- Starved of capital funds, unable to even engage in capital maintenance let alone scale up to meet future demand.

Some types of Co2 taxes already asserted against Australians

‘Alternative energy’ frauds are carbon taxation scams by which politicians have stolen savings and destroyed it by throwing it down their throats -

Windmills are an excuse to steal capital from energy firms, in addition to:

Ethanol production is another capital destroying Co2 tax, for which the destruction of food production around the world is grim tesitmony. It had the full support of the watermelon reds in the Federal Liberal Party, and they acted on it by seizing private proiperty and blowing it away on this melon.

Solar panels are another instance. Again Federal Liberal watermelon red ministers seized Australians private property and stuffed it into the pockets of the bozos behind these rackets.

Now, having noted in previous articles the collapse in Britian and Japan of manufacturers, and the scrapping of new major investments due, to carbon taxes imposed by their politicians, the No.1 zin and lead producer, Nyrstar, announced this morning, carbon taxes will wipe out its capital structure in Australia. For this reason, it is planning to exit Australia, should the politicians proceed with what is nothing less than economic sabotage on a massive scale against Australians.

This in itself is a crime against Australians and political prisoners in China. This is committed in the name of Australians.

For readers unfamiliar with the cot case, Lindsay had Humphreys put his name to the CIS’ paper launching their campaign for Co2 taxation. In summary they asserted that it is simply the best thing since sliced bread, and how millions of Australians will live the high life, effected by tax transfers.

Not one of them, including their distinguished Professor of fraud, Professor Sincalir Davidson (Davidson, where is that paper in which will prove the inverse to the J curve is not true?) dared to face the truth that in their duplicity, they are in fact pushing for destruction of capital and the immiseration of millions of Australians, because that is the truth of their position, and they, unwittingly, set out in black and white this treacherous betrayal of Liberals, of shareholders, and of Australians. Not one of them dared to defend their position (though defending the impossible is suicidal).

Readers must remember, Rudd and his Cabinet of thugs are using the CIS’ false arguments as their propaganda sheet for their grand plan to destroy millions of modest Australians.

When Jackson demolished that paper, strictly from within capital theory, Lindsay began the typical “Rightwing” notion of debate, ‘jerk knee and come out smearing’. Thus he sent Humphreys forth, egged him on, to throw tantrums, smear and lie on this site and many an other site, and always throwing his great, trademark word, ‘conspiracy’. Mr. Lindsay, throwing a mouse under a steamroller, is ridiculous, as well as the act of a coward who, considers it nothing the destruction of Australians - a mere inconvenient fact.

It is callous of Lindsay to do this, egg on a psychopath on the verge of a major collapse. Converstation with a VCAT “Judge”

VCAT is really nothing more than the Victorian Government’s goon squad, developed by the “Right”, and Bracks and Brumby as Kafkaesque show courts. VCAT is advertised as an inexpensive alternative to the regular courts. No it is not. As for justice and the rule of law, VCAT is a mockery of justice and the rule of law. Both the “Right” and the diseased Left use VCAT as another instrument to shred Victorians of their real rights. Bye the bye, I put such above points to the VCAT ‘Judge’ in conversations.

In a recent conversation, ‘man causes global warming’ and carbon taxation were raised.

My response was: the first is a rejection of science, a reversal of centuries of hard won advance for what is nothing less than the ooga booga beliefs of savages. Science, ‘Judge’. It is not mere ‘opinion’, ‘Judge’, it is science that condemns what is a lie spun by the Greens. Tens of thousands of scientists around the world, I put to the ‘Judge’, have rejected the lie from solid theory.

I put to the ‘Judge’ what co2 taxation really is. The VCAT ‘Judge’ responded with this odd statement:

“It’s a small price we have to pay to stop global warming.”

That was it, and I laid into the “Judge” with:

“It’s not a small price to pay. It is the wiping out of capital across the board, the deliberate, complete ruination of all Australians, and the destruction of Australian, and all for the sake of a lie told by totalitarian thugs, and carbon taxation is a totalitarian measure.”

Even this did not disturb the “Judge” - of course not, the ‘Judge’ is a member of a goon squad set up by thugs).

Here’s the killer: By ‘we’, the Judge wasn’t including himself, his family, his fellow goons, and his political masters. No, what the Judge meant is investors and employees of companies are expendable. They will ‘pay the price’. They can be sacrificed on the altar of the Green’s death cult. Modest Australians are mere dumb oafs, and this is what VCAT means judges must have ‘compassion’. This is is neo-Marxist drivel disguising the objective, totalitarian rule.

Comapssion is an Orwellian euphemism for cold-blooded, contempt and abuse of decent Australians. Clerics pretending to be apostles of Christ, including numbers of ‘traditional’ clerics and not only diseased Leftists in the Church, use the word in exactly this sense. It’s edge is totalitarian as it is, for example, of that load of bilge, ’social justice’.

In the neo-Marxist hell, capital is an evil which, once eradicated, and socialist ‘compassion’ perfected, the world will be perfect. Wiping out freedom is necessary. Destroying millions of Australians is moral because of the cause, and this is exactly what that “Judge’s” statements on science and carbon taxes amounts too:

- Green’s lies and the rejection of science are legitimate because of the end.

- Co2 taxation, and the destruction of Australians and Australians (and the ‘Judge’ dismissed the second real threat as also trivial) are legitimate because of the end.

Then, VCAT and VCAT Judgers were not establoished to uphold the rule of coomon law against thuggish cabinets. It was set up to aid politicians and bureaucrats bent on lawless thuggery and totalitarian edged aims. The Right and their advisers, and not just the Left, are guilty of this act of usurpation of the Rule of Common Law.

I concluded by observing to the Judge, “If this goes ahead Judge, in the end you and all you hold dear will be destroyed too. The pity is, it won’t be before millions of modest Australians are destroyed before you.”

Wong has released ‘economic modelling’ purported to show imposing carbon taxes will have little impact:

- Some firms will shut down such as coal based energy produces
- There will be economic growth
- Real incomes will rise
- Some whose incomes might be affected through rising prices can be compensated
- Carbon taxes will be in force by 2010

These are the some of the principals claims made by the Centre for Independent Studies in lobbying for carbon tax destruction day. They are lies, built on garbage. As for ‘modelling’ - it is nothing more than ‘chicken gut oracular’ consultation.

The report is nothing more than an low attempt to ‘justify’ what is a totalitarian measure which is horrendous in force - and the rotten, venal “Right” support it, as these callow shallow bastards have made very plain.

3AW, Hinch is interviewing Dr. Burchill, economist and writes for The “Spencer Soviet” Age. Burchill asserted the recession could not be predicted… It’s the “boom-bust” notion and keynesian snakeoil… Burchill, to say the least, must be aware of Jackson’s work and the fact that he has been tracking the RBA’s massive monetry expansion for over a decade and repeatedly warning of the consequences, including his prediction in 2004 of financial crisis in 2008.

I have emailed 3AW and Derryn Hinch, advising them Burchill had decieved them. Avised them of the snakeoil Burchill pumped out yestderday evening. Also, Burchill could have mentioned Jackson (but why should this hard Left thug do that?). Worse, though 3AW are less than adequate in economics affairs, how can they fail to miss the singular, well known fact all around Melbourne that Burchill is a nasty bit of Marxist rubbish? They have no excuse whatsoever.

The federal opposition has called for a national solar payment to encourage more home owners to generate solar power.

Opposition environment spokesman Greg Hunt on Monday said a draft plan should be prepared for a national tariff… .

“A national solar feed-in tariff could provide an immediate boost to domestic solar power uptake.”

Mr Hunt also told the Climate Action Network Australia conference that the nation needs to develop large-scale projects to create baseload solar power.
