Centre of Independent Studies and Institute of Public Affairs have blown $20m.

Figuratively speaking.

To date, over 10 years, Centre of Independent Studies and Institute of Public Affairs have received $20 million. This splits into, to date, approximately:

Centre of Independent Studies $1m to $1.4m

Institute of Public Affairs $800,000 to $1m per annum

Keep in view, they are both treated for tax purposes as ‘philanthropic’ entities. Notice, such entities under the tax regime can invest in certain instruments which entail no capital gains tax to make even a brainy children cry over.

It seems that donors have multiplied the millions they are pouring into the CIS, judging by their latest expansion in clubrooms offices and staff numbers. Are they peculiar satisfied customers? The types who are in lurve with economic destruction through Co2 taxes? Readers, your guess is as good as mine.

For all these millions, which by the way could have built a few nice little enterprises and with the attached bonus, real jobs for some Australians, what do the donors get for the money - besides pro-Co2 tax propanda? This:

Professor Saunders the guy all in real jobs giggle at - oh and all the other clowns in the IPA and CIS too. No, truly, sources have told me, when they can stop giggling, they have had a bad job trying to head them off at the advice pass, defeated only by the illiterates holding the final yes or no decision making authority.

Chris Berg and Professor Sinclair Davidson reassuring Australians manufacturing really is only a home cottage hobby in ‘making things’.

Saunders telling those given a 100% pay cut because of effective minimum wages that they are dole bludgers and really should slave for a master out of gratitude for sudden idleness. [This jester shares another quality with Morgan, Day, Evans, and Moore, callous contempt for peasants].

Andrew “Andy Pandy” Kemp and Chris “the Castroingo Kid” Berg. Oh, don’t forget, Berg wrote masterpieces on why Che Gueverra is a real nice pop idol. Why Adolf Hitler is but isn’t at the present, and why the Stalinist regime of Cuba are really misunderstood adventure seekers.

The glorious achievement, the most fantastic piece of ground breaking scholarship and history ever produced:

Andrew “Andy Pandy” Kemp’s and Chris “the Castroingo Kid” Berg’s,
“Islam and the Free Market”. The IPA proudly displays its full glossy advertisement for it, as a masterpiece on history of economics.

Centre of Independent Studies writing a shattering paper, by the hand of the man they threw under a truck several times and shoved him over a cliff for good measure, then brought him back from the dead, to shove him under another road train just for the thrill of it, John Humphreys;

How destroying Australians via Co2 taxes is fun and can make the cleptomaniacal “Right” wealthy and sod the peasantry.

Their long run of success in crawling to the diseased Left, kissing their shoes and generally ensuring that what the Hard Left demands they can have. ‘Watermelon Red’ David Kemp put in a sterling effort in obliging the Greens’ and the diseased Left. He can now look forward to a happy retirement on the Kemp Family’s cash box the Institute of Public Affairs.

Yes, Sir, $20 million buys a man a lot of blood sucking, ignorant, yellow fishwives that at times are nigh indistinguishable from the diseased Left. Yes, there are times when I nearly call the boon dog “Right” diseased Leftists but I stop short. “Diseased” is reserved for the Hard Left. Besides, it would be an insult to the Hard Left. The mutton “Right” are cowards, their banner’s field yellow with a pink daisy in the centre.

Ooh, this is enough of this for today. Why spoil a pleasure by gobbling it up like some greedy hog. Slow lunching well into the future is civilised.

$20 million as good as blown away but it’s not. As the above figures suggest, rather a lot has not been spent on work. It’s gone down some gullets. Fat pigeon is a bird to be shot, stuffed, cooked, and eaten.

  1. Excellent post. Now where is John Humphreys hiding? I believe he has changed his name. Why does he not visit your blog anymore to engage ih his tirades.

He surely is the best asset we IPA-skeptics have going for us. Come back to us John H - we need you!
