Mangled Thoughts

I have long mused on the “Right’s” absolutist inclinations. During the last few days, a bombshell was dropped into my hands. A very good source unloaded:

The Victorian Right, who have betrayed and thoroughly wrecked the Liberal Party, have been working hand in glove with the Left to impose a totalitarian regime in Victoria.

Well, that explains the incipiently totalitarian force of many a measure the “Right” have rammed down also when in Federal Office. It is exactly what is also wrong about ‘watermelon red’ “policies”, and their evisceration of the Rule of (Common) Law by displacing it with ‘positive law’. Not to put too fine a point on it but, positive law is a euphemism for the rule of dictators. All this pales before what the “Right” is guilty of in Victoria.

I had originally assumed it was Bracks and Hulls who had converted the State Trustees Office and the Office of Public Advocate into a crime syndicate. This was a false assumption. Sources not only corrected me; they explained how and why Kennett, Stockdale and their advisers did this. This shocking, criminal action against many Victorians, continued by Bracks and Brumby, is not all that the “Right” did.

It was the Kennett Cabinet and their advisers who prepared the anti-Bill of Rights. Whatever alterations Bracks and Hulls made to it are trivial. The “Bill” was fully completed by the Kennett Cabinet and their advisers, inclusive of making it a criminal offence for any Victorians to reassert their inalienable Rights against a criminal, larcenous Victorian regime by resorting to the High Court of Australia.

Things are worse than even the above suggests. While The Kennett administration asserted VCAT was to be a low cost resort in common law, in contrast to the expense of the regular courts, the reality is, they framed much legislation designed to establish VCAT as an enforcer of the diktat of thugs pretending to be MPs. Kennett and his Cabinet also prepared many legislative amendments to alter the Constitution of the Victorian Government, subverting the rule of common law and much else.

Looking at the time frames involved, and the sequence in which Bracks, Brumby, and Hulls (under both of these “Premiers”) introduced the major bills and alterations, it is highly probable the Kennett Cabinet and their advisers also devised the Blasphemy Bill. This squares with another telling detail, drawn out below. Keep in view, not all the totalitarian measures prepared by Kennett and their advisers, put through by Bracks and Brumby, required even a vote in Parliament. Many have been effected through administrative alterations - some major changes to the Constitution were effected under Bracks in this way.

The above also means:

1. The bills, amendments and alterations prepared by the Kennett Cabinet required co-operation with the Left. Thus:

2. Lawyers of both the Liberal Party and the ALP had to be involved in the drafting of each one of the totalitarian measures the treacherous “Right” planned to impose.

3. Despite mutual hatreds between leftie pseud-Liberals and the Pseudo Liberal Right headed by the likes of Kennett, Kroger, Costello, Stockdale, and their Toorak Brahman backers, these measures required cooperation between them, and with the ALP.

The reason for the following is now clear:

1. The Liberal Party has not attacked the ALP over the STO and OPA and fought to uphold the inalienable Rights of the horrendously large number of victims of the Government through those corrupted Offices, because the Liberals were not merely party to it, they set it up.

2. Why they did not attack the anti-Bill of Rights and eviscerate the Bracks cabinet over it; they prepared the Bill. Their objections to the “Bill” were only two: it was Bracks and his Cabinet and not them who rammed it down. The second, as the Hansard transcripts show, was the few, trivial additions to the Bill made by Bracks and Hulls would eliminate the joy of politicians ramming down on Victorians more totalitarian “law”; this objection rested on a point one has made several times before, explained in the next paragraph. That is correct, they were their objections, and now we know why that that is all that they objected to.

3. Why they fully supported the Blasphemy “Law”. To be sure, there were 3-5 Liberal Mps who did oppose it out of how many were there in the Kennett Parliament? Then, under Napthine, and then Doyle?

The question, as far as those lying “dropkicks” is concerned, is what I have drummed home against Bracks and Brumby, they converted Victoria into an absolutist triumvirate of Cabinet, Bureaucrats and Judiciary. The Bracks and Brumby effort is driven by neo-Marxist ideology. Yet, this is what the Kennett Cabinet, and their advisers, that included the CIS and IPA, were planning. Their objection to the anti-Bill of Rights rested on only whether Bracks’ and Hulls’ additions to the Bill in fact made the Judiciary sole dictators. That is correct; as the Hansard record shows, this was their grievance (as it were).

Parliament itself is a court of common law. It’s function is to prosecute the executive - the Cabinet and Ministers when they trend down criminal pathways and reassert inalienable rights, and common law. This function has not simply been completely betrayed by those who infest the Liberal Party but are definitely not Liberals - they are absolutist thugs. They have completely trashed that function and now we know why.

Kennett did not proceed with their totalitarian aims, why? They faced an election, Kennett’s last as Premier. The privilege, the dictator’s joy of enslaving Victorians, went to Bracks, Hulls, Brumby and the likes of Reverendress Bronwyn Pike, whom I now happily call an “Anti-Christ” in the sound meaning of that expression:

Pike is a Reverendress of the Uniting Church. The Apostolic tradition, which in reality is Catholic, entails Apostles do as Christ. The dogma of the Church is its confessional statement, the Creed. Pike is both heretic and anti-Christ. Cardinal Pell should excommunicate Bracks, along with Catholics in the “Right” who are responsible for what is nothing less than criminal actions against Victorians; no man can do all this and pretend they are a Chistian and get away with this falsehood.

A bleak irony is easily detected. Since it is the ALP who rammed down these measures, the lying parasites infesting the Liberal Party and killing it, should they win office, could say this:

‘It was the ALP who did all this. It is nasty, but, it is now “L.A.W.”, and fixed forever and ever’.

Peter Costello, as federal Treasurer used exactly this excuse to explain why he didn’t eradicate many a police state measure contained in the hideous federal Tax regime. He went on to add hundreds of volumes of decrees for good measure. Now we know why.

‘They could say it’. They cannot now, because their corrupt, dirty, rotten little secrets are now out in the open. However, their motivation is not the same as the diseased Left – psychopathic hatred of free, prosperous, capitalist West.

No, the “Right” are venal, ignorant, lust for power, conceited and hold modest Australians in contempt. In the early 1990’s, I was at a function attended by some of these good for nothing boors. They openly joked. ‘We know what it is really about - benign tyranny, the natural, true order, and it is we who must exercise power.’

There is no such thing as benign tyranny. Tyranny is always violent and leads to greater violence. In their conceit and ignorance, they genuinely see nothing wrong at all in it.

Their conflict with the Left is not over the danger the Left poses. No, they and the Left are fighting only over who will wield totalitarian power over all Australians.This suggests why Janet Albrechtsen wrote a disgusting article calling for a Nazi style coup de tat in Australia. It is understandable why the “Right” set about undermining John Howard. Howard’s crime is, he is what they are not - a genuine Liberal in his instincts.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I went into deep shock when my impeccable source dropped the bombshell. I’ve had suspicions. I have puzzled over why the ‘Right’, for all their many defects and rotten antics, show the credentials of absolutists biding their time. Now we know why; that is exactly what they are, and are deliberately working to bring their aims about.

Australians are jammed between the treacherous Left and the treacherous Right. The Left has an excuse, that is what they are ideologically committed to. The “Right” have none at all.

The “Right” have completely betrayed genuinely Liberal Party members, and strangled the Liberal party. Now we know why. Now we know why they show the same attitude to modest Victorians as does the Bracks –Brumby regime. Now we know why they do as the diseased Left does, hold Australians, free markets and all good things in naked contempt. Now we know why they never attack the Left, and continually apologise to them, and are ever so friendly with them, while they smear and defame genuine Liberals.

The Right in Victoria has travelled far down the road towards totalitarianism. They laid the foundations of the Bracks-Brumby neo-Marxist coup-de-tat. With it, the Right, and not simply those retarded, lying leftist slobs, have dealt out very savage, cruel treatment to many a Victorian. This is so shocking that words nearly fail to describe what this lot is.

Stupid people, to repeat, are cruel people. Confined to themselves, they only damage themselves and those close to them. However, as of Government, their cruelty, though they do not realise that that is exactly what they are – stupid, can hurt and ruin many and it has.

It is the lying, treacherous, and totalitarian Right that has destroyed the Victorian Liberal Party. They are also criminally guilty of shocking actions against Victorians.

It is worse than a disgrace. It is worse than a scandal. These are matters which should see the whole lot of them, ‘Liberal’ and ‘Labour’, booted out of Parliament and hauled before courts on major criminal charges. All of them responsible for it. Their advisers too. Of the “Right”, they include any in the IPA and CIS who advised them, and worked on these fraudulent and totalitarian measures. Well, that clears one thing up:

Why the Right and their “thunk tanks” don’t defend free markets. The whole lot of them, including the CIS and the IPA, can get stuffed. They are rotten, vile bastards.

The Right established a large-scale criminal operation in Victoria under -

Jeff “euthanase” the weak and the infirm” Kennett. The man who wished to starve Victorians and Australians by killing food production in Victoria for the fraud of ethanol production (a scheme that hypocrite, Andrew Bolt, supports, as his propaganda for it shows but with the twist, Bolt wishes it embraces prime agricultural land all around Australia).

Under Premier Kennett, the Right corrupted the State Trustees Office and the OPA. The Victorian Government under both Liberal and ALP administrations has been stealing the private property of many Victorians through its agent the State Trustees Office.

It looks like one victim is dead because of what they did. Certainly, the victim disappeared. Those close to the victim have not seen the victim since a day they last saw the victim. Before the victim disappeared, those close went into deep shock at both what was done to their loved relative/close,cherished friend, and the victim’s very evident suffering.

What is committed on a large scale is known all around Victoria by:

For obvious reasons, law firms. Then, doctors. Real estate agents, and other types of auction houses. Professionals who dare defend victims in the Governments Kafkaesque enforcer, VCAT, are smeared, in order to make those who are prinicipled compliant. As documented, attempts are also made to have certain parties compromise their integriety, in order to trap victims permanently.

The STO also hoovers the accounts of aged Victorians who made the mistake of naming the STO as their trustees. Over the weekend, relatives of another aged victim, who had named the STO trustees, related the STO has taken tens of thousands of dollars out of this victim’s accounts - they have finished the ‘trusteeship’. I warned them:

It might not be over. Be careful, they can resort to the “Guardianship Act” to seize total control over the victim and their property again. They went into shock on this hot but true newsflash.

The beneficiary of large scale larceny is the Victorian Government. It is telling the STO was placed by Kennett and co under the Treasurer, and not, where it should be, under the Attorney General - though this is entirely meaningless under the Kennett, Bracks and Brumby administrations.

They activley seek, in ways much like the actions of HEROC, to place as many Victorians as possible under types of Guardianship-Administrative orders. These orders subject victims and their property and victims under absolute control of the Government. This is a compelte perversion, and corruption of the true function of the STO and OPA. Mechanisms used to achieve this include the “Guardianship Act”. These mechanisms were put in place by the Kennett Cabinet, and have since been tightened by Bracks and Brumby to shut any loopholes vicitms could use to re-assert their liberty and property rights.

The Right put all this leglislation in. They did it as a major source of revenue for the Government. Their advisers included the IPA and the CIS.

Having already called for uncompromised criminal investigations into this shocking, systematic, large-scale operation, one has yet to complete the account of what Jennifer and Peter were subjected to. In the articles listed below, one has concentrated on the Bracks and Brumby Cabinets. What the STO is doing might have commenced under Cain and Kirner. What is definite is, the Right, under Kennett and Stockdale, corrupted the STO, and established it as set out in the articles written to date.

So, readers can refresh their memories, and this week, we will complete the account of Jennifer and Peter. Then, we will turn to more shocking revelations, and cases.

Victorian Government has eliminated the inalienable rights of some Victorians

(By some Victorians, I man a very large3 number of Victorians who are victims of this tyrannous regime to which the “Right” is a direct party and partner in).

The occasion for Rudd’s announcement of his grand vision to completely ruin Australians yesterday was another one of those obnoxious ‘National/International Days” dedicated to inane cults. Yesterday’s was dedicated by ‘deah leadahs’ all over the world and the Maximums Super Plus ‘deah leadahs, the venal bludgers in the UN. It was cultic sacrifice in the death cult of the Greens day, euphemistically called, “World Environment Day”.

Rudd commenced his grandiloquent speech by saying,

It is an important time for us all to recognise that our future economic prosperity is intimately linked with the ongoing health of our environment. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the challenge of climate change because the impacts of climate change will have serious
and irreversible economic consequences for the entire planet, apart from environmental consequences.

Proving himself a delinquent child, for example – “Increasing demand is not just pushing up petrol
prices. It is also threatening the environment.” When I was child it was a punishable offence to utter such mystical tripe. Laying out his corporatist take-over of Australia, he zeroed in on his plan for a “new age” car and, yes, he has a grand plan to build them, with which he concluded his speech,

Innovation will be central to a new car plan for Australia, so will the needs of working families, working Australians and those doing it tough. We will boost our manufacturing capacity. We will be protecting our environment. It will be a plan for the future. It will be a plan for the long-term future and a plan for a new generation of greener, more fuel-efficient cars.

Rudd must have up-dated his volumes, “the quotable Mussolini” and, “IL Duce did in the Italians His Way”. Up-dated? Oh, I only mean the language, nothing much else. Here is Brendan “Killer” Nelson bleating with all the fury Mary’s little baa lamb can muster:

This World Environment Day is an important day—as should be every day—for us to
pause and reflect on the impact that human activity is having on our environment.

You can see why I began teetering on my chair and, darn, did he plagiarise Rudd’s opening? Did you spot it, that which I related in, “Kevin Rudd’s Totalitarian Grand Plan”, about “human activity”. Yes, Sir, the quickest way to stop the great evil of human “activity” is to decree every man, woman, and child commit suicide by, oh, 10 in the morning Sunday. Failure to do so will be met with arrest, conviction and a fine, followed by a “painless” and “costless” bullet.

In his introductory paragraph, Nelson immediately put his awesome knowledge of capital on show, and that was when I nearly fell out of my chair:

It is time for our generation as Australians and as global citizens to begin to adjust to living on environmental interest instead of capital. It is about us beginning to adjust to the environmental deadlines that are bearing down on us.

There is something about the first sentence of the next paragraph that seems odd. I can’t quite put my finger on why so I’ll throw it in just in case:

Symbolism is important, but it is substance that counts.

I can’t help but ponder whether Nelson is trying to best Rudd in the “Up the Mussolini Ante Stakes”. Saying how much he enjoyed, when a Minister in the Howard cabinet, collectivising Australians to ’serve the environment’ is more than suggestive. The National Socialist Party, communists, the Stalinist regime of Russian, Mussolini and his socialist party all believed and asserted that what they did was to make the world and their countries “better”. Theirs was as high a moral notion as Brendan’s and Rudd’s is (they must be twins):

There was, amongst many things, more than $5 billion invested in the Natural Heritage Trust, with more than 800,000 Australian volunteers, reflecting the goodwill in this community and the deep concern for environmental preservation, who worked the length and breadth of Australia from our cities and suburbs to regional and rural Australia to do everything they possibly could to support our local communities and local environment, knowing that in the end that would make a better Australia and a better world.

Nelson, that wasn’t investment. It was theft of capital from their lawful owners and throwing it down a sewer. That is what you, and your fellow ‘watermelon red’ colleagues, David Kemp, Malcolm Turnbull and Ian Campbell did as Ministers. To ram it home: no government expenditure is investment, it is consumption, but this is beyond Nelson’s limited comprehension. The German National Socialist Party, who were also fanatical ‘greenies’, and communists could have said this too:

We also contributed significantly to and invested in the preservation of species and habitat protection. None of us should ever forget that we human beings are but one species on this planet which we share with others. We also…

They successfully obliterated many a man and, funnier still, beasts, because they elevated ‘nature’, and put that load of codswallop on an equal footing with man.

Heck, I assumed only the, Greens, Rudd, Garrett, Kemp, Turnbull and Campbell held and uttered such undiluted, infantile bilge. Continuing to show his Nobel Prize winning mastery of theory of capital, he let’s rip with this cringe inducing pearl:

it is one thing to capitalise upon the understandable and widespread community support in this country, supported by our side of politics, to genuinely face the challenge of climate change. But it is not leadership to equally capitalise upon the widespread level of ignorance in our community about what that is actually going to cost.

He then makes a promise he cannot keep:

We will also ensure that we stand up for what is right in the sense of Australia’s long term future, and we will ensure that we have viable industries in this country to provide that which we need as a nation, to export to the rest of the world and to provide jobs for Australian families and their children.

I nearly called him a liar but that would be to tell a lie. The man genuinely has no inkling about what cutting Co2 emissions is, destruction of capital. He has no inkling at all that he does not know what he is talking about. The man, or rather- to follow his own statement, the beast does not appreciate what many others can readily appreciate. It is worth repeating, stupid people are dangerous, particularly when they are in a position in Parliament and ‘Government’.

Aaargh, I’m finding it ‘hard work’ enduring his rubbish again, so let’s finish with Nelson uttering his last self-condemnation:

I do not know what planet our environment minister is on, but it is not planet Earth. On World Environment Day, our environment minister is so concerned about the rapid rate of uptake of solar power in Australian households that he wants to put a brake on it.

What is strange is Nelson is a GP, which means he studied science. He is in fine company, so was Chavez hugger Dr. Bob Brown. They probably worship at the same Green’s gum tree sacrificial altar to the god of death and destruction, Mot.

Brendan Nelson, is the “Federale” version of “Red” Ted “the Toorak Village Idiot” Baillieu. What is terrifying is, most of the Liberal MPs in both houses of Parliament are his equal, which leads me to a correction:

I once wrote, when Helen Kroger takes up the safe Senate seat that the Kroger-Costello gang jobbed her into, the temperature will dive below freezing. I apologise to the MPs. All she will do is take it down a few degrees; the Liberal party is already minus 30.

The Rudd fortune wasn’t made because the little man’s in brown shorts wife is an entrepreneur. They are professional parasites. Theresa’s $50millions was made by States and Federal Governments ‘employment laws’ and, for good measure, stripping real wealth generators of hundreds of millions per annum per Government and throwing it at “personnel firms”. Government regulation and the right connections made that pair of leftist brats’ massive fortune. The Rudds have been well connected, with Kev having been a No.1. banana bender of a bureaucrat.

Otherwise, Kevin Rudd is a buffoon but a dangerous one. There is one principle he holds to, power for himself. Thanks to the clowns and wreckers the Right, that buffoon is Prime Minister, backed by a cabinet of hot red leftists, and central planners. Thanks to the Right, Australians can now look forward to economic ruination and being taken by Rudd into dangerous waters overseas. I’ve said this before, and will say it again; Rudd and his cabinet of “brown shorts” will most likely land Australians into boiling seas.

The best diplomats are not governments and bureaucrats and politicians, they are entrepreneurs engaged in free market activity. I had an interesting conversation a number of years ago with one of the chiefs of a major corporation. He was responsible for major investments in a number of other countries. The conversation touched on certain matters and, accordingly, out of interest, I asked him: “If it were possible, which would you prefer, to run in countries without the govt’s department of Foreign Affairs, Trade, and other agencies or with them involved?” He replied:

“We wish they would stick clear, and we avoid them to the extent we can. They succeed in stuffing things up, and creating tensions that did not exist. It’s awkward at times, but we have to work and co-operate with our overseas counterparts. We engage people in other countries. We deliver to them many benefits, capital, jobs, and products. We, obviously, have opened up good exchange between Australians and their peoples.”

He made plain they also manoeuvre to avoid the interference of parasites in other countries too, noting the propensity of politicians in those countries to blight the lives of those whom they work with and their customers in general. Yet, we have a shocking demonstration of the point right on our doorstep. From Gough Whitlam, through to the Howard cabinet, and now to Rudd, politicians and bureaucrats have thoroughly ruined Papaue New Guinea.

Gentlemen I’m acquainted with have either closed down factories, or killed plans to build new, large-scale factories. They didn’t wish to, and they felt miserable because they are fond of the people they worked with, those who worked for them, and their families. What Australian politicians and bureaucrats have done is to smash the Papuan New Guineans into the ground, and reduce them to mendicancy, ably abetted by Oz cretinous judges, as in the case of BHP operations. Oz politicians have done an excellent job in reproducing themselves. Papuan New Guinea politicians and bureaucrats are worthy inbred cousins.

Ah, there is that dumbkopf, Hatfield-Dodds rabbiting on about economic growth is a determined given. He can explain how Oz politicians have reduced many of our near neighbours to misery and worse. This is besides the recessions and depressions Oz politicians and bureaucrats have bestowed many times on Australians, because of their statist propensities and stupidity – borne of economic ignorance – ah, Hatfield-Dodds is well qualified to consult Cabinets. Hmm, Treasurer Wayne Swann explained, the Papaun New Guineans are only bloody natives and enjoy being kept in squalor by mendacious politicians.

Coming from one of the Corporation’s top men, that is a very damning statement on the ‘foreign affairs’ antics of government and bureaucrats. His statement confirmed my intuitions but it was most interesting to hear a heavyweight entrepreneur sum up the real diplomats of the world versus the proverbial bull in a china shop called government.

Within a few short months Rudd and his professional corrupter of youth, Peter Garrett have used gunboat diplomacy against the Japanese over whaling, as they licked Pekingese boots. How much damage have they done toward Japan? This morning, headlines screamed Canberra’s bureaucrat’s in FO are bumbling around in a panic trying to work out how to repair the damage.

The Japanese friends of the real diplomats won’t, of course, blame their Australian friends. They realise the nastiness is all from the Right’s 2nd degree cousins, Rudd and his circus troupe. Even so, it is conceivable Rudd and Co can worsen relations. Any genuine real Liberal, to be presumptuous, would be disgusted by the antics of Rudd and the “brown shorts”.

Over the Easter break, a news report delivered a high voltage shock. It was Rudd’s declaration that he will swing Australia’s “middle power” weight around the international stage. The bull has decided to run into a large number of China shops. Not satisfied with threatening to demolish real diplomacy, dissatisfied with this promising criminal development, he has in the last few days announced he will bond Australia even tighter to the UN.

Rudd has all the virtues of a good dictator - worship of nature, power hungry, and vain. Vanity propelled the Germans to inflame the world twice. Here is little Rudd wielding incendiaries. Someone find him a tin hat with a pretty spike on top, and ram it somewhere unmentionable.

He wants a seat on the “UN Security Council”. The immediate reaction was, “Oh, this means he is about to steal a few more squillions out of real taxpayers”. Well, he was honest on this, for the next day he came out and said, “A seat on the UN won’t come cheap…”Of, course, if he wants the ‘seat’ so badly, he can take up the Rudd Family’s $50millions and buy it himself.

It cannot be ignored, the UN parasites do have world dictator ambitions and the likes of Rudd are just the types to help them to it. This is aside from, the UN’s funding of Islamo terrorists and ‘schools’ which brain wash Arabs into Islamo fascism and terrorism, with martyrdom the highest career ambition, and destruction of the West and Israel very noble aims instilled into children. Then there is the rotten, savage record of the UN in other countries. The best policy is to do what the US nearly did, pull the plug on the UN.

Let the UN scream, stamp their feet, so what. They deserve worse. What really disturbs the UN, however, is fear that countries will wake up and cut the fund pipes which run from hard pressed real taxpayers straight into the bank vaults of the parasites who stuff the UN. But no, stupid Kevin Rudd is going to plunder Australians for untold hundreds of millions of dollars per annum so that he can play at being Grand World Pooh Bah. This is the ‘man’ the Right flung into Office.

Playing international brinkmanship, binding Australia even more tightly to the UN heightens dangers. It is stark naked the UN has fomented real strife around the world, bringing large scale death and destruction, and dragging Westerners into the maelstroms the UN foments and then fans.

Rudd and his Cabinet of Brown shirts will inflict great pain on Australians. He is a dangerous buffoon. He is the Right’s close cousin, 2nd degree. It shows; he is a congenital idiot too. Congenital idiots are very nasty, little juvenile delinquents. Face it readers, while the Right desire ‘power too’, they nonetheless cling to their Leftists cousins, because they need each other. Without each other, the gravy train of ‘government’ crashes into a brick wall.

The real diplomats will find their ‘irritation’ increased. Thanks to the Right, through Rudd, they will be forced to wear a ‘cooling’ of relations. That is my assessment - Rudd will deliver unpleasant surprises and each one will detonate in all the wrong places.

My assessment of Rudd was formed while he was on the Opposition benches. He is rapidly confirming that assessment.

I was shocked to learn Alexander Downer tried to convince Howard to buy him a seat on the UN “Security Council”. Downer blithely ignored the Department of Foreign Affairs, under his watch, was funnelling taxpayers money into the UN’s program of brainwashing Arab children into Islamo-fascism and terrorism. I once formed a good assessment of Downer as Cabinet Minister. Since the election defeat, he has shown me totally wrong. He is Adelaide Brahman through and through. He would have been a complete disaster if he had managed to become Prime Minister.

Oh, and the Peking Olympic Games: the usual buffoons have described it as opening China up to the world, and bringing people together. Rubbish on both counts.

China has been opened up by the real diplomats. The internet has aided this by, of course, swift, real time communications.

The Games are a Statist indulgence, which comes at the expense of investment, to the burden of those forced to pay for “Romaneconomics”.

But, I see what the socialistos mean: real liberty and exchange is evil, for that means millions of people voluntarily, happily doing things statists can never accomplish. And the truth hurts statists : free markets, economic freedom is the great falsification of the lie, Govt. is the precondition of civilisation. It is a lie charlatans called sociologists purvey. It is completely false.

Statists regard inidviduals with contempt. Only the collective lumpenmasse counts for them. This is why the Right and the Left have reduced schooling to an exercise in turning out good little serfs, matched by ‘dumbing down’ and brainwashing children in such mysteries as the beliefs of the Greens. Hell, what Rightwing or Leftist politician worth his salt wishes to face voters who won’t brook being taxed into pauperism and having their real rights and liberty overthrown by capricious, blood sucking parasites?

What do the CIS and IPA have in common? Answer: Hugh Morgan. Besides destroying WMC, then wrecking the campaign for labour market reform and inflicting great damage on the Liberal Party, what other little destructive schemes is he involved in? The answer is, ‘alternative energy’ scams.

The CIS is less than candid with the Australian public, and its donors. It, in fact, has a direct conflict of interest, detonating on its seniors’ full endorsement of Humphrey’s very defective paper, “Exploring a Carbon Tax for Australia”. The conflict is this: direct pecuniary interests in ‘alternative energy’ and ‘carbon credits trading’.

The upshot is the CIS has no credibilty at all, marked by a blatant and yet idiotic attempt to conceal their conflict of interest in what is a very serious matter. It is a matter that if executed by the Rudd Cabinet, means real misery for millions of Australians and real capital destruction on a massive scale. The dishonesty of the CIS is deliberate.

There are those who, when they have read this article, might even add, “they have deliberately committed intellectual fraud, in a lame attempt to conceal their real interests.” What the CIS has done is very bad. Read on and find out why.

A fascinating snippet.

A director of the CIS, Mr. Peter Yates, has an immediate vested interest in one of the scams. Mr. Yates is also a director of the ‘carbon credit trading company’, Peony Capital. Does anyone else involved in the CIS have a vested interest in Peony, and also any other scam called an ‘alternative energy’ or ‘credit trading’ pseudo-business?

Bill Gates and his wife supplied the funds for Peony. One never questioned Gates the entrepreneur who revolutionised the computer, delivering a great machine right into the home. Outside his forte, he has shown a propensity to silliness, even stupidity. Gates takes up leftists causes. Or, perhaps, he just wishes to feel loved. His cave in to”Global warming” is a nasty indication of shallowness, a nastiness heightened by his decision to back the fraud of ‘carbon credits’ and ‘trade’ in them.

Sucking up to the US Democrats hasn’t paid off, since they punished Microsoft or, rather, through Microsoft consumers of its products. What the Clintons and their fellow Stalinistos do, the Euro socialists adopt, and they stuck the knife in further, as the latest Euro kangaroo court ruling against Microsoft shows. It’s plain why: Bill Gates didn’t hand over a big enough bribe to the Clintons and Al Gore. Yet, Gates persists in appeasing leftists.

Peony is, curiously, based in China. How convenient, given Kevin Rudd is attacking allies such as Japan, while bending low over for the Peking Geratric Buggery club. All this and preparing to impose ‘carbon credits’ on Australians. It’s more than convenient, its a cosy set up for those who are about to fill their bank accounts on the back of another massive fraud. The purpose of Peony is to clean up in “carbon credit trading” and not capital investment in real free market production. Peony’s website is at least honest about the thuggery it was set up for:

Ron Walker and Hugh Morgan; their ‘alterantive energy scheme’ to get hold of billions of dollars out of hard taxed Australians, courtesy of their best mates - ALP Governments.

With his mate Ron Walker, already wealthy thanks to the racket called the Grand Prix, Morgan too wants to be made wealthier than he already is via professional dole bludging. How? Morgan and his fellow scumbag called Ron Walker want the Federal Government to rob modest real taxpayers of their hard-earned pay and transfer the proceeds into their fat bank accounts through an ‘alternative energy’ racket, in the form of nuclear power generation.

The coal fired electricity plants are clean, low cost, very efficient, marked by the sheer capacity supplied at low prices – that would be even lower if it were not for Australia’s politicians and bureaucrats. Walker and Morgan consider themselves fine Liberal Party members. Ordinary members, and most modest Australians know what they, and their pals the likes of Costello and Kroger really are. Morgan considers himself a great defender of classical Liberalism and, crucially, classical economics. What Morgan really is shows up how delusional he is in this conceit.

Remember, Morgan is the man who in 2005 puckered up to ABC TV cameras, in the odd belief the camera loved him. ABC TV cameras did, as Morgan destroyed the campaign for Labour market reform and the Liberal Party’s 2008 re-election chance in a matter of a few minutes.

Morgan has showed his colours. He is not a genuine Liberal at all. He, as his pals, doesn’t give a stuff about economic liberty and general Liberal principles at all. They are concerned with only one thing, themselves. Neither does he give a stuff about the damage he has inflicted on many Australians, nor the economic destruction that can be wrought by satiating the Green Goddess of Death.

Not Hugh Morgan. No, with his fellow parasite called a Ron Walker, Hugh Morgan puckered up once more for the cameras, last year. He and Ronnie “Biggs” Walker announced through the media they were setting up a nuclear power company.

Ronnie “Biggs” Walker is no more an entrepreneur than Morgan is. He is cheify weify, for example, of the Fairfax communist propaganda rag, The Age. The Age was saved from a well-deserved fate, bankruptcy and closure, courtesy of Ron’s two other close pals, Steve Bracks and Brumby. Those two thugs shovel mountains of taxpayers stolen pay packets to prop up the Spencer Street Soviet’s “Pravda”.

It’s funny really, a ‘Liberal’ in charge of a Stalinist organ, which makes ‘profit’ courtesy of the larceny of the Bracks-Brumby Cabinets. A ‘Liberal’ who appointed the Trotskyite Jaspan editor of ‘Pravda’. A ‘Liberal’ who has made another fortune by the same type of mechanism, Bracks and Brumby transferring millions of stolen property into his pockets, using that exercise in economic cretinism, the Grand Prix as an excuse. Walker and Morgan expected Morgan’s mate, Peter Costello, to do for them what Bracks and Brumby have done so generously for Walker.

It might seem sad their hopes were dashed when Howard was defeated, and their fellow rightwing parasite, Peter Costello, denied his ambition, ‘power’. It’s not sad; Ron Walker has obvious advantages as Morgan’s partner. Walker shows how you can suck up to leftists and do splendidly: “Hughie; you’ll see, Rudd will come round and fund our nuclear energy company; the left are my best bed pals.”

What has to happen for their scheme to get up is not only Rudd transferring hundreds of millions per annum into their coffers. The economically efficient coal fired electricity production firms have to be priced out of existence. In their media conference, Ron and Hugh said just that: the government should force the price of coal generated electricity up to a level that makes sinking funds into nuclear power plants viable. This amounts to three things.

It’s a direct subsidy, through govt. using coercion to force prices up, and that is before other types of transfers. Capital destruction, and not only of the coal based energy companies. The coerced immiseration of Australians, from the cut in power supply, to shouldering the consequences of economic carnage, including more unemployed Australians. Why is the Centre for Independent Studies supporting the destructive carbon tax?

Next to the destruction of capital and the immiseration of millions of Australians due to the ‘alternative energy’ scams and ‘greenhouse gas reduction’ fraud, the rub is clear. The racketeers behind ‘windmill’ and ‘ethanol’ ‘firms are being made wealthy due only to coercion by State’s and Federal Govts.

After all, without the violence of coercion, those schemes don’t in free markets survive a casual idea tossing and binning it session. To mark this, Bracks and Brumby compelled all Victorians by an “Act of Parliament” to directly subsidise the windmill fraud they set up. Now Victorians have to pay for another fraud cooked up between Bracks and Brumby, the ‘desalinisation plant’.

What is the definition of ‘alternative energy’?
Answer: an excuse for an already wealthy, bi-partisan oligarchy to enrich themselves many times more by seizing real taxpayers’ private property.

How the ‘alternative energy swindles are mounted.

Faced with those bare facts, we see the difficulty faced by the racketeers. It’s not simply that their fraudulent operations could never be established in free markets. Most Australians would be very hostile at any attempt to impose them. The ‘bosses’ ( they put the Mafia to shame) have had to prepare the way through political propaganda campaigns.

The grand lie of man causes global warming has been one leg of a monstrous propaganda campaign mounted not just by the Greens, the Democrats, the ALP, and the media. The ‘wets’ and ‘ dries’ in the Liberal Party and the National Party also, having thrown millions of taxpayers dollars at it, inclusive of a deliberate brainwashing progrom which was directed at schools.

Coalition Ministers boasted in Parliament of their brainwashing progroms for school children. They probably studied Peter Garrett’s ‘bible’, the KGB handbook for the Greens, ‘How to corrupt children’). This is where the CIS and IPA come into the picture.

Morgan threw millions of WMC shareholder funds at the IPA and CIS. Morgan, bye the bye, appointed that devotee of Fidel Castro, and notorious Melbourne neo-Marxist, Joan Coxsedge as environmental adviser to WMC. It puzzles me why shareholders endured that man’s perfidious habits, and did not, instead of mollifying, him, ram him through the courts to recover every cent he plundered in order to line the pockets of Coxsedge and those professional dole bludgers in the IPA and CIS.

In the above linked article Jackson condemned the very bad paper by John Humphreys, “Exploring a Carbon Tax for Australia”. I had also attacked it, last year, in, “The odd couple”

What is pointed is, the IPA has not fought for free markets either. “Privatisation”, for example and one of their great ’causes’, has nothing to do with free market supply, and thus really serving consumers. It is about extracting as much revenue as possible from long suffering modest Australians and funneling it straight into the coffers of ‘government’. Bracks’ and Brumby’s treatment of the ‘privatised’ firms in Victoria typifies this real aim. The IPA in its “Bash Howard” bumper issue demanded what that lot did to Victorians should be made policy in all other states.

Like the CIS, the IPA’s position is not fighting politicians and bureaucrats over wrecking markets and with it, destruction of capital through regulation and all other types of taxation. No, as many an article in the IPA alone makes plain; they are concerned to ensure ‘government’ imposes the ‘right sort’ of burdens and this begs the question; What sort is the right sort?

Next to other destructive implications, taxation (regulation is a tax) is also a ‘backdoor’ means of protectionism. To follow the money trail, ask the question, Who benefits? Maintaining the lie of man causes global warming to conceal the aim, both the CIS and IPA are serving only the scammers behind ‘alternative energy’ ‘firms’.

Humphreys, in his paper, has only mounted a false excuse for what Ron Walker and Hugh Morgan seek; the ruination of coal fired plants, and additional massive capital destruction of many producers of other goods, in order to set up their grand swindle of nuclear generation of electricity. This is exactly what the CIS and IPA are leading up to.

It is blindingly obvious that is the objective because of a few simple facts. Windmills and ‘solar’ are totally useless for electricity generation. There is only one alternative to coal fired plants, nuclear power plants. Bingo! And the ugly mugs of those two parasitical scumbags emerge in full view: Hugh Morgan, Ron Walker, along with their leftist bed pals, Brumby, Bracks, and who else is behind their plan to once again defraud Australians of billions of dollars. Notice also, Bracks is now an ‘economic adviser’ to Rudd.

This is one plot the CIS and IPA are flying cover for. I am not saying that that is why Humphreys wrote the tripe he did. The question mark hangs over the CIS, which praised Humphreys’ deception on carbon taxes and co2 emissions to the hilt. Then, as set out above, there is Yates and Peony.

The Morality of the CIS and IPA

Let’s not overlook the gross immorality of both Humphreys and the CIS, and the IPA, in pushing positions that are hideous in the implications. Their morality is the same as that of Ron Walker and Hugh Morgan; they don’t give a stuff about the sheer carnage and immiseration of millions of Australians such vile positions entail. From Jackson’s article, one formed the strong impression Humphreys resents Jackson for his lucid demolition of what is a bad paper. I advise Humphreys of this:

What is truly objectionable is types like you advocating measures which are devastating in force, entail real cruelty against Australians, and are criminal in force. Types like you and your bosses in the CIS pretend to be free market economists and fighters, while in reality covering up for scumbags, and working out how to bludgeon modest Australians into the dust.

It’s worse. As we have seen, it turns out that at least one of the prinicpals of the CIS has a direct, vested interest in Governments imposing the highly destructive, wicked measure of ‘carbon credits and trading’.

Types like you put that little fat fascist called Kevin Rudd, and green guru Peter “ Corrupter of Youth” Garrett and his female Gaiae priestess Penny Wong onto the government benches. Types like you made scumbags such as Ron Walker wealthy men, out of stolen private property. Types like you have helped the Kennett - Stockdale and Bracks and Brumby Cabinets steal billions of dollars from Victorians through such deceptions as privatisation, instead of returning production to free market enterprise resting on unfettered private property rights. That is the morality of the IPA and CIS.

The claim man is causing global warming is a lie. It rests on lies and not science. First Coalition Ministers, now ALP Ministers under Kevin “Mussolini” Rudd are using the lies as an excuse to burden Australians with more regulations and smash capital. Those liars Bracks and Brumby lead the way, in punishing Victorians with windmill scams, and desalination plants (instead of letting free market entities build massive new dams), and other controls.

The Coalition ministers Kemp, Campbell and Turnbull joined in these criminal actions against Australians by setting up the ethanol scam. It’s a scam fully supported by driveling fools such as Andrew Bolt (another parrot for the racketeers behind the ethanol syndicates falsely called businesses). And the CIS and IPA are pushing for more ‘alternative energy’ swindles to be perpetrated by politicians and bureaucrats against Australians. At least one of the CIS’ principals is a direct beneficiary of these vile schemes. How many more in the CIS, and for that matter the IPA, have direct interests in the perpetration of these massive frauds?

They, the IPA, CIS, and the HR Nicholls Society are ‘defenders of Liberty’, and ‘Leading free market economists’? To use a good old ‘ockerism’, bullshit. But its worse than bullshit.

The pecuniary interests of Ron Walker, Hugh Morgan, Rudd and his Cabinet of “brownshorts”, Steve Bracks, and the CIS and its Yates and his Peony directorship intersect. This is what Humphrey so badly defended in his paper, an oligarchcy of rotters. This is the real reason for the existence of the IPA and CIS, to justify a pack of wealthy cretins trampling over Australians, as they get on with schemes the modest man would assume are merely the mad dreams of insane cleptomaniacs

Postscript.

Given the CIS’ interest in seeing Federal and States’ Govts. perpetrate massive frauds, using the total lie that Co2 emissions causes global warming as the excuse, it is clear why they had Humphreys attack Jackson’s demolition of their nasty ‘case’ for carbon taxes and ‘trading’, cowardice.

In view of his very bad paper, they must be as thick as two bricks to have Humphreys to cover their backsides by attacking Jackson’s solid rebuttal of their nonsense. Why did they have him do that? Did they believe that that way they wouldn’t be found out if they hid themselves in their bunker and sent boy Johnny out to exchange blows with Jackson?

If so, here we are, I have uncovered the most illuminiating revelations set out above. In that case, they haven’t been merely found out, they have been caught red-handed in their grotty act of deceit. A deceit papered over by a shabby attempt to conceal their disgusting, highly immoral conflict of interest.

Gee, if I could unearth the matter effortlessly, how many others have also discovered their ‘dirty little secrets’? The power of the internet seems to bamboozle them.

Didn’t it occur to them that in view of how bad his paper is, any attempt by Humphreys to rebut Jackson would only pulverise the slivers of glass from the window he smashed unaided in that paper? Apparently not. They at the CIS can rest assured, Humphreys has succeeded in throwing more bricks at the thoroughly shattered remains of their credibility.

Anyone who is a friend of Mr. Jackson might bring this article to his attention. On the strength of his news weekly, I believe he will find these revelations highly amusing.
