Ross Garnaut has handed down his “600 page report”. He has exceeded his best efforts in telling Australians Stalinist policies are good for them and why charlatanism is much better than science. I refuse to call him Professor, for he is a disgrace to the halls of learning ( take note “Professor” Sinclair Davidson). Garnaut is not a scientist but he is supposed to be an economist.

What sort of a Professor is it who refuses to do his honour bound and well paid duty to:

1. Advance truth, but peddles intellectual fraud ?

2. The quest for truth is, in its implications, highly moral. What sort of morals is reflected in a man who, hiding underneath his cap, peddles intellectual fraud in science and economics, fraud that is horrendous in its force?

3. What sort of professor is it who trade truth for an unmitigated pack of lies, so that he can star as Rudd’s Kommissar of Greens-Stalinist right thinks?

He he has demonstrated that in his field of learning he is a now a charlatan. The Centre of Independent Studies rides the same wave as the non professor - Rudd and his Pol Potian Cabinet are running exactly the full set of falsehoods the CIS used to push for carbon taxation. However, let’s examine the purveyor of lies in a little more detail.

He was also an ambassador to, curiously enough, Peking.

Conclusions

He’s wealthy. He enjoys enjoys advantages and a pay packet the modest man cannot aspire to. Lastly, as the “Lonely Planet” connection shows, a dedicated watermelon red.

He is on the record as stating: “the challenge is to end the linkage between economic growth and emissions of greenhouse gases”. In other words, irrespective of his appointment as Rudd’s No.1 Kommissar, Garnaut is committed to not only economic destruction he is also committed to destruction of human life. It’s his personal position, being Rudd’s chief perpetrator of fraud against Australians is thus a bonus for being, in the eyes of the treacherous Left a good man.

Hell is over-populated with such worthies. It was such worthies who laid the anti-intellectual foundations of all the mass-murdering totalitarian regimes of the 20th century to the present. The worthies served them further by destroying the sciences and suppressing those who stood for truth. They began their evil deeds in the second of the 19th century. This is the tradition Garnaut now stands in.

Carbon is not a toxin. It does not behave in the way the liars pushing the garbage of man emitted Co2 causes climate change. It is crucial for species, and man to exist. These very basic facts alone condemn Garnaut. Having thus established he is a scientific ignoramus, what is his game? Why is he serving Rudd and the diseased Left when some of his major interests are due to things he will gladly see destroyed through carbon taxation?

Philip “Phuc Phil” Adams made his fortune in advertising. That Phil hates the free, capitalist West is a contradiction Phuc Phil is too gutless to resolve by removing himslef to a Stalinist hell hole of his choice. North Korea should be his destination.

Not Phuc Phil. He wishes to enjoy the high life without the inconveniences of consistency, and wishes his family to be as he is, fat capitalist pigs who preaches death and destruction only for everyone else. Is this what Garnaut’s real position amounts to?

He would not be the first. The “Spencer Street Soviet” Age’s Kenneth Davidson loves Kenneth Galbraith. Why? It must be because Galbraith’s brilliant economics is acceptable to Jo Stalin, Mao and Fidel Castro. Kenneth Davidson has lied on behalf of Chavez (in good company with Phuc Phil and Bob “Pol Pot” Brown) and other nice mass mudering vermin. Is this the sort of truth behind Garnaut, that he was chosen not because of whether he is or is not an economist but because he said the right things, the sort of things worthy of the diseased Left?

Going on the strength of Garnaut’s corrupt efforts, any who say he is a “Stalinist scumbag”, can be excused. Best of all is, if it were from someone who knows him and can reliably say, ‘that’s him’. However, he gives no reason these days to consider any better of him.

This might upset Garnaut but I don’t a give a fig. His feelings are nothing compared to the fraud he fully backs, by using his standing as a professor and by cravenly accpeting the job as Rudd’s No.1 propagandist and Kommissar for Stalinism. It shows, he is clearly in lurve with his job as chief advioser on how to impose brtual savagery on Australians. His honours and titles mean nothing at all, he shows why they count for no more than they, say, would for the Soviet regime, which also massacred communists.

This man is not a Professor. He is so appallingly bad he can be ranked as nothing more than another very wealthy member of the diseased Left, and not an Australian.

I salute Garnaut with two fingers in the wrong direction.

I have long mused on the “Right’s” absolutist inclinations. During the last few days, a bombshell was dropped into my hands. A very good source unloaded:

The Victorian Right, who have betrayed and thoroughly wrecked the Liberal Party, have been working hand in glove with the Left to impose a totalitarian regime in Victoria.

Well, that explains the incipiently totalitarian force of many a measure the “Right” have rammed down also when in Federal Office. It is exactly what is also wrong about ‘watermelon red’ “policies”, and their evisceration of the Rule of (Common) Law by displacing it with ‘positive law’. Not to put too fine a point on it but, positive law is a euphemism for the rule of dictators. All this pales before what the “Right” is guilty of in Victoria.

I had originally assumed it was Bracks and Hulls who had converted the State Trustees Office and the Office of Public Advocate into a crime syndicate. This was a false assumption. Sources not only corrected me; they explained how and why Kennett, Stockdale and their advisers did this. This shocking, criminal action against many Victorians, continued by Bracks and Brumby, is not all that the “Right” did.

It was the Kennett Cabinet and their advisers who prepared the anti-Bill of Rights. Whatever alterations Bracks and Hulls made to it are trivial. The “Bill” was fully completed by the Kennett Cabinet and their advisers, inclusive of making it a criminal offence for any Victorians to reassert their inalienable Rights against a criminal, larcenous Victorian regime by resorting to the High Court of Australia.

Things are worse than even the above suggests. While The Kennett administration asserted VCAT was to be a low cost resort in common law, in contrast to the expense of the regular courts, the reality is, they framed much legislation designed to establish VCAT as an enforcer of the diktat of thugs pretending to be MPs. Kennett and his Cabinet also prepared many legislative amendments to alter the Constitution of the Victorian Government, subverting the rule of common law and much else.

Looking at the time frames involved, and the sequence in which Bracks, Brumby, and Hulls (under both of these “Premiers”) introduced the major bills and alterations, it is highly probable the Kennett Cabinet and their advisers also devised the Blasphemy Bill. This squares with another telling detail, drawn out below. Keep in view, not all the totalitarian measures prepared by Kennett and their advisers, put through by Bracks and Brumby, required even a vote in Parliament. Many have been effected through administrative alterations - some major changes to the Constitution were effected under Bracks in this way.

The above also means:

1. The bills, amendments and alterations prepared by the Kennett Cabinet required co-operation with the Left. Thus:

2. Lawyers of both the Liberal Party and the ALP had to be involved in the drafting of each one of the totalitarian measures the treacherous “Right” planned to impose.

3. Despite mutual hatreds between leftie pseud-Liberals and the Pseudo Liberal Right headed by the likes of Kennett, Kroger, Costello, Stockdale, and their Toorak Brahman backers, these measures required cooperation between them, and with the ALP.

The reason for the following is now clear:

1. The Liberal Party has not attacked the ALP over the STO and OPA and fought to uphold the inalienable Rights of the horrendously large number of victims of the Government through those corrupted Offices, because the Liberals were not merely party to it, they set it up.

2. Why they did not attack the anti-Bill of Rights and eviscerate the Bracks cabinet over it; they prepared the Bill. Their objections to the “Bill” were only two: it was Bracks and his Cabinet and not them who rammed it down. The second, as the Hansard transcripts show, was the few, trivial additions to the Bill made by Bracks and Hulls would eliminate the joy of politicians ramming down on Victorians more totalitarian “law”; this objection rested on a point one has made several times before, explained in the next paragraph. That is correct, they were their objections, and now we know why that that is all that they objected to.

3. Why they fully supported the Blasphemy “Law”. To be sure, there were 3-5 Liberal Mps who did oppose it out of how many were there in the Kennett Parliament? Then, under Napthine, and then Doyle?

The question, as far as those lying “dropkicks” is concerned, is what I have drummed home against Bracks and Brumby, they converted Victoria into an absolutist triumvirate of Cabinet, Bureaucrats and Judiciary. The Bracks and Brumby effort is driven by neo-Marxist ideology. Yet, this is what the Kennett Cabinet, and their advisers, that included the CIS and IPA, were planning. Their objection to the anti-Bill of Rights rested on only whether Bracks’ and Hulls’ additions to the Bill in fact made the Judiciary sole dictators. That is correct; as the Hansard record shows, this was their grievance (as it were).

Parliament itself is a court of common law. It’s function is to prosecute the executive - the Cabinet and Ministers when they trend down criminal pathways and reassert inalienable rights, and common law. This function has not simply been completely betrayed by those who infest the Liberal Party but are definitely not Liberals - they are absolutist thugs. They have completely trashed that function and now we know why.

Kennett did not proceed with their totalitarian aims, why? They faced an election, Kennett’s last as Premier. The privilege, the dictator’s joy of enslaving Victorians, went to Bracks, Hulls, Brumby and the likes of Reverendress Bronwyn Pike, whom I now happily call an “Anti-Christ” in the sound meaning of that expression:

Pike is a Reverendress of the Uniting Church. The Apostolic tradition, which in reality is Catholic, entails Apostles do as Christ. The dogma of the Church is its confessional statement, the Creed. Pike is both heretic and anti-Christ. Cardinal Pell should excommunicate Bracks, along with Catholics in the “Right” who are responsible for what is nothing less than criminal actions against Victorians; no man can do all this and pretend they are a Chistian and get away with this falsehood.

A bleak irony is easily detected. Since it is the ALP who rammed down these measures, the lying parasites infesting the Liberal Party and killing it, should they win office, could say this:

‘It was the ALP who did all this. It is nasty, but, it is now “L.A.W.”, and fixed forever and ever’.

Peter Costello, as federal Treasurer used exactly this excuse to explain why he didn’t eradicate many a police state measure contained in the hideous federal Tax regime. He went on to add hundreds of volumes of decrees for good measure. Now we know why.

‘They could say it’. They cannot now, because their corrupt, dirty, rotten little secrets are now out in the open. However, their motivation is not the same as the diseased Left – psychopathic hatred of free, prosperous, capitalist West.

No, the “Right” are venal, ignorant, lust for power, conceited and hold modest Australians in contempt. In the early 1990’s, I was at a function attended by some of these good for nothing boors. They openly joked. ‘We know what it is really about - benign tyranny, the natural, true order, and it is we who must exercise power.’

There is no such thing as benign tyranny. Tyranny is always violent and leads to greater violence. In their conceit and ignorance, they genuinely see nothing wrong at all in it.

Their conflict with the Left is not over the danger the Left poses. No, they and the Left are fighting only over who will wield totalitarian power over all Australians.This suggests why Janet Albrechtsen wrote a disgusting article calling for a Nazi style coup de tat in Australia. It is understandable why the “Right” set about undermining John Howard. Howard’s crime is, he is what they are not - a genuine Liberal in his instincts.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I went into deep shock when my impeccable source dropped the bombshell. I’ve had suspicions. I have puzzled over why the ‘Right’, for all their many defects and rotten antics, show the credentials of absolutists biding their time. Now we know why; that is exactly what they are, and are deliberately working to bring their aims about.

Australians are jammed between the treacherous Left and the treacherous Right. The Left has an excuse, that is what they are ideologically committed to. The “Right” have none at all.

The “Right” have completely betrayed genuinely Liberal Party members, and strangled the Liberal party. Now we know why. Now we know why they show the same attitude to modest Victorians as does the Bracks –Brumby regime. Now we know why they do as the diseased Left does, hold Australians, free markets and all good things in naked contempt. Now we know why they never attack the Left, and continually apologise to them, and are ever so friendly with them, while they smear and defame genuine Liberals.

The Right in Victoria has travelled far down the road towards totalitarianism. They laid the foundations of the Bracks-Brumby neo-Marxist coup-de-tat. With it, the Right, and not simply those retarded, lying leftist slobs, have dealt out very savage, cruel treatment to many a Victorian. This is so shocking that words nearly fail to describe what this lot is.

Stupid people, to repeat, are cruel people. Confined to themselves, they only damage themselves and those close to them. However, as of Government, their cruelty, though they do not realise that that is exactly what they are – stupid, can hurt and ruin many and it has.

It is the lying, treacherous, and totalitarian Right that has destroyed the Victorian Liberal Party. They are also criminally guilty of shocking actions against Victorians.

It is worse than a disgrace. It is worse than a scandal. These are matters which should see the whole lot of them, ‘Liberal’ and ‘Labour’, booted out of Parliament and hauled before courts on major criminal charges. All of them responsible for it. Their advisers too. Of the “Right”, they include any in the IPA and CIS who advised them, and worked on these fraudulent and totalitarian measures. Well, that clears one thing up:

Why the Right and their “thunk tanks” don’t defend free markets. The whole lot of them, including the CIS and the IPA, can get stuffed. They are rotten, vile bastards.

The Right established a large-scale criminal operation in Victoria under -

Jeff “euthanase” the weak and the infirm” Kennett. The man who wished to starve Victorians and Australians by killing food production in Victoria for the fraud of ethanol production (a scheme that hypocrite, Andrew Bolt, supports, as his propaganda for it shows but with the twist, Bolt wishes it embraces prime agricultural land all around Australia).

Under Premier Kennett, the Right corrupted the State Trustees Office and the OPA. The Victorian Government under both Liberal and ALP administrations has been stealing the private property of many Victorians through its agent the State Trustees Office.

It looks like one victim is dead because of what they did. Certainly, the victim disappeared. Those close to the victim have not seen the victim since a day they last saw the victim. Before the victim disappeared, those close went into deep shock at both what was done to their loved relative/close,cherished friend, and the victim’s very evident suffering.

What is committed on a large scale is known all around Victoria by:

For obvious reasons, law firms. Then, doctors. Real estate agents, and other types of auction houses. Professionals who dare defend victims in the Governments Kafkaesque enforcer, VCAT, are smeared, in order to make those who are prinicipled compliant. As documented, attempts are also made to have certain parties compromise their integriety, in order to trap victims permanently.

The STO also hoovers the accounts of aged Victorians who made the mistake of naming the STO as their trustees. Over the weekend, relatives of another aged victim, who had named the STO trustees, related the STO has taken tens of thousands of dollars out of this victim’s accounts - they have finished the ‘trusteeship’. I warned them:

It might not be over. Be careful, they can resort to the “Guardianship Act” to seize total control over the victim and their property again. They went into shock on this hot but true newsflash.

The beneficiary of large scale larceny is the Victorian Government. It is telling the STO was placed by Kennett and co under the Treasurer, and not, where it should be, under the Attorney General - though this is entirely meaningless under the Kennett, Bracks and Brumby administrations.

They activley seek, in ways much like the actions of HEROC, to place as many Victorians as possible under types of Guardianship-Administrative orders. These orders subject victims and their property and victims under absolute control of the Government. This is a compelte perversion, and corruption of the true function of the STO and OPA. Mechanisms used to achieve this include the “Guardianship Act”. These mechanisms were put in place by the Kennett Cabinet, and have since been tightened by Bracks and Brumby to shut any loopholes vicitms could use to re-assert their liberty and property rights.

The Right put all this leglislation in. They did it as a major source of revenue for the Government. Their advisers included the IPA and the CIS.

Having already called for uncompromised criminal investigations into this shocking, systematic, large-scale operation, one has yet to complete the account of what Jennifer and Peter were subjected to. In the articles listed below, one has concentrated on the Bracks and Brumby Cabinets. What the STO is doing might have commenced under Cain and Kirner. What is definite is, the Right, under Kennett and Stockdale, corrupted the STO, and established it as set out in the articles written to date.

EDMONTON — In what is being called an unprecedented move, the federal government will pay Canadian pork producers $50 million to kill off 150,000 of their pigs by the fall as the industry teeters on the brink of economic collapse.

“I’m going to try to weather the storm,” he says. “We’ve been successful over 30 years … but we’re trying to reduce costs, we’re trying to buckle down and become more productive. We believe long-term that the hog business will be profitable.”

Schlegel says that is not the case for many other farmers who are facing three main obstacles. First is the unprecedented rise in the value of the Canadian dollar — now trading about par with the U.S. dollar — which means pork prices north of the border have halved. Meanwhile, feed prices have almost doubled, which Schlegel says is primarily due to ethanol demand and fuel policies. (Radio station NPR, 1/5/08).

Well, its because grain supply has been blasted and heading towards zero because of the ethanol criminal fraud. It’s a criminal fraud on a massive scale Australia’s Right supports, as one of their foghorn’s, Andrew Bolt, has made plain a number of times, and was implemented by their Rightwing heroes who stuffed the Howard Cabinet.

Bolt hears no evil, sees no evil, and speaks no evil because he is a propaganda tape recorded message for the scumbags behind a scheme that beats the also Green’s dictated ban on DDT for the sheer scale of the murderous scheme. What’s Tim Blair’s excuse?! Let’s not forget Kennett and his Rightwing buddies who, if they had their way, would have perpetrated this horrendous crime in the 1990’s, just to make Bolt’s buddies even wealthier by savaging Australians (oh, Timbo, crickets only disturb silence from you, and it’s broad daylight.)

Ah, should the scam be killed stone-dead, the Right have their fall back position, direct carbon taxes. Who can forget Hugh Morgan and his pal Ron Walker pushing for the federal Government to kill off capital in efficient, clean, coal based energy firms and shovel billions of dollars of stolen property into their bank vaults in the name of not efficient nuclear power (if it were efficient, entrepreneurial firms would build them on a genuinely free market basis).

There are also the likes of the CIS, in particular Mr. Yates and his interest in the Peony Company – based in China! The pseudo-business of this company is to rake in fortunes out of carbon taxes.

I’ve not heard Tim Blair attack the scumbags for their vicious actions against Australians. Types who claim to be ‘free market Liberals”. These are the scumbags Bolt acts for, and Blair persists in shielding, while attacking the hardcore Left for pursuing the same violent aims. But wait, there’s more joy in the morning:

Announced this morning: Rudd and his Cabinet have decided to literally cut power supply to all Australians

Rudd has announced a planned take-over of Australian coal based energy companies by an external major. Radio news reports this morning also related, this will drive up energy prices for Australians. Well, no, not on a free market basis, but the Rudd backed and planned takeover will do it. The reason it will punish Australian firms and consumers is:

The objective is to reform the Australian firms on the mercantilist definition of exchange, which ignoramuses equate with free trade. The ignoramuses are not all leftists. Many ignoramuses happen to be on the Right. Numbers of these treacherous ignoramuses happen to be Liberal MPs, and others recently retired Liberal MPs. These types, in the decade of the Howard Cabinet, pushed mercantilism. The objective is to dedicate power production to, guess whom, the regime Rudd sucks up to, the Peking Geriatric Buggery Club.

The plan is to cut supply of cheap, efficient coal generated electricity to Australians, and export the energy to Rudd’s ‘mastahs’ in Peking. That’s correct, readers, this is the grand mercantilist scheme Rudd has devised. Needless to say, and it’s a guess but a good one,there will be Rightwingers who will be in on it, to grab a slice of the billions of dollars to be stolen from Australians by the Rudd Cabinet by this fraud. After, all that’s what they are good at, aiding the hardcore Left in order to enrich themsleves by means that spell ruination for millions of Australians.

The great thing about this wheeze is, Rudd will be able to:

1. Blame a foreign company for the consequent misery it will cause.
2. Blame capitalists.
3. Blame free market economists.

To this wonderful political boon, he will be able to stir up the passions of Australians against large scale firms, and direct those passions into solid backing for what I was sure of long before he was flung into office. Rudd is a National Socialist and that is how he and his fellow dictators in Cabinet are proceeding, imposing an undiluted fascist regime. (However, the reality is, the following are to blame: the Right, their pals the Left and Kevin Rudd.)

Between the windmill fraud in Victoria, which the Right in Victoria also supports to the hilt, carbon taxes, and now this grand fascist plan Rudd has cooked up overnight, Australians are in deeper trouble than I had hitherto conceived. This is before contemplating the fact, the Left and the Right are driving towards totalitarianism - it’s just that Rudd has put the pedal to the metal and is shooting along at a few hundred miles an hour.

The Right also pump the Green lie Co2 causes no longer global warming but climate change. The mystics dropped “global warming” when this was killed stone dead by sound science, and seized on climate change. Right wing MPs pushed it when in Federal Cabinet, and they push it from the opposition benches of States’ and Federal Parlaiments. This is before we take into account their think tanks:

The CIS fully agrees with the lie, as their Humphreys’ position paper shows. The Rudd Cabinet is using their ‘case’ to justify the imposition of capital destruction via carbon taxes, which is also what the ethanol crimninal fraud is. It’s jsut that, in view of Rudd’s announcement, it will be effected far sooner than expected. I now await in anticipation for the forthcoming extravaganza: why killing efficient coal power production is economically good for Australians.

The IPA’s stance is to have a leg in both the Yay and the Nay camps. One thing it has done for some time now is to argue they can aid governments in imposing Kyoto compliant, capital smashing, immiserating ‘regulations’ the Right way. In view of Rudd’s declaration, I await their bumber extravaganza on why cutting off power the mercantilist way to Australian companies and millions of consumers is a good thing.

Spot, readers, another problem - oh darn, I only set it out during the last couple of days. Hmm let’s develop it further with another problem that follows, which is rooted in the Green cult of death and destruction and their Lie Co2 emissions cause climate change.

We have to “purchase” them with incremental compliance costs plus incremental deadweight loss that the political process might create. It is unknowable, but highly plausible, that in the expected case these would outweigh the theoretical benefits of the tax.

I do disagree with ‘theoretical benefit’. There is no theoretical benefit, for this assumes it’s rooted in sound scientific theory. It’s not, it’s root is belief in voodoo and magic. Apart from this, Mr. Manzi lists more reasons why the tax is a packet of nuclear missiles aimed at civilisation.

As for two ‘journalists’:

I am returning to the case of Jennifer and Peter, keeping in view the Victorian Government under both Liberal and ALP administrations has been stealing the private property of many Victorians through its agent the State Trustees Office. Having already called for uncompromised criminal investigations into this shocking, systematic, large-scale crime operation, one has yet to complete the account of what Jennifer and Peter were subjected to.

In the articles listed below, one has concentrated on the Bracks and Brumby Cabinets. What the STO is doing might have commenced under Cain and Kirner. What is definite is, the Right, under Kennett and Stockdale, corrupted the STO, and established it as set out in the articles written to date.

Before resuming the case of Peter and Jennifer with the remainder of the archived documents, tomorrow I will relate what the Right did. The Right are as direclty cuplable for the operations of the STO as the Bracks and Brumby Cabinets are. We will probe this. The Right, as the two leftist Cabinets, must be also subject to what is called for, an uncompromised criminal investigation with criminal charges to be levelled as indicated by the investigation. The Right are as corrupt as the Left.

The Government of Victoria (Brackistan) is operating a large-scale criminal operation, Pt.1

The “operation is the State Trustees Office”. The STO engages in large-scale confiscation of private property; savings accounts, any other capital assets they might have, and the homes of victims. They use ‘legal’ measures against their many victims to achieve their objective. What the STO is doing is no secret; it is widely known around Victoria - by law firms, accounting firms, real estate agents, and doctors. The Victorian Government, through Attorney General Hulls, under both Bracks and Brumby, is running, a large-scale criminal operation.
In the introduction, I said that a major legal “industry’ has been raised, dedicated to the advance of these criminal actions. Driving it is collusion. In this instalment, we supply direct evidence of collusion between the STO and lawyers, and that their action is sheltered by VCAT (1). Introduction

In ‘phase I’, the hostile parties concocted their entire case against Jennifer and Peter. They built up a wallpaper of lies and documents involving extensive perjury to press their aim: to steal Jennifer’s entire private property. Criminal collusion is documented. A wallpaper of lies but it is tissue thin, as readers will proceed to find out in this instalment.

Phase I is crucial to what followed. It is necessary to tie in central actions, and pin them to those responsible. It is complex to lay out, and many details have been omitted to simplify as much as possible…

The crimes were perpetrated through institutions, including a bank. How else could they have been perpetrated? Their basis is the Victorian Government, operating through its criminal syndicate the STO and its Stalinist enforcer VCAT.

I have been informed the Victorian Govt. has eliminated the paltry rights of many victims of the Governments crime syndicate. This was effected in an ‘Act of Parliament. Jennifer and Peter were lucky; their case ran before this measure came into force… under the new measure, Jennifer would not have been able to fight her case.

It is truly Orwellian what the Victorian Parliament, with the fulsome support of the cretins pretending to be Liberal MPS have done to many Victorians…

Victorian Government, : Office of Public Advocate caught red handed in commission of major crimes: perverting the course of justice.

Yesterday, I promised an explosive document. There are two of them. The two documents are direct evidence of an attempt by the OPA to pervert the course of justice. It has committed two counts of what are major criminal offences. I now warn the OPA, any attempt to interfere with evidence, internal and external, external evidence, and witnesses, are, obviously criminal offences, serious criminal offences, as are the two counts I relate now.

The Attorney General, and through him, Premier and Cabinet are responsible for the OPA, as well as STO and VCAT. The Cabinet is running a crime syndicate, which commits serious crimes. The two counts named above are not the only crimes committed in the case of Jennifer and Peter. Those other crimes, some already laid out, while others will be laid out with direct documentary evidence.

There are questions to be asked, to hurt the Bracks Cabinet and ram home what the Show Trial is about. For reasons glaringly obvious, Ted Baillieu and his fellow blobbies, pretending to be Liberal MPs, won’t ask them.

Only one further reason need be added: Ted “The Wimp” Baillieu declared the day he was made leader, “I won’t be attacking Bracks and his ministers, that’s gutter politics.” Ted confuses muckraking personal peccadilloes with bringing the Cabinet to book and, as a consequence, collecting scalps. It’s beneath him, he explained, to hurt Bracks. Then again, neither Dr.Napthine nor Mr.Doyle hurt Bracks, so Ted is standing in a fine tradition of spineless, limp wristed Leadahs.

On the other hand, even if the Leadahs relished hurting Bracks, they couldn’t. First off, you need principles, Liberal principles. Then, you have to be brighter than that lot. Lastly, you need advisers and not half-witted PR types and Krogers’ stick puppets to back you up and supply ammo. Look at Doyle, someone handed him a self propelled chainsaw with which to cut Bracks’ head off. Doyle and the advisers couldn’t find the start button – which is all they had to do, push the start button, and ‘let her rip’. I’m referring, of course, to the scandal of the Scoresby highway project funding, to which, in addition to the cabinet lying to Parliament and the public, also involved financial fraud committed by the Bracks Cabinet.

Doyle was handed the self-propelled chainsaw, incontrovertible documentary evidence of each of the Cabinet’s lies and malfeasance. He laid them out before Parliament. Bracks and co were sweating, they had been caught red-handed for the crooks that they are. They next thing Doyle had to do was to push the start button. He couldn’t find it. His advisers couldn’t find it. Michael Kroger’s stick puppets couldn’t find it. Doyle collapsed huffing and puffing from the exertion of finding the start button. Bracks and all the Cabinet Ministers involved heaved a sigh of great relief; Doyle had let them right off a very long and razor sharp hook.

Things don’t look any better over the disgusting Bracks Cabinet’s novelty, the OPI and the Show trial. Indeed, rather worse because, unlike the Scoresby fraud, this affair is one of those affairs which show up how spineless the blobbies are. They waited until Friday of last week to begin raising mild objections only – Kim Wells last Friday, Doyle on Sunday. Neither one attacked Bracks, the OPI and Nixon. Here’s their objection: ” We have said all along the OPI was the wrong way to go to deal with corruption”. Ooh, that hurt Bracks, really and troooooly. Pathetic. It is one of those matters they wait to find out whether the wind Public Reaction is blowing, and, which way it is blowing.

When Ted, his colleagues, their advisers, the Stick Puppets realised, yes, it blows and the right way, they came out, and huffed and puffed a few innocuous words. Again, typically, after such muscular exertion, nothing has been heard from them again. Bracks, again, has not been hurt. Bracks cannot, surely believe his luck to have such mighty foes. Me, I fancy a 10lb pillow biting dwarf would make a better show of it and up against Joe Frazier; at least the dwarf would go in hard and pound Frazier’s kneecaps.

The OPI Show Trial is not about corruption. The members who have been dragged through this grotesque miscarriage of justice are not corrupt. It is not because they might have dealt a bit of biff out to very dangerous vermin, who are ready to maim and kill even old grannies in the middle of a robbery. It’s something else behind it all, which, in this item we shall leave hanging.

The questions the Opposition needs to follow are in the order of:

1. Who benefits? Or, to make it plainer these days, follow the money trail.
2. Which faction in the ALP has driven the establishment of the OPI and show trials and star chambers?
3. Why has a Q.C lent his professional reputation to what is a mockery of justice, and what is his relationship to the ALP and the Bracks. Cabinet and ALP factions?
4. Why is Nixon shutting down the ARS?
5. Why did she fail in her duty to the ARS pout through this disgusting Show Trial?
6. What is the Bracks Cabinet really aiming at by this back door effort to shut down the ARS, by seeking to smear and have the public convinced the members of the ARS squad are violent criminals?
7. Who is responsible in the ALP for what is a complete usurpation of justice, law, and due process; and which faction?

These questions assume the Libs and their advisers are possessed of things they are devoid of:

Liberal Principles and spine. More troubling, the OPI Show Trial has crystallised before the public what should have been obvious to all when the Kafkaesque persecution of the Two Pastors was launched. In fact, it should have been obvious right on the day when the Bracks Cabinet even mentioned raising the Blasphemy Bill. What happened instead? The ‘Liberals’ supported it to the hilt and still do.

I keep citing the case of X and Y. This case is still running, what the Bracks Cabinet are directly responsible for, and its agents, falsely called “Public Servants”, “Trustees”, and VCAT “Judges”, is appalling. What they are doing to X and Y makes the extortion and racketeering of the Mafia look mild - why?

The Mafia are only crims, the Bracks Cabinet is in Govt. They are putting X and Y through hell. They are not the only Victorians being subjected by them to such lawless, criminal, savage treatment by the Bracks “Govt.’” And what has been the response of the Libs to it?

I’ve set the case out in detail before: Nothing. David Davies has abrogated his duty to a constituent, whose case is just the sort of case an MP, should fight in Parliament. A case, because of the further implications and principles involved, the whole Liberal Party should fight. This itself shocking, and worse, because many more Vics are being thus tortured.

Someone mused that referring to Kroger and his control of the Liberal Party could be libelous. How so? It never occurred to that individual it’s not because, it is all true. In any case, right now, I don’t give a damn. For: the case of X & Y alone demonstrates disgusting the KKR, their Toorak Political Brahman backers, and their blobby MPs are. These men and women are so unprincipled they do not, as I’ve said many times over, give a stuff about Victorians.

They don’t give a stuff the Bracks: Govt. is not merely overthrowing the Rule of Common Law, but are acting against decent, ordinary Victorians in most disgusting, shocking ways, worthy of, in fact, a totalitarian regime. The Blobby pseudo-Liberal Party have buried the case, of X and Y, and god knows how many others.

Not for them the hard muck of standing up from freedom and defence of Victorians against shocking, actions by the Bracks Government, the actions of tyrannical thugs. Oh, no and the reason is, as the “Liberals” support for the Blasphemy Law and Witch Sniffing Court shows, they are all for tyranny themselves. It is just as well that lot are too dense to appreciate, Liberal Party members detest them: for if they could, then they’d have to come to grips with why they are detested.

Hence, the questions listed above. The questions Ted and co won’t pursue because they are spineless, not Liberal, superannuated blobs pretending to be Liberal MPs.
