Wayne Swann and Rudd have multiplied new measures which will swallow many in a right tax compliance nightmare.

Forget capital theory, the Right are no more clued in as to what is involved in running enterprises in Australia. All the evidence to date indicates carbon taxes are a nightmare to comply with but this problem becomes hypothetical, since the destruction of capital means no-one has to worry about compliance.

The other week, in Parliament, this Green fanatic, Senator Scott Ludlam, waxed lyrical about free wind, ocean wave and sun power. Oh, he did concede it would cost something to harness them but once built, it’s all free.

Wind and sun is free, but not what is required to transform them into energy, and they are inefficient by massive diseconomies of scale to produce nothing worth bothering about. This is why Europe is reversing its ‘alternative energy scams schemes.

The costs are, however, far greater still, commencing with the destruction of coal based energy firms, and all the firms supporting those firms. Than all other companies requiring efficient energy, thus entails means low prices. Companies are falling over in Britain thanks to Tony Blair and Gordon Brown and their Co2 taxes.

Ludlum, along with his fellow traveller, that corrupter of Youth Peter Garrett, and that lying, diseased leftist, along with Rudd, would not be in Parliament but for the locust “Right”, who also fully support hot red Green, totalitarian measures. As for the CIS, Greg Lindsay has to explain his clunker tanks disgusting sell out of Australians, to lobby for Co2 taxes. The KGB’s reasoning, a front that had the appearance of a spontaneous protest movement would enjoy far greater success than any front that was directly tied to the KGB. Putin and the KGB stand to collect if idiots like Wong and Rudd persist with what will be nothing less than criminal, Kyoto compliance and capital destruction day through Co2 taxes.

Wong has released ‘economic modelling’ purported to show imposing carbon taxes will have little impact:

- Some firms will shut down such as coal based energy produces
- There will be economic growth
- Real incomes will rise
- Some whose incomes might be affected through rising prices can be compensated
- Carbon taxes will be in force by 2010

These are the some of the principals claims made by the Centre for Independent Studies in lobbying for carbon tax destruction day. They are lies, built on garbage. As for ‘modelling’ - it is nothing more than ‘chicken gut oracular’ consultation.

Co2 taxes means economic obliteration of Australians. This is the truth the “Right” and their clunker tanks - the Centre for Independent Studies in particular, are also deliberately lying to Australians about. Treacherous, craven, venal, ignorant, callous slobs - this is all that they are.

The “findings” are undiluted garbage. Who wrote the report should be thrown into prison and flogged every day. Ah, so should that totalitarianism bent fraud, Professor Garnaut. The report is nothing more than an low attempt to ‘justify’ what is a totalitarian measure which is horrendous in force - and the rotten, venal “Right” support it, as these callow shallow bastards have made very plain.

What right do these parasitical dumbkopfs have to impose a totalitarian, destructive measure? The answer is, these lying mongrels have none what so ever. They are lying thugs. Criminals, the whole damned lot of them.

This was planned as an expansion of some points, but it has a new edge in view of Mr. Edward’s second response. First, some notes to his comment on, A reply to Mr. Steve Edwards:

Does it really gel with Mr. Edwards what has been effected and is still perpetrated against many Victorians? Does he have an inkling of how shocking, appalling and corrupt these actions are? Does he have an inkling of what many Victorians have to endure and suffer?

Unless the Institute of Public Affairs and the Centre for Independent Studies are tooth fairies, it is plain tooth fairies were not advising the Cabinet.

Who said anything about ‘on the payroll’ as in the Government Payroll? We are talking about, CIS and IPA in advisory capacities.

3. “…unless we can pin the CIS down on having directly contributed to this particular policy”

I have not stated that anyone in the CIS and the IPA did. I have stated that there might have been. Given the involvement with the Kennett Administration, it is highly possible there might have been some involvement.

We are not talking about a bit of garbage called a policy. We are talking about the corruption of the STO and OPA and how it was effected, and what is consequently perpetrated systematically. It is not a question of likes or dislikes Mr. Edwards, it is a serious matter of systematic thuggery, and many Victorians are real victims of this real thuggery, Mr. Steve Edwards.

5.”then practically anyone who has ever held a public opinion or lodged a submission in Victoria would be “indicted” as a “Kennett government adviser” who was “in on the conspiracy”.

It is not a conspiracy Mr. Edwards. It is the actions of those involved in the conversion of the STO and OPA, and those since then responsible for the actions of these agencies. Who said, just “anyone…. indicted”? I didn’t?

Neither have I said criminal investigations and charges be executed on such flippant, facile, juvenile counts as Edwards insinuates.

What has to be done is an uncompromising investigation, and those responsible have to be examined and those who warrant charging be charged.

It is a straight expense to not Government revenues but taxpayers. There is no basis on which they can legitimately operate as a business and make earnings and profits, and another source detailed the explanation of why.

So, where were the ‘earnings’ of the pseudo-business to be made? Here’s where: Stripping the private property of those who named the STO as Trustees or, through the OPA put under administrative control. This, another source related to me, was early conducted on a very large scale. It proved up rapidly, in very short time. It was “highly profitable”; it was mega bonus time for all. This stunning success decided the Kennett Administration and advisers to complete their conversion of the STO into a shell company

Therefore, what was done was no mere transformation of the OPA and STO. The ‘policy’, as Mr Edwards so tritely puts it, thoroughly corrupted it and with it, those employed in it. Principled staff who understood the responsibilities of the STO exhaustively, backed by solid experience, were over-ridden and left in disgust: this was one of the matters related to me by sources (1).

It is no mere playing about with paper planes called ‘policy’. It is the actions of those responsible for the conversion, including inside the OPA and STO, and their advisers and all involved today. Besides, any cretin can have a policy and, by gum, the Centre for Independent Studies and the Institute of Public Affairs, and not simply cretins occupying precious Liberal Party seats, invent policies by the truckload. The CIS’s masterstroke policy is to wipe out Australians with Co2 taxes. Rudd and his gang appreciates it, and so does apparently another fascist and economic cretin, the new deah leadah of the Liberal Party Malcolm Turnbull.

Missing is principles, sound economics, and a grip on their force for law and institutions. There it is, Mr. Edwards contained in a nutshell. This lot are no better than developmentally arrested adolescents.

I have not said that Kennett, Stockdale, and their advisers corrupted the STO and OPA deliberately and out of malice. They did it out of blind ignorance and pinned to lousy, rotten economics, which is not free market economics, Mr. Edwards.

It is anti-free market economics that justifies Statist and increasingly absolutist measures. This is what the falsehood, the lie, the intellectual fraud of perfect competition buttresses and excuses. Thus, for example, the Federal Government, the ACCC, Fels, now Samueld, are on a crusade to break up successful firms, using ‘regulation’ which is not law but the rule of lawless thugs as the excuse to do it.

Out of blind ignorance…What else is wrong with this? They did not reason things out, though this is beyond their ability too. It is also transparent that they did not seek alternative advice. Besides, the scrofulous Right have ensured alternative advice is never heard.

The CIS and IPA go out of their way to ensure it by smearing genuine Liberals and who are economic guns. This is why Mr. Edwards that, for example, Nahan and Greg Lindsay smear Jackson. So does “Professor Sinclair Davidson”. So do so many clowns in the HR Nicholls Society. These clowns, having closed down debate, have rocked up a long list of disasters, in the name of the Liberal PArty, and Australians! At tremendous expense to taxpayers and Liberal Party members.

The OPA and STO is singular tribute to the “Right’s” incompetence, ignorance, insular self-regard, arrogance, callousness, and masterful Stupidity. Thus, too, Kennett; an arrogant, anti-intellectual know-it-all blow hard. These are qualities the “Right” prize and are the supreme qualifications for promotion. This is why the Liberal Party is dead.

Yet, the above does not excuse them. They were in office, and these bastards were playing around with the lives of Victorians. Ignorance is not an excuse for those in Office. Thus, they are still responsible for what they did, still answerable for it, and so are any of their advisers who were involved in it. Needless to say, so too are the Bracks and Brumby Cabinets. The cure is: the Kennett Cabinet and their advisers should not have cooked up the scam in the first place.

Readers, I stop here for today. There is more to draw out but the above and the items below are enough to digest for now. The explanation, so far, also indicates why one found Mr. Edwards second reply unamusing. Edwards is defending the indefensible. This is typical of the callous Right.

It is all about them. They do not give a stuff about principles, and what they are responsible for. It is why the HR Nicholls Society, the CIS, IPA, Andrew Bolt, Nick Minchin, and others blew the fight for free labour markets out of the water and sunk the Federal Liberal Party with it. Why couldn’t they have been rested content with their previous great success; destroying the Victorian Division? Ah, silly question; super egos seek great conquests.

Nick Minchin unilaterally rejected material expressly directed to Cabinet. It blew the ACTU case out of the water. His mates in the HR Nicholls Society suppressed other material that that singular destroyer of the Liberal Party, Michael Kroger, received and was required to pass onto Cabinet. He sent it to Evans. Well that was it. Material that destroys the ACTU false case also blows apart the rubbish these clowns purveyed as the economic case for labour market reform. Needless to say, they burned that material too.

It’s all about them. Thus they play games with great matters, and as the case of the STO and OPA draws out with great clarity, the lives of Australians, which the callous Right holds in contempt.

These matters are very serious, and a thorough criminal investigation must be conducted. If it hauls in any of the arrogant, ignorant, myopic Right, good! Justice must be done, and this is what Mr. Edwards is trying to divert reader’s attention from.

Where is Mr. Edwards’ spine? Where, principles? Where, the important relentless, ruthless pursuit of truth in all things? In fort Knox, safely locked up inside heavy security machinery? Or, were they killed off and buried? Only Mr. Edwards can decide what he stands for and whether he has the guts to stand up for principles and truth, though it would mean him first facing up to the truth about his ‘Rightwing’ pals and heroes, and forthrightly going for their jugulars.

The diseased Left is in Office, States and Federal, because of the sclerotic Right. Now, they cannot be defeated until the callous Right are pulverised, for it is this lot who put the hard Left into office and are keeping them in Office.

Crossin, in explanation of the report, evaded the substance of the matter. Crossin reduces it to a question of jurisdiction:

“I uphold the view of the Northern Territory government that Bob Brown’s bill should be amended to not re-enact the
Rights of the Terminally Ill legislation…. the Territory
being given back its powers… determining its destiny on the issue of euthanasia.

In summing up, the one way to solve this problem about the Commonwealth’s obsession with overriding Territory laws…”

In other words, if the Federal Senate is an obstacle, the back door route is through States’ Parliaments.

The background to the mention of the Northern Territory is when the Cabinet of diseased Leftists, who run riot in the Northern Territory, in 1995 rammed through that Parliament an ‘euthanasia act’. The ‘Act’ was challenged and oddly, the High Court of Australia ruled it was valid (why is state ordered murder valid?). To deal with this, the Howard Cabinet put through the “Euthanasia Laws Bill in 1996″, over-riding the NT Executive’s criminal act and ensuring ‘euthanasia’ remains a criminal offence in Australia. These facts are recited in the speeches to the current “Bill”.

What of the Democrats. Well, they are now gone but Senator Allison, Bartlett relates, raised a Bill for state ordered murder. Bartlett himself, having been pestilential on many grave matters, seems reasonable on this matter.

He stated that it is a matter that must be debated, though he is opposed to it. The reason he gives is, what it really is about has to be drawn out. This is reasonable, but not the way Bartlett recommends, ‘bringing on’ such bills. They bring state ordered murder an ever closer reality, because of the ‘legislative’ force of Bills. It should be an open, ‘no-holds barred’ debate, and this requires no Bills raised in Senate or House of Reps.

There is further ambiguity in Bartlett’s position statement. He cites approvingly Dr “Death” Nitschke. Then there is this bit of obfuscation:

“As I said, I have apprehension about whether euthanasia could be safely implemented, but I would like to see it if it could be done. I am not religious at all, so that is not the issue for me…”

Unsure as to why ‘contradiction in terms’ occurs but it is a good idea to throw it in just in case. For Bartlett’s edification, there is a completed ‘experiment’ called Nazi Germany. He can also examine the results of a continuing ‘experiment’ and it is called Holland. What jolly nice ‘experiments’.

Bartlett equated euthanasia with suicide, it “is a form of suicide”. Not it is not. Suicide is strictly self-murder. “Euthanasia” is someone else committing murder, even if at the request of the one killed.

As for Bob Brown, let his own words damn him as this bit of mendacious evasion shows:

“The argument is that the Senate or the parliament should not force the availability of legal euthanasia on all Australians; it should not force options. What an extraordinarily dictatorial, antipublic point of view this is.
Let me, again, make this very clear: this bill will proceed.”

These are not the words, in the imperative, of a “wannabe” dictator - “this bill will proceed”? Why, it was shortly enough before when Bob Brown read into Hansard the Greens updated Stalinist manifesto. This slime-ball cries foul only when the Greens face obstacles against their wildest aims and, the trouble is, what is counted extreme these days is precious little, as Rudd’s plans to destroy Australians through Co2 taxation and hard left central planning.

An irregularity put Sherlock Holmes onto his quarry. A dog that always barked at strangers entering premises did not yap. It meant only one thing, Holmes deduced, the ‘beast’ was familiar with the culprit.

Why have ‘States’ and ‘Federal’ Liberal Party MPs not barked at the culprits of serious criminal matters? No, not because they are familiar with the culprits, though of some of them that is true. I am referring to:

1. “Shreddergate”
2. The criminal operation the Victorian Executive operates through the STO and OPA.

The second is the eye-opener. A thorough, fearless criminal investigation would drag in Jeff Kennett, Alan Stockdale, their Attorney General and any other ministers with responsibilities for the STO and OPA. It would also haul in their advisers party to what was set up, immediate and contracted. Thus also dragging in any from the IPA and CIS who might have supplied advice. It would drag in also Bracks, Brumby and Hulls and their advisers. Last, but not least, also officers in both the OPA and STO.

It explains why Liberal MPs refuse to do their duty by Victorians in these matters. It is not only because many victims are not Toorak Brahman, to whom the “Right” grovels.

Liberal MPs refusing to do their oath sworn duty to uphold the Rule of Common Law are not merely unprincipled cowards. They are protecting ‘colleagues’ and ‘friends’ – in the CIS and IPA too perhaps. These self-styled free market clunky tanks advised the Kennett Cabinet on many matters. The Kennett Cabinet altered the Acts pertaining to Wards of the State, and converted the STO into a pseudo-business, a shell company. The original objective was to float it on the stock exchange but the electoral danger staid their hand on this as also Bracks’ and Brumby’s hands. This was exactly the sort of snake oil the IPA and CIS supplied Kennett.

Kennett is no genuine free market Liberal. He himself declared recently, as advice to NSW Premier Lemma, privatisation means extracting greater revenues. That was the whole thrust of privatisation, taxing Victorians and not founding utilities as genuine free market entities by efficiently serving customers and thus lowering prices.

Another excuse for ‘privatisation’, also rooted in falsehoods purveyed as free market economics is ‘user pays’. The Executive taxes Victorians and punishes them again by charging them for what has been paid out of taxation. This wheeze is perpetrated by all governments in Australia and it is itself larceny. This was also part of the ’sound advice’ on which the conversion of the STO into a crime operation was based.

The conversion of Wardship into OPA was an overthrow of the original function, to uphold the real property rights of wards, in themselves and all their property. Prior to the Kennett novelty, anyone for whatever reason could declare themselves a ward of the State. This was the point to the use of very rubbery terms such as insanity or the updated equivalent ‘dementia’.

Such vague words had nothing to do with whether someone was totally ga ga or worse and thus incapable at all of running their own affairs. The buttress is Common Law and the King’s sworn oath to uphold it and to uphold the rights of any subject who approached the King for execution of this oath-sworn service. Wardship was the mechanism by which it was executed. In a stroke, the Kennett administration and their advisers wiped this out, and with it the rights of Wards and potential Wards.

Under the OPA regime imposed by the Kennett administration, they reduced Wards to their private property. Their freedom and dignity as individuals and all their other property rights were struck down. Bracks, Brumby and Hulls liked this wheeze so much, they eliminated any chance of any victim of the Executive of re-asserting their full rights.

Needless to say, the STO was an administrative charge to the taxpayer to meet the King’s duty bound service to subjects who sought it. The Kennett administration and their advisers struck this down when they converted the STO into a shell company. The only way for the straight administrative entity the STO, bound to execute the King’s oath bound duty, can make ‘profit’ is by larceny. It is committed on a large scale and by three measures:

1. Elderly people who named the STO their trustees, having reached a condition that requires exercise of trusteeship, have their accounts hoovered daily by the Victorian Executive through the STO. This alone is shocking, it is heinous and it is a major crime.

2. Through the OPA a financial administrative order is put out against a target. This means the target has all their lawful rights to their property and exercise there-of stripped. The STO exercises all the rights and targets are under the Act are forbidden to even utter a word to anyone about it. This is not a joke. It is what the Kennett Administration and their advisers devised and fully enjoyed also by Bracks, Brumby, Hulls.

3. Full Guardianship placed over targets. Targets have their rights in themselves and all their property seized in toto. It is completely illegal, it is a criminal offence for victims to speak out even in a court of law.

To secure 2 and 3, ‘dementia’ is the catchall. It has been redefined to mean a severe incapacitating disability. Victims have to go through hell and horrendous expense in the attempt to fight back. Bracks, Brumby and Hulls tightened the Act to ensure victims, while they may go to the expense; they have zero chance of succeeding. This was because of the lucky few who have succeeded.

VCAT is not a low cost ‘common law court’. It is the enforcer of the capricious and criminal ‘laws’ of the Executive, as the Blasphemy ACT is an infamous demonstration. However, there is a trick to it. VCAT act is an empty vessel.

VACT’s ‘authority’ rests on a bluff. The huff and puff of politicians and their agents, devolving on nothing more than the naked intimidation of Victorians. Only a bluff but an effective one, in view of the sheer numbers who have been cowered by it.

Propping up the above, as in so many other capricious ‘Acts’, is a small army of ‘law firms’ that have sprouted like weeds in spring. As we have already related in the case of Jennifer, conspiray between the STO and at least one law firm has been committed against at least one victim. They make a killing out of the horrendous abuse dealt out to targets.

‘Informers’ also serve the criminal actions of the STO and the OPA. The Blasphemy case is another example. They produce hearsay evidence on which the Executive ‘hangs’ its victims. As in the case of Jennifer, attempts to pervert the course of justice, include attempts at suborning witnesses. It’s all ok, for “it is the compassion of the “Knowers” who knows wots good, so lump it and sod off”.

Due process? In VCAT! It does not exist. Kafka’s The Trial not only sums up ‘justice’ under the USSR, it sums up what the victims of the Executive are put through - and not only under the Acts OPA, STO, and Blasphemous.

Targets

Yes, ‘targets’. As HEROC, Sisel, and Szoke against the two Pastors, the OPA and STO hunt for targets to trap. It requires the co-operation of various types such as the above. This is systematic, and the parties to these arrangements are relentless and the sadistic aspect of it all shows through, as we have so far documented in the case of Jennifer and Peter.

Jennifer and Peter are only two of very many Victorians who have been caught in the dragnet. Heaven only knows how many more have since been trapped and now being put through the same hell. It is important to stress, one victim is missing and it is probable dead.

Those close to this victim are naturally deeply upset, worried, and angry at the criminal bastards responsible.These bastards had a future but it was in the past. Not to worry, evin “Mussolini” Rudd is paving a new one for them.

The Dog did not bark

Not the genuine Liberal Party, but those who have taken control of the Liberal Party and their MPs have suppressed investigations into such matters. They are protecting themselves and this is why they have not barked against Goss, his Cabinet, his Chief of Staff Kevin Rudd and other ALP figures. It is why Beattie with impunity flung Balson into prison (Balson relates on his site - the hideous crime of reporting the facts of Shreddegate as they emerged.

The Left dominated media reinforced the suppression by both sides, as Balson also documented. This is typical of the lying, left dominated media. The media lied to protect also Rudd. At bottom, unprincipled types in the Liberal Party closed ranks with the ALP, while Beattie, a University, and a newspaper took revenge against any who dared expose what the Executive under Goss and his Chief Kevin Rudd did.

Having given one excellent reason as to why the Liberal Dog did not bark, another is:

Statism, with the complements ‘positive law’, as opposed to the Rule of Common Law, and the false assertion the Executive is above the Rule of Common Law (I refer readers back to the distinguished Judges and QCs who condemned this falsehood). Given the rate at which not only ALP but also various Liberal administrations have supplanted common law with ‘positive law’, they have made this plain. Indeed, the excuses for Liberal MPs in the Victorian Parliament, imposed by the likes of Kroger, Costello, Kennett and their backers, have been open about this. They went further under Kennett, Napthine, Doyle and Baillieu:

Kennett’s crew drew up the anti-Bill of Rights, inclusive of the clause that makes it a criminal offence for any Victorian to take the final and expensive recourse of preserving their inalienable rights against the Executive through the High Court of Australia. They were denied the pleasure of imposing it; it went to Steve Bracks and Rod Hulls.

Examining the time frame, it is very likely they also drew up a draft for the Blasphemy ‘Law’. Tack on what they did with the OPA and STO, and their subsequent full support for Bracks over the two totally anti-rights Bills, and what pops up? A lawless Executive.

Parliament is itself a court of common law to fight for any depredations of the Executive against those they are supposed to serve, through upholding Common Law. Look around States’ and Federal parliaments and consider what is the case. Upper and lower Houses, each Parliament shredding common law and rights of each Australian, and that includes firms, as opposed to shell companies - inclusive of the larceny ‘alternative energy’ scams.

Such is the degradation, the Liberal Dog did not bark because those strangling it wired the Liberal Dog’s jaws shut tight a long time ago. Thus they do not oppose even the falsehood Co2 emissions causes ‘climate change’ and what is tacked onto it:

The imminent economic ruination of Australians under Rudd, to be effected through sweeping coercive measures that will be called ‘Law’. Absolutism unfolding before our very eyes.

The Liberal Party has not been corrupted. It is unprincipled types that, having obtained a death grip over the Party, have discredited it and what it stands for, genuine free markets and Liberalism. Thus they have suppressed any within the Party who they recognise as a threat to their grip. Thus, as we shall relate, they ensure advice is obtained from ‘trustees’ - including the mendicants of the IPA and CIS. These two dung heaps ably assist the thugs in smearing genuine Liberals, and in suppressing anything they find embarrassing to themselves ( the joke is, it fails every time). The admixture of pride, hubris, venality, cowardice and ignorance is their quality and this cocktail is called stupidity:

Stupid types are callous, cruel and destructive. So long as they are confined to their own interests, they damage only those close to them. However, my God! When they are let loose on things of general force and can impact the lives of many, they can and frequently do unloose Hell. Thus as the above. Thus will Kevin “Mussolini” Rudd. These types can run to befuddled clerics who can reassure them, they are “fine, fine, fine christians” and this, as indicated in the item immediately below, assuredly they are not.

An Open Letter to, Mr. Steve Edwards, associate of the CIS.

Sir, if you assumed one had dropped a certain exchange, be corrected. One only saved the continuation for a more interesting context and this is it.

I read, back then, your savage attacks against Bracks, his Blasphemy Law, and defence of the Two Pastors and the rights of Victorians. I fell of my chair in a fit of laughter. It was a mistake, Edwards, linking them and it compounded the first nonsense, your declaration - “I wrote under the auspices of the CIS”. A few pedantic points:

- Spitting from a steel bolted bunker isn’t courageous.

- When, to repeat, does fighting for real causes and anything at all requires writing under the auspices of any entity? Mr. Balson has had a few things to say that are also rather germane to the odd notion you put.

-Very few bother reading the CIS magazines and IPA magazines. It can also be observed, very few bother reading such ‘opinion columns’ in the newspapers. Just as well, because as in, eg., Berg’s disgusting piece on Gueverra, many would crack up over another comedy script. It’s enough the likes of Bolt and Albrechtsen continue to cause great damage over many grave matters.

-While you hid in your steel bunker, there are those in Victoria who risked imprisonment. They weren’t in the IPA, nor the HR Nicholls Society. Not one of these uprightly supine chaps uttered a peep against Bracks et al. Come to it, neither have they attacked Islamo-fascism - to the contrary, they’ve extolled it viz the Berg-Kemp IPA rubbish.

No, it was un-funded sods who did go for them. Let’s name them:
Prodos, and Mr Jackson; oh and also Mr. Farris QC. Jackson startled me with a daring approach.

Mr. Cambria ensured the witch-sniffing HEROC was fully apprised of Mr. Jackson’s hideous violations of the Blasphemy Law. On reflection, it was a brilliant set-up. Jackson skewered them and they knew it. Better, and this reinforces a point above, it drew out the fact; HEROC and VCAT are nothing more than skeleton hulks set up by fatuous statists and run by those dreaming of neo-Marxist nirvana.

On observing Jackson’s actions, unlike Edwards’ estimation of his own spirited defence, I wrote mine down as lacking the same fearless dash despite violating the law rather extensively.

Then there is the fine example of Balson. This raises a trivial concern: What exactly is it about Edwards’ efforts that he should boast and compare himself with anyone who goes out into the open to fight good causes, those who dare do something? And, the efforts of his chums?

Now, Mr. Edwards, what is also essential about all that is related above?

I am assured of one thing, one has not heard a peep out of Edwards and his chums. The brigade of gumless and debarked geriatric poodles, zooms along on paw propelled doggy zimmer frames. No wonder they are in the Kitty Kennel clubs called CIS, IPA and HR Nicholls Society.

Secondly:

The cowardice of the Right wing tanks, and journalists. Let’s take Bolt and Blair as examples. They stick their fingers up diseased Leftists’ nostrils and completely ignore diseased Rightists. Yet, even agaisnt the Left, how brave are they? They said zero on the affairs and the culprits Balson wrote up.

Edwards is stumped, given his previous special pleading (“I was there, I was, I was….” - ad nauseum) as to what all the above discloses. It’s spell out the bleeding obvious time. In the article, a few points of interest were put. Speech is action, reasoning and so forth. Taken with what has been laid out above:

It’s not simply the diseased Left who cannot but ceaselessly reveal themselves in their actions. The “Right” do the same. They can pretend no one sees and none hears what they do and so what they are. Amazing! It’s like hiding a ruddy great big elephant under a pebble.

What hurts them is anyone stating the fact of the matter. They don’t give a stuff about the damage they cause, the lives they have ruined, and the lives they will have helped to ruin –through, e.g., Rudd’s Greeny progrom and related measures.

No, what makes them unhappy is someone with the gall to utter a few home truths. Recollect readers, for example, that that was the only concern of Kroger, his backers, and his lackeys when one merrily tapped on about their thuggery against Richmond Branch, Prodos, and trampling over many other branches. The smears they related to Crikey.com and how they grovelled before its retarded, Leftist inmates. How they seized control of the Liberal Party via stacking the Administrative Council and re-writing the Constitution.

Their compassion: them, them and their fat wallets. When they bleed, fairies blow their noses and dumb oafs cry. You can tell. Look at Peter Costello wailing “ I must leave Parliament for commerce to make my fortunes” . I’m reminded of the Dictator’s Song , Evita’s “Don’t cry for me Argentina”. Either this, or little bleeding Oliver Twisted Boy. The effect is spoiled somewhat, because Peter has realised the blooming obvious, no real company is mad enough to pay him $multi-millions per annum. He’s incapable of anything that warrants a fraction of it.

That is what they fight for. The above in this article is further demonstration of it. Voters see all this. It simply doesn’t register with the “Right” how from bad to shockingly unconscionable much of what they do is. Then, unlike the Left, the “Right” presume upon the peasantry.

It is telling what exactly it is that Mr. Edwards does defend and whom he actually defends. For some odd reason, ‘repeated cover up’ occurs, so I’ll type it just in case it means anything.

The collectivist assumption is unmistakable. Individuals, and their dignity, and their real rights are mere inconvenient facts.

To justify economic sabotage through carbon taxation, the Rudd Cabinet is using the same fallacious economic arguments the Centre of Independent Studies resorted to in its position paper. This is not all that is common between them.

The CIS, in a nasty bit of specious moralising, asserted the measures will change behaviour in beneficial ways and this must be good. For Hayekians, as they style themselves, they are even blind to the modest tenor of this – statism, authoritarianism and the subjection of the individual to the “knowers” of what is good and true. Surprise, surprise, the Rudd Cabinet is shouting from the rooftops, “Our ‘grand plan’ will change the behaviour of mere oafs in desirable ways.”

These days, not many will recognise “the knowers” in an early heretical cult, the gnostics. It suffices to mention the most destructive ‘philosophy’ in history, platonism.

The new slogan is rooted in the pseudo-philosophical and pseduo-scientific tripe of Behaviourism(1). Reduced, it is no more than; man is a mere beast to be herded around and, when uncooperative to the cattle masters, whipped in the right direction. The founder of behaviourism, John Watson, declared:

The behaviourist recognizes no dividing line between man and brute.

Others who hold man is only a species of dumb beast include Brendan Nelson and Bob Brown. Bob Brown believes that because of the evolution of man, apes are our ancestors and cousins. Wrong! Man is entirely distinct. Once he emerged, he was neither an ape nor anything close to any beast. Man is unique.

The behaviourist claim is distinct from the infantile notion of natural man – whether “savage noble” (Hobbes) or “noble savage” (Rousseau). Yet, it is rather serviceable to the latter. The grotesque notion of the natural man (and in any case there is no such thing as ‘nature’ fullstop) is the buttress of the also vile notion that Civilisation is counter to what man truly is. On this stinking pile of detritus was raised the claim, civilised man is ‘alienated’ from his ‘true self’. To the rectification of this horrifying condition the twin pseudo-sciences sociology and psychology (the ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ man) were raised and much more bunk in the name of philosophy spewed out.

The ‘natural man’ and ‘alienation’ fuelled notions on which, for example, Hegel and Marx built their destructive ‘philosophies’. It was most useful for the central planners, the original word for socialism. It leant a seductive, mystical edge of propaganda appeal to their superstition. In Germany, after the springboard of socialism, Bismarck’s Statism, the bundle of stinks reared its ugly head in nationalism.

It shows not only the intellectual bankruptcy of the Left. It shows the intellectual bankruptcy of the “Right” that they accept even that nonsense. How bad is this?

They have only conceded territory to those they pretend to attack, the Left. Security firms don’t buy defanged guard dogs but for some weird reason donors to the CIS and IPA do. Thus the ‘freedom fighting Right’ see nothing wrong with the bestial claim.

It is a devestating concession. It not only, for example, gives oxygen to the likes of Brown, and Rudd. It’s a grim twist his parents were Jews and escaped the Nazi regime, because Peter Singer’s position warrants comparisons that even the New Age Greeny site, Wikipedia, cannot ignore, though it tars them as the mutterings of ‘right wing’ nasties.

The stem of the vulgar use of ‘person’ is the soup summed up above. There are clerics, left and right, who attack the individual as a horrible ideological nostrum. It is not, the individual is real.

The usage of person is a perversion of language to attack the dignity and rights of the individual and it is also a collectivist term, with or without organistic notions. Those clerics hold the organistic notion that the person is subjective perception only.The person is an aspect, incarnated into mere concrete bodies, of some ethereal One. This is heresy all the way down against the Christian faith. It is false in science. It belongs to protean dictator Plato and his dear ‘Mastah’ Socrates, and was the kernel of gnosticism.

Singer unites the term with bestiality. Thus he took the next step, equating man and beasts, with personality the justification of a ‘beast’s’ life and ‘rights’. It is also his justification for abortion.

The reality is, at conception the individual is complete. Conception is a big bang erupting into a new, as it were, creation, which is complete in the instant. What then ensues is the articulation of what is complete, the genetic load, the ‘physical laws’ of this new man into not simply into bones and flesh.

Articulation continues until death. No-one is the same as they were even in a fraction of a second ago and there is more to this than flesh and bone. Each man constantly changes because also the brain constantly alters - learn a language and a new galaxy forms. So, to quote the following:

In 1920 Permission to Destroy Life Unworthy of Life was published in Germany. in [Singer’s] own words: “What the Nazis did was a totally different thing. They called their program euthanasia but it was not euthanasia because it was not for the good of the infants involved.”

But murdering people for their own good was part of the Nazi euthanasia program, as Hitler’s decree of the 1 September 1939 authorising euthanasia made clear:

“Reichleiter Bouhler and Dr Brandt are hereby instructed to extend the authority of physicians designated by name in such a manner that those who are, as far as it is humanly possible to judge, incurably sick may, after the most scrupulous assessment of their state of health, be granted a merciful death.”
The Nazis argued that society had a moral obligation to relieve parents of the suffering and distress that severely handicapped children imposed on them. This statement destroys Singer’s criticism…

There are very few in the Church today who would be capable of what some very apostolic and tough Bishops did, stood against the Nazi regime, and rounded on parishioners who shirked and cowered from drawing their own conclusions - as one Bishop observed of what some were ‘confessing’ (I’ll relate this in another item).

It must not be forgotten, there are some in the ‘Right’ pumping ‘legalised’ euthenasia, professing the same compassionate reasons. Jeff Kennett is a No.1 bump ‘em off proponent. Is this accidental?

To gauge, Kennett is an adherent of the beasty school too. His favourite term is to call everyone below him “units”. ‘Yes, Mr./Mrs. Unit Beast…ahem. When you’re 65 you’ll be miserable and so here’s the solution…consider a sudden career change. I can put your name down for a new fertiliser business.’

Of those who claim to be Christian, they have a second problem. The slogan, ‘We must change people’s behaviour for the good of all’, is anti-Christian. It is against fundamental principles of the faith and they are summed up in the creed, encapsulated in the pivot the bound doctrines of Christ and Trinity. One term of that pins the scholastic expression - what is of man is proper to man and what is of God… They did not, nor did many fathers before them, right back to the Apostolic writers, make the mistakes, very crude blunders at that, many in the name of Christ and many in the name of Liberty commit today.

The “Right” take pride in being “pragmatists” and “realists” (As Lonergan mused, realism is a conviction of the naive). Blundering garbage is o.k when it is they who pontificate, to the digust of genuine Liberals, and to the joy of the Left and Kevin “Mussolini” Rudd. In the mean-time, before Co2 taxation, The New Slogan is invoked by politicians in each tier of Government to justify each new intervention they dream up that wipes out more real rights, freedoms and simultaneously loads more fiscal expense on mere dumb beasts.

The real ‘beasts’ are all too visible.
