Not unfortunately, say, the Victorian EPA. It’s the U.S. Federal EPA. However, the court cases being mounted on very serious charges do have wide international implications for all involved, including those in Australia.  For it is international in scale. Monash University’s reputation, for one, will be at the least shredded, in view of its involvement in the perpetration of the lie of human carbon emissions causes global warming, and advocacy of economic destruction through alternative energy scams and carbon taxation. Where will this leave CSIRO? In the same sunk boat, that’s where.

What will it take for the same sort of actions to be taken in Australia? When it is too late? After politicians and Kommissars, Federal and States’ and Local Councils’, have succeeded in wiping out Australians with carbon taxes, related measures and other vicious ‘green’ policies?

By the way, during the weekend it was reported on radio a “VCAT Judge” squished a planned development on Victoria’s coast because of the lie. The “Judge” asserted the coast will be inundated and they must stop Victorians building there. Consider what this really means. The “Judge” might look up the word dictator and consider what a nasty little jackbooted dictator is. A hint, use the mirror, use the mirror. VCAT is nothing more than the enforcer of decrees rammed down by politicians and must be shut down.

The actions launched against U.S. agencies and individuals and their fraud and “ponzi” schemes need to be reduplicated in Australia. This has force for not only Government ‘departments of environment’. The CSIRO is caught red-handed. The item on CSIRO will be finished this week.

Monash University has also abused taxpayers over the best part of a decade now by not simply throwing funds into ‘research programs’ that assume the twinned lies. It also actively supports the Government progroms. Monash also needs to refresh themselves on what intellectual fraud and charlatanism are, and what aeroplane scams are.

Put it another way. Is Monash University seriously asserting engineers, physicists and economists of the University will defend all this out in the open, in robust debate? It is now going to be treated to a really fun time.

Then there are Ministers, Federal and States, who are responsible for the Kommissars infesting departments, institutes and agencies. Sources have related strong rumours of intimidation of any who do not obey the progrom, and any who have the nerve to dare say it is false. By this, I also mean scientists are also intimidated. This itself requires investigations of the type the perpetrators fear.

It is disgusting, unspeakably despicable that three former Federal Ministers in the name of the Liberal Party are also guilty of this as responisbhle Ministers. They too should be made to account for their actions on the wrong end of investigation and actions that follow: David Kemp, Ian Campbell and Malcolm Turnbull.

There is also intimidation of Liberal Party members, through none other than Malcolm Turnbull-Tony Abbott Shadow Minister of the “Environment”, Greg Hunt. This alone is very good reason for the expulsion of Greg Hunt from the Liberal Party and also those responsible for this adolescent hard Left buffoon, and they include not only the likes of Turnbull. Michael Kroger Kronies slung this parasite into a precious Liberal party seat because he is just like them.

Carbon credits and ‘alternative energy’ scams, they are what can be termed ‘aeroplane’ schemes. In Australia, “aeroplane” schemes have been declared criminal schemes under statute, regulations rammed down by the politicians of both major parties. What a black irony this is, politicians perpetrating them in violation of their very own ‘laws’. Well, Bernie Madoff knows all about “ponzis” and what follows.

Actions being launched in the US include the charge of racketeering, under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act of 1970, unifying the germane Acts of 1961-1968, all raised to fight major crime syndicates, principally the Mafia. How amusing. The Mafia only aims to milk firms and not destroy them. However, it was realised the Act is an instrument any individual can use so long as their case satisfies the judicial tests for such an action. Guess what?

Al Gore is a goner. He will face soon enough a tough barrister who is going to kick his backside all the way into penitentiary. For Gore, besides lying to the public over climate change, besides his involvement with Bill Clinton in selling top US military secrets to the Communist regime of China in return for funding the Democrat Party,  has made a tremendous fortune out of governments “funding” carbon reduction scams.

The importance of the cases being launched in the US, besides those being launched against the fraudsters at East Anglia University, is precisely the international depth. Mann, by the way, the perpetrator of the ‘Hockey Stick’ fraud, on which the IPCC based its lies, is one charlatan in a very long list of scammers who is to be prosecuted. Someone should point all this out to CSIRO and Monash University.

World’s biggest coal company brings U.S. government to court in climate fraud

As readers can see, these are very serious actions. They will see CSIRO and Monash University, their names certainly, hauled through courts. This is a given because of their links to the IPCC. CSIRO boasts of its capacity as adviser to the IPCC. Well, they can be disturbed, noting by the way that Dr. Rajendra Pachauri of the IPCC is subject to on a range of matters involving fraud.Whether both institutions will be able to recover from this is an interesting matter of speculation around the City.

The heads of both institutions have made their bed of mud and slime and will find out that they will be made to lie in their own mud. They won’t be able to escape what is now being launched. They, evidently, did not consider the price of their own stupidity.

Fraud is international fraud and both are internationally tied to it. Only the thick cannot see these institutions are about to subjected to the right sort of treatment at the hands out to see justice done  in the course of very serious court actions in the US and UK. Let’s spell it out for them, it is going to blow up in their face.

They made this bomb and attached it securely to themselves, no-one else did. So they can’t run screaming to good old real taxpayer, whom they have abused and betrayed in these matters, and scream for protection in these very serious matters. Those who believe they are entitled to destroy Australians through carbon taxes, alternative energy scams and bunk purveyed as science and economics cannot be given any protection what-so-ever.Those in institutions ostensibly dedicated to the advance of truth have no excuse for their actions in these matters of tremendous force.

Oh, and where does this leave Greg Lindsay and his Centre for Independent Studies? Right down the same tube.  Fraud is fraud, and scams are scams. Lindsay and his CIS sunk themselves by deciding to campaign for them. Gone, and good riddance.

Clive Hamilton and his mates can’t take what is coming, a hiding from modest Australians weilding that terrible weapon, the vote. The truth is of no concern to the ABC, aka the Australian Bolshevik television Comintern, has wasted no time in bringing their pet “gun” to bear, Clive Hamilton. What a risible joke.

The Left are in a flap. What the unprincipled spongers occupying Liberal Party seats and their little mates in the Institute for Public Affairs, Quadrant Magazine, and the total sell-outs in the Centre of Independent Studies have so abysmally failed to do, the modest Australian is succeeding in. It is the modest Australian who is set to defeat the twin lies and the Left know it.

The Left in Parliament today whined they have lost electoral momentum in their drive to impose the  horrific fraud of carbon taxes and related measures that does require totalitairan measures. What has concentrated the attention of the voter is the dawning realisation of what carbon taxes means. A happy upshot is, voters are also realising the excuse for the progrom, Co2 emissions causes climate change, is also a great dirty lie.

Rudd and his hard Left mates are staring over the edge of a  precipice. They know modest Australians will shove them down it should they impose the progrom and this is what has upset the Left, they see their dream to impose socialist hell go down in voting Australians flames.

The ABC, whose extensive propaganda efforts include that vicious attempt to brainwash children called “Planet Slayer”, wasted no time. They called on Hamilton to rescue Rudd and Wong and the progrom.

I mean to say anyone who can write that tripe is in all seriousness a good candidate to replace Chris Berg as editor of  The Institute for Public Affair’s Review magazine. Let’s lift out the essentials of Hamilton’s great bleat, “Who is orchestrating the cyber-bullying” (Part I, Part II).

The links are well-hidden because mobilizing people to send abuse and threats is well outside the accepted bounds of democratic participation; indeed, some of it is illegal. First, let’s make this crystal clear. Threats and such like are nasty and can be criminal actions. It is, to say the least, offensive. But consider what he said, “orchestrated campaign by sceptics groups” and to reinforce this, he opened with the reason for this tripe:

“The new Government promised to spearhead world efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Today it’s on the run, retreating from a surge of militant anti-climate activism that believes climate science is a left-wing plot aimed at promoting elites, wrecking the economy and screwing the little man. What happened?”

What happened Clive Hamilton is Australians are waking up to the fact those claims are shabby lies used as a stinking excuse to impose what is truly damnable. Best of all, evidence is rolling in in tidal waves of what the true force of carbon taxes, ‘alternative energy’ scams and other measures really is.

As for, “a surge of militant anti-climate activism”, it’s timid compared to the “militant activism by hard Leftists aimed at one thing, imposing socialist hell on Australians. Try murderous – Greens fronts spiking trees to injure, maim and kill loggers. Left fronts engaging in real terror against scientists. Carbon taxes and other greens polcies are murderous in force. Victorians have already been killed with such policies.

CSIRO is dirty. Not the fillm of dust from paddocks, but the tissue of mendacious frabrications purveyed in the name of science and economics. In view of the systematic exposure of how the CSIRO has been subverted to hard Left aims, those responsible for this have now commenced ‘research programmes’ on how to extricate their backsides:

Bob Brown natuarally accuses one of the hard Left’s best friends on this, CSIRO, of caving into “political pressure”. Ah, no contrary to this fan of the protean Stalinist Chavez regime, it looks very much so that those responsible for pushing the twin lies, thus abusing taxpayers, are trying to find a way to protect their own backsides. I’m here to say, for those responsible there is no escape for what they have done to Australians.

To ram it home, while those responsible in CSIRO believe they can fabricate for themselves a bomb shelter, they still push not only the twinned falsehoods in the name of science and economics but also the frauds from “bio-fuels” to this:

The heads of CSIRO really do have to give very, very good reasons why they should not be sacked, along with their ‘experts’ also responsible for asserting the twin lies and abusing taxpayers by taking their money and throwing it down garbage dumps purveyed as sound research within CSIRO’s remit.

- Despite it being an independent institution of applied science, it is clearly tied into the Rudd Cabinet’s policies that are thorough-going socialism and of ferocious force against Australians, using the two lies as an excuse to push them;

It’s “partnerships” with fronts pushing these aims, including the hard, treacherous leftist front the Climate Institute;

Part 1V will examine real conflicts of interests with pseudo-businesses. What is not amusing are, for example, the extensive links between CSIRO and Macquarrie Bank. What is crucial about these links is this Bank is pushing the fraud of alternative energy investment and rleated measures in Australia. We commented last year the Bank took major losses in energy scams in other countries. It’s “Spanish alternative energy investments” are dynamite too, and this is not all as we shall see.

This item requires a little more time to prepare, so it will be up tomorrow.

With all the evidence in hand, the final concluding statements on CSIRO will be delivered. In view of the question of the extensive ties with pseudo-businesses and Macquarrie bank, this will be treated as a separate item, Part IV, with the conclusion forming Part V.

Open Letter to Cardinal Archbishop George Pell

If the Cardinal Archbishop of Australia, George Pell, has any nerve, he will excommunicate both Rudd and Abbott, condemn any of other denominations fast and broadcast the reasons so fast the bastards wouldn’t know where to hide.

George, you know me. Good. Well, George, I’m telling you, they are not Catholics and Christians, they are anti-Christians. George, you are an ignoramus in economics. The Archbishops and Bishops are no damned better. Some are bloody worse. It’s too late for you on this score, but you are not, consequently, armed to face what you will have to face as the Pastor to Australians.

You will have to pastor to men and women and their families, whose freedom has been usurped entire. And, immiserated into the depths of Hell. This is what is coming George. Suffering brings no one any closer to Christ and Trinity. To the contrary, it can turn Saints too into the worst.

The Left and the Right, George, if they get away with their vile garbage (it isn’t free market economics and common law George) you will be faced with something you will wish you were never confronted with before. Australia’s defence inadequate

Australia would reportedly be unable to deploy fighter jets, warships and tanks at short notice because much of its most powerful weaponry is awaiting upgrades.

News Limited has reported billions of dollars of the Australian Defence Force’s equipment is only of use for training purposes, or for deployment on operations where there is little or no risk of high-level conflict.

While the ADF receives $22 billion in taxpayer funds each year, the majority of its 71 F/A-18 Hornet fighters cannot be used against modern air defences because they lack sufficient electronic protection.

The fighting men of the Armed Forces are abused badly, and because the politicians, their advisers and bureaucrats know they are professionals.

Consider: Beazely as Minister of Defence purchased that steel coffin the Kockums “Kockup” submarine, instead of buying off the shelf the best available an American  nuclear submarine. Now that this expensive piece of treachery is to be replaced, will Cabinet do the right thing?

Then there were Right-wing ministers in the Howard Cabinet, as I exclusively reported on, who instead of buying the latest version of the Abram Battle Tank, purchased a very early model Some readers will recollect one of many major problems:

The cupola of the tank is very large. When it is rotated forward of 45 degrees the driver cannot escape through the driver’s hatch. Tanks are highly volatile. Yet, to support the Armed Forces soundly requires Australians to be economically prosperous and this means savings and its accumulation. Instead, Local Councils, State Governments, and the Federal Governments are consuming savings taken from Australians. In the Federal annual budget, Rudd and Swann have followed Costello, increased consumption, but with a difference, they have planned to cut the defence budget. Then there is the $52 spending spree, which with increased regulations extinguishes savings. Yet, as bad as all this, this is nothing to what the impact of carbon taxes will be.

Reader’s should also be clear on this, it is not only treacherous Leftists who are content to ‘abuse’ the armed forces. They have bipartisian support from some of the Right, and to remind readers that some of the Right are as treacherous as the hard Left but for different motives, consider again those senior Right-wingers who likened Howard to Hitler over the decision to go to war against Hussein -

John Valder, a prominent member of Australia’s conservative Liberal Party, called America a war criminal and the liberation of Iraq “the greatest act of aggression by any Western nation since the days of Hitler’s Germany”, neatly putting Bush, Blair and Howard on par with Adolf Hitler.

The question of supporting the armed forces is not, of course Australians producing weaponry and equipment. It is a question of production such that funds can be collected to support the armed forces without damaging Australians. Viv Fordes statements leads a submission to the Australian Senate Standing Committee on Economics, on the Draft Bill the “Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme Bill 2009″. 22 pages, it is in PDF form here. In the submission, a very interesting observation is made.

It is no suprise at all. Already current in Australia are windmill, ‘wave power’, solar panels, and ethanol scams and all are capital destroyers which impoverish Australians, not that this was ever a consideration that bothered the Right who have also set up these scams. 

It has to be kept in clear view, carbon taxation will hit food production too, with cattle, sheep and pigs also in line for direct taxation. The ethanol fraud destroys food production but what Rudd is about to impose, supported by the Right, will wipe it out. This is without counting in the destruction of capital that supplies a range of capital goods, and input factors - seed, fertilisers, energy, and so forth.

Forbe’s statement and the Carbon Coalition’s submission to set out the impact of carbon taxes is restrained. Laying out the full truth to the parasites in Caberra would, no doubt, see them doing what they are good at in the case of scientists, smearing them.

The Carbon Sense Coalition today claimed that the Emissions Trading Scheme would eat the heart out of regional Australia by destroying jobs in mining, processing, construction, farming, forestry, transport and tourism. 

In a submission to the Australian Senate Economics Committee, the Chairman of “Carbon Sense”, Mr Viv Forbes, said that the mis-named “Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme” had nothing to do with carbon or pollution - “it is essentially a cap and a tax on carbon dioxide, the harmless, colourless natural gas that sustains all life on earth”. 

“To cut man’s emissions of carbon dioxide, we need to curb electricity generation, cement manufacture, mining, smelting, refining, all forms of transport, farm and earth moving machinery, all farmed animals, forestry and construction.  In return they would have us believe that the inland will survive when these once vibrant industries are replaced by feral forests feeding on carbon credits, vast mobs of kangaroos, regiments of becalmed wind towers, treeless tracts of ethanol crops and deserts of solar panels. 

“California and Spain have proved that the war on carbon dioxide will kill real jobs faster than fake green jobs can be created. At the same time, the silly claims that alternate energy can provide continuous, economical and reliable power will encourage neglect of Australia’s key reliable low cost electricity source - coal power. 

“When the lights go out, industry migrates to Asia and our power bills soar, it will be too late to prevent great harm to our economy, our jobs and our life style. 

“The global warming hysteria has passed its zenith. The recession is already cutting industrial emissions, and natural cycles are cooling the weather. And the flimsy scientific basis for the hysteria is being demolished daily by a growing army of sceptics. 

“Depopulating the outback is not a sensible policy for any Australian Government. The Senate should refuse to pass this dangerous and unnecessary legislation.”

The legislation is dangerous on many counts. There is one other count, it is also approaching overt totalitarianism and, to point this up, in Victoria aka “Brackistan”, there are now very senior, circumspect figures who are now freely saying Victoria has been converted into a totalitarian state. 

That politicians, including the Right, could even contemplate carbon taxes, using Greens’ lies as an excuse, is a reflection of what they really are. They should be considered criminals, their actions warrant it and the appropriate treatment dealt out to these lying bastards.

The Green’s cult is insane. No science behind it (mere mumbo jumbo mixed with belief in magic and fixed on belief in “Mother Nature”, as at least one Victorian Greens Mayoress had the honesty to declare in the service for the killed the “National Day of Mourning ceremony” at Rod Laver Arena. She has blood on her hands too over the firestorms. Mayoress Gunther, of one of the towns destroyed, also had the hide to cry crocodile tears over animals killed in the fires. The rest of the ’service’ was a bloody mockery too; blasphemous it could be said. On the appalling subject, this is part of the truth, only a tiny part of it:

Greens policies destroys paying jobs

The tryants of history, from Pharoahs to Stalinist dictators, created jobs too. They called their ‘job creation’ scheme slavery. Any man can engage in job creation at home and keep fit too! Try a bit of gardening, cleaning the boots, a little ironing, spend a little time perfecting the fly casting technique and then it’s on with the roast and imbibe a bottle of red until its done and uncork another. Wash the dishes and slide under the covers for a good night’s snooze after a busy ‘job creation’ day. Satisfying, certainly, but it doesn’t put the garden together, buy gardening tools, fly fishing equipment, the roast and a cellar full of good reds. Greens policies will ensure many cannot enjoy ‘job creation’.

The mirage of “green jobs”

This is the same rubbish that Rudd, Bracks, Brumby, Wong and Garrett believe, and a number of Union bosses. So do too the Right. Malcolm Turnbull isn’t the only one. There is also, for example, Kroger toad and Turnbull’s shadow chief guru of the “Evironment”, Reg Hunt. In the case of Greg Lindsay and his CIS, however, it’s a case of lying about economic truths. and rejecting science, to concede Greens lies.

The item links an article relating, for each ‘green job created’ in Spain, 2.2. jobs will be wiped out in real production, and furthermore, each ‘green job created’ requires a subsidy of $774,000. It also relates:

“The loss of jobs could be greater if you account for the amount of lost industry that moves out of the country due to higher energy prices,” he said in an interview.

 The above seems rather a litote. What about firms that simply folded? All the capital seized by coercive measures and destroyed on the speudo Greens businesses? It is not simply the jobs destroyed, but the impoverishment of many due to the mass destruction of capital, through the imposition of Greens pscychopathically insane policies.

Greens policies are carbon taxes. They don’t wipe out simply jobs. They wipe out the very reasons why good, burdened, long suffering men and women rise in the morning to go out and earn a pay packet. it is all before Rudd imposed the overt carbon taxes that he set for mid 2010 - call it Hell Year.

The decision to eradicate the incandescent light bulb, for the Greens’ mercury filled version. They are not ‘efficient’, with further costs including how to dispose of them. Then there is the risk of being killed by mercury poisoning, should one of these Greenie bulbs break. There has been at least one reported case, a man nearly died but he was rushed to hospital quickly enough to save his life. Jackson sums up a few pertinent points in, The humble light bulb: a victim of political stupidity and green zealotry. Yet, these are not all the costs involved.

Anyone noticed that turning the good old incandescent, bedside light bulb off instantly cools the bedroom? It’s rather noticeable. It turns out that Rudd’s determination to eradicate the incandescent light bulb can raise heating costs by a large factor:

The Bracks and Brumby Cabinets of Victoria aka “Brackistan” have forced the prices of housing sky-high through stamp duty, ‘community services taxes’ and Green compliance regulations. They have also blown millions of dollars on their own house-building scams that turn out to contain extra boons how to punish tapxyers further and how to kill off grannies:

APARTMENTS in the state’s flagship green public housing development are so hot in summer that authorities have been forced to install airconditioners.

The Government boasts the award-winning $32.3 million K2 apartment development in Windsor is the “most environmentally sustainable public housing development in Australia” and is designed to use 55 per cent less mains electricity.

But summer temperatures in some apartments were so high the Office of Housing had to install airconditioners because the heat posed health risks to elderly residents.

“K2″ is, presumably, a reference to the toilet paper called the “Kyoto Treaty”. Each time Kyoto occurs these days, the instant association is a feral animal that rhymes in name and must be shot.

Energy consumption

Kevin Rudd’s ETS tax will cost each household at a minimum $300 per month extra on their energy bills. The truth is, the imposed burden will be around $500 per month. The Australian Bureau of Statistics is, as remarked previously, defective in the data and reports it produces. At last, however, it has come up with something that can be used with confidence. It has reported:

…between 1988 and now Australian household electricity consumption has gone up by 49 per cent.

Total national residential power consumption grew from 40,000 gigawatt hours to 59,000 GWh annually, commercial and industrial demand rose from 84,000 GWh to 140,000 GWh.

The increase is despite 60% of homes now have ‘energy saving’ fixtures.

There are 8,470,875 households on mains supply. What this means is Australian householders alone are faced with at the minimum a $25.413 billion per month increase in their energy bills. The truth is, they face around $42.355 billion per month imposed burden. This is before considering the burdens firms will face and when this is contemplated. What will Australians face but being wiped out, literally.

It will destroy companies first off. that means there will be many Australians won’t be earning anything to endure the misery of finding another $300 to $500 to pay electricity bills. Taken with his other destructive economic ‘policies’, Rudd will be responsible for literally ruining millions of Australians, making many genuinely destitute, and many others not much better off. 

Rudd is not solely guilty, neither the Greens with him. Also the Right, who have supported these psyhcopathic policies. Criminals, they with Bracks and Brumby are genuine criminals.

An insane, criminal cult, this is what Australians are being sacrificed for, by mainstream politicians. After all, one front of diseased Left fanatics, the Greens,  do not hold Federal and States’ Treasury benches. Right and Left went out of their way to buy the votes of these slimes by imposing ‘watermelon red’ policies.

He hasn’t attacked the Green lie, ‘co2 emissions causes global warming/ climate change’. He stopped short of slamming fanatical leftists but what he has to say is damaging enough, including on politicians committing economic sabotage.

In view of Prime Minister Rudd decision to blow up several $billions of stolen private property to build a ‘hybrid car’ in Australia, it is amusing that Muller owns one but only because he finds it fascinating as a piece of clever engineering and nothing more.

Yet another scientist relates the crucial point: The contrast between the IPCC ‘man causes global warming hoax and conferences which are not science driven and are nothing more than propaganda stunts, and conferences run and addressed by scientists that shred the lies told by charlatans.

The IPCC itself was never a science institute. It is a front set up by politicians, ‘mainstream politicians’, who found the lie a convenient excuse to perpetrate something else. To overlook this and concentrate on the main purveyers of the lies, paricularly the Green’s but other lying, leftist cranks such as Dr. Suzuki, is to ignore who gave these diseased fanatics oxygen. This is worse than a mistake; it is a terrible blunder.

What is disgusting is, in Australia, the number of politicians who, in the name of the Liberal Party, have happily accepted and helped perpetrate the fraud and what it is really about. Abusing taxpayers to fund fronts of diseased Leftists such as the Australian Conservation Science, to ‘funding’ the outright assault on science through ‘departments of environment’ and the “National Office of Greenhouse Farts Gases”.

The final twist came with scam artists and their ‘alternative energy’ schemes, and ‘insider traders’ hoping to make fortunes out of capital destroying carbon taxes. And there stood delighted politicians and bureaucrats, clapping their hands as they began counting future, mythical tax revenues and new ‘powers’ to be acquired. These lying parasites, including Greg Lindsay and the CIS, will be responsible for, if carried any further, for the perpetration of what will be rated as one the great crimes committed by ”Government”.  And look at who they are: Western Governments.

This is what the Greens policies of politicians in the major parties will accomplish. How long did the KGB estimate it would take? It would be facile to assume they expected success in a few short years, or a few decades. Unless the lying parasites, Federal and States, are stopped, the KGB will collect.
