Just two of many, another is a descent into fascism but this, because of the gravity of the matter, requires a separate item.

The Greens’ lie of, Co2 emissions causes global warming is, in the assault against science that it is, is a descent into belief in magical forces. This is primitive savagery. It did not occur because the Greens’ cult was admired in its beginnings, not that the Greens’ cult was new, its beliefs were laid in the rot of Hobbes and Rousseau, in the Romantic movement, fused together in the second half of the 19th century. It was useful for socialists.

The Greens’ movement was not a spontaneous Western movement. It was established by the KGB in the 1960’s beginning with West Germany. It was the application of Stalin’s doctrine on how to enslave the West to the Soviet tyranny, summed up by von Mises in Planned Chaos.

The contention between Stalin and Trotsky following the death of Lenin was their thirst to wield absolute power and a question of tactics. Von Mises:

He (Trotsky) tried to construct a Trotsky doctrine as distinguished from the Stalin doctrine. He branded Stalin’s policies as an apostasy from the sacred legacy of Marx and Lenin. Stalin retorted in the same way. In fact, however, the conflict was a rivalry of two men, not a conflict of antagonistic ideas and principles. There was some minor dissent with regard to tactical methods. But in all essential matters Stalin and Trotsky were in agreement.

Trotsky was so blinded by his orthodoxy that he refused to admit that the Bolshevist methods had failed. But Stalin realized it very well. He did not abandon the idea of instigating revolutionary outbreaks in all foreign countries and of conquering the whole world for the Soviets. But he was fully aware of the fact that it was necessary to postpone the aggression for a few years and to resort to new methods for its execution.

The Greens’ movement was conceived and established as an anti-capitalist (-free market) front that should not be traced directly to the Soviet regime. It should appear an entirely spontaneous movement of Western youths united in a concern for ‘nature’. It required recruitment and indoctrination of youths into the formal beliefs of the ‘movement’ by a cadre who knew exactly what the aim for the movement is. Their target was well off, middle class youths. The Soviet regime collapsed but the KGB has obtained a tremendous victory in its aim.

We know it has been successful because while the ‘main stream’ ridiculed Greens, they adopted their ideas and the main culprits were politicians of ‘mainstream major parties’ who found in the diseased ideas of the Greens an excuse to extend state power. This was the origin of the IPCC. The IPCC was inaugurated as a political cudgel. Science and the truth of the Greens’ claims was not its brief. Its function was nothing more than a propaganda mission for the Right to advance statist control and for the Left socialist tyranny.

Yet, in sneering at the Greens (certainly the Right in Australia and even enough on the Left made a great show of their ‘contempt’ for the ga ga Greens), the Greens made appalling inroads. They indoctrinated large numbers of youths. It was very noticeable by the 1990’s, in the sheer numbers of youngsters canvassing for the Greens in the streets of Melbourne.

Peter Garrett is one of the corrupters of youth. And this scumbag is considered fit to hold a seat in Federal parliament!  From this, the Greens have built a large voting block, and the number of Greens MPs is the hard, incontrovertible evidence. But this is due to ‘mainstream’ politicians and their advisers who conceded core, destructive Greens lies. They handed the Greens territory.

“Mainstream politicians”, their staffers and their think tank advisers did not smash the Greens. They propagated the horrendous beliefs and cult of the Greens and to check this, three Right-wing MPs caused tremendous damage when they were ministers in the Howard Cabinet -

They are David Kemp, Malcolm Turnbull and Ian Campbell.

They rammed down measures that Rudd and Wong are intensifying, expanding, and will finish Australians off altogether with Co2 taxation. This totalitarian pogrom has been advanced by the Right. The CIS has dropped all pretence and is running propaganda on behalf of the cult of the diseased Greens.

The damage is great. The lies are pumped into schoolchildren as science. The lies fill airwaves and newspapers and everyday speech. There are many Australians who, while they laugh at the Greens, nonetheless believe the great excuse for totalitarian measures is true.

Notice that weather reports predicate gales and storms, hurricanes and floods as ‘wild weather’. The expression was coined by the boosters of the lie to instill the notion that it is being caused by Co2 emissions altering climate. TV, radio, newspapers are truly appalling.

Ttalian fascist regime was satisfied with its ” home-grown ingredient of Fascism… the theatrical style of its processions, shows and festivals” (Von Mises, ibid.). Much the same can be said of the National Socialist regime of Germany and its pageants and national, organised sport, and mass rallies.

The Soviet regime  was also committed to organised sport. “Universities” dedicated to sport were set up. A few years ago I was approached by a product of one of those “universities”. His English was very bad and he was desperate for a better paying job.

He wanted a city job no less. He assumed anyone in a suit could hire him on the sport. A few questions quickly established he had no experience to equip him for what he believed to be vacancies oozing out of every office floor. He showed no comprehension of business and markets and how to work in them or do some sort of work for enterprises. Further questioning dragged out his ‘expertise’, he had a degree in sport from one of the Soviet sports universities. He related he has a young family to support. Though sympathetic to the poor man, sympathy doesn’t help those so badly astray and in a nasty predicament.

What do we see in Australia but academies of sport, professors of sport, scholarships for ‘underegraduates in sport.

And, the sheer numbers of school students ‘asipring to a career as professional, well paid sportsmen and sportswomen’. These youngsters are clueless.  The tremendous sums local councils, States and Federal politicians swipe from Australians to throw at organised sport and call it “investment”, has created the delusion that many youngsters can not only aspire to ‘well paid sporting careers’ but they are entitled to have one. This is all wrapped up in strident Nationalist expression.

Today, however, things have degenerated further. The mass, cultic hysteria over the death of Michael Jackson is another sign. It was stunning that, as reported in the news, there were some who even committed suicide. Another way of looking at it is through the Herald Sun and its exaggerated reporting of the recent marriage of Rove McManus to Tamsa Watson

“Rove is happy now”. When his first wife died, it was the same poisonous, superficial sentiment which could be summed up as, Rove is unhappy now.

This is not a callous snipe against Rove, his first wife and second wife. On the other hand, many watch their closest die from cancer. They have to bear up. Someone dies in an accident or a crash, it is horrible, and Christians might pause for the dead, but life goes on. It is the bereaved to whom grief properly belongs.  Grief, the modest suffers alone, unnoticed, the departed are departed.

So, in the collectivist cults of today, according to the Herald Sun, when Rove is sad, we are all sad. When he is happy, we are all happy. When he grieves we feel his pain because he is so so important to everyone.

To use the ugly expression, x has meant so much to the lives of all, he changed their lives and made them better. X “was there for you”. What a load of garbage. This is the garbage that stamps the cult of Michael Jackson. This garbage was the ‘content’ of the ‘eulogies’ at the mass collectivist hysteria sob-in for Michael Jackson. All over the damned radio and it’s worse.

Neslon Mandela was hooked in, and who can question Mandela who weeped crocodile tears, ‘he was our dearest friend and was there for us.’ I can and here is why:

The ANC and Nelson Mandela are hard Marxists. Arparthied was a grave injustice, but the way through it was economic freedom. The ANC used it as an excuse for their anti-freedom, totalitarian aims and terrorism. It is why Mandela does not call terrorists murdering scumbag, he calls them ‘freedom fighters’. The only thing that has given the ANC pause, induced it to not impose its grand scheme to reduce South Africa to another Marxist hell was that Mugabe got in first. As for Mandela himself:

In sharp contrast, when Ruby Hart Phillips, the Havana correspondent for the Castrophile New York Times, attended a mass-trial of accused Castro-regime enemies, she gaped in horror. “The defense attorney made absolutely no defense, instead he apologized to the court for defending the prisoners,” she wrote in February 1959. “The whole procedure was sickening.” The defendants were all murdered by firing squad the following dawn.

Castro’s chief prosecutor/hangman, Che Guevara, had established the rules very succinctly: “Judicial evidence is an archaic bourgeois detail. We execute from revolutionary conviction.”

Soon after Michael Jackson died, photographs of his father in the company of “Reverend” Al Sharpton were splashed generously through newspapers. How interesting, for the “Reverend” is a vicious, treacherous hard Leftist. I recollect ‘trainee clergy’ praising the bastard, as they also adulated Mandela. Isaac Abraham, for one, has no difficulty in spying Sharpton’s racist colours. This is the same Abraham who acted as a spokesman for Rosenbaum family and who tirelessly worked to bring Yankel Rosenbaum’s murderers to justice. (Yankel Rosenbaum was murdered during the 1991 Crown Heights riots in which groups of young blacks attacked Hasidic Jews).

Abraham issued a statement calling for a federal investigation of the role that Al Sharpton played in causing the massacre at Freddy’s clothing store in Harlem, stating that the “Rev. Al Sharpton is caught on tape spreading hate against Jews and whites. In Crown Heights, Sharpton did his share in inciting the riots but former Police Commissioner Lee Brown only said ‘Sharpton came close to the line of inciting but did not actually cross it’ and did nothing.”

The massacre at Freddy’s certainly exposed the viciousness of Sharpton’s racist credentials. Freddy’s Fashion Mart was a white-owned discount business in Harlem. In 1995 Sharpton helped organise a protest against its operations, accusing its staff…

the media revelation that Sharpton had suborned Louima came just as a jury found good Ol’ Al Sharpton and Co guilty of making false accusations of an especially vile nature against Steven Pagones, an assistant district attorney. In 1987 Sharpton, C. Vernon Mason and Alton Maddox accused Pagones and several white men of kidnapping, raping and sodomising Tawana Brawley. The story was found to be hoax and was dismissed by a grand jury. Pagones sued and won.

Sharpton shed crocodile tears at the ‘ceremony’, saying:

‘Michael meant so much to us all. There are those who tried to dig into the stench to get at Michael but he is better than they are. He is above the stench. He brought us a message, he gave us his message. His was the message of love.”

Well, that’s one way of looking at Michael, a walking ‘message of love’. As for the stench, there is no stench without rotting bodies and here they are in, When they are paying my salary, then I’ll worry, Arlene Peck, Brookesnews, 6/7/09.

Sir Winston Churchill was the only commoner (until Princess Diana) accorded a State Funeral. Londoners lined the streets, not out of false sentiments but out of respect for the man whose resolute action saved England.

Respect is paid to great actors who have died but there is no false collectivist sentiment. I read obituaries to mark notices of the passing of war heroes who fought against totalitarian regimes, again out of respect for the fact, that they fought to defend freedom. They were loving men, and were loved by their kith and kin, but this is entirely different, the affection and abiding love was reserved for the proper object, their dearest.

One can admire great people but that is not the same as false sentiment. The mass hysteria, crude emotion driven outpouring is infantile and centred on one-self:

It is not the action of adults. It is the expression of the developmentally arrested. A false action reflective of the spiral into collectivism. Let’s illustrate this from another direction.

Not only leftist clerics but also ‘orthodox’ clergy fulminate from pulpits the individual is a nasty ideological ‘construct’ only. Their notion of man is organistic: individuals are really no more than mere aspects of Man/Humanity. Action, emotions, experience are percieved to be particular to the individual but in reality they are flawed flashes, windows into the One Humanity. All are no more than persons, as the One Man incarnates itself into mere material bodies and it is this that generates the false perception of individuality. Behind this is, in truth, the totalitarian notion of Plato. Clergy are committed to a destructive lie.

The individual is not an ideological mistake. It is most definitely a physical truth. The clergy lie on a second account, because their organistic notion is in fact against the Christian confession. The individual is in fact paramount, a truth that cannot be surrendered without grave danger, in the Christian Confession. This is fundamental to understanding, by the way, why Bonhoeffer, Lutheran, broke with the Hegelian theologians who, following Hegel cloaked socialism in mystical garb and proclaimed it the content of the gospel.

Prime Minister Kevin Rudd pretends to know Bonhoeffer. He no more has a clue about Bonhoeffer than he does about Hayek and Austrian School Economics. On economics, he is in good company with the CIS and IPA. Rudd doesn’t merely insult Bonhoeffer. Bonhoeffer would recgonise in Rudd what he turned against and spit on the little fascist moron.

Even if Michael Jackson was not the rotten, Jew hating scumbag that he was, it still does not alter what the cult of Michael Jackson the pop singer is a sign of. The same could be said of the mass hysteria over the death of Princess Diana, whose funeral was swamped with a totally different regard than was shown on the death of Sir Winston Churchill.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton revealed that an Iranian attack on Israel would no longer be considered as an attack on America. Speaking during an interview on ABC TV, she said…

In other words, she has only said, Israel’s Islamo-fascist enemies can help themselves - “Go ahead destroy Israel and exterminate the Jewish people. We support you.” Unspeakable in itself but, to remind Rudd and his Attorney General, McClelland, the Islamo-fascist enemy regard destroying Israel as also the ‘beach-head’ for conquest of the West.

 

2. Don’t tell Jews where they can live, by Joseph Farah:

Barack Obama is taking what he and his administration refer to as “a more balanced approach to Middle East policy.”

It means the U.S. government is now using its clout with Israel to insist Jews, not Israelis, mind you, but Jews, be disallowed from living in East Jerusalem and the historically Jewish lands of Judea and Samaria, often referred to as the West Bank.

I want you to try to imagine the outrage, the horror, the outcry, the clamouring, the gnashing of teeth that would ensue if Arabs or Muslims were told they could no longer live in certain parts of Israel - let alone their own country. Of course, that would never happen with “a more balanced approach to the Middle East.”

It’s the 1930s all over again. This time, it’s the enlightened liberal voices of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama who are telling Jews where they can live, how they can live and how far they must bend if they want to live at all.

…Israel is being reduced to “Auschwitz borders.” Jews have already been told they can no longer live in the Gaza Strip. Now they are being told they can no longer choose to live in any of the areas being set aside by international elites for a future Palestinian state.

…Obama and Clinton - and, thus, by definition, you and me, the taxpayers of the United States - have determined they will yield to the racist, bigoted, anti-Semitic demands of the Palestinian Authority that no Jews be allowed to live in their new state.

… It is the official policy of the Palestinian Authority that all Jews must get off the land! Why is the United States supporting the creation of a new, racist, anti-Semitic hate state? Why is the civilized world viewing this as a prescription for peace in the region? Why is this considered an acceptable idea? Is there any other place in the world where that kind of official policy of racism and ethnic cleansing is tolerated - even condoned?

… Now, keep in mind, there are already quite a few Arab and Muslim states in the Middle East. Many of them already forbid Jews to live in them. Some prohibit Christians as well. But now, the only Jewish state in the world, and one that has a claim on the land dating back to the days of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, is being told Jews must keep off land currently under their own control, but destined for transfer to people who hate them, despise them, want to see them dead and will not even accept living peacefully with them as neighbours.

…I say, “No more ethnic cleansing. No more official anti-Semitism accepted. No more Jew-bashing. No more telling Jews where they can live, how they can - and if they can live.”

These are no more than ugly signs of the descent into darkness.

 Follow up to, Greens’ Policies Kill and Destroy: Bush-fires devastate Victorians

[The item is about some of the anti-people, Greens’ policies of “mainstream” politicians that do end in such horrifying disaster ( and this one has hit people close to me too).]

Rudd’s statement was a declaration on the bush-fires.

Even if fire bugs did start them, the trouble is State and Federal Greens’ policies that involved politicians transferring vast tracts of land and turning them into bombs. That’s what the environmental policies amount to, and I have warned of this years ago. However they started, it is what politicians and bureaucrats have done that created the danger.

As mentioned this morning in the above article, with the Otways as an illustration, we have not seen the worst yet. It’s not only the Otways either. Next year, or the next, or the next but, there is a tremendous amount of fuel yet to go up in flames. Unless anti-people Green policies are reversed, the reality is: Victorians will have no choice but to endure another horrifying fire, and it will happen, and it can be more destructive than these fires.

Greens policies destroy, and those responsible for them should not be let off the hook. Rudd unintentionally spoke the truth.

Yesterday evening, a friend mused, the Greens are not merely ignorant, they are numbingly bereft of even remote, neuronal life.  Not that one has held otherwise. Though, anyone who is prescient, as also my friend is, doesn’t confuse brains with the Greens’ zealous, relentless pursuit of their aims.

Well, the statement of fact is another common denominator between the Greens and the “Right”. This wasn’t the point, as my friend expanded:

“Why are they saying it is ‘free’?”

At this I hesitated, and got it wrong. The reply:

“To speak of capital and dis-economies of scale, is lost on them. They don’t have an inkling of it. It is important to formulate points in terms even that lot can comprehend”.

Now, the advice applies equally to the dumbkopfs of the Right and their clunker tanks, as their facile, senile attempts to defend the CIS lobby paper for carbon taxes demonstrated with startling clarity. Then there is the awesome duo, Malcolm Turnbull and his Plagiarist in Chief Shadow Treasurer Julie Bishop.

Julie “The Confused” and “Tumbles” Turnbull run around like ping pong balls belted by two muscled types. Better still, those hitting them are not muscle men and are as intelligent as a garden worm on slow burn, Rudd and Gillard. [There is no Opposition in the Federal Parliament and, for this matter, neither is there an Opposition to John Brumby and co in Brackistan. Just a pack of blobs trying desperately to appear they have a spine.] So:

Of course the sun, wind and sea are ‘free’. They exist. The collection and conversion of the energy is not. People don’t go out to work for nothing, they do it for pay. If they didn’t need to earn, they could stay home and work in their gardens, work at their hobbies, at an intellectual interest, whatever, but these interests don’t produce and thus buy, food, clothes, housing, books, transport, medicine.

However, it’s not enough to go out and work to produce and so exchange good things. Bare hands, labouring away in itself won’t produce the sheer range of goods available. The man needs the tools to produce, and tools are capital. Who will earn the most: a man producing potatoes by ploughing and sowing land with his hands, or the man in the cabin of a massive tractor towing massive ploughing, seeding, and cropping machines?

The peasant farmer might produce enough for himself and his family and that is it. If everyone relied on the fool, they would starve. Oh, following the Greens, food in abundant quantity, continuously produced, and cheaply, is another magic pudding, it just happens, presto, it’s there. The Greens’ position is: destroy the tractor.

Tractors don’t exist ex nihilo, or just occur as if a magic pudding, either. The machines, capital goods, have to be produced. To do this requires tools to produce tools – capital goods to produce capital goods. To do this requires employees who want to be paid, to use the tools of production. But, the Greens want to destroy these too, because that is what the truth of their demented beliefs is.

Production of capital goods and consumer goods, tools and spuds, however, requires energy. There is no free energy. Energy has to be produced, and from a source that is abundant and can be converted rapidly, in massive amounts, continuously. This requires more machines and machines to make the machines. This requires employees who want to be paid, so that they can obtain goods that they value. But the Greens would wipe all this out because of their totalitarian aims, and crackpot junk they believe in.

Efficient, therefore cheap, coal based energy production can be destroyed because a magic pudding called free energy exists. The tools of energy production can thus be destroyed, and not be missed. All employed in them can be thrown onto the heap of the destitute, because the Greens know there is a magic pudding of good things that can be doled out to the sods. All the companies that would crash, because of the destruction of production of cheap energy, won’t be missed. All those thrown out will be overjoyed because they all have, if only they realised it, magic puddings at the bottom of their gardens - either that or elves.

Carbon taxes and ‘alternative energy’ is the destruction of energy. This is the Rudd Cabinet’s determined position. This is also the position of what purportedly opposes him.

In wiping all that out, they would inflict untold misery on the vast majority of Australians. They would be without energy, tools, and finally consumption goods. Disease, famine, backbreaking work, misery, and early death is the Greens’ paradise. They would do all this because they are complete blanks in economics and science, and are thoroughly soaked in crude beliefs that belong to the horrible past of primitive tribalism. Their manifesto of forced collectivism, under the heel of their “Leadahs”, Bob Brown read into the Senate in May, shows how demented these diseased bastards are.

As for Beech, either he is a Greenie or Kevin Rudd. Oh, yes, yesterday, one was restrained and generous, but this is a bloody awful mistake. Ignorance is no excuse for criminal destruction of the lives of Australians. It is not Beech, but what he stated that must be uncompromisingly smashed. There can be no quarter given to anyone who espouses such dangerous, violent, destructive positions. Indeed, it is because the Stupid “Right” gave the diseased Greens every quarter and have obliged them further by imposing a long list of their demands when in Office, the Greens have in fact advanced their position, reflected in the increase of their numbers in Parliament. 

They gave them oxygen instead of cutting it off. Funnier still, the gutless “Right” ran away from the bums. Worse, being economic ignoramuses themselves, they are not even remotely equipped to fight the treacherous Left, even if they did have the spine to do it.

What is at stake now, now in immediate danger, is the lives of Australians, their prosperity, their aspirations,  their freedoms, and their dignity. Economic destruction through scams called alternative energy and carbon taxes will do this, destroy them. It is already occurring in Europe. Companies collapsed, employees now destitute; lives endangered and immiserated because of alternative energy scams and carbon taxes. and totalitarian laws to enforce compliance. This is the truth, the truth the diseased left can and must be skewered for, and they fear the day it is done to them.

The truth the Stupid “Right” betrayed – and for what Lindsay – a fat pension fund called the CIS. The Kemps in Office – watermelon red David Kemp and the Kemp families’ unemployment office called the IPA - what a fat dole cheque it is too.

As for the HR Nicholls Society, destroying free labour markets, and destroying coal based power so that Walker and Morgan can receive billions of tax transfers to build an uneconomic nuclear power plant, and their bank vaults, completes a trifecta of reprehensible parasites. Their lousy efforts, their backstabbing, their cowardice, their arrogance, their stupidity, prepared the way for the diseased Left, and they ensured the field was voided of real talent, leaving it open so that now we have Rudd, Wong, Kim “Il” Carr, Garrett, Swann:

- About to raze Australians through carbon taxes, and alternative energy scams.

- Kim “Il” Carr pushing ahead with the master stroke to reduplicate the wonders of USSR central economic planning,  “Industry Policy”.

- To top it all off, indulging in a massive tax and squander spree, which also destroys funds that sodding modest Australians put their little all into, for production into the future – this is called savings, and Rudd and Swann will wipe them out. Savings needed for recovery,  and the elimination of accumulation of savings.

This lot, unchecked, will send Australia into, at best, a great, depression but are bent on a course that will prove more devastating than that.

Beech’s comment unmistakeably shows he genuinely believes that there is ‘free energy’. He showed no indication of recognition of what production of energy requires, and what is terrifying is, he is not alone.

The sheer numbers of young Australians brainwashed into despicable garbage is very disturbing. One great “Corrupter of Youth” is Peter Garrett. The IPA, CIS, and nepotist, cretinous “Righting” politicians and party hacks have done a great job in ensuring the great dumbing down has proceeded unhindered, at pace, successful in sheer numbers converted to the vilest beliefs that should have died with the destruction of the National Socialist regime and Hitler, Mussolini and his Fascists, and some (because of course not all have been destroyed) Communist regimes and the butchers responsible for them.

Three of them, Ian Campbell, David Kemp, and Malcolm Turnbull are directly culpable for advancing it, when they were each Minister for the Environment, the Greens’ cult of death. This was more than abuse of Australians and the Liberal Party. These three slobs, abandoned both, sacrificed them in rapturous idolatry of the Greens God of Death. We are a hot, dry, sun-drenched country, surrounded by oceans. We could not be better placed to lead the world in the development and uptake of renewable energy.

It is important to note here that we are already one of the world’s leading renewable energy producers. The MRET introduced under the Coalition Government built on existing hydro schemes to bring forward additional renewable energy projects with over 1000 megawatts of additional capacity and much more to come.

Is the bill constitutional, as the other anti-Rights Bills, constitutional is now the last line of defence. If it is allowed, what will come next is the ‘euthanasia Bill’. Though defeated in Victoria, if the abortion Bill is not overthrown, by the High Court, it will be reintroduced. The Bracks and Brumby, Orwellian titled “ABORTION LAW REFORM BILL” (2008) was passed in the lower House last week. It was put through without debate. Cabinet banned debate in Parliament on the Bill. Its cognate bill, the Bill for killing of the defenceless euphemistically called, Medical Treatment (Physician Assisted Dying) Bill 2008, was defeated on the 10th of this month. The only difference between the two bills is:

Who can be killed under each bill.

The crucial terms of each Bill were related in,

“There is a certain stench of death in this building today….”

Under each bill, it is a criminal offence for any doctor and nurse to refuse to commit killing of anyone prescribed for killing. This includes doctors and nurses who, understandably refusing to kill, refuse to refer a ‘patient’ to those who are prepared to kill.

The reasons why the killing of the born bill was defeated was because debate and free ‘conscience’ voting was permissable and it is obvious why. If, as the abortion bill, it had been rammed through Parliament most Victorians, not only doctors and nurses, would have realised the truth of the bill and would have gone for the jugular of the Cabinet.

Brumby threw in a pretence. To ensure culpability could not be sheeted home to him and his Cabinet of absolutist thugs, should it be passed, they sponsored the bill as a private members bill. They gave their support to a member of the Greens Nazi Party, one Colleen Hartland MLC. Secondly, allowed debate and a “conscience vote”. It is a cognate bill, and both Bracks and Brumby are guilty, more so since it was they who prepared the abortion bill when Catholic Steve Bracks was Premier. Mr. Fascist Slob pretending to be a saint Mr. Steve Bracks enthusiastically supported the abortion bill.

Cardinal Archbishop George Pell never said a word. Neither did he condemen Liberals under Kennett for preparing the anti-Bill of Rights, the Blasphemy and Kowtow to Mulism Fascists Bill, and the Let’s turn the STO-OPA into a crime syndicate Bills, all implemented and carried on by Steve Bracks and John Brumby and their Cabinet of lying parasites. Now that nice Mr. Christian and Devout Catholic Steve Bracks is not Premier, the Church is condemning both bills and has declared its hospitals in Victoria will be shutdown should the bill pass the upper house.

The Bills are ordered to giving the appearance of legitimacy to State ordered murder

That doctors and nurses commit criminal offences if they co-operate in any way. The Bills explicitly set out, the “State” orders them to kill on pain of criminal prosecution. All other translations of the Bills are excluded by the terms of the Bills, the “State” orders them to kill, or co-operate in killing, even by “referrals”.

In the name of Victorians, the bloody socilaist slobs in Spring Street, and their equals in the Opposition, ignorant, unprincipled Statist slobs pretending to be Liberals, will turn doctors and nurses into murderers. It’s not whom and when killed, and when ‘requested’. It is the fact all doctors and nurses must kill that is decisive. This, this makes these bills Bills for the execution of “State”pordered murder.

It is not “State” santioned killing, leaving such horrific acts to the discretion of individuals. It directs all to engage in each act. This is deliberate murder by the “State” by use of police state powers to force, on pain of punishment, all doctors and nurses to commit the deeds.

It is stark naked that every politician and bureaucrat who supports these bills, instead of forcing doctors and nurses to do it, and without the fiction of ‘legalistic’ paperwork, should:

Have the guts of their intent and walk into hospitals and homes and murder all those they decide should be killed, and face the consequence before a stiff in common law and uncompromising Judge. This is what the two bills are about.

The Premier of Victoria, John Brumby is a Liar

On radio this week, he said any who from conscience cannot commit State ordered murdered are not required to do so. Liar. They are, by aiding and abetting even if only by refusing to recommend others perpetrate “State” ordered murder. Refusal to refer to those prepared to kill is a criminal offence, as is also attempts to prevent it - even by word alone.

Neil Mitchell, last week was nasty to a caller who related the Bills are what the Nazi Party did. Mitchell replied, “Rubbish and nonsense!”. This makes the man a liar, because, pretending to be engaged in the ‘debate’ and contributing to the ‘debate’, he is unmistakeably refusing to allow history to intrude into what he and Hinch are effectively doing, running propaganda on behalf of “State” ordered murder.

Yet, we do not have to look only to the past. We also have the charnal house called the Netherlands as an example. Chirldren are now being murdered. The Dutch Government is committing what the Nazis did, killing all deemed unfit to have been born, and to live. If the Abortion Bill is passed, the euthanasia bill will be reintroduced and passed

State ordered killing is not only medical treatment but the finest expression of the Hippocratic oath! Many doctors took exception and wrote strongly worded protests to MsP against the Bill.

The Bill was defeated last week (10/9/08) 25 to 12. A comprehensive defeat, but it was a far closer run thing than the raw numbers suggest.

One of the blobs the scrofulous Right have jobbed into Liberal Party seats, Mr. David Davis, explained the next morning that the bill had not been drafted properly. He continued that if it were sent to the ‘Law Reform Commission’ (code for jackbooted thugs but this is entirely lost upon Davis) and rectified by these Kommissars, it would be passed.

Yes, it wasn’t merely a rumour, a Bill for State ordered killing was put before the Victorian Parliament. The reason why is clear enough. Examined properly it is cognate to the “Abortion Bill”. The former was raised as a ‘private member’s Bill’. It was raised, unsurprisingly by a Party of diseased Leftists, the Greens, through one Colleen Hartland MLC.

It was also totalitarian in scope for good measure, as the Orwellian abuse of language reinforces and entrenches. Consider, for example:

Section 9: No . duty to assist – A doctor is not under any duty to provide assistance under this Act but must inform the sufferer that other doctors may be willing to provide assistance. A doctor who fails to do so is guilty of an offence. Penalty – 5 penalty units

Clause 9(1): doctors who decline to provide assistance under the Bill ‘must tell the sufferer that other doctors may be willing to provide assistance’

clause 9(2): health care providers who do not provide assistance under the Bill must, on request, transfer a full copy of the patient’s relevant medical records to the new health care provider

Section 10: professional organizations and associations must not apply prejudicial pressure or penalties for things done by someone lawfully under the Bill. (The restraint also applies to health care providers, but not to providers that do not permit their facilities or associations to provide assistance under the Bill.)

Non-victimisation – Provides that a professional organisations or associations must not censure or discipline or subject to other penalty or loss, a person who assists or refuses to assist a sufferer end their life.

The expansion of clause 10 is, “prejudicial pressure or penalties for things done by someone lawfully under the Bill.”

clause 11: no-one may try to resuscitate a person who takes a drug to end his or her life pursuant to the Bill

If it had been passed, it would be a criminal offence for doctors and nurses in any hospital to refuse to aid in the killing of anyone recommended for killing (and this is the force, the selection of defenceless individuals for state ordered killing). Contrary to what those who drafted the Bill, and those who supported it in Parliament claim, doctors and nurses in being compelled to recommend those who are willing to execute State ordered killings would be by naked Government compelled to aid and abet what would be shocking crimes ordered by the administration of Brackistan.

Now this is what we have in in the Bracks-Brumby abortion Bill, state ordered killing of the defenceless, but in the womb. That is what it is, sucxking the brains out of babies, trying to poison them and if they do not die in the womb, as is done in other countries, they are strangled or cast aside to die slowly. It also has an Orwellian title:

Abortion Law Reform Bill 2008

Again, this Bill if it is passed makes it a criminal offence for doctors and nurses to refuse aiding and abetting state ordered killing of babies. Clause 8 spells this out:

“Obligation to refer woman despite conscientious objection of practitioner

“Imposes a referral obligation on registered health practitioners who have a conscientious objection to abortion. A health practitioner must refer the woman to another registered health practitioner who the practitioner knows does not have a conscientious objection to abortion.

“Obligation to perform or assist in emergency abortions to preserve life of pregnant woman despite conscientious objection of practitioner or nurse

“Notwithstanding a conscientious objection, a registered medical practitioner is under a duty to perform an abortion, and a registered nurse is under a duty to assist in the performance of an abortion in an emergency where the abortion is necessary to preserve the life of the pregnant woman.”

Observe this chilling section:

9]. Repeals section 10 of the Act dealing with the offence of child destruction.

Notes: 1. Section 10 of the Crimes Act 1958 provides –

Offence of child destruction

(1) Any person who, with intent to destroy the life of a child capable of being born alive, by any wilful act unlawfully causes such child to die before it has an existence independent of its mother shall be guilty of the indictable offence of child destruction, and shall be liable on conviction thereof to level 4 imprisonment (15 years maximum).

(2) For the purposes of this section evidence that a woman had at any material time been pregnant for a period of twenty-eight weeks or more shall be prima facie proof that she was at that time pregnant of a child capable of being born alive.

Rule of (Common) Law overthrown
For the umpteenth time, in clause 11:

“Rule of common law abolished
New section 66 formally abolishes any rule of common law creating an offence in relation to procuring a woman’s miscarriage”

This is is only one more bit of hard evidence : the increasing lawless of the Executive, and in this case with murderous intent.

When is a baby not a baby but a fetus and a fetus a baby?

The answer is whether it will be killed. If it is to be killed, then it’s a fetus. This is another monstrous abuse of lanaguage but these are the sort of expressions which the boosters use to justify the move towards state coerced killing of the unborn. Here is a chilling instance:

She and her ‘panel’, which included Kommissar of “Health” Beth Wilson. Wilson is a lawyer (surprise, surprise). Her Monash University PR blurb discloses her career has been one long burden to long suffering Victorian taxpayers. They are pro state ordered killing. Cockburn once compared abortion to removing haemorrhoids. During their shallow ‘discussion’, they interchange fetus and abortion depending on whether a baby is to be killed or not.

One of the ‘panel’ declared, ‘more babies survive today than in the past.’ Her point was, abortion reflects nothing more than mortalioty rates in vitro. Hang on a sec:

Entrepreneurs invented the first great life-saver, disinfectant. This resulted in a great reduction deaths. They then resolved how to supply new medical procdures and how to deliver them at increasingly lower prices (contrast socialist schemes such as Medicare which is very costly as the growing, long waiting lists for surgey telling reflects). Free markets and entreprenuers overcame what was a devestating blight in the past. Now we have dumbkopfs saying, ‘bring on the good old days through state ordered murder’!

Anti-Bill of Rights

It came as a shock to learn it was the Kennett Administration prepared the anti-Bill of Rights. The timing of this Bill indicates the Kennett Administration might also have prepared the Blasphemy ‘Act’. This is all on top of what they did with the STO and OPA.

While state ordered killing is an aim of the diseased Left, they have made major inroads only because of the myopic, statist Right, and thier defective economics. The grounds of the rule of common law is property rights and free economic action. It is out of these real rights are generated and thus the dignity and freedom and life of the individual is advanced. The Right haven’t failed badly on these grave matters. They are a massive intellectual and moral failure.

What has occurred in Victoria has been extensive inroads into real rights, with the upshot:

The STO and OPA is engaged in systematic larceny.
Larceny to prop up alternative energy ’scams’, and desalination plant (instead of genuine free market massive dams on rivers)
Billions squandered on Sports and entertainments

And the real Rights of Victorians ground under the feet of Statist morons and thugs. And this bleak comedy is played out in the two Bills. Under the anti-Bill of Rights, so long as a Bill meshes with that pack of elastic garbage, it’s ok and that is what is to be found in these two Bill, state ordered murder is ok becaase it can be meshed with the anti-Bill of Rights. Notice also:

By appeal to that bog paper, the anti-Bill of Rights, politicians absolve themselve of culpability for the genuinely criminal overthrow of real rights and any malevolent scheme they dream up. “It was me, it was the Bill of Rights that made me do it that’s wot”, and this the tenor of the sentimental rubbish spewed out by all behind those Bills for state ordered killing. They remain culpable.

It must not be ignpored, under the abortion ‘Bill’, it is a crime for any doctor and nurse to refuse to do as the administration dictates.

The abortion bill has been passed in the Lower House but is yet to be put to the Upper House. Under this Bill, doctors and nurses face automatic prosecution if they do not do as the slobs in Spring Street dictate, and this Bill recieved support from some of the Blobs.

The Bills are cognate. It is no accident at all that they were introduced and debated roughly simultaneously. Little dictatorial parasites enrich themselves while having effectively reduced Victoria to a one party State, and only a few short steps from outright absolutism. For good measure, to ensure the complete debauchment of Victorians, they gaily render it also a charnal house.

The best the camotose Right can do is bleat like Mary’s bloody little lamb. Well, lamb belongs on barbecues, in ovens, and in frying pans for a tasty gnosh up. Meanwhile “Red” Ted Baillieu and Michael Kroger continue to strip the Party of anyone who could be merely accused of holding genuine Liberal Principles. I fail to see how High Court Judges could rule the NT euthanasia act was lawful. When is state sanctioned killing, apart from death penalties for dangerous criminals and thus an entirely different matter, lawful? ‘Regulation’ and ‘legalisation’ of any matter is not the rule of law. They are an attack on the rule of law.

How could the High Court even consider State sanctioned killing is lawful. Indeed, how can it consider those responsible for that ‘Act’ as law abiding, decent Australians because this is what the diseased cretins in the NT Parliament are not?

Now what Catholic in name Steve Bracks prepared and now Brumby is pressing, their ‘abortion bill’, is State sanctioned killingt of babies. This is exactly what it is, the killing of fully developed babies, of individuals. To reinforce this crucial point, I’ve just listened to an American woman on the radio.

She survived an attempt to kill her in late term. What is worse, she has investigated late term abortions in America, and the findings are truly appalling. How does this sound? Babies finished off by strangulation. Others thrown aside to finish dying. Here is the punch line, she is not the only survivor of attempted state sanctioned killing of the unborn. She related there is a surprisingly large number of survivors.

Common law is the rule of law, and it is generated out of its grounds, absolute property rights. From this, free economic action, and it is these real rights that are grounds of the rule of law. This also means the individual. It is these real rights that are being overthrown.

Brackistan is already a one Party State, as the article article on the condition of the Victorian Liberal Party puts beyond question, Liberal Party News: The Victorian Division is stone dead (1/9/08). Brackistan is far down the road to absolutism, as the sheer number of “Acts” that overthrow real rights shows. In this respect, the Bill of anti-Rights is a mere formalisation of what is the case. Now we have the Rudd fascist Cabinet on top heading down the same road.

The treacherous Left are fond of telling the lie the Nazi regime and its mass murder progroms were generated out of Germany’s “Right”. Entirely false; it was a Leftist movement. Secondly, the Nazis did not invent euthanasia and eugenics.

The rise of National Socialism was the culmination of some 60 years of sliding down that road, commencing with Bismarck’s Statist policies. Bismarck believed his approach would defeat socialism. He was not only wrong; his policies prepared the way for absolutism.

The sheer damage these three plunker tanks of cranks alone have caused is incalculable. Where’s the good Professor Sinclair Davidson’s explanation? Readers eagerly await his account of why all the damage that they have caused and continue to wreak is good for Australians. Davidson can’t be a coward?

What the abortion bill and the push for euthanasia in both Brackistan and now by the Rudd administration is, is not only state sanctioned killing of the defenceless. It is also a major assault on the freedom and dignity of all Australians. An assault involving the deliberate debauchment of Australians, and to make modest Australians as culpable as they are for this shocking, disgusting descent.

Oh, yes, deception is involved in the lie that ir has the support of the modest man in the street. The tactics used that led to the Nazi progroms are the same as those used today. A persistent whittling away at the defences of the man in the street, combined with ensuring opponents were smeared and not heard, to the extent it was possible prior to 1933.

The Innoculated “Right’s” response

“Red” Ted Baillieu and the “blobbies” see nothing wrong with the ‘abortion’ bill. The “Rightwing” kerplunker tanks, as is their daily routine, are dead in their plush graveyards. It is not that they are merely incompetent in economics and defending free markets. They have no moral compass whatsoever. The Centre for Independent Studies lobbying for the destruction of Australians through Co2 taxation is another obscene indication of this.

Here we are witnessing the diseased, treacherous Left about to gain another major victory against Australians and it is all due to the venal, narcissistic, unprincipled cowards who are the ‘Right’ and are not the genuine Liberal Party of not only Victorian but also Australia wide. If these clowns had not seized control of the Liberal Party, and real talent had been promoted as MPs and advisers, the Left would not be where it is today, they would have been dead and buried long ago. Needless to say, there would be no pushes for monstrous measures.

The truth is, modest Australians loathe the left. Victorians make plain daily that they despise Bracks and Brumby and their diseased Leftist, absolutist creature called Brackistan. However, when they look at what is to the fore in the name of the Liberal Party, they see nothing better than a pack of insular clods muttering village idiot-like noises, “foine, foine, foine… can I have a lolly now?”, and give the thumbs up to increasingly naked absolutist measures. Victorians and Australians are in great peril because of this lot. Victoria and Australia are at risk of being reduced to another charnal house built out of ‘credentialled’ state ordered murder.

Media commentators have it completely wrong. Of diseased Leftists in the media the reason why is obvious. The point to observe is:

It is completely false the notion that the matter is a debate over “pro-choice” versus “pro-life”. This false stress is part of the hard Left’s weaponry used to break down resistance. This is the gambit of diseased Lefitsts, contrary to Mr. Derryn Hinch.

Hinch for example, is “pro-choice”. Recently, however, he did admit on radio that abortion “is the deliberate killing of the unborn”. Hinch is shallow, because if he worked through what follows from the admission, he would not be using 3AW as platform to boost the abortion bill. He would be vociferously attacking it.

What is crucial about the above? Hinch’s audience is the man in the street, whom the venal necrotic “Right” hold in contempt. Hinch should examine why Andrew Landeryou’s sites are a favourite of the man in the Street, and thus why the diseased Left are pushing to have his sites shut down.

Hinch is eminently qualified to be a ‘gun’ in the HR Nicholls Society, the Institute of Public Affairs, and the Centre for Independent Studies.
