it. Their advisers too. Of the “Right”, they include any in the IPA and CIS who advised them, and worked on these fraudulent and totalitarian measures. Well, that clears one thing up:

Why the Right and their “thunk tanks” don’t defend free markets. The whole lot of them, including the CIS and the IPA, can get stuffed. They are rotten, vile bastards.

The Right established a large-scale criminal operation in Victoria under -

Jeff “euthanase” the weak and the infirm” Kennett. The man who wished to starve Victorians and Australians by killing food production in Victoria for the fraud of ethanol production (a scheme that hypocrite, Andrew Bolt, supports, as his propaganda for it shows but with the twist, Bolt wishes it embraces prime agricultural land all around Australia).

Under Premier Kennett, the Right corrupted the State Trustees Office and the OPA. The Victorian Government under both Liberal and ALP administrations has been stealing the private property of many Victorians through its agent the State Trustees Office.

It looks like one victim is dead because of what they did. Certainly, the victim disappeared. Those close to the victim have not seen the victim since a day they last saw the victim. Before the victim disappeared, those close went into deep shock at both what was done to their loved relative/close,cherished friend, and the victim’s very evident suffering.

What is committed on a large scale is known all around Victoria by:

For obvious reasons, law firms. Then, doctors. Real estate agents, and other types of auction houses. Professionals who dare defend victims in the Governments Kafkaesque enforcer, VCAT, are smeared, in order to make those who are prinicipled compliant. As documented, attempts are also made to have certain parties compromise their integriety, in order to trap victims permanently.

The STO also hoovers the accounts of aged Victorians who made the mistake of naming the STO as their trustees. Over the weekend, relatives of another aged victim, who had named the STO trustees, related the STO has taken tens of thousands of dollars out of this victim’s accounts - they have finished the ‘trusteeship’. I warned them:

It might not be over. Be careful, they can resort to the “Guardianship Act” to seize total control over the victim and their property again. They went into shock on this hot but true newsflash.

The beneficiary of large scale larceny is the Victorian Government. It is telling the STO was placed by Kennett and co under the Treasurer, and not, where it should be, under the Attorney General - though this is entirely meaningless under the Kennett, Bracks and Brumby administrations.

They activley seek, in ways much like the actions of HEROC, to place as many Victorians as possible under types of Guardianship-Administrative orders. These orders subject victims and their property and victims under absolute control of the Government. This is a compelte perversion, and corruption of the true function of the STO and OPA. Mechanisms used to achieve this include the “Guardianship Act”. These mechanisms were put in place by the Kennett Cabinet, and have since been tightened by Bracks and Brumby to shut any loopholes vicitms could use to re-assert their liberty and property rights.

The Right put all this leglislation in. They did it as a major source of revenue for the Government. Their advisers included the IPA and the CIS.

Having already called for uncompromised criminal investigations into this shocking, systematic, large-scale operation, one has yet to complete the account of what Jennifer and Peter were subjected to. In the articles listed below, one has concentrated on the Bracks and Brumby Cabinets. What the STO is doing might have commenced under Cain and Kirner. What is definite is, the Right, under Kennett and Stockdale, corrupted the STO, and established it as set out in the articles written to date.

So, readers can refresh their memories, and this week, we will complete the account of Jennifer and Peter. Then, we will turn to more shocking revelations, and cases.

Victorian Government has eliminated the inalienable rights of some Victorians

(By some Victorians, I man a very large3 number of Victorians who are victims of this tyrannous regime to which the “Right” is a direct party and partner in).

Rather, they have been wrecking it for over a decade. Worse, they began destroying the fight right from the early years of the Howard lead Coalition Cabinets. To cap things off, they have the hide to blame Howard for their defections (Howard was all for fighting but he was only one man in the Cabinet).

As on coal based electricity production, carbon taxation on oil is destruction of capital. The Centre of Independent Studies have fought finger and toe nail to defend the indefensible, including their weird notion that income tax cuts and transfers are compensation for the impact of carbon taxes. The only conclusion to be drawn is, they are also oblivious to; no production, no income to give a tax cut on anyway. But, typical of the pseudo-Right ‘free market thunk tunkers’, they are a blank on, amongst many other things, theory of capital ( I still laugh at the CIS and its ‘lurve fest’ in the name of von Hayek).

Neither must Jeff “euthanise the peasants” Kennett’s plot to ruin Australians be forgotten. His Fed counterparts did what he tried but failed to execute, impose ethanol production. The only difference is, Kennett’s scheme was on a massive scale, with a still on every farmer’s block to boot. The good news is; Australians wouldn’t have to worry about carbon taxes, annihilation by forced starvation will do that, end longer term irritation.

It is the fight against the Green lie Co2 emissions causes climate change, and “Kyoto compliance”. The Liberal Party, their advisers and the falsely named free market think tanks have put in, to be polite, an abysmal effort on the counts science and economics. The ‘Rightwing’ commentariat suffer the same defects of many a “Liberal MP” and their advisers. The commentariat should cease and confine themselves to what they are expert in, motor cars and macrame, for they are undermining the fight against the Green lie Co2 emissions causes climate change, and “Kyoto compliance”. I am speaking of Tim Blair and Andrew Bolt (not overloooking Janet “coup de tat” Albrechtsen).

Another ghastly week in the House of Creeponologists

The Opposition believed they were humiliating the Cabinet and reducing Rudd to a stumpier little delinquent brat by zooming in on the impact of carbon taxes on fuel, in view of the current supply shortages. They assumed they had pinned him by uncovering potential hypocrisy. To be consitent, Rudd must apply carbon taxes to oil and its by products. The killer blow, they believe, is Rudd faces axe-weilding voters.

Their linchpin is,fuel prices will be driven up 50%. Rudd and co are running exactly the same arguments as the CIS, and charlatans in the CSIRO. The fanatasies include, the notion the taxes will lead to a new growth epoch in ‘alternative energy’. That, consumers can be compensated by income tax adjustments. In Parliament yestderday, Rudd parroted the intellectual fraud committed by CSIRO - ‘computer modelling shows carbon credit trading and alterntives will yeild real, high economic growth’.

Intellectually dead in the water, the Opposition blew bubbles.

This begs the question, how bone idle and dense are their immediate advisers? One thing is clear, as those other advisers to the Liberal Party, the CIS and IPA, they cannot manage even a modest internet search for material. As for debate, ha! there is none.

Alternative sources to check them? What! When the only energy so many of them, including the CIS, IPA, and the HR Nicholls Society, have expended is smearing those who can advise the Liberal Party, the notion these professional, wealthy dole bludgers have suddenly changed demands too much even of the credulous. Belief in gold bearing gnomes is a surer bet.

Then there are the likes of David Kemp, El Presidente and Kommissar of the Victorian Liberal Party. With his IPA in tow, he too has done much to strangle the Liberal Party. A good thing he has owns the IPA too, because he needed incompetents to prop him up when he was “watermelon red” Minister of the Greens’ highest human sacrifice temple, the Department of the Environment. The IPA spent the decade advising on how to impose “Kyoto compliance”.

He also had an advantage in one Julie Bishop, former Minister of dumbing down Education. This Professor (Stone Dead ,University of Ooga Booga), explained sicence to all Australians:

Scientists are cute and cuddly fluffy wuffy pets, and science is acquiring skills.(So, is learning and, hey, it’s really good value because ‘undergraduates’ need only buy a pair of feet rollers and taxpayers are freed of propping up giant childcare centres.)

As a ‘health warning’, Julie, don’t say that in front of the scientists I know, unless you can run very fast - and without having to change your nappies.

Kevin Rudd summed up his grand plan: He will raze Australians back to the stone-age

That is the sum of what he declared in Parliament. It also cannot be stressed enough, what is involved requires totalitarian coercion. Neither point is an exaggeration; this is how serious, and how violent the measures the “Right” prepared up to the 2007 election and now Rudd will complete are.

It is beyond any doubt what so ever carbon taxes is already causing extensive capital destruction in the UK, in Europe, in Japan, and in America. And, in Australia, through ethanol and windmills. Yet, this is only a hint of what is in store. What Rudd’s Great Leap Backwards means has already been the subject of evaluations.

A New ‘Revolution’?

Let’s put that into perspective. Today, McKinsey notes, we produce about $740 of GDP for each ton of CO2 we emit. To cut global warming emissions 72% by 2050, as some want, we’ll have to produce $7,300 of GDP per ton of C02 emitted.
Such an extraordinary leap of productivity would be like compressing the entire Industrial Revolution — which lasted from roughly 1830 to 1955 — into just 42 years. While GDP is expected to grow 3.1% annually over that time, our energy productivity will have to increase 5.6% a year. That would require major technological advances nowhere on the horizon. It ain’t going to happen.

To say the obvious, those numbers, as estimates, mean nothing less than wide-scale destruction as it is. However, since carbon taxation is capital destruction, to even speak of producing a fraction of that $7,300 is nonsensical. Ditto, the estimated annual “price tag” tag. The CIS and its support club at Catallaxy, though, claim, to have demonstrated, rivers of blood can be extracted from stone, and from dead dingoes in the middle of the Simpson Desert.

That is the sum of what Rudd declared in Parliament, carnage on a scale Australians have never experienced in Australia. Some have, in other countries, under totalitarian regimes and in WII overseas, but not in Australia until now. This what we are in for.

It is what the Right are also culpable of. This is what what watermelon reds Kemp, Campbell and Turnbull set in train. This is what the Centre for Independent Studies is running propaganda for.

The “Right” have never fought the Left, from sound principles. Instead, they have wasted no opportunity to lick Leftists’ boots clean, while blackening the names of genuine Liberals. Their efforts have been ordered to seducing voters, companies, and Liberal Party members into acceptance of monstrosities. Just to check:

Jason Soon has written a pile of rubbish on ‘anti-trust law’ and ‘they’re here to stay’ and so ‘entrepreneurs should wear it’, including the risk of prison sentences. This is typically appalling stuff put up by the “Right”. It’s another instance of these types ignoring a mountain of material eviscerating ‘anti-trust law’.

The likes of Soon will pontificate on how nasty it should be. This garbage sums up the brilliant efforts of the ‘free market think tanks’ the IPA and CIS. To counter Soon’s rot, with an example by an economist whose grip is thorough and backed by thorough scholarship in the history of economic thought:

With the ‘Right’, it’s always a case of “raise the white flag without even raising a defiant limp wrist, and surrender in double quick time”. Now, readers, scale up their buffoonery to Co2 taxation. This is how courageous that lot are. All that they have ever done is lie doggo to their real masters, the lying, treacherous Left.

Question: How many venal cowards can feed off Liberal Party members and taxpayers?
Answer: So long as members continue to endure abuse, then, for example, Kroger, Costello and Kemp can continue stuffing into Party offices and, spilling over into seats and tied emoluments a small army of parasites. A rough count shows –

Carbon taxes will wipe out oil and fuel production in Australia.

Refineries in Australia are operating at shutdown prices as it is, for some decades now.

Capital taxes, inclusive of regulations, were the reason why ICI and Hoechst shutdown their production in Australia in the 1980’s, in Sydney and Melbourne. The capital invested was about $5b in 1980’s money. They warned Hawke and Keating that if the Government did not get off their backs viz the taxes, they’d shutdown. Hawke and Keating ignored this and, the two giants shut the plants and downsized their Australian Head Offices into tiny sales desks for their overseas plants.

Refiners are operating at shutdown prices. First off, it requires little exercise to realise; Co2 tax will wipe out production in Australia. Co2 taxes overseas will cut capital in those countries. Therefore, where are all the by-products of oil to be obtained in economic quantities? Thin air? Oh, that is what the CIS argued in its carbon paper, energy can be produced in abundance through sheer fantasising about new wondrous ‘energy forms’.

This is what the “debate” in Parliament over oil and Co2 taxes missed. They can’t say whether price rises will be 50% or greater. They can say, it will be high. However, it misses the point, the price spirals up because production is cut. This is what the current price spirals turn on.

Co2 taxation is deliberate destruction of existing capital, and elimination of further investment over time. This devastation is the fact the MPs are totally ignorant of, as are the ACTU thugs, as the advisers of all of them, as are the CIS and the IPA. So, too are Andrew Bolt and Blair.

Bolt and Blair reinforce charlatanism and snake-oil by pushing it in their employers’ column space and internet sites.

Bolt has already shown this in his advocacy of ethanol production. Why is Bolt whining about tax on fuel when he pushes destruction of capital in oil via the ethanol fraud?

Bolt relies on the clueless Annabel Crabb, who manages an infantile trivialisation of what is at stake, and yet this is the intellectual calibre of Bolt’s, Blair’s and Albrechtsen’s efforts. Since each one’s tripe is as good as the others’, let’s quote Professoress Dumbkopf Crabb:

Members of the public stared down from the galleries, horrified. Vote Labor, and have your pocket picked mercilessly at the pump?

Or vote Liberal, and have your dengue-racked frame simultaneously drowned by tidal waves and toasted by historically intense bushfires?

A terrifying choice.

What is terrifying is these two are supposed to be gun journalists. These two Pulitzer Prize winning, pouting dunderheads suffer the same problem as Blair; they each don’t have a clue or else they would not play cheap tricks that are not humorous at all:

By comparison, the alleged “scare campaign” run by the Opposition is about … petrol prices. Kevin Rudd joined in with further visions apocalyptic:

If Blair understood what he is supposed to be writing about, he would why know prices shooting stratopheric are no laughing matter, but he doesn’t. In following Bolt and Crabb, he doesn’t realise he is helping Bolt give the Left a boost. That, he is also shredding chances for solid, gutsy attack, and to convince those who count, voters. That, he is posioning the well for guns who can shoot.

These village morons are doing what the likes of Nelson, Turnbull, Kroger, Red Ted, CIS, Jason Soon, Ray Evans, Hugh Morgan, et al do so admirably. They are completely wrecking a fight that has to be won, and defeat means worse than what that lot fear the most, their egos dented, and their wallets thinned.

They are reinforcing for voters all the crude errors committed by Liberal MPs and their ignorant advisers. As for the CIS, that lot are deliberaltely deceiving the public on Co2 taxes. Tim Blair, Andrew Bolt, and Janet Albrechtsen are a bloody disgrace. They have no journalistic integrity.

To ram it home further, this sort of rubbish doesn’t cut an ice-cube either:

Australia produces just 1.4 per cent of worldwide alleged global warming gases. We could erase every industry in the nation and it wouldn’t make any difference. For that matter, we could double our carbon output and it would still remain barely noticeable on a global scale.

Their incompetence doesn’t hurt the Left at all. They also leave the man in the street no wiser than MPs. By getting it so badly wrong, they are only opening up the field to the Left. This is exactly what they have done for over a decade and it shows, Rudd will soon reduce Australians to the stone age, and he faces no opposition at all to what he is about to do.

The “Right” are a bloody disgrace. They are the Left’s best allies. It’s no mystery why genuine Liberals cringe each time one of them opens their mouth in Parliament, and outside of Parliament. Or, writes another “column”.

Hey, Mr. Murdoch, how much do you pay for a flock of parrots? I ask only because this lot are duds. Isn’t it enough, Mr. Murdoch, that your papers are stuffed with leftist liars, and jabberers pretending to be economics experts ? Do you have to rub salt into the wound by throwing on top bubble blowers pretending to be intrepid, battle hardened Rightwing journalists.

Why? They cannot be permitted to wriggle their way out of answering why they refuse to condemn that pederast.

How violent he is, is imagninable but not nice to dwell on. Bye the bye, from the photo of Ahmad al-Mu’bi on the MEMRI site, the sod looks exactly what he is.

The Telegraph seems to have done something silly, it must have accepted Mark Steyn’s word that Tim Blair is a window into an intellectually vibrant Right in Australia. His lips are also zipped over his pals in the CIS and the IPA, who over the decade of the Howard Government actively worked at handing what the Greens demand, by way of “advice on regulation and, it get’s odder still, silent over his mates’ demand for the imposition of Co2 taxes.

3. Praising Bolt, therefore, is telling. By the way, there is something risible about Blair goggling over, as he said, Bolt’s “monster hits”. Bolt doesn’t run a Blog, it is paid for and run off the Herald Sun. Taken with all the publicity Bolt receives, why is his readership, to the contrary, so paltry?

Albrechtsen, to remind readers, proposed a nazi style coup de tat in Australia, to counter the Left. This sums up her “talent”, an odious boor. Little Janet also ‘attacked’ the Left over carbon taxation, while keeping her fat mouth shut over the watermelon reds in the Liberal Party and falsley named ‘free market think tanks’.

That Bolt is entirely clueless is manifested in the bilge he wrote on labour markets, that encouraged modest voters to turn to the ALP, and the villainous, mendacious propaganda he has run on behalf of the ethanol fraud and those who stand to enrich themselves by such destructive larceny.

Bolt wastes no opportunity to blow his sputtering candle. Wearing his Prof. of economics hat again, and quoting three “clowns” Professor Sinclair Davidson, Alex Robson, and Terry Mcrann, he shoved his big toe into his mouth again.

That he does not have a clue as to what on earth he is talking about is given in the simplest falsehood,

To the contrary, real unemployment is high, and many are hidden, as are those shoved into pretend universities and put on the treadmill of credentialism. Those shoved into ‘make work’ schemes, others consigned to a few hours a week of paying jobs are unemployed. Bolt can’t explain why real unemployment is far higher than official figures might suggest. We know he can’t, because as the buffoons in the HR Nicholls Society, he doesn’t have a single clue as to why it is so, and how real unemployment is cleared.

Oh, tell that to hundreds of thousands of Australians who know they are getting poorer by the month. Funnier is, both the CIS and Bolt support capital destruction, through carbon taxation (the ethanol swindle is a capital destroying tax), and that means, impoverishing many Australians.

Bolt is so dense he doesn’t have a clue inflation didn’t emerge ex nihilo on the election of Rudd. Rudd and Wayne Swan have no clue at all what inflation is either, but it is real and the recession it induces is emerging into the light of day, and for Bolt’s benefit, the consequence is:

There will be a spike in unemployment of whatever duration as malinvestments are eliminated. Though, as Rudd’s “Kyoto economic growth plan” shows, things will degenerate horribly. This goes straight over Bolt’s top but then, why should the $3,000 a week bludger worry?

Bolt, after all, is the callous cretin who called modest earners ingrates for not realising they are as wealthy as he is. A man who never got his hands dirty in production but went from school, to University, then into an ALP MP’s office as an adviser and, well, it’s been one long, very well paid, sheltered gravy train ride for Bolt.

Oh, Tim, the word around the traps is, “the Kemp family is not the only one whose colours are yellow”. The world is not running out of oil, and ‘peak oil’ is a lie. The obstacles to efficient production of oil is Western Governments. Underneath the arctic wastelands of America are oil reservoirs that make the reserves in the Middle East seem puny. Then there is, for starters, the gulf of Mexico, the San Fransisco Coast, Latin America, and Australia. Capital taxes, regulations, prohibition to pacify the Green’s god of death, have killed investment and production.

Then there is the fraud of Co2 causes global warming, seized upon politicians of the major parties to justify capital destruction and incipiently totalitarian measures. The ethanol fraud is capital destruction - it is destroying the lattice of food based production, with appalling consequences. It was only a matter of a month or so ago when I mused on, Australia will not escape the consequences of the this criminal fraud, a fraud that flatulent hypocrite called Andrew Bolt used his column in the Herald Sun to campaign for.

It was disclosed this morning the price of rice has doubled in a matter of a few weeks in Australia. The price is exponentially shooting up. From $22, it is now $55 a bag. The only cheering news is, at least it is still available in Australia, unlike in some countnies and islands where it is the core of the daily diet.

The price of cooking oil is also sky-rocketing. Oil isn’t needed when there is no food to cook. Well, the Greens are getting their way once again, the massacre of millions throughout the world from starvation (I allude to the last wheeze, when they succeeded in committing mass murder of African, by succeeding in securing the DDT ban).

Let’s turn to a few non-ALP hypcorites. Yesterday the following was a subject of debate:

TAX LAWS AMENDMENT (2008 MEASURES No.1) BILL 2008, In Committee, Consideration resumed. [Hansard, 25/6/08].

The substance devolved on Co2 ’sinks’. The Rubb Cabinet proposes to swipe some Australians private property and hand it over to companies to plant forests, not for quasi-market production, but to ‘trap’ carbon. The transfers are based on trees planted being preserved for a century.

The measure is raised as a component of Rudd’s carbon tax “plans”. Under the frau, companies will “earn carbon credits”, which they, of course, will then trade and, according to the dumbkopfs ( they include the clowns in the Centre for Independent Studies), earn billions of dollars and make Australians far wealthier than they are now. Indeed, as the CIS, the following words have been used in relation to this and other carbon tax measures:

It will be costless, it will be a ‘market solution’, and will achieve the death cult aim without ruining Australians. This garbage was two of the CIS’s ‘economic arguments’ for carbon taxes.

Amusingly, the Liberals, Democrats, and Greens oppose the measure. Some rebuttals have merit, in so far as the trivial is a rebuttal:

what if the trees are not the right species or do not deliver the carbon credits? That is why the Minister for Climate Change and
Water will set out the guidelines for compliance. The Greenhouse Office has been certifying carbon sink forests for some time and it actually has world-leading experience in this. So if the species are wrong then people will not get the tax deduction. And if they do not get the certification then they will not be able to sell the carbon credits; therefore, they will have no income.

A further concern was raised: what if a taxpayer plants the trees for a carbon sink in good faith and then sells his property to someone else who cuts the trees down? Before I get on to that, I will just mention some comments made by Senator Bob Brown in relation to the proposed 100 years. Realistically, it is hard to
imagine a situation where anyone could, administratively, keep track of sale and resale, purchase and repurchase over 100 years. It beggars belief that, over 100 years, you could in any way properly manage that.

Lost on Ronaldson, and others who raised the century objection is: Australians won’t have to worry about keeping useless trees for a century because, long, long before time, Australians will have been wiped out because of carbon taxes.

The second main objection is that it will take land out of food production. It could be added, or any other genuinely free market economic use but this is what they did not entirely mean.

Roughly 45% of ag firms are businesses. They produce 98% of food. The remaining 55% are loss makers, propped up by large scale transfers, producing a miserable, worthless 2% of food output. It is that incompetent, capital destroying 45% that had the backs of opponents up. Now we see why Libs and Nats could happily join the Greens and the Democrats in opposing the measure. Though for different mitives, their unhappiness is all about keeping people in a dead end street in the luxury of subsistence level peasants.

Now, it will take out land from economic usage, if passed. The indicated scale suggests it will take out land from efficient food production. There-in is the hypocrisy of:

Liberal Senators, National Party Senators, Senator Fielding and Family First, and worthy of mention in the Lower House, Bob Katter and Tony Windsor, have one thing in common. They support capital destroying, food production destruction ethanol fuel distilling. It was the ‘watermelon red’ Ministers, Malcolm Campbell, David Kemp, and Malcolm Turnbull, who were resonponsible for this shocking, criminal fraud.

Further, the likes of Katter and Joyce have, this year, demanded ethanol production be scaled up by a tremenous factor. They even used as excuses the same rubbish Bolt used to promote the fraud. That is, there is plenty of land, and it will enrich producers and Australians in general. That Bolt is a complete economic idiot, is the subject of another item, but he’s in good company - there are not many politicians who feel threatened by that $3,000 per week idle, seat warming, parrot.

What an abysmal, shocking state of affairs. Rudd and his Cabinet of baboon swill destroy Australia because the “Right” are lazy, ignorant, unprincipled slobs. They are ably assisted by the same types who, to taxpayers’ expense, feed at the hogs’ trough as advisers and ‘free market think tanks’. These callous parasites are so stupid that, when in Government, they could not even mount a feeble attempt at eviscerating the sheer lies on which the great lie - Co2 emissions causes global warming, nor the rubbish purveyed as economic justification for capital destruction.

To make sure, the CSIRO was corrupted by the ‘watermelon red’ ministers, who are culpable for converting it into the Death Cult’s propaganda machine.

Oh, and today, Rudd is citing the CSIRO - “it has economically modelled exponential economic growth through implementation of Kyoto measures” (I will post the true statement tomorrow but it is the drift of what Rudd has claimed at roughly 2.10 pm). udd has an excuse, he’s a feeble, juvenile delinquent fantasising about himself as a modern day Mussolini. So, what’s the following’s excuse:

Two bolts of the Greens’ policies are: ‘legalisation of drugs and giving Chavez free entry into Australia. They also, as does for example Federal ALP member Irwin, back the Islamic terrorist slum euphemistically called the “Palestinian Territory”.

Nettle hasn’t received all she deserves but she was booted out of the Senate in the 2007 election. She gave her “valedictory” yesterday. Apart from thinly disguised Stalinist bilge, a few passages are illuminating. She declares ASIO’s capacity to take out Islamic terrorists and allies inside Australia should be elmininated. Secondly, running the lie the Palestinian Territory is the historical land of the fictional ‘Palestinians’, rather than carved out of Israel by ‘international’ fiat to estbalish the umpteenth Arab-Muslim ‘nation’, she does not conceal hatred of Israel and that Islamo fascists should be allowed to wipe Israel off the face of the earth:

Eideh wrote an open letter published in an Arab newspaper in 2002 declaring: “ Satan brigades are getting ready to enslave the Arab world…” He “praised the martyrs’ in the same letter. There are no prizes in guessing who the `martyrs’ might be, as well as none for surmising who the brigades of Satan are.

In a second letter to Assad, October 2002, written “a few months before the start of the war against Saddam, he stated;
be aware of “ Zionist and colonial attacks on the Arab nation”.
He ended the letter by sycophantically praising Assad.

In another letter to the Syrian, June 2001, he gave his evaluation of the political influence of Syrians resident in Melbourne. He concluded they have none, for now anyway. The H.S. related, Eideh serves the Syrian regime as an informer. He collects information on Syrian residents who “harbor ill-will towards the Syrian Arab republic”.

Eideh gave not at all plausible excuses for his unambiguous statements, and his activities as an informer or, to call a spade a spade, a spy for a hostile regime.

It is also a criminal offence for any Victorian to say anything the Junta and its Commissars dislike outside of Victoria. It is a crime to say anything against Islam and favoured cults. Cardinal Pell resides in Sydney because of his job, but he is a Victorian. Under the Act, Brumby, Hulls and their goons must arraign Cardinal Pell. Szoke on radio, 3AW, contrasted the Western Australian regime’s Blasphemy ‘Law’. She proudly stated: “We have a much higher threshold than the W.A. Act.” Just love the use of `We’, a moment of rare candour. In common law, there is no ‘blasphemy’ principle and no “threshold”.

She candidly (though not intentionally)stated the Act’s purpose. For, Eideh not only committed treason by supporting the Syrian regime, a regime that is striving to realise one of the aims of Islamo-Fascists, destruction of Israel and extermination of Jews in a second Holocaust.

Eideh has written material fomenting hatred of the Jewish people, for being Jews. The statement, ‘Zionist attacks on the Arab world’, is unambiguous in force. The statement is more than a nasty remark against Jews. Zionism detonates on both the gentilic usage of Jew and its use by those filled with hatred of the Jewish people.

Letters such as Eiedeh’s, published in an Arab newspaper in the Middle East, have great impact there. Arab-Muslim media regularly publishes material attacking Israel, the Jewish people, and calling for their destruction. Eideh’s letter, since he wrote as an ‘Australian’, is more than disturbing.

It should be remembered, it was the Syrian regime that dreamt up the fraud of publishing cartoons mocking Islam and attributing them to Westerners. They succeeded with the aim, to stir Muslims against the West, and Israel into violent action.

Eideh’s pals - Bracks, Tanner and Beattie, cannot be ignorant of Eideh’s activities and hatred of the Jewish people. They are close pals of his, not strangers, nor mere acquaintances, but firm, intimate friends.

Given the gravity of the contents of Eideh’s letters, and his actions, Sisel, Szoke and Helou, under the Act, have no choice in the matter. They must arraign, try, convict and imprison Eideh, His statements are a truly heinous ‘vilification’ of Jews, and the West. Will they? Of course not, that would be a contradiction of why the ‘law’ was imposed.
