The 1999 Victorian State election resulted in a hung Parliament. Contrary to the pundits, I expected the Liberal Party would be defeated, the Mussolini like campaign, the cult of Kennett, was enough evidence. Wrong, it was a hung Parliament resting on the question of what 3 independents would do.

They did a regular Parliamentary thing, slung out the Kennett Cabinet for the Steve Bracks’ pack of Leftist half-wits. I too swallowed the Kennett line, Victorians had been betrayed to the hard Left by “the three wise monkeys”.  This is wrong, noting that one of the independents was an ALP MP, who promptly rejoined the ALP.

It turns out that the independents would have supported the Liberal Cabinet if Kennett had been replaced as Premier. Prior to the election, Kennett, apparently treated two of them and their concerns with contempt. Liberal Party officials handling this kept this secret from the Party, which means members were deliberately kept ignorant of confidential discussions, to keep Kennett and, needless to say, Stockdale, in place.

Now, the three independents are no more economically literate than Kennett and Stockdale are.  One can certainly question the motives of the ALP one time member, the ALP could not win the rural seat held by the ‘independent’ in it’s own name. Yet, even without her, the support of the other two would have been sufficient to keep a Liberal Cabinet in office.

So, I’m dropping the ‘three wise monkeys’ reflection. They were supported by the electors in each seat. Right or wrong, they were voted in on the principles they declared to electors. Each was sent to Parliament. End of story, but we can see why the Right in Victoria foamed at the mouth, the modest voter is a sodding ingrate and doesn’t know their place. End of story, but for a little history that warrants a separate item.

On the Parliamentary defeat of the Kennett-Stockdale Cabinet, Kroger immediately applied himself to planning the strategy and tactics to defeat Bracks at the 2002 election. Let the left inflict pain and then, then Victorians will run to us. It worked, in 2002 and 2006 Bracks was returned twice more.

Mid 2007, Steve Bracks resigned. It might be assumed, and some did, that so much pain inflicted, a Cabinet hated by Victorians, combined with an unelected Premier must see the ALP defeated at the next election.You can tell, the Right hopes that the Myki fiasco is the electoral slaughter trigger.

It’s cross-fingers, wishing hope. No principles, no economics, nothing but Kroger’s ’strategy’. Opinion polls have to be taken with a great deal of caution, more so when they are run on such tiny samples as 1,000 voters. Even more when it is a poll conducted by “The Spencer Street Soviet” The Age. Even so, the following is not surprising at all:

“OPPOSITION Leader Ted Baillieu has surged into contention for November’s state election, with a new poll showing the Coalition gaining dramatically on John Brumby’s government.

“… voters lashed out at the… myki ticket system.

“The telephone poll…. showed Labor’s primary vote down 3 percentage points to 40 per cent, while the Coalition had slipped 1 point to 39 per cent, compared with the 2006 election.

“The Premier’s personal approval rose 7 points to 52 per cent, from the last Age/Nielsen poll in November 2008. His disapproval edged up 1 to 37 per cent. Mr Brumby’s approval rating is just 4 points below that of former premier Steve Bracks on the eve of the 2006 election.

“More of the voters polled disapproved of Mr Baillieu than approved. His disapproval jumped 10 percentage points to 45 per cent, while his approval increased 3 to 40 per cent, when compared with the 2008 poll.

“Support for the Coalition was significantly higher in the bush with the Liberal-Nationals attracting 55 per cent of the two-party preferred vote outside Melbourne, compared with Labor’s 45 per cent.

“The Coalition would need to pick up 13 seats to win the November 27 election, equivalent to a uniform statewide swing of about 6.5 per cent.”

Funny thing is, the poll contradicts the assertion the Opposition has “surged into contention”. Taken with what many Victorians have been saying on radio for months, and the very many Victorians one has conversed with on this, plus other reports and polls, and we are talking about modest voters and they hate the Left, they also loathe those lazing about in seats that should be held by genuine Liberals. They make it plain, they are not going to vote in a pack of larcenous parasites for the sake of replacing them with another pack of larcenous parasites.

Yes, Michael Kroger’s grand strategy is working superbly. The Liberal party is dead set to lose it’s umpteenth election on the trot. Indeed, it must be noted, the Federal party is set to lose the next Federal election, even though modest Australians realise haste the Left and what Rudd is preparing to do to them. Indeed, they look at what sits in the name of the Liberal party and appreciate, the Right are going to do the same to them anyway.

No economics, no principles, nothing. his is the Right. The election disasters reflect them, and not the Liberal party. The price of this: Victorians and Australians are in great peril. The likes of Baillieu and Abbott are a reflection of what the Right and their think tanks IPA, CIS, HR Nicholls Society, Quadrant, have done to the Liberal Party, and in Cabinet, in opposition, and to Australians.

Michael Kroger is also the master strategist of the Federal Party. Michael Kroger knows he is an unprincipled mediocrity. This type of thug understands one thing only: eradication of talent so that they can shine.

Kroger’s strategy summed up

The ALP will hand victory to the Right-wing clique by committing suicide. In the meantime, the Liberal party is still being bled to death by Michael Kroger and the Right. Spot the member. Count the donors. Count the activists. Zip, zip, and zip.

Mind, the Right had to work hard at destroying the Liberal Party, beginning decades ago with the push to eradicate anything smacking of principles. They back-stabbed and greased their way into the party machine. They are on top. Oh my, grovel, grovel, gobsmacked, amazed! Where are the bloody tissues when you need them.

If the Liberal Party were a man, Kroger and his thugs would have slit his wrists, left the ppor bastard dying in some dark alleyway, returned to their personal clubhouse once known as central liberal party head office, Exhibition street, slapped themsleves on the back, ordered a few pounds of caviar and the finest champagne to celebrate with. For this is what these mongrels do as they destroy the Liberal Party.

Hmmm, David Kemp has “cacked” his pants. Somehow a small penny dropped, where are the funds going to come from? Unfortunately, Kommissar Kemp, Liberals and firms saw through your “Glasznost” progrom and now you are down to the last few ordinary members. I know them:

All three of them. An elderly farmer, his good wife, and their gutsy little cattle dog at the Liberal Party branch in the heart of what was once a Liberal Party fire-power base, 2oo miles West-North-West of Melbourne.

These members of the remaining Liberal Party branch of a destroyed bastion really do dislike campaining. It’s being laughed at and mocked that, for some unfathomable reason, get’s under their skin. You should see Rover. I mention the name of a Kroger Clone candidate and he digs a hole in which to bury himself.

However, perhaps morale will be restored and the branch saved. Carbon taxes means they won’t be able to motor around a vast electorate to be humiliated by friends, strangers, and ALP members.

(I have to confess it that I can’t help ribbing them either. Jeepers, you should watch Mr. X grit his teeth.)

It took Kroger and his gang of thugs, including the likes of the Kemps, to pull this off, seizing total control of the Liberal Party to enjoy a really fun time of gang bashing Liberal Party members. Even Michael Kroger’s ex, Helen Kroger now destroying another Liberal Party Senate seat, tried to join in, but Mt. Waverley Branch members told her in the purplest of language to jump off a cliff. Truly, they did.

Unfortunately, they didn’t stop Kroger because, of course they ruddy well couldn’t. Revenge was exacted. The feeblest Kroger Clones, and this is testing the limits of cretinism, were flung in as  candidates in the last State and Federal elections.

You can tell when someone really hates an outfit and good people. They “do a Kroger”.

“Bummer”, the Victorian wing of the Federal Party is set to be wiped out in the Senate and this is no joke. On the numbers, the Victorian wing will be wiped out. I suspect this is why Rudd is suddenly keen on a double dissolution. The Opposition is stuffed with lobotomised clowns pushing ‘policies’ worthy of the treacherous Left.

He has Abbott totally skewered over carbon taxes. The Victorian wing is dead certain to be wiped out. So what else is Rudd going to do but seize the opportunity to win total control over both houses of parliament. All thanks to Kroger.

It is what the Right and their think tanks are all about, and they don’t give a stuff at all about Australians and Australia. Their expertise and, to quote Professor Sinclair Davidson, R.M.I.T. and IPA Fellow, “professionalism” is ensuring they maintain their thorough choke-hold over the Liberal Party it’s agencies and platforms. The professional parasite, as Professor Sinclair Davidson also is, knows what the ’struggle for life is’ - theirs.

(1) Some readers might object “5th rate mediocrity and ignoramus” is ‘over-the-top’, tautologous, and commits a redundancy. My reply is: Until you examine the Right in detail, it is impossible to guage that even that sentence is a litote.

Predications such as incredulous, “I am incredulous”/ “it is incomprehensible”/ “how on earth”,  do no work. As incomprehensible as the stupidity of the Right seems, it is totally comprehensible once it is understood what they are and, therefore, stupidity is natural to them. It is impossible to be stunned or surprised at each new depth they plumb, because they have not yet plumbed their truth depth.

The hard, treacherous left have, and now through carbon taxes are about to bury Australians under their deepest ocean’s worth of poison, thanks to the Right. But, the Right have not yet ceased sinking. It is entirely comprehensible, therefore, why a 5th rate mediocrity is in the position he is and bleeding the Liberal Party to death.

1. To impose overt, full blown socialism through central planning?

2. To impose their own carbon taxes, of which ETS is only one type - though Abbott opposes this type?

3. Plunder all taxpayers to set up and expand alternative energy scams and ‘carbon sequestration’ - and this, based on what this inviolves, is sufficient to destroy energy firm?

Why does the Right refuse to defend inalienable property rights. The answer to this last question should be transparent by now. To make, however, absolutely certain: they are up to their eyeballs in stealing them.

Readers, let’s be very clear, over the years Mangled Thoughts has warned of the threats to  inalienable property rights through Bills rammed down by State’s and Federal Cabinets and Local Councils. It took, however, Peter Spencer’s case to fix it in the public glare.

Over the years, we’ve documented and probed the Right’s refusal to fight each such Bill, and all the anti-inalienable rights Bills the Right has supported in states’ and Federal Parliaments. Certainly, of the states, this has been mostly through attention to the Victorian Parliament but it invites comparison with the other states.

Let it be kept to the fore that in, saying so, it is not to claim M.T. is the only site to have tackled the threat.  It would be wrong and reprehensible to claim it. It would be the fatal flaw of hubris compounded by conceit. Anonymity would be far better. It is service, limited though it is, to Australians that is the rule. It is out of patriotiism that stirs the pen. It is out of love for precious freedom that drives the pen. It is out of concern the blood to fight is heated. It is out of humility the ink is run.

It is vital to the defence of Liberty that it’s core must be sound market economics. Free markets is the ground of Liberty. It’s root is inalienable property rights. Two gentlemen, Mr. Jackson and Dr. Frank Shostak, have provided a most admirable service in defending freedom.

Readers of Brookesnews will have carefully noted that through the now vast archive of its articles also runs a defence of inalienable poperty rights, from the pivot of inalienable rights - free market economics. Each is inseparably intrincsic to the other.

These two gentlemen have been sidelined, Jackson blacklisted, and both smeared by the Right. Taken with the Right’s incompetent (at best) economics grip, and their arrogance and conceit, we have more reasons why they have done so.

Today, Australians are staring at disaster, of horrifiying magnitude and dimensions, looming fast. We have the Right to thank for this. The Left could have been destroyed decades ago. Instead, the Federal Party is reduced to the likes of treacherous hard Leftist Greg Hunt, in Parliament only due to Michael Kroger and his pal Peter Costello and their backers.

It’s not principles that count with the Right. This is why Greg Hunt is in Parliament. He’s one of them. Helen Kroger, Scott Ryan, Malcolm Turnbull, Nick Minchin, Julie Bishop, Peter Costello, and so on down a long list of spineless, unprincipled, anti-genuine Liberal parasitical mediocrities, and their think tanks - CIS, IPA, HR Nicholls Society, all in the narrow, closed Right-wing clique. There are tensions between them, but not due to any degree of ‘lineal separation’ (there is none). They are merely geographical complaints, with the Sydney and Melbourne branches of the clique accentuating them in purely butter-knife fights fought out of their time hallowed sense of honour - geographical snobbery.

Tony announces his full support for the Corruption of Youth

His ‘Green Army’ is a fascist ‘policy’and corrupts youth, as set out in yesterday’s item, Tony Abbott, more imlications of his “Green Army”. A central focus is:

Greens fronts seducing and brainwashing large numbers of youths into their cult and that their reach has been extended by politicians, Left and Right, through schools. Not all schools, it might be said. Enough independent schools joined the great debasement of youths. All done, of course, in the name of ’science’.

It was mentioned that by the 1990’s the Greens success in corrupting youth had become highly visible in the streets. Activist Noel Pearson, who happens to be fighting for inalienable rights of Aborgines, has also noticed this:

“The Wilderness Society has an army of teenagers out on the streets saying that about those of us resisting its attack on the land rights of Aboriginal people in the cape. As in all propaganda campaigns, its main currency is to push its side of the story.”

Labor connives with green alliance to control indigenous growth

Pearson observes that, as of the many other Green Fronts, it is naturally kept by taxpayers. Pearson also observes that successive Queensland Premiers, ALP Beattie and the current Premeier, Anna Bligh, did a ‘deal’ with this treacherous Left front to buy the “Green vote”. The object was to buy not the marginal votes of dedicated Green cultists, but of uncertain urbanites:

“The first step was to cause great alarm… meetings in the suburbs talking up the threats to Cape York. Threats can be the lifeblood of campaigns such as those routinely run by the Wilderness Society.”

The handiwork Anna Bligh and her Cabinet of larcenous thugs, who enthusiastically applauded Rudd’s proposal for an Arbeitsfront. The Bligh who blighted Queenslanders by building her ‘Green Army’ own for good measure.

It is exactly the strategy and tactics devised by the KGB for subversion of the West. The estbalishment and entenchment of a front with a nominal ’cause’ that might seem plausible. Except, it is “mainstream” politicians who did this, in the sordid, corrupt exercise of vote-buying. “Alternative fuel” scams, as a matter of fact, also have this force, and the Right is up to their eyeballs in these scams too.

Notice also the racism. In buying the suburbanite, using a hard Left front to whip it up, Anna Bligh and her Cabinet of thugs have stolen a huge swathe of land, and stole stolen inalienable rights Aborigines, condemning them to misery. “They are only bloody natives. Thery must live their true, tribal life.” Well, ladies and gentleman, guess what cults are, guess what the cult of socialism is:

Mainstream ‘politicians’ using them in a corrupt exercise of vote-buying. Look at what they have done to the Aborgines, whom Pearson is fighting for! What do we get from Abbott and Hunt? More of the same thuggery and bastardry.

I question the sanity of anyone who holds Abbott and rather many in the Right are Liberals and geniuses.

The word, “community” is a deceptive word, but the use is exactly the same. It is  Leftist slogan for subjugation of the individual to the group, and controlled by those who are not patriots, but are bent on power over others. It ryhmes with the sound cows make, moooo.

That is how individuals are treated; mere beasts to be herded and whipped. Commoooonity. Readers, as shocking as it seems, the Right’s regard for Australians is exactly the same. Stupid journalists promote the great solar scam

Bob Brown stood up in the Senate and gave a speech and read into Hansard the new Greens manifesto. What is important is that this anti-freedom, anti-capitalist, anti-Australia, internationalist hard Left front is detached from its Stalinist anchor, following the fall of the USSR.

The manifesto is a re-statement of the purpose of the Greens as an International Front. It caters for that horrible disaster by implied explainging it away. The crucial thing is, though, with it’s former master gone it is a statement of succession to the USSR.

The Greens are no longer ‘rudderless’. This is very important, because this is what the so-called Australian Greens is, a wing of this hard Left, Stalinist movement. There is no need to go through it here, for we will do it and Bob Brown over in a separate item. The ‘environmentalist’ concern is a veil placed over the pus exuding from the skin of the diseased, as a base man’s effort to imitate manners.

The aim is to destroy capitalist westerners and replace it with a Stalinist regime. In furtherance of this, together with other hard Left fronts, the Greens lie on behalf of the likes of that drug king-pin, Hugo Chavez. Chavez is hailed by communists from Cuba to the West as the new Fidel Castro.

The hard Left are working at obtaining full ‘diplomatic’ relationships with Chavez and his regime of murderous thugs, with very free entry for them into Australia. We have written this up, but we will re-link it in the article on Bob Bob Brown and the Stalinist manifesto he read out in Parliament.

What did the Right do? Precisely. Not a word from that lot. Genuine Liberals would have stood up and shredded Bob Brown, every Greeny and their allies in the ALP and in the Right, fifth columnists such as Greg Hunt.

By the time genuine Liberals finished, Bob Brown and his fellow travellers would have been on a plane so fast out of Canberra and into hiding in some dark hole in Tasmania that streak lightening wouldn’t catch them. Even better, there’d be no place for them to hide in Tasmania either. Bob Brown and co would have had to seek refuge in the paradise of one of their heroes, Cuba for instance. For:

The Right in the Tasmanian State Parliament are betraying Tasmanians too. Of course they are. This is the Right, and not the genuine LiberalParty. They are dedicated to hard Left - green policies.

As on the mainland, enough reasonable, decent types have accepted some of the seemingly plausible ‘environmentalist’ lies. Many others know all the lies are lies. Many, irrespective of which, hate the Greens and Greens policies - including the vast land theft called ‘heritage wilderness parks’. Very many know Greens policies, on top of other anti-freemarket policies, are ruining them, are grinding them under, into misery.

What do they get from the Right? State and Federal, how the Right will help the hard Left crush them all the more. Go, Tony Abbott. Just don’t turn up in the streets of Tasmania without a round the clock bodyguard.

Don’t worry, Abbott, you have some camouflage. The Tasmanian wing of the right is detested too. Best of all, ordinary members of the Liberal party are telling me this. They are furious the Right has done to them what has been done to the members of the mainland divisions.

They know the Right has betrayed genuine Liberal principles. They know they are being sold out to the hard Left. They know the Greens can be crushed but are given oxygen by the Right.

They know Tasmania is in deep trouble because of all of this. They know they are in deep economic trouble because of all this. What do they get to relieve the punishment?

Tony Abbott! Greg Hunt! The rest of the Right! Gibbering parasites.

Let’s not forget this:

Tony Abbott and the rest of his Right-wing pals, when in office, swiped tremendous sums off taxpyers and threw it down the necks of greens and other treacherous Leftists, through their ’causes’ and fronts. That was the property of Australians, whether firms’ or employees’, swiped off them, gone for ever, to entrench totalitarian bent Leftists.

They also threw tremendous sums at other parasites, who swooped in to make a killing for nothing, principals of ‘alternative energy’ scams for one. Down, also, the throat of that temple to charlatanism, fraud and the green cult, the “Department of the Environment”.

Yes, that economic illiterate too, Peter Costello did this. He, presided over it, while praising himself for ramming more regulations by which to strangle firms and employees and impoverish all. Congratulating himself for it, while the RBA pumped keyenisan poison. This master of free markets swelled with pride as he joined his fellow club-men in destroying the narrow window for the highly moral cause of free labour markets. This poseur and dummkopf presided over all this.

What does Tony Abbott propose? He wants to do to Australians what Rudd wants to do, enslave Australians outright and destroy them. This is the force of Abbott’s anti-freedom, anti-free market, and anti-Australian policies.

What makes this all the more terrifying, and it is terrifying, is that he is so dense he doesn’t realise it is the force of his policies. Oh, Greg Hunt knows the force of Abbott’s policies, as he also did Turnbull’s much the same ‘policies. Abbott and the rest of the Right are so dim they don’t see it, not even a hint that that is their position.

Neither do their think tanks, who are also responsible for bringing this state of affairs about. Neither do Right-wing journalists - what, the likes of Albrechtsen and Devine! These two, who have only boldly stated in their columns free markets must be overthrown and modest Australians be forced into abject misery! (Oh, yes they have.) No patriotic Australian should be in any doubt why the treacherous left are in the ascendant.

Hmmm, might leave it here for today. It’s too distressing to continue unloading the rest. Things are dire. Freedom loving, patriotic Australians are in deep trouble.

Not to be trite in altering tone, but it’s time for some of the scrapped humorous approach. Besides, I have no desire to be the cause of mass depression, this is also the monopoly of the Right and the Left - as many know, monopolies never occur spontaneously in free markets, they can only be imposed:

Typically, Abbott and the rest are refusing to explain the “Green Army” and much else. Typically, they are replying to members questions with an automated evasion:

‘Abbott gave a policy speech to the Party last Thursday evening last week.’

And, other such contemptuous drivel.

Making it even funnier, Liberal members haven’t a clue as to which Party he addressed, because they hadn’t heard it in a Party forum - forget about the opportunity to challenge ‘policy’. The Right eradicated members’ rights a long time ago. Michael Kroger added a nice touch to the Victorian Division’s constitution, members have no rights for all eternity.

Abbott is:

1. A figure of ‘influence’

2. The putative’ leader’

3. The putative ‘Maximus Leader’ Prime minster of Australia.

4. One of them

These are the things that count for  the Right. We can tell he is already No.3, because Abbott smiled into the microphone that loves him (careful Tony, Hugh Morgan might get jealous) and said:

“Well, I think in part, Luke, that’s because people feel they’ve been saved from an ETS by the federal Opposition and I just hope they give us credit for that important national benefaction.”

Let’s get this right:

a) Australians are meant to grovel at the feet of Abbott and the rest of the Right because they managed to partially get something right

b) though it is a major ‘partially’, stopping the carbon tax type called Emissions Trading Scheme

c) but only until Parliament reconvenes, making it a major partial of a partial success?

Blow me, this is total victory according to Lord Admiral Abbott. Nelson squibbed it at Gibraltar, cf. The Napoleanic Wars, We vanquished the short guy, by Tom Switzer and Ray Evans, historians of the Right and their place in world history, written and published as soon as theyfinished a morning’s cup of coffee.

Meanwhile, or beforehand, there everyone is assuming the apparent heresy, MPs are supposed to be servants of Australians, standing on principles and fighting for their rights and to stop such horrendous plots as carbon taxes.

Australians are wrong, I’m definitely wrong. All must be hereticsand ingrates. It’s a boon that Abbott and the Right granted serfs. Noblesse oblige inverted, and with knobs on. They are also Jesus Christ, they “saved” us.

Australians are now longer mere serfs. They are in Abbott’s and the Right’s debt. We all have to pay them a duty. Perhaps a day’s literal service as doormats, as opposed to the mere metaphorical daily usage.

Mind you, Tony, sorry to disappoint you and all that, but there is this carbon taxation scheme you are cooking up. Oh, and your central planning manifesto. Blast, another detail, ‘alternative energy’ scams. Sorreee… ooh, flipping heck, and your Green Arbeitsfront.

Oh, alright then, let’s settle  on 1/1779087665 of a benefaction and the Right managed to crawl up 1/6799378374 of an inch up a Cross.

How they even managed to spot one, a cross, is a either a greater mystery or divine intervention. Are they telling the truth? I’m incredulous too.

Some kindly advice to Mr. Tony Abbott M.P.,LOSC and Putative

Though he is one of the Right closed circle, he should look at the Victorian Division. The membership is still falling. It’s, at most, about 1,000.

To fund the IPA and the CIS.

It is not, regrettably, the headlines but it is what he should do. Thus, he would do good work in helping to finish off these clowns.

Professor Sinclair Davidson, this genius and talent is at least consistent. He stuffs up every time he takes out his big coloured crayons and butcher paper to write his treatises in economics, which, oddly, sends diseased Leftists such as John Quiggin into fits of jocular hilarity. Forget anything with a degree of difficulty greater than 1, Davidson couldn’t even manage to nail the point to the Laffer curve.

Oh, and a couple of months later and readers are still waiting for his defence of his paper on manufacturing. Mind, it’s a tad difficult for him to do it - it presumes much that he lacks and, besides, in that paper he effectively called for ‘Industry Policy’, which is an euphemism for Soviet style economic planning. Oh, it doesn’t seem he did so deliberately; he can’t help writing what he doesn’t have a clue about. The clock is ticking Davidson - put up, or shut up, and where is that outstanding public apology you owe to Mr. Jackson?

Mind, it would be wasted. They haven’t, for example, heard of the German economic miracle. Why on earth, Mr. Ron Manners, would you entrust your Mannkel scholarships to incompetent ignoramuses and therefore unfit to develop new talent? Is it your secret joke?

It is all too easy to predict the upshot. Do you realise Mr. Manners the gravity of what you are funding? All that you will have succeeded in doing is proliferating a closed gene pool of cretins who have almost completely destroyed the Liberal Party, and wrecked the fight for serious causes. Diminshing returns

Three to four decades later, and what is the record of the IPA and CIS? They are a running joke. The diseased Left now publicly laughs at them. They were laughing at them long before, but not publicly - because they want the blundering idiot “Right” to retain its death grip over the Liberal Party and Liberal causes. That the hard Left now freely show their contempt is telling. They assume they face no real threats anymore and in one respect they are right. Diminishing returns can be measured. Over the decades, their output is bulk drivel that should never have passed a basic editorial check. Something has happened. They have exponentially increased their ‘output’ over the last 8 or so months. It’s a flood of bilge.

Any remaining pretence of solid content and effective delivery has been surrendered. The reason is transparent. Fundraisers

The Institute of Public Affairs, Centre for Independent Studies, and the HR Nicholls Society, never supported John Howard. The Institute of Public Affairs and HR Nicholls Society even had the hide to blame Howard for the disasters they caused - destruction of the fight for free labour markets and the 2007 election disaster. On lot of these mendacious ingrates, Centre for Independent Studies, had the hide to demand Howard front a fundraiser for them this year.

Lindsay wants to pocket $10m this year. As part of their fundraising extravaganza, the Centre for Independent Studies is holding a stunt euphemistically called seminars on the recession. This lot, as the likes of Woods, McCrann, and Leftists such as Quiggin, are all wise when it is all over. To remind Mr. Manners, Jackson was warning of the recession for over a decade, backed in a solid framework of economic theory, reinforced by his depth of schholarship in history. In 2004 he also predicted for 2008 the financial wobbles.

So, what on earth is the CIS doing? I know. They are trying to protect their backsides over their derelictions, conceal their abysmal economic illiteracy, and pretend to donors they have it all under their thumbs. $10m, Mr. Manners for a pack of yellow frauds.

Money well spent! Heavens, for that extra $10ms., they will buy an Oz version of a Castro. Why settle for that fascist squirt Kevin Rudd and his Cabinet of thugs when a real right scumbag can be purchased by the CIS and IPA. This will cost them a bit of lose change. Windpower, union stupidity and green lies

Recently, a minor union official complained about the impact of the financial markets’ gyrations. I appreciate not all union officials are thugs. Some are well intentioned and decent, though misguided - as in supporting measures that sees many given a 100% pay cut in the form of unemployment, by forcing effective minimum pay rates above market rates. The subject complained the market staggers is slicing the nominal value off his savings.

Assuming politicians were not bent on economic destruction via Co2 taxes and other tax and kill capital measures, over time the share market builds savings into a nest egg worth retiring on. Savers don’t have to be high income earners to achieve this at all. The current value of that official’s super holdings, therefore, is trivial, unless he wishes good stocks cashed in and to take a real loss.

He further complained, it is wrong retirement funds should be built out of investment in capital. He opined, ‘why can’t we go back to the old tried and true way of prescribed pensions’. This was when the official totally lost me. He clearly does not realise that there cannot be a ‘prescribed pension’ without capital and, crucially, capital accumulation.

Due to the ruthless immorality of anti-market labour pricing measures, worries over nest eggs is solved for the compulsorily made destitute. Their immediate worry is to obtain paying work, and then they can worry over accumulating a nest egg and its future value.

The lucky few with paying jobs, who are members of Unions, and have their savings policies with their unions, won’t have to worry about their nest eggs either. As reported, the Union heavies are wiping them out by throwing it down the black hole of ‘alternative energy’ frauds.

It does beg the question of lawfulness of these actions against fund members. Have the ACTU heavies told members they are plundering their modest savings to enrich their pals in Government and in extortion rackets called ‘alternative energy companies’?

Consider a new start up, genuine free market proposition. Super funds do not and cannot direct funds held in trust into supplying start up capital in ventures that may or may not succeed. Policy holders must approve such allocations and that means, being in funds that enable them to approve it, on evaluation of the risks should they, it is usually an insignificant consideration which won’t damage fund performance). Otherwise, individuals pushing some little amount, and those who engage in large venture capital raising and allocation do the work.

‘Alternative Energy companies’ are not free market capital formations. We can tell; they are subsidised to the hilt. They were set up only because Governments transferred tremendous sums to their ‘principals’. Funds stolen from real taxpayers and their genuine capital investments. They have no market value.

If what they were doing was valuable, investors would volitionally supply them capital. None have and, miracle of miracles - denied by the likes of Union thugs, Mark Vaile, Jeff Kennett, David Kemp, Penny Wong and Kevin Rudd, they plan long term and act rationally. They have seen the future in ‘alternative energy’; it does not exist. Therefore, they concluded, it is suicidal to extend capital to it, unless there is a genuine loony out there who reckons wiping out their own little all is a brilliant way to build a nest egg.

What many investors will not do, because they are neither suicidal nor loonies, the bosses of at least one union will do. Those bosses believe they can defy economics, the markets and, in the case of ‘alternative energy’, science.

‘Science…’ this must be qualified. Some things, windmills, solar panels, and ethanol are of course sound in science and engineering as such. However, they are not sound in science for the function, energy generation.

Solar panels and windmills, for example, cannot generate sufficient energy to power a room in a tiny house, and this is before economically efficient production. There is no scientific and thus engineering basis on which to achieve economically efficient production. By definition, therefore, to allocate capital into those schemes is to destroy it. Here’s a case study:

1. In America in 1991, LUZ, a solar-electricity generating company, went into bankruptcy. LUZ is interesting because it had been asserted by zealous solar power supporters (especially in the media) that the company’s technology had made solar power an economic alternative to nuclear. Even Fortune magazine waded in with support. LUZ had built its plant in the New Mexico desert to take advantage of the highly favourable conditions. But even there they could not make their 354 MW operation pay, which brings us right back to Suzy Freeman-Greene.

What is also crucial about the LUZ collapse is, ‘alternative energy schemes’ (they are schemes not free market, capital investments) are heavily subsidised. To follow the ACTU bosses, the collapse should not have occurred because LUZ was a major beneficiary of large subsidies. The ACTU are not only economic illiterates, they are also financial ignoramuses.

Financials is about capital. Financial profit is capital accumulation. So, why did Luz collapse?

The price of capital, of shares in a firm, is the sum of the present value of expected future earnings. The allocation of capital into a firm that produces nothing valued has no future earnings. It can only finish in bankruptcy. Here we are talking about earnings before whether a firm is justified. There are enough who sink their savings into loss makers, but no one volitionally sinks their savings into something for which earnings are not possible or are so trivial as to be as good as zero. Subsidies are not real earnings.

Profit: there is no single rate for all companies to justify their capital allocations. One company might require a gross of 12% another 30%. Why 30% but to leap the hurdles of taxes including regulations in order to yield its owners a return justifying their backing, the net return. Governments wipe out advantages in various investments because of the savage burdens they impose. The destruction of the former multi-billion petro-chemical production companies in Australia typifies that force.

A firm in profit means capital accumulation, which is applied to maintaining capital in existing production, expansion, and for new investments. Loss making signals capital extinction is occurring and the question is, can it be remedied or must it be shut down to stop further liquidation of capital. Subsidies over-ride these very important signals for action. They create the chimera of success when capital locked up in failing firms is being consumed. It gives the appearance capital is being maintained when it is being consumed.

Subsidies to alternative energy companies is not papering over loss making. It is deliberate fraud concealing funds sunk into them is instant capital destruction. There is nothing there. They are shells for the commission of larceny - private property seized to only make the politicians, a few bureaucrats, and con men pretending to be businessmen wealthy.

If the rumour is true, and it is a very strong rumour that has now been broadcast over the airwaves, then the ACTU are defrauding their members! Subsidisation is the mechanism to be used to conceal from fund members the ACTU is wiping out their modest savings. They are doing this in anticipation of Rudd transferring tremendous sums into the hollow schemes called alternative energy.

It follows, and it is a very strong rumour, do not grounds for criminal investigation exist – in common law and, interestingly, under all the Acts the Federal government has put through covering such actions? Will the ATO also investigate the ACTU? The ATO launches investigations on reasons feebler than a strong rumour against others who, for example, are merely trying to preserve their own private property against confiscation by Government and, the ATO has them thrown into jail for it.

After all, if a non-Union fund were to do what the strong rumour lifts out as above, just now broadcasted by 3AW, its officers would not only have broken trust. They would be convicted of a long list of criminal and lesser charges, thrown into prison and their own assets would be seized - to compensate their victims.

If the family “saved” a hypothetical $A100 a quarter in electricity bills that would have worked out at $A400 p.a.. This means that it would take this ‘investment’ 62 years and 6 months to break even. But when we discount the return (as we must because a present dollar is worth more than a future dollar) by, say, 10 per cent this ‘investment’ will never pay for itself. It wouldn’t even repay the family’s $A5000 investment. Then of course we have depreciation. If this is set at 10 per cent, for example, then the installation last for 10 years. Even if you run it till it falls to pieces, it still cannot pay for itself at these prices. This is what is called a lousy investment. It’s also lousy science and lousy PR.

Ethanol has only 2/3 the energy of regular gas, so you get 1/3 less energy per gallon, which means it adds 33 percent to the gas-per-mile cost of driving. But there’s also the cost of ethanol transport, which is by truckload or railroad, much higher than by oil pipeline (which ethanol can’t use because it can’t handle any water seepage like oil can).

The argument that ethanol reduces emissions is a fraud. With a modern car engine’s oxygen sensors and computer-controlled fuel injection, there’s no difference in CO (carbon monoxide) coming out your tailpipe with regular gas or ethanol.

Hell hath no fury than folks threatened with the elimination of their government subsidy. The question to ask the corn farmers is: if ethanol is so great, how come you don’t run your tractors with it and use (far more economical) diesel instead?

One qualification is in order: ethanol emissions pump carcinogens into the air.

Next to being a fraud, ethanol production, which Andrew Bolt advocates as the way to go, is destroying the lattice of food production worldwide with horrendous famines now a real danger. Tim Blair refuses to attack his guru, Bolt, over this fraud, and his other pals in the CIS and IPA and HR. Nich. Soc.

Shockingly, they are winning what is a ‘war’. This is due to the unprincipled illiterates who have wrecked the Liberal Party. This lot, when in States’ and Federal Parliaments imposed many measures the Stalinist Greens and their hard Left allies in the ALP demand. This ‘achievement’ was ably assisted by the cretins in the CIS, the IPA and the HR. Nich. Soc. They served the treacherous Left and not Australians - and they are too stupid to realise this is exactly what they did and continue to do - ditto Blair and Bolt.

That is the line the mainstream media is running, and it is wrong. It is nothing more than squealing vicious fishwives, who thirst for power. As for in-fighting, they couldn’t survive three minutes a Leftist faction fight.

The kitten spat has nothing to do with the Liberal Party and its members. Members are only good for handing over fees. Members must Keep their place as mere dumb serfs. Members must not enter the presence of the Uber Lords, lest they are offended by the unwashed.

The Right’s control and wrecking of the Liberal Party is due to Michael Kroger. Michael Kroger is not the subject. It’s been some time since the last scrutiny of Kroger and his backers; this fun past-time is for another day.

One is no longer interested in Red Ted and his antics. He’s only a symptom of the disease called the Right. There’s no point in kicking him for many reasons, eg.,Ted doesn’t have a grip, (neither do those out to knife him). Secondly, despite his stupidity, he is fundamentally a decent man, which cannot be predicated of the thugs trying to stab him to death with a rubber flensing knife. Thirdly, it’s not his fault he occupies a safe seat and is leader of the Opposition - the Right put him in.

I remind Landeryou history for the Right begins when they wake up each morning. These are the guys who have not heard of the “German economic miracle”. Forget,eg, asking them why the 1930’s was an economic axial period of the 20th century.You will receive a blank stare and, a long time later, a reply to this effect:

“axial…ah. They are the thingummies attached to car wheels.”

That is the calibre and depth of responses I’ve received when I have asked graduates in Law on subject matter requiring scholarly grounded expertise.The Right is packed with lawyers that bright. Kroger and Costello are lawyers.

Kemp’s antics in the 80’s devolved on a grab for power. He freely before the public’s gaze sank his ballerina boots into ‘Wets’ and grabbed their blue-ribbon seats for himself, his brother, his chum Costello and his ex-chum, Kroger.

Ted is dead, but who will emerge as Caesar? Kroger? The mendacious propagandist for devastating carbon taxes, in the form of the ethanol fraud, Andrew Bolt, is flying cover for Kroger and Costello during this campaign the Brawl of the Vicious Fishwives. He’s blaming Ted.

Bolt was silent on the truth. Kroger, Costello, and their stick puppets have been working against Ted for some time now. Actively undermining him. Ted had to take it without lifting even a finger in retaliation.

Bolt asserted, Ted is indulging in a witch hunt, demonstrating paranoia. Wrong. If it’s paranoia to go after those sticking a knife in your back, it is the right sort of paranoia.

Ted’s problem is, he doesn’t know how to fight and campaign. It shows. He picked the wrong Brawl field, the Plains of Releasing Emails. That’s Ted’s crime; thus it backfired. Mind, it’s a good thing he did it. It flushed out a Jew hater. Bolt covers for nice sorts.

However, what is Kemp really up to? I’ve quizzed some senior Liberal figures. They too hope the wreckers blow themselves up in this fight. Their answers are only speculative. Here’s my assessment:

Kemp is mounting a coup-de-tat against Kroger. He wants to be Fuhrer. Kemp has his own ‘power base’ now. Stubby holder documents the sheer number of lackeys Kemp has groomed and is steering towards blue ribbon seats is an eye-opener.

Kemp is attempting to impose one of his finger puppets on the seat of Higgins. To succeed, he needs the co-operation of Costello. It also means crossing Kroger, who wants to impose the walking royal chamber pot called Julian Sheezel.

It meshes with the latest news. The Kroger camp has promised they will neuter Kemp if he persists. Landeryou has documented this. Can even a flea be neutered with a plastic knife? But it’s the Right. Their nuts fall off at the merest hint of trouble: afraid of the left-dominated media they shine their boots, saying “Sir/Ma’am, I never meant to offend you”, as the IPA and the CIS also do.

It’s not about principles. They don’t have any. It’s all about power. This is why the Victorian membership is all but non-existent at 5,000. The brawl is ramming home to an unconvinced few how bad the Right is.

A new stream of genuine Liberals is fleeing the “Liberal Party”. They are appalled. How strong is this current? They have been flooding talk-back radio in order to say what they are not free to say in the Party, and are punished if they even dare to by Kroger and Kommissar Kemp. Flaps are the preserve of the Right.

The Brawl is showing to the public the Right is not the Liberal Party. That, they merely seized control of it in the 80’s and proceeded every day since to bash the living daylights out of it. That, the Right hold Liberal principles, members, and modest Australians in contempt.

The Right made this plain to all a long time ago. Back then, few took their callousness, contempt, venality, cowardice, thuggery, and treachery seriously for what it showed. The question is, can the Right be shot out the door before they completely finish off the Liberal Party? This, as the issue of The Brawl, is a good prospect and thus pessimistically held.

Liberal members, stand up to them. There is nothing to fear. They are cowards. There is nothing to lose and everything to regain - Liberal Integrity. Lay into them. The thugs have reduced good, genuine Liberals. Look at Liberals who have been stomped on, and all those who have abandoned the Party. Look at the condition of the Federal and States’ Parliamentary wings. Then, you will know what to do.

What do the CIS and IPA have in common? Answer: Hugh Morgan. Besides destroying WMC, then wrecking the campaign for labour market reform and inflicting great damage on the Liberal Party, what other little destructive schemes is he involved in? The answer is, ‘alternative energy’ scams.

The CIS is less than candid with the Australian public, and its donors. It, in fact, has a direct conflict of interest, detonating on its seniors’ full endorsement of Humphrey’s very defective paper, “Exploring a Carbon Tax for Australia”. The conflict is this: direct pecuniary interests in ‘alternative energy’ and ‘carbon credits trading’.

The upshot is the CIS has no credibilty at all, marked by a blatant and yet idiotic attempt to conceal their conflict of interest in what is a very serious matter. It is a matter that if executed by the Rudd Cabinet, means real misery for millions of Australians and real capital destruction on a massive scale. The dishonesty of the CIS is deliberate.

There are those who, when they have read this article, might even add, “they have deliberately committed intellectual fraud, in a lame attempt to conceal their real interests.” What the CIS has done is very bad. Read on and find out why.

A fascinating snippet.

A director of the CIS, Mr. Peter Yates, has an immediate vested interest in one of the scams. Mr. Yates is also a director of the ‘carbon credit trading company’, Peony Capital. Does anyone else involved in the CIS have a vested interest in Peony, and also any other scam called an ‘alternative energy’ or ‘credit trading’ pseudo-business?

Bill Gates and his wife supplied the funds for Peony. One never questioned Gates the entrepreneur who revolutionised the computer, delivering a great machine right into the home. Outside his forte, he has shown a propensity to silliness, even stupidity. Gates takes up leftists causes. Or, perhaps, he just wishes to feel loved. His cave in to”Global warming” is a nasty indication of shallowness, a nastiness heightened by his decision to back the fraud of ‘carbon credits’ and ‘trade’ in them.

Sucking up to the US Democrats hasn’t paid off, since they punished Microsoft or, rather, through Microsoft consumers of its products. What the Clintons and their fellow Stalinistos do, the Euro socialists adopt, and they stuck the knife in further, as the latest Euro kangaroo court ruling against Microsoft shows. It’s plain why: Bill Gates didn’t hand over a big enough bribe to the Clintons and Al Gore. Yet, Gates persists in appeasing leftists.

Peony is, curiously, based in China. How convenient, given Kevin Rudd is attacking allies such as Japan, while bending low over for the Peking Geratric Buggery club. All this and preparing to impose ‘carbon credits’ on Australians. It’s more than convenient, its a cosy set up for those who are about to fill their bank accounts on the back of another massive fraud. The purpose of Peony is to clean up in “carbon credit trading” and not capital investment in real free market production. Peony’s website is at least honest about the thuggery it was set up for:

Ron Walker and Hugh Morgan; their ‘alterantive energy scheme’ to get hold of billions of dollars out of hard taxed Australians, courtesy of their best mates - ALP Governments.

With his mate Ron Walker, already wealthy thanks to the racket called the Grand Prix, Morgan too wants to be made wealthier than he already is via professional dole bludging. How? Morgan and his fellow scumbag called Ron Walker want the Federal Government to rob modest real taxpayers of their hard-earned pay and transfer the proceeds into their fat bank accounts through an ‘alternative energy’ racket, in the form of nuclear power generation.

The coal fired electricity plants are clean, low cost, very efficient, marked by the sheer capacity supplied at low prices – that would be even lower if it were not for Australia’s politicians and bureaucrats. Walker and Morgan consider themselves fine Liberal Party members. Ordinary members, and most modest Australians know what they, and their pals the likes of Costello and Kroger really are. Morgan considers himself a great defender of classical Liberalism and, crucially, classical economics. What Morgan really is shows up how delusional he is in this conceit.

Remember, Morgan is the man who in 2005 puckered up to ABC TV cameras, in the odd belief the camera loved him. ABC TV cameras did, as Morgan destroyed the campaign for Labour market reform and the Liberal Party’s 2008 re-election chance in a matter of a few minutes.

Morgan has showed his colours. He is not a genuine Liberal at all. He, as his pals, doesn’t give a stuff about economic liberty and general Liberal principles at all. They are concerned with only one thing, themselves. Neither does he give a stuff about the damage he has inflicted on many Australians, nor the economic destruction that can be wrought by satiating the Green Goddess of Death.

Not Hugh Morgan. No, with his fellow parasite called a Ron Walker, Hugh Morgan puckered up once more for the cameras, last year. He and Ronnie “Biggs” Walker announced through the media they were setting up a nuclear power company.

Ronnie “Biggs” Walker is no more an entrepreneur than Morgan is. He is cheify weify, for example, of the Fairfax communist propaganda rag, The Age. The Age was saved from a well-deserved fate, bankruptcy and closure, courtesy of Ron’s two other close pals, Steve Bracks and Brumby. Those two thugs shovel mountains of taxpayers stolen pay packets to prop up the Spencer Street Soviet’s “Pravda”.

It’s funny really, a ‘Liberal’ in charge of a Stalinist organ, which makes ‘profit’ courtesy of the larceny of the Bracks-Brumby Cabinets. A ‘Liberal’ who appointed the Trotskyite Jaspan editor of ‘Pravda’. A ‘Liberal’ who has made another fortune by the same type of mechanism, Bracks and Brumby transferring millions of stolen property into his pockets, using that exercise in economic cretinism, the Grand Prix as an excuse. Walker and Morgan expected Morgan’s mate, Peter Costello, to do for them what Bracks and Brumby have done so generously for Walker.

It might seem sad their hopes were dashed when Howard was defeated, and their fellow rightwing parasite, Peter Costello, denied his ambition, ‘power’. It’s not sad; Ron Walker has obvious advantages as Morgan’s partner. Walker shows how you can suck up to leftists and do splendidly: “Hughie; you’ll see, Rudd will come round and fund our nuclear energy company; the left are my best bed pals.”

What has to happen for their scheme to get up is not only Rudd transferring hundreds of millions per annum into their coffers. The economically efficient coal fired electricity production firms have to be priced out of existence. In their media conference, Ron and Hugh said just that: the government should force the price of coal generated electricity up to a level that makes sinking funds into nuclear power plants viable. This amounts to three things.

It’s a direct subsidy, through govt. using coercion to force prices up, and that is before other types of transfers. Capital destruction, and not only of the coal based energy companies. The coerced immiseration of Australians, from the cut in power supply, to shouldering the consequences of economic carnage, including more unemployed Australians. Why is the Centre for Independent Studies supporting the destructive carbon tax?

Next to the destruction of capital and the immiseration of millions of Australians due to the ‘alternative energy’ scams and ‘greenhouse gas reduction’ fraud, the rub is clear. The racketeers behind ‘windmill’ and ‘ethanol’ ‘firms are being made wealthy due only to coercion by State’s and Federal Govts.

After all, without the violence of coercion, those schemes don’t in free markets survive a casual idea tossing and binning it session. To mark this, Bracks and Brumby compelled all Victorians by an “Act of Parliament” to directly subsidise the windmill fraud they set up. Now Victorians have to pay for another fraud cooked up between Bracks and Brumby, the ‘desalinisation plant’.

What is the definition of ‘alternative energy’?
Answer: an excuse for an already wealthy, bi-partisan oligarchy to enrich themselves many times more by seizing real taxpayers’ private property.

How the ‘alternative energy swindles are mounted.

Faced with those bare facts, we see the difficulty faced by the racketeers. It’s not simply that their fraudulent operations could never be established in free markets. Most Australians would be very hostile at any attempt to impose them. The ‘bosses’ ( they put the Mafia to shame) have had to prepare the way through political propaganda campaigns.

The grand lie of man causes global warming has been one leg of a monstrous propaganda campaign mounted not just by the Greens, the Democrats, the ALP, and the media. The ‘wets’ and ‘ dries’ in the Liberal Party and the National Party also, having thrown millions of taxpayers dollars at it, inclusive of a deliberate brainwashing progrom which was directed at schools.

Coalition Ministers boasted in Parliament of their brainwashing progroms for school children. They probably studied Peter Garrett’s ‘bible’, the KGB handbook for the Greens, ‘How to corrupt children’). This is where the CIS and IPA come into the picture.

Morgan threw millions of WMC shareholder funds at the IPA and CIS. Morgan, bye the bye, appointed that devotee of Fidel Castro, and notorious Melbourne neo-Marxist, Joan Coxsedge as environmental adviser to WMC. It puzzles me why shareholders endured that man’s perfidious habits, and did not, instead of mollifying, him, ram him through the courts to recover every cent he plundered in order to line the pockets of Coxsedge and those professional dole bludgers in the IPA and CIS.

In the above linked article Jackson condemned the very bad paper by John Humphreys, “Exploring a Carbon Tax for Australia”. I had also attacked it, last year, in, “The odd couple”

What is pointed is, the IPA has not fought for free markets either. “Privatisation”, for example and one of their great ’causes’, has nothing to do with free market supply, and thus really serving consumers. It is about extracting as much revenue as possible from long suffering modest Australians and funneling it straight into the coffers of ‘government’. Bracks’ and Brumby’s treatment of the ‘privatised’ firms in Victoria typifies this real aim. The IPA in its “Bash Howard” bumper issue demanded what that lot did to Victorians should be made policy in all other states.

Like the CIS, the IPA’s position is not fighting politicians and bureaucrats over wrecking markets and with it, destruction of capital through regulation and all other types of taxation. No, as many an article in the IPA alone makes plain; they are concerned to ensure ‘government’ imposes the ‘right sort’ of burdens and this begs the question; What sort is the right sort?

Next to other destructive implications, taxation (regulation is a tax) is also a ‘backdoor’ means of protectionism. To follow the money trail, ask the question, Who benefits? Maintaining the lie of man causes global warming to conceal the aim, both the CIS and IPA are serving only the scammers behind ‘alternative energy’ ‘firms’.

Humphreys, in his paper, has only mounted a false excuse for what Ron Walker and Hugh Morgan seek; the ruination of coal fired plants, and additional massive capital destruction of many producers of other goods, in order to set up their grand swindle of nuclear generation of electricity. This is exactly what the CIS and IPA are leading up to.

It is blindingly obvious that is the objective because of a few simple facts. Windmills and ‘solar’ are totally useless for electricity generation. There is only one alternative to coal fired plants, nuclear power plants. Bingo! And the ugly mugs of those two parasitical scumbags emerge in full view: Hugh Morgan, Ron Walker, along with their leftist bed pals, Brumby, Bracks, and who else is behind their plan to once again defraud Australians of billions of dollars. Notice also, Bracks is now an ‘economic adviser’ to Rudd.

This is one plot the CIS and IPA are flying cover for. I am not saying that that is why Humphreys wrote the tripe he did. The question mark hangs over the CIS, which praised Humphreys’ deception on carbon taxes and co2 emissions to the hilt. Then, as set out above, there is Yates and Peony.

The Morality of the CIS and IPA

Let’s not overlook the gross immorality of both Humphreys and the CIS, and the IPA, in pushing positions that are hideous in the implications. Their morality is the same as that of Ron Walker and Hugh Morgan; they don’t give a stuff about the sheer carnage and immiseration of millions of Australians such vile positions entail. From Jackson’s article, one formed the strong impression Humphreys resents Jackson for his lucid demolition of what is a bad paper. I advise Humphreys of this:

What is truly objectionable is types like you advocating measures which are devastating in force, entail real cruelty against Australians, and are criminal in force. Types like you and your bosses in the CIS pretend to be free market economists and fighters, while in reality covering up for scumbags, and working out how to bludgeon modest Australians into the dust.

It’s worse. As we have seen, it turns out that at least one of the prinicpals of the CIS has a direct, vested interest in Governments imposing the highly destructive, wicked measure of ‘carbon credits and trading’.

Types like you put that little fat fascist called Kevin Rudd, and green guru Peter “ Corrupter of Youth” Garrett and his female Gaiae priestess Penny Wong onto the government benches. Types like you made scumbags such as Ron Walker wealthy men, out of stolen private property. Types like you have helped the Kennett - Stockdale and Bracks and Brumby Cabinets steal billions of dollars from Victorians through such deceptions as privatisation, instead of returning production to free market enterprise resting on unfettered private property rights. That is the morality of the IPA and CIS.

The claim man is causing global warming is a lie. It rests on lies and not science. First Coalition Ministers, now ALP Ministers under Kevin “Mussolini” Rudd are using the lies as an excuse to burden Australians with more regulations and smash capital. Those liars Bracks and Brumby lead the way, in punishing Victorians with windmill scams, and desalination plants (instead of letting free market entities build massive new dams), and other controls.

The Coalition ministers Kemp, Campbell and Turnbull joined in these criminal actions against Australians by setting up the ethanol scam. It’s a scam fully supported by driveling fools such as Andrew Bolt (another parrot for the racketeers behind the ethanol syndicates falsely called businesses). And the CIS and IPA are pushing for more ‘alternative energy’ swindles to be perpetrated by politicians and bureaucrats against Australians. At least one of the CIS’ principals is a direct beneficiary of these vile schemes. How many more in the CIS, and for that matter the IPA, have direct interests in the perpetration of these massive frauds?

They, the IPA, CIS, and the HR Nicholls Society are ‘defenders of Liberty’, and ‘Leading free market economists’? To use a good old ‘ockerism’, bullshit. But its worse than bullshit.

The pecuniary interests of Ron Walker, Hugh Morgan, Rudd and his Cabinet of “brownshorts”, Steve Bracks, and the CIS and its Yates and his Peony directorship intersect. This is what Humphrey so badly defended in his paper, an oligarchcy of rotters. This is the real reason for the existence of the IPA and CIS, to justify a pack of wealthy cretins trampling over Australians, as they get on with schemes the modest man would assume are merely the mad dreams of insane cleptomaniacs

Given the CIS’ interest in seeing Federal and States’ Govts. perpetrate massive frauds, using the total lie that Co2 emissions causes global warming as the excuse, it is clear why they had Humphreys attack Jackson’s demolition of their nasty ‘case’ for carbon taxes and ‘trading’, cowardice.

In view of his very bad paper, they must be as thick as two bricks to have Humphreys to cover their backsides by attacking Jackson’s solid rebuttal of their nonsense. Why did they have him do that? Did they believe that that way they wouldn’t be found out if they hid themselves in their bunker and sent boy Johnny out to exchange blows with Jackson?

If so, here we are, I have uncovered the most illuminiating revelations set out above. In that case, they haven’t been merely found out, they have been caught red-handed in their grotty act of deceit. A deceit papered over by a shabby attempt to conceal their disgusting, highly immoral conflict of interest.

Gee, if I could unearth the matter effortlessly, how many others have also discovered their ‘dirty little secrets’? The power of the internet seems to bamboozle them.

Didn’t it occur to them that in view of how bad his paper is, any attempt by Humphreys to rebut Jackson would only pulverise the slivers of glass from the window he smashed unaided in that paper? Apparently not. They at the CIS can rest assured, Humphreys has succeeded in throwing more bricks at the thoroughly shattered remains of their credibility.

Anyone who is a friend of Mr. Jackson might bring this article to his attention. On the strength of his news weekly, I believe he will find these revelations highly amusing.

That sound squelching over the net? It is the grunting and squeals of hogs in a trough given electric shock treatment.

While they enjoy inflicting pain, being the gutless girlies that they are, they can?t take pain and, they are hurting. Moreover, they have become an embarrassment to their masters, and their masters have told them to stop and crawl to Prodos and kiss and make up. The motive is clear enough, the powers that be are increasingly nervous about the exposure and coverage they are receiving on the savage persecution of Prodos, and the attached illumination of what they are doing to the Victorian Liberal Party, wrecking it while serving the Bracks Junta. They are hurting also because, the consequences of the vile and disgusting treatment of Prodos and the Richmond Branch and its members, is revealing them in public for the selfish, venal, capricious moral cretins that they are.

The Powers that Be can?t see the problem is not Prodos and the exposure of the disgusting conduct of the Krogerites, it is their Krogerite vassal slaves who are the problem. It is a problem the little goddies are as much responsible for as the Krogers are. And the problem is a manifestation of why it is a problem at all, the absence of solid Liberal principles and convictions in a small narrow clique who have taken control of the Liberal Party and treat it as their feudal vassal estate.

The Powers that Be seem to believe that if the vicious campaign against Prodos is stopped and a conciliatory gesture toward Prodos made that will be the end of the matter and the public scrutiny. With this, because of the power of the Internet, the public attention the KKR and their narrow clique of backers are receiving will cease too. There are several problems with what they presume.

The first problem is their motivation: they are hurting because of the public exposure. Readers will recollect the first revelation of the scandal I wrote up and which was published on Brookesnews, and follow up articles. The media have picked it up. In the Sunday edition of the Herald Sun (14/5/06), most of page 31,Opinion Extra, was dedicated to a feature to the state of the Victorian Liberal Party, featuring Prodos. It did not do justice to Prodos; to the contrary, Brendan Donohoe, who is the state political reporter for Channel Seven, made snide comments against Prodos.

Donohoe, however, did rate the Victorian Liberal for its glaring failure to attract members and, candidates who are prepared to stand and fight for seats. Donohoe doesn?t manage to pin why the Party is in a shambles but he doesn?t hesitate to call the state of the Victorian Liberal Party for what it is, a disgrace. Donohoe blunted the force of the point by rambling on about how much members of parliament are paid, reducing the argument to a lack of monetary incentive. This is rubbish but that aside, Donohoe’s article was just one more kick in the Krogerite groin.

Well, one will not cease covering the scandal, and not just because of the scandal, but because of the Krogerites’ treachery and their wrecking of the Party. One will not cease publishing new revelations exposing a pack of venal thugs who are a cancer in the Party.

The second problem is the presumption, if the scandal is brought to an end and Prodos is appeased, then it is business as usual, with the Krogerites still in place and the clique still in control of the Party. Well, it is exactly that which led to the persecution of Prodos. They are wrong.

Victorian Liberal Party members have had enough of being treated as vassal serfs and seeing Liberal principles betrayed and the upshot, the parliamentary wing corrupted by the Brahmins and their Krogerite stooges. They are disgusted at that wing?s efforts in supporting the police state `laws? of the Bracks Junta and for the ever increasing tax and squander on bureaucracies, `environmentalism?, windmill scams, train sets, the Commie Commonwealth Games, and goon squads, all of which entails only economic carnage.

Nothing better amplifies the damage done to the Party than the wing?s spinelessness and cowardice and betrayal of Liberal principles by their support for a long list of the Bracks Junta?s rotten measures. Absolutely shocking is their failure to assert the Rule of Common Law and, instead, the gutless pricks have supported such police state measures as the Blasphemy ?Law? and medieval witch sniffers? ?court?.

The KKR are deluding themselves if they believe ending the savage action against Prodos ends what is nothing less than a fight against a bunch of cowards, who wouldn?t recognise a liberal principle if it hit them in the face. No, it doesn?t end there, It ends when the Party is gutted of those treacherous wreckers and men and women of solid Liberal principles and convictions hold offices and stand as candidates, and run on those same convictions. That is when it stops.

The third problem is, they seem to believe Liberal members are, as they are, spineless, unprincipled, craven, morons. That?s evident enough, if they believe Prodos can be turned into another lackey of theirs by offering him a conciliatory gesture. A Gesture! Krogers? lackeys, Sheezel, Tony Barry, and Russell Hannan have used their positions and Liberal Part head office to mount a vile campaign against Prodos, and the Powers that Be believe all that is required is a load of socialist drivel delivered in a heart-to heart group hug-in.

More to the point is that they are assuming Prodos is behind what is hurting them. To this, they assume if Prodos can be bought, and he can not be bought, he will call off the `retaliation? I have a hot flash for them: Prodos has nothing at all to do with the exposure of their treachery and betrayal of Liberal members and the Victorian Liberal Party.

Prodos has never contacted me, nor sent me information, nor have I approached him. It is obvious that Prodos has adhered to the Party?s rules regarding confidentiality and silence on matters internal to the Party. Why, is lost on me and for no less a reason than Sheezel, Tony Barry, and Russell Hannan have exploited that in order to mount their attacks on Prodos.

They can rest assured, it?s not the end of the attention to their nasty ways; I won?t cease writing on it and broadcasting it over the Internet. It is not a matter of `tit-for-tat? retaliation either. It is a proper exposure of the conduct of moral cretins, their actions against Prodos, and what they and that typify. So, they can hide in their offices and keep on trembling. 104 Exhibition Street leaks faster than a colander absent of rice and this fact must have the KKR bent over vomiting into the toilets several times a day.

The last problem is, a ` gesture?, type - `conciliatory?, doesn?t quite make reparation for the smears, slanders, public campaign through the sniveling lefties at Crikey.com, and the star chamber inquisition, hurled against Prodos by Sheezel, Tony Barry and Russell Hannan. It doesn?t make up for such treachery against Prodos whose crime is; he holds Liberal convictions and is their moral superior as well. It doesn?t make up for their treatment of the members of the Richmond Branch. It doesn?t make up for their shear contempt for Liberal members and Victorians. It doesn?t make up for the KKR and their backers treating the Victorian Liberal Party as their feudal estate and, their wrecking of the Party, their treachery reflected in how well they have served and supported the Bracks Junta.

A gesture and conciliation are the wrong words. What will satisfy Liberal Party members is:

The Krogerite lackeys and glove puppets given the sack and flung out of 104 into the gutters.
The control of the clique over the Party killed off.
Appointments to executive offices of men and women who do hold solid Liberal principles, and unlike the current incumbents, are actually competent to execute the responsibilities and charges those positions entail.
Killing the Krogerite habit of coercing branches into dismissing candidates for seats in Parliament who firmly hold Liberal convictions and replacing them with spineless, unprincipled glove puppets.

It is not a matter of members exacting satisfaction. They are only a few items, which must be done now. More has to be done in order to rectify the Victorian Liberal Party .The Party has to be put it back into shape to not merely win elections, but make it fit to hold the Treasury Benches again. Right now, the Liberal Party is as fit as the ALP to do that, not at all.

In the meantime, the Powers that Be and their K.K.R. glove puppets are wailing, gnashing their teeth, vomiting into toilet bowls, their heads hurt and, stamping their feet,crying, ?We want the (thoroughly deserved) publicity to stop??. Gad, it?s funny. Those oh so tough, head kicking, nobodies and con men are crumpled up in agony because, truth hurts and truth will out. Well, they can keep screaming, for they are not hurt enough yet.

N.B.: A Liberal Party member, who fully understands what the KKR are, and what they are doing to the party, read the first article on the KKR?s actions against Prodos when it was published by Brookesnews. He mentioned to me ? I give them two weeks, at the most, and then they will break down crying their little eyes out.?? Well, that senior Liberal Party member has the measure of those types.

The case of X and Y

First, a few corrections to my last piece on X and Y are to be noted.
Having related X was assaulted by X’s daughters in the street, what the daughters did to X is far worse than I had related. Early one evening, as X walked to a mailbox from her residence, her daughters, with two female friends, followed X. to the mailbox. There, they together, the daughters and friends, bashed X and threw X to the ground. This assault opened up and accentuated an old, fine and small fracture in X?s hip. The gangsters then dragged X up and grabbed hold of X?s wrists and locked X?s up into X?s back and forced marched X back to X?s residence.

The daughters? defamation of Y, who is the spouse of X, is far more vicious than I had related.

This week, the case should have been concluded in a VCAT tribunal. It hasn?t been concluded, one of Bracks? commissars decided to extend what amounts to nothing less than a Kafkaesque trial of X. The trick Bracks? commissar used, was to reject the psychiatric report another VCAT commissar had ordered X to obtain for the VCAT persecution a while ago.

What was wrong with the psychiatrist?s report? It contained the wrong answer. The conclusion was a solid statement of X is sane The Commissar did not like that finding and ordered X to spend another $300 on another examination by another psychiatrist. One can imagine the Commissars in VCAT stretching the trial of X through the remainder of this year and into next year on the strength of simply rejecting each new psychiatry report.

Dickson, Bracks? goon in the Office of State Trustees, to recapitulate, seized X?s bank and superannuation accounts, siphoned out all the funds and closed the accounts. With X?s private property thus stolen by the Bracks Junta, Y is paying X?s bills and, Y is struggling to meet the now compounding financial burden, which has followed upon the Bracks confiscation of private property.

Franz Kafka?s, The Trial, is a black, bleak, surreal story. A man is subjected to the horror of being arraigned before a Star Chamber, for no crime at all. Scoundrels, with all the qualities of police state thugs, detain him at their whim. The Trial was banned in the U.S.S.R. because, for a work of fiction, it illuminated what `law? and trials in the U.S.S.R were with rare clarity.

VCAT is not a court of Common Law. VCAT amounts to nothing less than a kangaroo court in which commissars of the Bracks Junta enforce nothing more than the whim of tyrants. Amplifying what VCAT amounts to is the shocking enforcement of Bracks? totalitarian Blasphemy `Law?, against the two Pastors on the strength of nothing more than the Commissars in VCAT did not like what the Two Pastors did, told the truth about Islamo-nazism. How they set about snaring the two Pastors, by deliberately seeking out a couple of Muslims to enter private property and, seek some excuse to find that their feelings have been hurt by the truth. Brookesnews has fully covered the brutal, totalitarian actions of Bracks? goons against the two Pastors. The editor of Brooksnews went further.

The editor has not merely published statements in the Brooksnews magazine that are, according to the Blasphemy Act, hideous crimes, he directly wrote to Commissar Sisely and pointed out, as Sisely did against the Two Pastors, she must arraign the editor before the Kafkaesque VCAT Star Chamber. Sisely has not merely not done so, she has sent a snivelling excuse which contradicts the fact of her action against the Two Pastors. These matters are available to read on the Brooksnews website. Those who have followed the correspondence and the editor?s articles are fully apprised why the editor launched the challenge to VCAT, through Commissar Sisely and the Blasphemy ?Law?.

The Commissars of VCAT haven?t acted against the editor and the reason is obvious. The Commissars act only against those they believe are too weak to stand up to those, gutless, venal, Police state thugs. Lets? get this clear, as in The Trial, the `authority’ of types like that resides only in brute coercive force and police state thuggery. Without the Bracks Junta, the Commissars of VCAT would be in the gutters as the rotten unemployable dole bludging bums that they are. Thus we see them beating up:

The two Pastors and;

A sixty year old woman, who suffers multiple sclerosis, which has impaired only her eyesight and hearing.

The Commissar, who presided this week in the Kafkaesque Trial of X, seems to assume no-one would notice that Commissar?s thuggery, and that of the Commissar for admitting a case which in Common Law would have been rejected in the first few minutes of the first hearing, for admittance of the case, as entirely without merit, as only vile nonsense put out by two vile daughters.

How brave, how learned, just as the slimes that serve communists regimes are so brave. They must be brave, for who else but the brave would arraign and brutalise decent men and women, and in this case, a 60 years old woman who has multiple sclerosis?

The Commissars are no better than X?s daughters, who, aided by their savage friends bashed their 60 year old mother in a shopping strip, broke her hip and frog marched her back to her residence, and seized and threw down a staircase X?s husband.

In doing so, they are ably abetting the Commissar in the State Trustees Office and the Junta in their act of confiscation of X?s accounts.

Unbelievable, this is Australia, and yet we have a Junta, which, daily, commits actions worthy of the USSR or, otherwise, would be no more than a fiction in a surreal and black novel.

As for the gutless krogerites and one in particular, David Davis, who plague the Liberal Party, and have supported the Junta?s totalitarian Acts and actions, what has their response been? Silence, stony silence, nothing at all.

Having related X, as a constituent of David Davis, properly sought justice by contacting Davis as her M.P., David Davis has not taken up her case. Silence, the silence of another gutless, unprincipled, krogerite glove puppet, that has been is response. Well, what of Ted Baillieu? I hear crickets chirruping, and at it is the beginning of winter.

Last Friday, Ted promoted Davis to, Minister for the cult of the goddess of death, Gaia, as the `Minister for the Environment?. He has praised Davis for being a fine, decent, hard-working Liberal M.P. Ted must have been cracking a subtle joke, for Davis has not simply failed in his duty as an M.P. to a constituent. Davis is derelict in his duty to a constituent, who is being cruelly and brutally treated, not only by her daughters, but also by the Bracks Junta, its goons, and its commissars.

Ted, mate, that 60 year old woman, who has multiple sclerosis, and her partner, are being subjected to brutal thuggery, not just at the hands of the daughters, but at the hands of the Bracks Junta. And your pals in the Liberal Party are so unprincipled they have refused to do their duty. Well, given the krogerite lackeys under Doyle backed to the hilt Bracks? Blasphemy Act, I can understand why they won?t lift a finger on her behalf, for the gutless and treacherous lackeys supported the measure which befits only a totalitarian regime.

What are you going to do, Ted? Are you going to find spine and principle and stand up for the poor couple and with it, re-assert the Rule of Common Law and not the capricious tyrants? rule by diktat ? otherwise called regulation and that garbage called `made law?. What are you going to do Ted? Are you too going to betray Liberal principles or are you going to stand up, be a man, and fight for the couple and fight the Bracks Junta? Of course, it will be difficult Ted; you would also have to stand up to your sister, in view of her collusion with the Bracks Junta in leading the naked confiscation of property, the site of the former Portsea OCTU battle school.

The betrayal of X and Y by a Krogerite glove puppet typifies what the Krogerites have stuffed the Parliamentary wing with, and why it has not fought the Bracks Junta but has, instead, backed many of its rotten measures. It is another demonstration of why they have lost the 2006-election, rather than having eviscerated the Bracks Junta and not at this years polls, but years ago. Ted, that is what the man in the street sees and is talking about, the Liberal Opposition are not better than the Bracks Junta is, they are exactly the same, rotten. You can indulge in a happy - clappy socialist group hug in Ted, and you will continue to lose voters because of spinelessness and betrayal of Liberal principles, Ted.

Oh, I must add, X explained, in the Star Chamber, defence, so far , has been impossible. Daring to even begin an explanation provokes the Commissar into treating them as having committed some horrendous crime.A truly Kafkaesque wringer this poor couple are being put through, and, it is not over yet.

I have made a mistake: The case of X is true but, it is far more shocking than I had related in, ?More Developments in the Krogerites? Persecution of Prodos Mariankis???(May 10th, 2006).

Thursday evening, I had missed a call but a message had been left with a friends. It was passed to me yesterday evening, and it gave me a jolt.

When I called X last night, Thursday, 11th of May. X said the stalwart friend, who has read the article of the 10th, indicated I might be mistaken on a couple of things, and I was. The State Office of Trustees is charging X a 6 &1/2% ?administration fee??, and not, as I had stated, 10% ? it is still larceny. Secondly, one of Bracks? goons, named in the article, is not a Dickinson `woman?, but a Dickson goon pretending to be a decent woman. Other than that, there is nothing to correct.

Y confirmed the details set out in the article. The real mistake committed is, I hadn?t related the full shocking account. That?s understandable for, as I wrote, X is facing up to it as best as X possibly can, and with humour and a stiff upper lip. Being such a decent, dignified sort X spared relating the full details of what X is enduring at the hands of X?s daughters, VCAT, and the Bracks totalitarian Junta, and the failure of that moral Krogerite Cretin called David Davis.

Readers will appreciate why, by the end of this article, nay, before the end of it, one calls not only for the sacking of David Davis from his Upper House Seat, the sacking of Dickson, and the Bracks? Minister responsible to be sacked and thrown out of the Parliament. A forthright police investigation, with the prospect of charges being laid, is justified and must be executed. The investigation cannot be compromised by the Junta?s craven, venal lackeys in the Force It must be an investigation into the Agency of the Bracks? Junta, the Office of Public Trustees, concentrating on the goons the Bracks Junta has inserted into it.

Indeed, what the Bracks Junta has done to X satisfies its own secret police state Act, the Crimes Act, and that book should be thrown against the Bracks Cabinet of totalitarian liars, spivs, and commies. Compounding the sheer totalitarian brutality of the Bracks Junta and X?s daughters, is how badly the Krogerite glove puppet, David Davis, has failed in his duty, as a Member of Parliament, to his constituent.

The whole affair, which is still not completed, is nothing but a disgusting, totalitarian, action against X. Each corrupt, vile, party, to the action against X, is motivated only by greed. Their venal rapaciousness is fully manifested in the aim, one aim only, to confiscate X?s property, and get away with it by declaring X insane.

To say what Y related is upsetting is a litote, an understatement. By the time readers have finished perusing this article, unless one is mistaken, only the same vicious, gutless, venal, creeps named above will remain unmoved. The brutality of those slobs, and their cruel actions against X, and not only X, ladies and gentlemen, but also Y, are not concealed, they are on stark naked display in broad daylight. If any reader does not feel an urge to storm into Spring Street and have the Bracks Junta strung up, one will be very much surprised. I also declare, I will be taking all this very revealing reading material to Ted Baillieu. As opposed to merely requesting him to act, as in the article of the 10th, Ted now has no choice at all. Ted must act because, it is unambiguous what his duty, as an M.P. and Leader of the Opposition, is. So let?s to it and hit those savage cretins where it hurts, right in the groin of each and every one of the rotten, lying, cruel, spineless bastards.

Without identifying X and Y, a detail is required in order to clarify the plight of X and Y. X and Y are married, it is the second marriage for each of them. X raised the daughters out of X?s own resources, Working hard to maintain them, she also paid to send the 2 daughters to a private school. X is not `wealthy?, just prudent, independent and diligent in all their affairs. Likewise, X, until the daughters began their vile, spiteful and very nasty action, has continued to be very generous toward them, within X?s modest means. X as offspring not of age yet from a first marriage.

To recapitulate, the daughters launched the action in order to confiscate X?s property. That is the object of seeking to have the court to have X declared insane. X is not insane. X does have multiple sclerosis and is slowly going blind, that is the only affliction X has.

The action thus turns on X having to prove themselves not insane:

?X has to meet this disgusting rubbish of a test in order to retain their own private property, as well as to fend off all the ramifications of a capricious, malicious, vile declaration by an apparatchik of the Junta declaring someone insane for no reason at all. That is how serious and how bad it is to fight off such a false action before a ?tribunal??.

Again, a stiff in common law judge would have not admitted the case as entirely without merit, and would have rated the applicants for wasting the court?s time.

Dementia, Alzheimers disease, and insanity have never been a basis or a cause for private property and the affairs of someone to be either automatically transferred to or taken over by the Office of State Trustees Mark, that office is only an office of trust. Their duty is constricted to act only in the interests of anyone who has nominated that office to act on their behalf, in their interests. The Office is resorted to only in restricted cases, under restrictions in law. Even if X did suffer dementia, and X does not, X is married to a thoroughly decent, successful, diligent prudent spouse. All these points excludes resort to the Office, and to say the least, everything the Bracks Junta, via its goons in the State Office, has done against X.

Whether anyone who suffers a neurological condition of dementia, or alzheimers disease, or insanity, and insanity, as neurological afflictions, is, firstly, strictly a matter for them and those whom they consult, experts in psychiatry. It is certainly not a cause for action in a kangaroo court, nor is it an excuse for the Bracks Junta to confiscate private property.

?The retired officer was in no doubt, the application was entirely irregular. Neither a Tribunal nor the Office itself, he made it plain, had any business taking such an action against X at all. They had, in short, no cause and authority to proceed further in this case. The office has no authority at all to do what the Junta apparatchik decided to do against X. The Apparatchik did not quash the action as she should have done.??

X is not insane. X only suffers multiple sclerosis. X and Y are happily married and they are engaging, cultivated, unlike their persecutors, and thoroughly decent ? unlike their persecutors.

It begs the question, what other breaches, against common law does a tribunal commit in accepting such cases and letting them run to the bitter end? Since insanity is a neurological affliction, on what grounds can a pretend judge force anyone to defend themselves in a kangaroo court, to protect themselves thus, and do so by having to prove themselves not insane? Since the `judge? believes a `court? can try someone for a medical condition, what justification did the `judge? have for accepting the case? Certainly the daughters supplied no evidence from an expert. The `judge?, apparently, regards grounds of action a mere inconvenience for: The action stands on nothing more than the lies and, as we shall relate, slanders the daughters have told against X and Y. On the strength of that garbage, VCAT admitted the case. Here?s the twist: X and Y have had to pay for, among the many expenses they have been forced to incur in order to fight this case, expert medical evidence.

The daughters have told lies about X, and Y. In order to press their action, before a pretend judge, is they have slandered Y They have depicted Y as an unscrupulous manipulator who has only married X to get hold of X?s property. Thus the line is, since X is insane, X is incapable of managing their interests, bad enough. Oblivious to Y?s designs, X is at risk of losing all assets to Y. To protect X?s interests, the court must issue court orders for the transfer of property the daughters. To entrench the slander against Y, the daughters have visited anyone else they have identified as having a connection to Y in order to tell them the slander. For example, they told Y?s first wife and the upshot is, a court intervention order has been issued against Y prohibiting him visiting his offspring. Needless to say, this gruesome success of the daughter has served their court action: `See, he is what we say he is, he has a court order against him.? To fight this vicious campaign of smears and slander, and to protect his good name, Y is incurring the expense of running a defamation case against the daughters.

While the `court? have been having a fine old time agreeing to run the daughter?s confections of lies and slanders, the daughters have visited their elderly victims. Yes, those two charmers bashed X on the street, breaking X?s hip. At the top of a staircase to the flat of X, the two demure gels seized hold of Y and threw Y down the staircase. It is neither a short staircase nor a shallow one. Y remarked, ?The only reason why I was not killed is because there was an obstacle in the staircase which broke my fall.??

Have the police laid criminal charges against the daughters? Ha, don?t be silly, this is Brackistaniland, complete with New Age, Political Correct Selective Policing which is, clocking motorists as a good source of revenue, while real violent criminals run riot in Govt. schools? yards and classrooms, and on the streets of Melbourne. Yes, they bashed X, nearly murdered Y, and the two darlings are free and still persecuting both X and Y.

That?s enough of the horrific treatment of X and Y by two savage daughters, it?s too appalling to pursue further here-in and it is highly improper to continue to, out of respect for X and Y. The expensive private schooling has been completely wasted on those two evil scumbags. Put it down to the garbage of psycho-social-babble, which is pumped into the heads of conceited young things in private schools also.

As we have observed, the daughters achieved an interim, tactical success with:

?The daughters, yes daughters, of the elderly victim? have successfully sought application for the State Trustees to act against the victim by seizing X?s accounts, as a provisional action. Readers can see the point; it is one major inroad into achieving their aim of seizing the victim?s property, by having the victim declared insane by a Tribunal. The Officers have done so, and, adding injury to injury, are charging the victim a 10% administration fee. The villainy, however, in that action of the Junta, through its agent, is that they decided to seize X?s accounts.??

That action committed by goon of the Bracks Junta, despite the expert advice to X of a retired officer, of the State Trustees Office, a pre-Bracks Junta old school gentleman, that such an action is nonsense and would be entirely irregular. To put it bluntly, it is be unlawful for the State Trustees Office to do what the Bracks? goon, Dickson has done. This much, readers have already read. The Junta?s action, however, is worse than what I related in the first article.

Dickson did not simply,

?(Take)?X?s accounts and locked them up, and are charging X a 10% ?administration fee?. That?s right, the Bracks Junta has got its hands on private property and ripping X off. Officers jobbed into the Agency by the Junta have exercised the Junta?s love of Police State Power and Coercion, and seized X?s private property.

X, who is completely independent of government, does not even have access to the accounts. If it were not for a stalwart friend, X would be penniless. X would not be able to?

No, what Dickson did was, she removed the funds out of bank accounts, and out of X?s superannuation fund, and closed every account she seized. The funds of each of those accounts have been shipped into State Trustees Office?s accounts. That?s right, all X?s bank accounts have been stripped of the funds in each and closed down, they no longer exist. That?s right, Dickson did not merely seize the accounts and freeze them against the lawful owner, she confiscated the funds, she stripped all the funds out of the accounts, then closed the accounts, and siphoned the funds into the State Trustees Office?s accounts.

From the time when Dickson was first appointed to the case, for the Bracks Junta and the Office, certainly not for X, she would intensify her attempts to seize the accounts and strip them of the funds, and kept doing this until she succeeded.

Here is a grim twist adding insult to injury: X had to apply to VCAT to order the Office to release her accounts, it wasn?t accepted. VCAT did order the Office to pay X a sum per week The Office and Dickson have refused. Dickson has declared, they don?t have to comply with that order, an odiously inadequate order as it is. Needless to say, amongst other nasty trials, the financial pressures upon X and Y are now mounting.

Now,in case readers have missed it, the Bracks Junta, via its goons in the Office have actually acted unlawfully. It is now no longer a matter of opinion, even that of a retired gentleman of the old school. No, there is no doubt in this matter, the Bracks Junta, through its goons has unlawfully seizedf assets, and it has unlawfully confiscated them, and it has unlawfully shutdown accounts, including the superannuation fund which are private property of X.

The Bracks Junta has seized on the action of the daughters to confiscate private property. Examining the events, it seems very much the Junta believed the agains both X and Y, and the slander of insanity, had been sufficiently developed that it would serve as a smokescreen to confiscate private property. The Bracks Junta is in violation of common law and , diktat, `regulations? It has deliberately violated Acts which have force in such affairs. No ifs and buts and maybes about it, that is what the Junta has done, through its agent, the Office, and an officer so charged, Dickson, have done.

The claim I made in the first article, the action was irregular and unlawful, was secure, but not so solidly founded it turns out, as it actually is.

I remind readers of some brief remarks in the first article, on totalitarianism, police state thuggery, the overthrow of the Rule of Common Law, the completion of the Junta?s totalitarian aims by the Bill of rights, and so forth. In that singular action, involving an act of violence against a defenceless victim of a vile persecution, and police state coercion exercised by a goon, has crystallised what that Junta is and what it is about: a pack of totalitarian, venal, craven, lying, commie spivs. Their act of direct confiscation of private property does not even have the thin cover of that rubbish, `made law? and `regulation?, and `an Act of Parliament?. It is naked,brazen, in broad daylight confiscation of private property , and committed against some-one who has had enough cruel treatment dealt to them

Unbelievable, but then, one has never ceased over the last few years that that is exactly what the Bracks Junta is. Well, they couldn?t help themselves, sooner or later they would fully show themselves for what they are. They have done it, and in one singular shocking act.

Now, for David Davis, that useless, spinless, ductile, craven, krogerite glove puppet ensured the above rotten savages were free to so brutally persecute X and Y, and confiscate X?s private property. As I related, X took the case to Davis. ?Understandable??? now reads a limp way to put things, in view of what the couple have endured so far, and the plight they are in.

Their plight puts into perspective how disgusting Davis? inaction is, and when I wrote the first article, I considered it disgusting as it was. It?s worse. That man sat in X?s home and didn?t take any notes as the above was related to him. Davis did not ask any questions of them. When X and Y had finished, Davis simply left and, as I wrote, he has not lifted a finger to help his constituent and with it, fulfil his duty as a m.p. This lazy, conceited slob walked out on a couple in need of someone who can fight for them and win justice for them, and he walked out on them.

Their mistake, that of X and Y, is plain. What they should have done is to spend another fortune on hiring a Rolls Royce and driving up to his office. Then, believing he was receiving the sort of Toorak Political Brahmin the Krogerites like to suck up to, Davis would have shifted his butt and acted. More-over, since X has been slandered, X is insane Davis could very safely ignore the couple, ?Who is going to believe the rantings of a lunatic. Yes, Sir, nothing for Davis to excite himself over, just a cruelly treated elderly couple of no account to me I?ll let the daughters the `Judge?, the Junta, the goons squad, chew them up, confiscate all their property, and spit them out onto the streets.??

Davis is worse than a moral cretin, but then, that is what the Krogerites are, worse than moral cretins. Ted has several problems, now, not just one. He now must launch an action against the Cabinet and Dickson. There is no choice, the case is such he cannot prevaricate in acting on it. He must also deal with Davis. He must deal with the rotten, treacherous Korgerites. He must seek justice for X and Y. He must seek damages against, not taxpayer, but each of the Cabinet and Dickson. Damages in order to compensate X and Y. he must order a police investigation into the Bracks Junta?s actions against X and Y, with the demand serious charges be laid against each of the Bracks Cabinet, and Dickson. It is that solid and shocking a case. He also now has the opportunity to fling out of the Party the Krogerite traitors. He even has a chance to take office. This is how shocking the case is, and the role of a Krogerite in this totalitarian action by the Police Junta.

As for Bracks’ goons in the Office of Trustees, they should be sacked and made to pay compensation to X, and the Minister’s head lopped off for another bit of totalitarian police state thuggery. David Davis nearly let the Bracks Junta get away with outright confiscation of private property.

Nearly, the Internet has foiled is lazy, conceited, impression that spitting on constituent’s with a meritorious case to pursue would never come to anyone’s notice, and not be broadcasted, by the Power of the Internet. Davis has failed.
