The lie that human Co2 emissions causes climate change

The lie violates the laws of physics. It amounts to nothing more than a grotesque belief in magic: man is the puppeteer of the universe. It is numbingly crude it really is chilling to contemplate how it could have been asserted as even a serious hypothesis, It is not science, it is an attack on science and deliberate rejection of science. Any former scientist who has decided to support the lie is just that, no longer a scientist.

It is not simply against the lie therefore, that is at stake. It is physics. It is up to the boosters of the lie to substantiate their claim through sound science. Instead of this, they have perpetrated fraud, for which many now face criminal prosecution.

Let’s also recollect, the lie was initially the claim carbon emissions causes “global warming”. This was swiftly debunked, with McIntyre and McKintrick delivering the final, spectacular bullet of show the Mann “Hockey Stick” is a fraud. The “Hockey Stick” was and remains the primary anti-argument of the IPCC’s lies. Mann is facing prosecution because of the fraud he perpetrated.

Now, the claim carbon emissions causes global warming is itself rubbery. It’s “proponents” had not laid out how the laws of the universe could, by any stretch of the imagination, render this possible. Could, not would, and with this, they did not lay out in sound scientific method tests of the claim. Neither did they, in sound method, furnish their data and records on how their “evidence” was generated for testing. But the claim was swiftly killed.

Instead of, therefore, accepting the “hypothesis” is false, the boosters moved the goal posts by making their claim even more rubbery. They altered the claim to, carbon emissions causes causes “climate change”. Yet again, from theory and mountains of evidence, this has been demonstrated beyond doubt it is false. Yet again, this has not stopped the liars, on whom the burden of proof rests, and not everyone who says no, it is false, including hundreds of thousands of scientists.

Again, fraud was perpetrated by the liars in order to advance the lie. They face prosecution.

Again, the liars, instead of admitting the lie is a lie, have shifted the goal posts again. They now simply say, “climate change” and anyone who denies climate change is a denier. Now this is another vicious lie. No-one calling carbon emissions causes climate change a lie denies climate change occurs. To the contrary, they all know it occurs.. they know why it occurs and the reason why it occurs is because climate shifts are regular physical events that occurs because of the laws of the universe.

There are a couple of other points. What is climate? A period sufficiently long that the average, very loose average, of the weather conditions prevailing over a region is such we can say this is tropical, this is arctic, this is desert, and so on. Secondly, there is no “global climate”. Indeed, Australia alone is marked by a range of climates.

Climate shifts occur over very long periods. Counted in hundreds and thousands of years. Moreover, when a shift has occurred climate is not static. There is fluctuation and fluctuations in climate are large. What is interesting is, evidence covering 5000 yeas has been compiled. The data has been plotted. A polynomial trend line has been fitted, precisely because of the large fluctuations that occur. It does not take this trend line however, to see that for 3000 years, the trend is cooling, not heating. The cooling commenced, as the data shows, after there had been a period of heating of about a thousand years.

Alcoa announced its renewed its energy supply contract with coal based energy Loy Yang Power. This, naturally, upset the hard Left. The Age, aka “The Spring Street Soviet”, is in horrified shock, as the tone of its report shows. The hard Left’s green fronts foamed at the mouth, in particular, Environment Victoria”. Before writing this item up, in addition to several mountain ranges of material in my discs, I needed to to find out a couple things.

A couple of things, ha! It took all ruddy day in a very interesting hunt and checking with sources that has turned up much else besides. So, what we have to do is split them up into separate posts, thanks to what I have been uncovering - and I’m several months behind unloading material as it is. Below are articles rarther germane to what we have to relate. Right, let’s begin unloading with this first post on another right disaster sapping Alcoa, Victorians and Australians.

Oh, the back-log; amongst very many other reasons such as incompetence, feeblesnees, cowardice and wrecking thoroughly sound causes and so forth, another damned good reason why the Clique and their clunker tanks the Centre of Independent Studies, HR Nicholls Society, Quadrant Magazine, Ray Evans’ Online Opinion, and Institute for Public Affairs are contemptible is their undiluted idleness. All their ‘effort’ is in begging for $millions poured into these bastards each year over decades. They are so bloody idle they have never done even what I have done in three days; you can tell; there is nothing in the piles of pulp they crank out. So, Heavens knows the frustrations of the editor of Brookesnews and any other genuine freedom fighter “marginalised” by the clique.

I’s not money I’m talking about. I’m talking about honest hard work, which is foreign to the Clique and their clunker tanks. Funds are needed for materials, not for paying a wealthy man’s version of the dole, which is a real insult to all those thrown out of jobs due to rubbish purveyed as “economic policies”. Well, the Clique do have something in common with the cadres of the hard Left and their fronts. The cadres of the Hard Left are all for the “revolution” as long as, they believe, they are rich slave masters of everyone else. The Clique holds modes Australians in contempt.

Let’s put this in perspective, the modest Australian. These are guys who slog their guts out building roads in local councils. I have never told a “Council worker” joke for over a decade now and never will. Then there are the guys slogging away on production lines.

Also, guys who happen to be entrepreneurs and their backers, which happen to include tens of millions of Australians slogging it out serving Australians in the grind of production.Very many of these guys, not many haven’t, commenced in the sloppiest, back-breaking jobs. This is as foreign to the Clique as it is to the hard Left.

Believe me, many real entrepreneurs, including heads of majors, know what back-breaking work means. They also know most employed in firms they are charged to run, right down to the cleaners. They screw their backsides down to drive production to serve customers and thus serve shareholders because this is the only way to succeed, serving even those whom a chap detests. These guys respect the little guys they are the boss of, this is the absolute truth.

I know all this because I have done it myself. Best of all, it is why I enjoy chats with many entreprenuers here in Australia and overseas on even these very humble things and not the “big (t)issues” the Clique (not only the hard Left) pretend to know and “gas-bag” on about.

Only entrepreneurs and good people under them and behind them and not parasites know this. All this puts the like of the CIS, Greg Lindsay Professor Sinclair Davidson, IPA, Ray Evans, Des Moore, Chris Berg, HR Nicholls Society, Michael Kroger, Peter Costello and Quadrant magazine in their damned place. These mediocrities do not know what work is.They don’t know what capital is They don’t know a damned thing they pretend to write on. It is amusing to note that they have not served Australians under arms either and, to be sure, they treat the men of the Armed Forces of Australia with the same nasty contempt they have for all modest Australians (and we have another item on this in the wind).

I’ll say this: It’s time for certain heads, including Alcoa’s, to bloody well face up to what they are bloody well paid to do. It isn’t to crawl to little thugs like Rudd and Brumby. Neither is it to grovel before the likes of Clive Hamilton, Sharan Burrow, Wakeham, Greg Hunt, Malcolm Turnbull, and Tony Abbott.

To reflect, neither should they have massaged other blood-suckers such as John Brumby, Jeff Kennett, Alan Stockdale, Bob Hawke and Paul Keating. In fact, it is not the job of any head of a firm to grovel to anyone but to customers. Their job is to serve people. Enterprise, from the highest to lowest stages of production is all about serving others. So, what in the blazes is Alcoa doing running to the likes of Rudd, then Brumby, the IPA and other little lying bastards who serve no-one but themselves.

To the heads of Alcoa, this is your first big mistake: saddling your firm with useless, ignorant parasites called PR Managers. I mean to say, Hugh Morgan was an object lesson. Once, surely, was enough. The next big mistake was to sell out to enjoy subsidies.

On these mistakes the rest follows, as we shall see. The trouble is, because of your gutlessness, your cowardice, your unprincipled hope of being secured, you have sold out Australians and Australia. Now you can crawl to modest shareholders and explain to them why Alcoa must be wiped out via carbon taxes. Brilliant. Bloody brilliant.

Jesus H Christ. Your biggest mistake was not why I am writing this. Your biggest mistake was selling out principles and then whining about being clobbered by the very twerps guaranteed to destroy Alcoa and through what you are screaming about now: the risk cheap energy supply will be destroyed.

Shareholders should haul you over the coals. This monstrosity can be fought but, as we shall see, Alcoa told Rudd they are happy for carbon taxes to be rammed down on everyone else, as long as they are protected.

Now, I have to get this straight and I’d like the genius in Alcoa to explain this, for a good man likes to have his facts straightened out, but who is the brain dead “chieftain” who came up with the notion Alcoa can survive carbon taxes and all else that is entailed if their little mate in Spring Street, John Brumby, protects them?

How bad is this? Well Brumby distanced himself this morning faster than streaked lightening – “Nothing to do with me. I’m only a retarded brat who by some mysterious stroke of fortune happens to be Premier of Victoria. I’m a lucky boy,. My playmate is the er, ah, um Leadah of dah Opposition. Don’t know a thing about it.”.

The Clique and the Left have too many things in common and this is a big thing in common, in Victoria:

Vic Crime Inc, set up by the IPA and two of their heroes, boof-head Kennett pretending to be Saint Merciful and his faithful Kemasabe, Alan Stockdale.

They all put the Mafia to shame. No, they would all make even the Mafia cringe.

Not unfortunately, say, the Victorian EPA. It’s the U.S. Federal EPA. However, the court cases being mounted on very serious charges do have wide international implications for all involved, including those in Australia.  For it is international in scale. Monash University’s reputation, for one, will be at the least shredded, in view of its involvement in the perpetration of the lie of human carbon emissions causes global warming, and advocacy of economic destruction through alternative energy scams and carbon taxation. Where will this leave CSIRO? In the same sunk boat, that’s where.

What will it take for the same sort of actions to be taken in Australia? When it is too late? After politicians and Kommissars, Federal and States’ and Local Councils’, have succeeded in wiping out Australians with carbon taxes, related measures and other vicious ‘green’ policies?

By the way, during the weekend it was reported on radio a “VCAT Judge” squished a planned development on Victoria’s coast because of the lie. The “Judge” asserted the coast will be inundated and they must stop Victorians building there. Consider what this really means. The “Judge” might look up the word dictator and consider what a nasty little jackbooted dictator is. A hint, use the mirror, use the mirror. VCAT is nothing more than the enforcer of decrees rammed down by politicians and must be shut down.

The actions launched against U.S. agencies and individuals and their fraud and “ponzi” schemes need to be reduplicated in Australia. This has force for not only Government ‘departments of environment’. The CSIRO is caught red-handed. The item on CSIRO will be finished this week.

Monash University has also abused taxpayers over the best part of a decade now by not simply throwing funds into ‘research programs’ that assume the twinned lies. It also actively supports the Government progroms. Monash also needs to refresh themselves on what intellectual fraud and charlatanism are, and what aeroplane scams are.

Put it another way. Is Monash University seriously asserting engineers, physicists and economists of the University will defend all this out in the open, in robust debate? It is now going to be treated to a really fun time.

Then there are Ministers, Federal and States, who are responsible for the Kommissars infesting departments, institutes and agencies. Sources have related strong rumours of intimidation of any who do not obey the progrom, and any who have the nerve to dare say it is false. By this, I also mean scientists are also intimidated. This itself requires investigations of the type the perpetrators fear.

It is disgusting, unspeakably despicable that three former Federal Ministers in the name of the Liberal Party are also guilty of this as responisbhle Ministers. They too should be made to account for their actions on the wrong end of investigation and actions that follow: David Kemp, Ian Campbell and Malcolm Turnbull.

There is also intimidation of Liberal Party members, through none other than Malcolm Turnbull-Tony Abbott Shadow Minister of the “Environment”, Greg Hunt. This alone is very good reason for the expulsion of Greg Hunt from the Liberal Party and also those responsible for this adolescent hard Left buffoon, and they include not only the likes of Turnbull. Michael Kroger Kronies slung this parasite into a precious Liberal party seat because he is just like them.

That he was using force inside the Party to ensure even the hint of any debate on these matters is suppressed. Since he is Shadow Minister, the inference is crystal clear, it is the action of thugs inside the Liberal Party, who are also responsible for the wrecking of the Liberal Party.  A few weeks ago, Tony Abbot declared:

There is no suppression of members, speech and debate inside the Liberal Party. This is a falsehood. The Clique and their “think tanks” the Institute for Public Affairs, the Centre for Independent Studies and the HR Nicholls Society is responsible for this shocking state of affairs inside the Party.

Carbon credits and ‘alternative energy’ scams, they are what can be termed ‘aeroplane’ schemes. In Australia, “aeroplane” schemes have been declared criminal schemes under statute, regulations rammed down by the politicians of both major parties. What a black irony this is, politicians perpetrating them in violation of their very own ‘laws’. Well, Bernie Madoff knows all about “ponzis” and what follows.

Actions being launched in the US include the charge of racketeering, under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act of 1970, unifying the germane Acts of 1961-1968, all raised to fight major crime syndicates, principally the Mafia. How amusing. The Mafia only aims to milk firms and not destroy them. However, it was realised the Act is an instrument any individual can use so long as their case satisfies the judicial tests for such an action. Guess what?

Al Gore is a goner. He will face soon enough a tough barrister who is going to kick his backside all the way into penitentiary. For Gore, besides lying to the public over climate change, besides his involvement with Bill Clinton in selling top US military secrets to the Communist regime of China in return for funding the Democrat Party,  has made a tremendous fortune out of governments “funding” carbon reduction scams.

The importance of the cases being launched in the US, besides those being launched against the fraudsters at East Anglia University, is precisely the international depth. Mann, by the way, the perpetrator of the ‘Hockey Stick’ fraud, on which the IPCC based its lies, is one charlatan in a very long list of scammers who is to be prosecuted. Someone should point all this out to CSIRO and Monash University.

This is going to be very interesting indeed.

In, Beating the Climategate Cover Up: the next legal step, John O’Sullivan traces out the application of the RICO Act and against some of the many who will be charged under the Act. Some telling quotes from this article:

“Thus Jones remains liable to extradition and may conceivably be convicted under both UK and US jurisdictions.”

World’s biggest coal company brings U.S. government to court in climate fraud

“The world’s largest private sector coal business, the Peabody Energy Company (PEC) has filed a mammoth 240-page “Petition for Reconsideration,” a full-blown legal challenge against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

“The petition must be answered and covers the entire body of leaked emails from ‘Climategate’ as well as those other ‘gate’ revelations including the frauds allegedly perpetrated under such sub-headings as…”

As readers can see, these are very serious actions. They will see CSIRO and Monash University, their names certainly, hauled through courts. This is a given because of their links to the IPCC. CSIRO boasts of its capacity as adviser to the IPCC. Well, they can be disturbed, noting by the way that Dr. Rajendra Pachauri of the IPCC is subject to on a range of matters involving fraud.Whether both institutions will be able to recover from this is an interesting matter of speculation around the City.

The heads of both institutions have made their bed of mud and slime and will find out that they will be made to lie in their own mud. They won’t be able to escape what is now being launched. They, evidently, did not consider the price of their own stupidity.

Fraud is international fraud and both are internationally tied to it. Only the thick cannot see these institutions are about to subjected to the right sort of treatment at the hands out to see justice done  in the course of very serious court actions in the US and UK. Let’s spell it out for them, it is going to blow up in their face.

They made this bomb and attached it securely to themselves, no-one else did. So they can’t run screaming to good old real taxpayer, whom they have abused and betrayed in these matters, and scream for protection in these very serious matters. Those who believe they are entitled to destroy Australians through carbon taxes, alternative energy scams and bunk purveyed as science and economics cannot be given any protection what-so-ever.Those in institutions ostensibly dedicated to the advance of truth have no excuse for their actions in these matters of tremendous force.

Oh, and where does this leave Greg Lindsay and his Centre for Independent Studies? Right down the same tube.  Fraud is fraud, and scams are scams. Lindsay and his CIS sunk themselves by deciding to campaign for them. Gone, and good riddance.

Resuming the section on Hamilton’s straw woman, Janet Albrechtsen and her smearing of Viscount Monckton and nasty little misrepresentation of what he puts, she has caused damage again, she does this naturally, with her drivel. Concentrating on this walking disaster, it is easy to identify why Hamilton invokes her as authoritative support for his mendacious, asinine whine.

She finds the statement of totalitarianism offensive. Well, the major thrust of the Copenhagen Treaty was to impose a world government, using the twinned lies as the excuse. It is expressly stated in the clauses of the “Treaty”, to which the Rudd Cabinet was to be a signatory.

Even without the “Treaty”, Rudd’s carbon taxes and related ‘economic’ measures can only be effected with coercion. How does this square with freedom and capitalism? And this is Monckton’s well substantiated point.

However, to single out and isolate the question of totalitarianism is to miss the essential point to Monckton’s attack and defence. He demonstrated dramatically the impact of carbon taxes - it destroys living standards. This, Albrechtsen conveniently passed over, while not saying boo about:

-The IPA has not grappled with it accurately, let alone forthrightly.

- The CIS has lied about it because the CIS is lobbying for carbon taxes.

We shall return to this in the next section. Noting it here, is to mark how bad her “article” is. What a nerve. She attacks Monckton and covers her pals in the IPA and CIS and so forth, who deserve a thorough public thrashing over their antics in wrecking again another cause entailing grave dangers for Australians.

Not only Monckton, but all Australians have every right to be angry and see their anger accurately brought to bear in accurate attack to secure the total defeat of the two lies and the measures that if not thoroughly and soundly defeated means ruination for Australians. But Albrechtsen states Australians should be good sheep and accept whatever abuse and worse is dealt them without so much as a bleat. This callous, fatuous, shallow, conceited ignoramus is regarded as a conservative journalist?!

The hard truth the Clique won’t face, because it is hurtful, is that they have never nailed what the force of carbon taxes is. Noting their cowardice, they do fear the hard left and how. The notion of open fighting is ‘heresy’ to this lot. It is natural that, for instance, Albrechtsen finds a robust, principal driven stand and fight a criminal offence. Combine all their ‘qualities’ and what do you get? An Albrechtsen.

Oh, and a Chis Berg too. Darn! Alright, the whole lot of them. It is telling Clive Hamilton uses her as authoritative support for his diatribe.

Indeed, Albrechtsen is noted for gutlessness too. She, for instance, as the rest of the Clique, did not stand up and eviscerate the Victorian Bracks’ Cabinet over its Blasphemy ‘law’. Not a word from the whole lot. They hid in their Cowards’ castles behind firmly bolted doors.

Indeed, one of them had the nerve to claim on this site how they fought hard. I like a joke too but this guy, one Mr. Steve Edwards, was not joking. He proved it with a banal, soporific ramble no-one had read before until he shoved it under everyone’s noses on this site.

He wrote it and it was published, a he stated, “under the auspices of the Centre of Independent Studies“. Egads! You need “auspices” to even write pulp fiction. There was no fight in it, just a spineless, hand-wringing bit of tripe about free speech is a “good idea”.

A “good idea”? How about this: It’s an inalienable right and it was stolen by politicians, and the Clique’s mates occupying precious Liberal Party seats in Spring Street supported it to the hilt and it was time to stand up in public and go for the jugulars of the bastards.

The Clique went into hiding, but there were those fighting

1) The Two Pastors standing up to the thugs enforcing this anti-freedom decree. Did the Right come out and stand up for them, while the media were also smearing the Two pastors? No, not a peep and nowhere to be seen at all. As for Steve Edwards and the CIS, he was too busy writing his monumental thesis on a “good idea” and Greg Lindsay hard at it setting the keyboard fonts for such superficial action.

2) A few hardy types openly breaking the law to show it is nothing more than a political measure aimed at eradication of free speech and the great beneficiaries of it are, why, those fun guys Muslims. Peter Faris QC, for one. Mr. Jackson of Brookesnews stood out with a stroke of inspired tactical genius.

I was really, really annoyed. I hoped to be hauled up and show what Bracks, Hulls and their Kommissars, Sisely and Szoke, really are and what that tripe called “law” really is. I tried really hard. I broke the “law” in the most determined and horrendous way I could fathom without offending public decency.

It was cheering when it looked like Jackson had damned well succeeded in getting himself hauled off to a star chamber trial. You could see from the documents he was happily manacling his wrists to save the Kommissars time. The Kommissars were handed direct the uncompromising, well documented evidence of his heinous crimes. Correspondence showed Cabinet and their Kommissars had been caught out red-handed. Putting Jackson on trial would have seen them eviscerated and thrown into the gutters where they belong.

So, Sisely and Szoke whined and wheedled on about why they could not possibly enforce the “law” they were charged by Bracks and Hulls with enforcing. How can “Judges” concur in gross, criminal violation of the “law”?  It was interesting reading their attempt to get out of answering explain why the could not possibly proceed with action against Jackson. Are there shops that sell brown dresses for special occasions? ⁽²⁾

The champion bantam-weight of Australia and the entire Universe, Janet Albrechtsen, in action

Did Albrechtsen come out fighting? No-one could find out where her corner was to see if she had even bothered togging up and wrapping the hands.

Did she back Jackson on this? Of course not. Defending freedom is not what Albrechtsen and the Clique are about. Anything but this. Their great cause is pushing themselves and their own interests. This is their cause.

There’s nothing in it for them defending freedom and the genuine grounds of freedom at all. Besides, it would mean anyone else but them hogging the lime-light and paparazzi photo-shoots. You never get between the likes of Hugh Morgan, Ray Evans, Des Moore and Chris Berg and a camera - if you value your life.

What Janet Albrechtsen’s smears are really about

Viscount Monckton also hurts the Clique that has succeed in cutting off alternative sources of advice to the Liberal Party. Advice the Party is in desperate need of.

The Clique, consequently, destroyed fights for thoroughly sound causes. Neither has it fought politicians, irrespective of which Party, and bureaucrats over rotten ‘economic policies’ from sound principles. Moreover, their in fact anti-free market nostrums spewed out by the Institute for Public Affairs, Centre of Independent Studies, HR Nicholls Society and Quadrant magazine are the pivot of much damage the clique has caused through States Cabinets – definitely under the Kennett-Stockdale Cabinets, and Federal Cabinets. They also find publication of hard truths hurtful, very inconvenient indeed. (Reader’s, mention “STO” in their presence and watch them run screaming for cover.)

A serious political problem for the Liberal Party

They have left the Party stranded and the likes of Tony Abbott and Greg Hunt are the upshot. No principles, no brains, nothing. But here’s the problem:

How does any party expect to succeed once the electorate holds it responsible for slashing real incomes?

In view of the Shadow Cabinet’s position, it won’t simply be the Rudd Cabinet voters will hold responsible for the impact of carbon taxes and related measures, should they be rammed down. Since the Shadow Cabinet’s disagreement is in emphases only and not in substance, voters will be after their necks too. So what does this mean for the Liberal party as such?

It will also be held responsible when in fact, this rotten situation is entirely due to the Clique and in Victoria, Michael Kroger, his mates and their backers.  They are not the Liberal party but they have convinced the public that they are identical with it. We shall return to this.

The voter and also Liberal Party members have every right to be furious with what stands in the name of the Liberal Party, and those who have choked alternative sources to ensure only their rubbish forms the anti-intellectual framework of advice, “debate”, and policy formation. Mind, all this requires principles too and they have none; this is tellingly transparent in the States’ and Federal Parliamentary wings of the Liberal Party. It’s a right disaster.

The Great Upset

Clive Hamilton and his mates can’t take what is coming, a hiding from modest Australians weilding that terrible weapon, the vote. The truth is of no concern to the ABC, aka the Australian Bolshevik television Comintern, has wasted no time in bringing their pet “gun” to bear, Clive Hamilton. What a risible joke.

The Left are in a flap. What the unprincipled spongers occupying Liberal Party seats and their little mates in the Institute for Public Affairs, Quadrant Magazine, and the total sell-outs in the Centre of Independent Studies have so abysmally failed to do, the modest Australian is succeeding in. It is the modest Australian who is set to defeat the twin lies and the Left know it.

The Left in Parliament today whined they have lost electoral momentum in their drive to impose the  horrific fraud of carbon taxes and related measures that does require totalitairan measures. What has concentrated the attention of the voter is the dawning realisation of what carbon taxes means. A happy upshot is, voters are also realising the excuse for the progrom, Co2 emissions causes climate change, is also a great dirty lie.

Rudd and his hard Left mates are staring over the edge of a  precipice. They know modest Australians will shove them down it should they impose the progrom and this is what has upset the Left, they see their dream to impose socialist hell go down in voting Australians flames.

The ABC, whose extensive propaganda efforts include that vicious attempt to brainwash children called “Planet Slayer”, wasted no time. They called on Hamilton to rescue Rudd and Wong and the progrom.

I mean to say anyone who can write that tripe is in all seriousness a good candidate to replace Chris Berg as editor of  The Institute for Public Affair’s Review magazine. Let’s lift out the essentials of Hamilton’s great bleat, “Who is orchestrating the cyber-bullying” (Part I, Part II).

First, let’s make this crystal clear. Threats and such like are nasty and can be criminal actions. It is, to say the least, offensive. But consider what he said, “orchestrated campaign by sceptics groups” and to reinforce this, he opened with the reason for this tripe:

“The new Government promised to spearhead world efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Today it’s on the run, retreating from a surge of militant anti-climate activism that believes climate science is a left-wing plot aimed at promoting elites, wrecking the economy and screwing the little man. What happened?”

What happened Clive Hamilton is Australians are waking up to the fact those claims are shabby lies used as a stinking excuse to impose what is truly damnable. Best of all, evidence is rolling in in tidal waves of what the true force of carbon taxes, ‘alternative energy’ scams and other measures really is.

As for, “a surge of militant anti-climate activism”, it’s timid compared to the “militant activism by hard Leftists aimed at one thing, imposing socialist hell on Australians. Try murderous – Greens fronts spiking trees to injure, maim and kill loggers. Left fronts engaging in real terror against scientists. Carbon taxes and other greens polcies are murderous in force. Victorians have already been killed with such policies.

I realised in posting yesterday,Liberal Party News: Professor Plimer demonstrates scientifically what everyone knows Kevin Rudd and Greg Hunt are the length is rather problematic. As far as I am aware, the evidence has not been unified in systematic treatment, let alone available online. The listed evidence is only a thin slice of the material. ⁽¹⁾

Contrary to the lies spun by the hard left, and charlatans perpetrating fraud in the name of science, and politicians using the lies as an excuse to ruin Australians and Australia, climate shifts are simply natural phenomena. In the ancient world, there were no free markets nor the capital to adjust and adapt to climate shifts. It was no mere disaster that period C13^th BC to 10^thBC. The sheer horror of what unfolded, and of what people did to each other was the consequence.

Since not the “industrial revolution’, but the capital revolution, the only way it can occur, the horror, again is if man deliberately causes. We actually have to look at what the communists regimes did to the Kulaks of Russia and so many millions of Chinese, and the savagery into which they sank, because all that remained was to somehow survive. It is known that inside North Korea, things incomprehensibly horrifying are committed .

The plight of the Kulaks and modest Chinese under Stalin and Mao gives a sense of scale. Yet, it was not a part of it, it was the entire world of the the Ancient Near East sunk in unimaginable horror. If not butchered enmasse by others, villages perished from starvation enmasse and if this didn’t happen, they wiped each other out.

Ladies and gentlemen, destroying capital with carbon means real horror as ‘normal’ daily life is not simply a distinct possibility. It is highly probable that it will be ‘normal’. There is no point in holding back. The only thing the likes of Rudd, Wong, Abbott, Swann, Hunt and Helen Kroger understand is when they are shredded.

Here, we add something which isn’t mentioned in public but also destroys the ‘man causes global warming/climate change’ bunk and points to what carbon taxes can do:

Intense 100 year drought nearly wiped out civilisation entirely, from Greece to the Middle East

During the C12^th B.C. to the C10^th B.C.

The climates of Europe and the Middle East are inter-related. A shift in the former is matched by a shift in the latter, with a time difference of about 100 years. The physics of weather defy attempts to determine weather patterns. It can’t be determined, which in any case is a contradiction of what the laws of the universe are.

(I am not a physicist but I can say this. Best of all, when I have a question in need of expertise I ask as a layman physicists and when in need of advice I seek their advice. I have an economics question, I don’t go to Leftists, nor IPA, HR Nicholls Society, CIS, Quadrant Magazine. I go to Brookesnews and Mr. Jackson and Dr. Frank Shostak. Occasionally, these days unlike some years ago, I write to genuine free market economists overseas for advice on matters to be raised in items.)

The Orthodoxy Problem

During the late 13^th century B.C to the late 11^th century BC, Greek and middle eastern civilisation all but collapsed.

Biblical historians believed the record of destruction confirmed the ‘conquest’ narrated in Joshua. The ruination of cities, however, occurred over far too long a period of time and too widespread throughout the Middle East to even weakly support the notion of Joshua and Israel, quite apart from other historical objections, to be the sacker of cities, as also other suggestions such as marauding tribes did the dirty deed.

Marxist historians asserted the destruction demonstrates class warfare occurred back then and on a scale that, if true, was staggering. This is a pile of dung. The IPA and CIS would impose their own pile of dung in asserting that it is evidence of ‘neo-classical’ economic ‘creative destruction’. They must, to be consistent.

Greek and Middle Eastern scholars, Biblical Scholars and Marxists were studying the same oddities independent of each other with no hypothesis robust enough to explain what had happened.

The Rhys Carpenter Hypothesis (1960’s) is theory

The evidence supports a singular conclusion. It is the true explanation and so can no longer be treated as an hypothesis only. It is theory, is my contention.

In the 1960’s, Rhys Carpenter put the hypothesis a climactic shift had occurred which induced a severe, general drought enduring many years, resulting in catastrophic famine. Such an event would have been sufficient to induce civil mayhem, violence and depopulation matching the archaeological record, accompanied by the destruction of cities.

The obstacle to accepting the explanation was that there was insufficient evidence in the 60’s and, consequently,  it was rejected. By the 1980’s, however, things had changed. Palaeontology and geology had thrown up data which pointed to what Carpenter had postulated. Archaeological evidence threw up telling agreements.

Briefly:

1. European lakes, began to decline c.1400, reaching their lowest levels in the late 11^th century to mid-10^th_.

2. Peat bogs dried out from c.1400 until the 10^th century, becoming bogs again around 900 B.C.

3. Glaciers retreated - Swiss Alps, Himalayas and Mt. Kenya, 1160-mid C8^th B.C.

4. From pollen samples, Kashmir’s annual monsoon rainfall had fallen by 70% from C15^th/14^th to C13^th/12^th B.C. and began recovering thereafter.

5. Monsoon rains feed Lake Victoria, which feeds the Nile River. Lake Victoria’s levels began falling after 1300 B.C., shown by the geological strata.

6 Tigris-Euphrates river flows reduced quickly after 1300, and by very large amounts, not recovering until from the mid 10^th century

7. Of the Nile, the Pleusioi branch of the Nile completely silted up, resulting in the abandonment of the city Per Ramses in 1070, while the lower Nubia of the Nile dried out completely.

8. The C12^th is the end of Hittite and Ugarit records. Claude F.A. Schaeffer uncovered at Ugarit a strata of white powdery soil, evidence of a very long period of intense heat and no rain.

9. Evidence throughout Cisjordan and Transjordan is consistent with the inference, a drought occurred of incomprehensible severity and duration. A century anthropomorphically is a very long age, though not in physics.

10. The soil strata for the period, from Egypt to the Indus Valley, ranges from conditions typifying Saharan soils to thoroughly desiccated. Intense heat of long duration causes this.

11. Inscriptions from the reigns of:

Ramses X, 1126-1108:  ‘we are weak and hungry’

Ramses XI.,1098-70, declares:  “(this year was) the year of hyenas, when men starved”. That’s saying something, viz the death toll from starvation and murderous violence.

12. Enna Epic, Babylon: Enna means ’scorched earth’.

18. Pyramids and tomb are plundered for gold to buy brain. It had never been done before then.

19. Pyramid and tomb builders were among the highest paid labourers in Egypt. So highly paid that, to relate their pay rates in today’s terms, it is they who would own the homes of Toorak and South Yarra. Des Moore and Hugh Morgan would be slumming it in the outer urbs of Melbourne. They were paid in grain, which they traded.

In sum

A severe, prolonged drought of 100 years duration, marked by intense heat, with the Nile and Tigress-Euphrates reduced to muddy bogs splitting a land completely dry.

Effects:

1. During the 100 years, sporadic depopulation of regions and cities due to:

Death from starvation, whole family clans in villages died; with abandonment of cities and regions.

2. Other times: civil revolts and murderous violence by citizens desperate for food.

3. Invasions by peoples to take lands

4. The above agrees with evidence for Greek and Hellenic cities and villages, which show the same patterns. I suggest it is the motive for the Greek invasion of Troy, observing the Hittites were in no position to aid Troy due to famine.

5. Hattuses, Troy, Miletus, Tarsus, Carchemish, Qodesh, Ugarit, and other Hittite strongholds were all destroyed, completely wiped out.

Poetic account of the disaster

Yam is the god ‘Sea’. Yam is a violent usurper of the Canaanite pantheon. The name, “Red Sea”, picks up a notable feature of the ancient Greeks, their hair.

Comment:

Yammu regards and treats the other gods with contempt. He bows not to them. He asserts his kingship. Enfeebled El is no more the warrior. Yet, even as Yam strides to claim the throne, outraged Baal/Hadad would rise up and in fury smite Yam/Nahar.

The myth of Shachar and Shalim has what might be said a pornographic tinge to it, but that was then and it was a time of riot. Death pursued the living with relentless fury.

Yammu is revered and feared. A destroyer god. Fierce, his sword is bloody with the gore of the slain and it rests not. His earthly host is the Greek based coalitions.

The mythographer depicts the pantheon in crisis and in it Yam threatens to conquer. It is the rise of the Sea People. Their God has come.

Another indication is the God Ba’lu= Haddu = Adad(os) = (Greek) Zeus identification. Zeus was worshipped in Syria until the mid 9^th century as the head of the Pantheon, and also in the early Aramaean pantheon.

In the OT eitiology of Yam, Sea People and Red Sea are completely detached, lost, from the name. The defeat of the Sea is a miracle performed by Yahweh, his act of rescue. Hence, the failure to identify the famous ‘Red Sea Crossing’ from geography, let alone archaeological evidence.

In the crisis, an axis of the Israelites-Judahites, the people of Yahweh, withstood the violence. The legend of Moses has history behind it. What is this history?

The “rescue”, Moses and the Israelites pass through the sea and Pharaoh and his army are slain by the sea, has historical foundations. There was, on very good probabilities rooted in material, a ‘Moses’ who did come down from a very high ‘mountain’. In an age of drought, invasion, death and destruction, the Holy One delivered his people and ‘Moses’ led them through the ‘wilderness’.

Conclusion

What occurred during the 13^th to 10^th centuries was two shifts in climate, the first being that resulting in a century long period of drought, the second ending the drought by a shift back to colder and wet climates. These two shifts alone ocurred over very long periods (hence the long time recovery took) with a century of no mere drought between them.

They cannot be explained by ‘man made global warming’ pseudo-physics. They contradict outright the ‘hockey stick’ and ‘climate model’ . The physics involved is too intricate to admit of an explanation, the subject of Professor Stott’s letters.

All that can be gainsaid is, they are consistent with physics.

‘Natural’, even though the notions ‘nature’ and ‘natural’ are nonsensical. Nothing is “natural”. Nature, and its forms is merely a linguistic convenience, though a regular word.

Civilisation in the balance - What carbon taxes can cause

The consequences for civilisation were near catastrophic on the one hand and, on the other hand, changed history.

Mass starvation and death, large scale migrations as also by attempted military conquests of lands in the quest for water and arable land. Depopulations of regions.

The overthrow of Hittite empire and destruction of its cities. The end of Ugarit. Greek settlements in the coastal plain.

The first water bores dug down through rock. The nearly achieved conquest of Eygypt by the Greeks - a tantalising prospect. Imagine the revolution in history had they succeeded.

It was a topsy turvy time, which has left its echoes in theistic beliefs and literature, traces which endure today, even in the Middle East.

That was then. This is now.

It is pertinent to point out some major differences between then and now.

Due to commerce, science, engineering and technology, we are not reliant on whatever ‘nature’ dishes out. Capitalism is the miracle that brought this about and changed life so immensely for the better. Carbon taxation will drag us back to the days of starvation, death and unceasing violence in which no man is safe.

In Australia, during drought, afflicted land is shut down on a basic maintenance program until recovery. Commercial production is ramped up in other areas. Internationally, free trade entails that no people need be reliant on domestic production. No one need suffer famine during periods of severe drought.

The reasons for mass starvation in some countries today are genuinely man made. The culprits were savage regimes only. The numbers of ruthless thugs have been increased. Western politicians, bureaucrats and conmen running the ethanol scam have destroyed tremendous agricultural production. Spiralling food prices, riots, starvation and death have been visited on the peaceful.

Western politicians, bureaucrats and conmen running the ethanol scam are guilty of these hideous crimes and their excuse? The excuse is the lie of Stalinists, of whom the Greens Party is only one front, the lie that ‘man causes global warming/climate change’.

We Australians are fortunate. We have not, as yet, been subjected to the full impact of this anti-free market policy dictating death and destruction through the deliberate destruction of food production. Bob Katter, National Party, stood up in Parliament today and declared:

“Ethanol should be mandated and be produced (on immense scale).”

This way, Katter continued, sugar cane growers will be made wealthy. Andrew Bolt uses his column to promote this horrendous fraud. That the current scheme is still a capital destroying, impoverishing fraud escapes the likes of Katter and Bolt. I committed a typo yesterday:

I called Andrew Bolt “Mr. Ethanol Man”.

I apologise to Andrew Bolt, because, Andrew Bolt, you are “The  Ethanol Kid”.

Ethanol has a time  honoured name, Moonshine

For a swig of moonshine, politicians, conmen and Andrew “The Ethanol Kid” Bolt would destroy food production in Australia. Andrew Bolt is “on the same page” as Greg lindsay and his CIS and the vested interests on whose behalf Lindsay and his cranks filled CIS are lobbying for carbon taxes.

Moreover, on the rule of comparative advantage, there is no necessary reason for reliance on domestic production. In other words, what happened in ancient history cannot occur to day, due to civilised progress, which is capitalism. But this is what the politicians will reverse.

Water everywhere and not a ruddy drop to drink

It’s not only vital for life. Production is impossible without water in tremendous, low cost volumes.

The only reason why states such as Victoria are still ‘drought afflicted’ is because our rotten, corrupt, absolutism bent politicians did not get out of the way and let entrepreneurs in free markets build massive dams in the Otways and on the Mitchell River. Their Green policies means they can murder many Australians. They have already done so using Green policies.

The Victorian Parliament outlawed investment in cheap, efficient coal based energy. This is the smoking gun with which Victorians were murdered last summer. The politicians, Federal and State, murdered more Victorians by turning land into fire-storms. More is awaiting detonation.

As for carbon taxes, they will not simply destroy energy, capital, and immiserate Australians. It also entails the real danger of the brutal savagery that tore apart the civilised world in C12^th BC to C10^th B.C. as men, women and children became desperate.

Anyone who pretends this cannot happen and that Australians are incapable of this is a liar.

Desperation and the desire to survive can render even the kindest the most brutal. Kevin Rudd is a liar, his Cabinet are liars and what sits opposite them are liars.

(1)  It is easy to assume the real problem is Katter is annoyed the National Party won’t let him decide their anti-free market ‘economic policies’. It is not at all clear whether there is any real disgreement. They seem to infest the same mosquito infested swamp. Katter is a land Nat.

We have something to unload about National Party leader Warren Truss’ time as a minister in the Howard Cabinet. The guy is as vacant as Tony Abbott and Helen Kroger and, man, he doesn’t let a bloke down. He was at his vapid best today in Parliament.

Any more vapidity and, taken with Helen Kroger’s and Abbott’s and Greg Hunt’s gas, I’m going to set up a bottling factory banging down $20 on the knocker, grab $60 million in subsidies, sell the gas to “government”, send the $260 millions into a spanking new Swiss bank account, obtain citizenship, and in Luxembourg, Isle of Man, Barbados and piss on off out of here. Dr. Ken Henry, hard Leftist and Uber Green cult adherent, will spit the dentures, plug them back in, only to swallow the whole damned set and lose ‘em down the crapper in little tiny pieces.

Against the Right.

Tony Abbott’s carbon tax plan is the final straw. The email inbox is running hot. These are Liberal Party members, Mr Tony Abbott, spat on by the Right.

So much for ‘costless’. Even if ‘carbon reduction’ were needed and could be confined to a mere hike in costs dictated by politicians, what is costless about $3.2 billion? It’s not Abbott, his hard Left fifth columnist pal, Greg Hunt, no-one in Shadow Cabinet and in Cabinet, and no bureaucrat pays for this. It is firms and their employees who would pay for this “merry go round”.

How does Abbott, bye the bye, know it would cost only $3.2 billion? He can’t know. Moreover, sticking to his reductionist stupidity: Each dollar taken by politicians costs roughly - as a reserved estimate, $3, before compounding. That’s the real, minimum ‘tax’. Suddenly, $3.2 billion is all but $10b, before forgone compounding. But this genius would say, it’s better than ‘Rudd’s $40 billion times 3′.

But Abbott is actually proposing a carbon tax. He’s bent on the destruction of capital. Indeed, Abbott gives the game away overtly in one telling statement:

“Businesses that emit above their business-as-usual levels will incur a financial penalty,” he said.”

Oh, and what on earth does this developmentally arrested half-wit, and the rest of the right who also use it, mean by ‘business as usual’. There is no such ruddy thing.

What a statement - “if carbon tax doesn’t kill them, we’ll destroy them anyway”. If they don’t do as Abbott and Greg Hunt, with the support of Michael Kroger clones and his ex Helen Kroger, dictate, they will destroy even more of a firm’s capital.  Furthermore, in view of his next statement, it makes Abbott a liar in another way:

“Mr Abbott stressed his proposal was a market-based system based on rewards, not penalties.”

Come again, Abbott? If Mr. Entrepreneur doesn’t obey what is totalitarian in force:

You, Abbott, will seize that man, charge him, convict him and also swipe massive amounts of capital out of the firm, punishing investors, employees, and customers, immiserating them all. That’s your policy too, and not just Rudd’s.

Either way, Tony Abbott and Greg Hunt get to destroy firms and their investors and employees, mere ants to be squashed at whim and this is central to the Right’s contempt for modest, patriotic Australians  - mere ants that can be eradicated when they no longer have any use for the little sodding bastards.

The threat of violence using police state coercion is a bloody big threat. Mind, Abbott and his pals, including Peter Costello, are fond of such measures, since he and they rammed down volumes of them. Peter Costello alone intensified police state powers through the ATO and ACCC.

No free market action threatens violence against any other free man who will not do what someone wants them to do.

Another lie: Abbott calls it a ‘free-market instrument’.

It’s not Australians freely developing them. Abbott is worse than an economic illiterate, but there comes a time when ignorance is not an excuse for what Abbott has set out in  the name of the “Liberal Party of Australia. Therefore, Tony is a cold, hard, bloody treacherous liar who sees nothing wrong, as he made plain in setting out his plan for central planning in his ‘book’, in imposing totalitarianism. His only dispute with Rudd is, who gets to do in Australians.

Tony Abbott, as most of the Right enjoys doing, is strangling the Liberal party to death, He has never worked in enterprise. To this lot, a factory, capital, is a criminal offence spoiling their views of the landscape and thus it be destroyed. This is what Professor Sinclair Davidson and Chris Berg in their IPA masterpiece on manufacturing concluded:

They dismissed at as a mere ‘old folk’s’ hobby, like knitting. If it collapses, no Australian should worry. It will all be OK.

It must be noted that back then, Professor Sinclair Davidson supported carbon taxes. He saw it as the means of introducing a ‘flat tax’. Well, Co2 taxes are “one helluva” flat tax, they flatten all. Recently he has changed his tune. It’s evident why, cowards hide.

Taken with the above, this could be a quote from an official of a fascist regime,

“We will go to the market and say give us your lowest cost environmental improvements and reductions in emissions,” he said.” These involve tremendous burdens that will alone immiserate Australians…”

Someone plant Abbott and Greg Hunt where they belong, in Bob Brown’s vegetable patch in Cuba. (Abbott -”biosequestration, solar energy and additional tree planting.”)

“There can be no cost blow-out in this policy.”

No-one is saying, Tony Abbott, it will necessarily blow out Federal Cabinet’s budget, initially. The trivial detail is, it will destroy modest Australians first.

“We can do it because our system is simple,” Mr Hunt said.

Hunt is a liar, in two details. The fraud they would perpetrate is not simple. Yet, there is some simplicity about it:

The simply stupid, lying thugs who dreamt it up and paving the way for hard left totalitarianism.

This is what Greg Hunt is actually about. Hunt is a reflection of what Michael Kroger is and stands for, an unprincipled, callous parasite advancing those just like himself. Australians can thank Michael for his Clone.

Dead rats smell. You don’t have to follow the stink to find it. The Right in Parliament is the putrefying tail of a carcass, and so is Abbott’s carbon tax policy, and here is the final sealer:

“The cost of the coalition’s policy is based on a carbon price of $15 a tonne.”

I’ve accidentally praised Abbott in the past by calling Abbott ‘a complete idiot’. I’m sorry to have mislead everyone. I lied.

Abbott is an insult to ‘complete idiots’. This moron is so dense, surgeons are using him as a laboratory rat in probing the mystery of walking, freezing cold stiffs and, damn, there are a lot of them in Parliament.

I watched with great interest a video on your home page titled and sub-titled:

It is a clip from a recent movie on the subject of ‘Hitler’s last days’, it’s title escapes me. The scene is commanders briefing Hitler on the German position as allies and USSR close in on Berlin.Hitler’s response is at first calm, then he quickly degenerates  in a tirade driven by fury at being let down again.

I do compare compare certain policies with fascist policies, point to the danger of totalitarianism, even mention how Rudd’s demagogic speeches resembles the likes of Hitlers’ in the 30’s. The last comparison is only because those who were children (in Britain) in the 30’s have told me this and explained why, in linguistic detail. Never once did they, nor I, compare Australian politicians to the monster Hitler showed himself after the 30’s.

When I first read Bullock’s biography of Hitler, I agreed as a youngster back then that to study Hitler and any other like him is extremely difficult because of how evil they were. Yet, to understand history, it must be done. It is not a pleasant task but it has to be done with the same objectivity an historian must apply to any subject.It never occurred to me even before I read Bullock to draw such a comparison. Neither has it occurred to me since and it never will to draw tight comparison with  Hitler, nor mock historical truth. (The “subtitles” reinforces how atrocious this “stunt” is.)

Quadrant has done great damage to what is now a desperate fight. Quadrant, along with the CIS, HR Nicholls Society and the IPA, has not defended freedom in public and from sound principles. It has discredited what is crucial for freedom and its defence, genuine free market economics. Genuine free market economists have been isolated out. Genuine Liberals over-ridden. Now this.

So, how many more great fights do you intend to wreck,noting no genuine free market economist will be introduced to viscount Monckton to form what should be a formidable front. Instead,we read:

What an irony, no ‘economist’ of the ‘Right ‘has been cited by Monckton. Mr. Gerard Jackson has, as Viscount Monckton’s open letter to the Prime Minister makes very plain. Why would he do that? I know, Jackson mounted the true defence of capital and free markets and freedom and eviscerated carbon taxes.

Over decades, Brookesnews – Gerard Jackson and Frank Shostak, John Daly, scientists, others, and, yes, I (though this is not at all important and would never mention it but for good reason)  have been fighting through the Internet…

But the experts – the scientists and genuine free market economists were suppressed by the likes of you. And the likes of you pull this stunt! This is the type of garbage the likes of Andrew Bolt and Tim Blair come out with as their great defence of a free Australia.

I will be publishing this letter on my site. I am your enemy. To defeat the Left, you lot have to be dealt with, because you lot, with the rest of the “Right”, have handed major, unwarranted victories to the Left, and you persist in this stupidity.

Asinine and facile are the politest adjectives to describe the record of the whole damned lot of you. You lot impose yourselves, have strangled the Liberal party, and thoroughly discredited major initiatives, on top of the thoroughly sound and so highly moral cause for free markets. You and you pals have made sure sound policy never emerges. You have never hurt the hard Left. Now this!

Let’s finish you lot off on this matter: I know exactly what the hard Left can do with this one more nasty bit of tripe you put together. I’d be surprised if they are not already ramming a blade into your gizzards right now and with it, having another foe free opportunity to regain lost land – the voters, in this matter.

I’m not sure how he managed it. It’s not clear what the connection is between Jumbo and an inside job. He’s still crumpled up in the corner, keeps muttering the name Helen Kroger and screams, “I’m not going back, I’m not going back…” Then collapses back into a deep slumber, marred by a nervous tick - his legs, they go ‘hell for leather’.

It’ll take some doing to get the full account of what happened  out of him, but it’s OK, there’s a set of thumbscrews in the drawer. All we have so far, and it was difficult making sense of it as it was:
