Merry Christmas and New Year

To readers.

We are breaking for the festive season. Posting will be resumed on 5/2/09, on a mountain of ripe material not yet written up, and one looks forward to sinking the boots into deserving types in the New Year.  So until then, all the best.

Douglas.

A Follow up on Green disaster and Rudd’s “New deal”

As notes to the article immediately below, A Clarification, for the benefit of of the diseased Greens, the “Idiot” Right, and a “Beech”.

Roosevelt’s “New Deal ” intensified and extended the depression. There is more to it, and this is one devestating bit more to it. David Gordon, in The Disaster called the New Deal, drew attention to an important new work by draws attention to a major new work by  reviews a new work by Burton Folsom JR., New Deal or Raw Deal? How FDR’s Economic Legacy Has Damaged America (2008).

“His anti–New Deal verdict is hard to dispute: levels of unemployment at the end of the 1930s remained at depression levels. In May 1939, Treasury Secretary Henry J. Morgenthau Jr., one of Franklin Roosevelt’s best friends, testified before the House Ways and Means Committee: “I say after eight years of this Administration we have just as much unemployment as when we started… And an enormous debt to boot” (p. 2)…

A diehard defender of Roosevelt might essay two replies to this indictment.”

One of the two possible replies examined is rather germane to the actions of the Rudd Cabinet. The keynesian arsenic of government consumption, which Rudd and Swann and the media commentariat, are calling a stimulus to protect the economy and trigger recovery. So,

“Folsom wisely rejects this argument. It rests on a familiar fallacy, classically exposed by Frédéric Bastiat in the 19th century and Henry Hazlitt in the 20th. Spending by the government does not add to employment, since taxes displace private spending and investing. Folsom aptly quotes Hazlitt in this connection:

“Every dollar of government spending must be raised through a dollar of taxation,” Hazlitt emphasized. If the WPA builds a $10 million dollar bridge, for example, “the bridge has to be paid out of taxes… Therefore,” Hazlitt observed, “for every public job created by the bridge project a private job has been destroyed somewhere else… All that has happened, at best, is that there has been a diversion of jobs because of the project. (p. 84)”

Having hammered this week the ugly truth that regulation alone can strangle investment to death, and carbon taxes entirely, here’s a rather hot conclusion:

“Folsom ably dispatches this Keynesian canard. If businessmen were reluctant to invest, precisely the anti-business attitude of the Roosevelt administration was in large part responsible. Roosevelt supported confiscatory rates of taxation; small wonder, then, that investors were reluctant to embark on new projects. They had good reason to think that if they were to be successful, Roosevelt would grab their profits for his own dubious schemes. Polls of businessmen taken in 1939 make evident this reluctance.

“In March 1939, for example, AIPO [American Institute of Public Opinion] asked a national sample, “Do you think the attitude of the Roosevelt administration toward business is delaying business recovery?” More than twice as many respondents said “yes” as said “no.” (p. 248)”

Gordon lifts out a major error in Folsom, on money. He, however, ‘praises’ Folsom for drawing out the damage, the long term damage and not only the short term damage, Roosevelt’s snake-oil caused, as well as what a thoroughly corrupt man he was.  Long lasting damage. It’s a point others have raised, but Gordon is stressing Folsom’s has arrived at fresh, major findings and conclusions on this.

The best thing for politicians is to do nothing, and get off the backs of firms and savings, instead of destroying them by the charlatanism of Kenyesian policies. These are all points Jackson, and also Dr. Shostak have made and developed thoroughly on Brookesnews, from solid economic theory, with the added advantage missing in Folsom, their solid grip on money.

Not only have Jackson and Shostak set out the case, but both predicted the current recession, and this is crucial, from solid theory. I recollect Jackson’s analysis of the RBA’s and the US Fed’s actions from the TNA days. In 2004, he also predicted the bubble, caused by monetary expansion, would burst in 2008. This is stunning, and better still:

The commentariat  ran around like headless chooks asserting, when it went kaboom, it was a great suprise. Then, McCrann had the nerve to claim, after it was all over, it was all entirely predictable. The efforts of the IPA and the CIS were also risible, and are all the sillier because they are  currently holding fundraisers, euphemistically called seminars, on the recession (what a bloody black joke).

Rudd’s own “New Deal” is overlaid with “Industrial Policy”, through Kim “Il Carr, the reason why the USSR collapsed. It is an appalling indictment on the mainstream media commentariat that they are incapable of penetrating what the Rudd’s measure actually are, and the great danger they can cause of turning recession into depression, with long lasting damage. This is all before what carbon taxation and ‘alternative energy’ will do, destroy investment outright.

There is nothing new here. Jackson has been hammering exactly these points on Brookesnews, complete with quotes and citations of seminal economists who killed falsehoods, misconceptions and errors and raised true explanations (the work of theory). These gentlemen work from solid theory and a welter of scholarship, inclusive of economic history, entirely absent in the feeble efforts of the IPA and CIS.

In October, “ESS”, dissembling and covering for the CIS, IPA, and Professor Sinclair Davidson, wrote:

“D. I am confused. That Davidson wallah seems to be on the same side here. He published in that ghastly Age yesterday.
http://smallbusiness.theage.com.au/managing/finance/rba-got-it-wrong-on-rates-913100297.html

“and had this to say in February.
http://www.onlineopinion.com.au/view.asp?article=7061

“The usually reliable Gerard Jackson certainly has completely missed these important contributions.

Doug you need to redouble your efforts to ensure that Mr Jackson isn’t exposed like this. There is nothing more our enemies would like to say than the great man is out of touch.”

I read the Davidson articles and there is nothing there. What stood out is, he’s wise, like McCrann, after the fact, as this, for instance shows:

“RBA got it wrong on rates

“IF ANYTHING, the 1 percentage-point drop in interest rates must shatter the myth of infallibility that has come to surround the Reserve Bank.
“…It is now clear it got monetary policy very wrong.

“…but in retrospect, the RBA displayed very poor judgement. It is now apparent to everyone it had no crystal ball.”

The rest is a joke too.  “Same side”, rubbish, it’s about principles and truths - even if they are hard. Davidson and the rest of the gutless, callous “Right” are entirely bereft of them.

Davidson is the man who, with Chris Berg, wrote a paper without realising the force of what he had set out (he’s still yet, out of consistency, to refute the otherwise true inverse of the J curve). There is simply no indication the man (that coward as well as ignoramus is a man? Bah!) has an inkling of the power of money, and needless to say, Jackson demolished their paper, effortlessly.

Here’s the point (”ESS”), slops purveyed as economics is very damaging. Lousy economics when acted on is ruinous, it brings misery. Lousy economics and snake oil is all that the commentariat, IPA and CIS delivered while the RBA, on snake oil, was busily engaged in massive monetary expansion that resulted in the recession we otherwise did not have to have. Moreover, that lot of economic illiterates couldn’t even fathom what Jackson and Shostak were warning of over many years, unless Keynesianism was killed off.

But it’s worse. I’m tracking the Rudd’s Soviet style planning policies but Jackson was warning of the descent into “Industrial Policy” over decades, from solid theory. Now it is here and this is not the end of it. Now there are capital destroying carbon taxes and alternative energy scams for good measure. Forget depression, the Rudd Cabinet can cause far worse than converting a recession into a nasty depression. Try, total economic destruction.

Whatever, long term damage is an added grave danger. I look at Obama, and say, in this respect, these two, Obama and Rudd, are very similar rotten bastards, born out of their ignorance among their other defects. It was the Stupid “Right” who slung Rudd into office.

“ESS” is a ’smart aleck’. If he was really attentive, he wouldn’t boast of Sinclair’s, IPA’s, and CIS’ comic efforts, as purveyed only by idiots as tough, solid economic analysis.  He would also realise who got things right, from impregnable, sound reasoning, and with impeccable accuracy, Brookesnews.

A clarification, for the benefit of the diseased Greens, the “Idiot” Right, and a “Beech”

Yesterday evening, a friend mused, the Greens are not merely ignorant, they are numbingly bereft of even remote, neuronal life.  Not that one has held otherwise. Though, anyone who is prescient, as also my friend is, doesn’t confuse brains with the Greens’ zealous, relentless pursuit of their aims.

Well, the statement of fact is another common denominator between the Greens and the “Right”. This wasn’t the point, as my friend expanded:

“Why are they saying it is ‘free’?”

At this I hesitated, and got it wrong. The reply:

“To speak of capital and dis-economies of scale, is lost on them. They don’t have an inkling of it. It is important to formulate points in terms even that lot can comprehend”.

Now, the advice applies equally to the dumbkopfs of the Right and their clunker tanks, as their facile, senile attempts to defend the CIS lobby paper for carbon taxes demonstrated with startling clarity. Then there is the awesome duo, Malcolm Turnbull and his Plagiarist in Chief Shadow Treasurer Julie Bishop.

Julie “The Confused” and “Tumbles” Turnbull run around like ping pong balls belted by two muscled types. Better still, those hitting them are not muscle men and are as intelligent as a garden worm on slow burn, Rudd and Gillard. [There is no Opposition in the Federal Parliament and, for this matter, neither is there an Opposition to John Brumby and co in Brackistan. Just a pack of blobs trying desperately to appear they have a spine.] So:

Of course the sun, wind and sea are ‘free’. They exist. The collection and conversion of the energy is not. People don’t go out to work for nothing, they do it for pay. If they didn’t need to earn, they could stay home and work in their gardens, work at their hobbies, at an intellectual interest, whatever, but these interests don’t produce and thus buy, food, clothes, housing, books, transport, medicine.

However, it’s not enough to go out and work to produce and so exchange good things. Bare hands, labouring away in itself won’t produce the sheer range of goods available. The man needs the tools to produce, and tools are capital. Who will earn the most: a man producing potatoes by ploughing and sowing land with his hands, or the man in the cabin of a massive tractor towing massive ploughing, seeding, and cropping machines?

The peasant farmer might produce enough for himself and his family and that is it. If everyone relied on the fool, they would starve. Oh, following the Greens, food in abundant quantity, continuously produced, and cheaply, is another magic pudding, it just happens, presto, it’s there. The Greens’ position is: destroy the tractor.

Tractors don’t exist ex nihilo, or just occur as if a magic pudding, either. The machines, capital goods, have to be produced. To do this requires tools to produce tools – capital goods to produce capital goods. To do this requires employees who want to be paid, to use the tools of production. But, the Greens want to destroy these too, because that is what the truth of their demented beliefs is.

Production of capital goods and consumer goods, tools and spuds, however, requires energy. There is no free energy. Energy has to be produced, and from a source that is abundant and can be converted rapidly, in massive amounts, continuously. This requires more machines and machines to make the machines. This requires employees who want to be paid, so that they can obtain goods that they value. But the Greens would wipe all this out because of their totalitarian aims, and crackpot junk they believe in.

Efficient, therefore cheap, coal based energy production can be destroyed because a magic pudding called free energy exists. The tools of energy production can thus be destroyed, and not be missed. All employed in them can be thrown onto the heap of the destitute, because the Greens know there is a magic pudding of good things that can be doled out to the sods. All the companies that would crash, because of the destruction of production of cheap energy, won’t be missed. All those thrown out will be overjoyed because they all have, if only they realised it, magic puddings at the bottom of their gardens - either that or elves.

Carbon taxes and ‘alternative energy’ is the destruction of energy. This is the Rudd Cabinet’s determined position. This is also the position of what purportedly opposes him.

In wiping all that out, they would inflict untold misery on the vast majority of Australians. They would be without energy, tools, and finally consumption goods. Disease, famine, backbreaking work, misery, and early death is the Greens’ paradise. They would do all this because they are complete blanks in economics and science, and are thoroughly soaked in crude beliefs that belong to the horrible past of primitive tribalism. Their manifesto of forced collectivism, under the heel of their “Leadahs”, Bob Brown read into the Senate in May, shows how demented these diseased bastards are.

As for Beech, either he is a Greenie or Kevin Rudd. Oh, yes, yesterday, one was restrained and generous, but this is a bloody awful mistake. Ignorance is no excuse for criminal destruction of the lives of Australians. It is not Beech, but what he stated that must be uncompromisingly smashed. There can be no quarter given to anyone who espouses such dangerous, violent, destructive positions. Indeed, it is because the Stupid “Right” gave the diseased Greens every quarter and have obliged them further by imposing a long list of their demands when in Office, the Greens have in fact advanced their position, reflected in the increase of their numbers in Parliament.

They gave them oxygen instead of cutting it off. Funnier still, the gutless “Right” ran away from the bums. Worse, being economic ignoramuses themselves, they are not even remotely equipped to fight the treacherous Left, even if they did have the spine to do it.

What is at stake now, now in immediate danger, is the lives of Australians, their prosperity, their aspirations,  their freedoms, and their dignity. Economic destruction through scams called alternative energy and carbon taxes will do this, destroy them. It is already occurring in Europe. Companies collapsed, employees now destitute; lives endangered and immiserated because of alternative energy scams and carbon taxes. and totalitarian laws to enforce compliance. This is the truth, the truth the diseased left can and must be skewered for, and they fear the day it is done to them.

The truth the Stupid “Right” betrayed – and for what Lindsay – a fat pension fund called the CIS. The Kemps in Office – watermelon red David Kemp and the Kemp families’ unemployment office called the IPA - what a fat dole cheque it is too.

As for the HR Nicholls Society, destroying free labour markets, and destroying coal based power so that Walker and Morgan can receive billions of tax transfers to build an uneconomic nuclear power plant, and their bank vaults, completes a trifecta of reprehensible parasites. Their lousy efforts, their backstabbing, their cowardice, their arrogance, their stupidity, prepared the way for the diseased Left, and they ensured the field was voided of real talent, leaving it open so that now we have Rudd, Wong, Kim “Il” Carr, Garrett, Swann:

- About to raze Australians through carbon taxes, and alternative energy scams.

- Kim “Il” Carr pushing ahead with the master stroke to reduplicate the wonders of USSR central economic planning,  “Industry Policy”.

- To top it all off, indulging in a massive tax and squander spree, which also destroys funds that sodding modest Australians put their little all into, for production into the future – this is called savings, and Rudd and Swann will wipe them out. Savings needed for recovery,  and the elimination of accumulation of savings.

This lot, unchecked, will send Australia into, at best, a great, depression but are bent on a course that will prove more devastating than that.

Beech’s comment unmistakeably shows he genuinely believes that there is ‘free energy’. He showed no indication of recognition of what production of energy requires, and what is terrifying is, he is not alone.

The sheer numbers of young Australians brainwashed into despicable garbage is very disturbing. One great “Corrupter of Youth” is Peter Garrett. The IPA, CIS, and nepotist, cretinous “Righting” politicians and party hacks have done a great job in ensuring the great dumbing down has proceeded unhindered, at pace, successful in sheer numbers converted to the vilest beliefs that should have died with the destruction of the National Socialist regime and Hitler, Mussolini and his Fascists, and some (because of course not all have been destroyed) Communist regimes and the butchers responsible for them.

Three of them, Ian Campbell, David Kemp, and Malcolm Turnbull are directly culpable for advancing it, when they were each Minister for the Environment, the Greens’ cult of death. This was more than abuse of Australians and the Liberal Party. These three slobs, abandoned both, sacrificed them in rapturous idolatry of the Greens God of Death. These mongrels were ably supported by the spivs in the CIS and IPA. The bastards.

To destroy the treacherous, diseased Left, this lot have to be wiped out, and the Parliamentary Wing of the Liberal Party relentlessly gutted of these vicious fishwives. The Party machine gutted of the likes of the Michael Kroger - Peter Costello Party, because of the carnage they have caused to the Liberal Party, Federally as well as to the Victorian Division, and it shows.

Victorian seats in Federal Parliament are stuffed with their pet cretins. Senator Scott Ryan well sung profound praise and expressed his deep gratitude to the bozos, in his maiden speech this year. They put him there.

Genuine Liberal Party members have no say at all, including challenging, testing and approving candidates. Oh, and how can mention be omitted of  Watermelon Red, ignorant Reg Hunt, who knows because he read law at Melbourne University, he’s a physicist? Surprise, surprise, this prize twit is Shadow Minister for Climate Change, Environment and Water

This idiot also waxes enthusiastically about ‘alternative energy’ and ‘wave energy’. Just to check, as an example, consider this confused, incoherent tripe:

Greg Hunt: Address to the New Zealand National Party - The Global Challenge: Liberalism, Climate Change and the Clean Energy Revolution (6 September, 2008)

The twentieth century witnessed the advance of Liberalism as the engine of international social and economic progress.

It also saw Liberalism lead the development of concern for our natural environment beginning with Teddy Roosevelt but carried through around the world over the rest of the century. In that context, the essential Liberal philosophy of an open society and open economy also provides the most effective base for addressing this century’s great environmental challenge - climate change.

Climate change is real, it is important, it is fundamental…

Climate change presents us with two great challenges – both are major but achievable challenges:

…second, to progressively shift from a high-emissions to a low-emissions economy.

Managing climate change will be one of the great challenges of our time: it represents an important economic shift, and will require a portfolio of responses.

In both Australia and New Zealand’s case, we are moving toward the progressive pricing of the cost of carbon into the way our economy operates. This is ‘big history’ in the making - perhaps the most significant economic decision in a generation.

It is history that I believe brings together the two great strands of Liberalism: the open economy and the open society as a basis for critical and creative thought.

In that context, I want to present a thesis tonight that globally Liberalism is best prepared to deal with and respond to the great challenge of climate change.

Under a host of Environmental Stewardship programs including the Natural Heritage Trust, Envirofund, Community Water Grants, Landcare, the Photovoltaic Rebate Scheme and Green Corps, ordinary Australians became involved in caring for the environment in unprecedented numbers.

Most recently of all, British Conservative Party leader, David Cameron, delivered a landmark speech in which he laid out the foundations of the Conservative response to climate change.

In a speech to environmental leaders in June this year, Cameron debunked the argument that protecting the environment was a luxury, rather than a necessity.

Solar, wind, wave and geothermal energy have enormous potential to contribute to a low-emissions economy in Australia, if we can both protect our existing energy supplies by cleaning them up and add to new energy through renewable options.

We are a hot, dry, sun-drenched country, surrounded by oceans. We could not be better placed to lead the world in the development and uptake of renewable energy.

It is important to note here that we are already one of the world’s leading renewable energy producers. The MRET introduced under the Coalition Government built on existing hydro schemes to bring forward additional renewable energy projects with over 1000 megawatts of additional capacity and much more to come.

Economics and science, Hunt is a complete ignoramus. This is the clown Turnbull promoted over someone who is a scientist and is fighting the lies, Dr. Jensen.

The complete speech is here, if you can stomach any more of his vile tripe. Oh, he’s in the wrong Party. He should be given his marching orders, told to pack his bags, and go join his dearest pals, the Greens. As for Malcolm Turnbull, genuine Liberals are still debating to which diseased Left Party he should be sent. It has to be one in which the Fuhrer complex runs strongest. When the matter is decided, I’ll inform you.

Branch stacking?! This lot make the ALP machine men look a tad amateurish, and nearly as clean as the driven snow. However, what they have done and continue to do is unforgivable. To them, Australians, each one, individuals are as they are to the diseased Left, inconvenient facts to be expunged from their sight. Thus, too, the laws of economics and science.

Europe is scrapping ‘alternative energy’ for nuclear power

This serves as a good follow up to the article immediately below, Reply to a reader.

Everywhere except here, William Tucker (The American Spectator, 16/12/08).

To clear up any misconception, one does not oppose nuclear power. My objection to nuclear power in Australia is economics. Coal based energy in Australia has an absolute advantage; besides the obvious, the scrapping of coal based firms for nuclear is hideous in the costs, destruction of capital on the one hand and on the other the need to turn around and draw capital to build nuclear plants. Two boosters of nuclear for Australia are:

- Hugh Morgan, fresh from destroying WMC, the campaign for free labour markets,  and the Liberal Party electorally.

- Ron Walker, also part of the Rightwing disease destroying the Liberal Party, having fought hard for the theft of billions of dollars from taxpayers to destroy the proceeds on games.

They have a ‘nuclear power company’ that exists, currently, on paper only. They set it up a couple of years ago in anticipation of the politicians will:

- Continue in the Greens cult.

- Will wipe out coal based energy.

- Will have to subsidise a basis of energy production superior to wind, solar, and ‘wave’.

It pretty well sums up their notion of markets, entrepreneurship and economics.

The European, British, and US politicians have, by coercion of course, stolen and thrown down the blackhole of alternative energy scams hundreds of billions of dollard. With C02 taxes on top, Blair and Gordon have wiped out companies on the strength of destruction of efficient power production. Reading of thousands thrown out of work each week, as companies collapse because starved of energy, and all this before the impact of the central banks caused recession, is chilling. The work of mobsters who resemble monsters.

Needless to say, the suffering involved is extensive. Blackouts due to power failure, resulting in deaths, and endangering lives of people the politicians do not serve but treat as dumb slaves. It is criminal.

The notion that it’s not criminal, because it is the action of  ’government’, is rubbish. There is no good reason why politicians responsible for all this should not be convicted of serious crimes and thrown into prison. After all, the man in the street who did this would face exactly that end.

What has stirred the socialist parasites in Europe? It’s not compunction for what they have committed, and deep remorse for what they have done to all their victims. They fear being thrown out of office and meeting their just desserts.

Throughout Europe, the modest man in the street is more than mutinous. Having their lives ruined and worse, as so many human sacrifices to the Greens’ cult of death, has stirred them. The politicians and the gangsters who serve them are in no doubt what will be done to them if they don’t reverse on energy.

The idiots in Federal and States’ Parliaments are blind to what has been long brewing in Europe. Good, most of them should be wiped out. However, there is time to stop Rudd before he presses ahead with destroying the coal companies and thus thousands of companies around Australia with them.

What a hideous toll those slimey bastards exacted on millions, only for them to admit they were wrong all the way through. They lied to their constituents, and this is exactly what the politicians and their advisers in Australia are doing, lying, in order to perpetrate what will by criminal action on a tremendous scale against Australians, involving totalitarian measures to execute it.

Greg Lindsay has a lot of explaining to do to

-  Companies betrayed and abandoned by his fat super fund the CIS

-  Genuine Liberal Party members, whose funds have been  funnelled into the CIS, thanks to the cleptomaniac Right.

-  Modest Australians, who have also had their property taken (via taxation) and stuffed into the vaults of the CIS, using the fiction of consultancy fees. It, their great consulting efforts, showed out: the stupid “Right” sapped the Howard Administration, and then hung it. Modest Australians betrayed by unprincipled, venal bastards. After all, the only beneficiaries of Co2 destruction day, apart from the Greens, are parasites in the form of lawyers, ”insider traders” hoping to make a fortune out of “carbon credits”, and extortion rackets called alternative energy companies.

On the subject of shell companies pretending to be businesses, CIS Director Peter Yates, and a Director of the Peking based Peony company, set up to make squillions out of Co2 destruction day, is one of the CIS’ conflicts of interests. Gregg Lindsay is yet to explain this conflict of interest, as well as a few others.

“Aaron Beech” assumed he’d delivered a killer blow in comments, in response to Greens Lies = destruction and totalitarianism (10/12/08). It is important to respond to comments that suffer a few misconceptions. He wrote:

“You have indeed demonstrated your ignorance. Have you not heard of wavereaper? Have you not heard of kinetome? Of course you havn’t. These free energy solutions had their patents bought in 1934 by what was to become BP. Look them up if you dare to feel silly…”

Firstly, I did a check on “kinetome” and “wavereaper”, without feeling silly, to find out what on earth Beech was referring to, apart from the obvious inference that they are ‘alternative free energy machines’. More on them below. It ought to be mentioned that whatever patents BP purchased in the past, it was first founded, to state the obvious, as an oil exploration and production company. It might be observed, Texaco alone wiped out $US 800 millions in 1980’s money, in a major effort to develop ‘alternative energy. Why would they bother but for the singular fact free market energy firms are in the business of energy. Even so, in the case of research into ’alternative energy’, certainly on that scale, is nigh criminal squander of shareholders’ funds.

Beech has missed two essential points. Economic illiteracy

1. “Free energy”, e.g., sun and wind, is not free. The costs build up in the production of the capital to transform wind and sun into energy, as well as the actual energy conversion capital. On top of this, there is the maintenance of these plants, and any increase in their scale.

2. Dis-economies of scale is the killer blow. No solid economist denies wind and solar energy production, nor wave and tidal based energy is technically true, unless they are numbingly idiotic. The rub is, they are not efficient. The dis-economies of ‘alternative energy’ production are tremendous.

Green economic illiteracy and alternative energy

Green economic illiteracy, money-grubbing CEOs and windmills

Stupid journalists promote the great solar scam

The humble light bulb: a victim of political stupidity and green zealotry

Obama’s wheelbarrow economics

The massive dis-economies in scale is matched by the fact that wind and solar farms are built and maintained only by tremendous subsidies. In Brackistan, Steve Bracks concealed some of this by coercing coal based energy companies to also subsidise the windmill farms: that is taxpayers being robbed by the Victorian executive, and the coal based energy companies being robbed to prop up a fraud that produces nothing.

Wave and tidal “power” are also dilute. They are in the same league as solar and wind, totally useless; a hideous expense for the purpose of producing nothing. They are not economic by a tremendous factor. Denmark’s (1991, 2003), Scotland’s (2007) and the Portuguese (2008) ” wave farms” were built and are maintained only through government abusing taxpayers to the hilt. Output is trivial, and there is another catch; destruction of the equipment in heavy seas and storms, as well as the restriction of the conditions under which they can operate.

An indication of how dilute they are is, for example:

As Professor Fells raises, there’s the issue of longevity and survival in extreme storms.  As the technology is very new, there’s few reliable estimates on how long the best-designed wave generators could operate.  Further, it would take over 6,500 of the generators to equal the output of one nuclear power plant.  This would yield a cost of $21B USD, which does not compare favorably with construction cost of equivalent output modern nuclear plants, which typically run around $6 to $8B USD.”

What is amusing is that the author, though acknowledging the massive dis-economies of scale, is an unstinting supporter of ‘alternative energy’ scams, to gauge from his other remarks.

“Wavereaper” is advertised as a wave energy production device. Readers can amuse themselves by reading the description, here. It’s comical.

Having hunted around and enquired about “kinetome”, no one has heard of it, not even BP. There is an exception. In Zoology, kinetome is a taxanomic term, and yes, it comes up on the instant of a google search too, and so, for example:

The somatic kinetome is composed of 15-16 bipolar kineties in which kinety 1 is clearly sigmoid and the others on the ventral surface are less skewed. In the anterior 1/2 of the cell, slightly anterior to the level of the cytostome is situated a 10 cubic micron globular macronucleus with a 2 cubic micron nested on its anterior surface. A cytoproct has been observed to expulse particulate wastes situated between kineties 1 and n…”

This suggests another direction the Australian Skeptics and James Randi expend time debunking.  Ian Bryce of A.S. wrote, as an example, an extensive two part analysis of a ‘free energy machine’, LUTEC:  Part I,  and Part II. Here’s a site of cranks pushing ‘free energy’ scams, Free Energy ‘Tools’ Page, from A-Z.

Perhaps Beech’s ‘kinetome’ is not a ‘perpetual motion machine’ and yet the ‘alternative energy’ scams, though technically true, are no better economically.  Moreover, the dis-economies of scale are greater than intrinsic to wind, solar and wave, since they are tied to the destruction of efficient, clean coal energy, and the destruction of many other companies that naturally cannot operate without efficient energy supply. Beech’s error here is exactly the same as the Centre for Independent Studies but in the latter case it was a deliberate, disgusting deception.

The CIS, in lobbying for alternative energy asserts a lie on their part. “Alternative energy” will become economic if the cost of coal energy is raised by taxing it and destroying those firms. No, if it were economic, entrepreneurs would build them on a free market basis. Nothing can make those scams economic.

What the CIS supports is a massive cut in power supply by destroying it through Co2 taxes, and nothing can be done to compensate for the work of coal based companies. Not even Nuclear energy can compensate for the deliberate destruction of the coal based companies.  For while nuclear is centralised production, it is costlier, in Australia, by a large factor (before counting the tremendous capital losses entailed in the destruction of coal based firms).  On the other hand, the CIS is not even mildly plausibly competent in economics.

I don’t believe there is any point in musing on Beech’s note on “ignorance”, except to say:

Unless he’s a Greenie, or an avid follower of the likes of Wong and Kim “Il” Carr, and Kevin “Capital Destroyer via C02 taxes” Rudd, his mistakes are excusable. It’s a tribute to the rotten treachery of the “Right” and their idiot clunker tanks the CIS and IPA. The man in the street parrots the diseased Left and their lies because that lot not only did not go for the jugular and accurately, they have directly aided their propagation. They are deadly lies, of devastating force.

The Greens’ totalitarian vision for Australia

Today, the Greens are on the rampage, angry because Rudd’s carbon taxation measures may not destroy Australians and Australia as swiftly as they desire. They are “demonstrating”. Let them foam and froth at the mouth.

Bye the bye, it seems the Greens’ read the CIS position paper pushing carbon taxation. The Greens ran, this year in Parliament, the core claims in that paper:

1)  Co2 taxes are costless.

2)  Modest Australians can be compensated with income transfers

3)  Wiping out coal based energy firms will render “alternative energey” economic and  induce technological advances.

Number two is loaded, because by ‘transfers’ they mean politicians will spend transfers on things the Greens would dictate Australians will have. The compensation will not be paid direct to modest Australians. Notice the genuine totalitarian force of this claim alone, and “this ain’t nothin” against what is unfolded below.

Notice also the Green’s notion of money is as infantile as rather many commentators. If they had their way, the RBA would be converted into a mega-scale money forging outfit. This itself exposes another of the many great lies the Greens’ spin daily. Sound money is generated out of production. Incomes are generated out of production. Destroying production destroys both, and this hits a very sore nerve and blows a ruddy great hole in their miserable bodies.

Due to the brainless “Right” holding precious Liberal seats, their clunker tanks the IPA and CIS, and the “Rightwing” media commentators, they have never had to face being evsicerated publicly for the truth, their position is the destruction of capital. Notice, by definition free markets is capitalism. So, what does this mean but totalitarianism.

Mr. Jackson of Brookesnews has thoroughly demolished the three claims, in his paper criticising the superficial CIS lobby paper:

Carbon taxes and Keynesian insanity

Carbon taxes versus living standards

Why is the Centre for Independent Studies supporting the destructive carbon tax?

One also repeatedly hammers why the claims are not merely false but, because Rudd is acting on them, they cannot be called anything else than deliberate, destructive lies. This is besides the watermelon reds Ian Campbell, David Kemp, and Malcolm Trunbull, who all busied themselves when Ministers of the Crown imposing on Australians many of the Greens’ demands, inclusive of “alternative energy” - which shows how abysmally defective these Ministers were. A stand out is the heavily subsidised food production destroyer ‘ethanol fuel’ fraud they are culpable for.  Andrew Bolt, by the way, is yet to retract and apologise for his abuse of Herald Sun readers by using his column to push for this scam.

An Aside

The “Right” has truly betrayed Liberal Party members and Australians. It must be kept in clear view, the “Right” is not the Liberal Party. They are not genuine Liberals.

Their lousy economics is actually anti-free market huff and puff, though they are too stupid to appreciate this, and incapable of rectifying what can be only charitably called their intellectual foundations. Combined with their cowardice (their theme song is “colour me yellow”) and no clue at all on how to fight and destroy the diseased Left, thus we ended up with Rudd and committed to Soviet style central planning euphemistically called “Industry Policy” (as guided by his guru Steve Bracks and enforced by Kim “Il” Carr) and Carbon Tax Destruction Day.

Genuine Liberals are fully aware the treacherous Left cannot be wiped out until the stupid “Right” is wiped out. What irritates genuine Liberals is not wiping out the “Right” but the fact they effectively flung the Rudd Brown Pantalooned Cabinet into office. The really nasty itch, though, is that precious time has to be expended on pulverising the parasitical “Right” first.

A second aside: An open address and challenge to Mr. Ron Manners

Mr. Ron Manners, in view of the magnificent successes of the “Right”, why are you protecting them. Why are you funding their clunker tanks the IPA and CIS. Surely, Sir, you appreciate how much damage they have caused.

How, Sir, can you ignore that they caused not only great damage under Kennett in Victoria, and under Howard, but from the decades preceding these administrations to the present, they have perfected only one thing: How to adhere themselves to the bank vaults of companies, funds that were set aside to fight atrociously bad Government actions and instead funnelled into the Kemp family cash cow the IPA and fattening Gregg Lindsay’s superannuation plan the CIS.

As a genuine Liberal, concerned with that is being launched against Australians, and why so, why do you, Sir, nonetheless stick with those disasters who magnificently betray the genuine Liberal cause and don’t give a fig about the impact on Australians of lousy economics and destructive policies?  Are you, Sir, seriously suggesting that with a record as long and every entry a dismal, cringeworthy failure, as theirs that they are employable?  That they are stalwart fighters? Intellectual giants? Tacticval geniuses?

Why, Mr. Manners, don’t you get serious and dump these wealthy, professional dole-bludgers, and back those who can do the work that has to be done? And, while you are at it, encourage others who have made the same, sad mistake to do the same.

Back to the Totalitarian Greens

In May and June this year, I covered a frank disclosure made by Bob Brown in the Senate on the 14th of May. In that speech he outlined the totalitarian manifesto of the Greens. The first part of the speech, the subject of the May-June articles, was dedicated to an extensive statement of Bob Brown’s and the Greens’ admiration for Hugo Chavez, and to recapitulate:

Senator Bob Brown’s and the Green’s best pal, Chavez, supports Muslim terrorists

Bob Brown is not alone “Down-under” in his devotion to Chavez:

What ‘country’ do they belong to - really owe allegiance to?

Bob Brown gave a candid speech in the Senate and Liberals failed to shred him for what he disclosed.

Brown introduced their manifesto with a glowing tribute to their master fanatic, Ingrid Betancourt, mentioning without a hint of irony:

“A former Colombian Greens senator, she is in her seventh year as a hostage of the guerillas of the Forces for Armed Revolution of Colombia, FARC, in the jungles of southern Colombia. I am a friend of Ingrid’s.”

This is funny too:

Her speech on the need for courage and truth in the dangerous and corrupt world of politics brought thunderous applause when she addressed the first Global Greens conference in Canberra in 2001. “

I mean to say, Chavez’s pals holding one of the adoring army the Greens! A comedy of errors. As for truth, Marx, Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, Hitler and Goebels held the same notion of truth as the Greens. Fabulous company they are in.

Putin and the KGB collect

The manifesto begins with another of their great lies:

“Thirty years ago an ecological or environmental conscience arose in the world as a civic expression of concern for the future of humanity and of the planet. From there Green Parties were born.”

To repeat, the KGB established the Greens in the 1960’s as a front with which to undermine the West. It was not a spontaneous movement in the West, but it was the impression the KGB, aided by lying, treacherous Leftist journalists and agents of influence, needed to convey for their aim to succeed.

They got away with it, and in Australia, Putin and the KGB collected, yesterday when Rudd announced he will press ahead with Carbon Tax Destruction Day. This too, bye the bye, is another bit of evidence of the idiot “Right’s” sheer gutlessness before the Left and their complete incompetence in fighting the treacherous left. Quiggin says boo and Professor Sinclair Davidson runs away, sums things up pretty well.

The telling point about the manifesto is, detached from the Soviet thugs the Greens have simply updated not their aims but their place in this scheme of things. To sum up the manifesto, they will rule the world and we mere peasants will obey and be grateful for the miseries they deal out.

Another telling point stamps the treacherous Left as, they consider, a great virtue. Don’t be fooled, the Greens are not patriotic Australians. Even before the manifesto is considered, I fail to see how any genuine, decent patriot could contemplate what this lot wish to visit upon Australians, and does this show up the savagery the Rudd Cabinet is about to spring on Australians, and as prepared by the venal “Right”, whose notion of Liberty is power and wealth extracted from others and transferred into their bank accounts. Campbell, David Kemp and Malcolm Turnbull should be expelled from the Liberal Party, for their part in obliging the fanatical Greens, and Rudd.

The Greens’ death cult, worship of that rotten cow “Mudder Nature”, is only a front for the real motivations that lead to the establishment of the Greens. The Greens are not patriotic Australians. As their manifesto proudly proclaims their land is their internationalist cult. These are the scumbags the “Right” appeased. And, they are scumbags, as their full support for Chavez, who is hailed as the new Fidel Castro, shows.

The gutlessness of the Right served the Greens

The Greens numbers in Federal and States’ Parliaments has increased. There should not be a single one of them if it were not for the stupid “Right”. If they had been soundly fought, they would not only have been completely exposed for what they are, we would not be now facing the imminent dire danger of Carbon Destruction Day, and the overthrow, before this, of property rights to satiate their tin pot god’s lust for human sacrifice and totalitarian rule.

What a disgrace, a pack of ignorant scumbags, economically illiterate, no science, no brains, just ugly beliefs, and they are playing the dictator and with some justification, for the Right aided them. Then again, as they themselves have made plain endlessly, the “Right” are “Statists” and that is why that little fascist slob, Turnbull, is now Leader of the Opposition, and Rudd and Gillard can’t stop laughing.

The Bismarck Way

Bismarck believed he could defeat the Left by adopting many of their policies. This brilliant strategy lead to the National Socialist Party and Hitler. The “Right’s” approach is the same and it has been hugely successful, for the diseased Left.

The Greens Manifesto. It is the rant of the deranged but there is no mistaking its force. Read  in, Continued:

(Continued)

ALP members watch aghast

Well they should. It’s a case of be careful what you ask for, and how did the Unions, some ALP backbenchers, and some very interesting members of the ALP get it, right in the neck. I mean to say, Rudd, Kim “Il”Carr, Penny Wong, Peter “Corrupter of Youth” Garrett, Fergusen, Swann! It shows how bad the Right is, feeble, incompetent, completely stupid, and how much damage they have caused that grey cell challenged molluscs could end up on the Treasury benches.

Rudd assumes, evidently, he can save his skin by:

Rudd locks in 5pc emissions cut

Rudd is also relying on the rubbish the CIS published what it considers a sound case for carbon taxation. The CIS refuses to defend not merely a position paper but what showed out, it is lobbying for carbon taxation. It has a real conflict of interest turning on the sort of parasites who hope to make fortunes out of C02 taxation. Their central claim is Co2 taxation can be costless, done the right way.

It can’t be done the right way, and it isn’t costless. It is the destruction of capital. There it is, 1%, 5%, 50%, whatever, carbon taxation means economic destruction, because it wipes out capital, as the massive body of evidence rolling from other countries that have carbon taxes in place confirms. It is already occuring in Australia too.

Coal energy companies are in real trouble. Their share prices went into free fall as soon as Rudd announced his grand, criminal plan. By March, $500 billions was written off, and still in free fall. Supply of capital funds even for maintenance has been cut. This is very serious trouble. Needless to say, this is a lie:

“The Federal Government has also promised around $6 billion a year in compensation and a 2.5 per cent rise in pension rates to help households cope with expected price rises when the carbon pollution reduction scheme begins in July 2010…”

The CIS is the source of this lie. It is not only that income transfers cannot compensate for the cost of Co2 taxation. Income is generated out of capital. No capital, no income, only appalling misery will be the lot of many, if the politicians get away with what is nothing less than economic sabotage on a massive scale, that requires real, totalitarian measures to enforce.

It’s not only Rudd, Wong et al, who will be criminally culpable of a grotesque crime against Australians. The Rightwing, Watermelon Red Ministers Ian Campbell, David Kemp, and Malcolm Campbell, are guilty too. They laid the foundations of what Rudd is about to do to Australians when they were the reprehensible ministers for the even more reprehensible Greens’ cult of death. Backing Turnbull are the likes of that immature cretin, Reg Hunt (these types are scary).

 As for this:

“Trade exposed industries

“The Government has increased the amount of free permits allocated in its green paper to those industries described as trade exposed because they face international competition and cannot pass the cost of a trading scheme onto consumers.

“One threshold for eligibility…”

Another shocking lie, but trivial in content. It also suppresses the nasty impact of firms destroyed because efficient, coal based energy firms will be destroyed,  as the horrific collapse of manufacturing firms in Britain, due to the very same cause shows; thanks to those two fascist bastards Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, with tens of thousands thrown out of work and into destitution as the final measure of how nice Co2 taxation is.

So, while those fanatical, cultic maniacs the Greens and their fellow travellers are screaming that Rudd’s measures are inadequate, readers might ponder, they are adequate for the destruction of firms and the immiseration of Australians.  All in the name of a truly chilling cult, and here is another take on this truth about ‘Kyoto compliance’:

The Global Warming Gospel

By Mark D. Toole

What should be locked in is Rudd, Garrett, Wong, Turnbull, Kemp, Campbell, Garrett, and the lying bastards in the CIS.

Locked in as in a prison. That is what their actions amount to; genuinely criminal, and relies on nothing more than police state coercion to get away with it.

Regulation strangling companies. Another betrayal by the “Right”.

Regulation is not, contrary to dual Pulitzer Prize winner, Peter Costello, the rule of (common) law. It is accurate to call it lawless politicians in action.

It is also a tax. It also cripples the capacity of entrepreneurs to serve customers, produce things they demand, and employ factors of production. It has strangled to death firms in Australia, and continues to do so. This is all before considering the damage caused by Keynesian policies. Mind, all this might be a dim and happier memory than what Co2 taxation will cause, outright economic destruction.

In the 1980’s, ICI and Hoechst told Hawke and Keating “laissez faire”, get off our backs, and warned them what would happen if they didn’t. They didn’t. The companies shut down their multi-billion dollar investments in Victoria and New South Wales, and converted their head offices into tiny sales desks for their overseas factories.

In the 1990’s, OH&S was the regulatory lead weight that broke the back of food giant Heinz. It closed its Dandenong factory and invested in, above all places, New Zealand. On the employee, occupational side, the Union turned OH&S dictated hourly breaks into, effectively, hours long “sit-downs”  and this was damaging the company. Heinz managed to fix that bit of thuggery, to some extent, leaving only the food production side of OH&S compliance.

Compliance added per unit costs greater than the products can be sold at. Even 1% translates into tremendous numbers. Faced with 15% to 30% per unit costs above prices, the only reason Heinz would have remained in Australia was to not only destroy its capital in Australia, but for the parent company to bleed copious amounts of blood.

OH&S has been the final straw for many small firms; they have shut down. Others planned up to two years ago to shut-down in the course of this year and next year. With them go jobs and much else besides. The examples of Hoechst and ICI should put readers onto the obvious.

Firms supplying them, and many others shutting down, with raw materials - bottling, canning, packaging, logistics, and a whole nest of services, all hurt too. This is all before mentioning producers of capital goods, who are hit hard. Keep in view, these are companies that are not sheltered, protected, and subsidised, unlike automotive firms in Australia.  What an irony: politicians cry crocodile tears over lemons but over decades wiped out untold billions in real free market investment in Australia, and continue their merry destruction of investment.

Other firms are cutting production. In the case of a small-goods firms, making smoked goods in the European tradition, their customers are denied pleasure because, thanks to OH&S, the only thing to do, in order to remain in business, was to eliminate lines, a large number of lines. Not only lines either.  They have savaged production on what they persist with.  A much publicised case, a couple of years ago, another firm that produced smoked goods the traditional way  simply shut down.

The crunch

As companies close down, two things occur. Products are eliminated, as well as the firms producing them. The other route is: companies produce in more hospitable countries and ship products into Australia.

To gauge how bad things can be, consider all the products available on supermarket shelves alone that can be produced elsewhere. This is, bye the bye, germane to the nonsense of, to use Terry McCrann’s expression, the ‘Dual Economy”. There is a further appalling consequence to all this:

From contraction in production, to outright closure and transfers to other countries means Australians become poorer. For instance, only capital accumulation raises real pay, but how is this supposed to occur when it is being wiped out?  What about super funds. In some way, even if only through compulsory savings (superannuation), most modest Australians are avid capital accumulators, or were. For proprietorships, the business is also the owners’ retirement nest egg. Regulation smashes eggs.

“The Dual Economy”

McCrann distinguishes between financial markets, and the “real economy” - production. This is rubbish. They are inseparable, one and the same. The former exist to raise capital funds for investment, and trading in capital. Put it another way, capital doesn’t occur ex nihilo. What else is to be expected of an ‘economics commentator’ who did not predict the recession, denied there was a recession, maintained everything was just fine, fine, fine, until mid-September when he could no longer deny the by then transparent? A man who can’t finger the cause, central banks and their Keynesian snake-oil, and further, as his ‘dual economy’ nonsense shows, can’t finger why it is so damaging for production.

Another bit of dualism rubbish to be heard from the slothful “Right” is: manufacturing is in contraction and divestment because there is no comparative advantage in producing in Australia. Markets decide things of higher values. This is a facile notion of comparative advantage, shown by their omission of the raw truth, regulation can wipe out comparative advantage. The dualism  enters here:

I’ve heard and read too many who say, the advantages in Australia are in financial services. That, we are entering a post-manufacturing, financial services era. This is, no doubt, good news for millions of school leavers; they will be all little Malcolm Turnbulls, wealthy, insider traders; the instant they manage to find the exit from jumbo sized child minding centres. However, if it were true, then why are goods imported?

If we are in a post-manufacturing age, then surely there would be no need for it overseas either. Fancy that, we would not be importing goods.

The “Right’s” betrayal

Regulation is strangling firms in Australia, and it hits with force because some entrepreneurs closing down are acquaintances. They have related in gory detail what regulation has done to their firms. The pain is no imagined hurt. Regulation is, metaphorically, akin to being forced by politicians to take an axe and amputate a wrist, then a foot, a leg and finally, throwing oneself under an OH&S band-saw to lop the head off. What has the Right done about it, over decades, but themselves increased regulation and intensified old regulations and bestowed ever greater police state powers on goon squads. Peter Costello was an avid regulator, which is why the fanatical, company busting ACCC exists in greater ugliness.

A decade under Kennett in Victoria, 12 years under Howard, and all the Right did was to fathom novel tortures. Prior to those administrations, the Right did not lift a finger against regulation. Their record in Opposition, in Federal and States’ Parliament was as abysmal as it is today. Then, they are not principled, brainy Liberals. This is the “Right”: inbred, venal, craven, ignoramuses whose grasp of economics, of capital theory, of economic laws, and of the realities they explain is non-existent. Typifying this lot, distilling their gutlessness, backstabbing habits, and treacherous contempt for Australians, are the IPA and CIS.

These self styled defenders of free markets are noteable for one thing only; what they have done to help destroy them. In this mighty effort they have left no stone unturned, and they have thrown many regulatory stones at companies. Publishing position papers on how to regulate the ‘right’ way is simultaneously a depressing sight, and damning of that lot. The IPA’s kid in chief, Chris Berg, wrote a dreadful tome on regulatory models and how to choose the right one, and this sums up the clunker tanks’ notion of fighting regulation.

The real bastardry, however, is the sink tanks take donors’ money, i.e., companies, on the bond they will fight regulation. Nothing is ever heard from that lot again, once they have cashed the cheques. They have not flunked their paid duty, over many decades now, out of cowardice – though it stamps their efforts too. No:

  1. It requires mastery in economics, and the “know how” to fight to do such work. They have neither.
  1. They do have a conflict of interest. They also take consultancy fees from cabinets of the Coalition and the ALP. They are not about to engage anything to upset this taxpayer kept gravy train. Why, no less than the CIS’ number one ignoramus in Hayek and the Austrians is on a good wheeze advising the Rudd Cabinet. Nick Gruen must have other merits besides being an ignoramus, which might be discerned if the inescapable is considered: he must be stating what pleases the Rudd fascist Cabinet, because he wouldn’t be in that cushy position, to the pain of taxpayers, otherwise.

Hard, economic truths offend the Rudd fascist Cabinet. The rotten, scary thing is, they offend the “Right” too.

While we are at it, what are mining companies up to? Well, Mr. Ron Manners masterminded a monument to the dead, a mining museum. Mining companies are busily ordering their headstones, digging graves, writing order of burial services, as the W.A. Govt. kills them with regulation. The clunker tanks were supposed to fight this. The IPA was taken on to do this and what service did those firms recieve? Nothing; not a peep.

The only exciting thing this lot are capable of is the Kemp family watching their slush fund (IPA) grow, while Gregg Lindsay’s superannuation fund (CIS) is defying financial markets in performance.

There is more to draw out and expand on, on the matter of regulation, but for this item, the above will do for now.

Scientists attack fraud

Another “international” IPCC gabfest, in which charlatans gas bag on about models (which is really odd because children know models come gift wrapped from toy shops via Santa), chicken gut oracles consulted, and then, armed with the amazing bilge, the want to be dictators in the UN and IPCC, and cretins in govenrments link hands and sing: “You are all doomed unless we impose totalitarian measures and immiserate insufferabe, smelly, peasants around the well- die, serfs.”

Tens of thousands of scientists, many distinguished, have signed numbers of petitions condemning the claim, man causes global warming, for the nasty lie it is. A lie for which the boosters can show no greater evidence than deliberate fraud and purveyed as science. No ordinary fraud; the IPCC and the charlatans they rely on, here in Australia as well as elsewhere, have committed nothing less than a revolt against science, and a regression into a primitive past well left behind. An ugly, brutish past in which man was enslaved to mystagogy, superstition, fear and all the evils that go with it. The laws of physics are, apparently, nothing, only meaningless mumbo jumbo, according to the boosters, a trivial distraction from great mysteries and even greater cruelties soon to be committed by tyrants pretending to be decent, civilised men and women.

The New York Conference early this year was noteble, besides the sheer numbers of scientists who attended. Scientists around the world, very disturbed by:

- What is nothing less than a political assault on science by boorish politicians and bureaucrats
- The ramifications, the humane concern of the implications, inclusive of economic destruction (to appease the Greens’ cult of death)

Held their counter to IPCC conferences. Here’ the rub, the assault on science has meant scientists are having expend precious time on fighting the deliberate lies and fraud. Secondly, because of the totalitarian onslaught, even if reluctantly, scientists have had to become politically active and this is a serious matter, since scientists wish to engage in science, rather than have to fight morons bent on monstrous measures.

Their anger at the garbage pumped out by lying parasites is becoming more transparent, more incensed at the gargabe pumped out by liaying parasites. Accordingly, rightly, fittingly, 650 incensed scientists scientists have not held back in their statements, as part of their counter to the IPCC bullshite fest in Poznan, Poland:

UN Blowback: More Than 650 International Scientists Dissent Over Man-Made Global Warming Claims

A couple of ripe comments equally fit the watermelon reds in the Liberal Party, including Reg Hunt, who suffers the delusion a law degree makes him a physicist, as well as that equally unprincipled, ingnoramus, Malcolm Turnbull, and oh, his predecessors as Minister for the Green’s Cult of Mot, Campbell and David Kemp. then, that bum, Peter Garrett, and Rudd’s Minister for Greens’ Propaganda and Brainwashing, Penny Wong:

“After reading [UN IPCC chairman] Pachauri’s asinine comment [comparing skeptics to] Flat Earthers, it’s hard to remain quiet.” - Climate statistician Dr. William M. Briggs, who specializes in the statistics of forecast evaluation, serves on the American Meteorological Society’s Probability and Statistics Committee and is an Associate Editor of Monthly Weather Review.”

“It is a blatant lie put forth in the media that makes it seem there is only a fringe of scientists who don’t buy into anthropogenic global warming.” - U.S Government Atmospheric Scientist Stanley B. Goldenberg of the Hurricane Research Division of NOAA.”

“Creating an ideology pegged to carbon dioxide is a dangerous nonsense…The present alarm on climate change is an instrument of social control, a pretext for major businesses and political battle. It became an ideology, which is concerning.” - Environmental Scientist Professor Delgado Domingos of Portugal, the founder of the Numerical Weather Forecast group, has more than 150 published articles.”

[One disagrees with Domingos on what some might consider a semantic quibble, but for the record it would be accurate to say, “….an excuse for totalitarian control…”]

CO2 emissions make absolutely no difference one way or another….Every scientist knows this, but it doesn’t pay to say so…Global warming, as a political vehicle, keeps Europeans in the driver’s seat and developing nations walking barefoot.” - Dr. Takeda Kunihiko, vice-chancellor of the Institute of Science and Technology Research at Chubu University in Japan.”

Here’s the doughty Lord Monckton, he fights against the lies inside the House of Lords but, importantly, outside the House, in public, without the extra protection of free speech Parliament affords:

Lord Christopher Monckton: ‘Companies could be sued over climate change’ Excerpt: The alarmist faction knows that, if it were to bring a case against a corporation whose executives were not minded merely to believe in the extremist presentation of “global warming” just because it is temporarily in fashion, they would lose. The case of Dimmock v. Secretaries of State for Education and for the Environment in the UK in 2007 was a very clear warning. The….”

“Global warming” is a cult, a death cult at that, for that is at least metaphorically what it means to act on it, but also because its adherents, stripped of their stinking pretence to science, show it out as such:

It’s a matter for blind belief. It is noteable, as well as reprehensible, the current success of the Greens in Australia was built on nothing more than activisim, particularly recruitment of the young by a process of a gradualist induction of young Australians into their cult, with increasing brainwashing of them into their beliefs. There is no difference in this between these liars and the likes of the Scientologists and other diseased bastards.

Let’s not forget, to repeat, the KGB established the Greens as a means of undermining the West from with in the West. It was initiated as a USSR front but in such a way that it, with the help of lying Leftists journalists, would not be directly traced to them and thus discredited. The KGB developed its modus operandi and selected its cadre and prepared them. The import of the induction and thus corruption of youth into this front, mostly middle class brats, was to generate the appearance of a spontaneous civil disobience movement motivated by genuine concerns. The cultic dimension of the front, reinforced by a process of indoctrination but bluntly, brainwashing, meshed with the aim - callow, shallow youths reduced to earnest believers, reliant on and easily directed by their new gurus. In so far as the Greens front was somewhat separated from its founder due to the collapse of the USSR, it has retained its features, and this is why Peter Garrett is a Corrupter of Youth.

The idiot Right never took the danger seriously and, worse, as they made abundantly plain, accepted the Green’s lies and acted on them when Office. Before the likes of that cretin, Wong, the likes of Campbell, Turnbull and David Kemp howled down any who dared to say it is all wrong, built not on science but on lies, fraud and charlatanism. Neither did their clunker tanks the IPA and CIS fight the lies and diseased Left, on this as well as everything else they run away from. To the contrary, they conceded the lies. The IPA published position papers arguing the best manner in which to impose controls, to stop ‘climate change’. The CIS upped the ante when it came out lobbying for Co2 taxation on top of conceding the intellectual fraud.

In Parliament, Wong, Garrett and a whole host of brainless, snivelling, parasites under Rudd daily call any who deny their ordinance demanind right cultic belief as ’skeptics’, ‘flat earthers’ and other names they consider really and ‘trooly’ damning and terrifying to those who are the object of their ire.

Needless to say, this line is freely used in Parliament, ‘only a fringe of scientists who don’t buy into anthropogenic global warming’. The watermelon red “Right” infesting the Liberal Party sing in tune. It is transparent that the “Right” are oblivious to:

Such expressions are defamations and smears against scientists, as well as science. That it is a rejection of science, and thus descent into barbarism.

With the exceptions of such as Dr. Jensen, who is barely tolerated by the slobs of the “Right” who dominate the Party, the Federal Parliament, and indeed the States’ Parliaments have been reduced to nothing more than delinquents with retarded snails for brains. The force of what they are committed to is monstrous, and let there be no doubt as to this truth. Parliament becomes a more execrable joke by the week.

What further aggravates genuine Liberals is the Right’s disgusting, appalling beyond words betrayal of Liberal Party members on this as well as other grave matters, and Australians in general. Fraud does not adequately distil what these and their 1st degree inbred cousins in the IPA and CIS, ceptomaniac cretins, are responsible for. Criminal is also too kind an adjective when applied to this lot.

Greens Lies = destruction and totalitarianism

Another report on the economic destruction that meeting the Greens’ demands will cause:

Economic Chill

Creeping totalitarianism, and david Bellamy never struck me as all for free markets. To the contrary, and I am happy to be corrected, but he stands somewhere on the Left:

The price of dissent on global warming

The other week, in Parliament, this Green fanatic, Senator Scott Ludlam, waxed lyrical about free wind, ocean wave and sun power. Oh, he did concede it would cost something to harness them but once built, it’s all free.

Wind and sun is free, but not what is required to transform them into energy, and they are inefficient by massive diseconomies of scale to produce nothing worth bothering about. This is why Europe is reversing its ‘alternative energy scams schemes.

The costs are, however, far greater still, commencing with the destruction of coal based energy firms, and all the firms supporting those firms. Than all other companies requiring efficient energy, thus entails means low prices. Companies are falling over in Britain thanks to Tony Blair and Gordon Brown and their Co2 taxes.

Ludlum, along with his fellow traveller, that corrupter of Youth Peter Garrett, and that lying, diseased leftist, along with Rudd, would not be in Parliament but for the locust “Right”, who also fully support hot red Green, totalitarian measures. As for the CIS, Greg Lindsay has to explain his clunker tanks disgusting sell out of Australians, to lobby for Co2 taxes. This lot, the venal “Right” don’t give a stuff about the carnage they are also responsible for, so long as their bank vaults are lined with cash taken from shareholders of companies, Liberal Party members, and taxpayers.

End of the Day

This is it for today. The pc has been rather awkward today, blast it.
