Not really, it’s only the fungus “Right” doing this.

The “Luxury car” tax bill and amendments have been passed. Tucked away in the details was a carbon tax. This carbon tax was supported by the Liberal Party. What drew my attention to this appalling act of treachery was a member of the Australian Nazi Party the Greens, Christine Milne. This vicious piece of work pointed it out yesterday, in the Senate. Next, Family First have linked up with the Greens and the ALP.

“Senator MILNE (Tasmania) (5.29 pm) ‘But now that I know that the coalition supports the standard of 120 grams of CO2 per kilometre…I am really pleased… , I agree with Senator Abetz that we should be getting down to 120 grams per kilometre as soon as
possible…”

Abetz lead the Liberal Party’s position on the ‘luxury’ car tax. Consider it, the luxury tax is one more stinking burden heaped onto the backs of Australians and yet it is severable from the Co2 tax. So, while the Liberals howled about the impact of the luxury tax (in this they were ineffectual as it was) they happily supported a tax that is capital destroying.

Milne used Europe as an excuse for the tax. This is the lemming fallacy; the Europeans are being forced to jump over a cliff by their lawless, socialist governments, so we must do it too. What is Abetz’s excuse? Oh I know, Liberal Party seats are occupied by arrogant, ignorant, lazy bastards and hire the same types as their advisers. It was Packer who said of Malcolm Turnbull,

“I wouldn’t want to get between Turnbull and a dollar’.

It needs an update, “I wouldn’t want to get between the whole bloody lot of these parasites and destruction of Australia.”

It was Kroger’s strategy to let the ALP ruin Australians and wait for voters to run crying to the Liberal Party. Then, he and the blobs will repair the damage (these morons can’t even tie their own shoelaces). The strategy is a consistent failure and, conseqently, it’s been updated.

The Liberal Party will do their level best to help diseased leftists destroy Australians. This way, they can sit in the rubble that once was Parliament, jabbering about grand plans and “build’n’ dah nation” through marvellous ‘laws’ to, oh, what, feel holy? To feel they are doing great things, as they are now?

What the Libs did in Parliament was hand another great victory to these totalitarian followers of a death cult. The slobssnoring their heads off in Liberal seats, and their advisers having a good lie down in the office, felt pleased with themselves. This is not all:

The numbers of the Hot Red Nazi Greens Party has received additions in the Senate. With, for example, this cult’s mantra brainwashed into children in schools, the reality is, they are emerging as a major Party, while the Liberal Party is being shredded. In the Senate, it facess extermination; the electoral numbers show this is the threat.

Milne and her fellow totalitarian thugs smugly stand up in Parliament and lay out their demands. This is the original victory. Without great numbers, yet three watermelon red former Ministers in the Howard Cabinet caved into the bums and their demands.

Smugly… because the completely stupid thumbsuckers clinging like Tarzan Grip to Liberal seats, who should be defending freedom, don’t have a clue as to what they are facing and must be fighting and, besides, they love sucking their thumbs all day and blowing bubbles. That’s all they do all day in Parliament – ah, an error.

Yesterday, the Liberal Senators decided to vary their routine. Cameron stood up and came out swinging and he hurt them and it showed, because they were shrieking, literally shrieking. Cameron is an ignorant union thug but one finds no fault in what he did: pulped a pack of ignorant, unprincipled cowards who stab modest Liberal Party members and Australians in general in the back, daily. This done, they then do their little trade and barters with the hard Left, and enjoy a group hug and kiss-in with the diseased Left. Well, they do have a good dose of the clap as in, they were all clapped out before each entered Parliament.

So, here we have it: Rudd about to ram down Soviet style central planning with a touch of Nazi and Mussolini fascism, as a sentimental gesture to the good old days, and the Libs stood up in Parliament and voted a: “We’re with you Rudd. We are bipartisan, shoulder to shoulder with you. Hey, if it’s good enough for those bottom dwellers the Family First Party, it’s good enough for us.”

In Europe, car companies are in deep trouble over the very same type of carbon tax that the socialist thugs grinding Europe into the mud imposed. This is what the bastards occupying precious Liberal Party seats did to Australians.

Ah, a slight correction: This is what donors have paid $20m plus to the CIS for, carbon destruction day.

Together the CIS and IPA have stashed away $30-40millions. Donors should have flushed the funds down toilets, literally. Toilets don’t cause real damage. Toilets are genuine humanitarians because they serve man, usefully and effectively and they don’t backstab good guys.

That was last week when ALP backbencher, a Mr. Murphy, stood up in Parliament and fulminated. His wife had not received a large enough serve of taxpayer subsidised, $7 a head, chef cooked lunch that. The chef did not know his place.

Murphy railed, the chef should have served his wife triple helpings served on a jumbo size plate aka a horse bucket. This was a terrible deprivation. The ALP were severely damaged, and thus it’s been all downhill since for the Liberal Party.

Yesterday was a shocking day for Liberal Party members and Australians in general. There was a consolation, it was watching these bone idle cowards bleed to death, after solid beatings all day long. The drawback of Parliamentary broadcasts from one House only is, it means missing the mince grinders at work in the other House. First, the least offensive of what transpired.

It was reported this morning on the radio. She committed this offence in a speech on economics. It was also reported that the Hansard record was altered to eliminate the damning evidence. It is with understandable glee that the ALP announced an inquiry to both the plagiarism and the falsification of the record.

Hansard is altered during the night to correct the record, rendering it as true as possible. This is one thing, but to erase evidence? Erasing evidence does not, to muse, erase the fact of the offence committed.

We have fresh perspective on Julie Bishop. She can no longer be called a dunderhead, which is a pity for it has a pleasing ring to it. It also means that she, as Turnbull’s Deputy and Shadow Treasurer, shows the Liberal Party is in far grimmer shape than hitherto assumed. This is a Party not merely dominated by ineffectual dumbkopfs. This is a Party heading only one way, imminent extinction.

Bishop lead the attack, if throwing buttered bread rolls at Rudd and Swann can be conceivably called a savaging. She commenced her masterful tirade by declaring economic success is pinned to leadahs and their ability to show leaders. This sort of tripe occupies most of the speech. Towards the end she arrives at her indictment of Rudd and Swann. Unlike the US Gand the UK Government, the Rudd Cabinet was slow to ban short selling. She really ground them into the dust with this one, which is why Bowen (not Rudd or Swann), nose bleeding - he was reduced to dangerous laughing, stood up for the Cabinet and casually kicked her head in.

“In contrast to the measured approach of the SEC in the United States and the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom, the Rudd government dithered. There was something badly botched. It was the decision in the US, Britain and now the Rudd Cabinet to ban short selling. Short and long selling have some very important functions. One is that they stop wild fluctuations in the markets, which is what the bans are supposed to do but they won’t. The bans will deliver wild fluctations because of the elimination of this very important signal. This is bound up with the second major reason:

Short and long selling show expectations of the future. The question that must be analysed is what is therefore informing these expectations shown in short selling? To illuminate:

Supply of capital funds to energy companies have been cut. The market has written down these firms by over $40billion already. Investors see no future in energy companies and the reason for this is bleeding obvious: Rudd’s capital destroying Co2 taxation plans, bolstered by the Centre for Independent Studies.

What is driving the short selling has to be carefully stepped through, and requires solidly grounded economic reasoning. So how could not merely Bishop, but the Turnbull Shadow Cabinet leap to a shallow conclusion and whine that the Rudd Cabinet has been slow to impose a very damaging ban, which places more creeping control into the Rudd fascist Cabinet? Nothing, that is what is going on, nothing at all.

Nothing inside their craniums. Nothing inside their advisers, and nothing inside the clunker tanks. If this is the speech into which the WSJ article was inserted, it is understandable.

The blobs who dominate the Parliamentary Party, devoid of a clue, had to appear brainy. Committing the Liberal Party to another destructive measure requires an excuse no matter how feeble. Darn, this is a mistake, because it assumes they can recognise it as such. Further, they do have to attempt, and it was a rather bad attempt, pretend that they and their advisers have a bloody clue other than their egos.

Their egos… this they understand. They smile and sodding Australians, being beaten up by each tier of Government, smiles with them. At last! ‘Alternative energy’, the sunbeam economy has arrived. Bishop told us why: She is a leadah, she smiles and, presto, Australia lights up.

Sundry notes

The Cabinet is also pushing a Bill for new permanent controls over short term selling.

It was ASIC that placed the current ban on short selling. ASIC is independent of the Government. This is further illumination of how facile Bishop’s effort was. Which Cabinet in the past was responsible for the legislation giving ASIC this ‘power’ over the market?

Lastly, the final section of the speech is where she inserted the plagiarised text. The style reveals all, which can be summed up: it’s compactness is a sharp contrast to the slops she dished up before the inserted text, and typifies all that she says in the name of the Shadow Cabinet and Liberal Party.

Update: it’s in, confirmed. She plagiarised an item by Paulson of the US Treasury and inserted it exactly where I identified it’s incorporation.

This is what $20 millions plus in donations has bought.

Continuing an interesting exchange, Mr. Steve Edwards remarked:

This is a candid admission of failure. $20 million plus later between the CIS and the Institute of Public Affairs for failure. A success achieved over nearly 12 years under the Howard Cabinet, and a decade of Kennett. The wash up is failure, marked by the blind, deaf and dumb dunderheads occupying Federal and State Parliaments who resemble nothing so much as a Brahmin version of Helen Kroger’s salon for collectivist Brahmin and this isn’t that far from the truth:

The wealthy Wootton family funds hard Left fronts. Here’s another blithering, handwring fool, RICH: Victorian Socialist Left plot to milk millionaire’s moolah. The heir to a fortune can’t dirty his hands in engaging in the hard muck of production, so instead he idles away playing at politics, having thrown his lot and money in with diseased Leftists.

The CIS scoreboard
- Defence of free markets, an unmitigated disaster. Failure.

-Demanding Co2 taxation, and lobbying on behalf of interests, for Co2 taxation. Failure.

-Confronting the ACTU and the hard Left. Failure

-Promotion of talent. Failure.

-Engaging the public. Failure.

-Failure to engage in activism to reach out to the voting public. Failure.

All these failures have two things in common: Intellectual failure and moral failure.

Intellectual failure

Having raised the relationship between economics and law in previous articles, the former is the ground of the second, let’s sum it up:

Economic laws is the rule of law. This is what common law reflects, upholds, and asserts against larcenous Cabinets and bureaucrats.

Perfect competition is not the rule of law, it is the assault and overthrow of the rule of law in favour of lawless statists. This is why reading fine exponents of the Austrian school, Jackson, and Shostak, one also reads men who are seriously concerned about principles. This is why, Mr. Edwards, one bangs on about the unprincipled “Right”, they are devoid of principles, the rule of law.

This is why States and Federal Parliamentary wings of the Liberal Party are wastlands filled with the walking dead, zombies, and they are Statist zombies. This is why the scrofulous Right flung Bracks, Brumby and Rudd into office. This is why, as incredible as it appears, Rudd and his Cabinet of Soviet style planning cretins are kicking their heads in daily.

Moral Failure:

This follows intellectual failure. No principles, no fight, or certainly not the right fights. It is also reflected in their statism, what they did with the STO and OPA. Indeed, what Bracks and Brumby have deepened is not Victoria, but Vic Inc. and it was the Kennett Cabinet and their advisers who set this up and made Brackistan possible.

It is why Rudd and his fellow fascist thugs are in office. It is why Australians thanks to Bracks, Brumby and Rudd, are forced to own forced labour in Chinese prisons, as I related yesterday. It is why thugs in NSW freely go about threatening firms and staff, as in Iguanagate. It is why the Liberal Party pursues none of the scandals and culprits responsible for them.

It is why the CIS is lobbying for Co2 taxation.

Cowardice

From the above two failures, the third failure follows, Cowardice.

Not once do they go for the Left’s jugular. They know, Steve, because they are intellectual failures, the diseased Left would simply break their fingers, legs and backs in any public confrontation. Yet it is worse than this.

It is despicable to see these “Rightwing” bruisers run crawling to Leftists, and apologising to them whenever they offend the sensitivities of the Left. The same is to be observed in Parliaments: Liberal MsP, or rather MsP pretending to be Liberals are as likely to hurt opponents as pet mice.

Politics is a fight over principles. Voters must be convinced. Fighting means there are some who must be hurt and yet no diseased Nazi Greeny, or hard Leftist in the ALP has ever been throttled by Liberal MsP, CIS, IPA and HR Nicholls Society.

The treachery of the nepotistic Left:

They don’t hit the hard Left in public. They run away at the mere sniff of trouble. Instead, they slime and backstab genuine Liberals. They, Mr. Edwards, are a pack of vicious old housewives.

The hard Left are cultists, they believe in their cause and work to realise it. The Right, not giving a stuff for principles, are only out for themselves, position, money and feeling oh so important. This is why in Victoria a talentless mediocrity in one Michael Kroger was able to seize control of the Liberal Party, and he doesn’t even hold an office in the Party. This is why he bestowed on the long suffering members Julian “Iron Man Jules” Sheezel, who is so thick he has to be instructed in how to use email; a bungler whom Kroger decreed members be compelled to pay $4,000 a week. That’s a large sum to pay for the constant daily stream of cock-ups that flowed out of his office.

Then, there’s “Potty Mouth” Barry Russell “the toy dog” Hanan. But the greatest disaster is the sheer number of ignorant boobies Kroger and Costello have imposed as MsP. They are in blue and safe seats. The only seats that can be defended in the forthcoming elections because, thanks to Kroger and his Brahmin backers, and their contempt for members and principles, they have blown the membership away. Oh, and this means many of those seats will be turned marginal or lost because they are heading south. Blue ribbon seats such as Corangamite and Portland have been reduced to marginal, held by 1 or 2 percent. Oh, and ALP seized Corangamite in 2007.

Corangamite was a blue ribbon seat, and was a Liberal Party dynamo of Western Victoria until Kroger and his stick puppets destroyed it. City blue ribbon seats will follow and an indication of this is the once blue ribbon seat Alexander Downer held in Adelaide. It’s now a marginal, held by a measly few percentage points.

While Western Australians loathe the WA ALP for what they are, Leftist destroyers, in the recent State election they did not run to mummy, the Liberal Party. The Libs, devoid of principles and possessed of contempt for the man in the street, do not believe the effort is required, voters will do as they are told or out of fear. Voters didn’t run to mummy. The Libs agreed to an extortionate deal with the Gnat Nats who jobbed them into office.

No debate

There is no debate in the Liberal Party, it’s forum and think tanks, for all the above reasons. This also means there is no feedback mechanism to check for mistakes and to hammer matters which are not the private province of a self anointed elite. It is about principles that are the reason why Liberals join the Party, and ultimately have force for Australians. Principles have to be constantly hammered out and debated.

Those destroying the party exist in a loop, bound to undergraduate texbooks buried in the anti-free market falsehood of perfect competition.

The closed loop, lusting for power, seats, and two think tanks with $20m plus in their vaults, make sure it is set like a slab of concrete on top of Liberals. This entrenches why the Party is being destroyed and great causes undermined and blown up. New talent is not encouraged, it is squashed. This is why the Party and forums are filled with the same aging bodies, new talent ups and leaves when it dawns upon them that they are meant to be good serfs only.

Kroger manifests another aspect to this. The mediocrity fears talent. With his tight grip over the Party, it is mediocrities who have been promoted within the Party. No-one with brains, learning, spine and guts has been allowed anywhere near any post. This is a small and cowardly man. Brave, generous men do not fear talent, they seek it out because it brings success. Kroger typifies the nepotistic “Right”; moral, cowardly pgymies.

It is why the CIS and the IPA have not applied the $20m plus funding fronts run by talent, and drawing in talent to assist them. Talent is a threat to Greg Lindsay and his band of witless blunderers. It is why the lot of them, Kroger, IPA CIS and HR Nicholls Society sooner destroy good causes, it’s themselves first and sod Liberals and Australians.

Principles have to be constantly hammered out and debated.

Before even contemplating offering for candidacy, even bright man has to be armed. This is why MsP are beaten up daily, they are not armed, never were armed and refuse to arm themselves. It is why they lose elections, they cannot take the fight to the man in the street. They are incapable of engaging the man in the street and opening up what Libs should stand for. Thus he fails to convince. Not only protean MsP either.

Members must be armed. They take the fight to electorates, or should and cannot. They are treated as serfs, gofers dumb help. It showed in recent elections in Victoria. They were as helpless at answering voters who approached them during campaigns, as were Kroger stick puppets jobbed in as candidates. This told, in the reactions of voters. This was in stark contrast as to how the ALP went about things. Voters were lost on the streets to the ALP; apart from all those Hugh Morgan and his fellow idiots in the HR Nicholls Club, Minchin, Sheezel, and Kroger lost because they destroyed the solid, sound campaign for labour market reform.

The above are not failures, Mr. Edwards. They are shocking disasters that unfolded out of the failures of the sclerotic “Right”. Worse, more disasters are unfolding now, and new ones are to follow. If this is success, it is a stunning achievement - rather as rabbits caught in headlights and flattened. The difference is, no-one sane goes out of their way to throw rabbits under cars but the lot wrecking Liberal causes do, except it’s the Liberal Party and they keep throwing it under a ruddy great road train.

The singular point to the disasters and looming disasters, and Australia is now in deep trouble, is the origin, intellectual failure. The CIS and the IPA are not advancing free market economics, they are discrediting what is thoroughly sound, thoroughly principled, with the weight of history, and the weight of the history of economics behind it: Mr. Jackson, bye the bye, demonstrates this in his articles. He shows it in the quotations and citations he supplies. Jackson is saying nothing new.

What is telling is the material published by the clunker tanks, IPA, CIS and, HR Nicholls Society, are devoid of such grounding. Then, we’ve given the reason why they are intellectual voids above - they are stuck in undergraduate textbooks shot with fictions and fallacies and nothing else. Walking Blanks, and this lot pretend to be defending Liberal causes, pretend to be advancing free markets! Donors should be honest: if they want to fund Mickey Mouse then they should have the spine to come clean and go to Disneyland and hand over the $20m plus dollars to the mouse, instead of his close cousins. At least Mickey will earn some of the funds, because he is honest about what business he is in and sticks to it, entertaining children.

They are destroying the effort required to advance it and for what? The lawless, statist, anti-freemarket rubbish of perfect competition. With it, they smear economists such as Mr. Jackson, whose grip is thorough and grounded in solid scholarship and reasoning in economics. They do it for the above failures. This is why the likes of the CIS wind up pushing capital mass destruction, and the absolutist measures required to impose it, through Co2 taxation.

There was nothing to celebrate over the WA election result. The Liberal Party didn’t win office, it was jobbed into Office by the National Party. The ‘bush’ socialist party, the Nationals, bye the bye are a disgrace, and it showed as they haggled for the biggest pay-off from either the ALP or the Liberals in return for support. The Libs must have made a really great offer, because the Nats were seeking a miserly $40 billions. The truth of the result is another tribute to Michael Kroger and his grand strategy: it was an unmitigated disaster.

The ALP around Australia is detested by voters and yet the Victorian Division succeeds only in scoring defeat after defeat. Barely the first year out and Australians are beginning to appreciate what the Rudd Cabinet is: a pack of fascist psychopathic loonies and yet all the Federal Liberal PArty can manage is score is a 40% approval rating for that Green Hugging Statist buffoon, Malcolm Turnbull, according to today’s news reports.

The W.A. ALP Executive was detested for the larcenous, racketeering creeps they are and yet all that the Liberals could manange was to lose. That is what the result is, loss. The defeat was made all the more bleak because it required a party of Gnats to hoist them in, contingent on the Libs complying with an extortion demand.

The pay-off the National Party sought was which party would confiscate as much of the property of owners of mining companies as possible and blow it on a National Party spending spree. This, on top of the WA Executive strangling mining ventures to death with regulations on top of regulations and Federal regulations and the whole gamut of enterprise killing taxes. In effect, the cowards occupying Liberal seats in WA decided it is better to kill of ventures than to take a principled stand.

“Wise Monkeys”

Recollect the outrage against the “3 wise monkeys” who slung Bracks into office. That was rightly condemned. So, why is it ok now for the WA Libs to be jobbed into office in the same way?

It’s not about keeping the ALP in office. They need a right shooting but the WA Libs did not go out of their way to convince voters as to why they need shooting and, crucially, why they should vote for the Liberal Party. After all, this would require principles, spine, intellectual spark, effort, and respect for the modest man and a generous effort to engage him. These are qualities the Right have purged the Liberal Party of. It is no suprise at all, therefore, that the Federal Liberal Party is also now as the Victorian Party is, a cot case of gibbering old women who make retarded “youfs” seem just as bright as this lot are. To ram this home, consider:

Death of the Federal Liberal Party comes in Kroger controlled seats.

Christopher Pyne over the weekend declared shadow environment minister is the job he would dearly love to have. Now, anyone who aspires to Parliament and said that should be rejected. Apart from the juvenile sentiment and the selfishness and conceit (sadly too many Libs in positions they should never have been allowed to approach from the end of a long barge pole suffer the same afflictions), “I want it” is a sure sign of the “”wannabe dictator wating for a chance to trample over Australians. That should be enought to stir the electorate branch to turf him out and find a genuine Liberal to replace the brat.

It might stir them into lightening action when they realise; Pyne thirsts to be a High Priest of the Green’s cult of death. To cap off this man’s stupidity, he’s another economic ignoramus. Why worry, though, when he’s in good company! This man should scare the branch members into finding a bit of spine and shooting him before he does any more damage to the Party.

Look at the thug Helen Kroger, who’s favourite past-time is intimidation of Liberal Party members who don’t toe the Michael Kroger Parasite Party line. When she walks into a room, there’s a sudden rush for the heating switch, even in summer. I really do believe polar ice caps should remain where they belong.

What is Federal Parliament’s heating bill? There is a majority of Lib MsP who are envious of Helen Kroger’s position as the No1. freezer unit. Julie Bishop, for instance, who believes because it is a skill the ability to use toilet paper is science. This is very disturbing because, as she explained, she admires scientists.

The ranks of the dead have been increased with more ‘watermelon deep reds’. Greg Hunt is one, and Deah Leadah Malcolm Turnbull is another (I’ll write a separate post on “Full of Bull” Turnbull; he deserves it). The worst are the Victorians.

The supine Right have not merely wrecked the State Party. The States’ Divisions are the foundation and launching pad for the Federal Party. No State Division, no Federal Party and this is fast approaching the literal truth of the Victorian Party. To refresh:

The Victorian Party has about all of a 1,000 genuinely effective members. Another 1,000 that attend the AGM are counted effective. The rest of the 11,000 members are ghosts. Over the last few weeks, the 1,000 genuinely active members has fallen. I found this out by listening to ex members who left during those weeks. I counted 100, which is suggestive of more might have left the Party. The reason they gave was an unanimous ‘fed up being abused by Kroger and his party pooping parasite party. Kemp, another ‘watermelon red’, at least perceives, dimly, there is a real problem, and it turns on opening the Party to the members and cutting off the nepotistic “Right’s” death grip at the elbows.

On the numbers, the Senate prospects for the Victorian Division is extermination, and decimation of Lower House members. So what did the Krogers do? They jobbed another of their sychophantic pets into a safe Senate, a right charlie called a Scott Ryan.

Ryan, in his maiden speech, didn’t commence with a gratefuly acknowledgement of voters in his electors, and sodding branch members who, being the good serfs they are, flogged themselves oin order to see him voted him in. His introudction is an all too familiar “me, me, me, and I wanna have power”:

“Thank you, Mr President. I commence by congratulating you on
your election and, through you, thanking the staff of the Senate for all their assistance and support as I have taken office over these last few months. It is with a great deal of humility and pride that I stand here this evening as a senator for Victoria and follow in the footsteps of my good friend and mentor Rod Kemp…”

Just to check, he went on to show the same arrogance and contempt that stamps the necrotic Right - “This poses a test for us as leaders…”

What he so eloquently disclosed is that he is in Michael Kroger’s pocket and Helen’s purse. Michael Kroger, he boasted, made him his pal, and Helen groomed him for the Senate seat. That is understandable, since it is Kroger’s soverieng right to job twits into precious safe seats. The killer is, he was a member of the Kroger controlled Administrative Committee in 2006-2007 and Vice-President in 2006-2007. Keep in view, the Constitution was altered to ensue Kroger, through his stick puppets retained tight control over the machinery of the Party.

Ryan’s has all the credentials required by the close gene pool destroying the Liberal Party, including ignorance. He declared:

“They taught me a valuable lesson: it is not what you think that matters most; more important is your willingness to discuss it,
debate it and maintain an open mind to new ideas.”

He is oblivious to, ideas count, sound reasoning is essential and the lack leads to disastrous defeats and reversals. It is obvious he is oblivious to this because, for example, he is impervious to why his Rightwing pals destroyed the highly moral cause of free labour markets. This guy opens his mouth and the ALP ‘bruvverhood’ will do to him what they are doing daily to Liberal MsP, in both Houses, kick his head in. He finished himslef off completey with, for example:

“These ideas were generated, debated and promoted outside this place by organisations like the Institute of Public Affairs and the Centre for Independent…”

The trougble with Monty Python imitators is, they are not funny. Neither the IPA nor the CIS debate. They make every effort to kill even a hint of debate. Ryan is referring to “Liberal Thought”, taken up in his boast:

“The last 30 years have seen the long march of liberalism, not only in Australia but around the world.”

Yes, more virtues on show, myopia and isolation from reality.

The scabby “Right” have discredited genuine Liberal principles and free market economics through their stupidity. The result is an easily observed atavastic reaction against free markets. If Ryan was in touch with the man in the Street he would bloody well know this, even if he can’t nail why. It is this very arrogance and presumption, mixed with contempt for voters, that decided voters against the Liberal Party in Victoria and in the 2007 Federal election.

Ryan is another self-satisfied seat filler, as favoured by Kroger and Costello. For he certainly doesn’t realise great causes have to be not only soundly worked out, the man in the street must be given reason to agree. He doesn’t realise that matters have to be fought out in public and in the streets, and not in Helen Kroger’s happy clappy parlour filled with Brahmin busily destroying the Party.

I won’t comment on the rest of Ryan’s speech but it is bad. Ryan is set to aid Kroger in what he is good at, disabusing what remains of the membership the Liberal Party is genuinely the Liberal Party. This has great bearing upon Kroger’s grand election strategy. It is the same one he has forced the Party to adhere to in States’ elections and the Federal election:

As the appalling consequences of ghastly ALP administrations begin to take final effect, infliction of pain on Australians, voters will run to the Liberal “Mummy” Party.

Voters have not run to mummy in Victorian in State and Federal elections. This alone is telling, given, for example, the Bracks and Brumby administration are detested. The voters are not turning to the Liberals because what they see in the blobs propped up as Liberal MsP is nothing better. Voters didn’t run to the Libs in the WA election. Voters are not flooding back Federally, though they are begining to appreciate the Rudd Cabinet is psychopathically bent on fascism with a more than a hint of Soviet style economics.

Secondly, Kroger can cross his fingers and hope for victory badly won his way, because there is no Victorian Liberal Party to speak of. That means it cannot fight elections and from sound principles. Kroger, and also the dunderheaded MsP are counting on voters are as stupid as they believe they are and will vote them in anyhow. What this grand strategy amounts to is a quasi-protection racket, where by Kroger and the rest of the parasitical “Right” retain control over the Party, what is left of it, and retain their highly rewarding Parliamentary seats. This is what the strategy is, backside protection by venal morons: and it shows:

Those seats are being blasted out from under their backsides in each election. Already a nasty number of safe seats have been reduced to marginal seats. Blue ribbon seats are heading south to, with, for example, Downer’s former seat now marginal!

Complimenting this brilliant stragetists one and only tactic is Kroger and co have drawn an insipid line in the sand that they will defend (byu crossing their fingers). It’s drawn around the safe seats. In Victoria, this reflects the state of the Party, it cannot fight statewide.

It is not only the staggering bleeding of members that only the Kroger tactic can be employed. The numbers point to something complementary: fees and, critically donations are drying up faster than a newly dead dingo in the Simpson desert. The only airspace the Libs can afford is the airspace the diseased left dominated media allows them:

A few seconds of silly grinning time, much as Hugh Morgan did when he puckered up for ABC radio.

Oh, Kroger and co do have a second tactic. They grovel before the hard Left in the media. Well, with no funds to do anything much, it’s understandable why they, with the IPA, CIS and HR Nicholls Society, butter up the hard Left: they cannot but do what they are expert in.

Kroger’s Grand Strategy: Well, only a few more election and the agony will be over: for the Party will be stone cold dead, 6 feet under and the rotten thing is: it won’t be able to push up daisies. They will serve only what the party wrecking cretins already cheerily obliges - fertilising noxious weeds.

Another Thing:

The callousness of Kroger is shown in his strategy. Letting rotten administrations ruin Australians, because then voters will run to mummy, is callous and with a nice touch of brutality. It goes with contempt, arrogance, myopia and venality.

Notice: he doesn’t, with the rest of the scrofulous Right, give a damn about Australians. He and the rest of the parasitical “Right” won’t lift a finger to eviscerate rotten administrations, and warn voters of dangers, and convince them of sound principles, and promote real talent to echieve this.

No, the object is to win power by letting ALP destroy Australia. This is what Kroger’s brilliant strategy boils down to, and he has Scott Ryan cheering him as a faithful pet poodle does. The Liberal Party is dead.

Mr Edwards takes exception to the reference to what the Kennett administration and their advisers did with the Victorian STO and OPA, insinuating I’ve cooked up a conspiracy theory and that he is otherwise mystified by this case:

“If you say so. But I’m still puzzled as to what any of this has to do with Jeff Kennett and his “criminal STO operation” that you keep mentioning. It’s bizarre to lump me into an all-encompassing conspiracy with a bunch of people I’ll probably never meet.”

Firstly, I didn’t lump him in with them, though he writes for one of the clunker tanks the Centre for Independent Studies. It’s rather plain to all readers other than Edwards what I wrote in citing the STO. The question that occurs is whether Edwards is being a tad mendacious.

To remind readers, one has investigated what was done with the STO, and the OPA, and how they operate. One has documented, what one has reported to date (and one has more material to write up). It is based on four years of archives that were delivered to me by sources, and oral evidence from those who have extensive experience of what is involved. Moreover, what the STO and OPA are doing is known throughout Brackistan in law firms, accounting firms, real estate agents, and auction houses. Some readers will recollect the case of Jennifer and Peter (yes one must continue writing it up), and the case is in its closing stages this year.

Jennifer and Peter have been put through a kafkaesqaue nightmare. They fought back and have reversed many of the Government’s actions against Jennifer. Many Victorians have not been as fortunate as this. The Brumby-Bracks Cabinets have closed the few tiny gaps in the criminal “Acts of Parliament” by which victims can reassert their rights, their freedom, reclaim their property, and diginity.

What was done with the STO and OPA and how they operate was summarised in:

Here we reiterate some telling statements:

Kennett is no genuine free market Liberal. He himself declared recently, as advice to NSW Premier Iemma, privatisation means extracting greater revenues. That was the whole thrust of privatisation, taxing Victorians and not founding utilities as genuine free market entities by efficiently serving customers and thus lowering prices.

‘Privatisation’ is also rooted in the fiction of perfect competition and purveyed as free market economics. ‘User pays’ is an extension of it.

“User Pays”: The Executive taxes Victorians and punishes them again by charging them for what has been paid out of taxation. This wheeze is perpetrated by all governments in Australia and it is itself larceny. This was an integral part of the ’sound advice’ on which the conversion of the STO into a crime operation was based.

The Kennett Cabinet altered the Acts pertaining to Wards of the State, and converted the STO into a pseudo-business, a shell company. The original objective was to float it on the stock exchange but the electoral danger staid their hand on this as also Bracks’ and Brumby’s hands.

The conversion of Wardship into OPA was an overthrow of the original function, to uphold the real property rights of wards, in themselves and all their property. Prior to the Kennett novelty, anyone for whatever reason could declare themselves a ward of the State. This was the point to the use of very rubbery terms such as insanity or the updated equivalent ‘dementia’.

Such vague words had nothing to do with whether someone was totally ga ga or worse and thus incapable at all of running their own affairs. The buttress is Common Law and the King’s sworn oath to uphold it and to uphold the rights of any subject who approached the King for execution of this oath-sworn service. Wardship was the mechanism by which it was executed. In a stroke, the Kennett administration and their advisers wiped this out, and with it the rights of Wards and potential Wards.

The only way for the straight administrative entity the STO, bound to execute the King’s oath bound duty, can make ‘profit’ is by larceny. It is committed on a large scale and by three measures:

1. Elderly people who named the STO their trustees, having reached a condition that requires exercise of trusteeship, have their accounts hoovered daily by the Victorian Executive through the STO. This alone is shocking, it is heinous and it is a major crime.

2. Through the OPA a financial administrative order is put out against a target. This means the target has all their lawful rights to their property and exercise there-of stripped. The STO exercises all the rights and targets are under the Act forbidden to even utter a word to anyone about it. This is not a joke. It is what the Kennett Administration and their advisers devised and fully enjoyed also by Bracks, Brumby, Hulls.

3. Full Guardianship placed over targets. Targets have their rights in themselves and all their property seized in toto. It is completely illegal, a criminal offence for victims to speak out even in a court of law.

To secure 2 and 3, ‘dementia’ is the catch-all. It has been redefined to mean a severe incapacitating disability that renders someone incompetent. Victims have to go through hell and horrendous expense in the attempt to fight back. Bracks, Brumby and Hulls tightened the Act to ensure victims, while they may go to the expense, have zero chance of succeeding. This was because of the lucky few who have succeeded.

We are not talking about two or three Victorians once a blue moon. We are talking about a very large number of Victorians. Concerning trusteeships, the STO in trying to convince many to sign with them also tries to induced them to name the STO as sole Trustee or nominate no more than one independent trustee and the reason is, they can bulldoze a single independent trustee and seize control of a victim’s property.

Accounts that I have in my possession details some of the types of actions the STO uses to seize private property. They also seize control of victims’ homes and, along with all goods and chattels, sell them up, booting victims’ out onto the streets.

Who were the advisers to the Kennett administration? The Institute of Public Affairs and the Centre for Independent Studies advised the Kennett administration. Any of the buffoons in these clunk tanks who might have been involved in the conversion are thus also responsible for converting the STO and OPA into a crime racket, and it is systematic what the Government perpetrates through these agencies.

I was suprised to learn the STO comes under the Treasurer and not the Attorney General. Yet it is not odd given the aim: a scam to rake in unlawfully multiples of tens of millions and hundreds of millions of dollars per annum at the minimum (in one exercise alone the STO cleaned out over $400m from the accounts of some victims, and this figure does not include all that they removed in that year).

Edwards pretends to be blissfully uninformed about the truth, despite the collection of articles one has turned out on this matter. As for ‘conspiracy theory’, Mr Edwards, I now call him not only a coward but I’m contemplating whether he is a lair. For, the above is no conspiracy theory. It is built on hard, extensive evidence, Mr. Edwards. It was what was done under the Kennett administration and continued under Bracks and Brumby.

The point to alluding to this disgusting large scale criminal activity of the Executive was to draw out, the Right are not only illiterates. Their ignorance is all the worse because they have no moral compass. Mr. Edwards himself shows this. He doesn’t give a stuff about the abuse and worse dealt out not only by ALP administrations but also by Rightwing bastards when they are in office.

It, Mr. Edwards, is worse than a descent of administrations into lawlessness. To cap it off, there is now the Rudd Fascist Cabinet to survive. Modest Australians have to survive theese scumbags. It was the Right who have done great damage and ensured a Rudd Fascist Cabinet. This is without taking into consideration the real and many victims of the STO and OPA.

Edwards is defending what is indefensible, and this includes those callous, venal, arrogant buffoons in the Institute of Public Affairs and the Centre for Independent Studies. The Right hold the Liberal Party in contempt, they hold modest Australians in contempt and, being the unprincipled sods they are, cause great damage. Such damage that, as above, they can do things which bring real misery and worse to many Australians and the above, Mr. Edwards, is a vicious, ongoing demonstration of their stupidity.

Stupid people do not believe they are cruel. They delude themselves that they are loved. But they are cruel. Confined to themselves they only cause grief for their own families. The Right shows what happens when stupid types are flung into Executive Office. Now we have the Stupid, diseased Left to contend with, because of the Stupid Right.

What is perpetrated through the STO and OPA is truly shocking.
