The correspondence published below in, Continued, is explosive.

It is correspondence between Mr. Ron Manners and Mr. Gerard Jackson. It was emailed Bcc to a weighty list of addresses around Australia. A senior figure in the City and acquaintance recieved the email and passed it on to me. He drew the same conclusion as I did; whomever sent it wanted the correspondence published. The figure said, “and your just the man to do it.” I replied, “I am. I am ever ready to oblige. I’m here to serve.”

Mr. Ron Manners is highly respected, with a solid record in mining, which means he is now watching the W.A. Government strangle mining ventures to death, and the Right typically doing nothing at all to defend it ( not that they are capable of defending free markets). Manners, as his Mannkal Economic Education Foundation site (I found it via a google search) makes clear, is a genuine Liberal, and very concerned about the peril Australians are now in. He certainly realises two things:

- The fight for not only mining companies but for all Australians, and the defence of their freedoms and prosperity, and against the diseased Left, can only be undertaken from within the framework of solid economic theory.

- As the correspondence makes crystal clear, Manners acknowledges the diseased Left have been handed unwarranted victory after unwarranted victory, thanks to the feeble Right.

- He realises, as the documents disclose, the Right have failed very badly in what is a ‘war’. H etellingly recognises the Right’s failure to mount an effective war agains the Left from a framework of economics, and publicly eviscerate them. He also acknowledges that that fight has to go hand in hand with convincing the voting public of economic truths. He acknowledges that the incompetence and buffonery of the Right has resulted in the man in the street echoing the fallacies and lies of the Left. He realises the Right has failed to arm the man in the Street and in this, has resulted in the Rudd fascist Cabinet, with the diseased Left smelling complete victory. He realises it is a complete disaster and entails real perils, as Penny Wong made very plain yesterday.

Ron Manners is a principled man, his concern for Australia and the fight for free markets are genuine. The problem is, Manners does not follow through to certain conclusions. He funds the CISand IPA. The IPA blew their self promotion trumpets when Mr. Manners recently set up a scholarship fund with the IPA. Why, Mr. Manners, reward incompetent clowns who are responsible for the disaster they are guilty of.

$40 million plus between them, and several decades later and total collapse before the diseased Left, with the Liberal Party a burnt out hull, why encourage these useless, idle, professional dole-bludging, myopic cretins? As for the scholarships, it is important to develop new talent but, no matter the potential entrusting this job to the IPA is another disaster, they will ruin talent. No, they will avoid in the first instance genuinely bright prospects and job in twits like themselves, and they will end up just as ignorant and gutless as those buffoons.

Entrepreneurs have to be tough and disciplined. They cannot switch off. They have to be alert everyday. Yet, when it comes to what is a grave matter, Mr. Manners switched his business brain off and went soft. Let’s put it via a question:

Would you Mr. Manners employ any of that lot in a company? Put them on the payroll?

Honesty must lead you to answer, ‘No’, - he would, surely gag at the very suggestion. He would say that they are incompetent and would wreck a company.

Manners realises the Right and their clunker tanks caused the disaster, but cannot bring himself to act on it. What is wrong with Mr. Manners? Any good man, and Manners is a good man, shoots a bum horse and replaces it with real blood. After all, as the documents make plain, he admits they are bum horses. It is a contradiction between the disciplined entrepreneur and Mr. Manners soft on that lot of feeble midgets.

Why support them instead of, say, Mr. Jackson who is effective in fight the diseased Left soundly? Isn’t he photogenic? Or, is it the presumed PR the provide Manners with, and the joy of flunkies reaching into his bank account in return for nothing but stupidity that convinced you, Mr. Manners, to support them? It’s they who should be crawling to you (only to be met with what you should have told them to do in the first place, ‘Sod off, you pack of idle, cretinous nincompoops’). This is suggestive of something else odd. Well, Mr. Jackson can assuage Manners’ need for society friendly photo opps and splash a nice big print of Manners across Brookesnews wearing a very nice smile.

Over three plus more decades, Mr. Manners, and the only thing the IPA and CIS have perfected at $40m plus is how to destroy the cause for free markets and genuine Liberalism. Manners would sack an executive in a day if he merely sniffed a hint of incompetence, but bends over backwards for the clunker tanks and their idiot inmates! It doesn’t gel. Why, Manners, the befuddlement over what you should really do to those parasites, and whom you should turn to.

Best of all, as the email shows, Manners not only acknowledge that they are useless clowns, who have wrecked grave causes. He also admits Jackson is far superior in economics and at fighting and eviscerating the hard Left. Yet, Manners won’t use and fund Jackson, but he throws a bank vault’s worth of funding at a pack of stupid asses?! I defy any man to say Manners, in these matters, is unbalanced and touched in the head, because the contradiction will have tongues wagging along these lines. It can be stopped Mr. Manners. Cut the bums off and back real guns, and those who dare to reflect on your brains will correct themselves.

This, readers, will do for today. It’s been a taxing week. A serious matter has arisen, and I have to be away for a few days to deal with it. The next post will be next Wednesday. However, the correspondence in, Continued, is, I believe, dynamite to read. I will be following it up. Yes, Mr. Manners, there is more to post, to digest, and reflect on. I publish this in order to encourage you to take the right actions in matters which have wide and grave impact, as, Sir, you yourself fully realise.

Wong has released ‘economic modelling’ purported to show imposing carbon taxes will have little impact:

- Some firms will shut down such as coal based energy produces
- There will be economic growth
- Real incomes will rise
- Some whose incomes might be affected through rising prices can be compensated
- Carbon taxes will be in force by 2010

These are the some of the principals claims made by the Centre for Independent Studies in lobbying for carbon tax destruction day. They are lies, built on garbage. As for ‘modelling’ - it is nothing more than ‘chicken gut oracular’ consultation.

Co2 taxes means economic obliteration of Australians. This is the truth the “Right” and their clunker tanks - the Centre for Independent Studies in particular, are also deliberately lying to Australians about. Treacherous, craven, venal, ignorant, callous slobs - this is all that they are.

The “findings” are undiluted garbage. Who wrote the report should be thrown into prison and flogged every day. Ah, so should that totalitarianism bent fraud, Professor Garnaut. The report is nothing more than an low attempt to ‘justify’ what is a totalitarian measure which is horrendous in force - and the rotten, venal “Right” support it, as these callow shallow bastards have made very plain.

What right do these parasitical dumbkopfs have to impose a totalitarian, destructive measure? The answer is, these lying mongrels have none what so ever. They are lying thugs. Criminals, the whole damned lot of them.

This lot is going to cause real misery, and the Right are also criminally culpable for what is about to be unleashed by the Rudd pack of totalitarian, diseased Leftists, against Australians. As for Wong, she is a moron whose notion of science is ooga bloody booga, but really it’s not about truth. What counts for this Leftist cretin is that it is an excuse for totalitarianism.

It’s been announced the Rudd Cabinet is to impose blanekt censorship of the Internet.

The ostensible reason is to stop transmission of material that is criminal.

They will also criminalise discussion of, for example, euthanasia and anorexia. The want to block all material that contains terms they declare criminal.

Well, well, this fascist cabinet, with its Soviet style economic plans is showing real totalitarian form. However, to remind readers, a number of “Rightwing” MPs tried to force Prime Minister Howard to do the same. Howard told them to get stuffed. The “Right” are not genuine Liberals, and with their clunker tanks, the IPA, Centre for Independent Studies and the HR Nicholls Society, paved the way for these diseased Leftists.

The “Right” claim to fight the Left. This is a joke. It’s worse than a joke, they have betrayed the Liberal party and Australians. Their record in Victorian alone is telling. It was they who prepared the anti-Bill of Rights, which Bracks rammed down on Victorians. They supported the Blasphemy ‘Law’. They converted the OPA-STO into a crime syndicate. They developed VCAT as the enforcer of the diktat of Statist thugs. Then, Federal MPs., who support criminalising free speech.

The blanket censorship has the support of those socialist cretins Family First.

It’s been a busy week. I’ve had some interesting discussions, that I cannot post on, the material is in strictest confidence and that is that. This has, obviously interfered with the postings. Quiggin rejects science for the Lysenkoistic fraud pumped out as ’science’ - man causes global warming’.

Sinking lower into the sewerage pond, he supports what is the epitome of scientific method; ‘chicken gut oracular’ consultations or, to use the euphemism, ‘computer modelling’. This itself requires the rejection of science - physics as a matter of fact. As a true believer and booster of the Greens lies, he attacks any who oppose them for what they are, including the tens of thousands of scientists around the world. Their crime is horrendous: daring to point out the junk science he waves in the air as ‘evidence’ is nothing more than junk (I refuse to grace it by tacking on science). It should never be forgotten the extent to which diseased Leftists go to in smearing scientists and those who have proven formidable in opposing the lies, including the doughty John Daly.

Even funnier, there is a real concern among scientists that ‘global cooling’ is about to set in or, to use an apparently quaint term, an ice-age. The reasons are grounded in physics and, in particular solar activity. Whatever, Quiggin is another who is happy to deceive Australians into believing ooga booga primitive belief in magic, man manipulates weather and climate, is science. The force of this appallingly crude notion is the reversal of centuries of endeavour to throw off intellectual slavery.

Quiggin would have science replaced with the also peculiar that notion man is a master puppeteer who makes the universe jump to his tune. Quiggin pretends he is all reason, and enlightened debater. His adherence to an ugly, brutal cult, and his embarrassingly retarded and fascile notion of science and scientific truth in the form of theory alone puts paid to the pretence. He’s on the same wavelenth as that lunatic and wannabe dictator, Professor Ross Garnaut.

The boosters of the Greens lies, besides the fabrications purveyed as scientific evidence, have never, and cannot ground their idiotic beliefs in scientific theory. Neither have they raised strictly scientific, falsifiable, hypotheses. There is not a single jot of sound explanation, and possibly sound explanations for what they claim. Their scribbles are written by the asinine for the benefit of the asinine. All this might have alerted Quiggin to steer clear of it - as he does when a matter can lead to direct self-inflicted condemnation. No! Quiggin put his professorial neck on the chopping block and it is rolling around in a bloody basket full of the heads of lairs. Even this seemingly restrained assertion by Quiggin is worse than risible:

A layman can comment intelligently on science. Quiggin is way out of his depth. Then, that’s the point, he has rejected science for infantile mystagogy, and there is solid cause for him to do so. The Cult of Death of the Green’s Lie is nothing more than an attack on free capitalist West. By it, and the unprincipled gutlessness of the “Right” in Australia, the diseased Left have been handed mjaor concessions. Professor Brignell, a mathematician, nailed a central calculation in Quiggin’s stance in, Quiggin again.

Quiggin’s Lysenkoism

Lysenko was a crank but not just any crank. He was an enthusiastic supporter of the Soviet regime, and the regime liked what he had to say. It meshed with their ’socialist realist’ - ‘concrete universe’ rejection of science, and was a useful fork with which to attack ‘bourgeois reactionaries’ and this meant real scientists too. They promoted Lysenko who faithfully repaid his patrons by eliminating scientists. He was responsible for the regime’s murder of many scientists. Collectivisation and central planning had already caused massive damage to agricultural production reflected in mass, brutal starvation to death of tens of millions. Lysenko’s notions only compounded the terror. There it is, Lysenkoism today:

Hard science is being overthrown for garbage. Scientists are smeared and defamed. Penny Wong has made it plain that this is what the putsch is all about. What frustrates the boosters is they have not yet succeeded in silencing criticis and science. What they are attacking is freedom of speech, debate and, crucially the pursuit of truth and advance of truth. Lies and oooga booga are much better according to these lying parasites, harbouring real totalitarian instincts.

Cranks are promoted by politicians, matched by massive transfers to charlatans engaged in charlatanism. The final punch is, of course, the Green’s lies are the justification for massive economic destruction in the name of ’saving the planet from global warming’. This is what three Liberal Party former ministers advanced - Ian Campbell, David Kemp and MalcolmTurnbull. Having raised it in the last article, the force was blunted for a strange reason. I could have sworn Quiggin defended this front for Islamo -fascists and their terrorist cells, but the item is not on the internet. It was important to make some enquiries of acquaintances and these are the replies:

I have not tracked the “Muslim Council of Britain” and “Muslim Public Affairs Committee” for some time now. There was something telling, which Phillips also drew attention to: the call for Muslims to penetrate institutions and the mainstream parties, in order to achieve over time the imposition of an Islamic totalitarian regime. They decided to imitate the diseased Left, and also have a long term time horizon. in January 2005, for example, besides calling for an effort to oust ‘Zionist’ MPs - even those who have only reluctantly upheld Israel’s right to exist, a Mr. Tazzer called for a take-over of the Tory Party by flooding it with Muslim members:

There is one rule that is rather germane to the gutless Right:

It occurred to me I made a mistake. I said the Centre of Independent Studies, and Institute of Public Affairs grovel before Quiggin. They run away from this hollow cretin. They are terrified of him. Terrified of that! Chinese aquaintances of mine, who lived under Mao, know what terror and fear is - as well as starvation.

It’s called ‘industry policy’. It’s a euphmism for svoet style central planning an dit immiserated hundreds of millions of East Europeans and worse, and finally blew the USSR out of the water, compounded contrary to Quiggin, Reagan’s arms race. The clunker tanks have never spotted this and hit Quiggin for it and, well, they cannot because they are incompetents whose weighty learning in economics is non-existent.

What else can be expected of someone called a Quiggin, whose political alignment is hard left. As he himself says, he’s a ‘Social Democrat’. What else is to be expected, when he falsely attributes the financial markets turmoil to capitalism instead of the truth, anti-free market keynesianism.

Quiggin is so loose with economic truth the only reasons he gets away with it are:

- Diseased, lying leftist journalists in the media
- Ignorant media economics commentariat
- The dunderheaded Right and their clunker tanks

John Quiggin hasn’t been mentioned this week to simply admire his demolition of the CIS’ and IPA’s joint paper generator machine, Professor Sinclair Davidson, and them. He is another who cheats Australians. He has something in common with the Right and their clunker tanks the Institute of Public Affairs, The Centre of Independent Studies, and the HR Nicholls Society. The honour bound duty of a Professor is the quest and advance of truth? Why the “Right” does not is obvious. What’s Quiggin’s excuse?

If it is a choice between truth in all things or pushing the aims of the alien country the cult of socialism, diseased Leftists plump for the latter course. In between, he pushes a major Nazi Green cause, the lie that ‘man causes global warming’. Quiggin continually asserts science is behind the lie. This requires ignoring the tens of thousands of scientists around the world who say no, not from political motives but because of science. They are saying; the claims are lies and to act on them is to reject science for primitive belief in ooga booga.

Quiggin, a Professor, would reduce Australians to ooga bloody booga and the economic catastrophe to follow by acting on it. Then, that is the whole point to it. Quiggin gives it his full endorsement as a Professor.

This man is far removed from production but his income and freedom to infest a University is due to Governments taxing production and all those hard working, modest Australians engaged in it. How he expects to continue living the high life when it is wiped out by ‘kyoto compliance’ is a mystery, and Professors in the pursuit of truth have an obligation to clear up mysteries and kill falsehoods.

On the Financial Crisis

Quiggin treads between caution and confidence. When confident he blows himself up. Claiming the Bush administration is the worst since the Great Depression, is a nasty case of blowing his legs off. It is all the bloodier when he tries to pin Bush for the financial crisis. Quiggin ties to cover his backside by a brief mention of: ‘Greenspan and his monetary expansion caused’ the financial crisis.

Quiggin can’t bring himself to follow what his admission entails; confessing the recession is due to the anti-free market disease, keynesianitis. Quiggin is blaming capitalism for the recession. He tries, again, to cover himself by attmepting to tie capitalism to ‘neo-liberals’ and ‘neo-cons’. He also ties the financial crisis to the ‘neo-liberals’ “quest for perfect markets”. They are not on a quest. They believe perfect market competition is the defence of free markets. It is not, it is an assault on free markets. Free markets did not bring on the recession.

Quiggin makes a false distinction - “financial capitalism” … versus what? Capitalism?! Financial markets are markets in capital funds and raising of capital funds and their allocation into production. To divorce the two is to blow up capitalism and immiserate how many millions around the world?! Perhaps Quiggin is saying capital simply exists as the “Right” asserts it does, a falsehood Machlup long ago demolished.

He is silent, bye the bye, on the likes of Fanny and Mae are wheezes the Stalinist Democrats set up, and funnel funds from into their bank vaults. This is an aside, for he distracts readers from why they and other firms folded, in order to blame bush and free market capitalism He has a habit of eschewing inconvenient facts and truths, and circulates inventions for good measure.

Bush, as John Howard, is instinctively free market, has not been supported by free market think tanks. The ‘neo-cons’, as the “Right” in Australia, strangled alternative sources, leaving Bush hanging. Both Howard and Bush had to face voters and not the likes of the IPA, CIS, and Centre of Independent Studies. But, this has nothing to do with the cause of the recession, or as Quiggin narrows it down to a gross distortion, the crisis of ‘financial capitalism’. Quiggin wrote in 2002, omitting the fact it was the Clinton recession:

Quiggin lied about the Reagan tax cuts, re the Laffer curve. They did deliver recovery and economic growth, as they have under President Bush. He has also conveniently ignored President Bush’s tax cuts and the sound growth that followed them. There is an interesting angle to all this:

Quiggin admires Paul Krugman. Quiggin celebrated this diseased Leftist’s Nobel Prize, or as Mark Skousen properly calls it, “An ‘Ignobel’ Prize in Economics” - “we should not be surprised by this selection out of Sweden, which is famous for giving Nobels in literature to Marxists and Peace prizes to the likes of Al Gore.” Even funnier:

” Japan it could cure its economic problems by letting the money supply rip. That cheap money policies created Japan’s situation in the first place has never occurred to Krugman…” [Krugman’s bigotry vs the Bush tax cuts].

It’s not a paradox. Quiggin would have readers believe a contradiction, which one term he partially concedes, is true?! What’s going on Quiggin, Indigestion? How to attack free markets, while pretending this isn’t transparent? Why not be honest, though without Philip Adam’s crassness?

This means he is another who cheats Australians. He has something in common with the Right and their clunker tanks the Institute of Public Affairs, The Centre of Independent Studies, and the HR Nicholls Society. Professor Quiggin should be able to state the honour bound duty of a professor, but entirely lost on the idiots in the IPA and CIS.

If it is a choice between truth in all things or pushing the aims of the alien country - the cult of socialism, diseased Leftists plumps for the latter course. Quiggin’s efforts seem to weigh up as a boost to this delinquency, rather than their rectification.

Rubber Balls

The rubber balls the IPA and CIS cannot nail the lies. Neither can the “Rightwing journalists in the media” They are professional mediocrities, so Quiggin is free to bounce them.

Quiggin knows, as do the rest of the diseased left, they survive and are free to get away with their treacherous actions against Australians only because of the “Right”, and let’s not omit those buffoons Janet Albrechtsen, Andrew Bolt, and Tim Blair. Jackson Albrechtsen and Andrew Bolt even hold a rather odd notion of fighting the Left. These two geniuses are also wrecking the Liberal causes and Party through their pulp. These three run blind in search of even a fuzzy micro clue as to what to hit, with what to hit them with, and how to hit them, and make it not hurt, but rip them to bloody shreds. Quiggin knows the economics commentariat are also incapable of spotting his errors and falshehoods. This leaves the only man he fears, Jackson.

The diseased, treacherous Left know that once the Right are eviscerated and pulped, they will enjoy the same fate, but swiftly. He writes for the Australian, and The “Spencer Street Soviet” Age. He advises Government. He inhabits RMIT and attends, dutifully, to young adults who have not escaped their adolesence. Ah, a fatal flaw.

What is Greek tragedy with a heroine or anti-heroine ( and I rank Davidson alongside the former and as the first among equals) without a fatal flaw? His is, he has spread his service thinly. This, this explains why the gods have denied what should be his by right. This man -ah, humble corrrection, heroine alone should have seen the CIS and IPA wiped out.

It is supposed to be an explanation of the recession. It is dreadful. The likes of Julie Bishop, Andrew Bolt, and Janet Albrecthsen believe they are stunningly brilliant in using this bit of crass slang, ‘inflation’, but when an economist, one who claims to be defending free markets uses it, we have only low level but hard proof of what is in evidence of what is palmed of as theory driven analysis, there is nothing there - as in:

Professor Sinclair Davidson is an intellectual void, but this is why he was adopted by the “Right”, he’s the same as them.

So the cliche slang swamps what little nothing he had to say, eg.:

“why the [Rudd] Government has moved from Howard-light to Howard-heavy on spending.”

Look, the Howard Cabinet did expand Government consumption, but Rudd is not Howard, and what Rudd is doing and why he is doing it is not what and why Howard did what he did. This is sloppy and analytical mud.

Legge didn’t waste his column space in The “Spencer Street Soviet” Age on attacking, rather successfully (but for false, error shot reasons) Davidson’s article. After all, Legge zeroed in on the obvious detonated detonator. He did it in a short ‘letter to the editor’, 21/10/08, of the diseased Left’s propaganda organ.

Legge could be a moron, or he knows the truth but he believed he could get away with a lie. He would’ve been right except for one thing, I read Legge’s ‘letter’ and the data he gave is meaningless and stank of something rotten viz Lehmen’s finances. Dead right and here’s why.

Lehman Brothers’ net assets were $104.0 billion, as correctly in its last report, at November 30, 2007

$15billion is roughed up 15%. But wait! There’s worse in store for Legge:

1. Legge’s $15b is the sum accumulation, an aggregate over several years to this year. It says nothig about the real pay each year. So, that 15% is very shallow. However, it is meaningless, drivel, nonsense.

2. Payroll is not payed by cashing in other’s private property, shareholders’ capital. Capital raises wages because it means great production per man hour. Pay is squared out of the price per unit of product as decided by the marginal productivies of labour.

3. It might also be observed, if the executives had done as Legge asserts, it would have been stark naked long before this year and they would have had their backs flogged by shreholders for defrauding them of their capital.

Legge doesn’t have a clue as to why Lehmen Brothers collapsed. Does Legge realise what a puny % Lehmen’s, Fanny and Mae, and AIG combined are in the U.S., can only be put as a rhetorical question.

Consumption is only 1/3 of gross expenditure. 2/3 is on capital, that is called investment Legge. Lehmen’s, Fanny and Mae, and AIG exposure was only a tiny fraction of housing consumption and there are myriads of housing markets, contrary to Alan Moran of the IPA, in the US (as also in Australia) and this is the consumption side!

Legge can come up with all his rubbish because he doesn’t have a brain. Luckily, for Legge, he is Davidson’s equal, and the equal to all of the heroines of the idiot “Right”. All this puff and huff is Legge’s causal explanation for the recession, and Davidson did not nail one jot of it. He has no economic nails to drive into Legge but then, this is why Legge freely wrote his ‘letter’. Swimming at the same depth, bottom of the barrel, must be reassuring.

A bad news-flash for Professor Sinclair Davidson

I realise Davidson’s grip on economics is non-existent, but finance, a Professor of Finance could not smash Legge on Lehmens’ finances! Not even a google search? I’m terribly sorry Davidson but it is with profound regret and out of deep humility I confess that I pulled the rug out from under your only chance to savage Legge for destroying your reputation in public, and salvaging what little remains of it.

I grovel in the dust before a great destroyer of the hard Left, and a generous man abased himself before heroines, and thus in suitable trepidation, as a Professor of Finance he is too idle to even test what is startlingly evident at the outset, Legge’s evidence is errant nonsense. The Lehmen report only shows how wildly errant Legge is.

Dust, sackcloth and ashes be upon my back but another quibble: I regard finance as not a University degree reading stream; neither is a vast array of non-degree streams pumped out these days. This is disheartening. I’m disillusioned: a heroine who is a non-Professor because finance is not degree worthy, and in a non-university, only a ‘how to do it Institute’. I bear up, stoically; Greek heroines and heroines do have their fatal flaws. I, however, have every confidence in Davidson. Davidson must ignore what was murmered by ingrates at the outset:

A sane man would regard only one such painful, bloody effort is an object lesson in, don’t do it again.

I am supremely confident Professor Sinclair Davidson will fulfil his destiny. Ah, Sinkers, which god set it? No classic is complete without a heroine’s patron starring. Stalin quipped, ‘Man is a problem. Eliminate him.’ Quips are not funny when the meaning is literal.

The superannuation measure introduced into the House yesterday by the Cabinet and supported by the catastrophe that pretends to be the Liberal Party, is the Stalin policy. Oh, no, one is not over the top in saying it. It’s a metaphorical whiff, but does take up Stalin’s notion of a problem.

To repeat, under this measure, any ‘unclaimed’ super funds (which is not the same as saying those funds will remain unclaimed) will by stolen by the Government through the ATO. The pretext for what is a genuine criminal and totalitarian measure is to ‘eliminate’ the man by asserting the rightful owners of unclaimed funds are not there to claim them.

There are telling details behind the measure:

1. In 1985, forced savings was raised by Hawk and Keating, and supported by the old super companies. The motivation of the latter was transparent, monopolistic and monopoly only exists when Government imposes. The former also saw a backdoor route to grabbing more property by the truckloads, and this too was transparent before even the Bill had been raised. The old insurance companies screamed when Keating launched the tax angle.

Peter Costello as Treasurer increased and intensified the regulations and tax grab out of super funds. He added a library’s worth of tax regulations. The only relief for savers was when Howard rendered super tax-free for all over 65. 65! Oh, and 100% tax deductibility for contributions but only for the self-employed and though I have not pored through the volume pertaining to this alone, my guess is it well qualified as to who of the self-employed might obtain this ‘boon’.

2. Costello made it compulsory, diktat, all super funds must report on individuals’ accounts to the ATO. What is wrong with this, as with most of the regulations? It is police state action against Australians, their private property and firms entrusted with their savings, as also through banks. This is not incidental to the new measure:

“By-products of inactive accounts are unnecessary compliance and, of course, operational costs associated with those accounts.

” lowering of compliance and administration costs for superannuation providers”

By-products! These morons, including Liberals are about as familiar with production as a dead dingo. As for eliminating ‘red-tape’, cutting firms’ compliance costs, who imposed what are tremendous burdens and not only on super firms? It wasn’t the Commie Party. They claim to be cutting compliance by fiddling around at the edges of a stinking mountain of regulation against Super alone! What a pack of absolutist liars they all are. Noting also, they remove rule 222 in 3,000 sections and replace it with rule 223 with 10,000 compliance sections. This isn’t ALP only; it is also what falsely sits in the name of the Liberal Party coming up with this garbage, everyone of these professional dole-bludging parasitical bastards.

It is ostensibly restricted to savings of those who have been in Australia on temporary work visas. Don’t be fooled, and the game is given away in the speeches, it will be applied against all residents. Even so, it is still Stalin type criminal action against the former.

It is nothing but a lie to excuse outright theft of private property and the motivation, so these slimy sluts can expand on their spending sprees:

If this is passed, it is certain there will be an ‘increase’, through outright criminal fraud and theft. This from what is supposed to be Liberals, and as the Rudd Fascist scumbags Cabinet, they are economical with the truth, as in they are also lying not only to Parliament but Australians.

This is what they are eyeing off, $12 billion in ‘unclaimed’ super funds. Notice ‘Unclaimed funds’ is nonsense, meaningless drivel. There can only be one reason they resort to such vulagarisms. They believe they can cloak what they are about to do, conceal it through such Orwellian abuse of language, commit fraud and theft on a grand scale.

Venal is not the word to describe these psychopathic morons. Do they really believe no one would notice? Of course they do, the Right certainly do, as the IPA, CIS and HR Nicholls Society all too well demonstrate - they refuse to believe the garbage they pump out is noticed for what it is and with the force of it discloses what they are, ignorant cretins.

What, as a shoe or a purse and no one has found it and turned it into the local rozzer station! Those funds are in accounts, and this alone means they are not ‘lost’. They also have names attached, which also means they are not ‘lost’. What do that lot of pygmies mean by lost? The accounts are not ‘inactive’ contrary to not only the diseased Left liars, but also the liars pretending to be Liberals. They are active, because the funds are at work and here we come to another trick told by liars. In fact, even if they were not employed in the application of buying capital, they are still active because they bloody well exist. The truly ‘inactive’ are the inert bludgers in Liberal seats.

Liberals also call the funds mere money. The measure, according to these idiots also, will reduce the amount of “money lost”. They are capital funds and are converted into capital as soon as they are used to purchase capital goods, and the major instrument to do this is called shares. The ‘money’ is capital funds that will be exchanged sooner or later for production.

What the ignorant bastards pretending to be Liberals are actually about is:

Criminal fraud and theft by ‘eliminating the man’, destroying capital by seizing it through that pack of police state goons called the ATO, and spending the stolen proceeds. This, when not massive increases in keynesianitic government spending sprees but solid capital accumulation is the standing imperative.

The Personal Touch

Whenever both sides of the House are preparing to reduce Australians again, they show that they do it with ‘compassion’, they inject the personal note - ‘See, we sympathise and care for you’:

“I am pleased to see that this bill represents the best interests of these people and the community”

As a bullet to the head. What a pack of hypocrites. There they are, enjoying fat, unearned incomes inclusive of all the untaxed fringe benefits they help themselves too by the truck load, and slaver in anticipation of the day they collect an unearned, fully taxpayer kept, fully CPI indexed untaxed super with lovely fringe benefits added on, and these bums from Keating to Costello to Swann sack Australians’ savings every day and now, now thoroughly corrupt by their smug stupidity and love of Statism and Government spending sprees, they feel free to engage in outright theft and fraud as one more mechanism to immiserate Australians.

How could the Liberal Party support this?

Wrong question. It is not the Liberal Party, it is that bunch of venal, arrogant morons called the “Right” and their clunker tanks who are culpable. First, there is a precedent for their position, the Stalin line:

It is what these mongrels did with OPA and STO in Victoria and maintained ever since under Brackistan, theft of property by ‘eliminating the man’. Two instruments are used to eliminate the man:

1. Wills - naming the STO as sole Trustee or, joint Trustee, but not more than one other named as Trustee - this way the STO intimidates and muscles out the other trustee. Each year the STO mounts a campaign to dupe more Victorians into signing the rotten document. Once activated, the STO strips each millions out of accounts and in it goes to Treasury. The victim is eliminated once the will is activated. Families of the very many victims have a very nasty time to stop the Government through the STO robbing their aged parents and relatives blind every day. This is well known throughout Victoria.

2. OPA - the Kennett administration, struck down the old Wardship Act. As described many times over, Wardship was the formal instrument through which the Crown fulfils its oath sworn, honour bound duty to uphold the rights of anyone, anyone at all, who chooses to resort to the Crown to uphold their Rights in Law. The Right overthrew this. ‘Dementia’, is a very rubbery catch-all and that is exactly what the Act the Right rammed down, though fully supported by those pack of diseased Leftists in the ALP, was designed to exploit, to eliminate the man. By placing one of 3 or so possible orders against a victim, the Government strips all rights of victims, they are not even allowed to speak in public against what is done to them - and this is not a joke at all, it is true. Bracks closed down what showed out a s a tiny loophole to ensure no victim has any chance at all of attempting to escape their clutches. Once this is done, the Government proceeds through the STO to seize all property and siphons the proceeds into Treasury.

This is what the Right under Kennett set up. Their advisers were the CIS and IPA. The excuse for how this was done is the same anti-free market garbage the CIS, IPA, and HR Nicholls Society pour out as sound economics and economic advice to Cabinets. Oh, and who also advises Rudd and Co but none other than the CIS’ master ignoramus in all things Hayekian, Nick Gruen.

So, After decades of the Right, this is what the Liberal Party has been reduced to, a wasteland trodden on by cretinous Statists who are now abetting Rudd with measures worthy of a totalitarian regime. Oh, my mistake, the Right had a head start, in Victoria.

The parasites clinging on for grim life to precious Liberal seats are a disgrace to Liberals, Australians and the Parliament. Ditto in the States’ Parliaments. They and their “feed our bank vault clunker tanks” CIS, IPA and HR Nicholls Society, have caused great damage and continue to wreak more carnage. They are, at best, fit only to serve as shoeshine boys on the steps of Parliament. In truth, the only occupation they are fit for is door mats so that those they hold in contempt, modest Liberal Party members and Australians, can walk over them and scrape the mud and shit off their shoes, leaving it clinging where it belongs, and kick them at the same time; and they thoroughly deserve this ‘high office’.

Rudd and Swann have lied to Federal Parliament.

Using the financial markets wobbles as an excuse, he is imposing sweeping measures. Their fraud, the “bank’s deposits guarantee”, making taxpayers liable for ‘bank deposits’, is dynamite. There is a twist to this, a couple of twists.

1. It has emerged it might have been a unilateral decision by Rudd and Swann, contrary to their assertion it was supported by Treasury, and the RBA. If true, this amounts to Cabinet lying to Parliament and Australians.

2. Even if supported by Treasury and RBA, what on earth are supposedly public servants doing giving such advice! It’s bad enough Glen Stevens, whose notion of inflation is the lie of price movements and not his keynesian money creation, and engaging in more rounds of massive credit expansion.

3. Rudd and Swann announced a new tax, and this time they are definitely lying. They are calling it a ‘fee’ on all deposits of $1m+. It will be a compulsory act of theft against all accounts subject to it. They say it reflects commercial reality, and that without it banks will profit from the ‘bank deposits guarantee’.

Heavily taxed Australians are to be taxed again! On top of taxes, and on top of the potentially explosive liabilities due to the ‘guarantee’, and Rudd and Swann buying bad loans ’securitising debt’, Australians are to be treated for the privilege of being defrauded and made to be an slush fund for open liabilities by the Government with more theft.

They are lying to Australians, deceiving them, full stop, and what sits opposite are too stupid to skewer these bastards.

It is easy to spot why Rudd and Swann are so freely swindling Australians:

1. It was the ‘Right’ and their ckunker tanks who came up with the fraudulent wheeze of ‘privatisation’, under which government monopolies were not re-established as genuine free market enterprises but as concealed slush funds for Government, and, converting by no stretch of the imagination non businesses, straight charges to taxpayers such as STO and OPA onto a ‘user pays’ basis, the extension of ‘privatisation’. Another example is housing for the armed forces.

That housing is already paid for through taxes and is part of the pay to those in uniform. What has the Federal Government done - and it was prepared under the Howard administration.? It is selling the housing as ‘investments’, and stuff the servicemen.

Rudd and Swann are following the same line of fraudulent reasoning to sack Australians with another act of extortion.

The Liberal Party opposes the tax, but it got to this stage because of their economic ignorance and gutlessness and opportunism in the first place. Bishop and Turnbull demonstrated these endearing qualities so well these past few weeks. However, in their opposition to that tax, they are not consistent in another act of fraud.

A new measure has been introduced the Liberal Party supports. Unclaimed Super funds are to “revert to the Tax Office”. Not only the ALP but also the Liberal Party enthused, this will provide increased revenues for expansion of Government squander. It is theft, even if some funds are unclaimed. If there is any reversion, with not even relatives of savers claiming funds, then it is far, far better that they revert to those who incurred this charge, employers. It is vicious as it is the sheer amount of tax soaked out of super funds.

Costello increased the tax burden by closing what he called ‘tax loopholes’, and adding penalties for saving too much, and for apparently criminal actions. Costello added other punitive regulations, thick volumes of them, soaking super funds. This is rich coming from a pack of parasites enjoying fully tax payer kept, untaxed, fully CPI adjusted, Parliamentary Super with add ons.

The Liberal Party! Ah, there is, it is being strangled to death by parasites who, unfortunately, have failed Australians and continue to betray them to diseased Leftists. Rudd and his Cabinet of fascist thugs are having a merry time of it, and there will be hell to pay as the upshot. The Right, defeating the hard Left: I wouldn’t wish to see what they regard as losing to the diseased Left.
