Scoop: New Development in Iguanagate
In the first item on Iguanagate,
“Scoop: Belinda Neal is not “vindicated” & Can still be charged with criminal offences. ALP, and Iemma Govt. can also face criminal charges. Try, Perversion of Justice.”
It was related a first rate source informed me hard evidence against the thugs exists, and it shows also Belinda Neal attempting to break into the manager’s office in the Iguana Club.
In, More developments in Iguanagate, it was related -
The witness who had retracted her evidence due to the intense pressure exerted against witnesses, went public yesterday. Late yesterday evening, in a radio interview she stated that that was indeed why she had withdrawn her statement. The Left dominated media did not cover the interview today.
In, Ex Employee stands firm against thugs, one remarked on the sacked operations manager Mr. Jared Gollo that he is an honourable and decent young man, reflected in his determiniation to support young staff, some sacked, in the face of the thugs. Gollo and other staff were sacked for giving witness statements, and reading between the lines, what pressure was applied to the Iguana Club.
It was also questioned whether police, as well as ALP heavies, had subjected the staff to intense pressure to either not give statements or retract their statements. If so, this would mean perversion of justice by police whose strict duty was to investigate what was claimed.
Yesterday evening a first rate source told me, the staff were subjected to intense pressure by police. Try, perhaps, grilled and interrogated. They treated the staff as criminals.
The deliberate suppression of hard evidence pointed to the DPP. Were the police ‘investigating’ the case also involved in suppression of the evidence?
Sydney political cartoonist “Zeg” mused in response to Colin Cowdrey’s dismissal of the case on the grounds of “insufficient evidence”:
As far as the media cycle is concerned it’s over and I doubt that the Police will ever go against the Federal and State D.P.P decision not to prosecute.
The real shame of it all is that justice has again evaded the high and — dare I say it — “naive” expectations of Mr & Mrs Australia.
The Della Boscas…they have been given this get out of jail free card by the D.P.P so they can just keep their heads down for me.
Hmmm, they were not given a “get out of jail free card”. Systematic perversion of justice by the NSW administration, assisted by ALP machine thugs, was the reason the Boscas were not pusued. Neither have, in addition to police, thugs who tried to subordinate the witnesses been pursued.
Zeg muses,
I can only hope that… the Independent Commission Against Corruption (I.C.A.C) can proceed with a public enquiry…..somehow I doubt it, don’t you?
The evidence exists, it is clear the effort to pervert the course of justice was systematic. Moreover, if the sacked staff proceeded with claims inlcusive of unlawful dismissal, as one has pointed out, a competent barrister will have certain thugs, including the Boscas, on the stand. For the sackings of the staff devolved on the pressure applied by thugs and it is that lead to the sackings, so of course it could be extracted out of them. Several lines of questioning of certain parties would lead to the scumbags being hauled up on the stand and damning themselves.
The case is not over. It must be pursued. In the meantime, my source told me the Honourable Jared Gollo is standing firm, as determined to see justice and truth upheld. In view of the thugs he is up against, he is clearly a courageous young man. Unlike all too many sitting in Parliament, Mr. Gollo is an honourable gentleman, and deserves to be so addressed.
Bye the bye, the Federal DPP must also be required to answer why they did not proceed. It is understandable why the Liberal “dog did not bark”. The rump of Michael Kroger Party scrofulous parasites from Victoria have, besides being unprincipled, bone-idle cowards, another good reason for their inaction.
It is the Victorian STO and OPA and what their State chums and advisers did with them. Then, there is the general increasing lawlessness of politicians as well as bureaurats. The Statist Right, it is transparent, have also arrived at the view poliiticians, the Executive, and administration are above the rule of common law. We can tell, because it is not simply, for example, the ALP usurping the Rule of Law. The Kennett administration and their advisers did a great deal of dirty work too; and in Opposition the blobs are still contendly helping the Bracks-Brumby Cabinet’s overthrow the Rule of Law. All this, however, does not excuse the Federal DPP.
Greg Byrne wrote:
Labour governments have gone well beyond ignoring the rule of law. They are more like the Mafia or the former Builders Laborers Federation under Gallagher. Forget the decencies of common law etc. It all comes down to “the numbers”. Pat Kennelly said many years ago. “It’s good to have the logic but better to have the numbers”. That is how the Labor party works and has always worked at least since the “Split”. The Late Frank Dowling, last Vic Secretary of the old ALP who became secretary of the DLP said, “I was glad to get out of the ALP because I had to do so many crook things there”.
