Mangled Thoughts

That is a newspaper headline and the reason is carbon taxes, but there is something wrong with it. There is a growing voter reaction to Co2 control, as reported this morning, which is the point to the item below, “Tax cuts won’t compensate for food-fuel-water price increases”.

The problem is arming voters with reasons and convincing those who tend against why the ‘plans’ are worse than wrong. It is also requires hurting those pushing carbon taxes in public, demolishing them, and finishing their lies off in plain view of voters.

The journalist is George Megalogenis, and he gives his heading a twist. He begins with this counter statistic (how was the poll he alludes to framed and conducted?):

A strong majority of voters (61per cent) say a carbon emissions trading scheme could help slow global warming.

Georgie used Murdoch’s time to write a propaganda item aimed at pushing Rudd and Nelson over the edge on carbon taxation. He didn’t have to do it. Carbon Razor Man Kev and his plastic jackbooted goons, Penny Wong and Peter Garrett and a cast of union thugs, are bent on imposing it.

Why, Rupert, do you stuff the newspapers with lying leftists and mouthpieces for those out to bring economic destruction to Australians? Why? Do you, underneath it all, do as the diseased Left and hate free, prosperous capitalist Westerners - try millions of modest Australians first up?

What did they do to you and your wealthy family to deserve this, apart from making you and your family mega-billionaires? Is this the crime? Gad, what evil sods modest Australians must be. Ah, and how could I omit the same treatment of our American friends. Here’s one example lifted out of a mountain range of the lying rubbish Murdoch abides, one that also serves as further rectification of Jeff “euthanase ‘em” Kennett:

Megalomaniac George did get one thing right: voters have to be won over, convinced. This is exactly what the “Right” have not done and cannot do. They don’t believe they have to: they know they are right and voters should just accept what they say and obey. Thus they have abandoned the voter for the diseased Left to fry. The CIS has a different motive and deliberate “policy” position, overt treachery.

Consider one upstanding terror of the Left on carbon taxation. He writes that the tax won’t cut Co2 emissions and cites as evidence what is occurring in Europe. This is highly selective. It ignores large scale capital extinction is occurring. Japanese firms have written off plans for new large scale energy plants. Companies are closing in Britain and thousands of employees are laid off each time. Either he has deliberately ignored this, or he doesn’t have a clue about the true impact of carbon taxation, or can’t be bothered even taking advice over a telephone or is all three - deaf dumb and blind.

The bright spark has another problem. He demands the multiplication of a specific carbon tax and it is called ethanol production. Neither does he realise that the Victorian Government’s windmill fraud is another specific, capital destroying carbon tax.

He cannot claim carbon taxes won’t have the impact Rudd and co seeks. Neither is he in a position to venture it, being an intellectual void. With not having explained the situation in Europe, his is a nonsensical argument. What he sees is:

Your petrol prices will therefore soar, perhaps by 30 cents a litre, suggest the Liberals. So will your power bills, by as much as double, warn power generators, some of whom may actually be driven bankrupt.

Nothing else. There is nothing there. Moreover, why is he only attacking Rudd and the ALP Cabinet, and their Green pals. I’ve never seen him eviscerate the watermelon reds who infest the Liberal Party for carbon taxes. Neither has he eviscerated the CIS for writing pro carbon taxation propaganda.

It’s not that he would understand why the CIS’s entire position is false, and only aids the diseased Left and Kevin Rudd. It’s enough that he should recognise that the CIS’s position is worthy of the diseased Left bu he is stone cold silent on his pals in the CIS.

Why does Andrew Bolt refuse to attack the CIS? Bye the bye, Bolt and Blair did not publicly attack their pals in the IPA over, as one example, the complete fabrication “Islam and the Free Markets”.

Why do they refuse to investigate the CIS and the IPA over such scandalous actions? Their protection of the CIS and IPA is remarked on around the city. Does Bolt find nothing wrong in the fact the intellectual frauds committed by his and Blair’s pals are no less grievous than those committed by the Left. Why the contradiction?

Bolt is also silent over another telling detail. The Rudd Cabinet is running the very arguments the CIS used to excuse carbon taxation. This is not the only time this year Rudd and Co are using ‘arguments’ raised by the “free market think tanks” to do what those “arguments” actually serve, destroy and descredit free markets. I will demonstrate this in another article.

Bolt and Blair attack the Left over conflicts of interest and yet they are strangely silent when ‘governance concerns’ involve the CIS and the IPA. Why? It is no secret now, Bolt, there is a connection between the CIS and the China based “Peony Company”.

What gives, Bolt? There are more than a few around Melbourne who find it whiffy that Bolt should have written a propaganda piece pushing capital, destroying, carbon tax ethanol production. Here’s Bolt’s handwringing over carbon taxation:

Carbon pain is priceless

The media pours out reams of propaganda daily and what does the Right produce? Nothing to disturb a flea. Dog’s scratch harder and they don’t kill fleas.

The “Right” have closed down internal debate and forums within the Liberal Party. They reinforce this by funnelling matters into their clunk tanks, which do their bit to suppress any who can do the work required. In return, their best public efforts are feeble and trite. It’s a trifecta, with the likes of Bolt, Albrechtsen and Blair propped up as media “Rightwing tigers”. Meeow. What is “priceless” is watching the Left roll about laughing at these toothless kittens.

Bolt won’t attack the CIS, and can’t hurt the Left. Blair merely blunders in relying on Bolt for ‘economic expertise’. The diseased Left roll on from one victory to the next, each of them delivered by the superficial Right. The battle ground is the voter and this lot runs up white flags all over it, and make sure no battle is fought - they simply blow the ammo sky high and stick pins into the backs of their superiors.

Sheer coincidence but Derryn Hinch just said, “Andrew Bolt is very thorough in his research…”

Mind, no one is accusing 3AW of being loaded with talent either, and Hinch of being their brain cell. It shows, they work 7 days a week promoting Greens’ lies too. Why, this evening Hinch wasted oxygen giving Chavez’ best pal, Bob Brown, air time and praising him to the hilt. Well, terrorists and the diseased Left must have appreciated this promo.
