Scoop: Belinda Neal is not “vindicated” &

Can still be charged with criminal offences. ALP, and Iemma Govt. can also face criminal charges. Try, Perversion of Justice.

Yesterday, the hard Left dominated media rejoiced over the NSW police’s and DPP’s decision to close the case against Belinda Neal. Neal declared, the decision “vindicated her” and “proved” she is innocent of the charges.

In any case in which police drop charges, it does not necessarily equal “vindication” and “proof” of innocence. Things are far worse than this for Belinda Neal, other ALP thugs and the Iemma Government. Neal can still be charged and tried, and ALP figures and the Iemma Government involved in Iguanagate can face prosecution for perversion of justice. Here is why:

Yesterday evening, a first rate source related to me:

1. Video tape exists showing Neal doing what the staff declared in their evidence against Neal.

The tape also shows Neal trying to break into the manager’s office.

2. The case was closed because, due to the pressure applied to the staff, one staff member gave up and retracted the statement that individual made to police. The other staff witnesses, however, have not retracted, and are standing firm and the video evidence backs them to the hilt:

The men that brought John Della Bosca down

[The Daily Telegraph, 15/6/08]
And each stands by his account of what happened when they encountered John Della Bosca, Labor powerbroker and NSW Minister for Education and the Central Coast, and Belinda Neal, the federal member for Robertson, last Friday at their workplace.”

NB. “Story” is the wrong noun. Evidence is an account, not a story, driven by facts as recited by witnesses.

Intense pressure applied to staff by thugs sheltered by the ALP and Iemma’s administration. To point this up, Andrew Landeryou, The Other Cheek, has documented the matter all the way through, and here is one page of the collection. The collection includes instances of some attempts by thugs to suborn witnesses, and they had a hook that makes a good hook for extortion and blackmail:

Iguana spotlight on the office of Morris Iemma

[Sunday Telegraph, 15/6/08]
PREMIER Morris Iemma’s office could face an ICAC investigation after claims his chief of staff became involved in the Iguana-gate scandal early last week, worsening the crisis…”

Libs to refer bar incident to ICAC

[The West Australian, 15/6/08]

Opposition Leader Barry O’Farrell has said he’ll request that ICAC investigate whether John Della Bosca bullied the owner and general manager of a Gosford bar into issuing an apology and retracting statutory declarations over an incident at the bar.”

“The police investigation is a very limited investigation into two sets of sworn statements,” Mr O’Farrell told Macquarie Radio…

“There are issues about whether or not a public official, whether a minister or parliamentary staffer, has sought to misuse power in order to cover up what is a…

He said there were “far more important issues” that followed the Friday night incident at the restaurant.

“What was it that resulted in the nightclub owners offering an apology…

“We know this restaurant is after a hotel licence, that’s a decision for state government to make, we know that this restaurant sits on crown land, any extension for lease is a matter for state government.

“We also now know that John Della Bosca drafted the statement and there are claims today about the involvement of the premier’s chief of staff in relation to the second set of sworn statements.”

3. What is an employer to do when intense pressure is applied to them by thugs? Answer; sack employees.

How does an employer cure a ‘headache’? Sack employees.

How does an employer obtain irregular ‘insurance’? Sack employees.

How does an employer protect the firm against ’storm damage’? Sack employees.

The staff who stand firm are, by an odd co-incidence, now ex staff of the Iguana Bar. They have just been sacked.

Why did the NSW police drop the case against Neal, and ALP thugs?

Why did they use one staff member’s retraction, due to intense intimidation, as the excuse for dropping the case, when the other staff are firm and hard video footage of both Belinda Neal and her husband John Della Bosca in action exists?

Why has the NSW DPP dropped the case in the face of the video footage?

How is it that that evidence can be ignored?

What pressure was applied to NSW police investigating the case?

What we have is systematic perversion of justice through:

- Subordination of a witness and attempted subordination of witnesses.
- Deliberate suppression of evidence.

The question to be asked now is: Has that evidence been destroyed? If so, we have another count of perversion of justice.

Who are the beneficiaries of what is nothing less than extensive corruption, involving a range of possible serious criminal charges that can and must be pursued and the ALP is culpable of it?

1. Belinda Neal and John Della Bosca, obviously.

2. The Iemma Administration.

3. The Rudd Cabinet, since that ugly thug called Belinda Neal is one of his fascist slimes.

4. Rudd himself.

What disturbed Rudd is the fact that it all came out in public. He wanted it buried quickly. And it is no secret as to why. His face is so far up his own backside thuggery smells sweeter than the sweetest rose to this fascist slob. Here’s further demonstration:

Let’s not forget there are top silks who want Rudd on the wrong end of a cross examination, and distinguished Judges have given as their firm advice, cause for action is incontrovertible and impressive in the weight of evidence. This as one example of why:

Is Kevin Rudd involved in ACTU’s super funds siphoning into shell ‘companies’

Rudd cannot afford criminal investigations and trial of any of his gang of thugs bent on absolutism. It wouldn’t simply rock his Cabinet. It brings right him out before the wrong side of a firing line still waiting to shoot at him.

What has been the Federal Liberal Party been doing about this?

Not a peep. What else is to be expected of the Federal Party when it is stuffed with Michael Kroger-Peter Costello blobs from Victoria, and the likes of Turnbull and Nelson. These two can’t even find their own shoelaces, let alone tie them. Their immediate advisers?

Given the Liberal Party is stuffed with lawyers, it might be assumed they would have been a little bit more energetic. Don’t be daft. This lot, to the misery of Liberal Party members and taxpayers are confused by words such as investigate, probe, and follow the evidence trail. They cannot even cope with the internet and searching for material.

As Victoria amply shows, the scrofulous “Right” don’t give a stuff about modest Australians, defending them, defending their inalienable rights and much else besides. They themselves raised enough bills under Kennett and Stockdale that have converted Victoria into Brackistan. So, the notion they are any better in Federal Parliament is like asking can debrained morons reason.

Well, three men have been sacked because of the above. Neal and Bosca have not been vindicated. Neither has the ALP. To cap it all off, systematic, corruption and perversion of justice must now be investigated. And, the case against Neal and Bosca, and any other ALP thugs directly involved re-opended.

As for the N.S.W. police, and the N.S.W. DPP, the stench of corruption hangs in a thick smog over their heads. It’s a particular type of smog too:

Protect the Party of thugs, the ALP, and do it by:

Shooting bodies and burying them.

Ha! -

The Party of fascist thugs, the ALP.

The Liberal Party a Party stuffed with unprincipled, spineless blobs, whose notion of action is to wave baby rattles and wail. Many of them stuck in seats by the Kroger-Costello gang. “Foine, foine, foine”, crime and corruption resisted by gutless “gollies”.

Another Thing:

The Thugs have, on the above, succeeded in severely damaging the reputations of the witnesses who stand firm, backed by solid video evidence.

If they were to, say, sue for wrongful dismissal, this also would re-open the Neal-Bosca case. Why? It was the trigger for the sacking of the staff. A formidable barrister would have the two thugs hauled onto the witness stand and readers can guess what would happen faster than lightening.
