The Bracks Blasphemy Act is of course, one part censorship ‘law’ that eliminated free speech in Victoria. What can be said in public is essentially dictated by the Bracks-Brumby-Hulls neo-Marxist Commissars in HEROC and VCAT.

It took a hard, distressing fight all the way to the Hight Court of Australia for two decent men, the two Pastors, to regain their inalienable rights. Along the way, they were spat on by the likes of Neil Mitchell and Hinch, as well as other ’sohisticates’, some in the Bracks and Brumby bureaucracy, and, unsurrpsingly, rightwing sphisticates. None of them knew what the two Pastors had actually said, nor the expert evidence of a Melbourne University Professor on their behalf. They were also oblivious to the work of the two pastors in Pakistan, and that they lived under the threat of being murdered by Islamo fascists.

Pretending to defend free speech, they defamed the two pastors, calling what they said horrible, and the two genetlemen despicable, narrow minded, hate filled bigots. This from a lot of ignoramuses who have only 3 clues, their fat paychecks, their stupid little careerahs and how to reduce all unlike them to slaves. Had there been back then a Rudd type version of the Blasphemy Law, the two Pastors might well have been thrown into prison. Do not forget readers the number of MPs, falsely pretending to be genuine Liberals, who tried to strong-arm John Howard into imposing a Federal censorship ‘law’.

Those MPS were trying to impose police state control over the Internet and we know why. Unlike the Left dominated media, there are websites produced by, for example, decent Liberals who are eviscerating the statists in the Liberal Party, ‘Wets’ and ‘Dries’, for what they have done to the Liberal Party, completely wrecked it. They have also zeroed in on their actions when in Office, and their stupidity. The Internet is hurting them. Funnily enough, these MPs used the risk of exposure of children to pornography as the excuse, notwithstanding software producers had developed effective anti-pornography blockers parents can install to do the job. Howard, being the principled man he is, did not crumble before those anything but Liberal MPs.

Just to check how much the fascist Right respect common law and modest Australians, and ordinary Liberal Party members and their inalienable rights, Andrew Landeryou has drawn attention to this:

It turns out Rudd has been preparing bills to impose censorship for some months. It is initially aimed at advertising. The measure is a broad catch-all and its pivot is ostensibly to prevent “exploitation” of children.

What is targeted by that term is not, for example, strictly abuse of children and any crimes committed by those who abuse children, which are covered in common law anyway. No, the keyword is ‘exploitation’. Thus, for example, brainwashing children in schools in, say, the lies of the Greens and in the name of ‘science’, is of course, not treated as abuse. Nor is it abuse Govt. a number ‘welfare’ policies corrupt children and undermine families. What is to be put through Parliament is an outright censorship bill. Since launching of this next totalitarian measure dreamt up by Rudd is the Henson scandal, a few more remarks are in order.

Henson’s Art is sinister and has crossed the borderline into pornography.

In comments to “Art, Censorship…”, I refrained from calling the photos published by The Spencer Street Soviet Age ’sinister’, leaving reflection to rest on chilling, dark (strong enough anway). But are the pornographic? They didn’t altogether stike me as that, but sinster yes. And, yet, a prepubescent girl and, not demur at all? I’m no longer in any doubt. They are pornographic.

Louise Adler said, as so many other of Henson’s defenders have, the photos must be taken with all his other work. This in itself is at best, nonsense. Carravaggio’s “Two Diplomats’ for example, stands on its own. Neither does it require others trying to explain its meaning and certainly not by pretentious bilge. However, Adler’s advice can be taken up.

I thank Jade , who in comments has drawn attention to Henson’s ouvre and some interesting commentary on video, and an interview. The ouvre is damning. So are statements such as ‘adult- teenager relations’ and, some twit sputtering on about ” Henson explores the decay and decadance of our world in splendour’.

The only decay I see is the decay that comes from unprincipled, fascist slobs who stuff both the ALP and the Liberal Party, their rotten policiesm, their anti-free market, anti-common law thuggery, and their pets. These thugs being ultra-cool sophisticates buy the sort of insidious and sinister crap turned out by such as Henson ( there is no such thing, Henson, as the “nature of distance”). Landeryou has fingered one of them, Malcolm Turnbull.

Louise Alder described the pics as capturing the innocence of a teenager on the cusp of adulthood, and the distress and fear of this transition. The horrors of adolesence have been much exaggertated. More damning is, for example, Lewis Carol did it neatly and without pornograhic purience, with Alice emerging from a weird time into the company of adults as an adult. Henson has added nothing to this. He has, subtracted from it because what is also telling on his photos is the narcissisitic poses of those he photographed.

Here’s another contrast, erotica in art, is suggestive only. More-over, children and teenagers are never used as the models. It is adult women and men who are depicted, and never in as explicit pornographic poses as the Henson photos are. Children and teenagers are used only in genuinely charming and innocent pictures in which they are in their own world and not in the world of vicious adults lusting after teengers (damn it!), or are transformed into figures for themes as in the Cistine Chapel, or the Angels falling out of heaven painting that I mentioned. None such figures is remotely pornographic.

Here’s another example, the Shona sculptors, who put many a Western academy trained sculptor to shame. I recollect a splendid exhibition in Melbourne some years past, with the pieces up for sale. One statue was called “My pride”, depicting a gorgoeus woman. Another, I forget the title, showed a young lady, bending low over a stream bathing - this was not pornographic. There is an unambiguous distinction between the treatment each of the two figures; noting too that of the mature woman is sensual but not pornographic.

It is absolutely disgusting. They are not poses of women even, but teenagers in those photos. The Photos on Tube belong in soft porn mags and R rated movies but for, they are of teenagers and not adults. They cannot at all be equated with nudes in good to great art.

Some commentators on the site dismiss complaints as the whines of wowsers who don’t understand art (No! No one sensible is objecting to nudes in art and erotica in art as a great tradition). This is the attitude of wealthy sophisticates who use taxpyers’ money to put on propaganda shows falsely called art glorifying Islamo-fascist terrorists and to vilify Israel and the Jews. And we know they are not anti-semites but haters of Jews; in the Right and not just on the Left. We are talking about types who would be happy to see Israel walked over in another Holocaust.

Let’s not forget, the UN funnels funds taken from Australian taxpayers into terrorist training. It starts right in the early school years in UN funded ’schools’ in the Terrorist camp falsely called the “Palestinian Territory”, in UN refugee camps’ schools in Lebanon, and elsewhere. This is where so-called aid money is being directed courtesy of cretinous rightwing mps (when they were in office), and now Rudd and his thugs - noting Rudd has pulled the rug from under Iraqis, and stabbed Australian soldeirs in the back by signing that leftist lie the “international anti-torture convention”.

Now, these sophisticates, Left and Right, shredding the real rights and freedoms of modest Australians abuse modest Australians. They punish modest Australians for enjoying beer, wine and spirits, while they enjoy all they wish at near to zero cost because their consumption is funded by good old taxpayers. They assert their right to free speech but have already made great strides in stripping many Australians of their right. They have used child abuse as an excuse to ram down police state laws that do not stop paederasts but punish modest Australians and treats them as crims. Rudd is using it as an excuse to ram through a “National Blasphemy Law’.

These hypocrites sponsor as art, child abuse. They fuel hate against the Jews through Art. They aid and abet our enemy in Islamo-fascists and their terrrorist cells through art and ‘education’. These types had the nerve to try and consign two decent Christian men to jail because of the hideous crime of ‘blasphemy’. Now, we know who the real “blasphemers” and ‘child abusers’ are, the intemperate sophisticates of the Right and the Left.

Those photographs are pornographic. In Victoria, under the very totalitarian laws Bracks and Hulls imposed to punish modest, decent Victorians everyday, while paedarists get away with attacking and raping children, here we have the sophisticates defending photgraphs that would see anyone else thrown into prison, because it is ‘art’. This tells us more about the moral compass of the sophisticates. These are the types shredding the real rights and freedoms of most Australians every day they sit in Federal and States Parlaiments and Local Councils. To call this lot parasites is too generous by far.

Some of the comments on Youtube could have been uttered by those parasites;

Bye the bye, Libertarians argue transmission of pornography is a free speech matter. No it is not. Libertarians, are not genuine Liberals – they abuse the name Liberal. Some of them are pushing for ‘legalising’ pederasty, and narcotics – along with the Greens (welcome news to that Stalinist, murdering thug Hugo Chavez). It is understandable why the Libertarians fully back the overthrow of common law for diktat. In common law, what they demand is criminal, no ifs and buts about it. A number of these Libertarians are involved with the CIS, which only reinforces what a cruddy outfit the CIS is (free market think tank is the last thing that lot are, as we know from their full support for mass capital destroying carbon taxes and the totalitarian diktat and goon squads required to impose those taxes).

Henson just doesn’t have a clue about real ‘decay and corruption’ and it is never ‘glorious’. Neither do the parasites, who are the cause of real decay and corruption in many grave matters.
