The action also had force for many others if it had succeeded. There are a number of points involved that are also central to what one has been relating of the STO, OPA, and VCAT. These are common, grave matters rooted in the increasing lawlessness of the Victorian Executive and how this has been brought about. This is my departure point, and so those who are interested, can read Andrew’s unabridged accounts of the sheer villainous doings rightly condemned.

The Bracks Blasphemy Act, fully supported by the bludging statists in the Liberal Party, is a major wedge towards suppression of free speech. The Anti-Bill of Rights is another. We have already covered, the Kennett Cabinet and its advisers drew up the 2nd Bill that was Bracks’ perverse pleasure to impose. That, in view of the chronology it is possible the former also drew up the 1st Bill; also Bracks’ sadistic joy to impose.

We have also previously noted, paralytic Federal “Rightwing” MPs have called for censorship of the internet. It is a euphemism for suppression of free speech. Yes, it is exactly what these Liberal Party wreckers mean. Don’t be mistaken about it. On this objective the diseased Left and the comatose Right are loosely aligned. One of their motives irritates them, the power of the Internet.

It hurts them as much as it does the treacherous Left, which is all very pleasing. In fact, this is the pin of the failed attempt to silence Landeryou, launched by the diseased hard Leftist Les Twentyman.

Landeryou exposed Twentyman in all his nastiness. Twentyman is depicted by the usual suspects, hard Left, retarded Right, and a lying media, as making Mother Teresa look like a Mafia plant. Hmmm, Derryn Hinch, praises 5th Columnist Islamo Fascists as truly and ‘roolly’ Australians, smears decent Christians, and sings a thug’s praises.

The Twinkyman is a common thread between the Liberal Party and the ALP. To the shock, and undiluted disgust and anger of not only Landeryou, but also of Genuine Liberals, the myopic tactless Right decided to direct preferences to the gutterman as their grand strategy to defeat an ALP candidate in a by-election.

Twunkman didn’t like Landeryou’s exposure and tried to use the courts to shut him down. It failed, thankgoodness and for all that is decent and uncompromiseable, real rights hard Left and stupid Right are “hell-bent” on wiping out.

Before firing the bullets, here’s a digression:

Andrew Landeryou is ALP. At times, however, I suspect him of being, at bottom, instinctively genuinely Liberal. This suspicion, sad to say, is overwhelmed by the general run of his commentary. He is firmly, so far, in the ALP. He needs to sort this out, ponder a few things.

Reading his highly entertaining items, one thing is clear, he writes from and for modest Australians, the man in the street. This is something the unctuous, narcissistic ‘Right’ do not so much underestimate as:

They are incapable of fathoming a clue as to why this is so very important. This requires possession of at least one neuron. The suppurating, rotting peanut they share doesn’t cut the ice.

Tack on: They are void in genuinely Liberal principles, and in genuine free market economics, matched by the energy challenged hangers-on they engage to the misery of Liberal Party members and taxpayers advisers. Plus, a serious morality flaw:

They hold modest Australians in thickly ladled contempt. Well, at least this is not as bad as how they treat Liberal Party members.

They consider Statism’ benign’. Some speak of it ‘knowingly’ as the true condition. They are blind to, ‘benign tyranny’ is never so; it always ends in horror. They do not recognise they are merely paid servants and not uber Lords.

They believe voters will obey all that they tell them to do. It shows; they have been blown off the Treasury benches in all Parliaments Federal and States’. It showed again last night, with that good for nothing lawyer aspiring to be dear dictator, Malcolm Turnbull declaring that Brendan Nelson’s Grand Plan “is good for all Australians, and good for the nation”.

1. What due process!

Twentyman was able to corruptly obtain via mates at the Footscray Police a substituted service order for the paperwork for the interim order, which meant we weren’t told about the court hearing at all. Very dodgy indeed.

This is what is done in VCAT as a regular action against victims of the Executive, as we have demonstrated of cases involving those targeted through the OPA and STO.

2. Legalese to fix targets

… Les and his advisers agreed to withdraw his application for an intervention order to silence and attack the OC…These orders are a civil legal instrument designed to stop dangerous psychopaths (of the kind he hangs out with when visiting Northern Ireland) from harming their prey, not to stop journalists from criticising candidates for public office.

Under Acts asserted via STO, OPA and VCAT, victims of the Eexecutive can be totally silenced. Their rights to defend themselves totally shredded. “Orders” of various types are the instruments by which this is done. This lawlessness of the Executive is reinforced by suppression of reporting orders.

But for the kind intervention of a local journalist who’d been tipped off about the situation, we might never have known about the application until it was too late.

4. Capriciousness

The action against Landeryou was capricious. This is routine, through STO, OPA and VCAT. Targets are brutalised. It is reinforced by admission of hearsay, attempts to corrupt witnesses and other what are in fact offences in Common Law.

5. Fight, but fork out a fortune on top silks.

Maybe not in Landeryou’s case. Faris QC is, on the whole a spirited and energertic QC who fights the right causes. Faris might attend to free market economists such as Mr. Jackson of Brookesnews to arm himself further.

The Executive does its best to bankrupt its victims into submission through STO and OPA and VCAT. Victims to fight to reassert their dignity and rights, and to the extent they can, have to expend a fortune on silks and expert witnesses. It is truly Kafkaesque what they are put through.

Summary remarks.

What Landeryou relates is the inversion of justice to not merely suppress freedom of speech. What is telling about an action that had no merit? This question is bound to, to put it not altogether obliquely, who benefits?

Twentyman, yes, but not simply Twentyman. Look at who the real beneficiaries are in what one has related of the STO, OPA, and VCAT. Then, who look at those responsible for the unforgiveable lawlessness of the Executive, using STO, OPA and VCAT as a smokescreen.

Landeryou has remarked on diseased Leftists in The “Spencer Street” Soviet Age and ALP heavywieghts who are disappointed he wasn’t shut down. Rather telling.

Who are responsible? The irresponsible, statist, arrogant Right who see nothing wrong in shredding real rights, throwing common law down the drain, Lawless Executives, corruption of justice, and linking arms with the diseased Left and Twentyman to get away with it.

Elimination of the right of free speech is a real danger. Don’t forget, the Greens want this too, with making objection to the Lie, Co2 emissions causes global warming, a criminal offence tacked on for good measure.

The stupid “Right” have a lot to answer for. This is why the hard Left are rejoicing, the buffoons destroying the Liberal Party have handed the bastards victory after victory on silver platters, with compliments. How awfully decent of them.

He doesn’t hear the clamour of the man in the street against economic destruction day in the form of carbon taxation. He reflects the supreme quality of the Hurricane Right, completely psychopathically stupid.

He, and they must be trying to make Rudd and chums feel inferior in the “Who is the biggest congenital cretin stakes” run every day. If he paid a visit to those avaricious bimbo cows, “Toorak Doctors’ wives”, he’d be right at home. Moooooooooo. Well, Nelson does believe he is a beast.

Notice: this multi-millionaire lawyer, has the same clue as to capital and its formation as held by the CIS, IPA, Ray Evans, Des Moore and Hugh Morgan: none whatsoever. An exception to the rule has been unearthed! Malians are Muslims and peaceful. They fit the otherwise mistaken notion of ‘moderate Islam’.

There is a twist, however, as to why they are ‘moderate’. Whatever the Malians understand and practice, it is unrecognisable to most of the Islamic world. This is why Mullahs and their terrorist fronts are engaged in jihad against the ‘apostates’ - how wonderfully tolerant they are.

In it, he does what the Stalinist Democrats won’t, respect a distinguished veteran. To the contrary, they are smearing John McCain. Worse, they assert that that lying, terrorist hugging, diseased Leftist, Obama, is a war hero. A man who is unlike McCain, fit to command the might of the U.S. Army.

Much the same was claimed for the last treacherous Leftist, Bill Clinton. The might of the United States disagreed and showed it. The telling shots are of, say, marines not saluting President Clinton as he disembarked from a helicopter or plane. For Obama, they might not even bother attempting coming to attention. Truly shameful is Gen. Wesley Clark, he has disgraced the uniform worn by heroes.

Bye the Bye, Clinton and Gore should be tried for treason. They sold U.S. military secrets to Peking in return for the Chinese Communist regime funelling funds into the bank vaults of the Stalinist Democrat Party. Needless to say, the Left dominated news machines did their bit, quite a bit, to pervert the course of justice, again.

I’d like to say I can’t be terrified and horrified too much anymore. The knuckles are already white because of Rudd, his Cabinet of Leftist baboons and what is opposite him, teeth chattering and shattering mistakes as it is. I’d like to say can’t, but… Still, the US has Voight, whereas Australia, as far as one can tell, is void of such prominent patriots.

Don Smallgoods, a long standing Australian manufacturer, has just now announced it is closing two plants, the Altona factory in Victoria and the W.A. Spearwood plant. The explanation given is the Company has been sustaining losses over the last few years, and the cause is that it is not economic to produce in Australia.

Destroyed capital is unrecoverable. Existing regulations already wipe out capital, and this is before Co2 taxation is imposed. Some other famous companies that have shutdown production in Australia because of the same reasons include:

ICI, Hoechst, both in the late 1980’s. Heinz - mid 1990s. BHP shutdown loss making operations in the 1990’s.

Loss-making is capital liquidation. ICI and Hoechst were blunt with Prime Minister Hawke that the reason for why their Australians firms were finished; taxation of capital. They told him and Keating, “Laissez faire”, get off our backs or we have no alternative but close down. Hawke and Keating ignored this warning and wiped out multi-billions of dollar in production. Not that the “Right” are any better.

Costello alone, through the ATO, didn’t get off the backs of investors and entrepeneurs. He multiplied the burdens and intensified those already in place when he was elevated Treasurer.

The burden is two-fold. Regulation, and direct taxation.

Regulation is compromised of two destructive aspects. It is also a tax. It also saps, cripples and then completely blows apart the capacity of entrepeneurs to run firms successfully. The IPA and CIS failed the Liberal Party in this too, because of their defective economics - oh alright, atrociously bad economics, and compounded by their overall incompetence. Their treatment of regulation consequently reduces to, ’so long as it is the right sort of regulation, it is good and even necessary’.

Australians’ living standards, income, are being greatly reduced. Try: sliced and diced, then fried into cinders. There are no incomes without capital, and they cannot be increased without capital accumulation.

Before Co2 taxation, the Statists in the Liberal Party and those in the ALP have accomplished compulsory capital demolition. Then, one never entertained the daft notion they have brains. A single, mouldy peanut they are all hooked into, yes, but even a sliver of a brain? Sir, not even a lonely neuron.

We have the explanation as to why it is not economic for the Don Smallgoods firms to produce in Australia.

In the meantime, the heads of the company are burning the candle into the small hours trying to discover whether they can direct capital into production of other goods, in rural Victoria. I’m not betting it can be done.
