Mangled Thoughts

The Royal Commission into the firestorms that killed Victorians and destroyed a tremendous sum in property is a whitewash. It is clear why they occurred, the Greens’ policies of Right and Left by which they engaged in massive land grabs and locked it up for themselves.

The Deah Leadah of Brackistan, John Brumby, another wealthy and retarded moron of a brat, announced there will be fuel burning this year in his, the Right’s, and the Green’s private pleasure parks to avert a repeat.

This morning a bureaucrat on radio stated, ‘of course the serfs can clear and burn fuel on their land, all they have to do is ask’. Ask?! This strange expression from what is supposed to be a public servant reflects a central point I have been hammering:

The Right and the Left have usurped the inalienable rights of Victorians. The situation in Victoria is as von Mises described in Planned Chaos (1947):

There are two different patterns for the realization of socialism. The one pattern — we may call it the Marxian or Russian pattern — is purely bureaucratic. All economic enterprises are departments of the government just as the administration of the army and the navy or the postal system.

What von Mises warned off and attacked is recognisable in Brackistan. Property rights, inalienable property rights, including in one-self, is the foundation of of free markets, capitalism, and it means freedom. They have not been traduced, they have been usurped in what was once the State of Victoria.

Secondly, the bureaucrat lied. With the property rights of Victorians overthrown by the Right and the Left, property owners are so in name only, and this means also in oneself. The Right and the Left made it very clear in the anti-Bill of Rights and the Blasphemy Act that they both backed to the hilt. To this, the Cabinet and Parliament successfully invented ‘criminal offences’ and they all boil down to one only: it is a criminal offence for Victorians to use and develop their own property.

Agricultural operations, for example, are subject to decrees of approval issued by the Cabinet through its Orwellian ‘environmental department’. Furthermore, the Cabinet outlawed clearing and burning of timber on agricultural land. Indeed, fell a tree in a suburban backyard and see what happens.

I cannot say whether Manne fully appreciates the situation, but he wrote a scathing article about a matter that is really only a manifestation of the descent from the Rule of Common Law, to the Statism of the Right, which set up Brackistan as its foundation - to the delight of Bracks, Hulls and Brumby. Notice, Common Law is generated out of free markets. Notice the break in the rule of law:

It occurred with the Right under the Kennett-Stockdale Cabinets. That the Right converted the STO-OPA-VCAT into a large scale crime syndicate shows out the stupidity, callousness of the Right, and illuminates where Statism can lead. This alone properly skewers these venal gas bags. Indeed, the STO-OPA-VCAT set-up also involves what Manne savages; it is summarised in an article in The Australian:

What Manne attacks is also amplified by the STO-OPA-VCAT set-up. VCAT is a mockery of the function of courts and judges and justice that only common law upholds and advances. The Right give no more consideration and regard for crucial institutions and conventions, that developed only through centuries, than does the Left. The reason why the Right did what they did with STO… is:

They saw nothing wrong in it. They are, after all, ignoramuses, complete blanks, which is a sad condition. It is compounded by a driver of their Statism; they are economic illiterates. Their intellectual affliction - ie. no brains, is reinforced by the anti-free market slops pumped out by the IPA and CIS.

Well, the Cabinets of Vic. Inc. and (its continuation) Brackistan murdered Victorians with Greens policies. They could do this because they overthrew the inalienable rights of Victorians, though not from the same motives. The Victorian Cabinet and administration is lawless and has been for two decades and a few years now.

Lastly, ‘regulation’ is a deadly poison to use against the Rule of Common Law. Its root is lousy economics of which one major defect is the pin of regulation, the myth of perfect competition. Peter Costello, as Treasurer, frequently declared regulation to be the Rule of Law. Peter Costello is a bloody liar. Let’s correct this arrogant, Liberal Party wrecking ignoramus of a boor:

The state of slavery is of such a nature, that it is incapable of being introduced on any reasons, moral or political; but only positive law, which preserves its force long after the reasons, occasion, and time itself from whence it was created, is erased from memory: it’s so odious, that nothing can be suffered to support it, but positive law. Whatever inconveniences, therefore, may follow from a decision, I cannot say this case is allowed or approved by the law of England; and therefore the black must be discharged.

What the Right and the Left have done is to reduce Victorians to serfdom - all and their property to be used and disposed of by them through Cabinet. It is not a joke; it’s the fact of the matter.

John Brumby has called for the abolition of the modest but important honorific post of Justice of the Peace. The reason he gave is:

It originated in the medieval period. Therefore, it is out-dated, and why should we uphold an outdated, centuries old position.

Common Law preceded the Medieval Period. It was only that Henry II determined to advance Common Law, bind the Crown to upholding property Rights of the English, and bound the submission of the crown to it. An oath sworn submission that is declared at each coronation. Thus he committed the Crown to its function, the origin of the “Executive”:

Protecting life and private property against violent or fraudulent aggression. Internally, it is the duty of ensuring violent criminals are hauled before courts for trial. Externally, it is to wage war against those who threaten war against a peaceful people. This is the original function of what is falsely called government.

It is politicians who violated the oath that politicians, oddly enough, are oath sworn to execute in the name of the King.

“Government”emerged out of the Executive turning the coercive force it wields against the very people it is paid to serve. This has been repeated ad-infinitum from ancient history to the present. This is what has been done in Victoria. Now the right and the Left are about to perpetrate it on a grander scale through Federal Parliament and Cabinet and again, the Right did much to this end when they were in the Howard Cabinets.

However, Brumby has explained why both the Right and the Left agree on the overthrow of Common Law. It’s old. Why, it’s worse than medieval!

Bye the bye, ask any graduate in Law these days, many from some years ago too (as far back as the early 1980’s!), questions on Common Law and its history. All you get is nothing, except for snide ‘know it all” cracks such as, “Oh, you mean fuzzy law”. It’s not only Leftist graduates in Law, it is also “Right-wing” graduates - numbers of them also considering themselves conservatives, who show four years at law school has been a complete waste of funds, most of it taxed against modest Australians.

The Right’s position is unmistakable and their MPs have made it crystal clear. Unsurprisingly, their State and Federal MPs, and they hold all the Victorian Senate seats, are central to this treachery. They have made it very plain inside and outside of Parliament, including, to drive another point home, Michael Kroger’s ex, Helen Kroger.

Helen Kroger is the thuggess who attempted to strong-arm Mt.Waverley Branch because they had the temerity to select their own candidate for a State election rather than waiting to obediently rubber stamp the “candidate” the Kroger-Costello gang decided they would ‘elect’.

Mt. Waverley members told Helen to get stuffed and jump off a cliff in very purple language. Helen Kroger has done enough inside the Party to show what she stands for. This is hilarious, because for Jews the Fuhrer complex and wearing plastic jackboots jars.

By the way, do the Kroger’s believe the Islamo fascists’ aim to exterminate Jews applies only to those who practice Judaism? For if they do, they are dead wrong. It might be observed, Islamo-fascists admire Hitler but they don’t need that influence to egg them on to Holocaust II. They had that vermin called Mohammed to show them the way.

Oh, I have not for some time posted much on the Toorak backed Kroger’s Kronies and Insurrectionaries. To save time, on a pertinent matter, I refer to a report summarising how bad things are in Victoria by a Leftist on Vex News:

Having pulled off the considerable achievement this week, he then authorised his candidate Kelly O’Dwyer to make it known to the press for Saturday that she is the annointed one.

The feud between the Baillieu-Kennett axis  and the Kroger-Costello axis is not over principles. They are agreed as only mendacious bastards can be agreed, selling out others for their own venal aims. It’s a nasty little power struggle, for themselves and their backers:

Toorak Brahman behind Kroger-Costello versus those they look down as not ‘blue-blood’ upstarts, the South Yarra backed Baillieu-Kennett. This is confusing, because Ted’s day job is exclusive dog kennel builder to Toorak Doctors’ wives who are true believers in the diseased cult of the fanatical Greens.

It also reflects, the Toorak-Kroger-Costello axis controls what is not longer the Liberal Party. It’s their private clubhouse. The branch membership exists only in so far as that serfs can be stripped of money in the way of fees to pay upkeep, furnishings, and lovely food and drinks.

Victorian Federal Parliamentary seats are stuffed with KKI bodies. The State Parliament annoys the hell out of Kroger and Costello because their ‘vicious’ opponents, the South Yarra ‘rebels’ have stuffed some of those seats with their own living dead.

I quote the position of the Federal Right-Wing MPs and the Victorian KKR walking dead - as in, they are directed to fully support and push it on Australians:

The Liberal Party supports… emissions targets…

That is not merely Turnbull and his deputy. It is, when asked by voters, the official reply setting out the position in black and white, on Liberal Party stationary, and signed by the MPs. The document is proudly sent out by the Victorian KKI MPs, everyone of the bums. The official statement continues, their only concern is that Rudd’s carbon tax plan is not quite right. They are, and quote:

…unsure as to whether it is the most cost-effective scheme…

Let’s reassure them - Scott Ryan, Helen Kroger, Greg Hunt and the rest of these venal, mendacious parasites from Victoria, it is ‘cost effective’. After all, any type of carbon tax destroys capital and immiserates Australians.

What the KKR and their interstate, fellow traveling, Liberal Party destroying, Australia betraying morons are really objecting to is:

It is Rudd and his Cabinet of larcenous idiots and not them who have the joy of immiserating Australians and destroying Australia.

That lot is what the Toorak Brahman have foisted on the Liberal Party and Australians as ‘talent’.

This lot don’t give a stuff for principles, Australians, and Australia. It’s all about them and what they can get, which is why they hate genuine Liberals. Genuine Liberals, horror of horrors, would bring a sudden end to the happy arrangement between the Right and Left and their Cabinets whereby they get to enrich themselves all over again by property theft on a tremendous scale. Just look at Ron Walker:

Right and Left handed him a Grand Prix and Commonwealth games. This has required stripping from Victorians sums now well into the billions. And, Victorians sacked to prop up Fairfax. Now, with Hugh Morgan and des Crespigny, he wants another fortune of stolen property handed to him by Federal Cabinet. He also, to his greater pleasure, demands the property of many others be simply destroyed:

I am referring to this gang of three’s demand that coal-based energy firms be destroyed through carbon taxes and Cabinet plunder Australians all over again and hand them billions of dollars so that they can ‘build a nuclear power plant’.

By the  way, it is very curious that that lackey to Right-wing parasites, Tiny Tim Blair,  is advocating ‘nuclear power plants’. I will be drawing this out in another article, together with is twin phony journalist, Andrew Bolt, who also writes propaganda for the slimes.

Ted Ballieu’s sister, Kate, grabbed a nice parcel of land courtesy of Steve Bracks. It’s right on her back door step. The former OCTU battle-ground, Portsea. Steve Bracks has benefited from land grabs. Left and Right Cabinets have benefited from the larceny executed through the STO-OPA. Then too, transfers to pseudo-businesses. The list of fraud perpetrated against Victorian is staggering.

But, hey, I defy any man to accuse that lot of being up to their eyeballs in a conflict of interest, and selling out Australians and the Liberal Party and, best of all, serving the hard, diseased Left. Oh, darn, Greg Lindsay is an embarrassment to his chums, him having only spilled the carbon tax beans all over his CIS bootikins.

One more thing: I put it to the reader the overthrow of inalienable rights in Victoria and the usurpation of the Rule of Common Law is matched by the staggering rise in violent crime. Both in rate and the sheer stomach churning violence of it. In overthrowing rights, turning Victorians into serfs, the Victorian Executive has broken its real oath sworn duty and, for good measure, has stuffed the judiciary with enough who have said the thing that pleases lawless politicians, ‘the “Law” is behind them’. Another telling symptom is:

Those guilty of horrifying crimes laugh in Courts as Judges hand down non-sentences. The savages that have proliferated faster than weeds know that they have been handed the streets and homes of much abused Victorians by successive ‘Cabinets’. Meanwhile, should the law-abiding defy decree No. 2001324, it is they who are in for it; Cabinet comes down on them with all the punitive force they can muster. Indeed, a very telling contrast.

I put it to readers that that is the explanation. After all, the politicians murdered Victorians with their Greens policies that made the fire-storms. They alone, with their advisers, public servants that Right and Left turned into bureaucrats and police state enforcers, did this to Victorians. They could only perpetrate this and much else besides  because they overthrew the inalienable rights of Victorians and placed themselves above the Rule of Common Law.

In the mean-time, President George Bush tried an experiment. He sold off vast tracts of ‘national forests’ to investors, with full property rights intact. The investors work the forests.

They are the best” old-growth” forests, because being worked no fire-storms occur. Best of all, they have not been fire afflicted. Wildlife proliferates, including species that were once on the endangered list. The firms have made them productive and, for good measure, have maintained facilities for recreational visitors - hunting, fishing. This success is due to one thing only, capitalism.

The Right in Australia fully supports massive land grabs, and this destroys existing forestry investment, and much else besides. This is another of umpteen million demonstrations of the underlying fact of the matter:

Not only the Left, but the Right also is hostile to free markets, hostile to liberty. It shows out in the transparent curiosity, their Pet called a Greg Lindsay happily campaigning for carbon taxation. They are united in walking and building the road to totalitarian hell. They really should join a hard Left Party. At least the direction is one and the same, even though the motives are not.
