Liberal Party News: Scoop

This morning it was alerted that today would be a timid day viz postings and content due to an appointment for “a chat with a source… Whether the chat will prove up for another scoop is an open question. If it is, you will, readers, have it first and unvarnished.”

I apologise, on several counts:

1)  not “a source” but with a number of sources;

2)  The chat did prove up but I cannot deliver the scoop itself;

3)  Readers, you cannot have the scoop first hand and unvarnished.

The reasons why you cannot have as declared on count 3) is, I have to protect the sources.  What, readers, you will recieve  are:

- It has added great clarity to what the Clique have done. So many erroneously confuse the Clique with the genuine Liberal Party, genuine Liberalism, and genuine free markets and genuine free market economists.

- What I was told today we discussed and, yes, debated, is the extent of the damage the Clique has caused.

Matters that are grave, and they are very grave, which is why my sources unloaded knowing I betray no confidence and no man, except for treacherous Leftists;  whom, each of my sources would agree, are jolly good things to betray should, perchance, if one of these not Australian liars happen to unload to this sleuth.

It is simple as that. I cannot divulge details. I have held to this in many articles in the past. I do it today. I will do it tomorrow and the next, and until the day I cease. This, readers, is the fact of the matter, and all my sources know this.

The Clique and their clunker tanks, the Institute for Public Affairs, Quadrant magazine, and HR Nicholls Society have caused great damage by:

1) Discrediting the sound, therefore, highly moral case of free markets and so genuine Liberalism

2) Through their actions when in Cabinets, States’ and Federal, and this alone is, bluntly put, shocking. Each of the afore-mentioned think tanks have been central to what has been their systematice corruption of institutions and also the abuse of others vital to Australia as their treatment of The Armed Forces of Australia is a despicable instance.

(Greg Lindsay and his Centre of Independent Studies surrendered any prentence they had to defending freedom when they sold Australians out for the lies of carbon causes climate change and carbon taxes are good.)

It is mistaken to assume only the likes of the inmates of the, Institute for Public Affairs and HR Nicholls Society and Quadrant lead by the likes of Ray Evans, Des Moore and David Kemp and the Kemp family’s inbred pet, Chris Berg, seek to put the blame on John Howard for what in fact they did.

Now we have none other than high minded John Stone sticking the knife into Howard,

Eleven Decent Years, John Stone, Quadrant Magazine (Jan.-Fed. 2010).

The full text is not availiable yet online. I have it. It will, therefore, be great entertainment to quote it and stone it.

It should be re-written as, “Eleven Indecent Years Plus More Decades of the Clique”. That’s the truth, Mr. Stone and, worse, you know it is the disgusting, shameful truth.

We shall leave John Stone for another item and also som eone who was for all intents and purposes entombed, Peter Coleman, who also smears Howard in order to deflect focus from the Clique’s mendacity, anti- free market ‘advice’, and ‘policies’ and overall incompetence by which they discredited the thoroughly sound and so highly moral case of free markets and genuine Liberalism, and caused real, extensive damage.

The Clique have the hide to snipe at the Left when all that is contested by this lot of grasping bed-wetting parasites against the Left is who corrodes, perverts and saps things.  Yes, readers, there is genuine anger driving these words and for good reason. This reason, unfortunately, I cannot disclose. I will not betray good men and women, and I will not betray these patriots by stating details that can identify them.

Readers, I am delivering a scoop on the CSIRO before those news-hounds and  lackeys of the Clique  “report” feeds fed them by the likes of Michael Kroger. I’ve delivered many scoops the likes of Andrew Bolt and Tim Blair wouldn’t bother with because no one telephoned them or it is just too damned awkward for their patrons in the Clique. They have been damned silent on this and many other serious matters and they have all the resources of their employers to do the work I am doing.

This is Mangled Thoughts bringing scoops hurtful to the hard Left and the Clique.

God Save Australia because, the Clique have made sure nobody else can. Readers: Scoops tomorrow, including:

Sources are shocked at implications of carbon taxes for the Armed Forces of Australia. They were stunned when it was explained to them what the real force of carbon taxes is (it does mean the destruction of the Armed Forces too) and that it is the policy of not only the Left but also some of the Clique (not all, as shall be related but, too late, they as much as the rest of them have brought his about too). This and much else to come.

It’s the news the fifth columnists in the media won’t tell, and the Clique and their pets such as Blair and Bolt are too indolent to uncover and cowardly to report. What, rat on the rats that feed them, never!

Apology to readers

For not having completed today as promised -

‘a concluding Part III, which will be posted today. Put it this way, it does not look good at all.’

I was thrown by a line of background work that came up, man did it throw me. The odd thing is, I  just received an email on something just released by the Institute for Public Affairs, which detonated viz what threw me. We will treat it in an item but let me say this:

Besides the damage the HR Nicholls Society, the Centre of Independent Studies and Quadrant magazine have caused to the defence of freedom, each managing to wreak considerable havoc in their own right as well as in combination, it has to be said they seem to be in some sort of a competition to ensure total defeat of the defence of freedom.

What brought this on?

Well, the CIS is in a filed of its own these days. This leaves the rest, and Institute for Public Affairs had, oh, a good distance lead. It has managed to increase it by an excrescence that will be compacted and thrown back at them.

Clowns is not the word for the Clique that is wrecking the Liberal party completely and betraying Australians to the Left. I won’t fire expletives, this is after all a family viewing site and it is only 11.00 p.m. but it was tempting to let fire. Soon enough, readers, you will see why.

To foreshadow, I’m hard put to distinguish between John Roskam, Chris Berg, and Andrew “Andy Pandy ” Kemp.

It is, of course, no secret why this lot and their pals are the “talent” that stuffs HR Nicholls Society, the Centre for Independent Studies,Quadrant magazine and Institute for Public Affairs. The clique violate stricture against first degree incest, which is why they are congenital half-wits. They are so dense they don’t feel it, not even when they are out of another coma in hospital. The really funny thing is, they jump in front of trucks at least 10 times a day and this before morning “smoko”!

That is their notion of victory in battles over the left. Oh, and running away from the left is real courage in their eyes. They are heroic in stabbing genuine free market economists and genuine general Liberal talent in the back, in dark alleys. But this is nothing compared to what they can really do.

You have to see them in broad daylight. A Leftist says boo and these guys really go. They scram fast into their comfy donors’ paid clubrooms and bolt the doors. When the real shooting match is over, they come out, swell their chests and say:

“We showed ‘em. That’ll teach the little commies. They won’t dare this again.”

And, you know readers, and it really made me feel ill, because that sums up some of the content of the excrescence alluded to, literally. No, truly, it is in black and white. Now, naturally, the result follows, another disaster for the free market cause and freedom.

No, it is really disgusting. It is an excrescence. Mind, it is the Clique’s great strength piling poo over all good things. Succeeding in drowning out real talent is their feedback mechanism that tells them they are truly great. It’s no joke, it is the truth.

The hard Left laugh at them and call them pompous “asses”, “clowns” and “best present we ever had”. Being a cynic, I’m convinced the Left planted their rejects into the Liberal Party and this is not so funny when you read how many of the Clique wanted to be MPs for the Left, including Peter Costello. In this day of “recycling”, the Left can jolly well take back their reject party hacks.

I won’t say anymore because, in view of certain things this afternoon I’d go ballistic and this is not the way to do things. The proper order is to lay out the case and then go ballistic.

“The Sword of the Right” strikes again

( A related item immediately follows the main item in this one post.)

Is Andrew Bolt , aka “The Ethanol Kid”. an Outrageous Liar?

What brought this on?

We’ll do this by the numbers, commencing with an “article” by Bolt in August 2009 . In it, he struck a genuine blow:

Why killing jobs won’t save the planet

He tells ‘readers’ it’s ‘flawed policy’ that will hurt jobs. (What, Bolt, counts as ‘flawless policy’?) Oh, he doesn’t say so directly. He uses “experts” to say it. Well, he got one thing right, it’s the neatest cut and paste job in the Herald Sun site he’s ever managed (Bolt likes to call his blog).

Well, well, well, the economics experts are none other than his patrons of the Right-wing clique and, best of all, the articles he quotes are all in one of their clubrooms. This is real investigative journalism and research at its best and it is the calibre of everything he “investigates”. Quadrant magazine.

Professor James Allen

His case against carbon taxation is: It’s bad.

So is cancer, gee. That’s it? This is an argument? From a university Professor? What do you expect from a Professor in law? Law? Don’t be daft.

The Right-wing clique knows that a law degree instantly makes them economists, physicists (cf. Greg Hunt, Green cultist Leftist) and neuro-scientists. It’s a wonder they omitted engineering, but who needs that when you have mechano and lego sets!

Professor Sinclair Davidson

He is a professor in economics. He proves that beyond reasonable doubt that you don’t have to know what you are talking about to be an economist in Australia.

His argument: “green jobs” require massive subsidies, proving they are inefficient.

Why? I mean to say, Professor Sinclair Davidson, arguing the conclusion is a whopping bad fallacy, but to merely assert it? We’ll help the Professor in economics: He can’t say why because he doesn’t know why, and what’s wrong with the whole proposal in the first place. Strewth! Give him a break, he’s still working on what a Laffer Curve is.

Until Davidson decided to oppose carbon taxes, if what he writes can be called ‘attack’, he supported carbon taxes. His argument is: it would force the government to introduce a flat tax. I can’t be alone in musing, why? Making this all the more risible is a sum, there are no earnings to tax when the generator of earnings is annihilated by carbon tax. That’s your flattener tax Davidson.

Andrew Bolt didn’t have the guts to attack Davidson for his support of carbon tax. Now Bolt is using the Herald Sun to promote him as an economic genius and carbon tax warrior.

Ray Evans

He’s a walking pandemic. Beyond a shadow of a doubt vaccination is required against his presence. Why would Bolt spread the disease to his readers?

I know. Ray Evans is another member of the Right-wing clique into which Andrew Bolt has been inducted (hence Bolt’s PR  promotion of Sinclair Davidson). Bolt had passed the first initiation ritual, feasting on a teaspoon of caviar at Michael Kroger’s joint without spilling a drop of a thimble of Bollinger.

But let’s be fair to Ray Evans. We must be fair, and examine his argument on its merits, so it won’t take long.

Carbon taxes (ETS): It is bad.

“Alternative energy”: It is a fantasy.

What’s an ETS Evans? It is noted you didn’t say what it is. Could it be some kind of newt that blows bubbles? What does it do, belch? Why is it bad, spreads a pandemic? Darn, Evans doesn’t know either.

A “fantasy”. Why? I really don’t like to help a guy out when he’s so able but here’s a hat-tip: massive dis-economies of scale and the power of three.

Well, he has, as Davidson has, really paralysed the Left. I mean, really really paralysed them, with mirth.

Alan Moran

He is the Institute of Public Affairs’ expert on markets. Now everyone knows why the IPA have failed to defend them.

His argument is: It is bad.

Let’s be fair and give it in full:

Because fossil fuels are 1/3 of exports and this is vulnerable to carbon taxes and other restraints.

This is an argument? That’s it?

How about this Alan Moran for an argument:

It destroys capital and thus living standards.

Dr. Alex Robson

He is another one of Ray Evans’ pals, ie. A member of the HR Nicholls Society. What’s Dr. Robson’s response?

His argument is, It is bad.

Here it is in full: “It will have large incremental costs”. These are “negative”. It’s bad policy.

That’s it? This is the best he can come up with? So, how about this for an argument:

The Government is about to impose a carbon tax that will destroy the capital structure of Australia. Now this is what Jackson of Brookesnews nailed and explained, using capital theory and with demonstration, long before it occurred to Andrew Bolt’s experts that there might be something wrong with an ETS, a and they still don’t know what is wrong with it and any other type of carbon tax.

Summation of Andrew “The Ethanol Kid” Bolt’s expert evidence

“It is bad”.

Readers, you can try this for yourself. I have, over some years. There are in fact a very large number of economics experts whom you can consult at no charge. You can consult them at your leisure. What you do is, walk into a paddock of sheep and question them about carbon taxes. They will answer effortlessy, quite in contrast to the strivings of the above experts:

“Tisssss baaaaaaaaaad”

These are truly brilliant economists and we eat them for lunch, dinner, Sunday roast, barbecues and breakfast. You didn’t realise, did you, that you munch on Professors of the Sorbonne, Cambridge, Yale, Tubingen, Melbourne and Sydney?

Here is the rub

As soon as Jackson had nailed it, they all realised he had. They all know this. What do we see? Andrew Bolt and his pals pretending to have got in and fought tooth and nail all the way and, by the way, this lot have never fought any cause .

Moreover, Bolt knows that Jackson did so, and did so years ago.

Why is it possible that I can consider Andrew Bolt a liar, and in my opinion he is?

That last sentence, Bolt knows the facts is demonstration of:

Andrew Bolt is deliberately misleading Herald Sun readers, Victorians and Australians

He presents nonsense spouted by his little pals, his patrons, when he knows there is the sound, solid and therefore highly moral case, banged down by Jackson. Instead, Bolt asserts his pals tripe as the case. This is deliberate misleading of readers.

He is stating that his little pals’ case is the only one around in Melbourne and in all of Australia. He doesn’t say this directly. He is lying indirectly.

These reasons alone are sufficient to arrive state that in my opinion Andrew bolt is a liar. Andrew Bolt, in my opinion, you are a liar.

Andrew Bolt is not only a liar, in my opinion. In my opinion, he is also guilty of theft. Andrew Bolt is stealing credit from whom it belongs to. It was Jackson who long ago nailed what a carbon tax is, what the danger is and that it had to be fought. He did it in the 1990’s.

Andrew Bolt, the credit you are stealing belongs to Jackson. I attack Right and Left over carbon taxes, but I acknowledge Jackson, I don’t pretend otherwise. I acknowledge the fineness and calibre of Jackson’s work, without which it would be a tad difficult to do what I do, a very large tad difficult to say the least.  And, also Dr. Shostak’s too. These two are the best writing for Australians and they are of the first rank in economics.

What does Bolt commend instead? Mediocrities who cannot even scramble onto the lowest rank without looking entirely out of their depth. Going for this lot is like shooting fish in a barrel, and I’m a mere layman in economics!

You, Bolt have done none of it. You haven’t even managed to do what I have done. Instead, you pretend you are leading a fight that neither you nor your little mates have fought. In the process Bolt, you are misleading readers as to the truth and have been doing so for years. You, like your mates, don’t give a damn about modest Australians and what carbon taxes can do to them. So long as you and your fellow parasites are OK, the rest can get stuffed.

Oh, journalistic integrity? Andrew Bolt, this retarded, ignorant Krogerite buffoon has none, it is my opinion guided by the evidence. There is more to expose. We are doing this by the numbers.

We finish off this part one on the question of whether Bolt is a Liar with a brief note on what is also wrong with the article.

The title is wrong. The article leaves readers completely in the dark and led astray, wildly astray, thank you very much to a gutless, idle ignorant little man called Andrew Bolt. Here’s the rub:

It undermines and discredits the fight against carbon taxes. Bolt is severely damaging what is a fight and Australians are now in great peril. This is what Bolt does all the time, as he did over labour markets. This will be raised in an item. Anyway, here’s the second, related item.

The title, Andrew Bolt, The “Ethanol Kid” moonlighting as a bob a job schoolboy

Let’s point something out for the benefit of Bolt. Even primitive tribesmen have ‘jobs’, trying to find food, knocking over other tribes, making bows, arrows, spears, carrying water. They are jobs. So is weeding the garden a job. Anyone can have a job, Mr. Bolt. In the Ancient world and in the Roman Empire there were job creation schemes called slavery. Totalitarian regimes have their own variations on this and other job creation schemes. Rudd’s and Abbott’s “Green Army” “jobs” aren’t novel. The Nazi and communist regimes got in first.

Jobs are not the reason why millions go to work each day. Take a straw poll and it would be surprising if the vast majority didn’t say that if they were in a position to they would never go to work again. They go to work to earn a pay packet.

Now, Bolt, I can pin precisely where you got this rubbish about jobs from. You got this nonsense from your mates in the HR Nicholls Society and the IPA. I can skewer this rubbish and, in fact, have an item in drafts for this very purpose. I know this Bolt, because it is part of the bilge they pour out as part of their notion of ‘labour market economics’. Bolt and his pals thoroughly, publicly discredited what is in fact a sound and therefore highly moral case, free labour markets.

How could Andrew Bolt get it so badly wrong, “jobs”? Don’t try to answer it too quickly, because it spoils the pleasure of contemplation.

Harry the snail, the real brains behind the Right-wing clique ran away. Some bastard, with malice aforethought, squished it while staggering out of a pub in Toorak one rainy evening.

To earn, Andrew Bolt, by working capital, something neither you, nor your Right-wing clique pals have done. Oh, there is a couple of exceptions, which shows they have a screw loose joining up with this lot of wealthy “dole-bludgers”.

Capital, Andrew Bolt. This is the target of the hard Left, and not jobs as such.

They, Bolt, are using the superstitious, magical, pantheistic ‘green’ beliefs as an excuse for one aim only. This aim is to destroy capital with carbon taxes. Bang! This is the case and the fight.

It means the immiseration of millions of Australians, but free markets and modest Australians are as inconvenient to Bolt (as we shall document) and his pals, as they are to the hard Left. It sounds weird but it is true.

South Australian State Parliament ‘passed’ new ‘laws’ criminalising free speech

Just caught snatch of it on the radio. From what has been described, this is more draconian than the anti-free speech, hollow ‘laws’ of Victoria.

Where were the “Right”, Federal and State?

No-where, and stone cold silent. Again, the IPA and the rest of their ‘think tanks’ cowered in their bunkers, while churning out more garbage by the truckload.

Tony Abbott doesn’t ‘think’ inalienable rights are being usurped. Mind, he can’t see it at all. Or, perhaps he does, for that is what his carbon tax scheme involves too.

To repeat for the umpteenth time,  the Right has shown support for theft of inalienable rights, including free speech. They are on the record for their support, and then there are their actions.

In Victoria, with a tiny few exceptions, their Parliamentary wing (it sure is not the Liberal Party) supported the Left’s blasphemy ‘Act’ shoulder to shoulder with Steve Bracks and his Cabinet of dribbling idiots. Now South Australians have been sold out by the Right in their State and by the Federal ‘wing’.

Soon there will not be much left for the Right to betray Liberal party members and modest Australians on. Soon, they will have handed the hard Left complete victory.

The Right invoke Sir Robert Menzies. Understandable, this lot are abusing his name in a facile attempt at conveying the impression they are genuine Liberals. Oh, well, these sort of cowards do need the support of some-one greater than they are, even if the  great are dead.

Yes, it is time for civil war, inside the Liberal Party.

Liberal Party News: Scoop! The Right falsifies history. Members demand answers!

Members and all Australians shall have one of the many answers, here! It is one of the big reasons.

Scoop!

The Right don’t relate history and accurately lift out the essentials of what happened in the past. They invent history, their history. Unless mistaken, readers saw the needle in, “Must read books to be released”. The motive is themselves. Also, in ‘revisionism’, used euphemistically for fabrications as ‘history’ and evaluations of the current situation.

The object is not simply to make themselves look good, by being wise ex-eventu. It is their tactic to protect themselves and their own interests. There is, amusingly, a document that demonstrates this. It is printed in unambiguous, big letters with lots of colour. It is the feature exhibit for this article. What a scoop!

It is also a PR stunt to keep themselves in place. It is an IPA attempt to ensure ‘donors’ keep donating and retain ‘memberships’. This is the key to, for instance, the Alan Moran ‘article’ in the Financial Review (October, 2008).

Until the recession had set in, and the stock market crash came and went in 2008, there was nothing  from the Right. Quite in contrast to The New Australian and it’s successor, Brookesnews.

Jackson and Shostak were laying down the neatest precision analysis and warnings of consequences of the RBA’s monetary policies never raised anywhere else in Australia. Week in, week out, year after year, they nailed what was going on and what could unfold if keynesian poison was not eliminated. If this was not enough, in 2004 Jackson banged down his stunning prediction for 2008 driven by the arguments!

In 2008, even as financial markets nose-dived, main stream media commentators still asserted there is no recession. As manufacturing data rolled in, they scrambled - “OK, in NSW but not anywhere else”. No sooner had they said that then they had to scramble again. They finally arrived at the real version, they knew all along what was happening.

Costello didn’t have a clue and neither did the Right’s think tanks. There it is. The IPA - Alan Moran article, written ex-eventu (as in when it became bleeding obvious they had to write something) was to avert a question from donors, “Why weren’t you on top of this”. The nerve of the pretence is shown in telling lines such as:

“Until early 2006 Australia appeared to be controlling the monetary repercussions of its undersupply of domestic savings liquidity.”

To repeat: What, Alan, do you mean by “domestic savings liquidity”. I entertained a wisp (no more) of an idea as to what he could be referring to. I asked others, in case anyone could make sense of it. They were also stumped; these are economists.

“Raising the official interest rate from 5.5 per cent to 7.25 per cent between 2006 and the middle of this year kept a lid on money growth. Even so, monetary growth was excessive…”

Funny thing, the data furnished by Jackson and Shostak showed credit expansion into 2008, then it flat-lined, until the RBA inflated again.

The IPA might also explain why isn’t, say, 2% credit expansion ‘excessive’, or .5%? Incidental to them, maybe, but not to may others. It is still inflation. The same real phenomena is involved. Put it another way, readers try it for yourselves at home and see what happens to you.

Let’s allow the IPA had spotted something back in 2006 and realised it stank. Why didn’t they alert Costello, Howard, all Australians and railed in public for rectification of the RBA and it’s actions? It is to be assumed, apparently, that they sat there as nonchalant spectators – ‘Ha, ha, ha, Australians will be flattened in a couple of years time’.

On second thoughts, with their conduct during the fight for free labour markets a glaring object lesson, it is more than plausible that it is exactly what they would do. Indeed, disregard is one of their many sterling virtues:

It’s fully admitted, for once, by the IPA in that unique document they so kindly supplied over the Internet. Still, let’s be charitable for a couple of sentences.

Rubbish. They did not have an inkling then, not now, and never will. They wrote a crude historical fiction as a PR stunt to ensure donors did not challenge them. After all, the IPA has to keep its money pump firmly cemented to vaults holding shareholders’ funds.

IPA and Alan Moran, never having applied themselves to hard work, did a rush job. Lifting someone else’s work, in any field, without thoroughly absorbing and understanding the reasoning as laymen beforehand tends to result in flops. The IPA is not in the league of curiosity driven, engaged laymen and this has already been more than adequately substantiated on Mangled Thoughts, effortlessly.

‘What the heck’ does it matter, when there are shareholder’s funds to divert. What startles me is, the IPA has helpfully stated this in the document and spelled out what they really exist for. It is hard work giving that lot a big heart-felt, ‘thank you, thank you, thank you for the gift’, and mean it.

The IPA emails a ‘flyer’ to firms and individuals, therefore, freely available over the Internet. An acquaintance employed in a firm circulated it, awfully decent of him. It is out of order to speculate on his motivation but a concern can be detected impossible not to share:

“Why are we funding these idle clowns…”

It is a question directors, executives, and owners in any IPA afflicted firm should ask themselves and answer it honestly.

Lastly, it is another glaring instance of a point established repeatedly. The Right is a small clique residing in a bubble.

Self-regarding, impervious to feed-back, they have become oblivious to anything they consider not worth noticing, even what they write. The resulting malady is exponential degeneration and quite likely to prove fatal. It is unfortunate they incurred the affliction in a manner defying science but, I am sorry to say, nothing can be done.

It has to be admitted, the honesty, and plain language of the document is refreshing. It’s certainly not their usual soporific style. It’s not filled with quotes that do no work. No ill chosen word. It is a document of unusual clarity, a very rare piece indeed – I’ll put it up for auction.

I thank Mr. John Roskam, Director of the IPA for it. In appreciation of his candor, we let Mr. Roskam address all readers. The email document, all 430 words, is faithfully quoted entire in “Continued”. I say, Roskam, I should put in a bill for free advertising services, because it is a begging letter that runs as subtly as a brick:

‘Look at the splendid job we have being doing for you. Imagine what we could really do if you made greater donations.’

It is also a letter of encouragement. Encouragement, as every good man knows, cheers the men up. Gives them heart, and it is cheering. The acquaintance is cheered and if he is cheered, then that is good enough for me;

“Existing firms, please stick and excel yourselves, give us more”.

Bargain! Why advertise elsewhere, and go to all that expense of circulating a tacky ‘flyer’, and waste Chris Berg’s and Andrew Kemp’s valuable time when they could be deployed far more productively in their play-pen? This site is a sure-fire way for far many more firms to find out what a splendid job the IPA really does.

The subject for this ‘edition’ of the mail-out is:

“Hey… What did I miss? | XXX”

Love the kisses, John. I just wonder how many working their backsides off to ensure the success of firms are as sentimentally touched?

“Since 1 January, there’s at least 88 new federal regulations scheduled to take effect…. (There were 394 new regulations last year).”

The sense of  a lacunae somewhere in there became overwhelming. After a split second’s mighty intellectual struggle the answer came:

The IPA is paid to fight regulations that strangle firms. It is paid to study them when they are first mooted, before they even reach bill stage. To, engage in economic analysis and on this, work out how to fight them and go out in public, fight and shred those responsible.

They certainly weren’t going to do it to Right-wing Ministers. Strangely, they haven’t done it to Cabinets under Steve Bracks, John Brumby, and Rudd either. Memory is a freakish thing, it fathoms up recollections of many things and many of these can be right old nightmares.

How the IPA set up Vic Inc, laying the foundations for Bracks and Brumby Cabinets, is a horror of a nightmare they wish permanently buried. Reminds me of that Freddy Kreuger chap, keeps popping up.

Secondly, the regulations were not rammed down while employers were on summer vacations. Some might have been, others not - ah, I mean, employees. Politicians broke for a nice long summer holiday, so they have no time to invent anymore regulations, until they return to that horrible grindstone so many of them crawled and grovelled and plotted and knifed others to enter - the Right score alpha plus every year.

Firms don’t run themselves but irrespective of who did, many in firms are too polite to spell it out. I’ll do it for them. “What a nasty little piece of presumption and familiarity.”

What in the devil is it supposed to mean, ‘the regulations were imposed when employers went on holiday’? One thing is clear, a vision of the IPA crew manacled to their desks, sweating away doodling, while all those employers and employees enjoyed themselves, basking in the sun, not a care in the world – woolly lambs really, minus fleeces.

Ha..han..hang on a moment… What about the Parliamentary year, when all those regulations were raised and passed? They paid the IPA to fight and all they get for shareholders’ money is an oily, immature, New Year’s joke!

And what are these new regulations about? Well, the IPA certainly doesn’t have a clue, so why should employers be enlightened? They will be soon, because now they have to obey them, or else.

IPA’s Roskam cites the new employment ‘laws’. Let’s see.

No, nothing about what on earth is about to rain down on employers, led.

The Right and their think tanks were supposed to fight for free labour markets. They lost the fight before 2005. What the Right did in 2005 sealed the end and with it, as every genuine Liberal knew, or came to know (because of Brookesnews and this news magazine), the 2007 election defeat.

Sealed in 2005, but on one condition the ACTU was also fully apprised of. If Cabinet adhered to the ‘advice’ and ‘colour me yellow’ tactics the think tanks supplied them and never changed course. They did, they never, they were slaughtered.

Best of all, Jackson not only carefully set out the sound and therefore highly moral case. He delineated the strategy to win the fight, in Labour Market Wars. No better commendation comes than from a foe who respects their opponents.

Union sources divulged they feared Jackson, because it would have meant instant destruction for them. They happily explained that they were incredulous Cabinet used the HR Nicholls Society. The IPA and the CIS compounded the carnage wrought by that club.

The Rudd Cabinet was shunted into office because of the Right’s illiteracy, incompetence, mendacity, and venomous ‘back-stabbing’. The ACTU plank was the ALP’s plank. It was no secret way back in the early years of the fight what the ACTU heavies and Shadow Cabinet would do if elected.

Roskam pretends to the contrary of what occurred and the IPA’s part in all this, so as to insult firms with a -

“Look, Mr. Man, while you were snoozing by the seaside after Boxing Day, Rudd and Gillard snuck all this through! But don’t worry, Mr. Man, we are fighting, we’ll show ‘em. Just hand us another $1m and we’ll put on another fight you’ve never seen.”

After the bad news on ‘regulation’, Roskam wants to cheer them up:

“look, Mr. Man, at what ‘Ive got for you. A TV anchorman in the United States. Isn’t he a nice, shiny fellow. Oh, and how wonderful, here’s a list of failed technological predictions, from America. It will keep you amused for hours. And, isn’t it cheering to hear that your favourite celebrities in California are safe and well. Now, turn on the idiot box TV to view our soapies. Here’s our viewing guide, pick one you’d like to watch!”

What is this, “a hot gos’ HollywoodTV rag” for retarded one year olds? Or, is Roskam applying for a job with it? He can take Chris Berg and his playmate, Andrew Kemp, with him. Hollywood has bigger playpens – a real downer for the IPA, they can’t match that.

While Cabinet and Parliament were busy all 2009 working out how to make sure firms are strangled to death, as a New Year’s gift, the IPA starred in their own TV shows:

‘Me, Me, me, me. Ahem, and us too. Look at us. We are so fabulous we can’t work out why anyone wouldn’t have our personally signed autographs on their firm’s walls.’

(Photo shoots are tough, tough, tough. First they have to fight off Hugh Morgan and Ray Evans to get in front of the camera, and then each other.)

It never occurred to the IPA the reason why owners banned the pin-up posters was; plant stood idle as employees stared at the photos all day, dreaming of “How I wish I could be like them one day.”

I’m glad to have cleared up a mystery the IPA can really come to grips with. No acknowledgment needed, IPA can lift it entire.

Lastly, a good sob adds the finishing touch. Berg struggles with crime in Melbourne and comes up with, the anti-Bill of Rights in Victoria is a “token Bill of Rights”. Folks, I don’t know what he means by a real one but I sure don’t wish to find out.

Meanwhile, for some odd reason, Melbournians are being knifed, burgled, strangled, stabbed, raped, bashed and what do we get from Brumby and Hulls? Everyone should be frisked. From the IPA, turn every Victorian into a police constable.

What, however, all this has to do with economics and what the IPA is supposed to be doing for firms is another mystery. Besides, it’s a serious subject and what the IPA manages is enough to make any adult cry.

Then they throw in, ‘Peter Spencer has come down’. They link Michael Duffy and somehow manage to tie in the IPA to Duffy’s newspaper columns in defence of Spencer and property rights. What we get from Berg is peculiarly similar to some things Duffy has written. It’s beside the point:

If the IPA is taking up this cause, what is it going to do about it? How will they go to war? How will they stand up to those responsible and hit them hard, so all Australians’ inalienable property rights are returned? No, as Roskam states, the IPA is here to ‘explain’ what Spencer’s case is to firms, when:

Firms and every other Australian knows what the case and the fight is about. What Australians want to see is victory delivered and the blood of the culprits flowing in rivers in the gutters.

There it is. The IPA would have to show spine. They would they have to smash into David Kemp, and the rest of their Right-wing pals, Federal and States, who were also up to their eyeballs in larceny. Not overlooking either, the STO-OPA crime syndicate in Victoria.

Then they throw in a real tear jerker. The Federal Cabinet made it hard for them to snatch taxpayers’ private property, under the euphemism of ‘fellowships’. They are oppressed. What! Submit an application in specified form for more ‘dole’ money, never! “It does their head in.”

Begging for money the IPA, through Roskam, are reduced to this, a “limp-wristed”, self-absorbed, infantile compilation of nothing. Sealed up tight inside their bubble, Roskam and everyone else in the IPA didn’t see how insulting the ‘flyer’ is.

They also did not see in their flyer, written in bright bold crayon, what one has been driving home for years (Brookesnews too by the way):

They the IPA told employers that they do nothing at all for the donations.

We return to the beginning. It is unusually candid of the IPA and Roskam to say it, to declare it to firms. It is for this candour one says, thank you Mr. Roskam or, in keeping with the heading of the flyer, wee Johnny.

Reduced… because having betrayed every fight. Having no principle, no spine and illiterates for economics experts  -

(We have a stunning case that will show how really bad this lot are in the next item. By god, does it stink! Put it this way, why use the ACCC to destroy firms when the IPA will do the job quickly and at a fraction of the tax expense. This is no joke, it is serious. A hard hitting scoop on the way!)

And, a developmentally arrested editor to really finish things off. What else is left to use as an excuse to beg for a wealthy man’s version of ‘the dole’? Truncheons supplied by Michael Kroger!

Scoop! IPA News-flyer in ‘Continued’. Read all about it. Scoop it out now!

Liberal Party News - Ordinary Party members appalled at answer to a question -

What do China and Australia have in common?

Ordinary Liberal Party members are appalled at the obvious and what has their back up is, it didn’t happen overnight, nor in the last two years. What chills them all the more is that they know full well that the Right is as much responsible for it as the Left. It is the culmination of years of ‘policies’. Yet, it is not Liberal Party members only who are drawing the conclusion. It increasingly litters the daily conversation of the man in the street.

The answer, ladies and gentlemen, as brutal as it might seem, is fascism. For good measure, amusingly Victoria is almost what China also is, a one Party State, and the Victorian Right, whether ‘wets’ or ‘dries’ - the distinction is a mere quibble turning on their hubris, is also responsible for this. Apart from Victoria, the general question is, where is Australia’s Right in all this, fascism, and it’s rhetorical only.  Let’s lay the case out per a swift demonstration:

The case of Peter Spencer

New South Wales farmer, Peter Spencer, is fighting for his property rights. What this turns on is, all property owners in Australia own their property in name only, but pay for the expense of their upkeep. It is politicians and bureaucrats and the voting blocks they buy with the fraud and deception who realise what is crucial to inalienable property rights:

Owner’s

- enjoyment of their property

- use of their property

- development of property, in the case of Peter Spencer’s property, that means land he had developed into valuable agricultural and fishery land

- last, but not least, sale of property.

In sum, freedom of disposal of property is inseparable from inalienable property rights. The one is intrinsic to the other.

Politicians of both major Parties and bureaucrats have seized the former, for their own benefit and for the benefit of the ‘voting blocks’ they toady too. And, the Right crawls and toadies as much as the ALP does to those diseased, lying, Chavez hugging, treacherous, primitive creeps the Greens. I shall repost on Bob Brown’s and the Greens’ and other hard Leftists’ full support for the totalitarian, drug king-pin, Hugo Chavez and his gang of butchers. And the failure of the Right to deal forthrightly with them and what Brown laid out in Parliament.

Inalienable property rights are the foundation of free markets and this means the foundation of prosperity and freedom. It’s the very basis on which people everywhere have lifted themselves and their families out of the gutters, out of misery and into happiness. It is written in history, but we have a direct window into this, the work of Grameen Bank in Bangladesh and it’s founder, Muhammad Yunus.

Having remarked before on the wonderful transformation wrought by this bank, the pertinent point is Yunus’ “micro-credit” didn’t simply finance vast numbers of formerly destitute Bangladeshis into their own start-up enterprises and their expansion. Many, bye the bye, were once effectively bound to old tribal chieftains. It freed them to acquire property and this drives business expansion, and issued into rapid capital accumulation. It liberated them from bondage. This transformed their lives in two ways that are inseparable:

1. The obvious, prosperity, in their own life-time, with-in a single generation. Their children, until Grameem Bank, faced the same life of hard labour, mired in appalling destitution as their parents once endured. It’s reflected in good food on the table they could not have had in the past, nice homes they never could have aspired to before, buying medical services, appliances, schools and universities for their children.

Has anyone heard of mass deaths from tidal waves in the bay in recent years, at least with the frequency that blighted their lives in the past? No, of course not. The reason is straight-forward; they not only own nice, well-built, comfortable homes, they own land in superior locations, that’s why.

2. They are free, they have gained real liberty. Their new inalienable property rights has freed them, and extended their freedoms. I detest those who say wealth ‘doesn’t buy happiness’. It does, just ask all those Bangladeshis who are now very, very happy.

It is important to note that Yunus worked very hard to convince the Government that law must be rooted in economic freedom and, this means inalienable property rights, because it was crucial if the aim of Grameen Bank, to transform not a few but millions of lives, was to succeed. He succeeded with the politicians and the evidence is written in happiness. Bangladesh thrives and what does the rest of the world do? Since Bangladesh is no longer a cot-case, but a vibrant demonstration of the truth of free market economics, it is ignored - as an inconvenient fact.

Grameen Bank is imitated in Eastern Europe with the same tremendous success.

Freedom of disposal of property is intrinsic to inalienable property rights

What the politicians and bureaucrats, in concert with Greens fronts have done is not formally stolen property but have effectively done so by ‘regulation’. Thus they have stolen not only from farmers but also-from every Australian (except, of course, themselves) by asserting that they only and not owners can dispose of property. This is what they have done, the Right and the Left, and their advisers.

In case anyone in a city is unsure of this try, for example, merely cutting down a tree in your backyard and see what happens to you. You are allowed to give effect only to how local councils and states’ governments wish to enjoy your house and land. I am aware of some brave types who have defied local councils and state governments and these examples show the ‘Acts’ are hollow but this is not the point to such ‘Acts’. Those who have rammed them down rely on two facts:

1. Millions of Australians are law-abiding and respect authority.

2. Intimidation and fear. Who wants to face the real police state thuggery Cabinets assert through such Acts, and it’s no joke. The police state powers wielded by States’ and Federal Cabinets are real and extensive. Lawlessness in the form of violent, naked coercion backed by goon squad enforcers are real threats to be wielded against Australians who refuse to comply with what is dictated to them.

Now for Mr. Spencer again, beginning with a joke:

Two farmers in1930’s Germany:

Hans: What’s the difference between National Socialism and Communism, I’m confused.

Carl: Hans, Hans, my friend, it’s simple. Under communism, the State keeps your cows. You milk them and drink all that your scraggy cow produces before they get their hands on it.

Carl: Under fascism, you keep the cow, the State milks it and drinks the milk from the mangy beast.  Hans, Hans… where are you going?

Hans: I’m going to shoot the cow. Under communism, it’s clear now,  a farmer gets to drink all the milk until the day they shoot him. Under fascism, I keep the cow, the gauleiter can throw me in prison if I don’t keep it how they want it kept and hand over specified production. So, I reckon I’ll go to jail for committing what is a crime according to them, killing Heidi. Carl, the bastards will go right round the bend when they find a fly-eaten carcass. It’s alright, though, the joke’s on them: I’ll drink milk in prison.

In not only Mr. Spencer’s case, but of all farmers around Australia, the excuse for what is nothing less than property theft on a tremendous scale has been the cult of environmentalism and expressed in regulation. It must not be forgotten that, for example, Malcolm Fraser also blitzed the way with large-scale land grabs, declaring vast tracts of forests as “heritage wilderness”. The latest twist is just that, another twist committed by the perverted sitting in parliaments, ‘carbon capture’ to excuse the indefensible.

Regulation is not rule of law; it is the overthrow of the rule of common law, which is grounded in inalienable property rights and so free markets. It is no accident that both Right-wing politicians, including Peter Costello, and Leftist politicians assert regulation is the rule of law. They are doing nothing less than attempting to convince the two are identical. Repeating a lie often does not make it true, and it is nice to see the lying bastards in the East Anglia University will be dealt with on the wrong end of trials in courts for this very reason.

A distinguished law lord made it very plain what regulation is and what it is not. Lord Mansfield’s 1772 judgement:

The state of slavery is of such a nature, that it is incapable of being introduced on any reasons, moral or political; but only positive law, which preserves its force long after the reasons, occasion, and time itself from whence it was created, is erased from memory: it’s so odious, that nothing can be suffered to support it, but positive law.

In Victoria, Steve Bracks, John Brumby, Rod Hulls and local councils proceeded from imposing restrictions on land clearance and usage, to outright criminalisation of any activity on property they do not like, eg. clearing highly volatile scrub and trees are major crimes for which the punishment is fines and prison terms. This was not merely unopposed by Victoria’s Right, they supported it in the Parliament. Another instance, Bracks’ ‘Green belt’ through Melbourne and outlying areas.

For many in this ‘green belt’, their property was also their superannuation ‘policy’, from market gardeners, other types of firms, to home owners who had planned to split large blocks later in life to pay for their retirement. Any proposed change in land use must be submitted in a report to the Orwellian ‘Department of Enviornment’ and, if approved, the owner must pay a fee, and, should it be approved, the minimum fee is $50,000 and this for a slight, trivial alteration in usage only.

Under Commonwealth and NWS regulations Right-wing and Leftist politicians effectively stole Mr. Spencer’s and all other farmers’ rights progressively, and progressively forced Mr. Spencer and others to shut down agricultural production on their properties in a matter of a decade or so. Their farms are now, as Mr. Spencer’s is, valueless, worthless. Mr. Spencer, as are others, is left with land reverting to savage jungle and another load of fuel for more ferocious, more life-destroying bush-fires.

Victorian and NSW farmers also watched politicians and bureaucrats further steal property rights for their own expense free pleasure by making it a criminal offence to build water storage capacity on their farms. It is clear what that lot in the name of their cult expect modest Australians to do.

All of the above committed by the Left and the Right and not paying their many victims one cent of compensation. The likes of Mr. Spencer own their properties in name only, and have to pay for the upkeep and the only beneficiaries of this are politicians, bureaucrats and greens and other diseased Leftists.

And to make sure there is no room for doubt on this, three Right-wing minsters are directly guilty of these criminal actions against Australians, Ian Campbell, David Kemp and Malcolm Turnbull as successive Ministers for the Federal Department of Environment. But first, Mr. Spencer supplies a quote  from none other than Pulitzer Prize winning jurist, Peter Costello.

Mr Peter Costello on the ABC 7.30 report on the 6th of June 2007 said

“Let me come back to the point earlier, that because we stopped land clearing, some how that shouldn’t be counted. Actually, stopping land clearing was a good thing…

“Yeah well, its- that‘s – but this was all designed to stop land clearing and we stopped land clearing, and its helped us meet our Kyoto target.”

The lie, man causes ‘global warming’, and the Kyoto fraud are only recent developments in what is a long record of politicians and bureaucrats using Federal and States’ Parliaments to create the impression their actions are lawful.

Mr. Spencer recorded a damning quote. This what Mr. Ian Campbell, when Minister for the Environment, said:

Campbell:

you’ve got, you know, a lot of the natural heritage of Australia is held on private lands, on farms and pastoral leases, stations as we call them, and so the main people who look after this natural heritage are in fact the farmers… so very important that they’re on board and don’t feel like some heavy-handed Government based in Perth is trampling on their property rights.

Bingo! And, that expression, ‘don’t feel like…’  Here’s a quick and honest solution - dope farmers and their families, or shoot them outright. Either way, they won’t ‘feel’ a thing again.

That’s what private property means to the Right and the Left. Sodding little bastards called Australians expecting to prosper and enjoy real freedom are a blight on the landscape (as are factories). The serfs should be grateful to be allowed the privilege of stumping up tremendous sums to buy property and ensure their masters enjoy these pleasure parks. This is the great advance made by parasites such as Campbell, Kemp, Turnbull, Garrett, Brown, Penny Wong, Tony Abbott, Greg Hunt, Helen Kroger, Peter Costello and Kevin Rudd.

Though, at least Campbell had the decency to say:

So you’ve got to have the farmers working with you and that’s the Commonwealth’s approach, is there should be fair compensation paid when you take away peoples’ property rights…(My stress).

Yes, readers, Campbell and Cabinet fully knew what they were committing, and so did Peter Costello and they still know what they did to Australians.

Moreover, they were using coercion to cut food production through the ethanol scam, and this while they were also effectively confiscating vast tracts of land and shutting, coercing the shutdown of more food production.

These treacherous slobs had the nerve to attack the Rudd Cabinet for using taxpayers to buy a property to shut it down (it’s in Hansard). It is criminal the deliberate economic arson of a property but in this case the owners were paid, except every other little oaf risibly called an Australian had to pay for this one more green, destructive fantasy. They, the Right had the hide to whine about it when they are responsible for much that is far worse, commencing with measures that has ended in Mr. Spencer taking his stand. The right should never use the word proportion again, nor level ‘hypocrite’ against anyone.

The fact is, despite Ian Campbell’s, and Peter Costello’s best efforts to exculpate themselves and pass it off as ’sound policy’, there is no compensation for the real theft of property rights and, what is more, the fascist measures by which they effected it. But we don’t have to refer to the regimes of Hitler and Mussolini to illuminate this. China today provides chilling examples of what it means -  a living window into the force of the actions of the Right and the Left:

What Australia and China have in common

No ifs or buts, the situation is the same:

1) There are no inalienable property rights in China.

2) The fascist pin of these despicable actions is one and the same in both countries.

Both the Right and the Left together, over decades have been engaged in overthrowing inaliebale property rights in Australia. The Red Party gerontocracy must have a good, long laugh at the clowns in Canberra, daily. A very nasty, continuing case demonstrates the point rather well, and there is a further irony in it, what is happening is compounded and driven by the Green’s policies of Western politicians.

Rare earths have a wide range of uses. Keith Bradsher in, Earth-Friendly Elements, Mined Destructively (25/12/09, The New York Times) relates the alternative energy scams set up by western politicians has entailed an explosivel increase in demand for them that has, naturally, induced sky-rocketing prices. It might be mused, therefore, Australia’s politicians are also directly responsible for the economic impact this has for their use as inputs in genuine market driven production. The regime compounded this with export quotas, which it cut by 12%.

These elements come almost entirely from China, from some of the most environmentally damaging mines in the country, in an industry dominated by criminal gangs…

Miners scrape off the topsoil and shovel golden-flecked clay into dirt pits, using acids to extract the rare earths. The acids ultimately wash into streams and rivers, destroying rice paddies and fish farms and tainting water supplies.

On a recent rainy afternoon, Zeng Guohui, a 41-year-old laborer, walked to an abandoned mine where he used to shovel ore, and pointed out still-barren expanses of dirt and mud. The mine exhausted the local deposit of heavy rare earths in three years, but a decade after the mine closed, no one has tried to revive the downstream rice fields.

Small mines producing heavy rare earths like dysprosium and terbium still operate on nearby hills…

“There are constant protests because it damages the farmland — people are always demanding compensation,” Mr. Zeng said.

Green fraud aside, the kernel of the problem described, the destruction of agriculture and crude, destructive mining techniques, is that there are no property rights in China. Neither farmers nor sound mining companies have them, nor does anyone else in China. So, neither farmers nor mining companies have a basis for fighting the crime gangs destroying property by asserting inalienable property rights. Crime gangs aside, consider it:

With inalienable property rights, anyone can enforce their rights, should a neighbour use their property in such a way as to cause damage on the other’s property. A Judge, in his conclusions, will order the culprit to make good the damage they caused to the other and cease actions causing damage. Take, for example, Victoria and the firestorms of February this year, and those still waiting to be triggered.

All the firestorms were in government ‘owned’ forests. They don’t work them, they don’t clear them, they do nothing. If anyone else kept such large swathes of land like that, neighbours could sue, certainly when firestorms erupt and also press criminal charges, including murder. This is apart from also the proliferation of feral animals in those pleasure parks, including feral dogs that destroy farmers’ capital -  live-stock.

So, why are politicians and bureaucrats exempt from at least criminal charges when it is their ‘policies’ that caused the firestorms and destroyed tremendous amounts of property and murdered so many Victorians? Make no mistake, the actions of all guilty of this horror were deliberate. They imposed the’policies’, the Right and the Left. They did this to Victorians.

There is, in truth, no good reason why the whole damned lot of them should not be rammed before stiff in common law judges and tried on every criminal charge and on top of prison terms, have their properties seized and handed over to their many victims. No, seriously, readers, this is what should be done! It’s not a joke; they are rotten criminals who killed Victorians, no-one else did what they did.

Since sound mining companies do not have property rights in China, they cannot establish them in new prospective mines. Since farmers have no inalienable property rights, they cannot work with sound mining companies, and profit as a result while maintaining their farmland. The field is clear for the crime gangs, encouraged by soaring prices and the stupidity and brutality of politicians in China and in the West.

Near destitute farmers are now more than merely worse off. Brutalised and facing a very bleak future is the politest way to sum up their position. All due to the fascist, anti-inalienable property rights position of the regime. On the other hand, inalienable property rights would spell the end of that terrifying regime. Two other incidents reinforce the point;

1. In preparing for that fascist exercise in squander and nationalistic hubris, the Olympic Games, the regime simply closed down factories in Peking, fiat. Never mind the investors and employees. To sanitise Peking, to make Peking look Greenie friendly to the spivs in Europe and on the Olympics ‘committee’.

2. The recent jail term handed down to a former Communist party official for daring to consider how to end the one Party state.

It was as good as loading those unfortunates into a skip and throwing them on a garbage dump as so much rubbish. This drew praise from theOlympic Games spivs - what a ‘wonderful effort by the regime in cleaning up Peking, helping to make it a cleaner, greener, future’.

Orwell got in first, pigs spew vomit and expect the slaves to lap it up. And it was vile. Modest Chinese, whose priority is to do the best they can for themselves and their families, taxed to pay for a two weeks orgy, were rendered destitute so that parasites could feel happy and developmentally arrested juveniles could sweat and grunt in 2 weeks of exhibitionism, to win piffling baubles and, in the case of many - crossing their fingers, be made wealthy ‘career sportsmen and women’.

Well, well, surprise, surprise! What do we see but the Right and the Left have been doing exactly the same to Australians, and not in the last few years. They have been at it over decades and Mr. Spencer has drawn attention to this fact.

And there’s a sign of fascism, the cult of ‘National Sport’,

Local councillors and States’ and Federal governments seizing private property by the $billions and throwing it at ‘elite sports’. Rubbing salt into injury, they call it investment and have spawned a new army of parasites who expect sodding real taxpayers to keep them in the ‘lifestyles’ they expect as of right. You know, those sodding little elves sweating away in factories, mines, and farms to earn a living, only to see their earnings swiped off them by lying, juvenile bastards pretending to be adults. Stalin would also approve, he was a keen ‘patron’ of ‘elite sport’ in, of course, the ‘national interest’.

The message a genuine Liberal Party would give them is: “You want to star, or run a sport. Do it in your own bloody backyard, you big fat tosser.’

Peter Costello avowed fascist aims in a candid radio interview

During an interview on Melbourne radio station 3AW, Neil Mitchell asked Peter Costello:

“But, taxpayers’ money; it’s their property, right?”

Costello was about to firmly answer yes, then checked himself:

“In a way it is…”

That answer is the genuine Costello. The force of his answer is plain enough, what politicians and their enforcer the ATO do not take is, they assert, a grant made by them to sodding Australians.

The sheer amount of police state ‘laws’ that Costello alone is responsible for, through the ATO, is an indictment of the world’s greatest economist. I tracked some of them that filled volumes each, and yet they were but a tiny fraction of what Costello rammed down on Australians. My mistake, he didn’t push them through Parliament; this would credit him with what he is devoid of, energy and intelligence.

He rubber stamped them. He agreed ‘in principle’. There was nothing more to do except bang his head down into an inked stamp pad and affix his signature authorising the establishment of another goon squad, then stand up in Parliament and assert, to the unexpressed pleasure of the diseased Left, it is good ‘LAW’. No doubt every damned treacherous Leftist celebrated hard each new gift Costello, the boy wonder, handed them. I wonder who the moron was who passed him - forget University, out of prep school - because that criminal should be shot.

A reader attempted a cheap put down when some years ago one pointed out that taxpayers under the regulations are treated as criminals, guilty of what are novel crimes, and have to prove themselves innocent 365 days a year. All one will say to that clever dick is, try telling that to all those who know what the real force of the ‘tax code’ is and, as I remarked earlier this year, Rudd and Swann intensified them again to ensure many more Australians know where they really stand.

Yes, Peter Costello, as Treasurer, intensified and extended violent, naked coercion, backed by goon squad enforcers, as real, intimidatory threats to be wielded against Australians who refuse to comply with what is dictated to them. Peter Costello has the hide to consider himself a fine, up-standing Liberal and Australian, and so do the rest of the mendacious Right. I’m here to remind the Right, their guru is a true and fitting representative of them all in all their qualities.

Indeed, Costello, with his hunch back-attachment, Michael Kroger, is the Right personified. No wonder his brother, Tim, is Jesus Karl Marx Christ. They are exact mirrors to each other. Yes, Costello is the Right perfected and magnified. I’m here to remind Costello of what he really was as Treasurer, a fascist thug.

Through regulation, politicians and bureaucrats have succeeded in re-arranging their position. They are much too, too important to be mere public servants, with taxpayers as their masters. No, they are the masters of Australians and the latter are slaves, the proper order of things. It’s understandable that the Swiss are despised in Australia too.

Regulation is rooted in the myth of perfect competition, and it is at once also a direct attack on inalienable property rights, for this is exactly what is also involved in ‘anti-cartel laws’, which Costello proudly intensified. The Right are committed to the myth and in this, have done splendidly in discrediting the sound, therefore highly moral free market cause in the eyes of many voters. The truth of free market economics is an inconvenient fact that must be eradicated according to that lot, another thing they hold in common with the treacherous Left. It is why the Right’s single line of attack is to claim they are better ‘economic mangers’ and berate the left for incompetence.

Watching them and their think tanks, IPA, CIS and HR Nicholls Society, smear and slander genuine free market economists while they rammed down anti-free market policies under Liberal States’ and Federal Cabinets is a real insight into what perverted, vicious bastards the Right truly is. All this before considering, for example, what they did with the STO in Victoria during the Kennett years, and the IPA and CIS are really nervous about what I have reported to date on it. They are not looking forward to what I will further disclose, as numbers of their inmates have made plain on this site in comments. The IPA and the CIS were the Kennett-Stockdale Cabinet’s economic advisers.

But, the Right and the Left have promoted the cult of environmentalism, because, as the Spencer case demonstrates, they have latched on to it as an excuse to effect fascist plans overtly and rapidly.

The case of Mr. Spencer summed up

Mr. Spencer is fighting for his inalienable property rights, and for compensation for the economic carnage the Right and the Left, and bureaucrats, police state thugs more like, have caused him and his family. Mr. Spencer’s fight is now a general fight, as all landowners now realise that this is what is at stake, and that they are also entitled to just compensation for the damage that has been inflcited on them. It is to be noted, those who are in increasing large numbers joining Mr. Spencer, realise the crimes have not been committerd by ALP Cabinets only. They have correctly identified the Right as also culpable of these lawless actions.

The hard Left dissemble they reflect the values of those who stood at Eureka Stockade. Bullshit they do. It is guys such as Mr. Spencer who do. Indeed, how long before we do see outright, wide defiance of the tax regimes of local councils, States’ Governments and the Federal Goverment? Carbon taxation has crystallised a few hard truths for very many Australians, all those little voters the Right as well as the hard Left despise.

One important force of Common Law is to protect Australians’ property rights against Cabinets straying down the ‘regulatory’ path. It is no wonder that the Right and the Left, bureaucrats, and sundry ‘academics’ in law, run the spin in the media that regulation is the rule of common law. They have every motive to try to brainwash Australians into believing that lawlessness and thuggery committed by political parties in Parliament and by bureaucrats is decent and, importantly, lawful. Why, the Nazi Party and its squads, the Gestapo were scrupulous to a fault, were meticulous in ensuring all that they did was legal too. They were ‘morally superior’ to the Communist regime in this respect.

No one can question the veracity of both Right-wing and Leftist Cabinets in this respect- Federal, States’, Local Councils, in ensuring that all their actions are legal and why not. They only wrote the bloody rules - as did the Nazi regime. Indeed, much time in Senate ‘debate’ on bills is prudence manifested. They are all concerned to ensure the legality of all articles, clauses and sub-sections of any Bill they ram down.

Their concern is understandable, reflected in a curious pre-occupation. They are all concerned to discover how easily a measure might be challenged in common law and, consequently, whether they could be had up on criminal charges. It’s not a joke, readers. Their lines of ‘questions’ and ‘answers’ are dominated by these two telling questions. Moreover, amendments are introduced when it is found their backsides are fully exposed.

Oh, yes, Left, Right, Upside Down, and Inside out, it doesn’t matter what Party. They are all concerned to ensure they won’t have their heads rammed down a sewer for one reason: they bloody do well know that most of their ‘Acts’ are unlawful. They do know full well what they have perpetrated against Australians, and continue to perpetrate. It’s in Hansard, in black and white.

That they know their actions are not lawful is disclosed in such telling quotes as those included above by Campbell and Costello, and also, ALP heavies in attacking Senator Barnaby Joyce, who for once has got something right:

Barnaby Joyce attacked over land-use claim (18/12/2009, The Australian).

Franklin has got it wrong, in his opening remark -

The government yesterday savaged the opposition finance spokesman as unfit for office after he backed the case of a hunger striker demanding $100 billion in taxpayer compensation for farmers for lost land-clearing rights.

The elimination of freedom to maintain and work land, which is what ‘land clearance is’, nothing more, is rooted in what has been done, the aim of the Right and the Left to seize property rights for their own benefit, and make property owners pay for it. The slimey response of Rudd’s “Finance Minister” was diversion:

The government yesterday savaged the opposition finance spokesman as unfit for office after he backed the case of a hunger striker demanding $100 billion in taxpayer compensation for farmers for lost land-clearing rights.

Finance Minister Lindsay Tanner also demanded the opposition explain how scrapping land-use laws would affect Tony Abbott’s promise to address climate change through direct action on land use.

The Opposition Leader “must come out today and confirm if this is opposition policy or just another erratic thought bubble”, Mr Tanner said.

This, from a Minster of a Cabinet that has plundered thousands of billions of dollars to indulge in a grotesque spending spree. Tanner continued:

“Mr Abbott and Senator Joyce must explain the cost impact their new compensation policy will have on their direct action climate change policy and exactly how they are going to use taxpayer funds to pay for it.”

Those who are victims are entitled to compensation full stop.

Cut to the chase, Mr. Tanner, it is the force of what compensation rests on that disturbs the Left and many in the Right. To ram this home, before taxpayers are touched for one cent of compensation, all those responsible for these fascist, lawless schemes, and all  those who are beneficiaries must be ordered to pay part of the compensation out of their own assests first, then taxpayers making up the difference.

There is a problem, the sheer scale involved, and I don’t mean the numbers required to compensate only farmers. What about every Australian who suffers the same problem. It is the exposure, in law, of the deception and criminal action of parasites in Local Councils, States’ Governments, and the Federal Governments, and their predecessors that scares these lying bastards shitless.

What Mr. Barnaby Joyce needs to do, but stubbornly refuses to, is turn to sound free market economics and seek those who can advise him. This is where Joyce falls down. It is not simply property rights that have to be fought for. It is the fact that property rights is the pin of free markets and so freedom, and the anti-inalienable property rights ‘policies’ of both Parties are fascist that demands solid, robust preparation. It requires sound free market economics to fight this and where it counts, out in the open and on the only battle ground that counts, with the modest voter.

Here is Kevin Rudd’s Green Cult guru and also a Pultizer jurist and yes, as Costello, another spoilt brat whose degree is law:

Environment Minister Peter Garrett also weighed in, saying land-use controls had existed for many years and had been put in place by state governments. He said: “The question for Mr Abbott is: does he support Senator Joyce’s new policy initiative?”

Garrett’s reasoning is thus: If Cabinets get away with lawlessness for a number of years, then it is lawful.

But, the legalese eagle is making a fine point, the right sort of criminal lawlessness committed by Cabinets and enforced by police state goon squads, as defined by, well, them. Now, if the Right were in Office, it would be lawful; what would be wrong are mere adminstrative details. This is what the garbage by that retarded, developmentally arrested, wealthy, ignorant, dummy sucking brat amounts to. And, he’s right, for that is the “Right’s” notion of ‘principled opposition’.

But there it is, Tanner himself has confessed the fascist force of this effective coup de tat against Australians - Australians own property in name only. They must keep them as ordered by their masters in Local Councils, States’ Parliaments and Federal Parliament. They must also pay any extra levies these parasites demand for the privilege of being allowed to keep their land. In return, accept destitution and, the truth of the matter, accept what is all too bluntly evident- the now fast slide into absolutism. And, this is what Rudd’s grand plan to ram down carbon taxes, and ‘remake the Australian economy’ will complete if passed, and so would Abbott’s version. This is central planning with naked totalitarian force.  Stalin and Mao tried and look what happened. The response of the Right? Exactly.

Oh, but for two things:

- They paved the way for the horror times ahead. Now we end up with Tony Abbott who only called for central planning to be rammed down in his manifesto. The funny thing is, this is what the Rudd Cabinet is doing.

Oh, I see, Abbott’s objection is that it’s Rudd and not him who get’s the glory and praise for this wheeze. I understand, sympathise with the poor old boxing boof-head, he had to knife Turnbull, who also wanted to do the same thing to Australians and it’s Rudd who will win the great mad mullah prize. Oh, by the way, the one time hero of the Liberal Party, John Elliott, sees nothing really wrong in all this - his disagreement is, it should be Turnbull and not Abbott leading the Liberal Party and Australians down the Shining Path to death. He’s as brilliant as Michael Kroger.

- The slide is unmistakable. It is a slide from Statism, to fascism, to outright totalitarianism. The right are directly responsible for this as much as the Left. And, so too are the IPA and CIS, and the clowns in the HR Nicholls Society in which that anti-Liberal half-wit, Peter Costello, is the star ‘economist’. The really hilarious thing in what is otherwise a chilling fact is, the Right don’t have a clue that they are directly culpable. The hard, treacherous Left, however, know they are, which is why they laugh at the Right, and call them clowns and buffoons.

Make no mistake, readers, what is now at stake is not only prosperity for millions of modest Australians. Now freedom is at stake. It’s taken decades to reach this pass, and all Australians can thank the navel-gazing, ignorant, anti-intellectual Right and their selfish, arrogant ‘think tankers’ the CIS, IPA, HR Nicholls Society.

It is silly to pretend millions of modest Australians support hard Left policies and aims. They hate the hard left and their aims. The Right has betrayed them to the treacherous Left and this is the hard, unvarnished truth of the matter.

If there had been genuine Liberal talent in the Liberal Party, backed by solid, gutsy genuine free market economists, the Left would have been smashed decades ago. The Greens, a spastic ugly little mongrel of a puppy-dog, would have been killed at birth. The threat of absolutism would not have emerged. And, bonus! Millions of modest Australians would also be far wealtheir than they are, for there would have been no policies that have hampered and crippled and wiped out investment in Australia, from regulation to the larcenous ‘monetary policies’ of the RBA.

No, instead, the great achievement of the Right and their think tanks is their success in bringing about a fascist regime.

Mr. Spencer and the many who have joined him are fighting for their inalienable property rights, and for compensation for the economic carnage the Right and the Left, and bureaucrats, police state thugs more like, have caused him and his family. What they might not realise is, they are the meat in the sandwich.

The fact that their plight is due to fascist policies points this up. Fighting through the courts alone, Mr. Spencer has realised, won’t work. But, the fight is against a hard Left ideology and neither Mr. Spencer nor his allies are intellectually equipped for this fight. Unless this, in fact, ‘war’ is fought accurately and hard, the reason for Mr. Spencer’s plight won’t be rectified, and all Australians, not only farmers, remain in great danger.

Open Challenge to Senator Barnaby Joyce

Yes, Mr. Barnaby Joyce, you ignore (genuine free market) economic laws at great peril. The perils are being realised. So, Mr. Barnaby Joyce, why do you stubbornly persist in refusing to hear out alternative sources who can lay out vital truths - not for your pleasure and whim, but so that you can do the job you claim to be doing, serving Australians the only way an MP can, from sound principle, reinforced with spine?

Like it or not, Mr. Joyce, without sound advice, you can cause great damage to this cause unless you seek out sources equipped with what you are bereft in, and worse, you are also blind to why this is so crucial. You will fail not only Mr. Spencer. You will fail all Australians in a matter that is grave and of great impact, inalienable property rights. As it is, Mr. Joyce, your stance on the ACCC, and your refusal to work through why ‘anti-cartel laws’ are in fact highly destructive and ruinous for Australians also undercuts much ground you need to hold if you are to succeed in this fight, every other fight, and the war that must be won.

The ‘Dead Right’

The Right has not merely betrayed them, Spencer and all farmers, and all decent Australians. They have sold them all out to the hard Left. The Right has never fought the Left, but then to do this requires what the Right are devoid of, sound principles and the spine to act on them and standing by those principles when they were in office. No, instead, the Right imposed on the Liberal Party venal fifth rate hacks who see nothing wrong with Statist and fascist ‘policies’. Decades of the Dead Right has lead to Rudd.

The Right does not give a stuff about Australians and Australia. They only fight for themselves, for ego inflating media publicity, and for their bank accounts. Gentle readers, I advise you not to get between the likes of Ray Evans, Des Moore, and the inmates of the IPA and a media camera.

So, they threw up the likes of Michael Kroger, Peter Costello, David Kemp. The other reason is, the Right are anti-intellectual, and it shows in the tripe put out by their ‘think tanks’ the IPA, CIS and HR Nicholls Society. These cretins, Kroger, Costello, and David Kemp, are what the Right call talent.

Slobs, who see nothing wrong with policies that ruin firms and Australians, and nothing wrong with ‘circumventing’ inalienable property rights. Come to it, I’ve never once heard nor seen Costello fight against Greens’ policies that destroy production and immiserate many. To the contrary, as Treasurer he sacked Australians to set up more Green frauds such as the ethanol scam. But then, why shouldn’t he have enjoyed loose living when he regards property, including pay packets and firms’ earnings and capital, as the private property of politicians.

Peter Costello is opposed to genuine Liberal principles

No better evidence exists than his actions as Treasurer.

Peter Costello, Hero of the Liberal Party - what a bloody nasty lie that is, but then the Right believe smelly, modest Australians really do love them. Why, when a Toorak Doctor’s Greenie-hugging wife smiles the whole world smiles with her and, heck, the likes of Hugh Morgan, who puckered up for the camera that loved him, know they have the same impact.

Fascism

We can do no better than quote von Mises, Planned Chaos, who in that singular polemical tract smashed the hard Left.

“Fascism was not, as its advocates boasted, an original product of the Italian mind. It began with a split in the ranks of Marxian socialism… Its economic program was borrowed from German non-Marxian socialism and its aggressiveness was likewise copied from Germans, the Alldeutsche or Pan-German forerunners of the Nazis. Its conduct of government affairs was a replica of Lenin’s dictatorship. Corporativism, its much advertised ideological adornment, was of British origin. The only home-grown ingredient of Fascism was the theatrical style of its processions, shows and festivals.”

Corporativo is being advanced by the Rudd Cabinet, through extensive plans and it is not only Co2 taxes that they are preparing to ram down.

Zwangswirtschaft

(Nazi economic policy, 1930’s.)

“…seemingly and nominally, maintains private ownership of the means of production, entrepreneurship, and market exchange. So-called entrepreneurs do the buying and selling, pay the workers, contract debts and pay interest and amortization. But they are no longer entrepreneurs. In Nazi Germany they were called shop managers or Betriebsführer. The government tells these seeming entrepreneurs what and how to produce, at what prices and from whom to buy, at what prices and to whom to sell. The government decrees at what wages laborers should work, and to whom and under what terms the capitalists should entrust their funds. Market exchange is but a sham. As all prices, wages and interest rates are fixed by the authority, they are prices, wages and interest rates in appearance only; in fact they are merely quantitative terms in the authoritarian orders determining each citizen’s income, consumption and standard of living. The authority, not the consumers, directs production. The central board of production management is supreme; all citizens are nothing else but civil servants. This is socialism with the outward appearance of capitalism. Some labels of the capitalistic market economy are retained, but they signify here something entirely different from what they mean in the market economy….

“The Nazi plan was more comprehensive and… pernicious than that of the Marxians. It aimed at abolishing laissez-faire not only in the production of material goods, but no less in the production of men. The Führer was not only the general manager of all industries; he was also the general manager of the breeding-farm intent upon rearing superior men and eliminating inferior stock. A grandiose scheme of eugenics was to be put into effect according to “scientific” principles.”

“The slogan…[for their] their economic philosophy… Gemeinnutz geht vor Eigennutz (i.e., the commonweal ranks above private profit)… [is also] the idea underlying the American New Deal and the Soviet management of economic affairs. It implies that profit-seeking business harms the vital interests of the immense majority, and that it is the sacred duty of popular government to prevent the emergence of profits by public control of production and distribution.”

In Australia, the term used by the decrepit “Right” and the diseased Left is neither “the majority”, nor “the collective”. They chose an infantile substitute to say the same thing, “the community”, which stretches, expands, deflates, and shrinks according to what the wheeze is.

Community rhymes with the sound cows make,

“Commoooooooooooonity”

This gels nicely with the resurrection of the cult of nature and the slogan proudly shouted by cretinous MPs busy blowing up the Liberal Party, “We are all beasts”.

They want to give the coup de grace to liberalism and capitalism; they want to overcome immoral egoism by altruism; they plan to replace the anarchic democracy by order and organization, the society of classes by the total state, the market economy by socialism. Their war is not a war for territorial expansion, for loot and hegemony like the imperialistic wars of the past, but a holy crusade for a better world to live in. And they feel certain of their victory because they are convinced that they are borne by the wave of the future.

Just as “Hitler, Stalin, and Mussolini constantly proclaimed that they were chosen by destiny to bring salvation to this world”, against economic liberty, so did both the French and the Germans on the road to WWI. The same false morality is to be observed of the U.N. and boosters of that monstrous body, and the E.U. And also of the likes ofTurnbull, Greg Hunt, Abbott wrote it in his manifesto, and it litters the speech of Rudd and Wong.

I remind readers of the couple who were children in 1930’s in Britain. They were shocked into silence as they listened to Kevin Rudd. They said he sounds like Hitler, that listening to Rudd is like hearing Hitler’s national socialist slogans all over again. This, from a couple who hitherto had never compared anyone to Hitler. They were in tears. The more I listen to Rudd, I have to say, I can only conclude that they are dead right, for the couple drew attention to expressions that littered Hitler’s speeches in the 1930’s that also litter Rudd’s:

“We the nation will overcome…”

“We will build a new future…”

“Together, we the people will build the nation…”

“We need to make these sacrifices for the sake of our children…”

Rudd is also fond of stressing, “I am your Prime Minister… your leader…”

That elderly couple wept because Rudd refreshed memories that are best left well buried.

Let’s get this right:

A Prime Minister is merely the 1st minister among equals in Cabinet. Nothing more, and not a bloody Reichsfuhrer.

Well, we can all thank the Right for an Australian Reichsfuhrer, a little, over-promoted, ignorant, feeble little slob who might be Catholic in name, but not in confessional substance, for his position is also virulently anti-Christian and anti-Catholic in particular. Rudd seems tough only because he shows a very nasty character; he violently abuses those who are not in a position to deal back what he deserves. Fancy that, a gutless, schoolyard bully as Reichsfuhrer Prime Minister of Austral Department of the Greater World Soviet Union the U.N. Australia.

Thanks very much, the Right - wreckers of the Liberal Party, for your treacherous betrayal of principles, the genuine Liberal Party, and Australians to the hard, diseased left. What a fine achievement these parasites have recorded - a fascist regime. Mind, it’s a fitting tomb for Peter Costello’s reputation as an economic genius.

I implore any MP who has any principle left in them to forget them-self and for once in their parasitical life do the right thing by Australians. Yes, you too, Mr. Barnaby Joyce. There is not much time left. But, act! And, for once, drop the arrogance and turn to those who can advise you soundly, and I do include Mr. Gerard Jackson of Brookesnews and Dr. Frank Shostak as two gentlemen you need to hear.

‘Happy New Year’, rings hollow. I’d sooner eat soap coated in salt than utter what will show out a very nasty lie.

An insight into the Right

How the Right attacked a genuine Liberal in the N.S.W. Division of the Liberal Party. It was reported on by Prodos here, and, here. Lying Leftist journalists naturally co-operated by smearing Michael Darby.

Darby’s ‘crimes’ are:

1. He’s principled and is motivated by principles to engage as an activist in the Liberal Party.

2. He is concerned and determined free markets and their cornerstone and the cornerstone of freedom, property rights.

3. He doesn’t expect voters to vote Liberal. He makes the effort to convince voters of Liberal principles.

4. He has directed his actions to what the Right despises, the man in the street, he genuinely respects the man in the street and, to compound this crime, those of non-English backgrounds.

5. His principles are matched by spine, here and overseas - as his efforts on behalf of all the victims of that brutal regime of Mugabe (whose support for a “U.N. Security Council Seat” Prime Minister Rudd is trying to buy with millions of dollars taken from Australians via taxes and the Right have not fought this as they have not fought Rudd in funding the Terrorist hole aka the “Palestinian State”).

Darby stated an all to familiar habit of the Right, their suppression of alternative advice. What also stands out in the Right’s treachery against Darby and others is they are not about attacking the Left. They are not only afraid of some Leftists, they co-operate them.

Next, the Right work to maintain tight control over the Party, and try to eliminate any talent, because they view talent as a threat. The Right showed also something one passes frequent comment on, they are venal, this is their motivation.

A tactic of the Right is to contrive kangaroo trials in order to have members charged on some bogus breach of Party rules, in order to have them deselected, even thrown out of the Party (as in the case of Darby).

The second link above is an item that uncompromising evidence of the viciousness of the Right. It, unsurprisingly, documents the Right jobbing into seats and offices their fellow parasites, who have also ensured the Parliamentary Party is wrecked, the likes of Senator Helen Coonan

Having documented the thuggery of the Right, through Kroger and the boot lickers he flung into Party Offices, against the Richmond Branch and Prodos,  these two cases are not a-typical. The Right are liars. The Liberal Party has been hollowed out by the Right-wing clique, ‘dry’ and ‘wet’, to advance themselves only. It is why, in Canberra, there is also the Punch and Judy show- Turnbull and Costello, their argument being only about who gets to play chiefy weify.

Lastly, one has been remiss in commenting on the Darby Affair. I apologise to Mr. Darby. Genuine Liberals do need the support of genuine Liberals.

Here is an example of the media smearing Darby and it isn’t by a Leftist. It is by Right-wing guru, economic ignoramus, and toady to Leftists, Imre Salusinszky:

Libs suspend ex-president for TV comments

Salusinszky is so busy shining Leftists’ boots he must have permanent blackened tongue damage. This is before considering his efforts in destroying Liberal Party causes such as the fight for free labour markets:

Rightwing columnists stuff up labour market reform debate

Another Ice Age? The catastrophic consequences of Greens’ lunacy

Economic destruction, thanks to interferiong politicians deciding to commit economic sabotage to satisfy the Greens cult. Lunacy is not the word for it but public decency imposes some restriction on word selection.

Australian newspapers won’t carry articles such as this, in Pravda:

Earth on the Brink of an Ice Age

Australian newspapers are propaganda organs for Greens’ lunacies. The trouble is, Rightwing journalists such as Tim Blair and Andrew Bolt cheat readers. They don’t use their column space and their employer’s news blogs sites Tiny Tim and Bolt like to pretend are their blog sites to promote those who are quipped to fight Greens lies and lunacies. Let’s put it this way:

Last Tuesday, Bolt in his typical, modest way, told Melbournians on radio theonly two sites in Australia fighting the Greens are his and Tiny Tim’s. He did recommend to Melbournians Instapundit as a useful site. This is slightly bothersome too. Istapunidt is an American site and, darn, Bolt only made sure to convey the falsehood Instapundit is the only site in the US fighting Greens’ lies and stupidity. The difficulty is the army of American scientists who have been fighting over the internet for many years now.

I’m not attacking Instapundit. No, I’m attacking a deceitful ignoramus called a Bolt, and for no less a reason than this $3,000 a week bludger lied to Victorians in telling the “porky”. There are many sites around Australia that have been attacking the lies over decades and better still, produced by scientists. Expertise applied over decades but, Australian readers are none the wiser reading Bolt and Tiny Tim.

Science and economics, both are required to fight Green lunacies, which both of them are totally bereft of. In that radio session, a caller summed up the crucial importance of Solar activity for climate and, and this is really funny, he asked Bolt if he knew anything about it. Mr. Physicist replied it has something to do with solar sun spot activity. Nlow, let me understand this, Bolt asserts, regularly, that he and Tiny Tim’s sites are the only two sites in Australia fighting the Left, another lie - no two lies, the second is, if tickling the Left to death is fighting then, well, what Tiny Tim and Bolt do can be called fighting. However, to attack Greens also entails defending science against the primitive, magical beliefs contained in the lies. So, while lying to Australians, not informing them of sites of those equipped to do the work, and promoting them, Bolt pretends he can do the work and Bolt’s answer to the caller stamps everything he pretends to defend. Bolt, and Tiny Tim, are doing a great job white-anting the fight against the destructive force of Greens’ beliefs and policies aimed at enforcing them.

Darn, I’m wrong. It doesn’t typify how bad his non-defence of serious, grave matters. He has sold out Australians too. Bolt is promoting the destruction of food production through the carbon tax called production of ethanol ‘fuel’. I mean to say, this guy puts hypocites to shame. What of Tiny Tim? He’s too gutless to do what a journalist is supposed to do, a journalist who claims to be defending truth and freedom that is, and smash Bolt in the face for it. A man so brave he refuses to attack his pals in the CIS for propagting Greens lies and lobbying for carbon taxes.

Ethics schmethics, these two rail against lying Leftist journalists while they perpetrate fraud themselves. Jokes can be blacker than these two - Janet Albrechtsen is one but, hey, it’s only a quibble over shades of black. Instead of fearless journalism, these two run a mutual love in workshop using their employers’ newspaper sites to do it, and Bolt runs the Herald Sun site as also the cheer squad for the Right in Victoria that has completely wrecked the Victorian Liberal Party.

How, bye the bye,  Bolt, are your patrons, Michael Kroger and Peter Costello, these days? Oh, and bad luck about the seat of Higgins. Running roughshod over the Party’s members is a fun game, but it looks like Costello has decided he needs it for another couple of dcades; something to do with employers reckoning Costello is unemployable, certainly at the squillions the ignoramus believes is his rightful paypacket. Yes, Costello, you can bludgeon firms to death with regulation and taxes but, things are not so bad yet that they can be forced to commit sucicde outright by putting thugs pretending to be MPs onto the payroll. (MPs and politicians are entirely different people. The former observes meum and tuum and know they exercise authority only and must stand on principles. The latter are power hungry, venal, Statists; the Fuhrer principle runs strong in the Right, and not in the hard Left alone.)

Climate change is a regular phenomenon, irrespective of whether we are about to face an ice age or not. The man causes global warming/climate change through c02 emissions is a very ugly attack on and rejection of science, and replacing it with a banal notion of causality which also amounts to belief in magic. The layman can certainly mount some arguments destroying the Greens lies but, the bulwark is science, it requires attention to scientists who are thus intellectually armed. Bolt and Tiny Tim spit on science and scientists, as their puerile efforts demonstrates.

The IPA is no better.

On the 17th of March 2008, in the name of the IPA, Marohasy came out on ABC radio’s Counterpoint, hosted by former ALP heavy, Michael Duffy, and firmly slammed the grand lie. Right in enemy territory, she put the IPA’s firm nyet to the lie. I have two major objections, the sundries can be served up another day.

Marohasy has committed it before in the magazine Chris Berg, alia ESS, edits, the IPA Review. ‘Computer modelling” is rubbish full stop. This is crucial because computer runs are asserted to be evidence of “anthropogenic caused climate change”. Having explained why before, the reasons reduce to, computer ‘modelling’ is meaningless rubbish. Sadly, taxpayers are forced to shell out millions to fund that grotesque fraud.  Even this is not a trivial point combating Greens’ lies.

The second objection is the IPA, through Marohasy conveniently ignored all those in Australia, who entered the fray long ago, and brought to bear powerful scientific arguments. Those doughty freedom fighters were smeared by the Left, the media, and ignored totally by the ‘free market think tanks’. Right now, the CIS has every motive to join the left in smearing those good men. The IPA’s deception, however, is worse than this.

The Marohasy interview was referring to the New York Conference held in March in which sicentists mounted a sustained attack on the Greens lies. The IPA, Mahorasy, that it was the first time scientific evidnece against the lies had been delivered. What they were really asserting is no one except for the IPA until the March conference was exposing the lies. All those engaged in publicly attacking the lies, and over the internet for decades before the IPA even wondered whether it could sneer at Greenies don’t exist!

The IPA never drew upon scientists who could fight. As for the IPA’s efforts, both in content and in public pyrotechnics, the best that can be sa id of their efforts is risible and feeble. As with free markets, however, they were not about attacking the lies and defending truth in science and economics.

They had entered butt protection mode, because they were also pushing how to impose ‘kyoto compliance’ ‘the right way’. The Professor Sinclair Davidson - Chris Berg ‘paper’ on manufacturing asserted the lies and that which is pegged to them, carbon taxation. They, if challenged by donors, wished to be able to say, “See, see, we are fighting, read this!” It’s fraud they have committed, as opposed to stiff fight for truth. Why, Mr. Manners, are you funding this lot? They abandoned mining companies, as soon as they received donations, and they are abandoning the rest of Australia with it, to a horror stretch. You know they are incompetent, ignorant, stone dead idle bludgers who are destroying very grave causes, so why are you rewarding them for it? It’s downright suicidal to do that, Mr. Manners, and murderous against all Australians.

It’s not merely they are trying to have a bob each way. They published a paper by Alan Moran arguing carbon taxation is economically destructive. Moran could not bring himslef in that paper to set the reasons why, he argued from aggregates. Interestingly, he followed up with a second paper that direclty stated the reason, destruction of capital. Most revealing, he stopped short of complete explanation but he stated enough to show why, he knows Jackson has it completely right, and this is not something the Right can admit, they are too busy smearing Jackson.

What the above adds up to is what the Right is all about, themselves. If it means drawing attention away from them, they prefer to sacrifice truth, defame others who are formidable, suppress good sources, and happily abide the destruction of Australia. The truth is ugly, the IPA’s effort is far too little, far too feeble and very late. They, like Bolt and Tiny Tim, have lied to Australians, and to companies that donate to the IPA. The IPA abandoned them and Australians as they do on every cause they claim to fight for but hide behind locked steel doors of their expensive clubroom and hope no-one will notice what this lot and the CIS are really about. The only difference is, the CIS decided to go the full, honest hog, and promote the Greens lies and lobby politicians to impose Co2 taxes.

The irony is, in destroying capital, via carbon taxation, the Rudd Cabinet will cripple the capcity of entrepreneurs to produce things that would cater for the conditions of an ice-age, should it prove out. Australians can freeze to death, as soon as they have been economically wiped out by the Right and the Left, through Rudd. This is worse than Greens lunacy.

Water company tells Victorians to ’sod off’

They could say it, literally, because the bilge they spew out through the media and postal drops amounts to that.

Some time in 2008, John Brumby, in his beatific position as ‘Deah Leadah’ of Brackistan, helped himself to some more stolen loot and bought how many millions of egg timers (?). He mailed them to householders.

The purpose of this primitive invention is, when in shower you stop showering as soon as the sand in baby blue colouring has run. It’s a tiny egg timer as it is. A 30 second shower; joy.  It’s his idea of building up water reserves, instead of letting a genuine free market company build massive dams in the Otways and the Mitchell River, which are awash every year in water (the latter in massive flood in 2007 and 2008), he buys egg timers.

I’m only relating this stupid “initiative” because I never received it, or I instantly binned it for what it was, another bit of junk mail. An acquaintance, incensed, naturally stomped on it. Brumby’s magical machine smashed into itty bitties; fancy that. I would have probably tried the same experiment if I had bothered to notice the junk in the mail.

Deah Leadah, has come up with a ’new, new initiative’. Politicians love to pretend they are possessed of initiative and every “initiative” is “new”; what on earth are these parasites on? Any more from Brumby and, why, he’ll be up for the Order of Steve Bracks. For now, he is satisfied with the Uber Deah Leadah smiling down upon him, the apple of Bracks’ navel - Brackistan is, after all, the Sun Beam State.

Ah, yes, the ‘new, new iniative’.  Again, it was a friend who apprised me of it. This scam water saving plan scores a d double minus plus. It involves unemployable dunces who would have had brilliant careers as petty, finger-tapping bureaucrats in the 1930’s, in Germany, or Italy, or even under the Soviet regime. Mind, these types began to emerge in Britain during WWII, and in Australia.

War’s end, returned home in Scotland, my grandfather had to deal with the new class called goons. He wasn’t one for swearing, never, but for the very rare trying occasion (battle is testing, I once wondered if he swore like a trooper then). He, soon after demobbing and back in business, had to deal with an unemployable, jackbooted bureaucrat. He got it in one:

”Four years I’ve been away fighting the Germans because of bastards like you.”

Evelyn Waugh said the same thing, but his words were canonised. However, this is Brackistan, but Bracks and Brumby have made sodding “bastards” faster than weeds sprout.

The friend was treated to an invasion of their privacy via the telephone, and during the hectic weeks, those leading into Christmas Day (they are called advent, for the edification of, forget the heathen, the diseased Left, and the idiot “Right”).  An office of some sort has been set up, stuffed with peas for brains dribblers, whose “job” is to annoy the dickens out of Victorians, ringing them up and at any sodding hour of the day or night, and telling their victims:

“We are here to help you save water. We are here to discuss with you how you can save more water…”

The friend must be very polite to have let them get that far. She cut in, “Yes, I have something to discuss and need your help with: I want to increase my water consumption. You can sort this out for me.”

They are squawking buzzards, for she did hear multiple gasps over the phone. The slimes went into shock. Understandable, I mean to say, she had a nerve defying Deah Leadah and his goons. Insults rubbed into injuries have been piled onto hapless Victorians. This is where the water companies are also obnoxious.

The job of entrepreneurs, in free markets, is to serve customers by driving capital in production of what they demand, serving customers. This is not what Victorians were dealt when the larcenous “Right” ’privatised’ the old State Government monopolies in energy, and water. ‘Privatisation’ was not putting production on real free market foundations. It was aimed at retaining the best feature of the old monopolies (monopolies exist only when governments impose them), slush funds for all consuming politicians and this boon Kennett explained as the rationale of privatisation - slush fund and cutting cost to Cabinet’s budget, and screw the consumer. Oh, it is a boon for politicians, because the general ire they would otherwise face over chiselling Victorians is eliminated; the ‘privatised firms’ can take the blame.

So, Victorians are treated to daily propaganda, and Yarra Valley Water is a number one offender. In one mail-out, they offered this tremendous water production solution:

“only available to Customers…”, who can take the sheet into Bunnings and “GET 2 FREE WATER EFFICIENT SHOWERHEADS FROM YARRA VALLEY WATER.”

To top off this stylishly worded, terrific offer, they added the new taps come in chrome, in one cheap brand only. Best off all, customers get to pay for the tradesmen and carry the can for the defects of the plumbing supplied.

Out of munificence unbound, any ‘customer’ silly enough to take them up on it can enter a lucky dip draw for a $4,700 kitchen, bathroom, toilet and shower “make-over”. Wow. Ah,  oh, by the way, there is no change out of $20,000 to renovate a good bathroom alone. This offer has been run for about a month now, but,  it fearing a bit of churlishness on the part of customers, it ends on the 29th of January.

Soon after that bit of hot junk news was sent out, a letter of congratulations was mass mailed. This courteous letter also serves two greenie aims. The bold header declares:

“Congratulations on your new water efficient shower head!”

Presumptuous retards. Ooh, one points out to the pseudo-executives of Yarra Valley Water, one wouldn’t exchange fine plumbing for rubbish and certainly not from Bunnings (1).

The effusivley congratulatory letter to “dear inconvenient fact called a customer” included an intrusive “survey”. It’s none of their bloody business how many hours anyone spends under the shower, nor how many times (as many, bye the bye, a chap ruddy well feels like).  Nor, how many showers are in the house. Darn, only one! What the heck, if it can be arranged bung in 30, can’t have to many showers, and spa baths, I say.

Nor, water heating service and again it is n.o.t.b.b. What householders need to do is whack in a dam sized, electricity guzzler of a heater.  As a man, hot water and energy guzzling is as taking red meat; “I have teeth and I can eat, I’ll have a side of beef, and thank the Lord for it”.

There is a question about motivation. The answer to it is: one had to fight a strong reaction, to rip up the load of garbage and complain strongly to the mongrels in Yarra Valley Water. To complete the insults, Yarra Valley Water advises its pogroms programs also cut greenhouse emissions. YVW = “tools incorporated”.

They can’t help themselves. This lot waste no chance to tell serfs Victorians to beg like dogs for  master’s scraps. The head of Yarra Valley Water, Tony Kelly, on radio this morning, told Victorians that there will be no real scaling up of water production. He asserted the desalination plant will ameliorate some of the cut in long term production but Victorians will have to live with less and, naturally, the consequence of sky rocketing water prices. This way, all will be just ‘hunky dory’.

To point a home truth out to Tony Kelly, you are supposed to be serving Victorians as an entrepreneur solving how to produce at lowering prices. This excludes running Yarra Valley Water as a very expensive propaganda machine for the Victorian Administration. It also excludes running the Greens lie of man causes global warming, which brings us to a lie Yarra Water is running to excuse its contempt for customers, and gutlessness in not fighting the Bracks and Brumby administration over their destruction of water production. What is to be made of these cheeses ably assisting the criminal thugs in Spring Street?

They are also blaming ‘man caused climate change’ for the cut in supply. It is a lie, on two counts, the second lie being, no new, massive dams have been built. Without new, massive damns, the existing dams will not replenish because of continuing demand. What will happen to Victoria?

Forget gardens, and showers, manufacturing has been dealt a sustained battering by State and Federal governments, and the RBA. Carbon taxation will finish it off. Yet, without these plagues, little water means extermination of production in Victoria. It is not only agriculture and horticulture that is hit. It is manufacturing that is brought to a halt without water. Take this, with the impact of the deliberately dictated cut in water production and the Greens lies and a few hard questions shouldn’t be asked of the officers of Yarra Water; they should be given an answer, as in:

‘You are fired”.

That lot should be fired and replaced with executives who are entrepreneurs, and have the guts to fight a government that is criminal in its actions. It is criminal. The heads of Bracks and Brumby, having made themselves the architects of this great, and grave, damage to Victorians, a fine pair of lying, statist bums, should roll first, and punitively. And all that Yarra Water can do is also abuse and lie to Victorians, while pumping out infantile mush, and abuse customers by providing a free propaganda service to liars, and co-operate with those bastards.

(1)Bunnings proudly boasts of eliminating plastic bags, and thanked customers “for their co-operation”. Some co-operation,, when it was dictated to customers (another insult showing contempt for customers). To observe:

- The Greens effort to have plastic bags is, typical of them, based on a pack of lies.

- Plastic bags are highly efficient to produce, which is why supermarkets take them by pallets loads and issue them free to customers. Not given to the primitive, cult of  ‘the environment’, yet it is a fact that thus they are far more ‘enviro-friendly’ than the Greenie bags,  - resources are used efficiently.

- The so-called ‘environmentally friendly’ bags are so highly inefficient that customers have to pay dollars for them. To cover up how appalling inefficient these bags are to produce,  forced labour  is used - in prisons in China, which also means:

Political prisoners are used. This points to a savage fact: to do this required agreement with the Chinese Government, a fact that the diseased Left dominated media refuses to report on. Look at all the pseudo-philanthropic outfits behind the anti-friendly, forced labour made Greenie bags - Planet Ark, ACF, to name a couple of associations of lying bastards. It is thus committed in the name of Australians, even though the modest Australian is unaware of this disgusting, ill-concealed fraud.

- The assault on plastic bags means assault on genuine free market production. It means good firms are hit and damaged and brought to their knees, because of a rotten cult. This, consequently, entails an assault on all those employed in these firms; human sacrifices to satiate the Greens God of Death.

Bunnings believes all this is something to be proud of?! Since the executives of Bunnings are also gutless thick-heads, let’s spell it out for them: it is a matter for shame, deep shame on their part. A disgrace, a bloody disgrace, that is what their action on this is. No better than those sods in Yarra V. Water. What a sight, this lot walking arm in arm, deliberately deceiving their customers, treating them with not at all concealed contempt.

Regulation strangling companies. Another betrayal by the “Right”.

Regulation is not, contrary to dual Pulitzer Prize winner, Peter Costello, the rule of (common) law. It is accurate to call it lawless politicians in action.

It is also a tax. It also cripples the capacity of entrepreneurs to serve customers, produce things they demand, and employ factors of production. It has strangled to death firms in Australia, and continues to do so. This is all before considering the damage caused by Keynesian policies. Mind, all this might be a dim and happier memory than what Co2 taxation will cause, outright economic destruction.

In the 1980’s, ICI and Hoechst told Hawke and Keating “laissez faire”, get off our backs, and warned them what would happen if they didn’t. They didn’t. The companies shut down their multi-billion dollar investments in Victoria and New South Wales, and converted their head offices into tiny sales desks for their overseas factories.

In the 1990’s, OH&S was the regulatory lead weight that broke the back of food giant Heinz. It closed its Dandenong factory and invested in, above all places, New Zealand. On the employee, occupational side, the Union turned OH&S dictated hourly breaks into, effectively, hours long “sit-downs”  and this was damaging the company. Heinz managed to fix that bit of thuggery, to some extent, leaving only the food production side of OH&S compliance.

Compliance added per unit costs greater than the products can be sold at. Even 1% translates into tremendous numbers. Faced with 15% to 30% per unit costs above prices, the only reason Heinz would have remained in Australia was to not only destroy its capital in Australia, but for the parent company to bleed copious amounts of blood.

OH&S has been the final straw for many small firms; they have shut down. Others planned up to two years ago to shut-down in the course of this year and next year. With them go jobs and much else besides. The examples of Hoechst and ICI should put readers onto the obvious.

Firms supplying them, and many others shutting down, with raw materials - bottling, canning, packaging, logistics, and a whole nest of services, all hurt too. This is all before mentioning producers of capital goods, who are hit hard. Keep in view, these are companies that are not sheltered, protected, and subsidised, unlike automotive firms in Australia.  What an irony: politicians cry crocodile tears over lemons but over decades wiped out untold billions in real free market investment in Australia, and continue their merry destruction of investment.

Other firms are cutting production. In the case of a small-goods firms, making smoked goods in the European tradition, their customers are denied pleasure because, thanks to OH&S, the only thing to do, in order to remain in business, was to eliminate lines, a large number of lines. Not only lines either.  They have savaged production on what they persist with.  A much publicised case, a couple of years ago, another firm that produced smoked goods the traditional way  simply shut down.

The crunch

As companies close down, two things occur. Products are eliminated, as well as the firms producing them. The other route is: companies produce in more hospitable countries and ship products into Australia.

To gauge how bad things can be, consider all the products available on supermarket shelves alone that can be produced elsewhere. This is, bye the bye, germane to the nonsense of, to use Terry McCrann’s expression, the ‘Dual Economy”. There is a further appalling consequence to all this:

From contraction in production, to outright closure and transfers to other countries means Australians become poorer. For instance, only capital accumulation raises real pay, but how is this supposed to occur when it is being wiped out?  What about super funds. In some way, even if only through compulsory savings (superannuation), most modest Australians are avid capital accumulators, or were. For proprietorships, the business is also the owners’ retirement nest egg. Regulation smashes eggs.

“The Dual Economy”

McCrann distinguishes between financial markets, and the “real economy” - production. This is rubbish. They are inseparable, one and the same. The former exist to raise capital funds for investment, and trading in capital. Put it another way, capital doesn’t occur ex nihilo. What else is to be expected of an ‘economics commentator’ who did not predict the recession, denied there was a recession, maintained everything was just fine, fine, fine, until mid-September when he could no longer deny the by then transparent? A man who can’t finger the cause, central banks and their Keynesian snake-oil, and further, as his ‘dual economy’ nonsense shows, can’t finger why it is so damaging for production.

Another bit of dualism rubbish to be heard from the slothful “Right” is: manufacturing is in contraction and divestment because there is no comparative advantage in producing in Australia. Markets decide things of higher values. This is a facile notion of comparative advantage, shown by their omission of the raw truth, regulation can wipe out comparative advantage. The dualism  enters here:

I’ve heard and read too many who say, the advantages in Australia are in financial services. That, we are entering a post-manufacturing, financial services era. This is, no doubt, good news for millions of school leavers; they will be all little Malcolm Turnbulls, wealthy, insider traders; the instant they manage to find the exit from jumbo sized child minding centres. However, if it were true, then why are goods imported?

If we are in a post-manufacturing age, then surely there would be no need for it overseas either. Fancy that, we would not be importing goods.

The “Right’s” betrayal

Regulation is strangling firms in Australia, and it hits with force because some entrepreneurs closing down are acquaintances. They have related in gory detail what regulation has done to their firms. The pain is no imagined hurt. Regulation is, metaphorically, akin to being forced by politicians to take an axe and amputate a wrist, then a foot, a leg and finally, throwing oneself under an OH&S band-saw to lop the head off. What has the Right done about it, over decades, but themselves increased regulation and intensified old regulations and bestowed ever greater police state powers on goon squads. Peter Costello was an avid regulator, which is why the fanatical, company busting ACCC exists in greater ugliness.

A decade under Kennett in Victoria, 12 years under Howard, and all the Right did was to fathom novel tortures. Prior to those administrations, the Right did not lift a finger against regulation. Their record in Opposition, in Federal and States’ Parliament was as abysmal as it is today. Then, they are not principled, brainy Liberals. This is the “Right”: inbred, venal, craven, ignoramuses whose grasp of economics, of capital theory, of economic laws, and of the realities they explain is non-existent. Typifying this lot, distilling their gutlessness, backstabbing habits, and treacherous contempt for Australians, are the IPA and CIS.

These self styled defenders of free markets are noteable for one thing only; what they have done to help destroy them. In this mighty effort they have left no stone unturned, and they have thrown many regulatory stones at companies. Publishing position papers on how to regulate the ‘right’ way is simultaneously a depressing sight, and damning of that lot. The IPA’s kid in chief, Chris Berg, wrote a dreadful tome on regulatory models and how to choose the right one, and this sums up the clunker tanks’ notion of fighting regulation.

The real bastardry, however, is the sink tanks take donors’ money, i.e., companies, on the bond they will fight regulation. Nothing is ever heard from that lot again, once they have cashed the cheques. They have not flunked their paid duty, over many decades now, out of cowardice – though it stamps their efforts too. No:

  1. It requires mastery in economics, and the “know how” to fight to do such work. They have neither.
  1. They do have a conflict of interest. They also take consultancy fees from cabinets of the Coalition and the ALP. They are not about to engage anything to upset this taxpayer kept gravy train. Why, no less than the CIS’ number one ignoramus in Hayek and the Austrians is on a good wheeze advising the Rudd Cabinet. Nick Gruen must have other merits besides being an ignoramus, which might be discerned if the inescapable is considered: he must be stating what pleases the Rudd fascist Cabinet, because he wouldn’t be in that cushy position, to the pain of taxpayers, otherwise.

Hard, economic truths offend the Rudd fascist Cabinet. The rotten, scary thing is, they offend the “Right” too.

While we are at it, what are mining companies up to? Well, Mr. Ron Manners masterminded a monument to the dead, a mining museum. Mining companies are busily ordering their headstones, digging graves, writing order of burial services, as the W.A. Govt. kills them with regulation. The clunker tanks were supposed to fight this. The IPA was taken on to do this and what service did those firms recieve? Nothing; not a peep.

The only exciting thing this lot are capable of is the Kemp family watching their slush fund (IPA) grow, while Gregg Lindsay’s superannuation fund (CIS) is defying financial markets in performance.

There is more to draw out and expand on, on the matter of regulation, but for this item, the above will do for now.
