Subverting the Dominant Paradigm since 1971

In Response

Some nutbar Lefty Scum (I know, redundancy) troll over at MK’s needed a little slapping. I have two small children so felt qualified in dealing with irrational tantrums. Pop over and feel the love of Mondo.

Well Mondo, considering the fact your “economic argument” as you so quaintly put it was written with a crayon on a piece of butchers paper, I don’t think I will trouble your fragile little mind with trying to explain. We are both neither young enough. And from your writing I am assuming you are no more than 12.

Ar beat me to the punch, however, I would just say to you. The basis of international monetary policy is the general interaction of all factors. Not some, not most, but ALL. The theory that the federal government can do much more than fiddle at the edges, is akin to the idea that Australia reducing its greenhouse gasses by anything at all will do ANYTHING to combat the false god of AGW. All the Fed Govt can do is manage the local economy, maintain the overall position and try to reduce the impact on the Australian population. The coalition was VERY good at this, as they were not only able to manage the finances of the nation on a day to day basis, but they had built up the level of professional respect enjoyed by rational governments, to the point that Australian Banks did not increase rates above the Reserve Bank rate of increase. Regardless of Asian Flu problems, economic meltdowns in the tiger economies and Sept 11th.

What do you think the banks think of Swanny?

However, I digress, your pack of looney tunes infesting the Lodge has nothing but platitudes and do not have the respect of grade 10 economics students, let alone professional banks. As I said in a different post, the ALP is a very slow moving car crash waiting to happen. What a shame that we will be the innocent bystanders that get caught up in the carnage.

Entirely off topic, but would you honestly tag yourself with the name of a very bad and highly ebarassing 70’s and 80’s band? Just curious? Maybe I will start calling myself The Cockroaches, or Kids in the Kitchen? No, I definately think not.
