It’s been announced the Rudd Cabinet is to impose blanekt censorship of the Internet.

The ostensible reason is to stop transmission of material that is criminal.

They will also criminalise discussion of, for example, euthanasia and anorexia. The want to block all material that contains terms they declare criminal.

Well, well, this fascist cabinet, with its Soviet style economic plans is showing real totalitarian form. However, to remind readers, a number of “Rightwing” MPs tried to force Prime Minister Howard to do the same. Howard told them to get stuffed. The “Right” are not genuine Liberals, and with their clunker tanks, the IPA, Centre for Independent Studies and the HR Nicholls Society, paved the way for these diseased Leftists.

The “Right” claim to fight the Left. This is a joke. It’s worse than a joke, they have betrayed the Liberal party and Australians. Their record in Victorian alone is telling. It was they who prepared the anti-Bill of Rights, which Bracks rammed down on Victorians. They supported the Blasphemy ‘Law’. They converted the OPA-STO into a crime syndicate. They developed VCAT as the enforcer of the diktat of Statist thugs. Then, Federal MPs., who support criminalising free speech.

The blanket censorship has the support of those socialist cretins Family First.

It’s been a busy week. I’ve had some interesting discussions, that I cannot post on, the material is in strictest confidence and that is that. This has, obviously interfered with the postings. Tomorrow I will be engaged in some more absorbing sessions and, hopefully, they will be as fruitful, and enlighteningly interesting as what transpired yesterday. This leaves Friday, which day I will publish the ‘explosive material’ I have delayed, plus more material.

It’s real, and it is state ordered murder.

The Bracks and Brumby, Orwellian titled “ABORTION LAW REFORM BILL” (2008) was passed in the lower House last week. It was put through without debate. Cabinet banned debate in Parliament on the Bill. Its cognate bill, the Bill for killing of the defenceless euphemistically called, Medical Treatment (Physician Assisted Dying) Bill 2008, was defeated on the 10th of this month. The only difference between the two bills is:

Who can be killed under each bill.

The crucial terms of each Bill were related in,

“There is a certain stench of death in this building today….”

Under each bill, it is a criminal offence for any doctor and nurse to refuse to commit killing of anyone prescribed for killing. This includes doctors and nurses who, understandably refusing to kill, refuse to refer a ‘patient’ to those who are prepared to kill.

The reasons why the killing of the born bill was defeated was because debate and free ‘conscience’ voting was permissable and it is obvious why. If, as the abortion bill, it had been rammed through Parliament most Victorians, not only doctors and nurses, would have realised the truth of the bill and would have gone for the jugular of the Cabinet.

Brumby threw in a pretence. To ensure culpability could not be sheeted home to him and his Cabinet of absolutist thugs, should it be passed, they sponsored the bill as a private members bill. They gave their support to a member of the Greens Nazi Party, one Colleen Hartland MLC. Secondly, allowed debate and a “conscience vote”. It is a cognate bill, and both Bracks and Brumby are guilty, more so since it was they who prepared the abortion bill when Catholic Steve Bracks was Premier. Mr. Fascist Slob pretending to be a saint Mr. Steve Bracks enthusiastically supported the abortion bill.

Cardinal Archbishop George Pell never said a word. Neither did he condemen Liberals under Kennett for preparing the anti-Bill of Rights, the Blasphemy and Kowtow to Mulism Fascists Bill, and the Let’s turn the STO-OPA into a crime syndicate Bills, all implemented and carried on by Steve Bracks and John Brumby and their Cabinet of lying parasites. Now that nice Mr. Christian and Devout Catholic Steve Bracks is not Premier, the Church is condemning both bills and has declared its hospitals in Victoria will be shutdown should the bill pass the upper house.

A Digression

I notice the Church is not also attacking another very obvious totalitarian overthrow of the real rights of individuals. Why not? Discount the neo-Marxist thugs that have corrupted various offices and associations of the Church, there is no excuse for the “Orthodox’s” failure to mount a hard offensive on all counts. None what so ever.

The Church Catholic asserts the dignity and liberty of individuals above all else and this includes collectivist thugs - including Fascist Kevin Rudd another pseudo-Catholic. Why the cowardice, with all respect to Cardinal Archbishop Pell? You do, George, recollect a conversation on A’Beckett and the point I drew your attention to?

Freedom of the individual, George, freedom in economic action, property rights, the individual was in contention, not A’Beckett’s sanctity. I’ll go further, George, A’Beckett failed badly in these matters and in his failure sapped the King who adavanced these grave priorities by binding the crown to upholding the rule of Coomon Law- exactly what has been overthrown around Australia and crushingly in Victoria.

The above is the sort of Nazi policies, plus the Greens’ Death Cult that can be and are the upshot. Styling yourself, George, on A’Beckett, you might care to rectify his very bad mistake. At least you now have a common motive.

What has transpired in Victoria is what I have warned of in the past, it is also an assault on the freedom of the Church. However, since the clerical ranks include the likes of those who have wrecked the Liberal Party, know it all illiterates, the orthodox have never defended anything worth defending. It is called defeat by self-inflcited stupidity and cretinism due to, the senior ranks are drawn from the same two closed gene pools the necortic right and diseased Leftists such as Bracks and Rudd are drawn from. What, for example, Fisher, Chifley and Curtin, terrors of the diseased Left! Good jokes, George.

The Bills are ordered to giving the appearance of legitimacy to State ordered murder

That doctors and nurses commit criminal offences if they co-operate in any way. The Bills explicitly set out, the “State” orders them to kill on pain of criminal prosecution. All other translations of the Bills are excluded by the terms of the Bills, the “State” orders them to kill, or co-operate in killing, even by “referrals”.

In the name of Victorians, the bloody socilaist slobs in Spring Street, and their equals in the Opposition, ignorant, unprincipled Statist slobs pretending to be Liberals, will turn doctors and nurses into murderers. It’s not whom and when killed, and when ‘requested’. It is the fact all doctors and nurses must kill that is decisive. This, this makes these bills Bills for the execution of “State”pordered murder.

It is not “State” santioned killing, leaving such horrific acts to the discretion of individuals. It directs all to engage in each act. This is deliberate murder by the “State” by use of police state powers to force, on pain of punishment, all doctors and nurses to commit the deeds.

It is stark naked that every politician and bureaucrat who supports these bills, instead of forcing doctors and nurses to do it, and without the fiction of ‘legalistic’ paperwork, should:

Have the guts of their intent and walk into hospitals and homes and murder all those they decide should be killed, and face the consequence before a stiff in common law and uncompromising Judge. This is what the two bills are about.

The Premier of Victoria, John Brumby is a Liar

On radio this week, he said any who from conscience cannot commit State ordered murdered are not required to do so. Liar. They are, by aiding and abetting even if only by refusing to recommend others perpetrate “State” ordered murder. Refusal to refer to those prepared to kill is a criminal offence, as is also attempts to prevent it - even by word alone.

Neil Mitchell is committing fraud

Thanks to the nepotistic Right, there are no genuine, gutsy Liberals in the media. 3AW was recommended to me as an answer to hard Left news outlets. Wrong! The differences between it and, say, ABC are:

Derryn Hinch, pro-abortion, has struggled with the force of the abortion bill. His Kampf was short and feeble. On air one day, he simply asserted his stock line, “it’s a woman’s right to choose”.

Neil Mitchell, last week was nasty to a caller who related the Bills are what the Nazi Party did. Mitchell replied, “Rubbish and nonsense!”. The ignoramus, Mitchell, should apologise to 3AW listeners for perpetration of a false account of history and thus cheating them. This morning, however, he was caught out by a GP:

Dr Gross, GP, was born deformed and declared, ‘this is what the Nazis did’. She is definitely not Catholic and might be an atheist. She put up a sign outside her practice: ” I do not perform abortions. Neither do I refer patients to those who do.” She continued, “if the Bill is passed in the Upper House next week, I will defy it.”

This caught Mitchell out. Being a GP, he did not attack her, unlike the ordinary caller. He did, though, still deny it. This makes the man a liar, because, pretending to be engaged in the ‘debate’ and contributing to the ‘debate’, he is unmistakeably refusing to allow history to intrude into what he and Hinch are effectively doing, running propaganda on behalf of “State” ordered murder.

Yet, we do not have to look only to the past. We also have the charnal house called the Netherlands as an example. Chirldren are now being murdered. The Dutch Government is committing what the Nazis did, killing all deemed unfit to have been born, and to live. That’s right, State directed murder of children up to early adolescent age ( 11 years of age), and up to the elderly.

If the Abortion Bill is passed, the euthanasia bill will be reintroduced and passed

They are cognate bills. The Nazis didn’t invent their ‘euthanasia’ progrom, T4. The ground had been prepared duriong the late 19th century to the 1930’s. Diseased Leftists had successfully pumped their horrendous notions under propaganda cliches, ‘merciful deaths’, ‘end of suffering’, ‘it would be cruel to let them live’ ( i.e. malformed unborn), and so forth.

The pin was the cult of nature and this, as then, is a “State” cult but today it is called “environment(alism)”, with the equation of man and animals. The stock cant phrase today is, ” we kill wounded animals, so why can’t we be put out of our pain too?”

Who is running this infantile propaganda campaign? The so-called answer to hard left broadcasters namely SBS and ABC, 3AW is one station that is. Where are the ‘heroes’ of the camotose “Right”. They are camotose - “No time for this, it doesn’t pay. Besides, it means we’d have to stick our necks out in public.”

The abortion bill, if passed, will be run for a couple of years before reintroducing its cognate.

The reason is obvious. The defences of Victorians will be broken down, they having been inured to “State” ordered murder of the unborn. Look at many another bill passed but a matter of years before was rightly attacked for what they still are, Statist usurpation of freedoms.

We shall wait for next week’s Upper House vote before writing up the item - after all, as David Davis (who ruins a perfectly good blue ribbon seat in that House) indicated, there is sufficient support for “State” ordered murdered of the defenceless born. Mr Edwards takes exception to the reference to what the Kennett administration and their advisers did with the Victorian STO and OPA, insinuating I’ve cooked up a conspiracy theory and that he is otherwise mystified by this case:

“If you say so. But I’m still puzzled as to what any of this has to do with Jeff Kennett and his “criminal STO operation” that you keep mentioning. It’s bizarre to lump me into an all-encompassing conspiracy with a bunch of people I’ll probably never meet.”

Firstly, I didn’t lump him in with them, though he writes for one of the clunker tanks the Centre for Independent Studies. It’s rather plain to all readers other than Edwards what I wrote in citing the STO. The question that occurs is whether Edwards is being a tad mendacious.

To remind readers, one has investigated what was done with the STO, and the OPA, and how they operate. One has documented, what one has reported to date (and one has more material to write up). It is based on four years of archives that were delivered to me by sources, and oral evidence from those who have extensive experience of what is involved. Moreover, what the STO and OPA are doing is known throughout Brackistan in law firms, accounting firms, real estate agents, and auction houses. Some readers will recollect the case of Jennifer and Peter (yes one must continue writing it up), and the case is in its closing stages this year.

Jennifer and Peter have been put through a kafkaesqaue nightmare. They fought back and have reversed many of the Government’s actions against Jennifer. Many Victorians have not been as fortunate as this. The Brumby-Bracks Cabinets have closed the few tiny gaps in the criminal “Acts of Parliament” by which victims can reassert their rights, their freedom, reclaim their property, and diginity.

What was done with the STO and OPA and how they operate was summarised in:

Here we reiterate some telling statements:

Kennett is no genuine free market Liberal. He himself declared recently, as advice to NSW Premier Iemma, privatisation means extracting greater revenues. That was the whole thrust of privatisation, taxing Victorians and not founding utilities as genuine free market entities by efficiently serving customers and thus lowering prices.

‘Privatisation’ is also rooted in the fiction of perfect competition and purveyed as free market economics. ‘User pays’ is an extension of it.

“User Pays”: The Executive taxes Victorians and punishes them again by charging them for what has been paid out of taxation. This wheeze is perpetrated by all governments in Australia and it is itself larceny. This was an integral part of the ’sound advice’ on which the conversion of the STO into a crime operation was based.

The Kennett Cabinet altered the Acts pertaining to Wards of the State, and converted the STO into a pseudo-business, a shell company. The original objective was to float it on the stock exchange but the electoral danger staid their hand on this as also Bracks’ and Brumby’s hands.

The conversion of Wardship into OPA was an overthrow of the original function, to uphold the real property rights of wards, in themselves and all their property. Prior to the Kennett novelty, anyone for whatever reason could declare themselves a ward of the State. This was the point to the use of very rubbery terms such as insanity or the updated equivalent ‘dementia’.

Such vague words had nothing to do with whether someone was totally ga ga or worse and thus incapable at all of running their own affairs. The buttress is Common Law and the King’s sworn oath to uphold it and to uphold the rights of any subject who approached the King for execution of this oath-sworn service. Wardship was the mechanism by which it was executed. In a stroke, the Kennett administration and their advisers wiped this out, and with it the rights of Wards and potential Wards.

The only way for the straight administrative entity the STO, bound to execute the King’s oath bound duty, can make ‘profit’ is by larceny. It is committed on a large scale and by three measures:

1. Elderly people who named the STO their trustees, having reached a condition that requires exercise of trusteeship, have their accounts hoovered daily by the Victorian Executive through the STO. This alone is shocking, it is heinous and it is a major crime.

2. Through the OPA a financial administrative order is put out against a target. This means the target has all their lawful rights to their property and exercise there-of stripped. The STO exercises all the rights and targets are under the Act forbidden to even utter a word to anyone about it. This is not a joke. It is what the Kennett Administration and their advisers devised and fully enjoyed also by Bracks, Brumby, Hulls.

3. Full Guardianship placed over targets. Targets have their rights in themselves and all their property seized in toto. It is completely illegal, a criminal offence for victims to speak out even in a court of law.

To secure 2 and 3, ‘dementia’ is the catch-all. It has been redefined to mean a severe incapacitating disability that renders someone incompetent. Victims have to go through hell and horrendous expense in the attempt to fight back. Bracks, Brumby and Hulls tightened the Act to ensure victims, while they may go to the expense, have zero chance of succeeding. This was because of the lucky few who have succeeded.

We are not talking about two or three Victorians once a blue moon. We are talking about a very large number of Victorians. Concerning trusteeships, the STO in trying to convince many to sign with them also tries to induced them to name the STO as sole Trustee or nominate no more than one independent trustee and the reason is, they can bulldoze a single independent trustee and seize control of a victim’s property.

Accounts that I have in my possession details some of the types of actions the STO uses to seize private property. They also seize control of victims’ homes and, along with all goods and chattels, sell them up, booting victims’ out onto the streets.

Who were the advisers to the Kennett administration? The Institute of Public Affairs and the Centre for Independent Studies advised the Kennett administration. Any of the buffoons in these clunk tanks who might have been involved in the conversion are thus also responsible for converting the STO and OPA into a crime racket, and it is systematic what the Government perpetrates through these agencies.

I was suprised to learn the STO comes under the Treasurer and not the Attorney General. Yet it is not odd given the aim: a scam to rake in unlawfully multiples of tens of millions and hundreds of millions of dollars per annum at the minimum (in one exercise alone the STO cleaned out over $400m from the accounts of some victims, and this figure does not include all that they removed in that year).

Edwards pretends to be blissfully uninformed about the truth, despite the collection of articles one has turned out on this matter. As for ‘conspiracy theory’, Mr Edwards, I now call him not only a coward but I’m contemplating whether he is a lair. For, the above is no conspiracy theory. It is built on hard, extensive evidence, Mr. Edwards. It was what was done under the Kennett administration and continued under Bracks and Brumby.

The point to alluding to this disgusting large scale criminal activity of the Executive was to draw out, the Right are not only illiterates. Their ignorance is all the worse because they have no moral compass. Mr. Edwards himself shows this. He doesn’t give a stuff about the abuse and worse dealt out not only by ALP administrations but also by Rightwing bastards when they are in office.

It, Mr. Edwards, is worse than a descent of administrations into lawlessness. To cap it off, there is now the Rudd Fascist Cabinet to survive. Modest Australians have to survive theese scumbags. It was the Right who have done great damage and ensured a Rudd Fascist Cabinet. This is without taking into consideration the real and many victims of the STO and OPA.

Edwards is defending what is indefensible, and this includes those callous, venal, arrogant buffoons in the Institute of Public Affairs and the Centre for Independent Studies. The Right hold the Liberal Party in contempt, they hold modest Australians in contempt and, being the unprincipled sods they are, cause great damage. Such damage that, as above, they can do things which bring real misery and worse to many Australians and the above, Mr. Edwards, is a vicious, ongoing demonstration of their stupidity.

Stupid people do not believe they are cruel. They delude themselves that they are loved. But they are cruel. Confined to themselves they only cause grief for their own families. The Right shows what happens when stupid types are flung into Executive Office. Now we have the Stupid, diseased Left to contend with, because of the Stupid Right.

What is perpetrated through the STO and OPA is truly shocking.

Thus Mr Finn MLC (Liberal Party) commenced his speech against the “euthanasia” Bill. It was given an orwellian name:

Medical Treatment (Physician Assisted Dying) Bill 2008

State ordered killing is not only medical treatment but the finest expression of the Hippocratic oath! Many doctors took exception and wrote strongly worded protests to MsP against the Bill.

The Bill was defeated last week (10/9/08) 25 to 12. A comprehensive defeat, but it was a far closer run thing than the raw numbers suggest.

One of the blobs the scrofulous Right have jobbed into Liberal Party seats, Mr. David Davis, explained the next morning that the bill had not been drafted properly. He continued that if it were sent to the ‘Law Reform Commission’ (code for jackbooted thugs but this is entirely lost upon Davis) and rectified by these Kommissars, it would be passed.

Yes, it wasn’t merely a rumour, a Bill for State ordered killing was put before the Victorian Parliament. The reason why is clear enough. Examined properly it is cognate to the “Abortion Bill”. The former was raised as a ‘private member’s Bill’. It was raised, unsurprisingly by a Party of diseased Leftists, the Greens, through one Colleen Hartland MLC.

It was also totalitarian in scope for good measure, as the Orwellian abuse of language reinforces and entrenches. Consider, for example:

Section 9: No . duty to assist – A doctor is not under any duty to provide assistance under this Act but must inform the sufferer that other doctors may be willing to provide assistance. A doctor who fails to do so is guilty of an offence. Penalty – 5 penalty units

Clause 9(1): doctors who decline to provide assistance under the Bill ‘must tell the sufferer that other doctors may be willing to provide assistance’

clause 9(2): health care providers who do not provide assistance under the Bill must, on request, transfer a full copy of the patient’s relevant medical records to the new health care provider

Section 10: professional organizations and associations must not apply prejudicial pressure or penalties for things done by someone lawfully under the Bill. (The restraint also applies to health care providers, but not to providers that do not permit their facilities or associations to provide assistance under the Bill.)

Non-victimisation – Provides that a professional organisations or associations must not censure or discipline or subject to other penalty or loss, a person who assists or refuses to assist a sufferer end their life.

The expansion of clause 10 is, “prejudicial pressure or penalties for things done by someone lawfully under the Bill.”

clause 11: no-one may try to resuscitate a person who takes a drug to end his or her life pursuant to the Bill

If it had been passed, it would be a criminal offence for doctors and nurses in any hospital to refuse to aid in the killing of anyone recommended for killing (and this is the force, the selection of defenceless individuals for state ordered killing). Contrary to what those who drafted the Bill, and those who supported it in Parliament claim, doctors and nurses in being compelled to recommend those who are willing to execute State ordered killings would be by naked Government compelled to aid and abet what would be shocking crimes ordered by the administration of Brackistan.

Now this is what we have in in the Bracks-Brumby abortion Bill, state ordered killing of the defenceless, but in the womb. That is what it is, sucxking the brains out of babies, trying to poison them and if they do not die in the womb, as is done in other countries, they are strangled or cast aside to die slowly. It also has an Orwellian title:

Abortion Law Reform Bill 2008

Again, this Bill if it is passed makes it a criminal offence for doctors and nurses to refuse aiding and abetting state ordered killing of babies. Clause 8 spells this out:

“Obligation to refer woman despite conscientious objection of practitioner

“Imposes a referral obligation on registered health practitioners who have a conscientious objection to abortion. A health practitioner must refer the woman to another registered health practitioner who the practitioner knows does not have a conscientious objection to abortion.

“Obligation to perform or assist in emergency abortions to preserve life of pregnant woman despite conscientious objection of practitioner or nurse

When is a baby not a baby but a fetus and a fetus a baby?

The answer is whether it will be killed. If it is to be killed, then it’s a fetus. This is another monstrous abuse of lanaguage but these are the sort of expressions which the boosters use to justify the move towards state coerced killing of the unborn. Here is a chilling instance:

They then resolved how to supply new medical procdures and how to deliver them at increasingly lower prices (contrast socialist schemes such as Medicare which is very costly as the growing, long waiting lists for surgey telling reflects). Anti-Bill of Rights

It came as a shock to learn it was the Kennett Administration prepared the anti-Bill of Rights. The timing of this Bill indicates the Kennett Administration might also have prepared the Blasphemy ‘Act’. This is all on top of what they did with the STO and OPA.

While state ordered killing is an aim of the diseased Left, they have made major inroads only because of the myopic, statist Right, and thier defective economics. The grounds of the rule of common law is property rights and free economic action. It is out of these real rights are generated and thus the dignity and freedom and life of the individual is advanced. The Right haven’t failed badly on these grave matters. They are a massive intellectual and moral failure.

What has occurred in Victoria has been extensive inroads into real rights, with the upshot:

The STO and OPA is engaged in systematic larceny.
Larceny to prop up alternative energy ’scams’, and desalination plant (instead of genuine free market massive dams on rivers)
Billions squandered on Sports and entertainments

And the real Rights of Victorians ground under the feet of Statist morons and thugs. And this bleak comedy is played out in the two Bills. Under the anti-Bill of Rights, so long as a Bill meshes with that pack of elastic garbage, it’s ok and that is what is to be found in these two Bill, state ordered murder is ok becaase it can be meshed with the anti-Bill of Rights. By appeal to that bog paper, the anti-Bill of Rights, politicians absolve themselve of culpability for the genuinely criminal overthrow of real rights and any malevolent scheme they dream up. “It was me, it was the Bill of Rights that made me do it that’s wot”, and this the tenor of the sentimental rubbish spewed out by all behind those Bills for state ordered killing. They remain culpable.

1. They are not attacks. In regards to what he did write, bye the bye, as typical of the right, he failed to set out, let alone fight for, the very grounds of the inalienable right of free speech, absolute property rights. But then, the Right has as eagerly overthrown property rights as the Left has, and they have done so in States’ Parliaments and in Federal Parliaments.

He could have set out, law is grounded in economics, and in free markets, property rights are the pin. These are the grounds of common law. This is the ground of free speech. One of the major services of common law and common law judges is to assert rights against ‘government’. The Right, at the bar, do not merely fail miserably in the service, they aid government in overthrowing property rights, and thus the real freedoms of individuals. Mind, since the early 1980’s, the law schools have made every effort to ensure graduates leave as ignorant in the history of law as the Right is in economics.

Why on earth does any one need to fight under the ‘auspices’ of any institute on such grave matter. Cowardice? Yes, that sounds about right. In Melbourne, the IPA and the HR Nicholl’s Society cowered behind bolted doors. Edwards protected by the CIS, sheltered in it, and thus he has told a fib to readers. The CIS is safe, far away in Sydney, and thus in no danger of being raided, and Steve whisked off to prison for the crime of blasphemy. Not that Steve said anything at all to disturb Bracks and Szoke.

In Melbourne, Mr. Jackson of Brookesnews, and myself, didn’t play footsies. Moreover, each went further. Each deliberately broke the ‘law’. The difference is, Mr. Cambria made sure Szoke was fully informed Jackson had. The correspondence is linked on Brookesnews. There was nothing timid in what either man wrote.

They converted the STO into, effectivley , a crime syndicate, sheltered and concealed through the ‘Guardianship Act’ and VCAT. Here we have it:

Mr. Edwards, in typical good form, doesn’t give a stuff about modest Victorians who have had their property stolen off them. One victim of the Government is, it looks very much like it from what friends of that victim have related to me, dead as a consequence - I will go so far as to say, the Government, if it is so, through the STO and Guardianship Act, effectively killed the victim. Oh yes, this case is a very savage instance of how brutal the Right, and not only the Left, are.

In the case of Peter and Jennifer, which I still have to complete reporting on, they were lucky to win against the Government.They used a resort that enabled them to secure Jennifer’s full rights. The Government was trying to place her under guardianship, by which measure they could then strip her of all her property, as they have done to others. Recently, the Victorian Government, unopposed by the “Right”, put through Parliament an ‘amendment’ that removed the resort Jennifer used to reassert her rights, her freedom, and reclaim her property.

What is Steve upset about? He’s not upset about the criminal operation by which the Victorian Government is stripping a very large number of Victorians of their property. He is not upset that it is the Right who set it up, and continued by Bracks and Brumby. He is not upset at the sheer violence committed against the many victims of the Victorian Govenrment, through these criminal operations.

Oh, no, what upsets Steve is not that it is Rightwing ‘heroes’ and their advisers who set up this large scale criminal racket, his pals. No, what upsets him is not the fact of what they set up but that someone has the nerve to call them to book over it. Upset also some of his dear bosom pals in the CIS and the IPA might have had a hand in what Kennett and Stockdale did with the STO and related measures.

So, Steve, what a brave attack you mounted, defending scumbags responsible for a massive criminal racket, by which some of your heroes, and then the Bracks and Brumby Governments, have ruined lives, and stolen property on a massive scale. A racket that some of your pals might have assisted in establishing. These are grave matters, they warrant an uncompromising criminal investigation.

There are also the likes of the CIS, in particular Mr. Yates and his interest in the Peony Company – based in China! The pseudo-business of this company is to rake in fortunes out of carbon taxes.

I’ve not heard Tim Blair attack the scumbags for their vicious actions against Australians. Types who claim to be ‘free market Liberals”. These are the scumbags Bolt acts for, and Blair persists in shielding, while attacking the hardcore Left for pursuing the same violent aims. But wait, there’s more joy in the morning:

Announced this morning: Rudd and his Cabinet have decided to literally cut power supply to all Australians

Rudd has announced a planned take-over of Australian coal based energy companies by an external major. Radio news reports this morning also related, this will drive up energy prices for Australians. Well, no, not on a free market basis, but the Rudd backed and planned takeover will do it. The reason it will punish Australian firms and consumers is:

The objective is to reform the Australian firms on the mercantilist definition of exchange, which ignoramuses equate with free trade. The ignoramuses are not all leftists. Many ignoramuses happen to be on the Right. Numbers of these treacherous ignoramuses happen to be Liberal MPs, and others recently retired Liberal MPs. These types, in the decade of the Howard Cabinet, pushed mercantilism. The objective is to dedicate power production to, guess whom, the regime Rudd sucks up to, the Peking Geriatric Buggery Club.

The plan is to cut supply of cheap, efficient coal generated electricity to Australians, and export the energy to Rudd’s ‘mastahs’ in Peking. That’s correct, readers, this is the grand mercantilist scheme Rudd has devised. Needless to say, and it’s a guess but a good one,there will be Rightwingers who will be in on it, to grab a slice of the billions of dollars to be stolen from Australians by the Rudd Cabinet by this fraud. After, all that’s what they are good at, aiding the hardcore Left in order to enrich themsleves by means that spell ruination for millions of Australians.

The great thing about this wheeze is, Rudd will be able to:

1. Blame a foreign company for the consequent misery it will cause.
2. Blame capitalists.
3. Blame free market economists.

To this wonderful political boon, he will be able to stir up the passions of Australians against large scale firms, and direct those passions into solid backing for what I was sure of long before he was flung into office. Rudd is a National Socialist and that is how he and his fellow dictators in Cabinet are proceeding, imposing an undiluted fascist regime. Between the windmill fraud in Victoria, which the Right in Victoria also supports to the hilt, carbon taxes, and now this grand fascist plan Rudd has cooked up overnight, Australians are in deeper trouble than I had hitherto conceived. This is before contemplating the fact, the Left and the Right are driving towards totalitarianism - it’s just that Rudd has put the pedal to the metal and is shooting along at a few hundred miles an hour.

The Right also pump the Green lie Co2 causes no longer global warming but climate change. The mystics dropped “global warming” when this was killed stone dead by sound science, and seized on climate change. The IPA’s stance is to have a leg in both the Yay and the Nay camps. One thing it has done for some time now is to argue they can aid governments in imposing Kyoto compliant, capital smashing, immiserating ‘regulations’ the Right way. In view of Rudd’s declaration, I await their bumber extravaganza on why cutting off power the mercantilist way to Australian companies and millions of consumers is a good thing.

I do disagree with ‘theoretical benefit’. There is no theoretical benefit, for this assumes it’s rooted in sound scientific theory. It’s not, it’s root is belief in voodoo and magic. Apart from this, Mr. Manzi lists more reasons why the tax is a packet of nuclear missiles aimed at civilisation.

Spiralling food prices mean, for Bolt’s benefit, and his Rightwing pals, a cut in supply, which means a cut in production, and here it is:

SOARING food prices have added $139 to the average family’s monthly shopping bill in the past year.

According to Australian Bureau of Statistics figures released yesterday, in three years bread prices have jumped 99c, or 39 per cent.

This is the beginning only of the obvious, spiralling reductions, matched by shooting prices.

Starvation is a real prospect, as well as capital destruction, now power and a fascist regime in place. Australians know who to blame, the Right. Remember this: it was these bastards who brought this fast developing hell about.

It is very likely Kennett and Stockdale were advised to do this by Rightwing think tanks. Two do figure in this very serious criminal operation, the CIS and the IPA.

This is the first of a number of items on the matter to be posted today. These items are dedicated to lifting out the rationale and motivation behind why the Right converted the STO into a vehicle for commission of fraud, theft, and extortion on a massive scale. I refer readers again to the items re-flashed below under the header, The Right established a large-scale criminal operation in Victoria .

No-one who has read these items can mistake the substance is grave and lays out serious crimes perpetrated not only by Bracks, Brumby and their advisers, but also by Kennett, Stockdale and their advisers. In concentrating on the case of Peter and Jennifer, it must be kept in clear few, they are only one of many victims of the criminals of the Left and the Right and a number of bureaucrats responsible for this crime syndicate. These are besides those in the STO who run it for them.

The motive was typical of them, to enrich themselves and a “Liberal” administration – the Kennett and Stockdale and their Rightwing establishment backers by keeping them in ‘power’. To enrich themselves and some bureaucrats, they set about relieving many Victorians of their private property. I will explain what they did in the next article, and then the case of Jennifer and Peter will be resumed.

An aspect to what was done, and maintained by Bracks and now Brumby is, it is also the equivalent of the state charging the victims of crime for the apprehension, trial and the costs of imprisonment for the perpetrators. It’s rather kafkaesque the criminals themselves adding injuries to violence they perpetrated and still perpetrate against many Victorians.

I now issue a warning to the Right one has already issued on an early and, it is now vividly clear, mistaken assumption it applied only to Bracks, Brumby, their Cabinet colleagues, bureaucrats involved, their advisers, and those in the STO responsible for the perpetration of the crimes described:

Any attempt to pervert the course of justice is also a major criminal offence. Since it is highly possible that any party from the CIS and the IPA advised Kennett and Stockdale, I warn both Nahan and Greg Lindsay, any attempt to shield any director, employee, or associate who might have been involved is perversion of justice. I am not saying anyone is, I am saying it is possible, in view of the fact of their standing as policy advisers to the Government, and specifically, to the Kennett-Stockdale Cabinets.

I warn both the CIS and the IPA that this time they cannot resort to smearing, sarcasm and such antics, through their marionettes such as Jason Soon, Professor Sinclair Davidson and John Humphreys. While these three dumbkopfs are so dense it is unlikely they can appreciate the gravity of what I have already documented, and will complete the documentation. Unlike these three ignorant, incompetent fools, Nahan and Lindsay can, no doubt, appreciate the substance of the evidence already laid out, and why my call for a thorough criminal investigation into parties of both the Right and Left responsible for this shocking operation euphemistically called the Office of State Trustees.

As it is, it is known all around Melbourne that at least one member of the CIS – IPA was involved, Allan Stockdale.

In view of the fact the ‘free market, liberal think tanks’ have demonstrated their avid support for horrendous measures such as carbon taxes, and their reaction to any criticism of their position on this matter alone, if any more were involved and, under Bracks and Brumby have still been involved, such a discovery would come as no surprise at all. For, of them and their Rightwing backers, it would be merely true to form and in character.

I warn them, justice must be done, those responsible be brought to book, charged, convicted and thrown into prison ( I am not jesting, nor are barristers already contemplating whether to proceed with actions – oh yes, there are some giving this serious consideration). If this means heroes of the Right are convicted and imprisoned then good; it is proper, it is just that they face trial and conviction.

I call upon readers to approach your MP and go for them, but in the right way, by laying out the case to them and demanding of them: What will you do to see justice done not for one couple, but many Victorians?

Ah, one last thing. Now I know why the Right has been loathe to pursue the matter correctly and with vigour; some of their own are culpable of what is perpetrated against many Victorians.

What a joke: The CIS and IPA et al didn’t attack Bracks over his blasphemy law, his Bill of anti-Rights, and much else besides. They find time to promote Stalinist schemes. So, why would this lot of unprincipled, spineless, not Liberal but fascist bastards defend modest Victorians who have been dealt treatment even the Gestapo would have been ashamed of? The closest to it are the defunct USSR and the still in control Stalinist regime of Cuba.

Nearly, because two details are absent. There is no nuclear plant, which will disappoint those vested interests who have been pushing carbon taxation for that very reason. It will be ‘carbon credit and trading’, which will please the Peony company and one of its directors, Mr. Yates, and any other vested interests.

It is not a bill yet, but Rudd and Wong have a time-table to impose the tax.

Indeed, they also ignored a carbon tax can hit oil refining companies, whose factories aren’t powered by outboard factory motors, twice. On energy input and, on petrol which hits their capital again. (The shareholders of Caltex really do need to question the sanity of their Directors, who feel they really do need a de-carbonising bullet to the head. This is, of course without counting in the impact of a carbon tax on all producers of the capital goods Caltex needs).

However, there is still time to defeat the carbon tax and there is only one way, ’street fighting’. There is only one thing politicians fear and they are not so much voter ( mere vassal serfs) but the loss of votes - I suppose serfs drop dead just before ticking the right boxes and the pencils skidmark into the ‘wronguns’ as the poor sods drop to the floor in the millions.

The Directors of Woodside Petroleum, for all the worng reasons - to protect their backsides in the face of the Shell offer, wishing to strip shareholders of their property rights, hired an ex ALP Federal Minister who told them what to do and how. They did it. They whipped up the fear of Voting Serfman and struck terror into spineless Liberal backbenchers, who ran screaming to the frontbench and struck fear into that venal coward Peter Costello, who decided that he, as the ‘greatest treasurer auf dem weldt’, decided he could strip the shareholders of their property rights.

The HR Nicholls Society proved the rule right again, when they scared the living daylights out of many voters because they had completely cocked up what the real case for market reform is. We have the result, Rudd has this week put through Parliament the measures which will revert employment to the days when many are booted out onto a growing heap of the unemployed.

Rudd, today, said, ‘This day is the end of the shameful workplace agreements’.
No Rudd, what is shameful is the HR Nicholls club, Nick Minchin and Peter Costello. Reversing the reform is an atrocious disgrace. On the other hand, while Rudd and his Cabinet are ignoramuses, it’s a guessing game as to how much more retarded they are than the thickoes who have wrecked another great Liberal cause and the Liberal Party to boot.

The real problem with ’street fighting’ is the duds firing duds in the ‘free market think tanks’. They are as terrifying to the Left as a pet attack goldfish blowing bubbles at an intruder from the bottom of a twenty feet deep, 30 feet in circumference fish bowl, hiding under a rock.

Nahan, the head of the IPA, once explained to donors through The Age, or rather touting for donors, ’see, we are active, all we need is more money and we can do a lot more’. Clearly more milllions has not been enough for them to swim to the outer edge of the rock and blow bubbles.

The CIS upped the IPA ante. It held out a ‘We lurve you’ white flag in little flippers, ‘we’d like a few billions for blubbering all over those millions of nasty capitalist Australians.’

It seems the ALP saw the white flag, and are only too willing to help the Peony brigade out.

However, things ain’t over until the dust settles.

Caught out in what they are doing, running a propaganda campaign to impose a carbon tax, the CIS is now in a panic. It’s a real headache for them because the kid they used to front it has cocked up badly, and they know it.

Yesterday, I suggested they have told Humphreys to shut his mouth and kill the matter, before it swallows them up. He’s tried, and he has tried again. The problem for Greg Lindsay is, Humphreys is just like Chris Berg or, indeed, Michael Kroger, every time each time he opens his mouth he only digs the hole deeper. Humphreys has done it again, in his mistaken belief he has sealed the fight:

First off, since he raised it, I have not met Jackson. This is another count on why Humphreys, and Glenfarclas are liars. They can ask my friend Strider.

The only bad economics is the tripe Humphreys and the CIS are pushing, and on the grave matter of carbon taxes. However, let’s rip their heads off slowly. We will do it by instalments, this being part one of an effortless bit of hearty exercise.

We commence with one of Humphreys’ concluding comments, which is contained and preceded by another string of smears:

“Personally, I don’t think a small revenue-neutral carbon tax would do much good or much harm, so I’m not really fussed about it.”

He might not be “fussed”. There are very many serious executives, and untold numbers of investors who are not “fussed”; they are very worried about what a carbon tax will do. Let’s begin with examples, observing Humphreys has ignored those already given. There are, for instance, the coal based companies facing an initial, outright loss of capital of $10b when Rudd rams down his carbon tax. That, however, will only be the beginning of the losses they alone face.

On Monday, as I related, Caltex issued a public statement calling upon Rudd to come clean with voters and impose the tax as a direct tax, ie: Not in the euphemistic fraud of “carbon credits and trading”. They called for ten cents a litre tax on petrol. Something has happened between last Friday when it was issued, and yesterday when they released another statement to this effect:

“We are not attacking carbon taxes and reduction, we fully support a carbon tax”.

That means only one thing. The Govt. has “pressured” Caltex.

Has the board of directors asked shareholders do they approve of their support for a measure that will sack their capital? Do the board believe they have the right to throw shareholders funds at a campaign aimed at shredding the freedoms of all other Australians, and shred the savings of millions of modest Australians (superannuation figures rather greatly) and so many other firms of their capital too? Do they believe they have the right to squander funds on what is a criminal fraud?

Do the Directors really believe that it is principled of them to suddenly turn into Kevin Rudd’s and the ‘watermelon red” Greens’ cheer squad? So, why have they bent right over for Kevin “Mussolini” Rudd, buttocks bared for a right old rogering? A conflict of interest?

Caltex is a beneficiary of the ethanol fuel fraud, set up by Kemp, Campbell and Turnbull; this is detailed in its reports on its website. It also has those drivellers in the ACCC and Rudd’s new Commissars of price controls threatening to decapitate them and the other oil companies. Speculation maybe, but it’s not difficult to spot it, Rudd and his thugs didn’t have to squeeze Caltex’s testicles much more to make them obey.

A word of warning to Caltex: In supping with the devil, you cannot even use long handled cutlery. The devil, smiling at you, simply rips it out of your hand, rams it under your rib cage and rummages it around deep in your gizzards. Gee, that is what Rudd has done. Caltex now needs a gun to fight for it, but there is none in the CIS and the IPA.

There is no such thing as a neutral tax. Yes, I realise what the stand-up comic kid is saying, ‘revenue neutral’. And? Precisely, that is nonsense, it has no bearing on what the force of a carbon tax is, and this is something the CIS, through its megaphone called a ‘Humphreys’ refuses to address. Consider this as a red-hot warning:

BRITAIN’s plastics manufacturers, which make goods as varied as toys, bottles, artificial hips and car bumpers, will this week warn energy minister Malcolm Wicks that 7,000 jobs are at risk in the industry because of crippling energy costs.

The rubber industry has also lent its name to the letter. Together plastics and rubber companies in Britain employ 250,000 people and turn over £20 billion a year in sales.
There is a call for immediate suspension of the climate-change levy — which adds 12% to their energy bills — for the duration of the crisis, which is likely to last until the end of next winter when new gas pipelines to Britain come on stream.

The government is also being urged to develop new infrastructure now that the country has become a net importer of gas.

There is a temporary supply shortage, to be rectified only by additional capital. The problem is compounded into a crippling hike in costs due to the carbon tax, a savaging of capital because of carbon taxes. Indeed, who is going to sink capital into increasing production of electricity when the capital will be wiped out by carbon taxes?

An article, written in a year following the imposition of carbon taxes by Western European and British Governments, estimated the destruction of capital by then already a staggering U.S.$3 trillion dollars. I am still hunting it down but when I have located it, I will put it up. In the meantime, try this:

They are economists trying to get a handle on the impact of carbon taxes. The crux is, the scale is so massive that it is almost incomprehensible.

The Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics (ABARE)…undertook an analysis of the economic implications for Australia of the Kyoto Protocol, using three possible scenarios…

The first scenario modelled what would happen economically if Australia joined in the Kyoto process, but without U.S. participation as per current US policy. On page 9 of the report, it becomes quite clear why Russia was so quick to announce at Johannesburg that they would ratify the protocol.

According to the analysis, Russia stands to gain $8.1 billion in carbon quota purchases from the West by 2015. And who would pay this undeserved largesse?

U.S.A. Nil (they are not in the Protocol) European Union $4.06 billion. Canada, $2.05b. Japan, $1.05b. Australia, $0.53b.

That’s in 2002 money. That is estimating only one aspect of the full force of carbon taxes. Then, there are other types of problems generated by the tax and hitting capital and the freedom to work capital:

A Return to Rationing in Britain? (11 Jan 04)

According to a BBC report, British Greenhouse scientists from the Tyndall Centre in Cambridge have devised a new and sinister snake-oil cure for Britain’s carbon emissions - rationing.
Britain has a lot of experience historically with rationing, having imposed it on a broad range of goods during and after the Second World War, plus some months of petrol rationing during the Suez Crisis of 1956.

The new proposal is actually a rehash of the old rationing system drawn straight from British experience of those dismal times - assign a fixed ration to every adult…

These examples are not even the tip of a mountain of material written on carbon taxes. What is crucial is the material by economists in Australia, Europe, Britain and the USA, and the conclusion consistently drawn by each of them; carbon taxes destroys capital and on a massive scale.

What does the CIS and Humphreys make of all that material? Nothing.They are inside not merely an economic vaccuum, theory wise. They have sealed themselves inside a jar to ensure they are not contaminated by the mountain of papers written long before they decided to write on carbon taxes. This is what the HR Nicholls Society and the IPA do:

They pretend to the public that they are the only ones who have studied and published on serious matters. The papers by Des Moore and Ray Evans on labour markets typify their myopic conceit. Even funnier, the HR Nicholls Society has a collection of classic economics papers, their own, all listed on their website. What makes this hilarious is, with Hugh Morgan, they got labour market analysis completely wrong. The CIS and Humphreys are doing an HR Nicholls Soc. on carbon taxes!

Wow, the wonders of ‘tax neutrality’. I recommend the CIS do the proverbial “go ask the marines” – if they are prepared to cop a blow to their solar plexus for insulting ‘the marines’. For all the millions poured into CIS by donors, all that they can manage is trite tripe. There I was, assuming the IPA and HR Nicholls Society held the rightwing monopoly on very expensive, non-existent work, a make believe scheme to justify a wealthy man’s professional dole bludging.

It is central to keep in clear view that existing taxes, inclusive of regulation, are knocking companies off, and deciding others to plonk their capital in countries far more hospitable than Australia is. This is before ‘carbon taxes’. It is not pretty at all contemplating what will happen once Kevin “Mussolini” Rudd, Swann, Penny Wong, and Peter “Corrupter of Youth” Garrett have rammed down carbon taxes.

All this and that juvenile liar called Humphreys pretends a carbon tax is ‘harmless’. Well, what else is to be expected of someone who spent his life in University, then Govt. bureaucracy, and now in another sheltered professional dole bludgers’ office called the CIS?

To conclude this first instalment, it is safe to say Greg Lindsay has a headache. It’s called a “Humphreys” type headache. As a kind suggestion for instant relief, sack him. Bad judgment Lindsay; you bought yourself a right moron who opens his mouth and sinks your CIS deeper into the bog CIS has made for itself. Bye the bye, Lindsay, what is the discount if you buy duds in bulk?

Besides vested interests that seek to make squillions out of the imposition of a carbon tax, what about your other donors, who are funding your CIS. The donors who are funding you to precisely fight for free markets against vicious, fascist Govt. and their leftist support club? What are they to make of your staff selling them out, so that scumbags can demolish what they stand for, and demolish companies by the imposition of a carbon tax? Do they realise others have already done good work on it, long before the CIS made this ham-fisted attempt. You, Lindsay have an IPA problem, the prospect of donors fleeing your CIS.

Oh, another suggestion is quite in order. Do what the IPA refuses to do. The IPA refuses to apologise for the lies, via Berg and Kemp, it told on the history of economics. Accordingly, it has not published a sound, thorough correctional paper. That is to be expected of the IPA, which has ‘governance issues’, which exude a horrible stench.

Embarrassing as it might be, there isn’t much choice now. You see, sticking to what is now an appallingly bad lie is “a chip off the old IPA block”. Oh, don’t mind the kid you hired blubbing and screaming, while you give him the bullet. He is not merely humiliating you. He is single-handedly thoroughly discrediting the CIS – heavyweights in the city are entertaining me with amusing new ‘jokes’.
