And more questions about CSIRO that need to be answered.

More research requires it now has to be a four part article. What I have uncovered this morning is, to say the last, more than disturbing. What is going on at the CSIRO is no mere abuse of taxpayers and violation of the charter of the CSIRO.

In this Part, we lay out evidence of a different type, which also demonstrates the CSIRO’s position on the twin lies of human Co2 carbon emissions and carbon taxes is not only systematic. It is worse than systematic and it is time the heads of CSIRO are made to account to taxpayers for these grave abuses. Let’s see.

Fallacious reasoning, skewed ‘economics’ and ’science’

In Part II, attention was drawn to a peculiar expression. The CSIRO’s analytical “framework” is carbon taxation, as opposed to, say, overtly asserting and advancing carbon taxation. It is the fallacy of petitio principii, asserting the conclusion.

If not eradicated the fallacy devolves into rationalisations within a closed loop and when this fails, the pretence facts don’t exist. This holds for the CSIRO’S assertion of the lie human Co2 emissions causes climate change and is a life destroying “pollutant”.

The fallacy alone is a violation of science. How can the heads of CSIRO, who are responsible, explain this? How do they explain what has followed?

The so called scientific and economic statements and reports are heavily skewed. It’s worse than this. Papers with attached bibliographies show sources that refute the claims have been filtered out. In other words, sources that show the asserted conclusions are false have been eradicated from, at the least, consideration. How do the heads of CSIRO account for this? Yet, it is worse.

The closed loop is the condition of the cultist, for whom facts are either rationalised away or are ignored or are attacked because they falsify their faith. The cultists potion is, their faith contains all facts about reality. Now, I’m not saying the heads of CSIRO are cultists, but there is yet a real problem in the CSIRO that we shall return to. However, the fallacy, in violation of science and economics, does reduce to faith alone.

We have demonstrated the fallacy is not a slip and not due to incompetence issuing into false papers and statements. We have cited sufficient evidence to show it is systematic. The final overwhelming evidence is, the heads of CSIRO are diverting funds taken from modest Australians engaged in production, many of whom will not earn the salaries they are compelled to pay the heads of CSIRO, into ‘research programmes’ based on the two falsehoods the heads have committed CSIRO to.

If the heads of CSIRO assume they do not owe taxpayers an account of why they have committed this abuse of taxpayers, they are totally wrong. They must account to the public for what they have done. Lest it is missed how serious the points so far stated are, then:

What is mounted looks a pretty good case for instant dismissals. The taxpayer does not at all owe them those pay packets nor a ‘career’ nor a sinecure for life. Their unearned benefits are conditional upon them fulfilling their duty by ensuring the integrity of the work of CSIRO according to its charter in applied science.

The heads of the CSIRO owe taxpayers an explanation of what they are responsible for, presiding over the violation of the CSIRO’s charter. Yet there is more.

The heads of CSIRO running a hard Left agenda?

Yes they are. Here’s why.

Hard Left agenda corroded the CSIRO?

The anti-science lie man causes climate change through carbon emissions and anti-economics lie of carbon taxes are hard Left smokescreens for the imposition of socialism. Socialist regimes are marked by one fact, the sheer scale of misery they have inflicted on 100s of millions of people all around the world down through the 20^th century to the present.

Carbon taxes require totalitarian measures to impose and make all Australians comply. Carbon taxes means the destruction of capital and the destruction of Australia’s capital structure, which means the immiseration of millions of Australians and their brutalisation. It is the hard Left driving this. How can the CSIRO abuse Australians and taxpayers by asserting both falsehoods and acting on them?

Let’s note that, in its statements and spelled out on its website is, the CSIRO is working to ‘transform’ Australia’s capital structure and at final consumption what modest Australians may and may not consume.

The Rudd Cabinet has spelled out its anti-freedom, anti-free market progrom. It spelled this out in its statements on how it will eradicate at what they sneeringly call “old technology” as part of their propaganda. It has spelled out its aim is to Sovietise Australians, using both lies as the major fork of this putsch. The black joke is, there will be nothing left to Sovietise because carbon taxes will destroy Australians and Australia, and this is what the CSIRO is pushing.

Tied to the putsch is, besides socialist slang and it litters their ‘research papers” such expressions in CSIRO material as:

“International Coalition of countries for the imposition and enforcement of carbon taxes.”

If people of other countries wish to live under socialist tyranny, that is their business. Why are the heads of CSIRO, their senior “economists” and some “scientists” campaigning for the Sovietisation of Australia. To this, even the website makes plain, the heads have defined the function of CSIRO as to also change Australians and Australia in this way.

In short, the heads of CSIRO have overseen the politicization of CSIRO. There’s more!

CSIRO directly co-ordinates with a hard Left front,

Through its experts. The question is, how many more, because, as it turns out, it is involved with more hard left fronts,as the documents show.

1. The CSIRO has refused to deliver data and method documentation to a scientist who found a claim made by the CSIRO of major impact is most likely false. However, Dr. Stockwell stated, the conclusion cannot be held with certainty because the evidence is needed to confirm either way. In other words, he is not dogmatic, he is working strictly within science. The CSIRO claimed “Intellectual Property?

However, the progrom to which heads and some are committed might be the reason why, who can tell? Notice, that is only one case publicly attested. Has this been done before? Is it internal “policy”? Well, that the CSIRO resorted to a fiction is highly suggestive in itself. The heads must be made to explain this too.

What “intellectual’ property rights!. It is taxpayers who pays for all the work. It is not the property of CSIRO at all. The heads of CSIRO should seek a court ruling to test this, and they would be severely bruised and embarrassed by what a judge would have to say to them.

2. The heads of CSIRO refuse to explain themselves to those whom they own an explanation, the taxpayers.

In contrast to the violation of the obligations that the heads, by accepting the positions they are entrusted with, are bound, bound! To uphold, from ensuring the integrity of the scientific work of CSIRO to accounting to any who are quite rightly entitled to material and explanations, the CSIRO co-ordinates this pseudo-research with, guess what, at least one hard Left front.

Now, that in itself is interesting, but first, we know they do because the CSIRO has told us that is exactly what they do. This reinforces the closed loop and cuts out scientists inside CSIRO and those external to CSIRO.

How is it the CISRO assumes it is not bound to its real obligations to those whom they are duty bound to serve but freely serves a hard Left front? The hard Left front has already been mentioned and some readers might have missed this. It is given in the name, The Climate Institute, which is run by hard Left leftist , John Conner. It wouldn’t come as a surprise if there is a connection to another one, Clive Hamilton’s Australia Institute.

Who is, bye the bye, the principal CSIRO economist directing the drive through economics? It looks very much the case it is Hatfield-Dodds, whose name keeps popping up in many an unedifying place, as well as leaving a mountain of trash behind him asserting carbon taxation.

“The Climate Institute” was funded and set up by one Mr. Wootton to the tune of $10million, in order to push the hard Left cause. It’s central propaganda material is the twin lies of man causes climate change through Co2 and the real aim, socialist tyranny through carbon taxes.

How does th CSIRO account for this?

Let’s refer to the evidence. First there is the anti-science ECOS pushing hard Left propaganda, and the CSIRO promotes this on its website. Next, the the hard Left’s programmatic agenda is splashed all across the CSIRO website and the CSIRO’s anti-Australian cause is attested all over the Internet. Let’s turn to this:

Perhaps the heads of CSIRO can explain how helping the hard Left destroy forestry is serving they who also pay for CSIRO out of their hard won earnings, forestry firms, their employees and investors. CSIRO heads do owe them an explanation !

And there is that expression again, “intellectual property”. All that the CSIRO does has been paid for by taxpayers. Is there any good reason why this shouldn’t be called a swindle against taxpayers?

On the “Climate Institute’s” site, this,

John Connor, Chief Executive of the Climate Institute:

“With no action to turn the tide on our rising greenhouse pollution levels Australia’s top climate scientists suggest increases in the number of months in drought across eastern and south Western Australia of up to 40-80%…….“dangerous climate change”

“The CSIRO and the Bureau of Meteorology also project…”

Then we read this:

“In 2007, in research for The Climate Institute, the Bushfire CRC, the Bureau of Meteorology and CSIRO Marine & Atmospheric Research produced Bushfire Weather in Southeast Australia: Recent Trends and Projected Climate Change Impacts.”

And this:

“Even in the more carbon intensive industries total employment growth is projected to be strong, with CSIRO projecting a 30% increase in employment in the minerals and energy commodities sector. This exposes the myth that taking action on climate change will cost jobs.” 

And this:

It is a falsehood in economics and the CSIRO put that out as “research”. There is no employment when capital is destroyed. The mining sectors will be destroyed too. So how could the CSIRO issue this report as sound economic analysis and findings?

Then there is this stunning information, the CSIRO is tied into a Federal Government agency that is devoted to, yes, central planning, which means the sovietisaton of Australians. How do we know this. This is how we know it is:

Surprise, surprise, and so is The Climate Institute tied to it. Since when did the CSIRO become a protean Comintern? Now we turn to a Washington based Internationalist “Climate Institute”. It’s advisory board includes CSIRO’s Dr. Graeme Pearman, Senior Principal Research Scientist, and, DR. A. Pittock, Author and Former Director, Climate Impact Group. In the pdf document linked to, this slogan appears on every page,  “protecting the balance between climate and life on earth”.

Ah, come again? Where did that bunk come from? And, yes, it lays out the aim to make the whole world morally pure and obedient to the new socialist order. A tad cultish for sure.

Seems they omitted the rider, after they have been totally wiped out by carbon taxes. By the way, in the paper is advocacy of a tremendous increase in “bio-fuel production”. Promoting a fraud that also destroys food production isn’t exactly a sign of economics at its best.

Now for this:

“The Climate Institute has released a comprehensive economic analysis that shows that Australia can afford to join leading countries in avoiding dangerous climate change.

“This report shows that decisive Australian leadership in cutting greenhouse pollution is affordable… said John Connor, Chief Executive of the Climate Institute. The report by policy experts from CSIRO, The Climate Institute, Monash University and McLennan Magasanik Associates examined a range of scenarios to explore the relative costs of Australia free riding and following other industrialised countries in the global efforts to avoid dangerous climate change versus Australia taking a leadership position.”

 

They throw in the rubbish of “free riding” on top as an economic argument?!  They are as Orwellian the whole lot are:

The CSIRO used data produced by a hard Left front for an economics report! What on earth is going on?!

The “submission”, assuming both lies are true asserts,

“on the skills, innovation and workforce dimensions of the transition to a more environmentally sustainable society, with a particular focus on the challenges involved in achieving deep cuts in greenhouse emissions\’

In it can be read what the hard Left have in store for Australians, eg.

A Mr. Allen Kearns, “Deputy Chief - CSIRO Sustainable Ecosystems” gave a presentation to a meeting of hard Leftists. His theme?

“Cities and Coasts: CSIRO Climate Adaptation Flagship. Allen Kearns is an environmental scientist with substantial international experience and practical expertise in the social, economic and ecological consequences of urban and industrial developments. His presentation will address the future ‘green collar economy’ in terms of transitioning to a more environmentally sustainable society that emits less greenhouse gases.

CSIRO has established that there are currently 3 million workers employed in reducing our environmental footprint. Drawing on further CSIRO research, Allen will outline the substantial areas of agreement and opportunity on the key aspects and requirements of the future ‘greencollar economy’ challenge.”

Can the heads of CSIRO explain:

1)The reduction of science and economics to Lysenkoism?

The evidence related in Parts I, II and III of this article are not accidents, they are systematic and there are too many of CSIRO people involved.

2) How its ‘economists and one in particular, Hatfield-Dodds, tell Australians what is false in economics and not only false but since it is the assumption the CSIRO acts on and asserts as sound analysis and advice,  means the economic destruction of Australians and Australia and requires totalitarian force to impose it?

3) Can the CSIRO explain how is it that an applied science research institution that is supposed to be serving Australians through independence and integrity in science suddenly be politically active in the Rudd Cabinet’s Socialist fraud and participate in making Australians obey it, and use Lysenkoism to break down opposition and to convince Australians it is good for them?

4). Why it is committed to a hard Left cause?

5). As the evidence makes transparent, the internal politicisation of the institution?

6) How is it that it takes “data” and “evidence” from at least one hard Left front?

7) Why it eschews hard science from scientists around the world and, it looks very much so, relies on a closed circle that includes “The Climate Institute”?

8)Why it has linked up with internationalist movements dedicated to this end?

9) Why it is replacing science and economics with cultic adherence to a totally false position, which the CSIRO cannot but be fully aware of, as is the man in the street, has been totally eviscerated over well over a decade by scientists ending in the final breakdown, the revelations of full blown fraud perpetrated by the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit?

10) Why it hasn’t suspended those responsible for the position so well attested, and has had its material reviewed thoroughly be scientists of impeccable standing and integrity, and suspended research programmes which are based on the lies of carbon dioxide is a “pollutant” and causes global warming, and the lie carbon taxation is good.

11) Since it is also in evidence the closed loop holds for economics in CSIRO, why has it not suspended those economists responsible, to have the material scrutinised by economists of great integrity and reputation? To this, I recommend Mr. Jackson of Brookesnews who has:

Thoroughly analysed carbon taxes and their true impact and way “alternative energy” and other “carbon reduction” schemes are destructive frauds too. Also, Dr. Frank Shostak.

The likes of Hatfield-Dodds, for one, have to be made to answer for the CSIRO’s position since, as the evidence indicates, since they are running it as true. More-over, Hatfield-Dodds seems to be CSIRO’ principal  “economist” behind this disgusting position of the CSIRO.

12) Why shouldn’t responsible heads be sacked?

Against the Right.

Tony Abbott’s carbon tax plan is the final straw. The email inbox is running hot. These are Liberal Party members, Mr Tony Abbott, spat on by the Right.

So much for ‘costless’. Even if ‘carbon reduction’ were needed and could be confined to a mere hike in costs dictated by politicians, what is costless about $3.2 billion? It’s not Abbott, his hard Left fifth columnist pal, Greg Hunt, no-one in Shadow Cabinet and in Cabinet, and no bureaucrat pays for this. It is firms and their employees who would pay for this “merry go round”.

How does Abbott, bye the bye, know it would cost only $3.2 billion? He can’t know. Moreover, sticking to his reductionist stupidity: Each dollar taken by politicians costs roughly - as a reserved estimate, $3, before compounding. That’s the real, minimum ‘tax’. Suddenly, $3.2 billion is all but $10b, before forgone compounding. But this genius would say, it’s better than ‘Rudd’s $40 billion times 3′.

But Abbott is actually proposing a carbon tax. He’s bent on the destruction of capital. Indeed, Abbott gives the game away overtly in one telling statement:

“Businesses that emit above their business-as-usual levels will incur a financial penalty,” he said.”

Oh, and what on earth does this developmentally arrested half-wit, and the rest of the right who also use it, mean by ‘business as usual’. There is no such ruddy thing.

What a statement - “if carbon tax doesn’t kill them, we’ll destroy them anyway”. If they don’t do as Abbott and Greg Hunt, with the support of Michael Kroger clones and his ex Helen Kroger, dictate, they will destroy even more of a firm’s capital.  Furthermore, in view of his next statement, it makes Abbott a liar in another way:

“Mr Abbott stressed his proposal was a market-based system based on rewards, not penalties.”

Come again, Abbott? If Mr. Entrepreneur doesn’t obey what is totalitarian in force:

You, Abbott, will seize that man, charge him, convict him and also swipe massive amounts of capital out of the firm, punishing investors, employees, and customers, immiserating them all. That’s your policy too, and not just Rudd’s.

Either way, Tony Abbott and Greg Hunt get to destroy firms and their investors and employees, mere ants to be squashed at whim and this is central to the Right’s contempt for modest, patriotic Australians  - mere ants that can be eradicated when they no longer have any use for the little sodding bastards.

The threat of violence using police state coercion is a bloody big threat. Mind, Abbott and his pals, including Peter Costello, are fond of such measures, since he and they rammed down volumes of them. Peter Costello alone intensified police state powers through the ATO and ACCC.

No free market action threatens violence against any other free man who will not do what someone wants them to do.

Another lie: Abbott calls it a ‘free-market instrument’.

It’s not Australians freely developing them. Abbott is worse than an economic illiterate, but there comes a time when ignorance is not an excuse for what Abbott has set out in  the name of the “Liberal Party of Australia. Therefore, Tony is a cold, hard, bloody treacherous liar who sees nothing wrong, as he made plain in setting out his plan for central planning in his ‘book’, in imposing totalitarianism. His only dispute with Rudd is, who gets to do in Australians.

Tony Abbott, as most of the Right enjoys doing, is strangling the Liberal party to death, He has never worked in enterprise. To this lot, a factory, capital, is a criminal offence spoiling their views of the landscape and thus it be destroyed. This is what Professor Sinclair Davidson and Chris Berg in their IPA masterpiece on manufacturing concluded:

They dismissed at as a mere ‘old folk’s’ hobby, like knitting. If it collapses, no Australian should worry. It will all be OK.

It must be noted that back then, Professor Sinclair Davidson supported carbon taxes. He saw it as the means of introducing a ‘flat tax’. Well, Co2 taxes are “one helluva” flat tax, they flatten all. Recently he has changed his tune. It’s evident why, cowards hide.

Taken with the above, this could be a quote from an official of a fascist regime,

“We will go to the market and say give us your lowest cost environmental improvements and reductions in emissions,” he said.” These involve tremendous burdens that will alone immiserate Australians…”

Someone plant Abbott and Greg Hunt where they belong, in Bob Brown’s vegetable patch in Cuba. (Abbott -”biosequestration, solar energy and additional tree planting.”)

“There can be no cost blow-out in this policy.”

No-one is saying, Tony Abbott, it will necessarily blow out Federal Cabinet’s budget, initially. The trivial detail is, it will destroy modest Australians first.

“We can do it because our system is simple,” Mr Hunt said.

Hunt is a liar, in two details. The fraud they would perpetrate is not simple. Yet, there is some simplicity about it:

The simply stupid, lying thugs who dreamt it up and paving the way for hard left totalitarianism.

This is what Greg Hunt is actually about. Hunt is a reflection of what Michael Kroger is and stands for, an unprincipled, callous parasite advancing those just like himself. Australians can thank Michael for his Clone.

Dead rats smell. You don’t have to follow the stink to find it. The Right in Parliament is the putrefying tail of a carcass, and so is Abbott’s carbon tax policy, and here is the final sealer:

“The cost of the coalition’s policy is based on a carbon price of $15 a tonne.”

I’ve accidentally praised Abbott in the past by calling Abbott ‘a complete idiot’. I’m sorry to have mislead everyone. I lied.

Abbott is an insult to ‘complete idiots’. This moron is so dense, surgeons are using him as a laboratory rat in probing the mystery of walking, freezing cold stiffs and, damn, there are a lot of them in Parliament.

Greg Hunt is the member for Flinders, Victoria, and Shadow Minister for Climate Change, Environment and Water. To this, he heads a Party committee overseeing the Coalition’s ‘policy’ on carbon taxation. In these positions, he has issued an edict that states:

No Liberal Party member will debate carbon taxes. Members will not even discuss carbon taxes over the Internet.

Next, Hunt demands all evidence confirming arguments against the claim Co2 causes global warming and against carbon taxes be suppressed. The edict has been committed in writing and issued to members. He is using intimidation in an attempt to enforce this edict

I tell Hunt this: I’m here, I’m on-line, and I’m not intimidated by you, nor Abbott, nor Turnbull. I’m not merely discussing carbon taxes, nor simply debating them, I’m attacking them on-line. And, I’m telling the world about your actions. How does he expect to stop this. Well, the Right did attempt to strong-arm Howard into imposing complete censorship controls over the Internet. Howard belted them down. They still want to impose censorship.

It was further disclosed in communications that the whole objection of the “Opposition” -[which is not the Liberal Party, noting such stalwarts as Mr. Tuckey and Dr. Jensen, but the Right], confirms what I have repeatedly stated for a long time now:

They do not object to Rudd’s carbon tax one jot. Their objection is that it is Rudd and the Left imposing it and not them.

I’ve recently remarked that Turnbull’s objections to Rudd’s carbon tax are a red-herring, differing only in trivia, but not in substance. The substantive objection would be rejecting carbon tax full stop. No objection at all but for one, they want to ram it down.

Well, all this ties in very nearly with the knifing of Dr. Jensen. Abbott’s betrayal of the Liberal Party by pretending to be ‘an honest broker’, when he is in with Turnbull and Greg Hunt in their rotten little plans to betray Australians and the Liberal Party. We have motive.

A motive that also explains Turnbull’s slimy attack on Wilson Tuckey. And now the attempt to silence other members and intimidation of members into silence. It all fits in. All that has publicly occurred over the last few days was all driven by these treacherous, power hungry, ignorant thugs and their aim to become dictators and to this, ram down a mass capital destroying carbon tax that also requires totalitarian coercion to enforce it.

Hunt’s decree that all evidence confirming what opponents of carbon taxes have been stating, they destroy capital and this means catastrophic ruination for millions of Australians, must be suppressed is itself a very serious offence. Hunt is supposed to be an oath sworn, honour bound MP and yet this scumbag will betray Parliament and Australians in a rotten, little sleezey attempt to make sure nothing that shows what they are aiming for is false and unconsionable ever comes to light.

What Hunt is engaging in is suppression and intimidation and coercion against all sources - certainly those in the Liberal Party, and all that could be presented to Parliamentary enquiries, and those in government agencies. I hate to think what they are prepared to do to honest, principled men and women - including scientists, should a great error occur, this lot get into office. This lot are reduplicating the old Soviet Politburo. Let’s get this right: this is corruption through and through.

Corruption; using threats and and other intimidatory actions to suppress free speech, and silence oath sworn, duty bound MPs and coerce them into acquiescence and thus attempting to corrupt them and totally pervert due processes.

Disgusting is not the word and Greg Hunt is the chief enforcer of what is violent action. Violence against Liberal Party members and its MPs, so that Hunt and his fellow ‘fifth columnists’ can get their way.

Has been obtained. Sources have informed me it is being being circulated outside of the Parliamentary Party’s offices, in tandem with the Hunt edict. Sources told me that both documents have been sent to Tim Blair, Janet Albrechtsen, Andrew Bolt, etc.

Well, it will be amusing to see what Tim Blair - and the other conservative media heroes - will do with it, because he has never reported on all the other acts of treachery by the Right. He has an incentive, he’s one of them. He also shares some of Greg Hunts inclinations. Tim is all for censorship of all those who don’t obey the Right. He made that very blunt when he called for Jackson to be blacklisted and Brookesnews shut-down.

As for Janet Albrechtsen; what! A starlet of the Right expose the Right? I won’t expand why she wouldn’t here, because I’m serving her up in another item on matters that, amusingly, tie in very neatly with this scoop.

He agrees to destroying capital, immiserating millions of Australians, serving the hard Left through carbon taxes, so that he can look good.

Did you hear that, Chris Berg, editor of the IPA, no debate! But it is worse in the case of the CIS. Greg Lindsay and his CIS has been serving interests in promoting carbon taxes. There are quite a few who could be involved. Do they include, Abbott, Turnbull and Greg Hunt. We know there are links, the Yates brothers – Peony Company and Macquarrie Bank. Ron Walker, Hugh Morgan and des Crespigney – their nuclear power plant. Is that all of them, Greg?

Turnbull, Abbott and Hunt are using the very ‘arguments’ Greg Lindsay set in his carbon tax lobby paper. What makes this even funnier, so is Rudd.

When Jackson delivered his criticism of the lobby paper the CIS’ response was to launch a vicious smear campaign against him. Now we know why. They had to smear and attempt to damage Jackson’s reputation because Lindsay and his chums don’t have a leg to stand on. 

A word on Berg and Professor Sinclair Davidson. Besides inviting industry policy in their paper on manufacturing, at the end of it they tacked on a passage conceding Greens’ lie, and conceded carbon taxation and invited the nuclear power option. It’s not only because Jackson demolished the main body of their paper that they engaged in a smear campaign against Jackson. I drew attention to the carbon tax section and delivered comment on it. Jackson also mentioned it. Davidson crawled through internet sites smearing Jackson for this. Now we know why, don’t we Professor Sinclair Davidson, who is also bound up with the CIS.

Now we come to the 3 Amigos

John Stone, Alan Moran, and Des Moore, though they oppose carbon taxes, have been rather silent on the actions of Turnbull, Abbott, Hunt, Greg Lindsay and his CIS. I suppose they are too busy polishing their egos but, surely, they can manage to find a few seconds to push Jackson’s analysis and criticisms of the economic force of carbon taxes. No, not these three. Jackson isn’t one of the ‘Right-wing’ club.

They are the 3 Am-egos.

Jensen would not be silenced on science and scientific evidence, and he is a genuine upstanding Liberal and a patriotic Australian, and fought against carbon taxes because of the economic danger that it is. For these crimes, Jensen had to be knifed. Hunt has made all this very clear in his edict.

Just announced - what sits in the name of the Liberal Party has agreed to support Rudd’s carbon taxes in a exchange for a few alterations to some details in the bill.

Australia is gone. Thanks a lot Abbott, you bastard. Just so that you could buy time to cling to a seat for as long as possible, you did this.

Abbott has also handed Rudd a gift - the “Liberal Party” is now for him a wooden french poodle puppy on a string he can jiggle when he fancies. There is nothing this lot, with the exception of those who are stalwart Liberals, can do and say; they are now Rudd’s puppets on a string. From now on, the only thing they can do on their own is nod their heads in agreement with Rudd. This is a stunning success master-minded by Abbott:

That is all that stands between Australians and Rudd. Further, this might see a civil war between what is in the ALP and the Unions. As for the Liberal Party, it is in its current disposition finished and all that remains is to watch it disintegrate (though this means the chance for a new, genuine Liberal Party to form up and punch through).

To all those in the Right who oppose carbon taxes, you helped bring this about because you put yourselves first instead of principles and Australians. The measure of this has been your long refusal to acknowledge the need for genuine intellectual engagement and debate, matched by ignoring and filtering out those you see as a threat to yourselves, a couple of genuine free market economists.

Jackson mounted a campaign starting years ago. He nailed the economic case years ago. He warned of what the force of fanatical Greens’ policies is, and the dangers of not mounting a robust, accurate attack and policies. You ignored all this and now it’s blown up sky high. It’s no longer that you lot have wrecked labour market reform. Whereas, too many critics have treated carbon taxes in terms of capitalisation, and did not step this through. Jackson did, from within a solid framework of Austrian capital theory. There were those in the Right who did not merely ignore this work, they smeared him over it - mind these were those showing support for carbon taxes and for, it seems very much so on the evidence, for venal reasons (we deal with this Monday).

They will, as have overseas share markets have in the wake of carbon taxes, plummet. I might be wrong, but I have a very ugly feeling that it will set in soon, share prices begin sliding down, then pick up speed as they trend into free fall. No investor is going to sit there and watch their savings butchered by Rudd and those in the Liberal Party who capitulated. This, mind, is only the beginning of the disaster.

“Ironbar” Tuckey hits puppy.

Beyond question, Tuckey’s blood is up as it should be. With Rudd’s carbon tax bill to be raised before the Lower House next week, Tuckey knows Australians are in great peril. He knows there are those in the Right also directly culpable for what, if passed, will be a horrific crime perpetrated against all Australians. Tuckey also knows that those in the Right who have claimed to be fighting carbon taxes have failed, hence this last, desperate effort to kill carbon taxes. An effort that means internal Liberal Party civil war and it has broken out. Tuckey is a patriot.

Good on the patriotic Liberals. Go in hard and iron-bar the great big, cowardly puppies and sod the RSPCA! 

And Right-wing MPs supporting carbon taxes are puppies or, as put yesterday, “big manly pansies”. One of them came out snivelling, ‘Tuckey hurt us, and we should all be trying to negotiate with the Government’. This was Scott Morrison. The likes of the walking freezer, Helen Kroger, mutters much the same thing but objecting it should be them and not the Left imposing carbon taxes (it’s a Janet Albrechtsen type ‘argument’).

There is nothing to negotiate. Carbon taxes destroys capital. This means immiseration of millions of Australians. This, chilling enough, is only the beginning of the long list of dangers carbon taxation will generate. All for a pack of lies that is also an attack on science, Co2 emissions causes global warming. To know anything more, they need experts in science and economics to arm them and they are not in the CIS, nor the IPA, and not the HR Nicholls Society. Oh, apologies, they do have a talent in their ranks, until the next election, Dr. Jensen and look at what the Right did to him.

Isn’t it funny that, though it is nothing more than ugly belief in magic with a nasty edge, it applies only to emissions generated by capitalist man. Plants at night, for example, emit more than man does by a tremendous factor. Why don’t Rudd, Wong, Turnbull, David Kemp, Greg Hunt, Bob Brown, Peter Garrett, Morrison and Helen Kroger exterminate plants all around the globe? Seems just as ‘reasonable’. They won’t have to start on insects, birds, and animals, because they will starve to death. Then we will die. No more C02.

Co2 is a nutrient, without it, neither plant, nor beast nor man can exist. It builds all tissue, and does other work – dolomites for instance. Infinite, magnificent works are all due to the reticulation of Co2. Molecules never remain in the atmosphere to build up into a ‘blanket’. All that amazing work done by a percentage of C02 gas present in the atmosphere so small that it is convenient to speak of it as if there was zero carbon in the gas phase.

As a lad I assumed that there were no crazier schemes dreamt up than those by communist regimes and the National Socialist regime of Germany. I ate my hat, because sitting in Canberra is a pack of demented crazies. Numbers of them have held Liberal Party seats and others are still occupying them. David Kemp was a great Ministerial zealot of the fanatical Greens’ cult and one of their chief Ministerial weapons with which to ruin Australians. The likes of Turnbull, Greg Hunt, Scott Morrison, Kroger are fine successors. There must be a prize in the crazies stakes, they are all trying so ‘darned’ hard to get in first.

The carbon tax boosters in the Right are not motivated by the same reasons. There are, as it were slight factional disagreements. It is conceivable that there are those who regard the Greens’ claim as the lie it is but like what carbon taxes can deliver them, power over Australians. Lust for power and ‘influence’, stamps the Right. There might be three factions.

Opposition spokesman on energy and resources, Ian MacFarlane, said:

It (nuclear power) is the only zero-emission, base-load electricity that Australia can install in the next 30 years.

We are saying it’s alright for our mates to use our uranium in their nuclear power stations yet we can’t have a sensible science-based debate about nuclear energy in Australia.

Firstly, I don’t oppose nuclear power as such but in Australia it is not economic. It would require subsidisation and that means a burden on other firms and wage earners. It’s worse than this. It would also come at the destruction of the capital of the coal based firms. The ramifications of this are greater yet.

Secondly, it is interesting that MacFarlane invokes science to advocate nuclear power but is happy to remain silent on the overthrow of science used as an excuse to impose carbon tax, which would be the trigger for nuclear power.

I have a question for Mr. Ian MacFarlane: You wouldn’t happen to know Mr. Hugh Morgan and Mr. Ronnie Walker?

These two wreckers and wealthy parasites wish to enrich themselves many times over again through the destruction of efficient coal based firms so that politicians will lob billions of dollars taken from millions of other Australians – firms and their employees, to fund their bank vaults nuclear power plant.

Hugh Morgan and Ronnie Walker are pals of Mr. Greg Lindsay, who, oddly enough, is campaigning for carbon taxation. He asserts the tax will make ‘alternative energy economic’ (Jackson eviscerated this rubbish with a swift paragraph). It occurred to me early last that there might be a link with Morgan and Walker and found it. In his lobby paper Lindsay left unsaid, nuclear energy.

The dis-economies of Wind, solar, and wave (Hunt’s favourite) are tremendous. It is horrifying merely contemplating what this means, the destruction of coal for these scams. Ah, Nuclear power to the rescue! Except, it is not economic – why else destroy coal and subsidise nuclear to the hilt!

It is transparent that the very same criminal suggestion was put by Berg and Davidson in their joint IPA position paper on manufacturing.

Mr. Ian MacFarlane owes Liberal Party and Australians a true explanation. Silence is read as, they are not co-incidences at all and then I would have to go after Mr. MacFarlane with my PC version of an Ironbar. But, hey, this is why I love the Right; they drink poison by the buckets and I get to describe the effects (sadly, they expect everyone else to drink it, with them forcing it down throats). I’m a surgeon and a good surgeon needs to practice on dead bodies.

Next, since March 2008, tidal waves of evidence demonstrating the impact of carbon taxes has crashed over the heads of Europeans, British, Asians and Americans. Investment in energy firms stopped, firms collapsed. Tens of thousands in a matter of week over several weeks early 2008 and in Britain alone were thrown out onto a growing heap of those made destitute by ‘government’ coercion, Co2 taxes. In the wake of the Obama carbon tax bill, companies are planning to quit the US, should it pass the Senate, because the investments will be wiped out. Energy firms are at the advanced planning stage of, “Flee for your lives!”

In March last year, share markets wrote down the value of Australian coal based companies in reaction to the proposal of carbon taxes. Well, readers, does it really take a genius to guess what will happen if the carbon tax bill is passed? If there are those who still cannot grasp it, the Australian this morning spelled it out.

Next to the punishment a $20b aid transfer would mean for many firms and their employees and investors, it won’t stop what the coal firms correctly state, carbon taxes will wipe them out. The end of them, the end of energy production.

There is a problem with the article. A mistake also made by numbers of ‘economists’ of the Right is stating the danger the tax poses to firms is one of capitalisation, the market value of the firms. These values are estimates of the future earnings of firms. If the former falls, capitalisation values will fall accordingly. Firms’ earnings are what is generated by their assets - output produced by working the physical means of production and they are capital.

The net worth of a firm is its total assets minus its liabilities. Taxes are liabilities. So, the problem faced by the coal companies is, the taxes will be capitalised. The liabilities will now exceed losses, meaning net worth becomes negative. The nature of the tax destroys this particular investment. The generators would be scrapped. 

The coal based energy firms would be wiped out. This is what is crucial about what the above article relates. It is what Jackson nailed from within Austrian capital theory, when he criticised Greg Lindsay’s carbon tax paper. Greg Lindsay has refused to respond. He has tried to ignore the case set out by Jackson. Capital, the physical means of production, has value so it can be capitalised and new capital funds raised for sinking into more capital. If it were not so, there would be no capital and we would be stuck in primitive misery.

The above summary of the tidal wave of evidence of capital wipe-out confirms theory that Jacksons laid out. Amazingly, as I set a mountain of that evidence, and it still was only a small fraction of it, Lindsay like the Black Knight in Monty Python’s Holy Grail was defiant, ‘They aren’t hurt. I’m not hurt. Come back and fight you cowards’. It would be nice to do as the two crusaders did, walk away ignoring him and enjoying a good chat but it can’t be done.

The carbon tax bill is aimed at first destroying the capital in efficient coal energy firms.  Destroy that supply, and other firms must fold. We are talking about destruction of production. This means investors, and this means all modest super policy owners too, will have their savings wiped out because the firms in which they are invested are wiped out. Employees can no longer earn because there is no capital to work. They are made 100% destitute. Their families starve with them. This began to occur by March 2008 in the UK under the Tony Blair-Gordon Brown carbon taxes, taking out large firms and tens thousands of employees and it hasn’t stopped.

Go through how extensive the damage can be -hospitals, homes, entertainment, books, clothing, shoes, food, lighting, the list is endless. They don’t occur ex nihilo, nor maintained and run by magic. Neither are, firms producing capital goods that are used to produce more capital goods that finally are used to produce ccgs. that are used to produce consumer goods. To use the Austrian school term, the ‘country’s production structure’ is at stake and this means the very lives of Australians are at stake.

Enter the pro-Nuclear power brigade. Look! They say, we have the answer.

4. Because nuclear power is not economic (not yet anyway, or else free market firms would be investing in them) it means production and so supply is cut. Rising costs reflect economic inefficiency. This hits all other firms that do require efficient supply. As it is, for instance, regulation has meant many have re-directed investment to overseas rather than in Australia. So what firms can withstand this cost shock I don’t know but it does spell the end of numbers of firms full-stop.

Taking points 2 to 4 together, the ‘carbon tax ‘em then nuke ‘em brigade’ are trying to pull the wool over the eyes of Australians. It still means immiseration for millions of Australians. It is a real opener to realise how many in Australia can push to perpetrate all this against Australians and with the added consideration:

The Centre for Indepent Studies as a free market think tank was already as the Institute of Public Affairs and HR Nicholls Society are also of long standing, a joke. With such a long, long, long list of fine, eloquent testimonials, and the record of  pulp that lot palm of as free market economics, analysis and commentary, one question is boggling to ponder - no, two questions:

Why are the Clough brothers and Ron Manners funding inbred cretins - IPA and CIS? Are they mad or merely deranged?

These questions take on a peculiar force as in, tack on the sheer damage the Right and their think tanks have caused in Victoria and Australia-wide and some might begin to draw conclusions: the Cloughs and Manners are neither mad nor deranged; they are ga ga demented to pin themselves to that lot of parasitical bastards. And “pin” is the word.

The ALP has put together a ‘dirt file’ on Bob Day. It was only published over the Internet under that diseased dumbkopf parading as Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, Julia Gillard. Why did they do it? Bob Day’s direct ties to the HR Nicholls Society and other blunders.

Bob Day is genuinely concerned with grave economic perils we now face, the upshot of lousy economic policies put up by both the Right and the Left. He is genuinely concerned with unemployment. He genuinely wishes to do something to fight good causes. He decided to act on his genuine concerns and blundered.

As the Cloughs and Manners, Day evidently decided he is an economist too and threw his lot in with the HR Nicholls Society. He parroted the garbage that club publishes as economic analysis. It shows, because in his ‘classic’, on the HR Nicholls Society site, he awkwardly waded through it, jarring badly against his own statements.

He advanced in their ranks and you can tell. He acquired the arrogance and contempt for the modest voter and the modest Liberal Party member that stamps the Right-wing clique. He, too came to believe he was owed a safe seat, in South Australia.

It was the possibility of Day in Parliament that had the Left licking their lips in anticipation of ripping him apart from limb to limb. However, Day threw a tantrum, packed his play bag and joined the the playpen of a pack of socialist morons, the Family First Party, who consider it a coup when Day joined them; daft. Day didn’t make it to the leather in Canberra and the ALP were sad but took their disappointment stoutly.

Now, as a matter of fact, much the same thing has been done to Harold Clough. It was ABC who has done some preparatory work and here it is:

Confirmation that construction heavyweight Harold Clough poured money into Tony Abbott’s political slush fund has brought demands for the Workplace Relations Minister to come clean on other industry donors.

Workers Online challenged HR Nicholls Society to defend its claims about labour markets. A letter was also published challenging Mr. Hugh Morgan. The letter could have been written by a modest man, it conveyed so, but it could have been a heavy pretending to be an ordinary man working for a firm.

The letter requested, respectfully, Morgan defend. The letter noted that the HR Nicholls Society’s position was tantamount to demanding the pay of modest employees by savagely sliced. That, he, as a modest earner  and his family cannot afford to be pauperised. It asked a pertinent question: how can a multi-millionaire like Morgan even contemplate doing this to them. Morgan ran away like the coward he is from both challenges.

The items linked above turn on the ‘’slush fund” matter, but it is only one of the lines the hard Left have run on Clough and his ties to the Right-wing clunker tanks.

My advice to Mr. Ron Manners is that he take a hard look at these telling facts. Contemplate carefully the credibility of Clough and Day has been shredded but this is entirely their fault. The fault of blundering:

Believing they can drive and lead economic warfare, instead of supporting talent. Thus they pinned themselves to a pack of anti-free market incompetent clowns. Best of all, the IPA and CIS offered photo ops, a bit more than ego polishing - try a real social pages blow up, as Media Watch observed with the above crack.

Take a hard look Mr. Manners. Sir, you might not like what I write on your ties to the pack of clowns you fund as free market warriors but that is nothing compared to the broad, public humiliation the hard, treacherous Left can deal you through the mainstream media.

- Showing is high aesthetic taste, he commends to Australian teenagers that they plaster tee-shirts and their bedroom walls with admiring, adulatory pictures of Guevara, and Adolf Hitler.

Mr. Manners, Jewish acquaintances who survived Auschwitz and Buchenwald are not impressed. Why don’t they give each country the climate it would love to have. I mean to say, if they, as they claim, can control temperature then nothing is impossible.

My jaw hit the floor. Obstacles called science, and on temperature there is no ‘world’ temperature’ nor climate, flew right out the window. It is worse than a descent into darkness.

Notice the totalitarian impulse and the complementary Orwellian tone of the declaration. This, however, is not enough insanity from the “World Leadahs”. The plot sickens.

2. Have Manners and the Cloughs explained to heads of firms that they are also paying the CIS to work on converting Parliament and Cabinet into a totalitarian regime?

3. The CIS directed to aiding the Rudd Cabinet to blow their firms and every other firm through carbon tax measures?

United on Labour Policy - “Strength through joy”

In Italy, Germany and Russia, labour was declared a “moral duty” in return for which the “State” would provide what today is called ’skills training’, medical services, days off and other boons, which today are called “conditions” but are components of payroll. It was forced labour that was imposed. No one prospered. They were pressed into unemployment, which is what those great labour schemes (Stalinist Russia was in a league of its own) amounted to. If it was good enough for Europeans to salute Gauleiters, it is,  according to Rudd and Bligh, good enough for Australians.

Bligh has pinched one plastic tine of Rudd’s three-pronged forced labour scheme:

Meanwhile, pro-airport protesters have ambushed the premier while on the campaign trail in the Whitsundays.

The very wording could have tripped off the lips of any one of the top thugs of each socialist regime - “mobilising a green army in the fight against the global financial crisis”.

This leftist moron has, of course, done her bit to smash capital and its accumulation in Queensland. Carbon taxes will wipe out capital and this means the immiseration of millions of Australians. So, to add insult to injury, she will force as many Queenslanders as possible into low pay or, in truth, non paying jobs obeying Greens Gauleiters.

Anna Bligh can, of course hide behing Deah Maximus Leadah, Rudd the Dudd, who declared it has his the ‘nation-building employment policy’ to, well, do what exactly? Ah, so those oafs called Australians will learn to salute their new master. There are two more plastic tines to Rudd’s mass unemployment progrom in obedience training.

He declared ‘university graduates’ can pay off their “HECS loan” through forced labour. So, that’s how Hitler funded his armaments build up; work gangs of lads and lassies tromping over the countryside with pitchforks on their backs planting spuds.  He wasn’t sending Germans over an economic cliff-top (even if he had not been bent on world war and mass murder) at all; and Gauletiers were all along returning ‘beautiful numbers”. Anyone can sing for a leg up.

There are real problems with HECS. One of them is signing up very large numbers of school leavers into phony degree courses. In the 1980’s, this expansion by Dawkins under Hawke disguised some of the appallingly high unemployment. HECs is a disastrous fiddle fix for the tied problem, ‘free education’, when it is not free on the one hand, taxpayers are sacked, heavily, to notionally pay for the now hideous burden. Those who complain about having to pay HECS on top, therefore, are not wholly in the wrong, irrespective of what the Right says.

Binding school leavers and graduates under forced labour does not fix a heavy, stinking scrap heap of a burden. It is certainly no substitute for real employment and, preferrably, with increasing real pay due to capital accumulation. It is only more corrosive abuse of Australian and, to be blunt, creeping fascism.

The third prong to Rudd’s forced labour scheme is coralling the unemployed to carry out one of his spending binges:

Rudd declared, thousands of Australians can be coralled into installing insulation. What needs to be installed is a brain in Rudd, but the brain would reject the ‘brown shorts’ moron. This scheme also illuminates what lousy economics, reinforced by being void in capital production can entail. As a short term spending spree, it is not supported by production. What is Rudd going to do; order investors to pump up insulation production to make him look good? And this is only one consideration involved in what supports supply of insulation alone. The following is mad:

He also believes it will boost housing construction. Forget the consumption fallacy, this is simply ga ga. Well, why spoil a walking joke’s day in the sun, by pointing out his limits. Let’s focus on the callousness of the slob. He pleads that it will also “reduce greenhouse gas emissions by about 50 million tonnes by 2020.”

There is no reason at all to cut c02 emissions at all. It is not a poison. It has no ‘greenhouse effect’ the outright majority of these gases is water. It is food, it is essential for life. No co2 and the planet is dead. D.E.A.D. Nothing.

Besides, insulation doesn’t stop people freezing and stewing in their homes. That’s what split cycle air-conditioning is for. It’s a real life-saver, except for those whose power was cut during the recent heatwave, because Bracks and Brumby, supoported by the Right, have cut coal based energy production, which is why they killed 40 odd Victorians in the heatwave.

To finish it off, as already mused on, the Right sees nothing wrong with it at all. They are advocating it. This is what the Right mean by ‘labour market reform’. The President of the “Young Liberals”, a 30 year old with all the maturity of a teenage, navel gazing delinquent, made clear the Right’s support for forced labour. The “President” has a seat on the Administrative Committee of the Victorian Liberal Party, and all senior offices and most of the membership consist of the Right’s clique of pets, all stamped and approved of by Kroger and Costello (Kroger owns the Administrative Committee and the Party).

No-one says anything without the approval of the Toorak Brahman-Toorak Doctors’ wives-Kroger-Costello clique’. Mind, that’s why the Young Liberals and its branches are stuffed with the brats of the Clique. Pet poodles do what they are told, if they want a pat on the head.

Forced labour figures. It would pay for heads of companies to learn about Corporativa and Zwangswirtshcaft. The reason is straightforward, because that is what Rudd is busily raising. Kim “Il” Carr, though, cares to give it a Soviet edge euphemistically called “industry policy” .

It is very important to address and debate when challenged. It is crucial and one of the many major blunders of the Right, they and their clunker tanks the CIS and IPA don’t believe they have to, should not have to and run away when confronted and can’t get their way, after smearing their critics as their notion of argument and debate. A comment by Jason Kennedy on, Forestry firms come out swinging, shows why.

Firstly, to sum up so far, the problem is not that NAFI has come out and properly attacked Green policies that kill. The problem is the assumption they can convince the Greens. That they need to deal with ‘mainstream’ politicians, Right and Left, who embraced them and imposed those insane policies. That they need to use guns to fight.

They needed to use guns right back when politicians began butchering forestry and converting them into sleeping fire-storms. I don’t retract nor regret having put it more bluntly and in the case of NAFI and the companies, the point of the blunt phrasing is to shock them into fighting soundly. The softly, softly, PR ‘tactics’ companies use only sees them, their employees, and investors beaten into bloody pulps by idiot politicians and their advisers and bureaucrats every time; the record of disasters for many companies in many types of production proves this.

Kennedy’s first comment is an “abhorrent calumny” against forestry companies.

“The forestry industry… need to be ashamed of themselves, any lobby group who attempts to profit from the loss and destruction of people homes and stir up such raw emotion for ongoing capital gain is not just insensitive but abhorrent.”

These are people, and that means employees and former employees who live and work in the areas that were destroyed.  Prior to this, they had to endure their firms being destroyed by rotten, lying politicians, and here are some telling articles:

Premier Bracks lied to the electorate about plantation forests

[Jan. 2003]:

In the run-up to the recent state elections, the Labor Party decided to give their full-blooded support to the green demands on forestry, at least in the Otways and Midlands. Premier Bracks announced on November 6 in his Triplet Falls speech, measures that would decimate the forest industry in the Otway and Wombat Forests.

In doing this, he virtually spat in the face of professional foresters, past and present, throughout the land. In the course of that speech” [Bracks deliberately lied to Victorians]…

 Bracks destroyed firms and jobs and lied to do it.

In this article, Brabin zeroes on an integral, fundamental importance of forestry that is work commercial operations do, cleaning out the sheer volume of highly flammable fuel that would otherwise accumulate, and thinning out forest to also suppress fire. The article is backed by solid evidence. Something changed this, rotten politicians and their vile, anti-people Greens’ policies and don’t Victorians know all about it now.

The next article also rebuts some other statements by Kennedy, Labour Government lied about woodchipping in the Wombat forest, which begins with another bit of deliberate treachery and lying against Victorians by Steve Bracks, Thwaites and John Brumby, and their propaganda blitz - “The present tactic is the demonising of woodchips”. This kills Greens’ environmental lies in with a single, neatly drilled bullet:

When Mr Thwaites imposes his job-destruction policy on the Wombat Forest — “… some small level of sawlog harvesting…” — what does he expect to see left behind on the coupes? Certainly not a wealth of biodiversity habitats! Not a highly productive forest, young or old. Merely an indeterminate mixture of usable trees of variable quality with lots of unproductive biological junk , an impediment to regeneration. Even the ecotourists, if the ever materialise, will find it deadly boring.

While these “mainstream” politicians deliberately lied to the public, and peddled Greens’ propaganda, and committing economic sabotage on a tremendous scale, the Greens sabotage the forestry sites. Spiking trees, for example, to maim and kill the men working forests. These violent acts disturbed the media nor Judges. The politicians fostered fanatics who consider nothing of killing others in the name of their cult. The following claim by Kennedy is, therefore, false, and it is a lie spun by the Greens and happily peddled by the politicians of the major parties:

“The loggers were locked out of many forest reserves because of their practices and lack of self control, and this same lack of self control has their leader using peoples loss…”

This besides Kennedy’s persistence in smearing good people with lies in a little bit of character assassination -  “how dare they even suggest that they should profit from others loss”. Here it comes, Kennedy the Green fanatic:

“If the forest which supports life on the planet had a voice, then Mr Hansard would be guilty of inciting hatred and intolerance.”

The primitive, pantheistic, animistic, mystagogy of the Greens, which droves also their attack against science, and sound free market economics and Kennedy supplies - “We are out of balance because of greed.”

The fanatic shows colour and how - “and Mr Hansard and his forestry industry is shamelessly using the gut wrenching loss of life, homes, and community, as a lobby tool to enrage the public in order to profit at the expense of our diverse flora and fauna.”

Ahem, the not diverse flora and fauna was all destroyed in the fire-storms. No-one can develop anything into a resource if it doesn’t exist. Free markets, capitalism, is resource generating action, as the forests President George Bush sold to forestry companies attests - and they are not burned by fire, and genuine diversity in flora and fauna flourishes in abundance.

This is irrational and beside his “case” too:

“how does it affect me” which you have to understand given the stress experienced by mum and dads today with longer work hours, higher mortgages, increasing cost of living, and all for the benefit of the big end of town.”

The burdens he writes of are all due to the lousy economic policies of the major parties and the RBA. Businessmen do not benefit from many being immiserated by stupid politicians, neither do shareholders, neither do employees. Capital destroying policies immiserate, capitalism raises, and enables them to enjoy increasing periods of time not engaged in wage-earning work.  Next:

We are at the pinnacle of life as we know it

Man is, as unique and capable of things mere ugly beasts and amoeba never can. It takes, however, more than the latent make-up of man to realise his potential. Only free markets enabled man to do this. Secondly, I disagree! We are being ground into the ground by the RBA and politicians and their lousy economics. On top, they are immiserating and killing Australians with Greens’ policies. My grandfather fought the Germans for four years because of, as he pithily remarked to bureaucrat soon after demobbing in Britain at war’s end, “because of bastards like you”.

No, Mr. Kennedy, plants and animals are not equal to man. Kennedy commits the falsehood of anthropomorphism, on which also such dastardly practices as euthanasia have been justified.  Rights, Mr. Kennedy are solely human, the first property right being the individual in himself, and so onto land, goods and chattels.

Property rights are the foundations of freedom, decency, dignity and capitalism. The Right and the Left are busily usurping inalienable Rights for increasing Statist coercion, and they are also using Greens’ claims as an excuse to do this. Statism, if not arrested, can lead to totalitarianism, and that is the force of the aims of the fanatical Greens.

There is nothing decent at all about the Greens. Their beliefs and aims mean real savagery. This is what mainstream politicians, Right and Left, have embraced. We’ve had a taste of it, their murder using Greens’ policies of hundreds of Victorians. They proceeded by telling lies about forestry and forestry companies. They used the lies to steal vast tracts of land, for themselves and their Greens pals. They locked the land up, and turned them into sleeping fire-storms. The politicians were warned, but what are soundly grounded warnings against the joys of land grabs, Statist usurpation of real, inalienable rights, and trampling on firms and modest Australians? Mere unpalatable truths that can be drowned out by intense, continuous mass media propaganda that’s what.

Kennedy blames capitalism. The number one lie told by diseased Leftists when things are nasty. In every case, it is the anti-free market policies of the RBA and stupid politicians, Right and Left, that causes damage, and worse - and its not only the generations of the 1910’s to the 1950’s who can attest this. Now every modest Australian.

The forestry companies have every right to come out and in righteous anger attack murderous Greens policies, as do every Australian. Kennedy, you smeared good people. You spat on the victims of the Greens and the politicians of the major parties who embraced them and their criminal policies. You are excusing murderers, using falsehoods, fictions, smears, and inanities. Why, you made plain: You are on of the corrupt bastards.

Bob Brown and his mates in the Right and the Left must be arrested and convicted on all the pertinent criminal charges, thrown into prison, and all their property sequestered to justly compensate all their victims. And, there, while Kennedy sheds tears for all those facing the apparently daily horror of earning pay to enjoy a decent life, some families are wiped out, some survivors are bereft of their families. All surviving victims, their firms and jobs wiped out. ‘Compassionate’ Kennedy wants “balance”, I just gave him balance.

What a shallow, callow, immature, facile, ignorant callous bastard he is to hold what he so evidently believes. But don’t worry, Mr. Kennedy, that refuge for diseased Lefts, ABC loves you for defending the criminally insane and smearing the good, and spitting on them. He’s a credit to the Right as well as the Left.

What violence has been committed against Victorians by the bastards in Spring Street and their Party hacks and advisers, commencing from the early days when they merely  began destroying investment in forestry, and made paupers out of those who were employed in it. This, though they were informed of the truth of what it entailed: them being guilty of deliberate theft, economic destruction, and sooner or later, mass murder.

Malice “aforethought” is a test to decide between murder or the lesser but still major crime of manslaughter. The test, as the above linked articles show, is satisfied.

Premier John Brumby has already, while the fire-storms still rage, proceeded to engage in a cover up, and he is being shielded by the media, including Mr. Ethanol Promo Man himself, Andrew Bolt. The only politician to attack the truth, as closely as his position allows, is Federal Liberal Party Wilson Tuckey MP. Hearing most of the other politicians mouth ‘condolences’ yesterday’ was, to be blunt, disgusting.

It was nothing but a disgusting act of hypocrisy. Rather many of them are party to seizing vast tracts of land, and converting them into fires-storms only in need of ignition. To repeat, we have not seen the worst yet. The Otways is one of many still sleeping fire-storms. I agree with Rudd, it is mass murder, the culprits should be charged, tried and convicted, and with it, also made to compensate their many victims out of their own private property.

Andrew Bolt

Is a lazy, incompetent, ignoramus, who would see justice thwarted. This morning, on radio, he said:

1. “… we shouldn’t get into the “game of shifting blame”

2. “… it will happen again” and “we must learn to live with it.”

Oh, I know why. He’d have to attack Right-wing politicians who put in a good effort to create fire-storms and watch them criminally prosecuted. He can’t do that. He’ too gutless to even stand up to carbon tax fraud committed by his pals at the CIS, and himself for promoting the other one, the ethanol scam. Besides, Michael Kroger is nice to him, and what is good for Kroger is good for the Liberal Party and modest Australians.

This self-styled foe of diseased Leftists and defender of Liberty can’t see what is wrong with his gently put exhortation. He can’t see the disaster is a horrendous crime! Then, he has the hide to tell modest Victorians they must live with fire-storms forever. They are increasing in frequency and scale, but live with them. It was only two years ago the last fire storms took out Victorians. This was predicted, and the reason why it was predicted was because of politicians and their anti-people Greens’ policies.

Bolt, as the rest of the Right, has no moral compass. What else is to be expected of a $3,000 plus a week man who called decent Australians on modest earnings ” ingrates” for not realising they are as wealthy as he is. He isn’t about to discover any time soon why what he said, ‘let it all blow over’, is a bloody disgrace, more so of a journalist who, ostensibly, must pursue justice against thugs.

It wasn’t the Greens who did it to Victorians, it was mainstream politicians who committed it. Not only the ALP, but also the unprincipled, gutless Right has not held back in appeasing Greens fanatics, and with the sickening hope of buying their votes.

Perhaps Bolt is only channelling ’spirits’ of living journalists. I mean to say, he channels Kroger, Costello, and the rest of the Right remarkably well, so journalists are a shoe-in. Yesterday, they were saying just what he insulted Victorians with, in particular, the victims. Neil Mitchell, for example, “let’s not shift the blame, let’s just stick together’. Ha, I agree, Victorians should stick together, as a lynching party.

Brumby is already covering up for the crime he is immediately culpable for.

It was the Bracks Cabinet that finally gave the Greens all that they desired, by completely locked up vast tracts of land. Oh there is some commercial forestry, by the Government’s Vic Forests. A lousy 1% in a one vast tract only that stretches around totally destroyed Marysville. 1% was not even a pin prick in that single fire-storm ‘forest’. Brumby, as Premier, has since continued to build fire-storms. He’s ordered a highly skewed, and narrow Royal Commission into the horror:

“PREMIER John Brumby has announced a royal commission into the Victorian bushfires amid suggestions that long-standing strategies for dealing with fire emergencies may have failed with catastrophic consequences for some people.

“…Mr Brumby said the traditional advice to households under threat from bushfires — “stay and defend or leave early” — may be reviewed…”

Meanwhile, a University of Melbourne scientist came out this morning and threw a spanner in the works by saying Greens’ policies killed the victims. There is only so much good people will endure before they break their silence and come out swinging, using the club called truth. This fire-storm and the blackouts might be the violence that has done the trick.

Brumby has every reason to run scared. It’s called justice.

Wilson “Iron-bar” Tuckey earned his sobriquet yesterday

He certainly did “blame the major parties”, when he stated the unvarnished truth. They did, quoting a newspaper article, “pander to the Green’s vote”. They happily obliged the Greens with, as Tuckey stated, their policies of “locking up forests, which created excessive fuel loads”. The news report is not altogether correct.

The major parties didn’t pander to the Greens. They sold out Australians, betrayed them, as they grovelled before a pack of retarded cretins whose vote, until then, was nothing to bother a dog in fear of fleas.

The Right helped propel the Greens, did great work for them as the record of three former watermelon red ministers who did a fine job at political treachery, Ian Campbell, David Kemp and Malcolm Turnbull attests. These are not all of the Right-wing politicians with blood on their hands. As for the ALP, Peter “Corrupter of Youth” Garrett and Wong sums up what Rudd and his chums are all about.

Forest fuel load to blame for fires: Tuckey

Here’s an interesting note from Tuckey to Gary Nairn MP, Chairman of the House (Reps.)  Select Committee into the Recent Australian Bushfires. While calling for murder charges to be laid, is this Rudd’s version of Brumby’s exercise, a white-wash?

Of course it will be a white-wash. Apart from Tuckey, who is dead right that “it was entirely preventable”, the Right dominating the Liberal Party will stand behind a mutual hand-wringing, self-exculpation exercise, as they have indicated here, Federal MPs united over Vic bushfires, here, and in Hansard (9/2/09):

“Mr McCLELLAND (Barton—Attorney-General):

“On a serious note, I say—and I know this is heartfelt across the chamber—that anyone who lights fires deliberately, with reckless disregard for the safety of their fellow Australians, in our view, establishes the requisite criminal intent that would sustain a charge of murder.

“Honourable members—Hear, hear!

“Mr McCLELLAND—I note in fact that the Prime Minister has referred to such people as murderers. We would point out again that the same criminal principles in respect of accomplices apply, and we would strongly recommend anyone who has information about the deliberate lighting of fires to approach the authorities to provide that information.”

Oh, yes, arsonists are dangerous criminals, and should be charged with murder when people are killed by them. Arson, however,  did not make the firestorms sweeping Victoria. The politicians did. they created them. Any one who committed arson is an accomplice to this lot. If the Attorney General is true to his office, charges will be laid against State and Federal politicians responsible for as, Rudd confesses, mass-murder.

Notice, those vast tracts of fire-storm ‘forests’ don’t need arsonists to ignite them. Steaming mountains of fuel can  flash into fire, as stacks of damp hay do. Tons of hay were lost last year this way. A lightening strike will do it. No arsonist can do what the politicians made. This, therefore, is a black joke from a Coalition bench warmer:

“Mr TRUSS (Wide Bay—Leader of the Nationals): I refer to the matters raised by the Attorney-General—of a building anger if reports that these fires were deliberately lit prove to be true. How could there be any Australian who would do such a thing? The whole nation has every right to rise in horror at the actions of people who respond in this way.”

“… actions of people who respond in this way” ?! What on earth is that pea brain rabbiting on about? Things didn’t improve in the Senate, not one jot. Indeed, the Senators’ sentimental drivel exceeded the Lower House for hand-wringing cant.

Tuckey, the only MP to stand up and spell out the truth. This is what taxpayers have been landed with after decades of the Right wrecking the Liberal Party, only one MP who got something right, standing up for the truth and the nerve to assert principle. The Right, no economics, no science, and not even a hint of a moral compass. I’m mistaken, Bolt was chanelling his Right-wing political mates.

It’s not them, whined a Senator

Only one MP out of two houses full of superannuated idlers had the guts to sheet home who the culprits are. It’s no wonder Bob Brown and his fellow Greens fanatics felt free to come out this morning, not, of course, to apologise for their anti-people, anti-prosperity lies and aims that kill. No, he and his fellow slimes came out and whined it wasn’t fair to blame Greens’ policies, as enthusiastically embraced and implemented by the major parties.

Better still, Bob Brown’s next statement was to put it all down to their No.1 lie, as held by all good Right-wing and Left-wing politicians. Man caused global warming caused the firestorms.

Bob Browns wants Australia to extend an open door to Narcotics King, and funder and trainer of Marxist and Islamo-fascist terrorists, Hugo Chavez. This is the man who sheds crocodile tears for the savage enemy seeking to exterminate Jews, and the West. This bastard and his fellow diseased Leftists are not fit and proper to hold a Parliamentary, but he has one because of the unprincipled Right.

That’s why Bob Brown could, this morning, spit on the victims of this act of mass murder. Some handy types should take him by the scruff of his neck, frog march him before the survivors, and make repeat that statement in front of those victims. He’d last all of 3 seconds.

Bye the bye, as one set of the criminals responsible for the firestorms, the Greens happily act as enforcers of ‘environmental laws’ against rural private property. These vicious fanatics, with their other front, the Australian Conservation Foundation (once headed by that parasite Peter Garrett) are never around when things like fire-storms are to be fought. They are hated in rural Victoria on both counts.

Fire-storms

I used an erroneous image yesterday, ‘bombs’. They are fire-storms, and it is no image. It is an exact analogy, with the man caused fire-storms of WWII. There is the distinction, war, in which there is no choice but hit a brutal enemy hard, to win. The fire-storms in Victoria were man made. It wasn’t arsonists, crims though they are, who made them. An arsonist is merely a tiny detonator for what Right and Left politicians of the major parties made. Now for some explanatory notes:

1. The firestorms all originated in, as they did in the 2006 fires, and in previous fire storms, in vast tracts of land, covering most of Victoria, seized by politicians. The Right have a record on this, inclusive of Malcolm Fraser (the ‘wet’ - ‘dry’ distinction is a fiction, their differences are only two - lust for power, with minor variations in emphasis). This, firstly, is a large-scale land grab, a transfer of wealth to themselves and the votes they sought to buy, the Greens.

They locked that land up, and thus converted them into powerful firestorm fuel.

2. No arsonist can make one. Consider just two ingredients. It requires a massive amount of fuel. It’s why they the tracts are completely impenetrable.  During the recent heat-wave, a small ‘reserve’ invented by Bracks was a mini sleeping fire-storm, just mountains of fuel. It raced through Carrum Downs, took out homes and fire-brigades could not do a thing.

The second ingredient is oxygen. Fire-storms require great volumes for combustion and propulsion - to race at terrifying speeds. As the fuel explodes and burns ferociously, that action sucks in the oxygen. It doesn’t happen where there is no fire-storm fuel.The pattern is, many are not man lit. Many start inside the locked up fuel dump, because that is where the fuel is.

3. A fire-storm does not necessarily destroy property outside of the fuel dump. The 2006 and 2009 fires show why by contrary effects:

Bracks outlawed the clearing of trees and fuel alongside roads. They contain vast quantities of fuel, tracking to farms and towns, from the ‘forests’. I called these fire lanes, because they are the lanes by which fire-storms can rush out of forests with the same ferocity onto farms and into towns. Thus, they are also fire traps, as they surround properties and towns. (1)

Brumby compounded the fire traps, by making it a criminal offence for property owners, from farms to other business premises, and house-owners to clean out fuel on their properties. This came into play yesterday.

So, the fire-storms in the forests could not be stopped anywhere outside of the forests. The work of fire-fighting is not to ’save the wilderness’, it is to save property and when that fails, lives. Instead, as witnessed, and still witnessing, brigades could not even do either. Many Victorians were completely trapped by the fire-storms, and the truth is, we don’t know yet how high the death toll is. It will be more than 200 murdered by Right-wing and Left-wing politicians.

4. The Right’s contribution. Next to their own direct efforts when in State and Federal Cabinet’s, they made another contribution to making fire-storms. Bracks and Brumby are guilty for their direct efforts in making fire-storms. They are in with the Right on the indirect means.

They overthrew property rights. Private propety rights is the foundation of the free markets, of genuine Liberalism, it is the ground of Common Law whose function is to uphold property rights. The Right has never defended them, including their fronts the CIS and IPA. To the contrary, they have overthrown property rights and have aided Bracks and Brumby in robbing Victorians of their rights.

What the Right did with the STO and OPA is itself an appalling instance of their betrayals. They, on the evidence of the time-frames, prepared drafts for the anti-Bill of Rights. Their disagreement with Bracks over this was only a couple of clauses inserted by Bracks. They fully supported that other usurpation of property rights, the “Blasphemy Law”.

Neither did they fight against Bracks and Brumby for robbing landowners of their property rights. Instead, we saw the Right engage in their own land grab, the once fine, robust Officer Cadet School Portsea, led by Kate Baillieau, and granted by Bracks.

They have betrayed and stabbed in the backs Victorians. They have fully co-operated with Bracks and Brumby in their large-scale theft of property and it includes:

Bracks outlawed the clearing of trees and fuel alongside roads and inside properties.

They are the murderers.

The brief for prosecutions

Is overwhelming, and unambiguous.

Rudd himself has made a contribution to building fire-storms, bye the bye, when he defrauded taxpayers to take out a food producing cattle station so as to turn it into another sleeping fire-storm.

These despicable, unprincipled, hand-wringing parasites killed Victorians. It is they who should be put on trial and convicted. They should also be forced to hand over their property to surviving victims, and surviving members of the dead to compensate for all the property they deliberately destroyed. That is justice, and it should be done.

Are there judges in Australia who have the guts to stand up for real rights, stiff in Common Law, and do their duty! They must, there is no way out of their duty. They are bound to do their oath sworn duty, even if Bracks and Brumby, through Hulls, have tried to stack the benches with those “who said the right things”. It applies also to all Federal politicians guilty of these crimes.

This is why Brumby has ordered his second cover-up in a fortnight,  and the Right supports Rudd’s white-wash. They know what it really means if justice is upheld, for them. This is why all but one Federal MP, Tuckey, have closed ranks.

Back to Andrew Bolt

There is more to Bolt’s idleness, in this case and his hand-wringing, weasel remarks. This ‘hero’ of the Right is selling out Victorians and, crucially the victims of what his pals are also responsible for.

Bolt is a cowardly blowhard,  and Tiny Tim Blair is no better. Bolt probably realises that getting into the “blame game” would put his Liberal mates in the crosshairs. He is doing what snaps at Leftist journalists for, covering up for thugs.

This leaves Tiny Tim Blair. Let me guess, the pink gut flag he flies when it comes to sheeting home a few truths about his Right-wing pals will be unfurled again, if it hasn’t already. Or, has he already proceeded to fly cover for thugs? Hmm, must check this out.

(1) Footnote to fire-traps: they also create many other dangers

This is only one of the other dangers:

The fuel alongside roads is also a driving hazard, as this case shows.

In December, a driver ran off a county road. The distance between road and farm fence is about 40 to 60 feet, ample distance to stop without injury, but for a heavy jungle of bushes, trees, fuel, fallen trees, and branches. A fallen branch was horizontal to the ground, at windscreen height. Not even fallen material can be removed under the ‘law’ of Brackistan.

It went through the driver, and this is all I will say on the horror.

I was the man, having come on to the scene, who contacted emergency services.There was nothing I, nor anyone else could do for the poor chap. It required a well equipped rescue team, if he had any chance of living.  This is another crime with which Victorian politicians should be charged.
